Gas woke up to hear Seana in the bathroom vomiting. Jumping out of bed, he rushed in to find out what was going on. Seana raised her head giving Gas a solemn look. "Please don't be upset love, but I think we might have done it again."

Gas didn't even want to entertain the thoughts which popped into his head, but Seana clarified everything.

"I don't think my contraceptive charms were as strong as I thought. I think we might be pregnant again."

Even though this was the last thing Gas wanted to hear, he didn't want to upset Seana so softly whispering in her ear as he helped her up he told her not to worry. "We'll see love. You've been up night after night with Evan. Perhaps your body is telling you it needs more rest. No worries though. Perhaps it's time for a baby girl Maida. Come on. I'm going to text Hermione to see if she will have you over. She can keep an eye on Evan while you have a nap, or perhaps I'll ask her to come here."

"No Gas. No need to bother Hermione. I'll be fine. I have to learn to sleep when Evan sleeps."

"Alright love. Whatever you say."

Seana smiled as she eased herself onto the bed. Knowing the last thing she and Gas needed was another child, she appreciated the track Gas was taking. Her husband was such a good wizard.

"I'm going to shower and get the office. Big doings today. I love you Seana Maida."

"I love you more Gaspare Maida. Go have your shower."

Once in the shower, Gas had an emotional meltdown. He didn't think they could handle another child so soon.

Happily, as early morning made the way into mid-morning, most things began to fall into place including earlier attitudes.

A Tale Of Two Wizards Full Circle: Chapter 76

Emilio and Gas had a short meeting Monday morning before start of day touching quickly on Matt's early morning meeting when the wizard himself came through the door.

"Good morning wizards."

"Morning."

"Good morning Matt. Gas and I weren't expecting you until 10:15."

Matt gave a quick shrug of the shoulders. "That was the plan. Harry sent a text last night that has to be dealt with this morning. However, I thought I'd make a quick stop here first. Adam and Richard have the details on Belgie Opbouwen. I'd like for them to contact Jake and Davy straightaway to get them on their calendar. Inform Adam and Richard their first in person meeting should be in Belgium so they can get the feel of the thing. Have them…"

Emilio held up a hand. "Slow down a bit Matt. You're going on as though Adam and Richard don't know their arses from their elbows. Gas will pass on the message and it will get done."

Gas shifted in the chair. CEO Lozio was out of sorts.

Running a hand through his hair, Matt nodded in agreement. "Of course. I'm a bit overwrought at the moment."

"No shite Sherlock." Emilio muttered softly.

"Anything we can do for you Matt?" Asked Gas ignoring Emilio's response.

Holding both hands up, Matt smiled. "I said I was a bit overwrought Gaspare not out of my mind. It's business as usual. I'll see you both by 10:15."

"Alright wizards. Let me go put a word in Adam and Richard's ears. I'll see you both at 10:15."

Emilio remained seated. "What's going on Matt?"

Raising his wand to close the door, Matt gave Emilio a quick rundown of what was going on.

Emilio crossed one leg over the other. "Okay, but why does that matter to you? What does Kim have to do with you?"

Matt stared at his cousin as though he'd said something crazy. "Perhaps you've forgotten how much havoc Kim wreaked on our family. She.."

"Stop talking like an arse Matt. I'm engaged to the witch Kim tried to kill. I know what we all went through, but I'll ask again. What does Kim have to do with you? Sounds like Harry has found another life to meddle in."

Matt took a deep breath. "I'm trying to be proactive cousin and I believe, in this case, so is Harry. I'm certain he doesn't want a maniacal witch going after Hermione again."

Emilio began drumming his fingers on the desk giving Matt a pronounced frown. "The day that bitch goes after Hermione again will be her last day standing. I'm serious. If Hermione doesn't curse the life out of her, I will. Let her have her solicitor. Let her try any bullshite. I'm ready for her arse."

Matt sighed. "Alright, alright Emilio. We all feel the same way. However, this isn't all about protecting Hermione. Some of it is about me. Merlin knows what damage Kim will be able to do to my name and reputation if given free reign."

Emilio stood. "I know you have to be on your way, but just let me say this. Hiring a solicitor is one thing. Getting an attempted murderer out of prison is another thing entirely. Kim's trial was fair. She wasn't denied any of her rights. Therefore, she has no standing in anything. However, if it will make you feel better, see what Finch-Fletchley has to say. I'm sure there's some obscure, British law that allows the Magistrate to muzzle an arsehole."

A slow grin appeared on Matt's face. "You should know. You were part of the Wizengamot for years. I should hire you as my Solicitor and Hermione as Second Chair."

Emilio grinned as well. "If it comes down to that, I accept. I'll see you at 10:15 or so. Right now, I have to text the patiently waiting parents."

"Everything alright in Pavia?"

"Yes, but we can discuss my parent's wishes when you get back."

"Fine. I shall return. Hopefully with good news."

Matt headed to the lifts while Emilio headed to the large conference room to greet Sal and Seth and perhaps snag a scone only stopping for a quick minute to text his mother and father.

/*/

Emiliano and Ilaria were having breakfast when the ping of a text coming through grabbed their attention. Ilaria was up like a shot but stood frozen looking at the mobile.

"You read it Em. I'm too nervous."

Emiliano frowned at his wife. "What are you nervous about Ilaria? Emilio and Hermione have given their blessing. The message can't be anything bad."

"So now you're a know-it-all. Please just read the text." Ilaria grumbled.

Emiliano read the text over silently then turned to Ilaria. "Theodore Nott has time for us this coming Wednesday at 3:00. Is that satisfactory to us?"

A remarkably calm Ilaria touched Emiliano on the hand. "Theo love. Emilio, Hermione and Matt call him Theo not Theodore. We want to call him by the correct name."

"Merlin save me from my wife. Alright. Theo Nott has time for us Wednesday at 3:00 pm London time. Is that a satisfactory date and time?"

Ilaria let out a sigh of relief. "As long as you don't have any engagement scheduled for that date and time, it is perfectly fine. We'll have to get in touch with Hermione to let her know we'll be coming through. I hope Emilio is free to accompany us on the tour."

Holding the mobile up in front of him, Emiliano hesitated. Did they really need their son to accompany them on a standard house tour? "I'll inquire if Emilio is available, but, if he isn't, we'll be fine on our own. It might have been ages since I last chose a home, but I think I know what we like."

"You're right Em now answer Emilio. Tell him we'll floo through. After that, we'd better ring Hermione to request the use of her floo."

"If you will stop talking for one minute, I'll send a reply."

Putting her hands on her hips, Ilaria sniped back at Emiliano. "No need to be curt Em. I just want everything to go right."

Emiliano didn't reply until after he'd sent the reply. Pulling Ilaria into a hug, he kissed her on the temple. "Forgive me love. I didn't mean to be curt. I guess I'm as excited as you. Imagine, Emiliano and Ilaria Lozier, stalwart citizens of Pavia, Lombardy intend to set up a house in Malmesbury Wiltshire."

Ilaria wrapped her arms around Emiliano. "I love you Em. Thank you for being a wonderful husband."

Cupping Ilaria's chin and looking directly into her eyes, Emiliano whispered his thoughts. "Your words are inflaming me as much as your actions last night. Thank you for staying with a despicable husband until he learned to become a wonderful one. I love you and want you this minute. Come." He added, leading Ilaria by the hand.

"Bring the phone Em in case Emilio sends a text."

"I have the mobile love, but even a new home can wait until after I make love to my wife."

"Okay Em, okay." Ilaria replied softly. "I think buying a new home has given us second life. At least the lovemaking part."

"I agree, but now we make love. Later we'll talk."

"Oh yes." Came out of Ilaria as a soft sigh as Emiliano reached under her skirt to relieve her of her knickers.

Neither one heard the ping of a text coming through.

Hermione and Scorp were having pancakes, eggs and sausages when the mobile rang.

"That's Emilio mum. I just know it."

"Finish your breakfast Scorp. If you're good, maybe we'll ring Aunty Seana to see if she wants a visit."

Scorp was still speaking as Hermione answered the call. "I want to see Aunty Seana but Aunty Hannah might want to come here to rest her tired arse."

Hermione turned away from the mobile to scold Scorp. "Scorpius Malfoy. Go sit on the couch until I get off my call."

"What mum, what? Was that a bad word? Aunty Hannah says it."

"GO SIT ON THE COUCH NOW."

A trembling Scorp hurried to sit on the couch. He had made his mum very angry but didn't know why.

Emilio wanted to know why she was shouting. Hermione explained what Scorp had said. Emilio smothered a laugh knowing he didn't want to end up on his fiancee's wrong side as well. He told Hermione he loved her and would see them for dinner. He also asked her to go easy on Scorp because he obviously didn't know what he was saying. Hermione responded with a grunt which caused him to end the call even more quickly.

Emilio sat pondering the short conversation he'd just had hoping Hermione wouldn't be too hard on his someday son.

/*/

Initially, Hermione was going to rage at her son and give him a punishment when out of the blue, a remembered passage from one of the witch magazines written by a witch named roon0 passed through her head. Give a hug where you can. Hermione sighed. Witch roon0 is right. I have to correct Scorp, but I don't have to be harsh while doing it. Gathering her thoughts, Hermione sat down on the couch beside her worried son.

"We're going to have a talk love. You said a bad word because you heard Aunty Hannah say it. You didn't know it is a disrespectful word for young wizards to say so I'll explain then expect it never to come out of your mouth until you are of age to understand it."

"Okay mum, okay. I didn't know I said a dispectful word." Remarked a tearful Scorp.

"Dis-respect-ful is the correct pronunciation Scorp, but right now I want you to know the word arse is not a word that should come out of a young wizard's mouth. Do you understand? I'll speak to Aunty Hannah. Sometimes she forgets little wizards like to mimic the aunties they love."

"I understand mum. I'm sorry I said the word. I won't say it again until I'm grown up."

Hermione called out softly. "I'll give you a bit of help. Crissy, Dusty, Embers, if you please."

Pop. Pop. Pop.

Although all three elves gave Scorp a quick glance, Embers spoke for all. "We're here Mrs."

Hermione nodded. "A few minutes ago, Scorp unknowingly said a bad word not meant to come out of the mouth of a young wizard."

All three elves glanced at their boy once again.

Scorp kept his eyes on his lap.

"The bad word is arse. I am charging the three of you to insure the word doesn't come out of his mouth again. If it does, I expect one of you to report it to me. Do you understand?"

"Yes Mrs. We understand. Young Mister won't be saying any bad words around us."

"Thank you Embers, and Crissy and Dusty. Scorp has finished his breakfast. Please take him to the toilet then set him up with his letters and numbers."

Crissy and Dusty each extended a hand to Scorp, but before they could whisk him away, Hermione pulled him into a hug.

"Mum loves her young wizard but he cannot say bad things. No telly today only letters, numbers and reading."

Scorp let go of Crissy and Dusty's hand to whisper in Hermione's ear. "Emilio doesn't like me to be bad. Maybe we shouldn't tell him."

Hermione held back a grin. Scorpius Malfoy was trying to cover his bum. "Let's not worry about that right now. Go with Crissy and Dusty. I'll be up in a bit to see how you're doing. Take him up."

"Yes Mrs. Come on Scorp. Let's get you settled."

"Okay. I'm not tired. I'll walk up today."

Hermione remained sitting on the couch giving herself and witch roon0 a pat on the back.

Even though final details didn't have to be turned in until the sixth of November, Theo wanted to turn in his presentation to Sal and Seth as early as possible. With that in mind, he turned up at the MCC Receptionist desk and asked to be announced. As he walked down the hall, Emilio stepped out of his office extending his hand in greeting.

"Good morning Theo. Nice to see you. I realize you're on your way to see the SSE boys so I won't keep you, but I' like a few words after you've finished with Seth and Sal. Stop by my office."

"Morning mate. Nice to see you as well. I'll be glad to stop in. See you in a bit."

"Alright Theo. See you then."

Emilio sat back down at his desk to ponder the changes being made. His mother who hadn't ever left Italy except for her honeymoon was now willing to purchase a home nine hundred miles away from her birthplace.

"Wonders will never cease."

Then Emilio had another thought. Ever since he had mentioned meeting Hermione back in 2001, his mother had been as adamant as himself about her being his life witch. Ilaria Lozier had probably gone through as much trauma as he had. She only wanted for him what he wanted for himself. Now that he and Hermione were finally together, his mother would do whatever necessary to be part of it. All he knew was the relationships among his family members was much different than in prior times and he appreciated the peace. He appreciated the love. Both sections of the Lozier family were moving forward.

Emilio picked up the mobile to advise Hermione that his mother and father had an appointment with Theo to tour 2 Tudor Lane and would be flooing through Wednesday. However, before his fingers hit the button, he changed his mind. That discussion could wait until after dinner.

Knock, knock.

Emilio was pulled out of his reverie. Theo was at his office door.

He stood. "Come in Theo. Have a seat."

"Thanks Emilio. I imagine we are going to discuss 2 Tudor Lane."

Emilio grinned as he raised his wand to close the office door. "And you would be correct Wizard Nott. My mother and father are more than chuffed to tour the home on Wednesday at 3:00. I did have plans to accompany them, but I might be needed elsewhere. You might have to settle for young Scorpius."

Theo chuckled. "No problem Emilio. That young wizard will probably be able to offer your parents more tips than I ever could. I'll just have to remember not to mention the word baby."

Emilio blushed as he shifted in the chair. "Yes, there's that. I believe my father will be pushing money into your hand before you step through the doors. Anyway, knowing how my mother can get when she is excited, I'll thank you in advance for your time and patience. Hermione and I hope to have new neighbors by Wednesday evening."

"No need to thank me Emilio. I appreciate the business."

Both wizards stood to shake hands. Emilio started to inquire about Theo's presentation but thought better of it. Show no favoritism was the MCC motto.

/*/

After Theo left, Emilio began to review the folders in front of him. He was five minutes in when Matt appeared at the door.

A loud sigh escaped Matt as he sat down. "Well cousin. From what Solicitor Finch-Fletchley shared, I believe you and he share an alike mind. Justin feels I don't have anything to worry about. He did mention one thing that could shut Kim down for all time."

Nodding in Matt's direction, Emilio spread his arms wide. "I've never said I've told you so, so I won't say it now but do tell me about the one thing."

"Hermione."

Emilio pulled himself up ramrod straight. "What about Hermione?"

Waving both hands, Matt soothed his cousin. "Calm down. It isn't anything foul. Justin suggested Hermione write a letter to the Magistrate outlining her concern about the witch who tried to kill her being given the latitude to get out and try it again."

Emilio was somewhat relieved because no matter what Finch-Fletchley suggested he wasn't about to sit still and see harm come to his fiancee. "Okay, okay. That makes sense. I'm sure Hermione would be glad to write a scathing letter to the court. Of course, that would only be if nothing else works."

"Of course cousin. However, as I said, Justin believes nothing will come of Kim's endeavor. She's toast no matter who she's hired as a solicitor. With that settled, I can get down to important business. I'd like Adam and Richard to sit in. Since Sal and Seth are in the large conference room, we'll use the smaller one. Give me five minutes to use the men's. I'll meet you all there. I know you've studied Jake and Davy's business plan so I'll want to hear your insight."

"You'll get my insight, but don't try sending me to Belgium. I'm booked." Joked Emilio.

Matt stopped in his tracks, turning to Emilio with a smirk. "Why would I need you to go to Belgium? What was it you said to me this morning? "You're going on as though Adam and Richard don't know their arses from their elbows. Gas will pass on the message and it will get done." You're stuck here with Hermione and young wizard Scorp."

"Hahaha. Good one Matt. I'll see you in the conference room."

Emilio grabbed up some folders from his desk and headed to the small conference room. As he passed the large conference room, Emilio could hear Sal and Seth. Even through the closed door it sounded as though they had come across something amazing. It crossed his mind that Theo Nott may have come through on yet another end.

Hermione didn't want to make a big deal of it but she was definitely going to speak to Hannah about language around Scorp. Her son was was like a sponge. Anything he found interesting he would absorb to be regurgitated at a later date. However, bad language was something she just couldn't allow.

Putting the matter out of her mind for the moment, Hermione decided to put together a small snack tray for Scorp. With three quick turns of her wand, she had laid out a tray with a few chips, two half sticks of celery and a half glass of juice.

Pointing her wand, Hermione headed upstairs with the tray smoothly floating in front of her. Halfway up the stairs her mobile rang nearly causing her to lose control of the spell she was using to move the tray.

"Blast it." Hermione grumbled as she twisted her wand to straighten up the tray. Caller-id showed Emiliano was calling. Pressing the button and putting the mobile on speaker, she acknowledged the caller but admitted her hands were full and she would call him right back.

Scorp was surprised when his mum showed up with a tray.

"Hi mum. I'm doing good with my numbers and letters. That's celery. I love celery."

Running her fingers through Scorp's thick head of hair, Hermione gave her big boy a smile. "I know you like celery Scorp. You may take a break from numbers and letters to have your snack, after which, I'd like you to show me how much you've learned. While you're eating, I have to ring Nonno Lozier back. I promised him a call. I'll be back."

"Okay mum. I'll chew slowly to give you time to have your call."

Hermione nodded at her overly verbose son. "Thank you for thinking of mum. Have your snack. I'll be back shortly."

/*/

Instead of going back downstairs, Hermione plunked herself down on the side of the bed in the master bedroom thinking how little the bedroom was being utilized as most of her nights were being spent in the new/old bedroom downstairs. Realizing she was sitting there fantasizing when she should be ringing Emiliano, she pushed the button to connect.

/*/

In Pavia, when Emiliano disconnected the call without having a conversation with Hermione, Ilaria went into a panic.

"What happened Em? Why didn't you ask Hermione about the floo? Is she upset? Has she changed her mind?"

Emiliano took Ilaria by both arms and sat his agitated wife down in a chair. "Please stop with the foolishness Ilaria. Hermione was in the middle of giving Scorp a snack. She will ring us back when she's finished. She is allowed to see to her son isn't she? If we are to buy the property, you can't go on stressing about every little thing or you'll go mad before we even step a foot through the doors. Please make us a cup of coffee. I'll have Cremina with mine. We'll speak to Hermione when we speak to her."

/*/

After a few sips of coffee, Ilaria's nerves had smoothed themselves out and she remained placidly sitting when Hermione rang back.

Hermione. Hello again.

"Tell her I said hello Em."

Emiliano gave his wife the side eyes but extended her greeting.

Hello Emiliano. Tell Ilaria hello. I hope you are both well. I apologize for not being able to talk when you called, but I was in the middle of giving our boy his snack. What can I do for you?

Ilaria and I are both fine. She and I need to beg a favor.

Beg a favor Emiliano? Beg is not a word I want to hear coming from Nonno's mouth. Whatever you need I'll be glad to help.

You're right. Perhaps beg is not the correct word. Anyway, Ilaria and I would like the use of your floo on Wednesday this week. We have an appointment with Theodore… Theo Nott to tour 2 Tudor Lane. If it's not an imposition, we'd like to come through about 2:00 pm London time. Our appointment is for 3:00.

That's easy Nonno. Of course you may use the floo. That's why we set it up. I'll have it unlocked by 9:00 am. You two may step through any time you wish. I'm thrilled with the idea you'll be close to us. I'll be able to force Ilaria to teach me how to make desserts.

Emiliano laughed out loud.

She would love that. Thank you for….

We're family Nonno. I thought we'd agreed there's no need to thank me for anything. If Ilaria isn't busy, I'd like to give her a shout.

Alright Hermione. We'll see you and Scorp sometime Wednesday. Here's Ilaria.

Emiliano handed the mobile to Ilaria before sitting back down to a fresh cup of coffee. Even though he was as excited as Ilaria he had to maintain a calm front. It wouldn't do if they both lost their minds at the same time. Emilio would boot them back to Pavia without a thought.

Good morning Hermione. I just wanted to to ask if you need me to bring anything through with me on Wednesday.

Hermione knew Ilaria was referring to the dress but directed her answer elsewhere.

There isn't anything I need you to bring unless you have time between now and Wednesday to whip up one of your delicious cream cakes. Scorp and Emilio love them.

I can absolutely whip up a cake. If it won't upset your night, perhaps Em and I can stay for dinner and cake.

We'd love you to stay for dinner and cake. Let's plan on it. I need to get back to Scorp. I'll see you both on Wednesday. I really hope you like the home. Speak to you soon.

Alright Hermione. Speak to you soon.

As Ilaria handed the mobile back to Emiliano, she grabbed his hand. "I know you have your standard Monday afternoon at the club, but let's have a walk around the gardens before you go."

Emiliano kissed the back of her hand before rising from the chair. "I'd like a walk love."

/*/

Hermione had sat with Scorp helping with his numbers, letters and words for two hours and was now in the midst of preparing lunch when whirlwind Hannah came through.

"Good afternoon Mrs. Hermione and Scorp. I see Mrs Hermione but I don't see the little one. Where's my nephew?" She chanted, giving Hermione a hug.

Hermione stepped back and waved the fork she had in her hand at Hannah. "Your nephew is upstairs working on his letters and not in the telly room watching his favorite shows because he is on punishment. The no telly or coming downstairs type of punishment."

"Really?" Asked a surprised Hannah as she snagged a leaf of lettuce off the plate.

"Ask me why Mrs. Potter."

"I don't like where this is going. I'm only Mrs. Potter when I've done something wrong, but I've done nothing. I don't have time to do anything wrong as I'm always on the toilet."

Even though she wanted a serious conversation with Hannah, Hermione had to smile. Her best witch/maid of honor was amusing.

"Forget the toilet for a moment."

"If only I could. Potter junior is wreaking havoc on my bladder."

"HANNAH!"

Hannah turned to look at Hermione in surprise. "Alright. This is serious. Let me hear it."

"Okay. Here it is. Scorp is on punishment because he repeated something he heard you say without realizing it was a grown up word best not said by children."

Hannah went wide-eyed. "Oh Hermione I'm sorry. What was the word? I try my best not to let grown up words slip out."

Hermione answered with hands on her hips. "I'll quote my son. "I want to see Aunty Seana but Aunty Hannah might want to come here to rest her tired arse."

Hannah knew Hermione was serious but the laugh escaped her mouth before she could stop it. "I'm sorry love. I know this is serious but…"

"But nothing Hannah. You know Scorp is like a sponge. Please be careful with your words around him."

"Come on Hermione. I am careful with my words around Scorp. Can I help it if he has ears as big as a Kneazle?"

Hermione glared at Hannah.

"Alright love. I will definitely be more careful and speak more softly when I am in the Malfoy household. I guess that means no free burger for me today. I really am sorry Hermione. Give my boy a kiss and hug for me. I'll be getting to The Leaky where I will have to pay for my lunch. I love you. See you later."

Halfway down the hall Hannah turned back and stood in front of Hermione. "There won't be any need to share this information with the handsome COO. I don't want to be booted out of the wedding."

Hermione shook her head. "Go to work Hannah. Don't forget to say hello to Louis. Speak to you soon."

/*/

Lunch was done and over. Scorp was down for his nap and with time on her hands, Hermione decided to use a bit of magic to help her flesh out the beads and lace on her wedding dress.

Sitting there waving her wand across the drawing, Hermione's thoughts turned to the huge wedding she and Emilio planned to have. The word WHY? in big, red letters appeared then disappeared as suddenly as it had come. The little word gave Hermione pause. Why were they going to plan this huge extravaganza? She and Emilio wanted to be married to each other. Wedding size didn't matter. Hermione made a mental note to have a discussion with Emilio about downsizing a bit.

Just as if he'd heard her thinking about him, a text came through from Emilio informing her he could make himself available to Grace Tuesday or Wednesday morning at 10:30.

Hermione immediately called Grace. At the end of the call, she and Emilio were on the calendar for 10:30 am Wednesday, 11/4. The wedding process was beginning.

Hermione sent a short text back to Emilio confirming Wednesday, writing she loved him and wanted a nice, long conversation after dinner. After that, she set about cutting up a fryer with wand magic. They would be having fried chicken, gravy rice, creamed corn and cauliflower for dinner.

/*/

Emilio gazed at the return text. Good on the confirmation. Good that his beautiful witch loved him. Having a nice, long conversation after dinner, he was straddling the fence because it seemed a bit ominous. He would just have to wait and see.
