Motostoke and Dynamaxing

As the Loud siblings and Clyde entered Motostoke, they were in awe of how big it was. Lincoln looked around for the Pokemon Center and quickly spotted it in the distance.

"There's the Pokemon Center, you guys." said Lincoln. As they got close to the Pokemon Center, Lincoln saw Sonia standing near it. Lincoln waves to her. "Hey, Sonia!" Sonia looks at Lincoln and smiles.

"Hi, Lincoln." said Sonia as Lincoln runs over to her with his sisters and Clyde following after him. "How is your training going?" Sonia asked.

"So far I'm doing okay." said Lincoln.

"That's good to hear." said Sonia. She looks behind him and sees Clyde and Lincoln's sisters. "Who are these people?" Lincoln looks behind him and remembers he hasn't introduced Sonia to his sisters and Clyde yet.

"Allow me to introduce them. The four girls are my sisters; Leni, Luna, Lucy, and Lana. The boy with the glasses is my best friend from Royal Woods, Clyde." said Lincoln.

"What are they doing here?" asked Sonia. Lincoln tells her about how they managed to track him down and uses Lisa's Teleportation Pad to send themselves to the Galar Region. "Well it's nice to meet all of you." said Sonia.

"O-M-Gosh! Those hair accessories you have are totes cute." said Leni. "And I'm loving your outfit."

"Thanks. I like them too." said Sonia. They both talk about fashion for a little bit before Lincoln decides to ask something.

"Hey, Sonia. Do you know of a way we can earn some money here? We're almost out of the pokeballs Leon gave me and I don't know if I have enough to buy some more." Lincoln says.

"Have you tried checking out the Pokemon Dens in the Wild Area?" asked Sonia.

"Not yet." replied Lincoln.

"You really should, Lincoln. You usually find some useful and valuable stuff in them. You can sell it at the stores that are in Pokemon Centers for a good price." said Sonia.

"I'll remember that. Hey, Lana. Has your Bunnelby picked up any items during his training?" asked Lincoln.

"Just this stuff." said Lana as she pulls out the Potions, Poke Doll, and the Big Mushroom that Bunnelby picked up. Sonia examines the items.

"You may want to hold onto the Potions and Poke Doll. The Potions can be used to heal your Pokemon and the Poke Doll can help you get away from Pokemon that are too strong for you to handle for now; but that Big Mushroom you got there is popular with some collectors and could be worth some good money at a store." said Sonia.

"Really?" asked Lana.

"You bet." said Sonia.

"Well since we're going to the Pokemon Center to have our Pokemon healed anyway, we can stop by the store inside." said Lincoln.

"Good idea, Lincoln. And don't forget that the Gym Challenge opening ceremony is in two days." said Sonia.

"I remember. I can use the time to train my Pokemon and catch some to help fill the pokedex." said Lincoln.

"That would be best." said Sonia. "Well I'm off; good luck, Lincoln." Sonia walks off towards the north end of town.

"She seemed nice." said Clyde.

"And she totes has cute fashion sense." said Leni. They then enter the Pokemon Center to get their Pokemon treated. While that was going on, Lana went to the store counter and handed the sales clerk the Big Mushroom she had. After the clerk examines it, she gives Lana 2,500 pokedollars, much to their surprise.

"Whoa. That one Big Mushroom was worth that much?" asked Clyde.

"Maybe I should check out some of the Pokemon Dens. I might find something worth that much." said Lincoln.

"What's a Pokemon Den?" asked Lucy.

"Do you remember those pillars of light coming out of the ground?" asked Lincoln.

"Yes. I thought those were spirits of the dead rising out of the earth." said Lucy, creeping everyone out.

"Those were Pokemon Dens that have Dynamax Pokemon inside them at the moment." said Lincoln.

"What are Dynamax Pokemon?" asked Luna.

"They're like regular Pokemon, only several times bigger." explained Lincoln, surprising everyone.

"Are you sure we can handle those kinds of Pokemon?" asked Clyde.

"With this I can." said Lincoln, showing them his Dynamax Band.

"What's that?" asked Leni.

"My Dynamax Band. It gives me the ability to Dynamax my Pokemon, so I should be able to handle Dynamax Pokemon." said Lincoln.

"We should get some Dynamax Bands for ourselves." said Clyde.

"Actually, you need a Wishing Star in order to make one." said Lincoln.

"Where do you find Wishing Stars?" asked Lana.

"They only appear to those who have a true wish in their hearts, or so I heard from Professor Magnolia." said Lincoln.

"We should all try making a wish and see what happens." said Clyde. He and the Loud sisters close their eyes and put their hands over their hearts.

"I don't know if it'll be that easy." said Lincoln. A second later, they heard something hit the ground outside. They all ran out and to Lincoln's surpise, he sees five Wishing Stars sitting in a small crater made into the brick path just outside the Pokemon Center.

"Are those Wishing Stars?" asked Lana.

"Yeah." said Lincoln in disbelief. Clyde and the Loud sisters ran and each picked up a Wishing Star. Just then, Sonia came running up to them.

"Lincoln! What's going on here?" asked Sonia. Lincoln pointed to his sisters and Clyde, each holding a Wishing Star. "Seriously?"

"Seriously." replied Lincoln. Clyde and Lincoln's sisters ran up to him.

"Can we get Dynamax Bands now?" asked Lana. Just then, a man in a suit walks up to them.

"Excuse me. Are those Wishing Stars?" asked the man.

"Yeah. Why do you ask?" asked Lincoln.

"I work for the Macros Cosmos corporation. We're the company that produces Dynamax Bands." said the man.

"Really?" asked Lincoln.

"Yes. If you'd like, I can have some Dynamax Bands made for you." said the man.

"Really? How much would it cost?" asked Lana.

"I'm certain that our president Chairman Rose wouldn't mind doing it for free. He's a very generous man." said the man.

"Really? Thanks." said Lana. They hand the man their Wishing Stars.

"Thank you. I'll have them made and ready for you by this evening. We'll meet at the Pokemon Cafe here in town." said the man.

"Sounds good. We'll see you then." said Lincoln. He walks off and Lincoln looks towards the others. "Well that was certainly a lucky break."

"Yeah. So what now?" asked Luna.

"Let's see if our Pokemon are healed yet. It usually doesn't take that long." said Lincoln. They go back inside the Pokemon Center to see if their Pokemon have been healed. They learn that they are and they get them back. Lincoln lets out Scorbunny. "How're you feeling Scorbunny?" asked Lincoln.

"I'm all fully rested and ready for more training." said Scorbunny.

"That's great." said Lincoln. Lana goes to the store and looks at the merchandise. She notices a pokeball that had a blue top with a black net design on it.

"What's that?" asked Lana.

"That is a Net Ball." replied the clerk.

"What's a Net Ball?" asked Lana.

"Net Balls are a kind of pokeball that are very effective at catching bug-type and water-type Pokemon." explained the clerk.

"Cool. I'll take one." said Lana.

"Good. That'll be 1,000 pokedollars." said the clerk. Lana's eyes widen in response.

"Whoa. Talk about expensive." said Lana. She gives the clerk 1,000 pokedollars and he gives her a Net Ball.

"So what now?" asked Luna.

"Let's go back to the Wild Area. We can check out the Pokemon Dens and maybe we'll find something else to sell." said Lincoln. They soon leave Motostoke City and look around for an active Pokemon Den. Fortunately there was one just outside the gate. "Okay, guys. Be careful." They slowly approach the Pokemon Den. All of a sudden, Lincoln's Rotom Phone comes out of Lincoln's pocket and flies into the pillar of light coming out of the Pokemon Den and looks like it's absorbing something from it. After a few seconds, the Rotom Phone flies into Lincoln's hands.

"300 Watts collected and stored." said the pokedex.

"What was that about, dude?" asked Luna.

"I don't know. It never did that before." said Lincoln. Just then, a bright light came out of the Pokemon Den and they get pulled into it. When the light faded, they saw they're in a vast, barren wasteland with a red sky.

"Where are we?" asked Lucy.

"I think we're in the Pokemon Den." said Lincoln. They look forward and were surprised to see a gray, birdlike Pokemon looking at them and it was HUGE!

"Is that a Dynamax Pokemon?" asked Lana. Lincoln pulls out his Rotom Phone and points it at the Pokemon.

"Pidove, the Tiny Pigeon Pokemon. Where people go, these Pokemon follow. If you're scattering food for them, be careful-several hundreds of them can gather at once." said the pokedex. Lincoln sees a flash of light coming from his Dynamax Band.

"Let's see if I can Dynamax my Pokemon." said Lincoln. He returns Scorbunny to his pokeball. Some energy comes out of the Dynamax Band which makes the pokeball grow to the size of a beach ball, much to their surprise. Lincoln takes the giant pokeball and throws it as hard as he could behind them. The ball opens and releases Scorbunny and he begins to grow bigger and bigger until he's the same size as the Pidove. Everyone was surprised by Scorbunny's size.

"Whoa. Scorbunny's huge!" said Clyde.

"That means more to cuddle!" said Leni. Lincoln looks at the Pidove in front of them.

"Okay, Scorbunny! Try using Max Flare!" Lincoln shouted so he was certain that Scorbunny can hear him.

"On it!" says Scorbunny. Scorbunny gathers fire in front of him and releases a large stream of fire at Pidove, hitting it. Suddenly, intense sunlight filled the area.

"What's going on?" asked Lucy.

"Max Moves have effects after being used. Max Flare increases the intensity of sunlight inside the den. That works for us because it makes Scorbunny's fire moves more powerful." said Lincoln. The Pidove looks at Scorbunny and releases a spiral of air from its body at Scorbunny, hitting him.

"RRGH!" growls Scorbunny as he was sent skidding backwards.

"Guys. Regular Pokemon can still battle in here. Could you back me up?" asked Lincoln. Clyde and the Loud sisters look at each other and nod. Leni and Clyde release their Raltses, Luna releases her Roggenrola, Lana releases Bunnelby, and Lucy releases Duskull.

"Duskull, use Leer." said Lucy. Duskull's eye glows and he stares at Pidove which makes Pidove nervous and lowers its defense.

"Bunnelby, use Quick Attack." said Lana.

"Roggenrola, use Tackle." said Luna. Bunnelby quickly moves at the Pidove and slams into it, followed by Roggenrola's Tackle.

"Ralts, use Disarming Voice." said Leni and Clyde. Both Raltses release pink sound waves which hit Pidove, making it stagger back a bit.

"Okay, Scorbunny. Let's finish this with one more Max Flare." said Lincoln. Scorbunny hits Pidove with another Max Flare. After it hit, the energy inside Pidove explodes and it becomes frozen in place. Lincoln pulls out his remaining pokeball and the Dynamax Band makes it larger. Lincoln throws the large pokeball at the Pidove. The pokeball stops in front of the Pidove, opens up, and sucks it inside. The pokeball drops to the ground and shakes a few times before it returns to its normal size and clicks. Suddenly, the area filled with a bright light and they found themselves back in the Wild Area once the light faded.

"That...was intense." said Clyde.

"We really need to get our Dynamax Bands once they're ready." said Lucy. Lincoln looks at the Pokemon Den they came out of and saw some berries, a small disk-like object, and a small mushroom with a yellow cap. He walks over and picks the items up.

"Looks like we got some stuff we can use." said Lincoln.

"What's that disk-looking thing?" asked Lucy.

"I don't know. We'll need to ask someone later." said Lincoln.

"Where's that Pidove you just caught?" asked Luna.

"It got sent to storage. You see, trainers can only have up to six Pokemon with them at one time." said Lincoln.

"I guess taking care of six Pokemon is easier than hundreds of them." said Luna.

"Yeah. But what am I going to do now?" asked Lincoln. I just used my last pokeball."

"You'll need to buy more. Hopefully the stuff you just got is worth some good money." said Clyde.

"Yeah." said Lincoln. Just then, a man who was standing near the steps leading into Motostoke calls out to them.

"Excuse me. Can I talk to you kids?" asked the man. The Louds and Clyde look at each other.

"What do you think he wants?" asked Clyde. Not knowing what else to do, they go over to him.

"Can we help you, sir?" asked Lincoln.

"I saw you were all just in a Max Battle. Did you happen to collect any Watts before that?" asked the man. Lincoln pulls out his Rotom Phone.

"Yeah. My Rotom Phone collected some before we were sucked in." said Lincoln.

"I'm a Watt Trader working for Macros Cosmos. I'm willing to trade items in my inventory for the Watts you just collected." explained the Watt Trader.

"Do you have any pokeballs for trade. I'm all out at the moment." said Lincoln. The Watt Trader reaches into one of his jacket pockets and pulls out a few pokeballs. These ones were different from a regular pokeball and Net Ball. This pokeball was completely black with a gold trim going around the middle of them.

"What kind of pokeballs are those?" asked Clyde.

"These are called Luxury Balls. Any Pokemon captured with them will become friendlier with you a lot quicker than if you caught them in any other kind of pokeball." said the Watt Trader.

"That sounds cool. How many Watts would you like for them?" asked Lincoln.

"Each one costs 100 Watts." said the Watt Trader.

"I'll take one for now." said Lincoln. He hands the Watt Trader his Rotom Phone and transfers 100 Watts into a device the Watt Trader had. The Watt Trader then hands Lincoln a Luxury Ball. "Thank you, sir."

"You're welcome, kid. Just so you know I have other merchandise for sale. I also sell other kinds of pokeballs, TRs, and Wishing Pieces." said the Watt Trader.

"What are TRs?" asked Lana.

"Did you see a disk-like object after your Max Battle?" asked the Watt Trader. Lincoln pulls out the object he found.

"You mean this?" asked Lincoln as he holds out the device.

"Yeah. That's a Technical Record or TR for short. TRs have Pokemon moves recorded on them. You can use them to teach your Pokemon new moves instantly. You just put the TR on the button on the pokeball of a Pokemon you want to teach the move to, and it'll transfer the knowledge into the Pokemon's mind." explained the Watt Trader. "The TR you have is for a move called Tri Attack. It's an attack that also has a chance of causing either burn, paralysis, or frozen status condition to an opposing Pokemon."

"Would a store be willing to buy TRs we find." asked Lincoln.

"Yes they would." said the Watt Trader.

"Also, what are Wishing Pieces?" asked Lana.

"Wishing Pieces are mysterious stones who's origins are unknown. But if you throw one into an empty Pokemon Den, it will make a Dynamax Pokemon appear." explained the Watt Trader.

"What do Wishing Pieces look like? I'm just asking in case we come across some." said Lincoln. The Watt Trader pulls a shiny black stone out of his pocket.

"This is what one looks like." said the Watt Trader.

"Thanks for the information." said Lincoln. The Watt Trader nods and the group walks off.

"So what kind of mushroom is that?" asked Luna. Lincoln looks at the mushroom he got after the battle in the Pokemon Den.

"I don't know. Maybe the clerk at the store would know." said Lincoln. Lana looks around the area and sees something.

"Hey,check that out." said Lana. They look to see a round, tadpole-like Pokemon with a tan, circular face, black and blue dome-like cheeks, and a long blue tail, floating around over the grass. "What's that Pokemon?" asked Lana. Lincoln pulls out his Rotom Phone and points it at the new Pokemon.

"Tympole, the Tadpole Pokemon. Graceful ripples running across the water's surface are a sure sign that Tympole are singing in high-pitched voices below." said the pokedex.

"A tadpole Pokemon?" said Lana, thinking about her frog friend Hops back in Royal Woods.

"You want to capture it?" asked Lincoln. Lana pulls out Bunnelby's pokeball and throws it, releasing him.

"You bet I do." said Lana.

"The pokedex says it's a water-type. So maybe you can use your new Net Ball on it." said Lincoln.

"Good idea. Okay, Bunnelby; use Quick Attack." said Lana. Bunnelby quickly moves towards the Tympole and slams into it. The Tympole shakes its head and releases a big ball of mud at Bunnelby, hurting him and lowering his speed.

"That Tympole must know Mud Shot also." said Lincoln. Lana's eyes widen in delight.

"Another Pokemon that uses mud in battle? Now I really wanna capture it. Quick, Bunnelby. Use one more Quick Attack." said Lana. Bunnelby uses Quick Attack on Tympole once again, this time knocking it to the ground. Lana pulls out her Net Ball and throws it at Tympole, sucking it in and capturing it. "Oh, yeah. I got myself another Pokemon." Lincoln looks at his pokedex.

"This says your new Tympole is a boy. He knows Echoed Voice, Growl, Acid, Supersonic, and of course Mud Shot. This also says he has the ability called Hydration. If it's raining, he will be cured of any status condition he might have." said Lincoln. Lana releases Tympole from his pokeball and uses one of her Potions on him. Tympole smiles at Lana and jumps into her arms and nuzzles her. They continued to check out Pokemon Dens for other Pokemon. The next two they found had Pokemon Lincoln already has in his collection, so they just let them go after defeating them and took the stuff they found afterwards. As they explored the area around the lake, they stopped by Pokemon Dens that didn't have pillars of light coming out of them and collected small amounts of Watts from them. As they explored the Rolling Hills area, they saw a Pokemon Den that was different than the others. Instead of a red pillar of light coming out of it, there was an intense purple light coming out.

"What's with this den, dudes?" asked Luna.

"I don't know." asked Lincoln.

"Should we check it out?" asked Clyde.

"Might as well, but be careful. Who knows what could be in there." says Lincoln. They go to the Pokemon Den and enter it. When the light cleared, they see a Pokemon they haven't seen yet. It was a blue, canine Pokemon with a black torso, legs, ears, and pattern over its eyes. It's lower torso and tail were also blue. Lincoln pulls out his Rotom Phone and points it at the new Pokemon.

"Riolu, the Emanation Pokemon. It's exceedingly energetic with enough stamina to keep running all through the night. Taking it for walks can be a challenging experience." said the pokedex. Lincoln looks at the Riolu, feeling some sort of strong connection between the two of them.

"I'm going to capture this one. Since he's a fighting-type; flying, psychic, and fairy-type moves are our best options." said Lincoln. He pulls out Rookiedee's pokeball and Lincoln's Dynamax Band makes it grow. Lincoln throws it, releasing Rookiedee, who grows large. Leni and Clyde release their Raltses, Lucy releases Gastly, Lana releases her newly-acquired Tympole, and Luna releases her Roggenrola. "Okay, Rookiedee. Use Max Airstream." Rookiedee releases a spiral of wind which hits Riolu, doing super-effective damage. Suddenly, a surge of energy appears around all their Pokemon.

"What's going on?" asked Leni.

"Max Airstream increases the speed of all our Pokemon after it's been used." said Lincoln.

"Okay. Ralts, use Confusion." said Leni and Clyde. Both Raltses use Confusion on Riolu, doing super-effective damage.

"Gastly, use Lick." said Lucy. Gastly floats over to Riolu and licks him, causing paralysis.

"Okay, Roggenrola. Use Tackle." says Luna. Roggenrola rushed towards Riolu and slams into it. All of a sudden, Riolu releases a surge of energy which seems to cure it of paralysis. Riolu forms a fist and a giant fist made of orange energy comes out of the sky and slams into Roggenrola, seemingly doing super-effective damage.

"That must've been Max Knuckle. It's a fighting-type move and those are super-effective against rock-types like Roggenrola. Good thing she has the Sturdy ability." said Lincoln. Another surge of energy forms around Riolu.

"What's with the Riolu now?" asked Clyde.

"I think Max Knuckle increases its attack power after use." said Lincoln. "We're not beaten yet. Rookiedee, use Max Airstream one more time." Rookiedee releases another Max Airstream which hits Riolu for more super-effective damage. This time it was enough to cause Riolu's energy to explode, freezing it in place. Lincoln takes out the Luxury Ball he just got from the Watt Trader, makes it bigger, and throws it at the Riolu. The ball opens and sucks in Riolu, capturing it. Lincoln walks over and picks it up. "Yes! I caught Riolu!" A bright light appears and they find themselves once again in the Wild Area. They saw the items around the den that came out of it and start gathering them. Lucy notices a small ball that looks like it's made of gold and picks it up.

"This looks like it's made of gold." said Lucy. Lincoln takes a close look at it.

"It could be." says Lincoln.

"So what's your new Riolu like?" asked Lana. Lincoln looks at his Rotom Phone.

"Let's see. This says it's a boy. He knows Quick Attack, Endure, Feint, Metal Claw, Counter, and Work Up. He also has the ability called Inner Focus which prevents attack power decreases from happening to him." said Lincoln. Riolu's pokeball suddenly disappears, meaning it went to storage.

"So what now, dude?" asked Luna.

"Let's go to the store and see about selling the stuff we got from those Dynamax Battles. It's getting close to evening and that guy who you all gave those Wishing Stars to should be at the Pokemon Cafe soon with your Dynamax Bands." said Lincoln. They all went back to Motostoke City and go inside. Before they go to the Pokemon Cafe, they stop by the Pokemon Center to sell the items they found. They go to the store clerk and show him their items.

"What's this thing worth?" asked Lucy, handing him the gold orb she found. The clerk's eyes widen in shock.

"That's a Nugget! I'll pay you 5,000 pokedollars for it!" says the store clerk, surprising everybody.

"5,000?! That's a lot of money!" says Lana. Lincoln shows him the yellow mushroom he found in the first Pokemon Den they visited. The clerk stares at it with even more shock.

"That's a Balm Mushroom! I'll pay 7,500 pokedollars for it!" said the clerk, surprising the group even more.

"Wow!" said Lincoln. Lincoln also sells the TMs and other stuff they found in the other dens for a fair amount of money. Lincoln uses some of the money to buy 10 pokeballs and gives Lana, Leni, Clyde, and Luna each two. He also uses some of his remaining money to buy everyone else their own Rotom Phones, except for Lucy who decides to buy her own, along with a few more pokeballs.

"Sweet. Thanks for the new phones, dude." said Luna.

"No problem, guys." said Lincoln. Suddenly, Lincoln's Rotom Phone comes out and zaps everyone else's phones.

"Downloading Pokedex App to other Rotom Phones...Download complete." said the pokedex before the Rotom Phone flies into Lincoln's hands.

"I think my Rotom Phone gave your Rotom Phones the Pokedex App. So now you can all look up any Pokemon you encounter." said Lincoln.

"Rad." said Luna.

"Before we go, I want to get my Riolu from Pokemon Storage." said Lincoln. He goes to the Pokemon Box Link in his Rotom Phone and trades Dottler for Riolu. Lincoln lets out Riolu and they look at each other. "You're one tough Pokemon, Riolu. I hope we can both become stronger together."

"I have a feeling that we will be." said Riolu. Lincoln smiles and returns Riolu to his pokeball.

"So now what, guys?" asked Clyde.

"Let's go to the Pokemon Cafe and see if that guy is there." said Lana. They all exit the Pokemon Center and head for the cafe. They go inside and see the man from before sitting at the table. Seeing Lincoln and the others enter, he beckons them over.

"Sorry if we kept you waiting." said Lincoln.

"Don't worry. I just got here myself." said the man. He reaches into a briefcase he had with him and pulls out five Dynamax Bands and hands them to Clyde, Leni, Luna, Lucy, and Lana.

"Thanks." said Lana.

"You're welcome." said the man. "Are you five entering the Gym Challenge?"

"I am. I'm already endorsed." said Lincoln.

"Wait. We need to be endorsed to enter?" asked Luna.

"Yeah. Sorry, I forgot about that." said Lincoln.

"How can we get endorsed?" asked Clyde. The man pulls out five envelopes from his briefcase and hands them to the group.

"What are these?" asked Leni, looking at the envelope she got.

"Those are letters of endorsement." said the man.

"Really?! You're just giving them to us?" asked Clyde.

"Chairman Rose wants this Gym Challenge to be big, and the more trainers that enter, the better. He gives us employees those to give to any trainer willing to participate." said the man.

"Talk about a lucky break." said Lincoln.

"When's the Gym Challenge opening ceremony again?" asked Lana.

"Day after tomorrow. We can spend most of tomorrow catching more Pokemon for our teams and training them." said Lincoln.

"Good thinking." said Clyde. They say their goodbyes to the man and leave Motostoke City and set up camp for the night. While they were cooking dinner, Lincoln's Rotom Phone rings. He turns on video chat and sees the rest of his family and the McBride dads gathered on and around the couch. They also had a device that was doing video chat with Lori from Fairway University so she can see how everyone in Galar was doing.

"Hi, kiddo. How are things going for you all there?" asked Lynn. Sr.

"Did you catch any new Pokemon?" asked Lola. Lincoln, Clyde, Leni, Luna, Lucy, and Lana release all their Pokemon for their families to see. They explain what kind and type each Pokemon they have are. They also told them about all the stuff that happened to them today.

"Sounds like you kids are having quite the adventure." said Rita.

"It's not fair! You get to catch cute Pokemon and I don't!" said Lola.

"As much as I want to go there and get myself some of those fighting-types you mentioned and whip them into shape; I don't want to miss any softball games." said Lynn. Jr.

"And Clyde, I hope you're not scared being there without Howard and I to protect you." said Harold McBride.

"I'm fine. I got my Pokemon to protect me." said Clyde.

"Okay, Clyde. Just be careful." said Howard.

"I will, Dads." said Clyde.

"And Lincoln, don't forget to look out for your younger sisters and help them and your older sisters if they need help." said Lynn. Sr.

"I will, Dad." said Lincoln. After a few more minutes of talking, they end the call. After that, they had some spicy hamburger curry, played around with their Pokemon for a bit, and decided to go to sleep. Back in Royal Woods, the Louds and McBrides were talking about their respective kids' adventure so far.

"They grow up so fast." said Harold with tears in his eyes.

"Yes they do." said Lynn. Sr who also has tears in his eyes.

"They all seem to do that." said Rita with a smile.

"I still think it's unfair that they get to have an adventure and the rest of us don't." said Lola.

"We know, but you still have your pageant career to focus on." said Rita.

"I know." said Lola with disappointment. They all saw that it was getting late and they decided it was time for bed. The McBrides leave to go home, while the Louds all got ready for bed.
