"Isn't this great? I love a good party."

Rose feels a bit awkward. "I'm not dressed for this."

Liveried waiters drift among the glamorous guests, bearing trays of drinks and plates of delicacies. As one passes him, the Doctor deftly snags a plate, peruses the contents, then offers it to Rose.

"Nibble?"

"What are they?" Rose's hand hovers uncertainly over the bite-sized morsels.

"The green ones are sort of a cheese paste and fruit on little crackers. You might want to give the red ones a miss."

"Why?"

"They're slices of spicy fried worm."

"Green it is then."

"Wise choice."
