Early morning 5 am in the leaf village
A 19 year old Trunks Namikaze was sitting on top of a building laying on top of the edge of a roof. He sighed.
"Looks like another boring day. Man I wish something fun would happen" he said as he sighed again
As he relaxed he felt a presence appear next to him. He looked to see a Cat masked anbu standing above him.
"Trunks Namikaze, Lord Hokage has summoned you"
Trunks stood up slowly and nodded. He disappeared in an afterimage and began to race across the village. He landed with grace in front of the Hokage building. He stood at 5 '10' with a short sleeved blue shirt, green Jonin vest, black baggy pants, and white boots with yellow tips and he had a slim and lean figure. He had long brownish blond hair down to his shoulders and blue eyes. He wore a sword with a scabbard behind his back. The sword is a long-sword with a black leather-wrapped hilt and a metal bar as the hand-guard. It is carried around in an orange scabbard with a navy-blue strap that goes across the chest.
He walked in and as he did, he noticed the girls looking at him as he walked through. Smirking inwardly, the blond continued towards the Hokage's office. He wondered what the old man could want with him, sure his Naruto, Kenji, His adoptive Aunt Tsunade, grandfather Noridasu and his adoptive Uncle Jiraiya were close to the Hokage but he was never too close to him. He realized that this visit wouldn't be normal. As he opened the door he saw a man that appeared as a frail, old man, who would normally walk with a cane. He had black, shaggy hair, and his right eye was bandaged. Danzō has had an x-shaped scar on his chin ever since his youth. He wore a white shirt, with a black or dark gray robe over the top of it covering from his feet, to just over his right shoulder. The robe conceals his right arm which was bandaged, and appeared not to work. Then he saw the Hokage. He walked in and stood front and center as he bowed and looked at the two men expectantly.
"Lord Hokage, what made you summon me of all people?" he asked
The Hokage was smoking his tobacco pipe, then he pushed it over a bowl.
"Ah, young Trunks, your grandfather said you are a very straight to the point man. But I called for you to let you know I'll be making you a jonin and giving you a genin team"
Trunks eyes widened
"Wh-what? Are you sure? I-I mean thank you sir that's an honor" he said bowing
This made Hiruzen smile, while Danzo was impassive.
"But, why me? Surely there's someone more experienced than me." he said
"You will be a team Captain and your co Captain will be Kakashi Hatake. He will not be on all missions with you, but if your team ever needs back up, he will be sent out if he is not performing missions in Anbu" Hiruzen said
"But why? Kakashi and I for just one team?"
"You will be guarding Naruto Uzumaki Namikaze. Jinchuriki of the 9 tailed fox. We have been given information that there is a group keeping an eye on him and others like him." Danzo spoke up for the first time
Trunks raised an eyebrow.
"I assume that old man Jiraiya has been watching them?" he retorted with a more serious tone
Danzo nodded
"Yes, and we have reason to believe they will be making a move soon." Hiruzen said
"I see, and I take it they're super dangerous and you think they might even give me a run for my money" Trunks said
"Yes, they move in pairs and are S class criminals. As of now, they've only been doing mercenary work for the Hidden Mist and Sand villages. The fools" Danzo said in annoyance
Trunks nodded,
"I see, well alright, who else is on my team?"
"The heirs of the Uchiha and Hyuga clans. Sasuke Uchiha and Hinata Hyuga" Hiruzen said
Trunks nodded
"Alright, so this is a special team eh?"
"Exactly, this will be somewhat of an all around team. The Hyuga stealth and tracking, the Uchiha for strategy, You and Naruto for power, and Kakashi can cover all 3 of those avenues as back up." Danzo said
Trunks nodded as they continued
"Also, we believe Orochimaru has set his eyes on Sasuke Uchiha, due to him being the youngest of the Uchiha and having not activated his sharingan. We've seen a few of his snake summons a

7 am leaf village - Senju/Namikaze Estate
A 13 year old Naruto was kicked in his forearms as he put them in a crossing guard. He soon had to block and dodge an onslaught of punches, chops and kicks, until he roundhouse kicked him across the Senju training field.
He looked up at the smirking face of his elder brother waiting for him to get up. He looked over to see another of his brother laying on his side watching the battle, while his grandfather Noridasu Namikaze smoked from a tobacco pipe white sitting cross legged a ways away from him. They were sitting on the back porch of the Namikaze estate.
"Shit, even his shadow clone is giving me trouble. I've got some growing to do" he mumbled to himself as he got back up
"You tired yet brat? We can just stop now if you'd like" he Kenji said
The elder brother Namikaze stood in a black jacket with a red swirl on the back, white shirt, black pants, blue sandals and blue headbands. He stood at 5 '8', and his hair was long, bringing him to bear a striking resemblance to Minato with whiskers. Naruto stood at 5 '5', wearing a long sleeve red shirt with a black swirl on the back, black pants, and black sandals.
"No way, we're just getting started" Naruto said, drawing two kunai, spinning them till he gripped them in reverse and charged his bro.
Kenji, slid a kunai out of his sleeve and began to block and parry his brother's kunai strikes. He went for an elbow strike, causing Naruto to dodge, as he threw one of his kunai in a fine gesture with a wrist flick. It barely grazed his cheek and then his palm struck him in the chest, causing him to skid back across the field.
Naruto threw his other kunai at his brother who parried it and charged. As he stopped skidding Naruto put his fingers in the cross seal creating 10 shadow clones. He smirked and began to beat down the clones with ease. He punched a clone, and grabbed it slamming it into another clone causing them to disappear. He narrowly dodged a kunai swipe from two clones, throwing a volley of shuriken at the 2 clones. Naruto and his remaining 6 clones threw kunai at Kenji, who jumped up and went through hand seals
"Fire style: fire ball jutsu!"
Naruto, jumped back with 1 of his clones as he threw kunai and shuriken as his clone went through hand seals,
"Wind style: Gale Force Palm!"
The jutsu increased the force and speed behind the weapons and sent them at the clone. Kenji jumped away and dragged his foot across the ground causing his right foot to gather fire chakra and look as if it was on fire. He jumped up, and began spinning in a kick, turning it a mini flaming tornado
"Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!"
His foot smashed through the clone and Naruto blocked the kick that sent him flying across the field. He was knocked off his feet, but he regained his balance as he went through hand seals.
"Raiton: Shi no hikari! (light of death)"
A bolt of lightning left his two fingers shot out and went towards his brother's clone. Kenji dodged the lightning bolt and launched himself at Naruto with another spinning hurricane kick without fire chakra. Naruto brought up his own kick to match his brothers and deflect the incoming attack. This surprised the Kenji clone and Naruto used his other leg to push himself off the ground, using his extended foot to kick away the clone's extended leg.
"Right back at ya!"
He began to spin as he kicked at the clone. Kenji grabbed his leg, causing Naruto to kick at him with his other leg, then as Kenji caught the other leg he punched at him but it was too late as he began to swing him a 360 degree circle and throw him into the air. Kenji leapt into the air ready to punch Naruto, but he was surprised to see Naruto going through handseals
"wind style: Great Breakthrough!"
A giant gust of wind pushed the clone back towards the ground, but as he did the clone threw a tri-pronged kunai into the bushes, teleporting away. As Naruto landed he dropped to a knee, throwing down a smoke bomb.
"Honōnoken kiri! (Flaming sword Slash)"
A crescent sword slash tore through the clouds causing Naruto to jump. Kenji had unsealed the sword from a seal on his wrist as he moved in to attack him. As he landed, Naruto dodged and grabbed onto Kenji's arma and began to wrap himself around his body.
"The hell are you doing brat?" Kenji asked in confusion. Then he heard a sizzling sound and said
"Oh shit!"
As he went to shake and grab at the teen to get off him, the modified explosive tag exploded and caused a huge explosion, kicking up debris and pressurized force.
"Tch, gotta give him that one. I didn't think he would do something so simple yet genius" Kenji said
Noridasu smoked his pipe and smirked at the final attack.
"Looks like he's catching up to you hahaha" he said to Kenji
"Tch, whatever. I would've found a way out of that" he said
Naruto walked out of the smoke with a big foxy grin. As he made his way toward the two he spoke up.
"Hehehe, looks like I won this time bro." Naruto said
"I told him you're catching up hehe" Noridasu said
Naruto glomped on his grandfather in a childlike hug. Luckily he had put down his tobacco pipe beforehand. He knew his youngest grandson was attached to him, Tsunade, Kumiko and Jiraiya. He looked to them as his parents. Jiraiya and Tsunade knew his birth parents and He himself was the great grandfather he needed along with Kumiko as his grandmother. He hoped to do his grandson and son proud by taking care of both his sons.
"Hehehe, I finally beat him. Our training has been a success Gramps! Pretty soon, I'm gonna learn rasengan!" he bragged
"Hah, I'll tell you what, I'll teach you the Hadoken when it's time for you to go into the Chunin exams" Noridasu said
Naruto kept his smile as they broke the embrace.
"Alright brat, you are catching up. But I didn't go all out just to let you know"
"Yea, yea, yea. I won't let it get to me. And you didn't even use your best techniques" he said, folding his arms.
Kenji ruffled his hair after he stood.
"Good job kiddo. You are gonna catch up at some point. Now come on it's time for you to get ready for your team assignments" he said as he walked into the house.
Naruto walked in after him, to see Shizune getting ready to leave and Fune braiding Mina's hair into two french braids while sitting on a couch in the living room.
"Hey Mina aren't you excited! We're gonna get our team assignments today!"
She sighed at his enthusiasm wondering where he gets his energy.
"Sure, it'll be better than sitting in class all day"
Fune chuckled at her daughter's response.
"Don't sound too excited to me"
"Well, it's not like I'm not ready for this, but it's been a long time coming. I'm just ready"
"Hehehe, we're gonna go on crazy missions, I gotta get showered up"
As he ran pas Shizune he waved
"Later Auntie Shizune. I'm gonna be out there with you soon hehe"
Shizune smiled as he finished putting on her sandals and waved back at him as she and Akari left to go to the hospital.
"Hahaha, I'm glad he's excited but I think he's gonna realize that this isn't all fun and games" Akari said
"Well, yea. But that's also why he has us" Shizune said as she stood up with Akari following
She looked back and smiled
"You're right. He'll be alright" she said as she walked out following Shizune to work at the hospital.
Kumiko was sitting in a rocking chair knitting something as she smiled hearing the excitement in her great grandson's voice.
"He's just like Sora was when you took him to train in ninjutsu for the first time" she said looking up at Noridasu as he walked in.
"Hmmm, very true. Both he and Kenji are very reminiscent of Sora. But, I wonder if that's also the Uzumaki in him as well. From what Tsunade told me she was a wild card hmhmhm" as the both smile regaling in their memories.

Kenji was walking with Mina and Naruto headed towards the Uchiha district. Naruto was bouncing on his feet in anticipation as they went to get Sasuke. They knocked on the gate of the Uchiha clan heads home. Mikoto opened the door and smiled at them
"Oh, hello Kenji, Naruto, Mina, how are you all today?"
"Can't complain, and you?" Kenji said
"I'm great, how are you Miss Mikoto?" Naruto asked
"I'm fine. How about you?" Mina said
She didn't expect them to respond in unison at exactly the same time.
"I'm doing well, thank you all for asking" she said as she sweatdropped
Sasuke walked up next to his mom with a stoic look on his face.
"Yo, Sasuke, are you ready?!" Naruto asked
He gave a confident smirk.
"Of course I am. I've been itching for this myself"
Mikoto ruffled Sasuke's hair.
"You be careful now ok?" Mikoto said to Sasuke
"Always mom" he said with a smile and a way
Sasuke walked off with the Namikaze and headed to the academy.
"Do you think we'll be on the same team?" Naruto asked
"It depends on the rankings in the classroom. You who shirks his responsibility in academia are in the middle instead of beginning at the top of the class in all areas." Mina said
Naruto had anime tears with a sweatdrop on his head as he took in her words.
"Even though you're not the top of the class, you're also one of the top taijutsu and Ninjustsu users in the class, but your genjutsu sucks" Mina continued
"Well, that makes sense" Kenji said
"What do you mean?" Mina said
"He's talking about the tailed beast inside of him. He has entirely too much chakra" Sasuke chimed in
"Hmm, I see. Well it looks like you've got a brain in there after all Uchiha" Mina said
"Tch, whatever. You should've known that yourself. He's your cousin after all" Sasuke said
"Heh, not saying I didn't but busting you guys' balls is fun sometimes." Mina said
"Yea, well sucks to be you because we don't care" Naruto said victoriously
"Che, sure you don't. How about you and your boyfriend shack up. You're made for each other." Mina said
They both sweatdropped and Sasuke scowled while Naruto yelled
"What is wrong with you Mina for the love of the Sage!"
Kenji laughed at them as he watched them go back and forth. Soon they were at the academy. As they walked in, they noticed all the girls looking at Sasuke and all the guys looking at Mina. Naruto sweatdropped, thankful he didn't really have a fanclub. But he was often challenged by other students for being amongst the top in ninjutsu and taijutsu.
As they entered the classroom they saw most of the other students and some of their friends. They broke off with Naruto and Sasuke sitting in their seats next to one another, and Mina sat next to Hinata.
As they sat, Naruto spoke up
"Well, at least we don't have to worry about Ino and Sakura" he said
"Just wait for it." Sasuke said as he looked out of the window.
Soon they heard footsteps running through the hallway from the distance, getting louder and louder. Then, they heard yells, getting louder and louder in tandem.
"I'm gonna sit next to Sasuke!" Ino yelled
"No! I'm gonna sit next to him, piggy!" Sakura yelled
"Oh yea forehead?" Ino yelled
"Yea, Pig!" Sakura yelled back
Their yelling began to get louder until they felt a high killing intent from Mina Namikaze, who was giving them a death stare. They shivered at her icey blue eyes as she drilled holes into their eyes, crushing their souls.
They began to scramble through the class to take their seats next to another unknown girl. Soon Iruka and Mizuki walked in and called the class to order.
"Well class, today is your team assignment. I'm very proud of you all for making it this far." Iruka said
"Yes, I myself am also proud of you all" Mizuki said
"Now, it's time for us to go down the roster for the teams"
He began to go through the list of teams. Naruto tuned them out as he waited for his team to come up.
"Team 6, Akino Shimura, Sozu Kohinata, and Mina Namikaze, your sensei is Genma Shiranui"
"Team 7, Naruto Namikaze, Hinata Hyuga, and Sasuke Uchiha, your sensei is Trunks Namikaze"
Naruto did a double take and figured he wouldn't interrupt Iruka and he would ask Trunks later. Sasuke also raised an eyebrow at this, knowing who Trunks was as well and that normally clansmen are not allowed to be one another's sensei. Mina had her own suspicions as to why Trunks was put as his sensei but she let it go
"Team 8, Shino Aburame, Sakura Haruno, and Kiba Inuzuka, your sensei is Kurenai Yuhi"
"Team 9 is still in circulation"
"And Finally, Team 10, Shikamaru Nara, Ino Yamanaka and Choji Akimichi, your sensei will be Asuma Sarutobi"
"Good luck,we're proud of you and expect great things from you" Iruka finished
Mizuki looked at Naruto and Mina with disgust in his eyes briefly and exited behind with Iruka.
As they left the students went to sit with their teams.
As Hinata got up Mina said, "Hey, good luck. And I'm sure the idiot will recognise your feelings for him"
Hinata blushed and nodded back
"Th-thank you. I w-wish you well with your team also. A-and maybe S-Sozu will recognize how you feel as well." the Hyuga replied back
Mina's eyes widened for a few seconds and she blushed with a smirk.
"Touche. Well, thank you very much" she said as Hinata left
She made her way to sit with Naruto and Sasuke as Mina did with Sozu and Akino.
"H-hello Naruto, H-hello Sasuke" She said meekly
Naruto gave a smile towards her, while Sasuke looked back at her and nodded, then continued to look outside the window. She blushed at the blonde and sat next to him with a warm smile.
"What's up? Are you ready to become a ninja?" he asked her
"Y-yes, I…am going to do my best to help us succeed," she said.
Soon all the other team's sensei's came to pick them up. An hour later, Naruto and Co had become antsy, then finally Trunks walked in with a blank face and leaned on the opening of the door with his arms folded.
Naruto leapt across the room with a straight right punch and Trunks caught it with ease.
"Whew, scary" he said dryly.
Naruto tried to punch him with his left, and Trunks began to bat away both of his punches at a super speed and then he kneed him in the stomach, causing him to fall to the floor. Sasuke and Hinata stood up as they watched Naruto struggle to get up and jump back, catching his breath.
"Humph, so much for teamwork. You both should've helped him" Trunks said
Naruto balled up his fists, but before he could speak, Trunks spoke up.
"Meet me on the rooftop" He said as he body flickered up the stairs.
Naruto followed after him and so did the others as they made their way up to follow him. Naruto was the first to reach him after leaping out of the window. Sasuke and Hinata ran up next to the blonde.
"Sit down, my students. Heh, I like the sounds of that." he said
Naruto and the others sat down waiting for their next orders.
"You all are now under my care. I will be teaching you all from now on. Though you may still receive training from your clans as well. Now, why don't you all introduce yourselves, starting with you blondie. Likes, dislikes, dreams, that type of stuff." he spoke up
Naruto raised an eyebrow
"Alright, sure. My name is Naruto Uzumaki, I like ramen, spending time with my precious and training. I dislike traitors, the amount of time it takes to wait for instant ramen and those who hurt my precious. My dream is to become a Hokage recognized by everyone in the village."
Trunks smirked and nodded,
"Good, next is you girl"
Hinata blushed at his forwardness
"M-my name is H-Hinata Hyuga. I like…pressing flowers, making medicine and spending time with my precious people. I…dislike those who look down on others and those who discriminate. My dream is…"
She paused and took a brief glance at Naruto, then she looked back at her sensei.
"My dream is to Unite both branches of the Hyuga clan." she said with a confident face
"Hmm, very noble. Next is broody"
Sasuke scoffed at the insult and smirked
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha. I don't like too many things-"
"What about me?" Naruto asked in indignation
Sasuke facepalmed briefly, then spoke again.
"I like my family, friends and tomatoes. I also like fighting stronger opponents to test myself. I dislike traitors and those who harm those I care for. My dream is to become the strongest shinobi that ever lived."
Trunks smirked at his new students
"Well, those are fine dreams indeed. But, your tests aren't done yet"
"What do you mean, Trunks?" Naruto yelled
He smirked and wagged a finger at him.
"It's sensei when we're in the field"
Naruto scoffed
"Anyways, your next test will be starting soon. Follow me" He said as he disappeared in the blink of an eye.
Naruto leapt off the building and began to levitate.
"Yo, you two grab onto me."
They gawked at him.
"Say, dope, when did you learn how to fly?" Sasuke asked in astonishment
Hinata herself had widened eyes and was speechless.
"Trunks and Vegeta taught me. They said I was young enough to be able to learn how to use ki." he said cheekily
"Ki? You mean, life force itself?" Hinata asked
Naruto nodded at her.
"Is is, possible for me to learn this?" Sasuke asked
"Hmmm, well you have to have a large amount of chakra. After all, the two are different. Chakra is physical and spiritual energy combined. Ki is just spiritual energy aka your life force" Naruto said while ruffling through his hair.
"Hey, is he flying?" a random civilian said
"Wow, just like Lord Vegeta and Trunks" another random civilian said
"Well, anyways, we should go." he said, gesturing for them to attach themselves to him. Hinata got on his back, in piggyback fashion, while he held Sasuke by his underarms and then they flew off towards the training field.
Trunks had his arms crossed as he watched his students land in front of him.
"Took you long enough" He said with his arms folded
"Yea, yea, yea. I had to explain to them how I could fly ok" Naruto said
"Enough, what is the next test? Sasuke said walking a few steps forward
"I'm gonna have fun with this. Your test will be to land a serious hit on me" Trunks said unfolding his arms
Sasuke smirked as he got into his Geigeki no Ken (Intercepting Fist) stance
"Whenever you're ready."
This caused Naruto to get into the Ansatsuken (Killing Fist) stance
Hinata saw her teammates follow through and got into her Yasashi Ken (Gentle fist) stance.
"B-but sensei, won't you get hurt?" she asked meekly
"Don't worry Hinata. He and my brother are rivals. And the only ones I've seen beat them are my Dad, His Dad, and my Grandpa. Go all out if you don't wanna get outclassed" Naruto said
"He's right. The last time I fought him on my own I got manhandled" Sasuke admitted bitterly
"Alright, enough stalling. Come and get me!"
Naruto leapt in first with a spinning kick, to which said brownish blonde dodged easily. Sasuke jumped in as Naruto landed to perform a leg sweep at his cousin. Sasuke threw a left hook, but it was batted away as he performed a counter attack. He back fisted Sasuke, sending him flying across the field. Naruto jumped back and created 10 shadow clones and they charged at him as the blond fished out some sealing tags and began to draw a ki suppression seal.
Trunks narrowed his eyes and zipped through the clones with ease as he went to punch Naruto, only to be stopped by a palm strike to his wrist in an attempt to block her attack. He performed a kick that she tried to block with a palm strike.
The clones had grabbed his arms and legs. Trunks flared his ki and yelled
"Haaaaaugh!"
He pushed Naruto and Hinata back, causing the clones to be repelled as well. Sasuke stood up annoyed, but happy he had a clear shot at him. He went through hand seals and yelled out
"Fire style: Grand Fireball Jutsu!"
The Uchiha blew out a giant fireball at Trunks, who looked at the attack with barely any interest. He jumped over the attack. He kicked the air and flew towards his student, who tried to meet him in the air, but he floated past him,
"Vision Smash!" he yelled kicking him in the back with barely 25% of his strength sending him flying again.
Naruto jumped up to catch him, so he didn't crash into the trees. Trunks landed as he folded his arms again.
"C'mon, if you don't get serious, then you'll all fail"
Hearing this, Hinata activated her Byakugan as she walked forward and got into her gentle fist stance. Naruto sat the raven hair down as he went to stand in his killing fist stance next to Hinata.
'I cannot allow Myself to drag my teammates down' Hinata thought
They both leapt into action, as he blocked their tandem attacks.
'Interesting, their attacks are in sync' Trunks thought
Naruto's leg sweep caused Trunks to jump, and he blocked a two fingered chakra strike with his wrist. Naruto sent a left punch that Trunks caught, and he kicked Naruto in the stomach, sending him flying as he blocked and weaved Hinata's strikes. He countered an uppercut, but she leaned back to dodge and then send a right jab, that he grabbed with her arm, pulling herself in for a strike but he caught her wrist, then kicked off her body, causing her to let go of him, as they flipped to land.
"Humph, you're a little bit smarter than the other two atleast. Or maybe you're just not as reckless" he said as he gave the "bring it on gesture" to her.
Naruto stood up with a neutral on his face as he released his chakra and went through hand seals and he put his fingers to his head. Soon he began to mix ki into his technique as electricity and wind gathered into his fingers. Sasuke stood looking at Naruto with a serious face. He put his fingers in the cross seal.
"Shadow clone jutsu!" and two clones puffed into existence
"Go help Hinata, I'm gonna combine my Grand Fireball technique with his technique." The clones nodded and they broke off.
As he landed next to Naruto Sasuke spoke.
"Hold that technique for a moment longer. I'm gonna get Hinata away from him."
Naruto grunted in understanding as he watched Sasuke's shadow clones jump into action with Hinata against Trunks.
"Heh, and what do you hope to-"
He looked at Naruto who's ki and chakra spiked dramatically as the air began to smell of sulfur. He dropped his guard for a second but he made a mistake and Hinata sent her palm into his solar plexus and Sasuke's clones grabbed him and held him in place. The Hyuga heiress jumped to the side.
"Now!" Sasuke yelled as he went through hand seals.
"Raiton: Hariken no Hikari!" (Lightning style: Light of the Hurricane)
"Hi-ryū hōō hana-jutsu" Fire Style: Phoenix flower jutsu
He blew out 4 small fire balls that began to encircle and combine with his attack, setting fire to the wind and enhancing the attack. Trunks smirked at the attack and flexed his ki severely.
"HAAAAAAAAUUUUGHHHH!" A whirlwind of white ki wrapped itself around him and stretched through the heavens itself, tearing open the clouds.
He pushed the clones off him, causing them to disperse, as the aura matched the combination attack, pushing it away and then a giant explosion engulfed him.
Naruto and Sasuke dropped to their knees as Hinata watched from afar at the collision in amazement. As the explosion pushed the air around them, they looked in awe at the sparks and the smoke that engulfed their teacher. Soon the smoke began to swirl and then it was blown away in clouds as Trunks stood with his bare chest in view with a few burns and scratches on him and his sword in hand. He had a very stern look as he eyed the two.
"You know, she already got the hit, before your little combination attack." Trunks said in annoyance.
Suddenly he began to emit killing intent at the both of them, causing them to force themselves to stand. Hinata leapt in front of the two in her gentle fist stance as the half-saiyan walked towards them. Trunks smirked at their determination.
"You know, I liked that attack from Hinata catching me off guard. And your little combination attack gave me a surprise. So you all pass" he said with ease
Naruto and Sasuke sighed in relief as Hinata deactivated her Byakukan and sighed in relief.
"Alright! Whoo-hooo!"
Suddenly Kakashi walked into the clearing, surprising the 3 genin but not Trunks.
"Big bro Kakashi what're you doing here?" Naruto asked
"I happened to be passing by and I felt your chakra signatures rising" he said
"He'll also be the co-captain to the team" Trunks said
"Co-Captain?" the 3 said
"Yes, we have eyes on a group of s class rogue ninja, keeping watch on Jinchuriki, courtesy of Lord Jiraiya" Trunks continued
"And they're after Naruto?" Hinata said without stuttering
"Yes and what's even worse is that we've found a rogue Uchiha from the village amongst them." Kakashi added
"What? How could that be possible?" Sasuke asked
"The rest of what's connected to this is an S-class secret that is connected to events that date back 13 years ago" Kakashi said
"You mean the 9 tails attack" Naruto said with a knowing voice
"How did you know about that?" Kakashi asked, but guessed how
"Kenji's been more active with my training recently. And he's been telling me things he shouldn't because he wants me to know what I'm up against" Naruto said
Trunks sighed
"Well, at least you all know what's going on now. And since you all are on a team with him, you should know what you'll be up against."
Hinata looked at Naruto with worry.
"W-we'll have to train harder to protect Naruto" she said
"At any rate, we'll be moving as a special assault unit for the village and taking on more serious missions. But like any other team, you'll start out doing d-rank missions" Kakashi said
"Humph, looks like they're serious about this years graduates" Sasuke said
Kakashi nodded at him with a leveled gaze.
"Now, your missions begin tomorrow. I suggest you prepare yourselves" Kakashi said
"So will you be with us on our missions, Kakashi sensei?" Naruto asked
"Only for B rank and up. You all should be able to handle C and D rank missions on your own" Kakashi said
"Alright now that, that's done, I'm gonna go get something to eat" Trunks said
Naruto hurried to walk up next to him as they made their way home.
"Humph, looks like I'll need to ask Dad for help with my training" Sasuke said
Hinata looked at her hands and balled up her fists.
"Don't worry. If either of you ever need help with training feel free to ask me whenever I'm in the village. I'll also be helping with your team training as well. Until then, I'll see you at the next training session" Kakashi said as his body flickered away.
Sasuke and Hinata got up and smirked at one another nodding in a wordless agreement as they ran to catch up with Naruto and Trunks.

2 weeks later
Team 7 had walked in with Hinata holding Tora the cat, while Naruto and Sasuke were scowling and covered in claw marks.
"Team 7 reporting from a mission" Trunks said with a bored expression.
"OOOOH my Tora" The Fire Daiymo's wife said as she took the cat and gave it a bone crushing hug.
"Heh, bastard cat" Naruto said
"Humph" Sasuke huffed in agreement as they both gave a satisfied smirk at the miserable cat.
Hinata sighed at the fate of the cat
As she exited the Hokage began to sort through mission scrolls.
"Alright, then. Team 7, your next mission will be babysitting for the Uchiha's newborn"
Sasuke sweatdropped as he remembered that one of his clansmen had just had a child.
"NO WAY GRAMPS, WE NEED A -MMMFFF!"
Trunks grabbed Naruto's face, covering his mouth with a strong grip.
"Alright, now what mission did you have for us?" Trunks asked
"Actually, I agree with him. We've been doing d-ranks for 2 weeks now" Sasuke said calmly
"Y-yes, at your discretion my lord, we humbly ask for a higher ranked mission" Hinata said
"Hmm, what do you say Trunks?"
The brownish blonde bowl cut looked at his students and smirked looking back at the Hokage.
"Sure, they've trained in teamwork enough through the d-ranks in the past 2 weeks" he said confidently
"Alright then, I have the perfect mission for you all." he said, pulling out a blue scroll.
After opening the scroll he said
"Team 7, your mission is to escort the leader of the land of waterfall back to his village" Hiruzen said
"ALRIIIIGHT!" Naruto said getting out of Trunk's grip
"Bring him in" The Hokage said
The leader of waterfall country walked in and bowed
"Thank you for your generosity, Lord Hokage. I will forever be in your debt" He said bowing to the village leader
He straightened up to look at the ninja and gave a genuine smile, prompting Trunks to smile and speak.
"My name is Trunk Namikaze. These are my students, Naruto Namikaze, Sasuke Uchiha and Hinata Hyuga. We will be your guards on this mission."
"I will be in your care" he said
"Alright, we'll meet at the village gates" Trunks said

At the village gates, Team 7 stood with Shibuki.
"Alright, do you have everything you'll need?" Trunks asked
Everyone nodded as they looked outside of the village gates.
"Ok, let's get going" the Jonin said
Shibuki shivered a bit as they began to walk out of the village. Trunks and Naruto noticed but said nothing. They formed a diamond formation around them as they began down the trail of the hidden leaf.
Far off in the land of fire 3 figures stood in a small spacecraft that was hidden in the trees. A being of tall stature with purple skin and a jelly bean shaped head with no nose and wore black armor with yellow shoulder guards and spandex shorts and white boots with yellow tips in front of a fat, slightly shorter, pink figure in similar armor with pants and a figure with horn like antenna hanging from it's face with similar purple skin, stature and armor.
"Puipui, it's time we go check out this so called Hero's water" the fat pink man said
"But, Dodoria, Lord Frieza asked of us only to perform reconnaissance"
Dodoria sighed
"Are you afraid of these earthlings?"
"Of course not, but-"
"Relax, if all goes well we may get a bonus from Lord Frieza. Wouldn't you like that? Besides, Cui and I are going to do some more looking around for the supposed Saiyans that reside on this planet and eradicate them." Dodoria said annoyed
"Yes, it's likely we won't be meeting again for some time. Do take caution. These humans are strong" Cui said'
"Yes, if one of us completes our goals then we'll meet back here immediately."
"Fine, let's make our goals a reality then. We'll" Puipui said with a neutral face and then they separated in an afterimage.

Team 6 was in the Hokage's office awaiting a mission.
"Team 6 reporting in from a mission" Genma said
"Ahh, another successful mission." the Hokage said
"Yessir" Genma replied
"Well, I have a mission that I think you all will enjoy."
"It better not be another d-rank old man" Sozu said
Akino elbowed him, but he blocked it easily. Mina slapped him upside the head which caused his stoic mask to crack just a bit.
"I so happen to have a c-rank to the land of waves" Hiruzen said with a grandfatherly grin to Sozu
Sozu grinned in satisfaction
Genma sighed as he looked over his team. He knew Sozu was chomping at the bits to prove himself.
"What do you think, Genma?" Hiruzen said
"They're ready." Genma said in resignation
"Alright, your mission will be to escort a bridge builder named Tazuna to the land of waves. Bring him in"
Tazuna walked in with a Samurai hat, a gray bookbag, beige shirt, gray shorts, and brown sandals, holding a bottle of alcohol.
"Tch, these brats are my escorts. I mean the older guy makes sense, but these kids really?"
Suddenly the bottle in his hand was cut down to the handle he held and he gulped. He looked at the bottle, then at Mina who blew her hands like it was a weapon. This caught everyone by surprise, even Sozu.
"I'd say that's a good demonstration, am I right?" Mina said
"Y-yes it does"
"Alright, then, Team 6, we'll meet at the gate in 2 hours" Genma said

Back with Shibuki and Team 7, they were sitting under the stars near Tenchi bridge and the land of grass.
"We covered a decent amount of ground for today. We should reach the Hidden Waterfall Village by noon tomorrow." Trunks said
"A-are you sure we can be out here at this time?" Shibuki asked
"We should be fine amongst the trees. I'll go look for some firewood. Naruto, you create a perimeter with your shadow clones. Hinata use your Byakugan to help Naruto make a perimeter. Sasuke, watch out for Shibuki" Trunks said
Sasuke begrudgingly bit his tongue and nodded in cooperation. Naruto Created 20 shadow clones and had them go around the general area and Hinata walked around the general area with the real Naruto to keep watch as they took notice of the immediate area. Soon enough, Naruto had his clones transform into rocks, twigs, and animals throughout the area. A while later Naruto and Hinata came back to see Shibuki had set up his tent while Sasuke sat, with his eyes closed struggling to meditate to pass the time. Soon Trunks came back with a large amount of wood. He dropped it and threw some firewood in the center of them, then he shot a finger beam at the firewood and it lit on fire.
"Hey, does anyone want ramen?" Naruto asked
The rest of the team laughed at him aside from Shibuki
"What, I have some extra?" they all shook their heads no
"Oh well, more for me"
"My mom still lets you eat those?" Trunks asked
"Well, no. I sneak them in sometimes. She says they're no good but hey, I like it hehe"
Trunks sweat dropped but continued to pull out his own lunch and opened a bento and began to eat. As did everyone else.
"Lord Shibuki?" Hinata spoke to him for the first time
"Shibuki is fine But what is it young one?"
"Is the Hidden Waterfall a shinobi village?"
"Yes, why do you ask?"
"Not to be rude or anything, but why did you need us to escort you back? Don't you all have a ninja force as well?"
"We do, but we have more civilians than ninjas. And most of our ninja come from civilian backgrounds. We don't exactly have a large force either."
"So a lot of your upper ranking ninja are completing missions for your village?" Sasuke asked
"That's exactly what I mean. While are prosperous, we don't nearly have enough forces to spread like the 5 great nations"
They nodded
"So that's why you guys have an alliance with us?" Naruto said brashly
"Well, our alliance goes back to the 3rd great ninja war. We created an alliance with the 3rd Hokage and we protect the Land of Fire, and donate our ninja to the 12 ninja guardians as well." Shibuki said
"Hmm, that makes sense. You both and Uzu protect the land of Fire. Well these days minus Uzu unfortunately" Trunks said
Naruto sighed as he thought of his birth mother. He had seen her in pictures and heard stories about her from Jiraiya and Tsunade, but that was it.
"12 ninja guardians?" Sasuke asked
"A group of elite ninja that work under the Fire Daimyo as his elite guards. They only handle S class missions" Trunks replied
"How long do they have to serve?" Sasuke asked
"3 years at a time"
"How do you know so much sensei?" Hinata asked
"After we left the land of Lightning, we traveled for a bit before we decided to come to the leaf village" Trunks replied
"Hey sensei, what are the steps to learning how to use ki?" Sasuke asked
"Meditation. Sort of like Senjutsu, only instead of feeling nature chakra, you reach inward from the center of your body. It's broken down in mastering 3 phases but it takes a while for those who use chakra, versus it being easier for those who don't use chakra. First is Genki or strength and vigor to put it simply. Next is Yuki or emotions. The nature of your ki will be reflected through your emotions. Next is Shoki, or right mindedness. Your focus on the point of projecting it outside of your body is also important. Once you get all 3 of these down it'll be second nature. Naruto is lucky because he came up being well practiced in both. Kenji is somewhat natural. Even Shisui your cousin, was able to catch on to it. Might Guy and Rock Lee were also able to, but that's because they don't really have good chakra control aside from water and tree walking along with substations. Possibly the body flicker as well. But anyways those are the basics"
Sasuke nodded and made up in his mind he would learn, so did Hinata even though she didn't say anything.
An hour later they all went to sleep except Trunks who was taking the first of the night's watch. He sat with his arms crossed on a branch high off the ground enough to see the sky. He closed his eyes and began to meditate, sensing energy around the area. Soon he sighed as he felt nothing, when suddenly he opened his eyes. He felt a power level approaching the campsite. Naruto opened his eyes as he also felt the foreign ki signature approaching them. He quietly got out of his sleeping back and jumped into the trees, climbing the branch to meet Trunks.
"So you felt it too huh?" Trunks said
"Yea. Should we go meet it?" Naruto asked
"You've still got your shadow clones around the area right?"
"Yea. If anyone approaches then we'll know." Naruto concurred
"ok, lets. But if it gets too dangerous you have to get out of there and leave it to me"
They began to float, then they flew off towards the enemy under the moonlight. As they flew, Trunks began to grow excited. Naruto was anxious and anticipating a strong opponent. As they came upon their assailant they were surprised at his appearance. He looked like some sort of creature. He had a long head, purple skin and a uniform similar to what the saiyan's used to wear.
"You! You wear a uniform similar to the saiyans" Trunks said
The being tapped on a device that looked like a communicator with a screen on the side of his face.
"Humph, your strength is great. And you know of the Saiyans. Tell me where they are!"
"Tch, you're looking at one. Now what?" Trunks said as he gripped the hilt of his sword
"Ohhh, and what of the boy? Is he just a human who can use ki?" Appule asked
"That's none of your business" Trunks replied
"Wrong Answer" Appule said creating an energy blast and shooting Trunks in the stomach with a ki blast, sending him into the ground.
"YOU!" Naruto threw a wild haymaker that proved to his detriment as it was blocked and he was kicked with a harsh force in his stomach sending him flying through the night sky.
As he regained himself mid flight, found himself blocking a double handed smash with his head sending him into the trees.
"What kinda power is this? It's inhuman" Naruto said as he stood up wearily. Trunks stood up dusting himself off and looked as Appule floated down to tree level and folded his arms
"C'mon saiyan, give me a fight to talk about after I take your life."
"Oh no you don't" Naruto yelled out flying at a high speed to headbutt the purple alien as he blocked the attack sending him through the trees.
Appule skidded by his feet on the ground and launched back at Naruto, but this time he had to block a punch with both his arms from Trunks. He counter with a knee that Trunks blocked with his left forearm. Soon they began to battle at a speed that Naruto could barely keep up with. Punches, Kicks, knees, elbows, and anything else they could use were thrown, until Appule elbow struck Trunks, but the saiyan had connected a knee to the aliens stomach, and then they snapped back into battle.
'Whoa, so this is Trunks going all out!' Naruto thought
Then he realized that he had to do something. He began to run through hand seals and channel chakra combining his two natures to make his now goto Light of the Hurricane technique. He put his two fingers on his forehead gathering lightning as wind began to swirl around him. Soon he began to channel ki into as well making his entire right hand glow blue and crackle with lightning.
Soon the Saiyan kicked the alien away from him and landed as he looked to see Naruto charging his attack. He smirked and went after Appule.
'Humph, I'll just knock him in front of the attack' Trunks thought
Soon he leapt into action as he went to punch his opponent, but Appule dodged and leapt back as he saw his scout start beeping uncontrollably.
"What is this power?" he wondered, then he felt the breeze as Naruto's attack charged.
'That brat is planning to hit me with that eh?'
As Trunks attacked him, Appule dodged again and smashed his fist into Trunks' gut, then he grabbed him and threw him at Naruto. The blond dodged and then Appule used this chance to charge his own attack. He gripped his hands together and slowly pulled them apart creating a ball of ki the size of a beach ball
"Let's see you stop this!" Appule yelled and threw it at Naruto, who pointed his attack outward and shot the beam toward the energy ball.
"Light of the Hurricane!"
The attack clashed and they began a beam struggle, with Naruto on the losing end.
"What the hell?" Naruto yelled as he struggled to hold the attack
Trunks got up and shot the beam, struggling with his own attack, causing it to explode. The impact cause a pressuried breeze that kicked up smoke and dust while destroying the environment.
Back at the camp,
Shibuki, Sasuke and Hinata woke up from the explosion.
As the Waterfall leader came out of his tent, he began to shiver at the explosion he saw in the distance.
Sasuke stood and balled up his fists.
"Dammit, they had a fight and wake tell me"
Hinata activated her Byakugan, but they were out of their range.
"S-Sasuke, we should probably let them handle it. They p-probably left us to protect Lord Shibuki while they handled the attacker." Hinata said with a meek voice
Sasuke scoffed at her but sat down in resignation.
"I don't like this one bit. I feel like I'm running away without running away" The Uchiha said
With Naruto and Trunks,
"Shadow Clone Jutsu!" Naruto yelled creating 100 clones and they all leapt in with fights raised.
Appule received multiple punches as he blocked and struck back, but he seems to be getting outmatched, They even destroyed his scouter continuing to beat on him until he yelled,
"RAAAAAUUUGHHHH YOU FUCKING BRAT! HOW DARE YOU!" He yelled as he let out an explosive energy wave sending the clones flying back.
Suddenly he had to block another right punch from Trunks and his feet skid across the ground. He leaned back and let his arms touch the ground and Trunk jumped back as he tried to donkey kick the saiyan. He landed next to Naruto who was returning from being sent flying by the explosive wave.
"He's taken everything we've thrown at him like it's nothing
"Naruto, stand back, I'm about tired of this guy and we have a mission to finish" Trunks said as drew his sword and channel ki around it.
Appule smirked and cracked his neck.
"You two have been fun, but it's time to die now. Especially you Saiyan, Lord Frieza will be delighted that there's one less saiyan on this planet."
Trunks' aura swirled around him and then went into his body, causing his to glow white as the aura outlined him and his sword. His hair began to rise and it became spiked.
"I don't have time to deal with you. More than likely we've drawn enough attention. Playtime is over." Trunks said
Appule laughed
"Hahahahahaha. Oh please. You never beat me!" he said as he gathered a very dense amount of ki around his right and left fists.
They were quiet for a few moments as the land around them was pushed apart by their auras. Then they leapt at each other
"Great Odenta Slash!"
"DIE!"
Appule punched the sword and they clashed as opposing forces created a dense explosive wave that sent Naruto skidding back. Soon the forces caused a giant explosion that blew up the area around them. Naruto had to block his eyes from the flash of the skirmish. As the explosion kicked up, Naruto was blown off his feet and sent into the forest, where he avoided smashing a tree landing on his feet on the bark of a tree trunk.
"Dammit! Those two are really something else."
Soon the clash explosion died down and he began to race back to the scene. He came upon Trunks standing over the alien, whose arm and hand was cut open. Trunk used his sword to cut off the alien's head and then he pulled out a scroll and sealed the head. He whipped the blood off his sword and sheathed it. Next he opened his hand and blasted the body into dust with a ki blast. Trunks turned around to see an on edge Naruto. He sighed and spoke
"This is what warriors and ninjas do, Naruto. Sometimes we might have to kill, sometimes. Just don't let that feeling of remorse leave you. That's what makes us human."
Naruto nodded at his words and they began to float up past the trees and fly back to camp. On the way back Naruto began to let Trunks' words sink into his mind. He gained a determined look in his eyes as they made it back. Soon they landed back at the camp site to see a ridged Sasuke and a deeply worried Hinata.
"Sensei, Naruto, are you alright?" Hinata asked
"Heh, you should see the other guy" Trunks said with a smirk
Sasuke noticed that they were somewhat injured with cuts, bruises and burns. He untightened his fists and glared seriously as he spoke
"Who was the enemy? Were they after Shibuki?" he said seriously
"Relax, broody, they were after me and they're dead now" Trunks replied
"What? Why you?" Shibuki spoke up for the first time
"I'm a saiyan. There are those that want to see us dead. But, our opponent, wasn't…normal" Trunks said
"And what exactly does that mean?" Sasuke asked
"He…was an alien" Naruto said
Hinata, Shibuki and Sasuke looked a bit miffed.
"We'll talk about it later" Trunks said rubbing his head
"Anyways, me and the brat are going to sleep. Hinata, Sasuke, one of you will keep watch. I'm gonna pass out. I suggest you do the same Naruto, you burned alot of ki and we have to be up in 4 hours."
Trunks sat down and began to write something down on a scroll.
"Sensei what're you writing?" Hinata asked
"I'm sending for Kakashi. Things are getting dicey and we may have attracted other enemies"
The girl nodded and Trunks finished the scroll and went through a set of hand seals and summoned a messenger bird. He strapped the scroll to the bird and sent it out. Then he went to sleep. Naruto quickly followed suit and went to lie down in his sleeping bag. Sasuke looked at Hinata and spoke
"Go back to sleep, Hinata. I'm gonna keep watch"
She shook her head no
"I-I can't sleep anyways," she said as she sat down and kept watch with Sasuke
Soon they began to hear Naruto and Trunks snore softly.
Sasuke looked up at the moon, then around at his team. The campfire was out and he saw Hinata sitting in a tree looking around with her Byakugan active. He punched the ground and cursed his uselessness as he didn't have his sharingan. He didn't let it eat at him but he knew he needed to find a way to compensate.

On the way there they noticed that Shibuki began to shiver and shutter at the movements of the forest. A squirrel jumped out of the bush moving up a tree and he hid behind Hinata cowering in fear. They all sighed at his actions as they hadn't noticed how fearful he was until now.
"Are we almost there?" Naruto asked
"No, and don't start that up kid." Trunks said with a vein on his forehead
Naruto nodded and gulped, staying quiet. Sasuke sighed in relief at not hearing Naruto complain. Hinata was looking around with her Byakugan active. Trunks was using his ears to listen for any opposition. Soon he breathed easier and put a hand on Hinata's shoulder signaling it was ok to shut off her do-jutsu. Soon they were upon a giant water.
"Whoaaa. This is awesome!" Naruto said as he looked at the Giant waterfall flowing into the riverbed.
The rest of the team had similar thoughts. Shibuki breathed easy as he felt comfortable walking around his home turf. Trunks looked around and saw garbage in the river and then he rolled his eyes at the disrespect to nature. Suddenly they heard to childish voices
"Lord Shibukiiiii!" A young girl and boy yelled out with smiles on their faces
"Hello young ones run along now, we have no time to play" he said
"We're not playing. We were gonna clean the river" the little girl said
"Ohhh is that right?"He said looking out at the river
The little boy nodded in agreement.
He got an idea from this as he looked around at the leaf ninja.
"Excuse me Master Trunks, would your genin be willing to help the young ones clean the river. I'd be willing to pay extra."
"Hmm, sure." Trunks said
"So, we're done with the bodyguard detail right?" Sasuke asked
"Yup, I'm home now" Shibuki said with a smile
Sasuke shrugged as the children began to bring out tools to pick up trash.

Elsewhere a group of ninja sat on a giant tree.
"Suien, we've caught wind of a group of leaf shinobi escorting Shibuki to the Hidden Waterfall." A woman said
Suien had long spiky hair, small dark eyes, and a goatee. He wore a dark blue jacket, gray pants, sandals, and a bandanna that held his hair out of his face.
"It's fine Hisame, he'll be open for attack soon after Murasame and his platoon move out."
Hisame is a young, quite tall, and slim kunoichi with fair skin, short light brown unkempt spiky hair, azure blue earrings, red lipstick, pupil-less black eye irises, short thin light brown eyebrows and wears a white hairband over her head, holding the hair out of the way from her eyes. She wore a pink tube top that has a dark red linen along with a open, light blue shirt, navy blue pants and ninja sandals. She wore her shuriken holster on her right leg.
"Well, then when do you plan to attack Murasame?" She asked
Murasame is a muscular, tough-looking shinobi. He wears a black, sleeveless shirt, gray pants, ninja sandals, and brown-coloured arm warmers. He has about chin length gray hair which is spiked at the top. He also has a teal line marking that goes over his nose.
He was standing next to her and another ninja.
"Humph, we were just leaving" he said with a smirk as he and 5 other ninjas moved out
"Humph, I hope he's not underestimating his opponents" Another ninja said
"Don't worry Kirisame. Even if he is, we will take care of whatever he couldn't deal with" Suien said
Kirisame wears a gray hat like forehead protector with the Amegakure symbol on the front of it, tied around the back of his head. He has tiny black pupils, messy, chin-length brown hair coming out from under his forehead protector, part of it covering his left eye, and very thin eyebrows. He wears a black skin-tight suit underneath all of his clothing, which also covers his mouth and nose. He wears a light grey scarf around his neck, a light grey T-shirt over his suit, a blue-coloured strapped suit that acts as his pants and a shirt over his grey one. He wears his weapon holster on his right thigh and black shinobi sandals.
"Whatever, I just want to kill some enemy ninja" Kirisame said as he gave an evil laugh
With Trunks he was laying on a rock sleeping as he was alerted to some foreign life signatures approaching.
Naruto noticed as well but played dumb.
"So you all came here protecting lord Shibuki?" The little boy asked
"Yea, but he doesn't act like much of a Lord if you ask me" Naruto replied as he walked on the the shore
The little girl pushed him as he was walking
"Hey, what was that for?"
Soon his next step found his right foot in dog poop.
"Aahhhhhhh! Noooooooo!" He yelled as he scrapped the excrement in the grass.
"That'll teach you to disrespect our Leader!" The little girl said
Sasuke and Hinata sweat dropped as they watched the spectacle.
Then they heard footsteps behind them causing them to whirl around with caution. What they saw alarmed them. It was an older woman walking slowly towards them. She looked fatigued and had dirt on her skin and outfit
"Help…." She said falling down to show a bloody Kunai protruding from her back.
"Mama!" The younger girl and boy said running towards the woman.
Trunks stood up as he felt the presence of the attackers approaching. He leapt to the shore and began to look around. Hinata grabbed her back and ran over pulling out medicine to begin treating the older woman.
Naruto's senses kicked in and he felt 6 life signatures headed towards them. Suddenly the new bus burst through the waterfall throwing a large hail of kunai at them. Trunks' eyes glowed and he pushed the weapons out of the way with his kiai. Sasuke whirled around with a demon wind shuriken and threw it at the ninja.
The large shuriken whirled threw the ninja tearing through their bodies and cutting through them, with elegance. Their bloody bodies were blasted away by Trunks who used a kiai again. One of the ninja that avoided the demon wind shuriken used the force from the kiai to push himself away and escape into the forest.
*Woosh!*
A giant gust of wind blew the forest like natural high winds. Naruto caught wind of the man as he escaped but realized that this meant there were more pieces to this puzzle than they thought.
"Hey, Shibuki, we need to head into your village. I'm sensing more hostile life signatures."
Shibuki nodded
"You all stay here with the woman and her children. I'll handle whatever's in the village" Trunks continued
The genin nodded as their sensei and Shibuki headed towards the waterfall. Naruto folded his arms looking around then he sat in front of the waterfall stretching out his senses.
Trunks and Shibuki walked into the cave behind the waterfall. There were two pools of water in front of them.
"These pools lead to the village." Shibuki said
Trunks nodded and they jumped in the pool's swimming towards the bottom, then Trunks followed Shibuki as they swam forward. Trunks began to feel all the hostile life forces he felt earlier. Then he felt his sword pulse on his back as well.
'One of the Tenka Goken is here as well huh? This should be interesting' he thought
