Hello mum.
Hello love. Sorry for calling so late. Fausto was being an arse. I had to hex him.
Hermione laughed out loud.
I have found an excellent dressmaker who understands the assignment and can make herself available any day except Friday.
Wonderful mum. I want her to have a look at the dress as soon as possible. I'll inform Ilaria. Perhaps we can get a Sunday appointment then stop by Maida house to visit with you and Fausto.
Alright. I'll give her your information. Her name is Idelle Scalia. You should hear from her soon. Faust and I would love to see you. That's if he's still alive by then. How is my someday son-in-law and my already grandson?
Thank you so much for your help mum. I appreciate you. Scorp and Emilio are fine. I'll tell them you were asking for them. I'll see you soon. My love to papa.
Goodnight sweetie.
Goodnight mum.

The text from Padma had come through while Hermione was speaking to Carmela. Like her twin, Padma was happy to be included in the wedding. She asked after Scorp and sent her regards to Emilio also ending with a string of emojis.
Hermione didn't care about emojis. Her Bridesmaids had all accepted her invitation. Everything was in order for their appointment with Grace. She was chuffed. Heading to the bedroom, she softly called out to Emilio.
"Get those pajamas off. Your witch is on her way."
Although Emilio was bare butt naked under the blanket, the sleep noises told Hermione she wouldn't be getting any sweets that evening. She kissed Emilio on the shoulder, changed into pajamas then slid into bed feeling as horny as a Hippogriff in heat.
For the moment, Hermione could live with horny because today had been a very productive day.
A Tale Of Two Wizards Full Circle: Chapter 78
Seth and Sal were back at the Luxe excitedly discussing Theo Nott and his presentation with Seth practically gushing.
"I absolutely love how Theo thinks. He is far and away one of the best developers we've ever had the good fortune to work with. The rest will have to….."
"Calm down Seth. The rest will turn in what they turn in. There might be another presentation better than Theo's."
Seth wanted to puff up, but he thought better of it. Sal was right. As amazing as they found Theo's work, another developer might have something better. "Alright, alright Sal. You're right. I'm thinking The Devlin Group might just turn in something just as forward thinking as Theo."
"Correct mate. I was thinking the same thing. SSE London would be a palace if Theo and The Devlin Group worked together. What are we thinking about rentals or selling space? I like the idea but I don't like the thought of a satellite not being entirely under our control. What if we sell or rent to some malcontent?" Remarked Sal.
Seth sighed. "There you go thinking about what could go wrong instead of what will go right. We have five satellites which are under the control of others and we haven't had a problem in years. The teams we have at our locations are hand picked. The only worry we have is when Gennaro tries acting a bit too much like Draco."
Sal let out a loud chuckle. "Really Seth? That's a strange statement coming from you. I thought Draco couldn't ever do anything wrong in your eyes."
Seth shrugged. "I never said that. I'm the first one to admit Draco was a fierce taskmaster who did not care to be disputed. I did and still do think highly of him as a mate, but that's neither here nor there. We'll do as we've always done. We'll hire the best, set it up, stay for a few months then do what we've always done…"
Sal cut across Seth. "Let's discuss doing what we've always done. For SSE London, I believe we should take a different tack. Instead of a manager overseeing the office, the Travelers, and the customers, I suggest we split up the positions. One would manage the office and see to customers while the other would handle the Travelers and Travel related areas. Warehouse management would continue under one manager with one or more able assistants. If split managing works out in London, perhaps we can look at revamping the other branches."
"Not a bad idea Sal. Let's toss around some ideas after we make the decision on the building itself. Should we add an addition to the building or should we flesh out what we have?"
The two mates grinned at each other.
"For an additional income stream, we should add an addition." Sal quickly remarked.
"Yessss. I just love additional revenue streams." Seth added with a laugh.
"Yup. You took the words right out of my mouth. Perhaps we could build out the warehouse with enough room for tenants to use as well."
Seth had reservations. "I don't know about that mate. Shouldn't we keep SSE London separated from other businesses? We don't want…."
"Come on mate. We are brainstorming." Sal countered. "Now is the time for us to figure out what's what. If we are going to have tenants, more than likely they'll want warehouse space. Let's do this thing right. While it may be two separate buildings, we could build one enormous warehouse. If that's what we intend to do, we will definitely need more than one warehouse manager."
"We'll get to staff. Right now, we have agreed to an additional building and an enormous warehouse which will span both buildings."
Lifting a glass of brandy to his mouth, Sal added a bit of cheek. "And the entire rooftop will be covered with portkey hubs."
Seth bit into a muffin after giving his own bit of cheek. "Careful of your tone Mr. Maida. We wouldn't want Mr. Nott coming to our doors wanting to duel thinking we are having a laugh at his expense."
Nodding vigorously, Sal agreed. "No. We wouldn't want that. Let's get this all written up and get copies out to the competing developers and contractors. I hope they don't get tired of our arses making additional changes."
"No more external changes after this, right mate?" Seth questioned.
"Correct. No more external changes, unless..."
"You're an arse Sal. Let's get these changes done and sent. Then, I'll be heading to my rooms to get some sleep."
Sal had a few further comments. "Alright mate. Let's get to it. I imagine we'll be getting some interesting correspondence tomorrow. We might end up with all the candidates dropping out."
"Enough Sal. Don't talk foolish. So far, luck has been on our side. Don't spoil it."

Mila hadn't responded to the text by the time Matt used the men's, gathered his jacket and case and stepped into the floo. The floo was fast so Matt didn't have a chance to let out a sigh of disappointment. His intended witch wasn't answering. However, wondering was as far as he got because like once before, the door to his rooms was slightly ajar.
No, no, no. He thought to himself. That entitled bitch wouldn't dare enter my suite. Then he backtracked. That entitled bitch would dare. Entering the suite, Matt was ready to have an expletive laced shout down with Chloe Knight which became unnecessary when Mila stepped out of the kitchen area wiping her hands on a towel.
"Good evening Mr. Lozio. I hope I'm not intruding."
Mila Kohl was in the house.
All thoughts of Chloe Knight went up in the proverbial puff of smoke. It wasn't the entitled bitch in his suite. It was the beautiful Mila.
Striding across the room, Matt threw his arms around Mila. "Intruding? I think not. In fact, I sent a text asking if you would like some company."
Wrapping her arms around Matt's waist, Mila lifted her head and pursed her lips. "Kiss first explanation in a minute."
Matt didn't even have to think about the request. Without hesitation, he leaned down and grabbed Mila's lips with his own. "One."
Mila laughed as she grabbed Matt's face in her hands and left a searing kiss on his lips. "Two."
"Hahaha. I could play this game all night, but I won't." He happily replied.
Pointing her wand at the purse laying on the couch, Mila summoned her mobile to check the phone. "Ah! A text from Mr. Matt Lozio. My apologies. I didn't hear the ping. Probably because I was already here in his suite. I hope this isn't too much. If it is, too bad. From here on out, I will not give another witch time to find you available. Besides, I missed you."
Matt was ecstatic. "Missed me did you? You have no corner on that market witch."
Mila smiled. No matter what Matt said, until they were a settled couple, she was prepared to protect her territory now that it was her territory. "I was lonely."
Matt was happy but with reservations. Pulling Mila in against his chest, Matt spoke his feelings. "Is it that you missed me or that you don't trust me? I promise you. There isn't any other witch. All my attention is on you."
Mila threw her hands up in the air. "Such lovely words. Now that we have that all settled, let's eat. Steak, potatoes, onions and gravy is what's on the menu."
Giving Mila a quick kiss on the nose, Matt backed up. "I'm going to freshen up while you set the places. I don't want my witch smelling my day at MCC. Be right back."
Mila hummed as she set the places. It might seem like overreaching, but she was not going to let anything go wrong this time. This time, she would be the overbearing witch.
Ten minutes later, she and Matt were sitting down to dinner chatting about this, that and the other. They could discuss her getting back to Belgium later, or not at all.

Emilio was long gone when Hermione got out of bed but was still freshening up when Scorp came through the door Tuesday morning.
"Hi mum. I couldn't find you. Crissy told me you were still sleeping but I couldn't find you."
Hermione made a decision. "Come here love. Mum wanted to wait for a bit, but I'll tell you now. Sometimes Emilio likes to sleep in this bedroom. Because I love him and don't want him to be lonely I sleep here as well."
Scorp was silent for several seconds. "I love you and Emilio. I want to sleep in this bedroom too."
Hermione smiled. Her son didn't want to miss out on anything. "And we love you, but you have your own room because young wizards need lots of room to grow and a place to keep their things."
Scorp was silent for several seconds. "And because sometimes Emilio likes to give you kisses in private. Right mum?"
Hermione didn't want to get to far into why she and Emilio slept together so, for the moment, Scorp's assessment would do. "Correct love. Sometimes Emilio wants to give me kisses in private. Now, let's go see what we can find a smart young wizard for breakfast."
Scorp had a few more thoughts to share. "Well, I'll just wait until we visit Nonna Laria and Nonno Meliano again. Then, I'll sleep in the middle because my things will be here at home and I won't need to look after them."
Son 1 mother 0 Hermione thought as she took her inquisitive son by the hand. "Enough about this for now Scorp. Let's go have some nice oatmeal with fruit."
"Oh yes mum. I like oatmeal with fruit and a smidge of honey."
Hermione smiled down at her handsome son. He had learned a new word which wasn't a bad word and probably planned to use it once a day into perpetuity. "Oatmeal with fruit and a smidge of honey coming right up, after which, I'll set a warming spell out back and you and Crissy can play your new brain game."
"Okay mum. I like it when you use your wand. When I get a wand, I'm going to set a warming spell."
"Yes love. When you are older and get a wand and get trained up, you will be able to cast many different spells, but right now you may watch me prepare breakfast with magic."
Hurriedly climbing into a chair, Scorp sat back and watched his mum summon her wand, then swish, flick and point to put breakfast together. "I really like your wand mum. Can Emilio make breakfast with his wand?"
As she placed Scorp's breakfast in front of him, Hermione assured her son that Emilio could do a great many things with his wand which caused an immediate blush to spread across her face as she sat down to have cereal with her young wizard.
Time to let the oatmeal stop your mouth Hermione she thought. Otherwise, who knew where the conversation could go.
"Eat up Scorp. Your brain game is waiting."
Scorp didn't reply. He was too busy enjoying his oatmeal with fruit and a smidge of honey.

Gas, who was in a very chipper mood was in extra early. He wanted to have a discussion with Matt. He was almost certain his name had come up yesterday afternoon since he had missed a meeting Matt had scheduled. However, his Mea Culpa would have to wait. Matt wasn't in his office. Turning left, Gas stopped by Emilio's office.
"Good morning Emilio. Is Matt in the building? I wanted a word."
"Good morning Gas. I haven't seen Matt. If he isn't at his desk, he's probably not in the building. Lovely to see a smile on that face."
Gas gave a snappy answer. "Lovely to have one on my face. I'll catch up with Matt later."
"Sounds like a plan." Emilio replied without raising his eyes from the documents in front of him.
"Oh! Both Seana and I are proud to be asked to participate in the Lozier wedding."
Emilio raised his head to grin at Gas. "I like the sound of that. The Lozier wedding. Can't come soon enough for me. Hermione and I are chuffed you and Seana accepted our invitation. You should be hearing from our wedding planner very soon."
"Good to know. See you later."
/*/
Emilio was leaned back in the chair with his hands behind his head when Matt appeared in the doorway.
"Good morning. I imagine everything is as it should be since my COO is relaxing as if he was home on the couch."
Emilio didn't change position but cheeked right back at Matt. "Actually, I'm sitting here thinking the CEO of MCC should be in his office before the Receptionist Witch opens the doors for business."
"Touche. That's all I'll say about that. Anything new going on?"
"Not really. Gas wants a word. He said he'll catch you later."
"Fine. I imagine he would after skipping out on a scheduled meeting. By the way, I have a plus one for your wedding. You and Mrs. Hermione may now rest easy."
Emilio pulled himself up straight. "Well done Mr. Lozio. Mrs. Hermione will definitely be pleased. I know I am." Lowering his voice, Emilio offered a bit of advice. "You'll need to learn to leave the warm bed a bit earlier."
"Really Mr. put one piece of clothing on at a time?"
Emilio laughed out loud. "Don't let Mrs. Hermione know I told you that story. She'll have my arse and yours as well."
"Too true. However, perhaps in the future you'll keep your unsolicited advice to yourself. Now that we have that sorted, I'll be getting to my office to do some real work."
"Do that you prat." Emilio replied in a whisper.
Matt turned around and came back to the door. "I heard that Mr. Lozier. This prat would like an update on Fieldcrest, if you can get that foot out of your mouth."
Emilio sat chuckling for the next several minutes before heading to Matt's office to give an unnecessary update.

Hermione was in the study going over everything she and Emilio would be discussing with Grace when her mobile rang.
Scorp came running. "I heard your phone ring. It might be Emilio. I want to ask…."
Glancing at the caller-ID, Hermione assured Scorp it wasn't Emilio calling as Crissy stood by wringing her hands. She had let the little mister get away from her. She hoped Mrs. Hermione wouldn't be upset.
She wasn't. "Crissy. Please take Scorp upstairs. He can work on his brain game in his room."
"Yes Mrs. Come on Scorp."
Hermione could hear Crissy telling Scorp he shouldn't run away from her because Mrs. Hermione might get upset. Scorp had whined out an apology.
Idelle Scalia was calling.
/*/
Good morning. Have I reached Hermione Malfoy? My name is Idelle Scalia. I was given your name by Carmela Maida. I understand you have a request.
Hermione, who hadn't expected this quick of a reply was enthusiastic.
Hello Idelle. Good morning to you. You are speaking to Hermione Malfoy. Carmela is quite correct. I do have a request. I have my perfect wedding dress but there are a few things I'd like adjusted.
Wonderful. Carmela did mention it would be alterations as opposed to making a complete dress. I understand you live in England. I don't travel, but I'll gladly set an appointment for you to come see me. I take appointments for any day except Friday.
Perfect. I have a function this Saturday evening but would definitely like an appointment for Sunday.
One second please Hermione.
Hermione was holding her breath. She wanted an appointment as soon as possible.
I've checked my calendar. I have an opening for 2:00 pm on Sunday 11/8.
Hermione was chuffed.
I'll take it. Please text me your details. My mum, mother-in-law to be and I will see you Sunday at 2:00.
Fantastic. I'll see you then.
Hermione ended the call in a jovial mood. The process was progressing. Grabbing her mobile, Hermione sent a short text to Carmela letting her know she had spoken to Idelle and set an appointment for the upcoming Sunday. Several minutes later, Carmela responded with three words, am I invited? Hermione sent back a four word answer, of course you are.
/*/
For several minutes, Hermione just sat there savoring her good fortune only coming to her senses when Scorp called out to her. She was sitting there enjoying her good fortune but hadn't given a thought to where she would leave Scorp. She, Carmela and Ilaria would be taking the appointment. Her boy needed a sitter. Hermione chuckled to herself. Both her men would need keeping. Then she had a thought. She would volunteer Emiliano and Emilio to watch Scorp on Sunday. They could have all the wizard talk they wanted.
"Mum. I'm ready for two toasted cheese sandwiches."
"Alright love. I need to ring a few people then I'll fix your lunch."
"Okay mum. Can I watch cartoons after lunch?"
Hermione sighed. "One thing at a time Scorp. Let me make my calls, after which, I'll get you lunch then you may watch some telly."
Scorp didn't reply but Hermione could hear Crissy scolding Scorp for asking too many questions. Her elves were such a help.
/*/
Hermione rang Ilaria first to tell her they had an appointment on Sunday with Idelle Scalia. The two witches discussed the appointment before Hermione asked if she could leave Scorp with Emiliano and Emilio. Her answer was a resounding yes. Hermione shared she hadn't spoken to Emilio yet but was sure he would acquiesce as it was important she, Ilaria and Carmela have the appointment without the men. Ilaria was agreeable to it all. In fact, she suggested that Emilio floo through with her on Sunday afternoon and sit Scorp at Lozier Estate. With that end all tied up, Hermione sent a quick text to Emilio advising him he would be sitting his someday son on Sunday afternoon at Lozier Estate because she, Ilaria and Carmela had a dress fitting. Emilio texted back that he would be delighted to sit Scorp. He also added that Matt had found his plus one. Hermione had smiled at the text. Matt Lozio had a witch. With all ends tied up, Hermione headed to the kitchen to make lunch for her young wizard.
/*/
"Crissy. Please bring Scorp down. It's time for his lunch."
Pop. Crissy and Scorp appeared in front of Hermione.
"Thank you Crissy. Come on Scorp. Mum has fixed your toasted cheese sandwiches. I also have another surprise. On Sunday, Emilio and Nonno Emiliano will sit you while Nona Mela, Nona Ilaria and myself have an appointment. Isn't that lovely?"
"Yes mum. May I have some juice?"
Hermione finished up her lunch without questioning why Scorp hadn't been more inquisitive but he wasn't through.
"Are Nonna and Nonno still coming tomorrow? Are they taking me to their appointment? They might be staying for dinner. I love Nonna and Nonno."
Hermione poured Scorp a half glass of pumpkin juice. "Finish your lunch love. You have a busy week coming up. Nonna and Nonno are coming through tomorrow. You'll be staying with them Saturday and Nonno and Emilio will be taking care of you on Sunday. You are a lucky little wizard."
Scorp grinned at his mum. "I'm a lucky, little wizard. I might ask for meatloaf unless Nonno and Emilio want toasted cheese."
Pointing her wand, Hermione cleaned up while offering a bit of mum advice. "No need for you to worry about anything. You're a good boy. You'll eat what is put in front of you."
Had he made his mum cross? Scorp didn't know so he remained silent. Better safe than sorry.

Sal and Seth had been quite correct. They had received at least five texts before 9:30. Two more contractors had declined to go any further. They were now down to two contractors and two developers.
A frowning Sal told Seth their project was tuning into a shite show, but Seth disagreed.
"You look at it as a shiteshow Sal. I look at it as the best rising to the top. Perhaps we won't have to make choices. Perhaps the gods are choosing for us."
Sal didn't bother to reply because his partner just might be correct. He and Seth might not speak it out loud, but he was sure Theo Nott was their choice.
/*/
Matt, Emilio and Gas had sat in on Adam and Richard's Belgische Huizen update. Things were going well. Pat and Davy had well laid out, well planned ideas which could move forward with a cash infusion from MCC. Richard fairly gushed about the plan which would help citizens as well as the territory. Adam also shared that some Belgian higher ups had also become interested in Belgische Huizen and were willing to support Pat and Davy.
Matt was thrilled. Not only had he helped two mates, he had reconnected with a first love as well. Matt sat there grinning feeling like Emilio Lozier.
Emilio and Gas remained in Matt's office after the call discussing MCC business interspersed with comical details of their daily lives. Finally, Matt gave them both the boot telling them he had work that needed to be done.
Milio stood telling Matt he had been booted from better places. Gas chuckled loudly but left the room with commenting. Before walking out, Emilio suggested that Matt bring Mila by the house so she and Hermione could coordinate their outfits for the Fieldcrest event.
"Are you referring to the soiree?" Matt asked.
"One and the same cousin."
"I'd like nothing better except we will be getting Mrs. Hermione's beforehand as I don't care to be wand whipped in front of Mila."
"Hahaha. Good point. I shall inquire. Meanwhile, set you Wonder Wizard Watch to early."
Matt huffed before telling Emilio to go get some work done. Three seconds later, he was texting Mila about the Fieldcrest event. Five minutes later, Mila responded.
I love a good soiree.
Matt waited until he was in his private bathroom to laugh out loud.
