Into the Misty Whirlpool part 1:
Genryusai stood at the shores of the Land of Uzu while the Rebel Forces were entering the ships. There was a heavy tension in the air as they knew they would need to be efficient in their movements with the limited amount of forces they had. The enemy had over 3000 troops but their forces were divided with the attack on their citadel, their village and the Prison Island that held over 100 hundred prisoners. They had 4 ships for 200 people a piece. They knew that they might lose the ships and if they did they would have a contingency plan for a summoning circle back to Uzu.
"We will deal them a crushing blow with their forces divided within the week." Arashi said, walking up next to him.
"Yes, lets just hope they can hold out for the next few days that it takes for us to free our forces from the grip of that tyrant Yagura" Genryusai said
"Yes, soon we will be closer to getting our family and comrades back" Arashi said
Soon they found themselves boarding the boats with the allied forces.
At the checkpoint:
Sakura Haruno was silent for the majority of this trip. She felt as if she had been playing kunoichi for a while now and it was dawning on her as she had trained for the month after the Sand and Sound invasion. She had been learning Genjutsu and she found out her element was water. She did a major overhaul on her basics as far as expanding her chakra reserves, taijutsu, physical exercises, chakra control exercises and her battle tactics. She was currently doing one handed pushups to build her physical body as she had dropped her diet. She began to fill out and become more muscular, curvy and less weak as she added more on to her physical regimen. She began to care less for her academy crush as they tried to talk but she found that they didn't have much in common and sought to become a well rounded shinobi, even learning first at and a bit of medical ninjutsu. Needless to say, she had also become a bit less social.
Kiba and Shino were a bit taken aback by the determination of their teammate as they watched her doing pushups with one arm. Sakura wore a red-tank top, a pink skirt, black shorts, with a shuriken holster around her right leg, light pink leg guards, and high rising boot sandals and black gloves. Think of her shippuden uniform. He had grown into a bit of a more disciplined person but not super serious, but if the job needed to be done she got it done and studied in her free time. She had been training with Might Guy before she left the village and had weights in the form of her light pink guards wrapped around her legs.
"Um, hey Sakura, don't you think you're overdoing it?"
Sakura didn't look at Kiba when she spoke
"I need to spend all of my time improving. Besides, I'm only going up to 250 instead of 500 finger pushups" Kiba said
"Your efforts are invaluable Sakura, but you should save your strength" Shino said
Kurenai looked at her student in amusement
"Sakura, if you plan to do those push ups, you should get some rest afterwards"
"Yes sensei" she said as she continue resolutely
Back the Ships:
The Uzu sailors had begun to unlock the ships and they began to set sail.
As they begin to move but soon they set sail. Soon they hear a sound that sounds like it's tearing through the air. Kenji's ears perk up and he runs from inside of the ship towards the deck. He looks from the deck of the ship and he begins to stretch his senses towards the energy of the presence. He shivers as he feels the invading presence's power. The ship looked like a pod and he felt different, like a calming wave instead of a horrible presence like he heard from Trunks and Wukong. The ship looks like a giant sphere with a red window on it.
At the checkpoint:
"Kenji what is it?" Mei asked
"It's a stronger power. Something most aren't familiar with" Kenji said as he flew towards the spacecraft. He was using his full power now regardless of who felt it. He felt a high powerlevel coming towards the planet and unleashed his true speed with flight.
Arashi looked worried for Kenji.
Letting only one person confront this enemy was a horrible idea but he knew this wouldn't be a good idea. Kenji flew with a bit of hurry towards the unidentified spacecraft.
'Dammit, this is too much!"
"A war and an unidentified identity. I hope I don't have to kill them. These guy's seems different from the reports I've heard"
There was a loud explosion and the lake rippled causing the boats to rock heavily. Kenji was flying with a tri-pronged kunai in his hand. He began to move towards the location so fast that his body blurred into an afterimage.
At the crash landing:
The spacepod opened to show a fair-skinned boy of short stature with a very slim build. His hair is black and spiky, with one bang hanging over his forehead. His eyes are narrow with large black pupils and his outfit has yellow straps, silver plating, a purple under piece, and a blue suit underneath with brown armbands, a brown belt, and purple shoes with gray soles. He could feel different power levels all over the planet. There was already a power level almost as high as his own on the way. He saw a yellow flash and got on guard.
He saw a tall man with blonde hair down to his neck with blue eyes, 3 whiskers on each side. He had on a green vest with a blue sleeved long shirt, blue shinobi pants and black shinobi sandals.
"Who are you? Are you one of Frieza's lap dogs?" Kenji asked
"Wh-what? How? Well I guess everyone knows about one of the butchers of the Saiyan race." Cabba asked
"So, you're not with him?"
"No, I'm a Saiyan. And I take it you've fought a Saiyan before?"
"That and I'm ¼ Saiyan myself"
"How long have the Saiyans been on this planet?"
"The great warrior Yamoshi came here with his followers. There were enough of them so they could create their own community but their home near the land of whirlpools was destroyed, killing the majority of the race, but several survived and even went on to become legends in our world's history. After their home was destroyed, several of them made their way to several of the hidden villages" Kenji said
Cabba was impressed. The Saiyans on this planet had their own legacy and are still fighting.
"So how do you all know about Frieza?"
"Several of his lackeys tried to kill the Saiyans on this planet and they got what was coming to them. We found several of their machines and have scientists analyzing the technology."
"Wow! You guys are awesome"
"Thanks… Well what are your intentions here?" Kenji asked sternly
"I wanted to ask for your help defeating Frieza"
"Well you're in luck. Frieza is on his way to our planet from the other side of the universe. The scouter from one of his henchmen tells us he'll be here in 3 ½ years."
Cabba's eyes widened
"What the Fuck? In that case I should stay on this planet and train to wait for him. I should be strong enough to be him with your help too. How about we work together"
"Speaking of working together. I'm kinda handling a civil war right now and I could use an extra hand"
Cabba narrowed his eyes
"I can tell. There are several high power levels around us and they have a lot of tension in them"
"Yea, long story short people are getting killed because they have special abilities"
"Hmmm, alright, guess I'm on your side" Cabba said with a shrug
Soon they flew off back in the direction of the ships sailing towards the prison.
"Lower your power level. We're doing a prison break and 8 clicks south from here. Take my hand I'll teleport us there"
"You can do that?"
"Yup"
Cabba took his hand and they disappeared in a yellow flash and reappeared in front of Genryusai and Arashi. He happened to leave a seal on the old man just in case.
"Hey guys, this guy is a Saiyan like me. He also said he's willing to fight with us"
"Why?" Sozu asked
"Yea, no one just helps someone for no reason"
"He and I worked out a deal. I'll explain everything later. I promise" Kenji said as he blurred out of existence in a yellow flash
Everyone looked at Cabba with raised eyebrows.
"So what planet are you from?"
"I'm actually not sure. I was saved from my planet exploding when I was a baby by the Galactic Patrol Force".
"Galactic Patrol Force?" Nanashi asked wearily
"Yea, I was assigned this planet with my partner Jaco. We help watch over the whole galaxy catch criminals and keep order" Cabba said
"So are there space bandits?" Sakura asked
"Yea. There are many factions that are illegal and legal" Cabba said
"While it is nice, we'll need to update you on the current situation, then we'll worry about everything else" Genryusai said
Cabba nodded
"Kenji gave me an update about your situation. I know you're doing a prison break and I know why"
The elder nodded
"Correct. We will be freeing over 200 hundred soldiers. We'll need a bit more time to battle against the enemy. They might attack our ships. Do you think you can defend us from incoming aerial attacks"
"Got it. Shouldn't be a problem"
Soon, they were upon the enemy territory. They were cloaking their presence with a barrier and the Hidden Mist surrounding them. The tension was getting high and they were looking around the mist with sharp eyes.
"Be on guard." Arashi said with tension in his voice
There was a pregnant pause of silence. Then they heard a small whistling sound as it suddenly got closer. Soon they see an orangish yellow glow coming through the mist at a high velocity.
Cabba held up his hand and shot a ki blast towards the attack causing it to explode into senders.
"You…you're faster than I thought." Anko said
Several Jonin like Aoba, Yamato and Asuma narrowed their eyes on him. Soon they made their way through the battlefield as Cabba shot all of the flaming meteors headed towards them. He began to rise off the ship shooting in the direction of where the flaming meteors were coming from, causing a lot of loud explosions to damage the island.
At the Prison Island:
There were a lot of explosions in the area and some were being deflected by a man with long black hair, a black suit with a white button up shirt, black shoes and he had brown eyes.
"Dran things aren't looking good. We need to get out there!"
A dark skinned woman with an orange gi top, a white obi, white bandages around her wrists, black martial arts pants, black boots, purple hair and yellow eyes.
"Jam, we're going in. I sense a strong power level sending those attacks at us"
They began to float and they flew towards the source of ki contesting their catapult strike.
With Cabba he floated back down to the ship as they arrived at the Island. The prison building had smoke coming out of certain destroyed parts.
"Thank you for your assistance. Perhaps you should take a break and leave the rest to us" Genryusai said
Soon two warriors appeared before their ship. It was Dran and Jam. Soon at least 100 shinobi began to appear from different vantage points. The Mist ninja and the bloody mist ninja began to use the Hidden Mist Jutsu, creating a thick ass cloud of Mist. Soon however Dran and Jam launched into battle against the allied forces. Genryusai and his team intercepted them, allowing teams Nanashi, Anko, and Arashi to move into the prison with 3 other teams with them.
Genryusai drew his sword and had to dodge an attack from a girl with purple hair, a pink gi, black pants, golden shoes and then he swung back the blade towards his opponent who dodged receiving a shallow across her face.
She landed in a battle stance across from her opponent. A woman with tanned skin, black hair landed next to her. She wore a black shihakusho, white scarf, a white obi, samurai socks and samurai sandals. She had a tachi style katana in all an black sheathe with a white bandage wrapping around the hilt.
"Pepper, what're you-"
"Go! I'll be taking care of them" Pepper said in an a serious edge to her
"You all stand back. I'll be taking care of this one" Genryusai said as the shinobi from his team stood back
As pepper drew her katana, a white aura with a blue outlining began to burst from her sword. Genryusai drew his own blade from its brown sheathe. A yellow aura began to come to life around his blade as his power began to cause the ground underneath his feet to crack in multiple places.
"Roar! Dojiguri! (Shuten Slayer)" Genryusai yelled as his yellow aura calmed and wrapped around him in a protective layer
Pepper concentrated all of her power into her body and gripped her sword with two hands in front of her holding it in a defensive style.
"Drown everything! Mizu no Kokyu! (Breath of the water)"
They launched towards one another and to his surprise, Pepper dodged his slash with fluid motion. He himself had to lean back as a slash almost cut his neck. As they both landed, they had shallow cuts across each other's clothing leaving no real damage. Genryusai gave a savage grin as his power gathered into his blade. He swung the blade upwards sending out a crescent wave of yellow chakra at her. She smirked as she swung her blade horizontally
"Minamo Giri! (Water Surface Slash)"
A sharp slash of water chakra cut through the wave causing it to explode. Pepper's body flickered away from the explosion back to her former position. She had burn marks on her left hand and left wrist
"Bastard!"
Genryusai began to put his hand into the ram sign in front of him as he created 2 water clones. He and his clones leapt towards Pepper as she raised her sword and leapt forward flipping in a frontal assault moving in a circular motion. She swung down and cut through one of the water clones. As the water clone dispersed, the water began to stick to her body.
"Fuck!"
She tried to yank from her position. She channeled her chakra to counter attack the sludge like water attached to her. Soon Genryusai came upon her and she went through one handed hand signs
"Water Style: Water Bullet!"
She blew out a giant bullet of water towards the elder man and his clone. He dodged as his clone was hit and he tried to move back in from the kill. Soon he had to dodge as a dark skinned man with tall dark hair, a red obi, black martial arts pants, a black gi, red leg wrappings, and black shinobi sandals.
"Beeyan! What the fuck? I got this!"
He stood with his hands up ready to defend himself. Soon he lowered his legs and jumped back next to her.
"Fine, I'll keep the others out of the way"
Genryusai's Ki bursted out around him as his body began to bolster and his muscles grew bigger. He got into a leaping stance.
"You fucking brats will be dealt with!"
He kicked forward and he slashed at Pepper who blocked his sword with hers. He pushed her back sending her feet skidding across the ground. Beeyan's powers began to grow as he went through hand signs ending in the water sign.
"Water style: Water Shark Bomb Jutsu!" he yelled as 5 sharks rose from the water surrounding them
The bald elder was dodging the attacks as he sliced through an extra shark. The explosion of water blocked out his vision so he created a clone and blended his body with the water while the clone's body flickered away to stare at his opponent with a smirk.
Beeyan got a grim expression on his face as his body began to glow and he launched into battle against Genryusai. The elder man ducked and kicked the younger man as he spun in anger to try and kick back but he missed and crashed into the ground. Genryusai's clone went through hand signs ending on the snake seal.
"Earth style: Deep Swamp!"
He placed his hands on the ground as Beeyan jumped but his leg was caught by the sinking earth. He grimaced and channeled his through his body
"Haaaaaaghhh!"
The ground beneath him was blown away and he floated as he gathered ki into his eyes.
"Death Ray!"
He shouted out 2 yellow beams towards Genryusai who dodged and went to cut him down. He dodged and punched the old man so hard in his face that he skid across the water. He flew out laughing
"You fucking trash! I'll kill you!" he yelled as he kneed the man in the face
He grabbed the man by his only arm and he kneed the old man in his stomach. He was relishing in victory until he noticed the man turning into water. Soon he felt a cold feeling piercing through his body.
"Beeyan!" Pepper yelled as she drew her sword but was stopped by the 3 members on the old man's team
"Y-you…but when?"
"During the water shark explosion" He said with ease as he withdrew his katana and let his body fall into the water
Soon he heard a yell as he saw a Rebel Mist Ninja get cut down and he leapt back towards the battle and he moved at a speed that couldn't be seen and he elbowed her in the face as she was sent smashing into the prison wall.
With Anko and Nanashi's team, they were standing in front of 50 shinobi led by two strong ninjas.
"We'll take care of this" Anko said as she got into her stance
Jam stood in front of Anko as she spoke to her dark haired partner.
"I'll handle them. There's a super strong power level here and we need to get rid of it. Take care of the others and I'll meet up with you"
Anko and Tzuya Aburame stood in front of Jam.
"Oh no ya don't! Not while I'm here. Tzuya back me up"
Tzuya had short dark hair, black sunglasses, cream skin, a black coat, a beige short sleeve shirt, blue shinobi pants, and blue shinobi shoes.
"Yes, we shall complete our mission and protect our comrades or we will be worse than scum" she said as she held out both her hands and her Aburame Hive of insects began to appear from within her body.
As Dran tried to move on he was stopped by Kai Hyuga and Kaori Nara. He went through hand signs and blew a bullet of water at them causing the two to separate and he ran in between them towards an exit. They followed him in pursuit and they saw him jump onto the water surrounding the island.
"Fools!"
He yelled going through hand signs
"Water Style: Water Shuriken!"
He drew several shuriken and threw the stars wrapping water chakra around them as they flew towards Kai, dodging with ease. Her black hair had a few strains torn off. Kaori threw a hail of kunai at Dran who jumped creating a purple ki sphere in his right hand as he shot the attack at Kaori. She jumped out of the way drawing a handful of shuriken and he threw them at the man standing on the water. The dark haired man drew a kunai and batted away all of the throwing stars. This was a good enough distraction as he felt a pressure of air to smash into his side, sending him reeling.
"Fuck!" he said as he went through hand signs and he created 5 water clones.
He and the five clone went through hand signs
"Water Style: Water Whip!"
Being a branch member Kai had limited knowledge on the Hyuga techniques of the main branch like Neji. She had to jump back as she drew kunai with paper bomb tags and she threw them at 3 of the Whips while Kaori dodged two attacks as she went through hand signs of her own landing on the tiger seal.
"Fire Style: Dragon's Flame breath"
The Nara woman blew out a gust of flames towards the whips and Dran who dodged along with 3 of his clones as two were burned. He bit his hand and went through hand signs and slammed his hand on the water as a sealing array appeared and a giant seahorse had risen up to his head peering out at Kaori and Kai.
"This is pointless. Stop being such a weakling. You should give up" Dran said with a smirk on his face
"Is that right? Well then show us why" Kaori said
He pointed at them with an accusatory finger
"You two are gonna die here and now dammit" he said as he went through hand signs landing on the dog seal
His seahorse revealed its snout and shot out a burst of water. Kaori and Kai jumped from the water surface and landed back on solid ground.
"We're in trouble. Do you know any lightning-based attacks?" Kaori asked
"No, but I think we can run him down, even with a summoning" Kai said
With team Nanashi:
As they made their way through the prison, Nanashi spoke:
"Akari, Aoba go and help Anko's team out."
The two nodded and ran backwards from their team towards Anko and her team's battles. Akari could sense a battle outside of the prison fortress.
"I'll handle the battle outside of the prison" Akari said
"RIght, I'll handle the one inside here" Aoba said

2 hours later
With Kenji, he stood watching Sozu and Sakura in a sparring match. He had been watching them spar with Kurenai and Asuma.
"Those two are coming along well" Kurenai said
"Yea, Sozu's always been a training nut and Sakura's been on an improvement stent for the last month or so." Asuma said
"This gives me a bit of hope for the next generation, either way" Kenji said
He was watching them with mirth as he saw himself and his team in them for a brief moment. Soon he was brought back to the present as he saw Sozu dodged a kick and pushed Sakura's feet from under her. She fell back with Sozu's sword head towards her chest.
"Good fight. You're getting better" he said
Ino was watching them as well with a serious look on her face. She looked at Sozu with a determined look on her face as she looked at him putting his sword away and helping Sakura up.
"Come on Sozu, I'm next up" Ino said cracking her knuckles
Sozu smirked as he folded his arms. Ino walked across and stood a ways away from him in the field.
"Humph, let's go then" Sozu said
He stood in a defensive stance with a serious gaze looking at Ino. She leapt towards him drawing a kunai and slashing at Sozu who dodged and punched her in the stomach. To his surprise, she caught his fist and stabbed forward with her kunai. Sozu brushed her hand aside, he pushed her back sending Ino sliding across the ground. She threw her kunai at Sozu who moved his head out of the way.
He launched towards her and she reflexively threw a heavy punch at him. He dodged the attack and he smashed an elbow into her stomach
"Urge!"
She responded by punching him in the face, but caught her fist at the last moment. He jumped back as she tried to punch him again but he jumped back. He didn't feel good about beating up a girl, or girls at this point.
His eyes studied her as she put her hands in the ram seal creating illusion clones. Sozu's eyes activated and his Sekigan was viewing her in the middle of the clones. Ino smirked as she put her hand in the snake seal, weaving genjutsu over her and her clones.
Sozu jumped in and attacked, moving through one of her clones and Ino punched him in his face, sending him reeling in pain as he disrupted his chakra and restarted the flow dispelling the genjutsu. She was smart for getting that attack in but he decided to push towards her as he dispelled her genjutsu again leaping towards her as he landed a low kick towards her ankle, tripping her and pushing her back. She fell on her butt and she tried to stand again but her neck was met by his sword.
"Good battle" he said
Ino smirked as she disappeared in a shimmer and she came back up with a kunai drawn to his neck.
"When did you-"
"I layered 2 genjutsu around myself the second time" she said with a smirk lowering her kunai
"You got me" Sozu said shrugging his shoulders
"How bout a rematch" Ino said
"Maybe later heheh" he said
"Ok well lets get breakfast" She said gripping his hand and pulling him and Sakura forward
They walked into the mess hall to see Choji and several other shinobi.
"Hey, Choji. Save seats for us." she said as they went to get lunch
"It was some form of soup that had beef, vegetables and noodles"
Soon they all sat talking and laughing while eating. After a while the 4 shinobi were sitting in a clearing near a flowing river.
"How long do you think we can hold down this place?" Sakura asked
"As long as their barriers stay up" Sozu said easily
"And how long will that be?" Sakura asked
"Just don't worry. Several of the ninja around us are doing a sweep of the area" Choji said
They fell into a comfortable silence as they watched the sun dance and rise through the trees. Soon they were back training from 5am to 7:30 am. They were all eating again and soon they parted to get ready for their day as they showered, changed clothes and gathered supplies.
Kenji was sitting at the entrance of the building with his hands interlaced. He knew that Mei was going over plans with Ao and Shisui. He decided that he would have a shadow clone listen in and stay where he was comfortable and just get the information when his clone dispersed. He knew he would get an earful of this from Mei and Asuma but whatever. He knew this war would have some slow moments in it but damn was he bored. He knew he shouldn't want to battle because it brought death, but he had to get it crackin' sometime, or maybe he could train his Rasengan chakra nature change. He stood up and walked to a clearing for a moment and he eventually found an empty clearing. He sat his sword down leaning against a tree and walked into the clearing. He held his hands out forming a sphere between them as a Rasengan formed. The chakra began to swirl in between his hands into a rotating ball. Soon he started to gather wind chakra into the chakra sphere as the dirt, leaves, twigs, branches and trees began to swirl around him.
He created a large light forest green sphere. His power was radiating around him as he raised his hand and slammed it into a tree, ripping it out of the ground to smash through others and caused it to explode far enough from the sealing tags of the barrier.
"Possibly too much noise" Kenji said
He turned around to see Ao, Mei and Shisui were there with wide eyes.
"Now, what made you think that was a good idea?" Shisui asked
"Back in my day we didn't test our techniques so close to the battle ground" Ao said
Mei ruffled her hair, rolled her eyes and smiled.
"Well at least we know you have a hard hitting technique for the enemies"
Kenji folded his hands behind his head and looked at the mess he made sheepish expressions.
"Y-you're right. Bad move" he said in a stoic voice
They began to walk away from the destroyed area and back towards the checkpoint building. Mei looked at him in curiosity as she took a glimpse back at the wreckage he made. She felt a bit at ease with what she had seen of his abilities.
'Can he really get rid of Yagura? I mean, he's shown that he's strong. Besides, I'll be there with him' she said as she gave a hopeful and gentle smile

With Yagura, he sat in a decent sized home. Nothing that looked like an evil layer of some sort. The walls were a cream eggshell color, couches in two parts of the living room, a rectangle table in the kitchen with chairs around it. The walls in the living room were olive green. Soon a man with battle torn clothes appeared on his knees behind him on a mat that looked like it had been used before. The man had dirt and debris in his hair as he looked down at the ground.
"M-my lord, I have failed you"
He was pouring some tea in a cup and he put the cup a white saucer. He sat on one of the white couches as he looked at the kneeling man.
"Oh really? And just what happened?"
"I should've waited on the attack towards the Rebellion Shinobi." he said as he shivered
"Hmmm, so how many men did you lose?"
Wanta shivered at this Kage's light hearted words. He didn't know what was coming and that's what scared him.
"I lost two dozen men sir. I apologize!" he said putting his hands together like he was worshiping a God.
Yagura finished his tea, then sat the saucer and cup on the table. He stood up and trotted back and forth while thinking and humming. Then he stopped looking down on him with a calm stare
"You will take 600 troops with Bagetta at your side and attack that check point, understand"
"Yes Sir!" He said curtly as a heavy pressure was released throughout the room crushing Wanta
"Now you may go and redeem yourself from failure" he said rising up and getting his tea cup and saucer walking on

Deep in space:
Frieza sat on the throne in his spaceship. He had been drinking a glass of wine when a communication line opened up on a screen in front of him. A boy who was shorter than his father, has a chestnut-shaped head and his bio-gems are either purple. In his first form he also lacks horns.
"Father, I heard you were visiting earth. Can I come with you to kill those people?"
Frieza smirked
"Yes, I'm bringing everyone in the empire, so why not. Just get here in the next 3 days, we will be doing our next warp jump later this week."
A man with blue skin and green long hair, wearing the traditional Frieza force uniform.
"My Lord, the Ginyu force and several others have arrived"
"Good, Good. We will be setting out in 4 days"
"My league if I may"
"You may"
"Why not just send myself and the Ginyu force. We should be more than enough"
"No…I want to kill these Saiyans and accursed Humans who dared to oppose me. You all will exterminate the rest. AM I CLEAR? AM I? I DON'T GIVE A FUCK WHAT YOU THINK!"
"My lord I meant no disrespect" He kneeled
"Good, now get out! Who the hell do you think you are underestimating me?"
"That's not what I-"
"Did I stutter Zarbon. We don't do that soft hoe shit over here. Don't worry about me unless I can't fucking move."
"Yes my lord" he said exiting the chamber
Frieza thought by himself for a few moments and he stood as he walked out of the room and made his way to the training room.
"These damned monkeys think they can intimidate me! I will be prepared" Frieza said as he walked into the room where a beaten and broken alien began to attack him mercilessly.

Naruto cried out as he was sent flying as he smashed into the ground. He was forcing himself back up to his feet as he looked up at his opponent. She had tanned skin, long brown hair in buns, she wore a tight crop top, black spiked armbands, blue sweatpants, and she had bandaged ankle wraps. She stood in her tai chi stance
"You're getting distracted" she said with a strict look on her face
"Yea, yea, yea. I'm not done yet" Naruto said wiping son blood from his lip
His power began to stand in his Killing Fist stance.
'Brat, I won't be helping you in your fights until we have complete control over the conduction of my chakra into ki or your use in using my chakra combined with yours. Besides, you need to learn how to use my strength.'
'What do you mean?'
'You will be fighting on your own throughout this training period multiple times to not rely on myself and gain better control of your chakra and Ki' Kurama said with finality
Naruto mentally nodded back in the real world, he stood strong and he took a deep breath in and out. Chun li moved her hands in a flow of motions. Naruto grimaced as he couldn't find any openings. He put his name in the cross form, making 10 shadow clones. She looked at the clones unamused.
"Your use of this technique won't help you here"
Naruto smirked as she didn't know about the memory transfer from the shadow clone technique. He had the clones charge and she kicked forward at light speed
"Hyakuretsukyaku!" she kicked away 5 clones causing them to puff out of existence
2 clones slid towards her trying to kick her but she jumped and stomped on one of the clones heads and she sent a blue ki blast towards the other clone
"Tsk!"
Naruto and his 3 remaining clones and charged with wind blades. She began to dodge multiple sword swipes and leaned back as two sword swipes brushed by her. She balanced herself on her hands and she kicked two of the clones in the stomach. She leaned back up to block the wrist of an incoming sword swung at her. She punched the original in his stomach, sending him flying across the training field. She kicked a clone away as it puffed away. Naruto stood and his ki began to ooze from his body and wrap around him to outline his figure compact imperfectly around him.
"Hey, try to keep up or this is gonna be over" Chun li said as her body glowed blue and her muscles became relaxed and hardened.
"Oh yea! Come on you amazon!"
Naruto leapt in towards Chun li in a string of afterimages.
"Humph. You're pretty fast" she said dodging a punch
He spun around and tried to trip the girl as she jumped back. Naruto ran forward and performed a spinning rising uppercut.
"Shoryuken!"
She scoffed and smashed both of her palms into his stomach and his feet skid across the battlefield.
"Urgh! The fuck is going on here" Naruto said as he dropped to one knee
"Pace yourself and stand Namikaze"
"Urgh! Don't have to tell me twice"
Naruto stood in his fighting stance and his mind began to relax as he closed his eyes and sent ki to his core as he lowered his power making it match her own. Maybe he was using too much chakra as his body felt heavy and so he decided to hold his power in as he opened his eyes and his aura disappeared from around his body. Chun Li held both of her hands out at her wingspan as two ki balls formed and she pushed both attacks forward to make a giant ball of ki.
"Kikosho!"
Naruto created a Rasengan in his right hand and smashed the attack into her larger ki blast. He channeled more chakra into his Rasengan making it bigger and this caused Chun Li to narrow her eyes as she matched his output of chakra and soon there was a giant blue explosion sending them both skidding across the field.
"Urgh! That was so stupid" Chun li said
Naruto's right arm was a bit damaged as Kurama's chakra began to heal his hand.
"Haaaa…haaaa….haaa…. Too much pressure" Naruto said
Chun Li grimaced at the slight singe of her hands. His aura was fading and he dropped to one knee as he looked up at Chun Li who smirked at him.
"Do you yield?" Chun Li asked cracking her knuckles
"Ergh, You win." he sighed
She walked up to him and held out a hand pulling him up to his feet.
"It's getting late. I'll get you some first aid and send you off ok"
Naruto nodded as he limped with her back to the dojo.
"You're improving faster than I thought"
"Really, you just said I sucked a few minutes ago"
"And you kept up for a bit. Be proud of it" she said jovially
Naruto looked away in embarrassment. Lately he had been getting his ass handed to him in training due to fighting alone in several matches. He still had a good win to loss ratio but it got a bit closer to 55-45%, which was big for him.
"It's good that you're learning to fight alone. Help from the Fox is ok sometimes but not all the time, especially if you're just rusty"
Naruto rolled his eyes and received a slap upside his head
"The hell is your problem?"
He began to toon her out as he thought of the hill he had to climb in terms of power
"Don't ignore me!"
Naruto took a pause then took a deep breath. He blew it out shortly afterwards.
"There's a lot on my mind. I wasn't ignoring you to be mean" he said tiredly
Chun Li rolled her eyes as they made their way back to the Dojo. They came back to see Hinata and Sasuke waiting for him. Hinata narrowed her eyes at Chun-li as they locked eyes and the tall brown haired girl got a sweat drop across her forehead and she waved nervously and walked back to the dojo.
"See ya. I'll let you three do your special training" she said
The 3 shinobi went to the training field
"We'll be ready for anything if we keep practicing these formations" Naruto said cracking his neck
"Humph, didn't you just get your ass kicked?"
"Y-yes, you're gonna burn yourself out"
"Relax, I'll be ok"
Soon they came to a stop in the middle of the clearing

Sozu was thinking about the humanoid alien that he spoke to before the mission. He was sitting on the top of a tree looking at the sun.
"Maybe I should take him up on that offer." he said absently
There was a brief gust of wind that brushed past him.
"Hello, Sozu"
He turned his head slowly to see the man with the purple skin and white mohawk in the funny outfit.
"H-how are you here? Are you following me?"
Shin shook his head
"I am the watcher of life. All it takes is a close up from me and I can see it"
He took out a scroll and handed it to Sozu.
"What is this?"
"A technique of the Kais. It's for healing with your ki. Master it in the next 3 months and I'll give you another skill."
Sozu looked at the scroll and opened it to show a method of channeling ki into wounds. He began to read for a long time until he looked up and activated his Sekigan to check around the area. To his luck he saw nothing and he put his hands in the snake seal creating several earth clones to take up surveillance around him and his area and he jumped down to touch the ground.
As he read the scroll he saw the directions. He had to learn the basics of ki control which happened to be written in the scroll as well. He gathered ki around his hands and interlaced his hands gathering ki. His Ki was radiating in a mint green aura. He began to circulate his movements with his arms as a green aura began to outline his body. His aura dispersed as the ki from around his body disappeared.
"Urgh!"
His body felt as if it was losing all of its ki. He took a deep breath as he gathered Ki from the light around him and put his hands in the prayer formation. He sat with his legs folded and his hands in the prayer form as a green aura began to radiate off of him again.
Shin was floating atop the air looking down at his newest student. He teleported away, only to land on a small planet near the galaxy. It was a small planet the size of a mansion. He walked up to the door of the house on the small planet and knocked. A burly aqua blue man with a hat and antenna, sun glasses, black, white and yellow kaio-shin robes with black shoes.
"King Kai, I require your aid"
The large hefty man opened his door
"Is it about the Acrosian issue?"
Shin shook his head,
"Somewhat, but not yet. It's about Hamura and Hagoromo's descendants"
The sunglasses wearing Kai nodded
"You're bringing them here soon?"
"One of them. He needs help with the basics and some flight lessons"
"When will they be here?" he asked
"In one month"
"Alright, how long do we have to train them?"
"2 and half years"
King Kai nodded
"Fine, whoever you're bringing should be fine"
Supreme Kai nodded and performed the instant transmission causing him to reappear in the Sacred World of Kais.
Soon another presence made himself known.
"So, one of the children of prophecy is coming here?"
"Yes. But I don't know if it's one of your offspring or not" king Kai said
"It's fine, it'll be good to see him whenever he gets here" the man said

Later the night after the assault Kenji sat looking at the stars by himself on top of the checkpoint citadel. Thoughts of his family ran through his mind, then he remembered looking at the 9 tails as it's essence sank into his brother and his father collapsed to the ground. His mother was holding the beast with her chakra chains. He had grabbed onto his father at the last moment before he teleported away to seal the fox. He was helpless and had to watch his parents protect him and keep the beast locked down. He clenched his fists tight as he cursed himself. He knew there was nothing a 5 year old could do in that situation, but he still felt survivors' guilt. On top of that, there was a creature created to resemble his father, serving Orochimaru, his brother is the target of a group of S-class criminals, Now he finds out that his mothers clan, the Uzumaki have survived and rebuilt their village with a sister clan, Terumi and he's getting married to the Terumi clan heads daughter to unite the two clans along with the Namikaze.
'I've got a lot to live up to.' he thought
He looked at the clouds passing in the starry night sky to reveal a full moon.
"What're you doing up here all by yourself?" Mei asked walking up and standing next to him
"Nothing much, just thinking"
"Care to share?"
He looked at her with a plastered small grin that he practiced to keep people from knowing his thoughts
"I've got a lot to live up to. I know I'm not the only one who does, but I always thought my job would just be to make sure my younger brother becomes Hokage and I'd be his right hand when things got dicy. Maybe stay as clan head of the Namikaze for him until he passes down his Hokage title and later on work with my God-father to watch over the village and keep up with his spy network. I didn't think I'd even find another Uzumaki or meet the Terumi clans, let alone hear about their resurgence and play a core part in rebuilding it. But, life is funny like that"
"Are you worried about not living up to the clan's standards?"
Kenji shook his head in the negative
"Not exactly… I just always figured I'd move in the shadows like most shinobi. But, I should've known better when my adoptive mother made the 3rd take me out of the anbu and into a jonin."
"Hmm, I see. So you're accepting what's to come then? Preparing for a new destiny then?"
He looked back at the moon and spoke
"You could say that. After this war, nothing will be the same. I'll have to play by the rules of politicians more than shinobi. At least that's what I imagine. Especially between the land of Whirlpools and the Hidden Leaf"
Mei nodded in understanding as she looked at him under the moonlight
"Don't worry about it too much. My father and his advisors put myself and my siblings through the wringer for politics and trade agreements. I'm sure he'd be willing to teach you and I'm willing to help you along the way as well, especially since you are to be my husband"
Kenji rubbed the back of his head
"And then there's that. I'd imagine you want children as well. Not to sound unenthusiastic about the idea, being a parent, husband, having to continue my training and learning what my role is in clan politics seems like a steep mountain to climb but I don't think it's impossible."
Mei looked at him for a moment
"I think that's the right way to start thinking about it. At least you sound confident in your ability to do it."
There was a brief moment of silence
"We don't have to have kids right away do we?"
"Depends what right away means"
"We can wait a few years right?"
He felt a chill go up his spine when Mei looked him up and down.
"You get a 6 month reprieve. Besides, we'll still have to consummate the marriage, and I know you've been looking at me when you think I don't notice, since we left the hidden leaf village."
Kenji stiffened
"I-..I don't know what you're talking about" he said with a stutter
"Mhmm, sure you don't. Now don't stay up too late. I've already got our tent pitched and ready."
"Tent, who said we're sharing a tent? And should we be setting up for a counter attack?"
"We've already got chakra sensor seals and traps set by several patrol units on the outskirts. Your team and mine will be rotating with two of the 5 patrols in 3 to 4 hours, I suggest you finish up here and follow me so we can rest for tonight" she said with grin as she turned to walk back to the building entrance
As he followed her, he noticed a slight swish to her hips and he had to look away and take a deep breath.
Soon they came to a large forest green tent with an auburn swirl on the middle of the flaps. They walked in and there was a table with a large map of water country spread across it, with several markings on it highlighting key areas as well as chess pieces across the map. Across from it was a large futon and a pillow, with a travel bag next to it. Kenji walked in behind her and went to sit his bag near hers and then he pulled out a sleeping bag and began to set it up
"What're you doing with that?" she asked looking at him questioningly
"Setting up my sleeping bag of course. Gotta have some form of comfort."
She sighed and went to take off her sandals.
"You know, it gets cold at night in water country"
"Yes, your point?" he said looking up at her with a raised eyebrow
"Oh, nevermind" she sighed as she went undo her ponytail and top hair tie to let her hair hang in it's full auburn beauty.
Kenji looked back at what he was doing and she spoke again
"So you plan to sleep over there tonight?"
He was wondering why she mentioned him sleeping away from her and he realized that maybe this was her way of wanting to get closer to him and he sighed.
"I could sleep closer for warmth" he said lamely while picking up his sleeping bag
"We can share the futon" she said
He mentally sighed at put his sleeping bag away
'Does she wanna feel my boner in the morning just to have an excuse to hit me?' he asked himself mentally
He walked over to look at the map as he began to study it with her just to get a view of it again. The last time he saw it was in the land of whirlpools. After 30 minutes of review, Mei sighed and crawled into the futon. Kenji studied to remember the distance between the village and them to get an idea of the amount of ground he had between himself and the village. After another 10 minutes of studying, he blew out the candles, took off his shoes and jacket, and walked towards the futon crawling in behind her. He turned his back to her at first, but he didn't feel good sleeping on his left side, so he turned to sleep on his back. He had the luxury of a bed bigger than a king size back at the whirlpool village, but he was on a futon this time. Eventually after 30 minutes of being uncomfortable, he turned on his right side which ironically put her back to him. He could hear her breathing easily and he began to match her breathing and he began to drift off to sleep.
The next day:
Kenji woke up with Mei cuddled up next to him, while he was lying spooning her. His breath hitched as she had held his arm with hers. He felt her grip on his arm, and it was strong, with her hand on top of his interlaced with her fingers. Her scent was reminiscent of strawberries and peaches and it was intoxicating to him. He felt his lower half starting to wake up so he gently tugged his arm out of her grip, but when she felt this she tightened her grasp on him. Fearing for his unbruised head he spoke up.
"Mei, I need to go to the bathroom"
She looked back at him and smiled sleepily
"Good morning to you too sleepy head"
"G-good morning"
She slowly let his arm go as he gently got up.
"You pulled me closer while you were sleeping" she said as he was walking towards the exit of the tent
He stopped and looked back with a sheepish look on his face
"Sorry about that. I didn't mean to-"
"Don't worry" She said as she sat up and stretched.
"I was getting cold anyways, and you warmed me up" she said yawning
He nodded put on his shoes and jacket, grabbing some seal paper out of his book bag with a flying thunder God kunai and left the tent
An hour later
Kenji sat with drawings of the transportation seals in front of him. He was wondering of finding a way to use them with his Hiraishin kunai so they could expand the range of his teleportation and keep the 25 seals intact so they wouldn't have to keep recreating them. He felt like it was something he was missing but he couldn't put his finger on it. He created a custom seal of his own to work as a conductor for the sealing matrix and bind the Uzumaki seals to his custom made Flying Raijin seal. Now he just needed to find a way to make them activate without teleporting them somewhere they didn't want to go.
'Perhaps I'll try it when I get back to Uzu' he thought why rubbing the stubble on his face.
"What're you working on there?" Shisui asked as he was coming back with Ko, Hana, and her 3 dogs.
"Sealing stuff. You'd probably fall asleep if I gave you too many details. Long story short, I'm working with the Uzumaki transportation seals to combine them with my Hiraishin seal."
"Hmm, and you're trying to figure out a way to perfect the binding seal for them both along with stabilizing the space-time seal so it doesn't randomly teleport you somewhere else I take it" Shisui said
"See, one of knew what you were talking about" Hana said victoriously
"Yes, if you were to figure that out, not only would it be a boon for your technique but it would also make teleporting between Uzu and the Hidden Leaf much easier. But enemies would stop at nothing to get it." Ko said
"I know. Honestly, I'd be leaving the original copy in Uzu for safe keeping. I mean what're the odds of someone getting it in the hands of the Uzumaki and Terumi clans?"
"While they are unlikely, are you sure that's a good idea? Not to sew deceit but you don't know them very well" Ko said
"You've got a point. But it's not just my seal after all" he said looking at the multitude of seals in front of him
"Well, it's a good thing we'll be reporting the revival of the Uzumaki clan to lord Hokage isn't it? Perhaps he can come and visit himself" Hana said
"No doubt about it. Maybe I'll be half-way done with it by the end of this war" Kenji said while looking at a particular seal
Soon he began to gather up the seals and put them in his bag and yawn.
"Haaa… I've been doing this for about 2 hours already. Is it time for us to go on patrol?"
Shisui nodded in the affirmative.
"Yea, it's our turn. But, since there haven't been many sightings, we should be on our toes, you never know where the enemy is coming from."
With Sozu, he was meditating in the clearing until he felt a hand on his shoulder. It was Ino, and she had a worried look on her face.
"Yo, it's our turn ya know"
"Our turn for what?" he asked while looking at the sun as it tore through the mist.
"Yea, it's our turn with one another team" she said as he got up and followed her putting his scroll from Shin in his jacket pocket.
He left his 4 earth clones in the background to follow them and possibly go ahead. Soon they were walking towards the teams. Ino had been eying Sozu up and down trying to see what she thought of her teammate. She wasn't really sure, because of his distant attitude. He hung out with them but he was a bit of an outcast.
"Hey Sozu, why don't you talk more?"
"There's no need. What good will any of that do for me or you?"
"Well, maybe you'd have a girlfriend if you did" she said with a knowing grin
Sozu got a sad smile amid his visage
"Maybe you're right. Maybe I'd be with her instead of him"
Ino got a mischievous grin on her face. She was a bit of a gossip queen and she wanted to know the details.
"Oh, who is she?"
Sozu's face went from stoic to a light blush.
"None of that matters now. She belongs to him now"
"Oh c'mon, don't be like that. There are plenty of fish in the sea afterall"
"It's probably good that he got her anyway. I don't have time for attachments that take me away from my goals"
"Oh please. Don't quit just cause you didn' make your move"
"Sure" he said waving her off
Ino rolled her eyes as she smacked her lips
"You never know. You might find someone better if you just put in the effort. Giving up on love isn't cool, it just makes you look like a quitter"
"Ehhh, people want too much these days"
Ino sighed
"No, you're just not a romantic. But I'll teach you"
"Yea, sure. Well, we're coming up on Asuma sensei." Asuma was standing with a woman with long red hair, white skin, mature yet beautiful features, with a decent sized bust, shapely hips, her headband was loosely wrapped around her neck, with a red kimono, a yellow obi and red shinobi sandals.
"Morning, you two seen Choji?"
"Nnnnghh Right here sensei" he yawned as he walked upon his sensei
Soon 3 other ninjas that seemed to be on the women's team arrived shortly afterwards. The woman stood to introduce herself
"My name is Nina Terumi, I am the leader of the Whirlpool team that'll be with you all." Soon two other teams popped up in 10 minutes.
It was another team of whirlpool and another team of leaf shinobi including: Kurenai, Sakura, Shino and Kiba
"Yo, looks like we're gonna be on patrol together, just like in fire country"
"Don't be so overconfident, Kiba. This isn't the hidden leaf village" Kurenai chastised him
Asuma was smoking while watching from afar and he received a shoulder tap from Sozu. He looked over at the boy and saw a serious look on his face.
"So, you've finished the basic control exercises for your fire chakra?"
Sozu nodded
"Ok, here's a scroll of a jutsu from the Uchiha. It's the 'Phoenix Flower Technique'.
Asuma took a scroll and handed it to Sozu. He opened it and he put it in his hoodie pocket.
"All of you be careful, the enemy could still be lurking around" Asuma said
"Yes, we'll scatter and have a 4 man team in all corners of the barriers near the sealing tags. Once you-"
Soon they heard an explosion, prompting Asuma to leap into action.
"You guys check on the other teams, we'll go on and help those against the enemies"
Soon he and his team began to move through the forest foliage making their way towards a hoard of explosions. Soon the shinobi landed to see Tarble and Shallot standing guard in front of an injured Crimson and a knocked out Karin Uzumaki.
Standing in front of them was Bagetta and Wanta in their fighting stances with two twin girls behind them. The twins had gray long hair to their necks length, they both had pink eyes, with tanned skin. They both wore beige ponchos, dark forest green short sleeve shirts, chainmail undershirts, gray obis, forest green shinobi pants, black shinobi shoes.
"Ume, Umi, take several of the troops with you and destroy this place."
Soon the two ran with several hundred soldiers to attack the inside of the fort. Sozu activated his Sekigan to take a survey of the area and he took a deep breath when he saw that the hundreds of the Rebel Forces moved in on. He stayed with Asuma, Ino and Choji. Asuma stood with Shallot and Tarble and the rest of his team.
"Shallot, Tarble, take Karin and Crimson away from here. We'll handle these two and their brigade"
"Rggh! I'm fine actually. I'll take Karin back to Akari and the others. You two stop the other 2" Crimson said as she picked up Karin and held her bridal style.
Shallot and Tarble flew after Ume and Umi with the several hundred and fifty soldiers behind them.
Asuma stood before Bagetta and Wanta. Sozu drew his sword and pointed it at Wanta.
"Oho, so the runt thinks he can stand against us does he?" Wanta said as a ball of ki pulsed to life in his hand
Asuma began to channel wind chakra into his trench knives. Ino and Choji took a few steps back. Wanta smirked.
"Bagetta, you take the troops and storm their forces"
Sozu grit his teeth and spoke up
"Sensei, leave this guy to us and go after the other one"
Asuma was shocked as he still kept his body facing Wanta.
"You're sure you all can handle him?" he asked looking at Choji and Ino
The 2 nodded as they sighed and leapt towards Bagetta.
Wanta tried to follow but he was stopped by a slash from Sozu and several hail of kunai from Ino. As he dodged the shuriken and kunai tossed at him, he noticed Choji was gone. Soon he felt a heavy fist smash into his face. He spun in mid air to face them and he got a devious smile.
"You brats are pretty good hehehe"
His white hair began to billow as a purple aura wrapped around her as the ground cracked under his feet. He ran through hand signs ending in the Dog seal and he spat out several light blue globs at the 3 genin. Choji, Ino and Sozu dodged the bullets and tried to look for a way to respond. They noticed that the water wasn't disappearing and that it looked sticky. Sozu smirked
"Fire Style: Dragon Flame Bomb!"
Sozu spat out a large flaming dragon head, sending it at Wanta who spat a glob of sticky water at the genin. There was a large steam fog as he drank from a canteen of water he began to go through hand signs ending on the ram seal.
"Hidden Mist Jutsu"
A chakra mist began to wrap around the 3 genin. They got into a circle looking out for their enemy. Sozu smirked as he stretched out his ki senses, but they weren't too well developed and had to send his ki flow into his chakra poole to fuel his Sekigan. He had his hand over his sword handle. Ino had her kunai drawn along with Choji as they tightened their grips on their knives. Soon they began to hear clashing in the background and Sozu smirked as he heard his own voice. He knew that his earth clones were nearby for him and he began to follow the sounds of battle with Ino and Choji slowly.
Wanta had kicked an earth clone away as he had to draw a kunai and block a sword slash. Soon he found himself dodging several sword slashes as he channeled ki around his kunai knife and slashed through another clone. He jumped back and landed on a bed of water and went through hand signs channeling a large amount of chakra.
"Water style: Water Clone Jutsu"
He created 5 water clones then disappeared in the Mist with 2. Soon, Sozu and co found the 3 water clones. He sent his 2 earth clones to the 3 water clones with the help of Choji and Ino. The Yamanaka heiress drew another kunai and jumped, throwing one kunai at another at where she saw him moving too which made the mark hitting a water clone and dispersing it. One of the clones went through hand signs and soon droplets of water began to rise up around him and elongate in shape becoming senbon.
"Water Style: Water Needle!"
Sozu smirked as he went through hand signs
"Water style: Water wall!"
He yelled, placing his hands on the surface of the water causing a wall of water to raise up to defend him and his team. He heard a sizzling sound and yelled
"Get back!" as he jumped back and the paper bomb went off causing a concussive blast causing the water to ripple and have numerous droplets of water falling on them.
Next, Wanta went through one handed hand signs while his left hand held a kunai. Soon the droplets became like needles and the team of genin had to jump back and get to solid ground. Ino was going through her weapons pouch and pulled out smoke bombs.
"We need to regroup!" Ino said frantically
Choji Nodded and they jumped back
Sozu looked at her as she threw down the bombs and smirked as he began to create 3 earth clones and had them hide strategically as he body flickered backwards.
WIth Asuma:
He had his wind chakra activated around his trench knives and he was cutting down enemy troops left and right. He and one of his shadow clones stood back to back surrounded by around 15 Bloody Mist shinobi. He smirked as he put his trench knives away along with a clone and they both took out shuriken and channeled wind chakra around the blades and threw them at the opposition. Then he pulled out two trench knives and held them outwards as his clone ducked and his wind chakra elongated piercing through multiple shinobi
"Ninja Art: Odoru Tatsumaki Nibun!" (Dancing Tornado Bisect)
He spun around tearing the blades through multiple shinobi, but one of them was watching him from afar. It was the long haired woman from a few moments ago. As the blood and gore from his attack settled, he let go of the wind chakra extensions she jumped down and landed before him with her long light green hair flowing in the wind.
"Looks like you're next" Asuma said with his clone standing ready to fight with him
"I guess so, but it won't be that easy" She said with a smirk getting into a battle stance.
There was a tense moment of silence and they began to look over one another, sizing each other up. Asuma was drawing up a plan of attack to defeat her but there weren't many gaps in her battle stance. She was doing the same, as she channeled a purple aura around her body.
Soon she leapt towards Sarutobi, throwing a spinning kick into the chest of the clone. She ducked a right hook swing from him by leaning back. She pushed herself into a handstand and she kicked him in his chest sending him flying throughout the forest.
"Urge!"
As he regained his balance, he landed on his feet. He jumped out of the way as Bagetta sent a purple ki blast at him. The leaf ninja looked in the bushes and foliage for cover.
As she walked up, 10 ninja landed behind her.
"Commander, we have been sent to aid you"
Bagetta scoffed
"Tsk, fine, 4 of you stay on the outskirts of this place, 6 of you follow my lead."
4 Bloody Shinobi disappeared as she began to move through the trees. Her brigade of 6 shinobi with her followed her league moving in shadows not too far from her.
Asuma was cornered. He needed some time to form a plan, so he created 3 illusion clones and sent them out. Now that that was done he rummaged through his weapons pouch. He found several kunai, some flash bangs, ninja wire, a scroll with an elemental jutsu trapped in it and some explosive tags. He began to move through the forest several places to place his explosive tags and he knew his clones would lead the Mist Shinobi through the wiretraped explosive. After 10 minutes of hasty work he began to hear sounds of battle. It was more than likely the Bloody Mist shinobi trying to attack his illusion clones.
He drew several kunai and channeled wind chakra into them. He jumped into the trees and began to move away from his traps but not too far as he jumped up high and sat in the foliage of the trees. Soon he saw one of his clones being chased by 4 shinobi and he waited. Soon one of the Mist shinobi tripped his wire trap and the 4 explosive tags went off causing a giant shockwave throughout the forest. It was kicking up dust, debris, forestage and dirt all over the place. WIth his hand blocking his eyes from the explosion, he looked at the torn landscape.
There were movements below him and he saw 2 shinobi from the Bloody Mist. He threw 4 kunai at the back of those opponents, hitting their backs and necks, killing them. He immediately changed his position to another high tree five clicks north with a lot of foliage. He drew another set of kunai and shuriken. Eventually, there were only 5 shinobi left that made their way near the explosions. As they made their way past the hidden Sarutobi, he threw the weapons coated in wind chakra towards the 5 shinobi. Bagetta jumped away in time and Asuma used the body flicker and threw down a flashbang blinding her.
She jumped high out of the clearing as she was almost blinding and Asuma went back to hide in the forest foliage. He had his clone pull out another flash bang as he hid in the shadows waiting to strike. Then, as she landed she had to dodge a trench knife swipe from the leaf ninja. She sent a straight jab at him as he dodged and sent a gut check punch, but she jumped back before the attack could hit her stomach. He smirked and threw another flash bang in her face causing her to be blinded. Asuma lunged out of the bushes with his trench knives covered in wind chakra and he cleaved through her body in a diagonal fashion, cutting a gash in her chest and stomach. His clone spartan kicked her in the chest and he tagged back in channeling fire and wind chakra into his trench knife.
"Combination style: Royal slasher!"
He swiped down for the kill, bisecting her and eventually burning her body into ash. He stood strong as he looked out at the ashes of the woman. He sighed and his clone disappeared. He took out a cigarette and began to smoke.
"Oh, you thought it was over" Bagetta said walking up from behind Asuma as he turned dropping his cigarette in haste
"How did you even-" he looked back down to see a charred log
"Don't worry. I'll be dealing with your team after I'm done with you"
Asuma kept his guard up as he was standing on guard. Bagetta channeled her purple ki around her body and the ground began to crack and he lunged backwards and Bagetta followed up smashing a fist into his stomach. He coughed up blood, and received an elbow strike, knocking the blood out of his mouth. Asuma flipped his blade to a reversed grip and he slashed at her, causing the light green haired woman to jump back. The ninja guardian put away his trench knives and he went through hand signs ending on the tiger seal
"Fire style: Burning ash!"
He spat out a large cloud of black fog and Bagetta jumped backward in haste, but not soon enough as the Sarutobi clicked his teeth and caused an explosion that pushed Asuma backwards. As the wind twirled and the dust and debris kicked up. The blast had fucked his eardrums tough and he did everything he could not to drop to a knee. As the smoke cleared, he saw damage done to the forest. He didn't have time to do anything as he jumped and dodged a purple explosion that engulfed a tree and the surrounding area.
"Fuck, she's still kicking! Guess I'd better step it up" he said as he landed
He channeled his Ki through his arms and soon the Ki formed as yellow blades from his trench knives instead of the light blue wind hue from his chakra. Soon the lime green haired woman stood with a few bruises and a burn up her right arm.
"Oh, so you can use ki as well? Guess this should be interesting."
Asuma held his trench blades at the ready and Bagetta seemed more than pissed about her right arm but she was still confident.

"Guess I should go back and check up on those children" he said as he blew out a few clouds of smoke.
Sozu was standing with his sword drawn, Ino was gathering some paralysis poison and coating her senbon with them, Choji had taken a food pill and stood watching their backs with a tree behind him. Next they heard multiple footsteps and scuffles in the distance. Sozu went through hand signs while Ino stood at the ready.
"Water Style: Liquid Bullets!"
He spat out several liquid bullets into the distance. Wanta smirked as he jumped and held out his right hand with the left around his wrist. A purple ki blast formed in his right hand and began to shoot out multiple Ki blasts towards the genin team. Sozu had his Sekigan active and he went through more hand signs.
"Earth style: Mud Wall!"
He yelled as a thick ass mud wall formed in front of them all. He dropped to one knee as he began to feel the fatigue of using half of his chakra.
"Sozu are you alright?" Ino asked as she kept aware
"Yea, I can take him if you need to chillout" Choji said
Sozu took out a chakra pill and ate it. Soon he felt his reserves gradually increasing. He touched the Mud wall as the Ki blasts came in.
"Get Ready you two!" Ino was looking around while Choji looked on the opposite side of her and Sozu.
Soon the rain of ki blasts intensified as the explosions began to increase. Next Sozu channeled more chakra into the Mud Wall, strengthening it as it began to grow larger to defend them. Sozu, felt his chakra leaving him as fast as it was coming in from the ki blast barrage.
"This son of a bitch!" Sozu said in anger
Then, he reactivated his Sekigan as he looked around and saw the Ki blast's impacting him. As the attacks died down he saw Wanta move towards them.
"You two, get ready!"
Soon Choji enlarged his fists and as soon as Wants flew over them, he attacked. To his surprise, Wanta dodged and kneed him in his stomach, then he palm struck the Akimichi away from him, sending him smashing into a nearby tree. Ino appeared behind him and threw her paralyzing senbon. He saw this from the corner of his eyes and dodged with a smirk. Sozu jumped in with his sword drawn and slashed at the man. Wanta replied, kicking him away from him into his hardened Mud Wall.
"Argh!"
He grunted falling onto the ground after his back smashed into the wall. Ino drew several kunai and shuriken, throwing them at her opponent. Wanta smirked as he jumped charging purple a ki blast in his right hand.
Sozu got to his feet, charging a blue ball of fire in his right hand. Wanta smirked as he shot the purple ki blast towards the genin team.
"Azure Bullet!" He yelled clashing with the purple Ki blast
"Get Choji and get outta here!" He yelled as the ki blast tore through his counter attack
Ino did as she was told and got Choji's arm around her shoulder and moved out. Soon his attack was overpowered and it seemed as if he was destroyed, losing the clash. After the concussive force and the smoke and debris cleared, he landed in the clearing. There was no sighting of Sozu from their clash.
Soon he had to jump as he saw a hand trying to grab him from underground. He scoffed in annoyance and how an invisible shockwave towards the ground destroying it. As the ground exploded, he saw smoke and debris with a beaten Sozu covered in rocks and dirt. Wanta smirked as he landed above his defeated enemy. Ino and Choji were watching the battle waiting for an opportunity. Sozu grunted as Wanta put a foot on his chest and used pressure.
Ino putting her hands in a square formation.
"When i take over him, you move him to safety, then attack him and I'll leave his body" she said
Choji nodded as she looked out at the battle.
"Mind transfer jutsu!" She said as she sent her attack and fell back. Soon Choji caught her and laid her down.
Wanta paused for a moment catching Sozu by surprise.
"Choji success!" Wanta said
This confused Sozu even more but he was into much pain from getting injured escaping the clash and getting hit with the pressure of the shockwaves. He took his foot off the boy and Choji leapt out to get him and hide him away.
"Raaaaagh!"
Soon he jumped back towards the mind controlled shinobi and he enlarged his right arm and smashed his fist into Wanta's face sending him flying through the forest. Sozu was trying to sit up and soon he felt his cursed seal pulse as it was yearning to be activated. His chakra was weak and he had taken two strong attacks. Sozu sat up to see Ino coming next to him to help him sit up.
"Hey, Ino, if you and Choji have anything up your sleeves then you might want to use it"
Ino looked at him in shock
"What are you talking about? Choji just finished him"
He sighed and looked at Ino with a serious scowl
"We've only succeeded in pissing him off"
Ino sighed as Choji landed in front of them facing his opponent. Ino helped him to his feet as he got his balance back. Wanta walked out of the forest clearing with a dark sneer on his face.
"You're a resilient bunch, I'll give it to you. But now-"
His light purple aura surged around him and his aura and his muscles grew stronger with veins in them. The ground cracked under his feet and pressure oozed from his presence as he finished his previous statement
"You die!" He said and disappeared.
To his surprise he had to dodge a slash from Sozu before he punched the boy in his stomach, causing him to cough up blood and then he uppercut him and kicked him away. Ino threw her poison cover senbon at him and he dodged. He soon caught an enlarged fist from Choji and he threw the boy with a strong force sending him through several trees. He flashed before Ino and elbow struck her in the chest, sending her flying across the battlefield.
He smirked as he held up his hand creating a large purple ki blast. Before he could aim it at the 3 genin, he was kicked in his face by a woman with sunglasses and a thick red French braid atop her head.
As she got into her fight stance, Karin landed next to her.
"Karin, get those genin off of the field and I'll handle this bastard"
"Right"
Karin went to grab Ino, then Choji, then Sozu putting them all in a safe place. She began to look over their injuries. They were beaten and bruised. As she activated her Whirlpool medic jutsu, she ran her hands over their injured bodies. She noticed the seal on Sozu's neck
"What the hell is this? It looks like it's trying to break the seal holding it."
She heard a wet cough from Ino and saw blood dribbling down her lips. She soon put her hands above her chest and began healing the girl. She raised up her left sleeve as she left her right hand over Inos chest and put her arm up to Choji's face. The Akimichi was going in and out of consciousness.
"Bite me!" She said in haste. He did as she said and he felt his body healing and his chakra replenishing.
After that he was up and he began to walk towards the battlefield
"You should stay back. You may be back from the brink of death, but you're not a match for him" Karin said without looking at him
Soon there was a large explosion as Wanta walked into the destroyed clearing. Karin had finished healing Ino and gave her a blood pill. Her chest cavity was cracked but the healing she had given her would help her stay alive. She went to Sozu who was knocked out from his injuries. She placed her hands over his chin and stomach and began healing them.
Choji watched the two jonin level enemies doing battle and he began to look around the battlefield. Soon, he saw several shinobi watching as he narrowed his eyes. He moved in a serious manner as he headed towards the bloody mist shinobi.
"Oi, what the hell are you doing?" Karin yelled as he ran off.
There were several battles going on around them and she figured he was stopping an ambush.

With Kenji:
He had been slashing through the bloody mist battalion with just pure skill and stamina.
'Heh, that battle with my dads look alike really made me kick my training into overdrive. Let alone the power boost after saiyans get injured' he thought
Soon he had to dodge a barrage of kunai and shuriken. He had been moving at jonin speed even though he still had his gravity seals activated. He cut down several more shinobi as he batted away several kunai and shuriken. As he cut down another shinobi he looked back to see his teammates cutting down several shinobi as well. Either they were too strong, or these guys were underestimating them and paying the price. There was no way in hell the Mizukage would allow weaklings to be jonin and chunin in his ranks.
He cut down another enemy and then he looked to see two identical twin teenage girls landing in the middle of the fighting between the Bloody Mist and the Rebels.
"Umi, look, these guys are handling our forces like nothing. The Mizukage will be pleased when they're dead and we take this place over"
"Whatever, these fuckers are gonna get it for making me wake up for this" Umi said
Kenji narrowed his eyes and flashed 20 feet in front of them.
"Looks like we've found our first victim" Ume said
Kenji smirked as he held out his sword in a battle ready position.
"Oh, I think you two are 10 years too early to take me on" he said with a smirk
