Chapter 2: Charlie Brown Is Accused.
It was Friday last week, when Charlie Brown forgot his money. His wallet had no money in it.
"God damn it. I forgot my money. Hey, Heather. Can I use your credit card for a bit? I need to buy something." Charlie Brown said.
Little did he know, Ethan had the same lunch as him, and he caught him stealing personal property.
After he returned the credit card to Heather, he went back to his lunch seat and was confronted for snatching.
"I saw you taking that person's credit card, Charlie Brown." Ethan said.
"I don't know what you're talking about," Charlie Brown said.
"Don't think I didn't see you. I ought to have reported you to the Principal." Ethan said.
"I told you, I never took it. I am telling you the truth!" Charlie Brown said.
Then, the bell rang, but Ethan was still following him. That was when Charlie Brown squared up to Ethan and shoved him.
"I said, Leave me alone!'" Charlie Brown shouted.
"I'm also letting the Principal know that you assaulted me!" Ethan said.
"Fuck off, Ethan!" Charlie Brown screamed.
Then, Charlie Brown went to his desk, and threw his bookbag next to his desk in a fit of rage.
"Good grief, Charlie Brown. What's wrong with you?" Linus said.
"Well, do you want to know, Linus?" Charlie Brown asked.
"I do. I'm your friend. You can tell me anything." Linus said.
"I asked the little red-haired girl to use her credit card so I could buy a snack." Charlie Brown said.
That was when Ethan walked in and Mrs. Othmar was let know.
"But Fucking Dumbass Ethan with Mrs. Othmar over there said I snatched it from her, when I never did! NOT ONCE!" Charlie Brown shouted.
"Charlie Brown? I need to check your bookbag."
Charlie Brown noticed a voice that caused the whole class to look at him.
It was a teacher who had worked at the school for a few years, and he was holding out his hand to check his bookbag.
And Ethan was standing right next to her.
It was Mrs. Othmar.
"Yes, Ma'am. Here it is. You can check my bookbag. It's not in there. Charlie Brown said as he handed her his bookbag.
Everyone looked at him while Mrs. Othmar and Ethan checked his bookbag.
"No credit card in his book bag, ma'am." Ethan said.
"I'm going to let the principal know that you've even thought about snatching personal property from another student." Mrs. Othmar said.
"I told Ethan I didn't do it, Ma'am! Why does the principal have to get involved?!" Charlie Brown screamed.
"I know what that means. And I know what I must do. I'm going to be a student attorney. Because you are innocent, Charles Brown. And I guarantee you that you never stole anything from any student. Not even me." Linus said.
"I guess you're not the only one that is being bullied. Charlie Brown is being bullied too." Heather said.
Then, Ethan went to the classroom, but with the principal. He pointed at the person.
"There, Sir. The one with the yellow shirt." Ethan said.
"Charlie Brown, can I see you in the hallway for a minute?"
That made everyone look at him.
"Uh Oh. I know that voice from anywhere." Jake said.
"It's the principal. I think you're in trouble, Charlie Brown. You might want to talk to him." Mia said.
"Me? Yes, Sir. Linus? If I die, my favorite song better be played at my funeral." Charlie Brown replied.
"I'll make sure." Linus said.
"Alright. Follow me, but be quiet." Mia said.
A student wrote it down.
"My understanding is that Ethan told me that you stole personal property from another student. Am I wrong or not?"
"Look. Just because I did, doesn't mean I didn't do it. I already had my backpack checked."
"So, you did steal personal property from multiple people?"
"That's not what I meant, Sir! You have to believe me! That is not me, Sir! I would never steal!"
"According to a few referrals I received. It said in one: During 3rd Period, Charlie Brown went over to my desk, and took a pencil grip."
"That was another student's, Sir. I was just giving the pencil grip back."
"And this referral was during your Social Studies class when you got up from your desk, walked to Violet's desk, and stole her purse, which had money in it."
"That one is true, but I had put her purse back before she even knew."
"And finally, this referral said you went to the teacher's lounge and stole money to buy a snack."
"I was hungry."
"Students are not allowed to steal money from other people. You know it is against school rules. And about the second referral, which was also true, I gave you two days of lunch detention. But for stealing personal property from another student, you will receive two weeks of in-school suspension for your actions."
"Two weeks?! But I told you, I didn't do it! You got to believe me!"
"According to the referrals, he doesn't." Ethan said.
"Shut up, Ethan!", said Charlie Brown.
"Oh, and he also pushed me while I was following him." Ethan said.
"I'm going to add an additional punishment: 2 hours of detention for bullying."
"Can I go back to class, sir?"
"You may. Charlie Brown, I'll see you in my office first thing Monday morning."
"Yes, sir."
Charlie Brown approached Ethan and grabbed him by the collar of his shirt, making a fist at him.
"You and me, meeting at 7:30 A.M. And you better have an ambulance ready. You messed with the wrong Brown." Charlie Brown said.
Then, Violet came into the classroom, but Charlie Brown pushed her away.
"Move!" Charlie Brown said when he pushed her.
Then, Charlie Brown slammed the classroom door in a fit of rage.
"So? What happened?" Linus asked.
"Linus. How does wanting to beat someone up answer your question? I got ISS, AND Detention. For something I never even did!" Charlie Brown said.
"That was kind of insane of you to shove Violet out of the way." Jake said.
"Don't talk to me about what happened just now." Charlie Brown said.
The next chapter will go to what will happen after the accusation of what had happened.
