Meditation
Lily, Deborah, and Sev returned to the others. On the way, he asked them, "Do you already have a clear idea of the meditation that you are going to do?"
"I do, Sev" Lily told him.
"I would like to think a little more about it, what just happened has been very shocking for me," Deborah replied.
"Yes, for me it has also been. So you'll go first, Lily, so Deborah and I can think a little longer. Do you think it's okay?"
"Sure, Sev. I'll go first," Lily replied.
"And if we have time, I would like to do joint ones in pairs with both of you. With you, Lily, I'm going to do it as soon as we're done with the singles. I want us to take all the time we need, we still have a month ahead of us to resist."
"Okay, Sev. I delighted."
"And with you, Deborah, we'll leave it for after the joints with the others, the last of all, in case we didn't have time. If we can't do it today, we'll do it when we come here with Valerie and Andrew, because I want the four of us to do a joint as soon as they learn Occlumency. How about?"
"Of course Prince," Deborah answered. "If today we don't have time, we'll do it later, I'm in no rush. It's already enough for me everything I have lived through the last two days. I have had more good experiences than in a whole year."
"For me they have also been wonderful."
They continued walking in silence, thinking. They reached the fir tree, the others were already waiting for them.
"Have you been waiting a long time?" Sev asked.
"Nothing, five minutes," Albus replied.
"Yeah, we're a little late. Have you enjoyed?"
"Of course. This fir tree is very powerful, I didn't know about it. I think that it is not only the oldest fir in the Forest, but the oldest tree in the Forest, the most powerful."
"Wow… my sacred tree. What a coincidence. What is yours, Albus?"
"The poplar."
"And your main characteristic?"
"Uncertainty," the old man answered.
"Oh… not a very lucky feature."
"No, it is not."
"What year were you born?" Sev asked.
"1881."
"Wow… you are ninety-five years old."
"I have not turned them yet, I will do it this summer," the Headmaster clarified.
"And your brother?"
"Three years younger."
"Incredible, what a chaste, you both keep very well," Sev commented. "I'm sure you'll still live for at least twenty more years."
"I would love to, I feel like I'm just starting to live now."
(We have changed his life.) "Let's get to it then. It's your turn, Lily. Don't be in a hurry, enjoy."
Lily walked over to the fir tree, kicked off her shoes, and hugged it, while the others remained silent. She began to meditate, (Universe. Thank you for everything I am living and feeling. My life is becoming more intense and interesting, I have an essential role in the destiny of the Wizarding World and I am willing to carry it out in the best way I am able.
(I am going to give everything of myself to achieve that goal and for this I must know how to keep cool and my feet on the ground at all times, because otherwise, I endanger my own life, for which many people are watching and willing to give theirs.
(I must correspond to this devotion with my best qualities, my intelligence, sensitivity and courage, and acquiring others that are not my own but are also very necessary to me, such as cunning and the ability to maintain control of my emotions.
(For this reason, I ask you, Universe, to help me develop my abilities to the maximum and equip myself with the weapons that I lack to carry out my mission, which is none other than to be one of the fundamental pillars of Sev, now already, fortunately, not the only one.
(I'm going to ask you for him too. Give him happiness, in any way, through me or those people he loves, especially his three loves and his brother, his wish in the Mirror. Allow him to fulfill it, so that he has the necessary support for the difficult task at hand.
(For what you love most, never allow this task to become another torture for him, so that he is not forced to commit atrocious acts against his will, he would be marked forever and he has already suffered too much. Allow him to live a dignified and happy life, loving and not hating, together with those he loves.
(If even so it becomes something inescapable and irremediable, I ask you to give him enough tenacity to bear it and not collapse, and to me the necessary arrests to continue being its support at all times and that the people he also loves do not fail him.
(In return, I swear that I will never back down from the tests I have to overcome, I will keep myself safe for him at all times and will accept what he becomes without ceasing to love him, putting the pieces of him back together as many times as necessary. I will live to heal him.
(Thank you, Universe, for listening to me, and in advance, for everything I know you are going to grant me.)
She stayed for a long time feeling the magic. When she finished, Deborah was already waiting, barefoot, very close to her. They hugged, just feeling each other, without saying anything.
Lily returned to the others without putting on her shoes, since after Deborah's and Sev's they would perform the joint rituals. When she got to where the others were waiting she hugged him. Nothing was said or projected. After five minutes, Sev took off his shoes and walked over to the fir tree. Deborah took another five minutes. They also hugged when she left the tree, without saying anything or bonding.
He hugged his fir tree and began, (Universe. I ask you to preserve the lives of all those whom I love, also those who I still do not but will, even those whom I will never meet and fight for justice and freedom, both in the Wizarding World as well as in the Muggle world, all those lives are worth keeping and are worth living long and fruitful.
(I also ask you to spare my own life. I am increasingly aware of my ability to generate well-being and happiness in the people with whom I interact, in many areas, from simple human treatment to through my physical and intellectual capacities.
(Allow me to live long enough to develop as a complete human being. Winning the magical war, developing a fruitful profession, having a family, continuing to make the people around me happy.
(I want to ask you especially for the four people closest to me. Lily, my lifelong love, who has always been my guiding light and who instills in me her sensitivity and courage.
(Lauren, who has loved me since she was a child with infinite devotion, risking her own safety, freedom and life for me.
(Ariel, who with his cunning and tenacity was the key to creating relationships that would allow me to jump over the abyss. Allow me one day to discover the mystery of that boy who loved me without me even knowing he existed.
(Last but not least, Deborah, who has opened my eyes to true love in a couple of days, willing to give herself to me without reservation. Her love is the truest and deepest, for it came from unconditional knowledge and acceptance of all that I am, and in three months she has decided to consider living a lifetime with me, come what may, whatever I am. Give me the necessary height to correspond to that unlimited devotion.
(In exchange for all that I demand, I swear that if I am forced to perform acts against my nature and will to defeat Voldemort, I will always do so trying to cause as little damage as possible, and I will bear that cross stoically, without being a burden to the people I love and do not abandon me.
(Although I am apparently dark on the outside, the light will always shine inside me and I will deliver it in abundance to those who I can afford, I will not keep what is good in me, which is a lot.
(And now I give thanks for so much friendship, for so much love, for so much happiness in my life that I would never have dreamed of having. Thank you, Universe, for being who I am. I wouldn't change myself for anyone, no matter how difficult my present and future life is.)
He stayed for a short time feeling the magic. Lily and Deborah had taken a long time and he wanted to have time to make the joint one with Deborah. Lily was already waiting for him a few steps away. They embraced the tree intertwining their fingers.
They both felt the deep love and mutual knowledge that had led them to unite for life; desire, infinite admiration for each other, gratitude for what they gave each other, and surprisingly, no fear at all, but a great confidence that for their own means and with the help of all those around them would stay alive and win.
They only spent five minutes hugging the fir, they already had less than half an hour left, so they only performed two joints between all of them. The five young people first. Deborah stood between Lily and Sev, Remus next to Sev and Cecile next to Lily. Deborah contributed to the communion among all with her great conviction and security, which largely assuaged the fear that Remus felt for Sev and Lily.
When Albus intervened, he moved between Sev and Lily, Deborah next to Sev, then Cecile and Remus next to Lily. Albus also conveyed confidence and deep knowledge of the human soul, his experience of almost a hundred years of life and a feeling of need to protect them all, paternal.
They had just under ten minutes left. Sev bonded with Deborah. "Do you want to do it despite the little time we have left or do you prefer to leave it for when we have more?"
"I do want to do it."
They did it. They conveyed deep unconditional love, desire, trust and admiration for each other. Feeling of being an indissoluble whole, of being able to overcome the most extreme situations to which they could be subjected.
It was so intense that they rushed until the last minute, until the others called them. As they put on their shoes, Sev thought, (It's been better than with Lily. I don't think it would hurt us to Bond as a Couple, the feelings are very strong but very healthy. I'll ask her if she's been occluding and I'll have to propose her again.)
On the way back Sev preceded, to help Albus and leave Deborah to mingle with the Gryffs. He chatted with him, while they heard their laughter, Deborah was telling them jokes. The Headmaster told him of his youth, his years as a student at Hogwarts in the last decade of the nineteenth century. He had been the brightest student in living memory in the history of the school, he had won all the prizes on offer and was a prefect.
When they reached the path, Sev let Albus lead with Deborah, Remus and Cecile, and stayed behind with Lily, to continue talking and cuddling for what little time they had left. They arrived at the Lake at eight twenty-five. Remus took out the Map, they waited until the dungeons were cleared and the malefics were in the Great Hall, and they started walking at a good pace towards the castle. They reached the passage at a quarter to nine. The Gryffs went quickly to their house, the Headmaster to his office, and Deborah and Sev headed home as well.
They kissed passionately for two minutes, before people started showing up around the house, bonding.
Sev asked her, "Have you occluded something in the fir tree?"
"What a stupid question, Prince. Of course not. And you?"
"Me neither. Has it seemed too intense, has it overwhelmed you?"
"Not at all, I would have gone on like this for hours."
"Our feelings are very intense but very healthy, it would be fantastic to feel it every time we bond," he said. "Think again about making the Bond as a Couple, I want to."
"Okay, Prince, I'll think about it."
Sev went up to his bedroom to put on his uniform. While he was changing, Heather, her fifth-grade classmate with whom Anthony was beginning to fall in love, came in with the broom they had given him. She approached where he was, on the side of the bed that did not face the door and had not seen him, because she was going to leave the broom next to his trunk. He caught him in his underwear.
"Booaaah… what a scare," she exclaimed.
"Ugh, Heather, I'm sorry."
"Oj... it's just that you just left the Great Hall towards the Training Hall, I didn't expect to see you here."
"You know, Time-Turner," Sev said.
"Of course... Have you had a good time?"
"Very good."
"I came to bring you the broom," Heather said handing it to him.
"Thank you very much." He took it. "See you in a few minutes."
"Sure, sure, see you later."
Ugh… how inopportune. Now she's seen me without clothes, too, and after the other night with Deborah, she knows I'm not faithful to Lily. I hope this doesn't interfere with his budding relationship with Anthony. Luckily he is the one who sits next to her in class and we barely talk.
By the way, it's the first day of school after the incident. I have to move around the castle with the fifth-grade escort. Maximum risk, we'll carry the wands out.
When he was already dressed and preparing his belongings, Anthony and Jack arrived for theirs. Jack brought him two sandwiches. "Here, Prince. You had breakfast four hours ago and then the walk."
"Oh… thank you very much, Jack. I hadn't even thought about it."
"Eat them calmly even if you arrive late."
"I'll eat them in two bites, I'm hungry," Sev replied.
(Ugh... Lily and the Gryffs haven't had time to stop by the kitchens. And Jack is back to being the same as always with me. Monday, everything is back to normal. By the way, what a long day awaits me, I've already been up ten hours and it's still nine in the morning, after lunch we have a lynching meeting and at six the first one. There are another nine hours until then, eleven until eight. Today I'm going to go to bed right after dinner. Let's see how I'll hold on, if I don't fall asleep in class. I'll take Stimulant potion at noon, so I'll also be frantic for the confrontation.)
The morning was calm, he barely chatted with Lauren, they concentrated on classes. (I'll tell her about Deborah at another time, it's too long to tell. And I'll save the Patronus for tomorrow in Defense class, I'll evoke the memory withher, what a surprise I'm going to give her.)
At lunch, Jack told him that the malefic sixth-year Rave had Potions class first thing Wednesday afternoon. (Ugh, man, I'm going to have to skip Transfiguration, Minerva's class. I'll tell her I feel bad. Better than second hour, I would have been late for broomstick flying class.)
When they got home after lunch, Brooke, Paul, and George were already sitting in the same places they'd been the night before, waiting for them. The others took seats. Sev surrounded the table with the Muffliato, sat down and began, "This afternoon we have an operation."
"Who is it?" Paul asked. "The seventh-years or the sixth-year?"
"The seventh-years."
"The rapist?" Brooke asked.
"That same one."
"I'm already frantic, I can't stand the urge."
"Neither do I," Valerie said.
"Neither do I," Deborah said.
"I have been practicing the spell that I am going to cast on him so that he will be marked for life," Sev said. "You will see how handsome he will be."
"I can't wait to see it," Brooke said.
Sev looked at her, she was looking at him. (This one is already horny and not bad at all, another possible candidate, seventh-grader, is two years older than me, an experienced woman, to learn. She has her arms on the table, so I put my left one too, brushing against hers. And by the way, Valerie sees me, who is in front and also turns on. Today I plan.) "We'll meet at the door of the Potions classroom at ten to six. Any problem?"
"None, Prince," Brooke said.
"That's how I like it," he looked at her. (A hint a snake will understand.)
She was looking at him, she hadn't taken her arm away from his. (Indeed, she is horny.)
He continued, "Paul and George, standing on either side of the classroom door, letting the students out. The others, crouched behind the statues, watching the door."
"Okay," Paul said.
"As soon as those two leave, you close the classroom door and the rest of us surround them."
"Great," said Paul.
"They'll take out their wands, I'll waste some time securing the door, I'll be out in the open," Sev went on. "Valerie and Brooke cover for me, disarm them."
"Of course," Brooke said.
He looked at her again. "You distribute them however you want."
(A double meaning that everyone will understand. The Magic of the Moon.)
"I want the rapist, Valerie," Brooke said, still looking at him.
(Another double meaning, this one likes rough very much.)
"It's okay, Brooke," Valerie replied.
He looked at her, she also was looking at him. (Valerie is also turned on by the fact that I'm flirting with Brooke. Ha! Deborah's maneuvers, two birds with one stone. And Andrew leaves her alone, very good. I'm sure they already had that conversation they were saying yesterday. I'm already like a motorcycle.)
"Once disarmed, the boys can start with the one that is for you. Send a Petrificus to the rapist, Brooke, let him keep quiet so I don't miss the shot," while he looked at her again. (Another double meaning.)
"Perfect."
(With parted lips, I would take her to bed right now. It's a pity we have class, after the lynching, you'll see.)
He didn't stop looking at her. "As soon as I mark him, all yours."
(Another double meaning. I part my lips too. How she looks at me, she is hungry, today I'll satisfy her.)
He stopped looking at her. "That's all. Until we get tired. When we're done, we'll come back here and finalize tomorrow's thing." (So she doesn't escape me.) "You can leave, see you at ten to six. Stay, Deborah."
The others left in silence. Deborah and Sev bonded. "Did you also look for this one for me?" he asked her.
"No. It was because she appeared in the squad of my wish, she is the best warrior in the House after you and Paul."
"Well, very well chosen, Deborah. Does she have a boyfriend?"
"She doesn't."
"It already shows, she's hungry. I'm going to check her out this afternoon."
"You are amazing…"
