"That was a guilty person jump if I've ever seen one. Who did you think would be kissing you on your neck?"

Hermione was quick with an answer. "Ron. I thought he might be drunk enough to think we were back in Hogwarts."

"Really? Ron? I can't even get jealous over a prat like that. Besides, if he tried to come within twenty feet of your body, you'd hex him to Belgium and back."

"That I would. You know me too well." Hermione replied with a wink and a giggle. "Did you need me for something?"

"James is getting ready to leave. I thought you might want to say goodnight."

"Okay dad, okay. I'll come say goodnight to the Minister."

Running his hand through Hermione's hair, Emilio whispered that he was onto her.

"How so Mr. Lozier?"

"You were mimicking Scorp. Okay dad, okay."

Hermione raised her face up for a kiss. "Oh that. I didn't think you'd notice."

Emilio left a bruising kiss on her lips before walking away calling over his shoulder. "Coming?"

Speaking in a low voice only Emilio could hear, Hermione made a cheeky reply. "Probably not tonight."

Chuckling, Emilio turned around and walked back to stand very close to Hermione. "Up fiancee up. Em wants up."

Giving him a nudge in the ribs, Hermione gave the same answer. "Probably not tonight."

Grabbing Hermione's hand in his, Emilio chuckled all the way to the dining room.

A Tale Of Two Wizards Full Circle: Chapter 51

He may have had plans to leave but once Hermione and Emilio entered the dining room James sat back down. "I believe I'll stay a few more minutes to converse with the lovely Hermione." He remarked. Turning to the room at large, James then began to describe some of the many times the former Miss Granger had to set him straight.

Although Emilio knew James wouldn't purposely be hurtful, he felt a bit uncomfortable with the topic, so he changed it. "Nothing like the good old days, eh Minister? That was then this is now. Hermione and I want to look forward not back."

Immediately grasping what Emilio meant and being a true professional James made a one hundred eighty degree turn by asking about Matt. "Of course Emilio. How is Matt by the way? You and he are sorely missed at the Milan Ministry."

Emilio grinned but Ron spoke. "I think that Marissa witch misses Emilio more than most. She keeps Celia up to date on all your news Emilio. It's quite a surprise to find out you are engaged to Hermione when ….."

James cringed.

Emilio grabbed Hermione's hand and held it tightly not knowing if he was holding it to make her feel secure or to stop her from hexing Ron.

Celia cut across Ron with a growl. "You're talking fucking nonsense Ron. Just shut up."

Emiliano threw his arms wide. "Once again we have to hear bullshite my lovely daughter will have to come behind him to clear up. I'll let Emilio handle this one. Are you coming Ilaria? We'll check on Scorp then retire to our rooms."

Ilaria glared at Ron before hugging Hermione and saying goodnight to Emilio and James.

As soon as his mother and father were out of the room, Emilio used his wand to close, lock and silence the room before turning to Celia but looking directly at Ron. "I have nothing to hide from Hermione. Let Ron speak Celia. Go ahead Ron. Tell us all of it. What does Marissa have to say about me?"

"Em. Let it go. Ron is…."

Emilio growled at his sister as well as Ron. "I know what Ron is, but does Ron know what I am at this very moment? I'll tell you Ron. I'm a wizard who is sitting here with his fiancee and a very good friend listening to you spew bullshite. But, by all means continue if it makes you feel good. So, Marissa is still discussing me." Turning to look directly at Celia, Emilio continued to growl. "Is she discussing my back spasms, or her uninvited presence here at Lozier Estate? Tell us Ron before I walk across this room and knock you out like I would any filthy, bully bastard."

Emilio was nearly foaming at the mouth so Hermione stepped in. Grasping Emilio firmly by the arm, she spoke. "James stopped by to enjoy our life event and congratulate us. Please let him enjoy our time. We can argue anytime." She said, ending with a strained smile.

James who was embarrassed beyond compare rose from his chair. He wanted to get the hell out of Dodge. "Family matters can sometimes be trying. I'm just going to leave my congratulations with my favorite ex-Minister, his lovely fiancee and their son. My regards to Ilaria and Emiliano. I'll be in touch Mr. COO. Have a good night."

Emilio who was pacing the floor apologized to James, thanked him then accompanied him to the door.

James told Emilio an apology wasn't necessary. He was just happy he'd gotten the witch he loved.

Emilio had a quick answer. "I'm blessed James. You of all people know what Hermione means to me. I expect you to keep your word to visit us in England."

"Plan on it Emilio. Goodnight."

While Emilio was out of the room Celia tried to apologize to Hermione, but Hermione wasn't having it.

"Tell it to your brother. I'm sure he's heard it all before. I know I have just with a different witch."

Celia huffed up as though she was going to give Hermione a telling off but Ron beat her to it.

"I imagine you're referring to Ginny. It wasn't her fault you were off chasing top lad Draco Malfoy when you already had a wizard. Place blame where it belongs Hermione, Miss perfect, Granger."

Emilio was back and heard every word Ron said. He was raging. Even Hermione who was immediately on her feet couldn't hold him back. The only thing that stopped him was his nearly knocking her off her feet trying to get to Ron. However, once he knew he hadn't hurt his witch, Emilio drew his wand and called out Stupefy.

Ron fell over on the floor.

Celia screamed at her brother. "Don't hurt him."

Hermione ran to Emilio and wrapped her arms around his waist. "No more love. Please stop. There have been worse things said about me, but I'm still standing. Come. Let's look in on Scorp. I've had enough congratulations from those two." To Celia and Ron, Hermione had a last comment. "You two might inform Marissa that Emilio is now engaged to me. She can share that bit of information around if she wishes."

Emilio lowered his wand, but also had a few choice words regarding Ron. "The next time I see him I will hex his arse on sight. Hopefully, Hermione won't be there to stop me. Get him out of this house now and don't bring him back until he is invited."

Grabbing Hermione by the hand, Emilio strode from the dining room still raging.

On the way to their rooms they encountered Emiliano who was standing at the mouth of the hall with wand drawn.

"My apologies father for upsetting your home." Snapped Emilio.

Before turning back towards his and Ilaria's rooms, Emiliano told his son it wasn't him who had upset the household.

/*/

Celia called out Finite Incantatem and helped a dazed Ron to his feet.

"Your bloody, fucking brother. Who does he think he is? I'll..."

Celia cut him off. "Just shut up Ron. You won't be doing anything to Emilio. He'll kill you with a curse. Why do you always have to run that bloody mouth when you haven't been asked? I'm not going to be fighting my brother every time we see him. Let's get back to Belgium where you'll pack up your shite and get the hell out of my flat. I've had it."

"You've had it? It's me who's had enough of you and your filthy brother. You stay here with your dearest and I'll go back to Belgium to pack up. Don't call me when he turns his back on you again." Ron shouted, spitting all over the place and pushing past her heading towards the floo.

Unfortunately, with the charms and spells off the dining room, both Emilio and Emiliano heard the ruckus and appeared in Ron's path. He remained defiant as he pushed past both wizards.

"Happy now? Celia has chucked me out. All of you can go to hell."

"I'll see you there first Weasley." Emilio growled.

A sobbing Celia came out of the dining room straight into the arms of Emilio. "I'm sorry Em. I really didn't mean to ruin you and Hermione's announcement. I'll just go back to Belgium to make sure Ron leaves the flat."

Hugging his sister, Emilio told her to give him five minutes because he intended to floo through with her.

"As will I," offered Emiliano, hurrying to get dressed. "Who knows what that idiota will try to get up to."

Celia halfheartedly refused the company, but was overridden by both men. Actually, she was glad for the company because there had been times Ron had put his hands on her in anger. She hadn't ever mentioned the abuse because she didn't want Ron cursed to death. Afterwards, Ron was always sad and sorry vowing never to do it again.

As Celia stood there trembling waiting for her father and brother, she admitted to only staying with Ron because she didn't want to be alone. However, being alone was better than being at complete odds with her family or with a wizard who sometimes spoke with his fists. It might be time for her to come home to Italy.

Ilaria who had remained in the bedroom was glad Emilio and Emiliano were going to accompany Celia. For as much trouble as Celia and the so called boyfriend caused, she didn't want her daughter hurt. Celia might think she didn't know, but she knew. When agitated, Ron sometimes spoke with his hands. She had tried to address her suspicions with Celia, but her daughter wouldn't admit anything. Ilaria hadn't pushed it because she didn't want Emilio and Emiliano detained by Ministry Services for hexing Ron to a bloody pulp.

/*/

In the larger bedroom, Emilio explained to Hermione he and his father were going to accompany Celia back to Belgium. Hermione remained silent because it was family business, but had one caution. Wrapping herself around Emilio from the back, she laid her head against him.

"Please be careful Mr. Lozier. Scorp and I need you in one piece."

Twisting around, Emilio kissed his fiancee while assuring her he'd come back just the way he left. "I wouldn't disappoint my two favorite people. I'll return in one piece even if I have to hex Ron and bury his bones to do it. I love you Mrs. Hermione. I'll be back shortly. It's only a step through the floo."

Hermione gave him one more kiss before heading to the smaller bedroom to sleep beside her son.

Following behind her, Emilio spoke in a low voice. "You may lie down with Scorp while I'm gone, but when I return you'll be sleeping with me."

Hermione grinned and responded with the comment Emilio had already heard twice that evening. "Probably not tonight."

With a grin and a last kiss, Emilio went to join his father and sister.

Hermione sighed as she climbed in beside Scorp. "Congratulations to us little man."

Emiliano, Emilio and Celia were there and back in an hour and a half. The father and brother had insisted Celia return to Italy to gather her thoughts. Ron was still there when they arrived. Emiliano and Emilio knew why Ron was procrastinating. He wanted to get Celia alone more than likely for an apologetic shag. However, the two wizards stood stoic until Ron couldn't procrastinate any longer and left the flat.

"Good riddance," sniped Emilio when the door closed behind Ron. You're grown Celia so I cannot tell you what to do, but it might be time to shut down this Belgium flat and come home to Italy. Stay with mother and father until you get your thoughts together. For now, pack up a few things then remove Ron from your wards and permissions."

"So much for me being grown." Celia grumbled with an eye roll in Emilio's direction.

Emiliano who had remained silent until this point told Celia if she wanted to be thought grown, she should find an intelligent wizard instead of some dolt.

Being in no position to dispute her father, Celia replied with a simple nod even though his words were her very thoughts. Find a wizard who didn't act like an ignorant arse.

Emilio and Emiliano checked the entire flat to ensure everything was locked up. As soon as Celia removed Ron's permissions, the three stepped into the floo, out at Milan Main then out again at Pavia, Lozier Estate.

When the three stepped out of the floo, they were met by a trembling Ilaria who hugged Celia tightly. "I was worried. I thought Em and Emilio would leave you in Belgium on your own."

Celia smiled as she hugged her mother back. "I've been on my own for years, but thank you for thinking of me. If you don't mind, I'll stay for a bit to clear my head."

"This is your family home. You're welcome to stay here as long as you like. I freshened up your old room while you three were gone. Just in case."

Celia gave her mother a wide smile, a wink and another hug. "Just in case mother? I appreciate the forethought. Thank you father. Thank you Em. I'll speak to you all in the morning. Goodnight."

/*/

With a quick wave, Emilio headed to the smaller bedroom intent on bringing Hermione and Scorp into the larger bedroom but was surprised to find it empty. For the briefest second, he panicked. Then good sense returned. His wily witch had probably… Opening the door to the larger room, Emilio smiled. She had. She and Scorp were sound asleep.

After a quick shower, Emilio slipped quietly into bed trying not to wake his little family only to be surprised by some soft words.

"Hello love. I hope everything went well. Me and our boy wanted to be where you would be. We've saved you room."

Carefully leaning over Scorp, Emilio kissed Hermione. "Exactly where I want you both to be. With me. Thank you Mrs. Hermione. Goodnight."

"Goodnight love."

Friday evening, Michael, Randy and Anthony walked into the Leaky and plopped themselves down on bar stools. One of Hannah's bar wizards approached them laying out coasters, but Michael pointed at Hannah.

"We are three thirsty Aurors who would like to be served up by the lovely Mrs. Potter."

Shrugging, the bar wizard informed Hannah she had three Aurors wanting to be served by her only. Walking towards the Aurors, Hannah smiled at them thinking this can't be good.

"Hello gents. My bar wizard says you requested me. What can I do for you?"

Michael spoke up, but all three tried to get a glimpse of Hannah's middle. "We'd like a large pitcher of butterbeer and three glasses."

Hannah glared at Michael as she filled the pitcher. "And you couldn't have ordered that from Warren?"

"Come on now Hannah. Warren is a decent bloke, but how would it look if we did our drinking in The Leaky without giving our boss' lovely wife a shout." Michael explained.

"So. How are you?" Asked Randy with an ear to ear smile.

Suddenly, Hannah had an epiphany. Harry must have shared their news with his wanker team. Leaning in, Hannah softly told them all to go get stuffed.

"Mrs Potter!" Exclaimed Anthony. "Is that any way to speak to your husband's favorite team when we simply stopped in to have a butterbeer and inquire after your health?"

"My health is fine. It would be my guess that Harry has shared his business with those he loves best."

"What business would that be Hannah? We know nothing. The three of us stopped in to say hello and have a butterbeer. We've had our drinks so we'll make ourselves scarce. Enjoy your evening."

As Michael, Anthony and Randy made their way to the door, Hannah called out to them. "Thank you."

"For what?" They replied simultaneously before stepping out the door.

Hannah softly answered the question. "For being good mates to my husband."

Warren, who had been advised of Hannah's condition but cautioned to keep it to himself sidled over to his boss. "I think they know."

With a nod of the head, Hannah agreed. "I think that as well. I'm not surprised. Those are Harry's boys."

Matt and Chloe spent a good part of Friday night in the bedroom. Their lovemaking had left them both ecstatic. Not wanting to waste a minute of their time together, they cast refreshing spells over themselves instead of showering before going back to the living room.

Chloe who was excited about the coupling shook her purse at Matt. "You were magnificent Mr. Lozio. I believe I owe you everything in my purse."

Matt laughed as he pulled Chloe to him. "You owe me nothing lovely. With all you've given me, I consider myself paid in full. In fact, if you had given me much more, I'd be on my way to ask your father for your hand."

"Careful Matt. I might hold you to that. We were good together, weren't we? If you are available, I think we should spend Saturday together."

"I concur Miss Knight. It will be my pleasure to escort you anywhere you want to go. In fact, why don't we plan a night out on the town?"

"Sounds good. Why don't I go to my suite to get a few hours sleep and I'll meet you here later."

Matt laughed as he pulled Chloe into his arms and whispered in her ear. "Alright lightweight. Frightened I might…."

Cutting across Matt, Chloe told him she would show him what a lightweight could do after she had a bit of rest. "Hold that thought Mr. Lozio. This lightweight is going up to her suite to get some rest. I suggest you do the same."

Matt threw up his hands in submission. "Alright love. Shall we meet back here at 11:00 am? I'm sure we'll both be fully rested by then. Shall I see you to your door?"

With a wink and a smile, Chloe declined. "Thank you Matt, but I believe I can manage to get up two floors without assistance. See you at 11:00."

With a sigh, Matt pulled Chloe in for a last kiss. "Alright lady of the night. I'll see you at 11:00. Dream about me."

With a grin and a wave, Chloe left Matt's suite.

Carmela was up early looking forward to her visit to Lozier Estate. Fausto was up as well and sat with her to enjoy a breakfast tea.

"What do you have planned for your morning?" He asked.

Carmela gazed at her husband. "I plan to meet our in-laws and help our daughter sort through wedding accouterments."

"Ah! Speaking French. Be careful. You know what that does to me."

"I certainly do." Carmela remarked with a grin. "Weren't both our sons were conceived because I wanted to prove my knowledge of the French language."

"Hahaha. Don't let Gas or Sal hear you say that. I'm free this morning. Why don't I accompany you to the in-laws. I wouldn't want my daughter to think I'm not interested. I'd like to meet Emiliano face to face without having to pull out the handcuffs."

"FAUSTO!. Don't even start with that shite. Hermione will not thank you for it."

Fausto pulled Carmela into a hug. "Calm down love. It's just you and me here. I'm joking. Well, I'm joking about handcuffs but I'm not joking about accompanying you to Pavia."

Carmela gave Fausto a wicked side eye but promised she would let Hermione know it would be the both of them coming through.

"Fair enough love. Excuse me while I go put on my best visiting the arseholes attire."

Although she was smiling, Carmela told Fausto she would kill him with a curse.

Fausto smiled. He'd heard the threat many times before.

Scorp was the first one to wake Saturday morning. He didn't have a chance to think about being in between his mum and Meelio. He had to pee. Carefully climbing over Emilio, he hurried to the bathroom to sit on the big toilet. When he was finished with the toilet, Scorp began his morning preparations but ran into a bit of trouble with the height of the sink. Realizing he didn't have his baby chair to stand on, he left the room to find Ilaria. He didn't find Ilaria but Celia asked if she could help. Wary of Celia, Scorp declined her help and headed back to the larger bedroom to wake his mum.

"Mum, Meelio. Wake up. Scorp needs help."

Celia realized the little wizard was afraid of her so she tried to relieve his anxiety. "Let mum and dad sleep in. I'll help you."

Scorp wasn't convinced but he allowed Celia to lead him to the main bathroom where she got him sorted.

Reassessing in his head, Scorp decided Celia wasn't so bad after all and thanked her. "I like it when you aren't mean to me. I'm hungry. Can you get me breakfast?"

Celia picked him up in a hug. "I'm sorry for seeming mean young wizard. It won't happen again. Let's go to the kitchen to get you some breakfast. I know how to make waffles and sausages."

"Okay Celia okay. I like waffles and sausages and toast and juice."

"Thank you for giving me another chance." She said, leaving a kiss on Scorp's cheek. "Sausages, waffles, toast and juice it is."

"Yay." Scorp responded. "I love breakfast."

/*/

The bed felt wrong to Hermione. Her big love was there but her little man was missing. Without waking Emilio, she checked the bathroom but didn't find Scorp. Nerves on edge, Hermione quickly threw on jeans and a top. Her boy had to be somewhere nearby. After quick use of the bathroom, Hermione went to find Scorp. She was surprised to find him in the kitchen with Celia.

"Hi mum. I'm having breakfast with Celia. She made me waffles."

Nodding at Celia, Hermione answered her boy. "I see that. Thank you Celia. Scorp loves waffles."

"My pleasure Hermione. I hope…."

Hermione wasn't sold. Cutting across Celia, she suggested any discussion be done in private.

Celia wanted to make amends. "Agreed. I look forward to a discussion Hermione. I hope to assist you with your wedding plans as well."

Now that Ron was gone, Hermione didn't want to hold onto bad feelings so she invited Celia to be a part of the wedding discussions. "Carmela will be coming through soon. The four of us should get a lot accomplished. As long as you respect my relationship with your brother, we can make it work."

"It may not seem so, but I'm glad you and Emilio have gotten together." Celia replied.

Hermione stared directly at Celia. "Good. Tell that to Marissa so I won't have to."

At that moment, the doorbell rang.

"Let's leave this conversation for another time. I think my mum is at the door."

Scorp looked up with a sausage in his hand. "I think our Mela is at the door."

Hermione grinned. The day could now begin.

/*/

Emilio had heard the bell as well and came out of the bedroom damp but presentable. Giving Hermione a kiss on the cheek and Scorp a kiss on the forehead, he sniped a sausage off Scorp's plate which delighted the young wizard to no end.

"Mum. Meelio took my sausage, but that's okay because he loves me."

"Yes he does love you, but he should get his own breakfast." Added Hermione.

Giving Hermione another kiss, Emilio admitted he should make his own breakfast plate."

Scorp just bobbed his head from side to side. He didn't mind sharing with the wizard who was going to marry him. Scorp stopped bobbing his head when he looked up to see his Mela and his Fausto step into the kitchen. "Mela. Fausto. Meelio ate one of my sausages but it's okay. I have more."

With arms wrapped around each other, Hermione and Emilio greeted the Maidas.

Hurrying over to her boy, Carmela gave him a kiss and a wink. "I'll have Fausto straighten him right out. Good morning everyone."

Sauntering over to Scorp, Fausto took the last sausage on his plate. "I'm hungry. I think someone needs to cook more breakfast."

Scorp glanced at Hermione then Emilio with a wide grin. "Yup. So many people. Celia needs to cook more breakfast."

Full of joy and love, Emilio agreed with his almost son. "I think you're right young wizard. Celia should get to work. There are hungry mouths to feed."

Celia giggled as she twisted her wand to triple the remaining waffles, eggs, sausage and toast. "There you go. Breakfast for all. Eat slowly. I'm going to get mother and father. They are probably hungry as well."

Waving his fork, Scorp cautioned Fausto. "Yay. Save some for Nonna and Nonno."

Carmela leaned in against Fausto unable to resist commenting. "Well done Scorp. You have two Nonnas and Nonnos. As of today, you may call me Nonna Mela and Fausto Nonno Fausto."

Scorp didn't doubt Carmela but he glanced at Hermione and Emilio. When they both nodded, Scorp raised both hands in the air declaring he had two Nonnas and two Nonnos. "I get two because I'm a good boy and know my letters and numbers. Louis will be proud of me."

Emilio, Hermione, Fausto and Carmela broke into raucous laughter. Truer words had never been spoken.
