As they made it to the shore of the village, Trunks saw the village was empty. He looked to see Shibuki swim away.
"Where is everyone?" The saiyan asked
"I'm…not sure"
"Be on the lookout. Those ninja at the waterfall didn't come alone"
"I'm going to check on something" he said as he went back under water.
Trunks shrugged as he looked around sensing the villagers. He looked around and began to walk through the village. He looked around enjoying the lush forest-like environment around the village.
'If the entrance to this village is hidden then that means whoever kidnapped the villagers is a rogue ninja from here as well'
As he made his observation he had to dodge a water whip from a tall young woman with a hidden rain headband around her neck. He then dodged a barrage of shuriken thrown at him.
He drew his Great Odenta sword and parried away a kunai swipe from a ninja in an all gray like the ones at the waterfall. He created a yellow ball of ki in his left hand and shot it at a ninja wearing all gray putting a hole in his chest. 4 other ninjas in the same attire charged him with kunai in hand. He began to fight them all at once parrying all of their attacks. His body became irradiated in white aura as he dodged a kunai swipe and palm struck a ninja in the face. He slashed through another ninja kunai, cutting his shoulder open and kicking him in the stomach into a building. He leapt up landing on a building ledge squaring with ease as he held his sword with the blunt edge over his right shoulder.
"Is that all?" He said with a confident smirk on his face looking at Hisame and the 2 other ninja in front of her.
"You have some skill. But you lack in experience" Kirisame said as he stood on a building behind Trunks
"You're not much older than me you know" Trunks said with a deadpan face
"But I know of war and despair. You are just some green behind the ears Jonin" the masked ninja said
Trunks smirked as he disappeared in an afterimage and so did Kirisame and the other 3 ninja. The battle resumed with several water whips smashing through buildings. The 2 ninja in gray launched themselves at Trunks who dodged both of their attacks and slashed through their torsos.
"Humph, too easy" Trunks said
Then he brought his sword up to block a water sword from Kirisame.
With Shibuki
The leader of the waterfall walked into a secret cavern and walked to a wooden safe with a seal on it. He put his hand in a ram seal and opened the safe.
"Kai!" he said
A seal of the waterfall appeared on the wooden door. He opened it and pulled out the Heroes Water, putting it in his jacket. As he turned around he saw Suien standing on the river across from him. He gained a look of fear and hesitation.
"Hello, Shibuki, my former student. How have you been?" The former jonin asked
"How did you find this place, Suien?" Shibuki cut to the chase
"I was one of the closest advisors to your father after all. He told me of this place a long time ago."
"Your betrayal and speaking of my father sickens me." Shibuki said, pulling out the hero's water and drinking some.
Blue chakra began to burst around his body and wrap around him.
"I'll kill you for your betrayal!"
"But if you do that, you won't be able to find where I've put the citizens"
Shibuki narrowed his eyes.
"Then I'll beat it out of you!" the waterfall leader yelled as he drew a kunai and charged the man
Suien drew his own kunai and parried him. They were locked into a struggle until Suien used Shibuki's force against him then spun around him kicking him away. He did not charge his student, but simply stood at the ready for his student's charge again. Shibuki stood up on the water. He went through hand seals and yelled
"Water style: Water Dragon Bullet!"
Suien mirrored his hand seals
"Water style: Water Dragon Bullet!"
Two giant water dragons struggle for dominance, creating a giant cascade of falling water as the attacks cancel each other out.
*tap* *tap* *tap*
Shibuki heard running steps from the side and threw his kunai to his right and jumped left. Suien dodged and went through more hand seals.
"Water style: Water whip!"
A tendril snaked out of the water grabbing Shibuki's leg and slinging him into the clayish rock wall of the cavern. He coughed up blood as his body imprinted into the road and then he fell hitting the water. He is soon picked up by his neck using a water tendril and brought before Shibuki. As a last resort he tries to punch Suien, but the jonin blocked him and stabbed him in the shoulder.
"Argh!" he yelled out in pain as he tried to use his other arm to punch.
Suien weaved out of the way and made a flat hand with all fingers extended except the index finger, which is put under the thumb. This caused 2 more tendrils to come alive from the water and snake around his legs and his wrist.
"You tried Shibuki, now it's time for me take what's rightfully mine"
"Rightfully yours? YOU FUCKING TRAITOR! YOU WON'T GET AWAY WITH THIS!"
Suien took the Hero's water from his jacket, then he drank from it. A similar power up to Shibuki happened for him. He took a bigger sip and his visible chakra intensified. He used the water tendrils to slam Shibuki into the cavern walls again. He fell into the water unconscious. Suien put the water away and leapt into the river that held an underwater passage out of the cave.

Sasuke looked around the area they were in then at Naruto who was meditating. Next He looked at Hinata who had finished treating the woman. Said victim was asleep with her children next to her watching over her as Hinata looked around with her Byakugan for any enemies.
Sasuke himself sat with his legs folded and closed his eyes and began to meditate. He stretched out his senses to hear everything around him and focused on centering his mind and emotions. His body began to glow light blue as his ki began to materialize for the first time. He felt a warm sensation in his stomach as the wind kicked up swirling around him.
Elsewhere, Murasame stood on a tree branch a ways away from the blonde as he created three water clones and smirked. He sent two clones in as a distraction as he began to watch for a reaction.
Hinata was looking around as she took surveillance of the area. Soon she began to see a dense mist form around them.
Naruto opened his eyes as did Sasuke as they jumped next to Hinata and they guarded the unconscious woman and children. Naruto put his hands in the cross seal and made 10 shadow clones surrounding them. Murasame's water clones landed in the water and went through hand seals.
"Water style: Giant Vortex Jutsu!"
A giant whirlpool arose from the water and moved to attack them. Naruto and his clones went through hand seals.
"Wind style: Gale force barrage!"
Almost a dozen gale force winds pushed back the water vortex and a struggle ensued. Sasuke looked at the struggle intently until he realized that their backs were to a tree. He whirled around to look to the side, catching movement in his vision.
"Hinata be prepared, they're attacking from the sides!" Hinata looked around to see a man approaching them
Sasuke went through hand seals and yelled
"Fire Style: Dragon Flame Jutsu!" the flaming dragon roared
He spit out a giant fire dragon that tore through the mist destroying a water clone only to see the mist form again. He pulled out a kunai and continued to look around. Suddenly Hinata found herself blocking a punch and countering with a palm strike. Murasame coughed up blood and jumped back into the mist, and then he went through hand signs creating 2 more water clones. He sent them out to attack as he went to formulate another plan of attack.
Naruto pushed more chakra into his attack and pierced through the water vortex defeating the two clones. He stretched out his senses and sent his clones after the enemy's water clones. He went through hand signs and yelled
"Wind Style: Great Breakthrough!" he yelled as a giant breeze blew the mist away.
Sasuke leapt into action and drew a kunai. One of Murasame's clones swiped at Sasuke who dodged and stabbed one of his clones causing it to disperse into water. He had to dodge another kunai swipe from a clone and then he drove the kunai into the back of his neck causing it to disperse into water.
"Sasuke, he's in the tree's!" Hinata yelled while looking up at Murasame with her Byakugan.
The Uchiha leapt up to swipe with his kunai, said rain jonin jumped backwards and leapt towards the waterfall, only to be cut off by Naruto, who kicked him in the face, sending him into the water. Naruto drew a handful of shuriken and threw it at him then he went through handsigns.
"Shuriken Shadow Clone Jutsu!"
Murasame went through hand signs
"Water Style: Waterwall!"
A giant wall of water stopped over 30 shuriken. Suddenly he had to dodge a kunai swipe from Sasuke. He countered and kicked the boy away from him, but Sasuke groaned and went through handsigns.
"Fire style: Grand Fireball Jutsu!"
The missing hidden rain jonin looked around and substituted with a log of wood.
"Che, this guy is getting annoying!" Sasuke said
Naruto put his hands in the cross seal and created 20 shadow clones. He sent 5 of them over with Hinata and the civilians to guard them, then he sent the rest to search for the missing rain ninja. Murasame stood in the brush of the trees and breathed in heavily. He looked around at his opponents trying to strategize, until he saw the Hyuga girl look at him.
"Dammit!" he said as he dodged a hail of kunai she threw at him.
He drew another kunai and dodge a clone who was performing a spinning kick. He wrapped a paper bomb tag around his kunai and threw it at the incoming clones. The explosion, which destroyed part of the landscape, kicked up a lot of smoke and dust. He found himself deflecting a hail of shuriken and moving away from the waterfall.
As he moved through the forest he found himself dodging a demon wind shuriken. As he did he found a Naruto clone coming towards him to head but his ribcage in the side, sending him into a tree. He was then bombarded by a hail of shuriken in his arms and legs as Sasuke landed on a branch above Murasame.
"You're done for. This is your end" He said as the ninja fell to one knee. Then he smirked as Naruto and his clones approached him.
"If I have to go then I'm taking you with me!" He said throwing off his jonin vest revealing his body was covered in paper bomb tags.
Naruto and Sasuke looked in worry as they leapt away and he put his hand in the ram seal as the tags began to sizzle.
"Dammit!" they both yelled
Soon their was a:
*Boom* *Boom* *Boom* *Blauw* *Blauw*
There were a lot of explosions that blew up in the clearing causing a large force that pushed everyone back. Hinata caught the civilian woman and the clones caught the children.
There was a lot of smoke and dust after the light show. They landed on the opposite sides of a crater as Sasuke dropped to a knee near the base of the crater.
Sasuke noticed that he was seeing things in slow motion. He looked around realizing there was something wrong. He pulled out a kunai and look at his reflection, then he smirked triumphantly.
'Finally, I've activated my Sharingan' he thought as he walked towards Naruto and Hinata.
Naruto made his way towards Hinata and the kids
"Thank goodness you guys are ok" Naruto said as he breathed easy.
"You beat the bad guys!" The little boy said
"Yea, and you were awesome the little girl said"
"I-I'm surprised your mother hasn't woken up, but at least she's still breathing steady"
He looked up to see Sasuke walking towards them then he smirked.
"So you finally got them eh?" Naruto said with a righ grin
Hinata looked over at her teammate and smirked.
"Congratulations, Sasuke" she said
"Heh, it was only a matter of time" Sasuke said as he deactivated and reactivated them. He finally shut them off and sat down taking a breath of relief.
"N-now that we've defeated our enemy, we just have to wait for Trunks sensei," Hinata said as they all looked at the waterfall.

Trunks was battling Kirisame and Hisame with ease. They had been throwing around water style jutsu as he led them back to the huge lake to stop destruction of the village.
Kirisame created a water sword and swung to slice through Trunks. He weaved through several strikes and jumped back as he channeled chakra into his sword.
Kirisame was playing the close combat role while Hisame did long range with various water jutsu. He brought his sword up to slash through the water sword delivering a slash across his chest and caused blood to spurt from his wound and the masked ninja jumped back.
Trunks smirked as he held up his left hand charging up a blue ball of ki until it was the size of a basketball.
"Big Bang Attack!"
The ball of ki shot at the man who dodged, causing the brownish blonde to smirk as said attack hit Hisame.
"No, damn you!"
"Auuuuygghhhh!"
Her body was obliterated as it tore through the water wall that she tried to create as a defense.
"Dammit, he's been toying with us" Kirisame said as he dropped to a knee on the water.
He drew blood from his wound and tried to go through hand signs but then Trunks appeared, kicking him so hard in the face that he broke his neck. As he fell Trunks grabbed his collar and threw him in the air and blasted his dead body with a fireball jutsu incinerating the body.
He hefted his sword over his shoulder. He sensed a strong chakra ascending through the water behind him, then he turned around to see Suien and smirked.
"So you finally decided to crawl out of your hole, eh?" Trunks said with a smile
"Humph, you might be a worthy test of my strength" Suien said as his visible chakra flickered around him
Trunks pointed his sword towards Suien and made a "bring it on" gesture.
Suien snarled and disappeared in a body flicker, throwing a punch that Trunks blocked. The saiyan roundhouse kicked him in the stomach. He pursued with a sword slash that Suien dodged and punched him in the face, sending him flying across the water.
Suien reappeared and performed a double handed sledgehammer with his fingers laced and smashed Trunks in the water.
"Heheheh, he was nothing special" the rogue jonin thought
Soon he ate his words and had to dodge the saiyan rising out of the water slashing at him. Upon ascending, Suien was in awe to see the man floating.
"W-what are you?" He asked with a frown on his face
"Your worst nightmare" Trunks said with a grin. He disappeared in an afterimage Suien pulled out a kunai channeling chakra into it. He spun around and stabbed out at Trunks who dodged and punched Suien in the stomach causing him to cough up blood. He followed up with a spin kicking him in the face, sending him flying across the river.
He stood up regaining his balance and creating a water sword and dual wielded the chakra blade with his kunai. He dove towards Trunks performing multiple swipes at him. Trunks used his sword to block every strike and kicked the side of Suien's leg causing him to lose balance then he kicked him across the face.
He followed up with the slash as Suien blocked the attack with his kunai that was sliced through, causing him to dodge and strike back with his water sword, causing Trunks to leap back.
"You're really getting into this. I'm surprised you're not dead yet" Trunks said
Suien scoffed and took out the Hero's water and drank more of it, causing his chakra to explode in power.
"You're the one who's gonna die!" Suien said
"Really, you're such a weakling for relying on that water for strength"
Suien popped a vein in his head, and then he leapt towards Trunks with his water sword to swipe at him. Trunks dodged and did a spinning backflip and landed in a battle stance. His sword began to glow orange and red as he channeled fire chakra into his sword. Suien held his kunai and water sword at the ready.
'This man is stronger than I thought. I fear he might make me use all of the Hero's water' he thought.
Soon he raised his kunai and water sword only for both to be sliced through and then got a slash through his shoulder, causing him to spurt blood from his wound. His eyes widened in horror at his wound.
"Fuuuck!" He yelled pulling out the water only for Trunks to move in and slash at him, only to cut open the water jug.
"FUCK YOU! I'LL KILL YOU! SO WHAT ID YOU DESTROYED THE HEROES WATER!" He yelled
Trunks moved in as Suien kicked at him causing the saiyan to spin and slice his torso open on the side. Suien simply kept trying to hit him with wildly thrown punches. Trunks moved behind him and slashed his back.
"FUCK!" Suien yelled
He spun around in a bloody heap trying to kick Trunks again as his standing leg's artery was slashed open. Suien dropped to his good leg, down on one knee, losing focus of his chakra control on the water slowly.
"This is the result of borrowed power and no experience" Trunks said
"FUCK YOU! FUCK YOOOOOUUUUU!" He screeched
Trunks used his pinky finger to clean out his ear, then he stabbed the man in his chest and twisted the blade.
"This is for all the people you tortured and killed! And don't worry. I can sense lifeforce so I know where you put the people of this village" Trunks said as he ripped his sword out of Suien's torso.
Soon an injured Shibuki slowly climbed out of the water onto the shore. He turned around to
Trunks blasted Suien to dust which caused him to sigh in relief and stood up. Trunks flew over to him and spoke
"I can sense where to people of this village are. They're in one of the buildings towards the center of the village." The saiyan said as he flew off

Cui's scouter had been beeping like crazy as of late. He heard Appule say he was fighting a saiyan over the scouter. He flew past the battlefield where they fought and was headed towards the location he saw the last powered up ki flare up.
The purple humanoid alien found himself landing in front of the genin of team 7.
"Hmm, I can't see where that power level is anymore." He said while looking at the waterfall
"Y- you! You're just like the other guy we fought" Naruto yelled pointing
Cui looked at the blonde
"You must be the saiyan or his allies that killed one of my subordinates"
Sasuke stepped up with his Sharingan active.
"Well you weren't lying after all he's definitely an alien" Sasuke said
Hinata and the children looked interested and intimidated at the alien.
"Hinata stay with the children. Sasuke and I will handle him" Naruto said
"You two be careful. We don't know what he's capable of" she replied
Naruto nodded
"I take it we can't just ask you to go away can we?" Naruto asked
Cui smirked
"Of course not. I have to torture you to bring out the Saiyan after all" he said cracking his knuckles.
"Heh, I thought not." Naruto said as a blue aura began to irradiate around him.
Sasuke got into his intercepting fist fighting style. Cui jumped in and punched at Naruto who blocked and was sent skidding into a tree as his back rang out in pain.
Sasuke jumped in and kicked at him, but he dodged and punched the Uchiha in the chest, knocking the wind out of him, sending him flying. Naruto jumped in and began to spin, gathering wind chakra around his right foot.
"Tatsumaki Senpukyaku!"
Cui blocked it with his left arm, but there was a pressurized shock wave that kicked up a whirlwind around the two.
"Hooo, you're an interesting one. But your power pales in comparison to me"
Cui said as he and Naruto withdrew their limbs and they went into a battle of lightspeed taijutsu with punches, knees, kicks, and elbows. Naruto dodged a punch and sent an elbow strike and Cui caught the elbow, pushing it to the side and Naruto performed and overhead flip kick to which Cui caught his foot and threw him towards the waterfall. He held out his hand and a his eyes glowed and giant *whoosh* pushed him through the waterfall.
Sasuke got back up and went through hand signs.
"Fire style: Phoenix Flower Jutsu!"
He jumped up and blew out 6 small fireballs at him. Cui swatted his hand as a wave of air snuffing out the fireballs and moving the shuriken out of the way. Sasuke was saved by his sharingan as he dodged an elbow mid air from Cui, but he was too slow to respond as he used his arm again to hit him with a backfist, sending him into the ground. Naruto and 30 shadow clones leapt out of the waterfall as he yelled charging in. Cui smirked as he gathered ki in the palms of his hands.
"Interesting, but you are weak!" he yelled
He fired a barrage of ki blasts through the clones as they came towards him. Naruto was hit with a ki blast, eventually having the ki blast fizzle out and damage his sleeves. Naruto landed on the water as he brought his arms down.
"This guy is not going down anytime soon" he said as he went through hand signs
"wind style: great breakthrough!" he yelled
A gust of wind blew towards the purple skinned man as he was blown back a bit in surprise. This was enough for Sasuke to jump towards Cui and then he slapped a paper bomb tag on Cui's back, then kicked off and back flipped away putting his hands in the rammed seal causing an explosion that kicked up dust and smoke.
A purple energy blast flew through the black cloud grazing Sasuke's waist, burning him to fall and grip his side in pain. He hit the ground with a thud as his burn smoked. Hinata ran over to him to see it was a minimal burn and that it wasn't life threatening.
"Auuugggh!" he yelled as Hinata applied her healing ointment to his burns.
Naruto's arm hairs began to rise as he created 100 Shadow clones. As they charged he began to gather chakra and ki into his two fingers as he placed his fingers on his head. Cui jumped out of the smoke and began to go into a melee bout taking his anger out on the clones. I punched through one clone and kicked another clone and they dispersed as the rest of his body began to receive punches and kicks all over his body.
"YOU WILL DIEEEEE!" He channeled a purple aura and began to stretch it all around himself pushing the clones away and dispersing them. He began to tear through the clones with fierce punches and kicks as he fought to his heart's content.
Hinata looked at the battle in amazement as he looked back at a barely conscious Sasuke. The younger children also looked in awe. Then they felt their mothers consciousness stir as she began to wake up only to see the blonde and the aliens battle.
"W-what's going on here? Kai, Sumerai, are you alright?" the woman asked
The two children nodded as Kai spoke
"Yea, these leaf ninja have been keeping up safe. Look how awesome Naruto is!"
"Yea, he's so strong!"
Her children praised as she looked up to see the blonde ninja and his clones battling Cui. Her eyes widened at the purple skinned man and she quickly began to hope this young man would defeat the strange begin.
Sasuke tried to sit up only for Hinata to hold him down.
"Sasuke, you must remain still and heal. Let Naruto handle this. If need be I'll jump in, but your injury is mild and could become worse" Hinata said
Sasuke shook in rage at not being able to fight but he knew he was going to be a liability instead of an asset in this fight.
"RAAAAAAAUUUUGH!" Naruto's clones yelled as they continued to go to war with Cui.
"You brat! I'll kill you!" Cui said
He began to float higher into the sky and then his hands began to glow. He shot out a multitude of ki blasts at the clones. The Original jumped back as he mixed in ki with his chakra making his hand glow blue. This caused Cui to smirk,
"Ohhh, so the brat has some spunk eh? Well I'll meet your strength and overwhelm it!" He yelled as he continued to rain down ki blasts at him.
'Darn it, the technique isn't finished but he's running me into a corner' the blonde thought
He pointed his fingers at Cui and yelled
"LIGHT OF THE HURRICANE!"
Surprisingly he shot out a full powered energy beam at Cui who continued to shoot ki blasts at the beam causing a struggle between the two.
"What's wrong kid? Where's that confidence you had earlier! I thought you would handle me!" he said as his attacks began to force his beam back.
Naruto found himself being pushed back as his focus began to shake. Soon he was overwhelmed and he was pushed into the ground as his attack kept losing.
"Damn! What do I do now? If I get hit with these attacks it's all over!" He said to himself
Suddenly he was pulled into his subconscious,
He looked around to see himself in a large sewer-like place, with torches lit around him. He looked up to see a giant cage with a seal on the entrances between the gates.
"W-where am I?" Naruto asked
Two giant demonic red eyes opened behind the gates as he shivered looking directly into them.
"So my warden comes to visit me after all this time" the 9 tails said
Naruto almost lost his never but remained as calm as he could
"N-nine tails?"
"Who else would be here you fool?"
Naruto narrowed his eyes and scoffed
"Hey, look, it's not like we talk much. How am I supposed to know?"
"Che, whatever brat. What do you want?"
"Well, I sorta just got sent here in the middle of a fight. Sense we share the same body, wouldn't you know that?"
"No, I was asleep. I don't bother to watch you or listen to your everyday life"
Naruto scratched the back of his head nervously
"Well, we're in a pretty bad position, and I've gotta figure a way out of it, before our goose is cooked hehe"
The foxes' eyes glowed as he assessed the situation outside. He sighed and looked at the blonde with indifference.
"Well, don't just stand there get out and fight"
"I was hoping you had an idea of what I could do. I'm losing this little struggle and it might kill us both"
The fox snorted
"I'll reform in a few years. You my dear warden will be dead"
Naruto popped a vein on his forehead
"Aw c'mon, you can't just leave me hangin here!"
"Says who?" the fox said with a cheeky smirk
"Ok…what can I do to make it up to you?"
The fox raised an eyebrow at his jinchuriki.
"What could you possibly have to offer me?"
"Well, I, could get this cage open for you if we learn to trust each other more"
"And what do you think I would do if you opened this cage"
Naruto sweatdropped
"Take control of my body"
"Exactly. I don't really like you kid. And you're not the first host I've had"
"I know…my mom housed you as well but…"
"But nothing brat. You have nothing to offer me:"
Naruto's eyes widened
"What if I help you get free when I'm Hokage? Or after I die, because we can't be separated after all"
The fox looked at him in feigned interest.
"And what does that mean?"
"Well, there are 9 tailed beasts right?"
"Yes" the fox said in irritation at stating the obvious
"Well, if I can show people that you and the others are living beings with feelings and thoughts instead just beasts, maybe I can stop the world from trying to capture you guys" Naruto said
The fox snorted as he looked at the blonde
"Your naivety is hilarious. What insurance do I have that you'll follow up on this after you achieve your goals."
"Well, the akatsuki are after the tailed beasts right? And there are other jinchuriki right?" Naruto asked
To which the fox nodded.
"We can stop the akatsuki and bring the jinchuriki together to show that you guys aren't just monsters!"
"Don't you hate me? I did kill you parents after all"
"Well…I did…but what can I do about it now? Hate you? You wanted to be free after all"
The foxes' eyes widened briefly until Naruto spoke again
"So… I think us becoming partners would be best instead of us being at odds. Especially since we share the same body"
The fox smirked
"Partners eh? And will my freedom be guaranteed in the future?" the fox asked
Naruto nodded with a smile
"Fine, besides, that organization will begin tracking you soon according to the toad sage. One more thing you should know, be careful of the Uchiha"
"W-what do you mean?" Naruto asked
"You'll know in due time, brat. But our agreement stands. I will lend you my chakra and help you control it under the agreement that at the end of your life I shall be freed"
Naruto smiled at the fox genuinely, then he made a questioning face
"Hey 9 tails, what's your real name?"
"Why does that matter?"
"Well, if we're going to be partners, we should know each other's names"
The fox grinned and closed his eyes
"Kurama"
Suddenly Naruto was kicked out of his mindscape and sent back into the real world. His eyes turned from cerulean blue to blood red. His red chakra began to surge around him as his attack gained power as wind and lightning chakra pushed with the ki through the barrage of purple ki blasts.
Cui's scouter burst on his face
"W-what is this? Where is this power coming from!"
"You're outta here!" Naruto yelled as his beam turned into wide scale blast, enveloping the purple alien obliterating him.
"CURSES!" He yelled being burned and mangled by the attack. The blast was sent through the sky, and strong enough to part the clouds.
Naruto's eyes turned back to normal and the red outlining aura faded as he shakily made his way to the shore and fell on his face in the grass.

The next day as they were standing in front of Shibuki and the entrance of the hidden waterfall village.
Trunks spoke up,
"Well it's good that we were able to help your country out and all but it's that time"
Shibuki nodded
"I am grateful to all of you for your help in defending my village" he said bowing to them
Naruto scratched the back of his head in embarrassment.
"No,no, please don't bow. We're ninja, it's what we do"
Shibuki stood back up straight and thanked them for their efforts in stopping Suien and his goons.
Suddenly Kakashi landed in front of them as they all sweat dropped
"You're late Kakashi, we handled everything already" Trunks said
The copy ninja sweat dropped
"I see. I'll need to work on my speed then. My bad on that"
"No worries sensei, I'm sure we'll get another mission together" Naruto said
"Well, if anything I'm appreciative of the hidden leaf for sending back up, as reassurance to keep my village protected." Shibuki said with a smile
Team 7 took turns each shaking his hand. Out of nowhere the kids they defended were there and they glomped Naruto and Hinata in a hug
"Thank you" Sumerai said
They smiled looking down at the children and returned the hugs. Soon they were bidding the ninja farewell. Naruto was waiving back at them, but soon he stepped in dog poop again.
"Ack, not again!" He yelled

Sasuke was activating and deactivating his Sharingan to get used to it. Trunks noticed and decided to speak up, getting his attention.
"Sasuke, don't get dependent on your Sharingan. It's a tool, just like this sword on my back" he said as he pointed
"Isn't that one of the Tenka Goken, Great Odenta?" Kakashi asked
Trunks nodded as he smirked
"Tenka Goken?" Hinata said in question causing Trunks to speak.
"The 5 swords under Heaven, forged by the Sage Of 6 paths in the land of Iron long ago. These swords have a piece of his chakra in them and were said to be lost to time "
He had gotten all of his students' attention with this.
"How did you get Odenta?" Naruto asked
"I grew up in the Hidden Lightning Forest, remember? Not the most natural place to live"
"So no one knows where the others are?" Sasuke asked
"I have a hunch we're one of them is." Trunks said
"Where would it be?" Hinata asked
"Back in waterfall where Shibuki keeps it hidden" Trunks said with a smirk
"How did you know that?" Naruto asked
"The blades react to each other's presence when another or more is near" Trunks said
"What happens when they all come together?" Sasuke asked
"No one knows, they haven't been together since they were created"
"Can anyone wield the blades" Naruto asked
"No, each blade has its own will and will accept the person it wants to wield it" Trunks said
Kakashi was reading his book as he listened to the jargon of the swords.
Suddenly a messenger hawk came and landed on Trunk's outstretched wrist. He got a mission scroll from the bird and opened it.
"What's it say sensei?" Naruto asked
"We are to back up team 6 in the land of waves. Their meeting was a c-rank escort turned a-rank. Sorta like ours" Trunks said
"Well if that's the case I'll be tagging along" Kakashi said cheerily
"Sh-should we restock before we head there?" Hinata asked
Trunks sighed
"Yea, but we don't exactly have the time. From what I heard, it seems like we'll have to make do with what we have" Trunks replied
"In any case, we should be fine with our second team captain here" Sasuke said
"Alright, Land of Waves here we come!" Naruto said, raising his fist in the air.

Back in the Leaf Police station,
Fugaku sat in his office as Vegeta walked in with a police report of his daily route. The Saiyan warrior had decided to put his talents to use for his new home. He also wanted to stay in the village in case his family was under attack. He looked out at the Hokage mountains and specifically looked at Minato's head briefly before looking at the sky.
"Vegeta"
Fugaku brought him out of his musings
"You've done good work with us. I can clearly see that you're not using your full potential here, so why do you continue to work for the police"
"I have…seen war Fugaku just as you have. I know that my warrior instincts would have me fight against impossible odds just for the thrill. I would abandon all safety of my well being, my family and even those around me if I were to go into the field again. Sometimes I long to go back to the 3rd Shinobi world war as a young man and fight those who attacked my clansmen killing them, just for the thrill of the battle. But where would that lead me? What good would it have done for my son, or the new family I have found now? No here protecting them while training the youth of my newfound clan is where I belong. Besides, there are still those who bring me a challenge here" he said with a smirk
"Indeed, it seems we have those things in common after all. The future of this village and the ones to come after us are more important after all" Fugaku said
"I fear these times of peace will be short lived, if the 9 tails incident is any reference. I'm just glad the village didn't turn on the Uchiha" Fugaku said
"Yes, I have a suspicion that they wanted your village to turn on you out of fear like the Hidden cloud did to the Saiyans. Instead of pushing you away they held your clan close." Vegeta said
Fugaku looked at Vegeta in surprise.
"They did the opposite of divide and conquer" Fugaku said
Vegeta nodded as he looked at the Uchiha leader then at the Hokage mountain again.
"I believe our sons will be the ones to change this world and the fate of this village. Along with the rest of the soon to be clan leaders." Vegeta said as Fugaku agreed
