Welcome to my Fic! I've had the idea of Saiyan Luz for a while and I finally got to write it. My writing isn't super good in my opinion but I'll improve as I go on.

There were two major struggles with planning this fic.

The first was the decision of who Luz's dad would be. It came down to two people, Raditz and Vegeta. While I thought of ways to make it Raditz I ultimately decided on Vegeta. With him as Luz's dad, it works for why he wouldn't be in the picture for her Pre-Owl House and allows for Post Season 2 stuff to happen surrounding the DBS arcs, particularly with Future Trunks and Goku Black.

The second and harder challenge, one that will keep influencing this fic as it goes on is the timeline. While Dragon Ball has a timeline that shows when stuff happened, with The Owl House the dates are unknown. We don't really know exactly how long Luz was in the Boiling Isles for. My best guess is minimum she was in the Boiling Iles for around 4 months. So I might alter some dates in Dragon Ball's canon to fit.

For the first few chapters, we will not have Luz as she either won't be born yet or is a baby so perspectives will be Camila, Vegeta, or another member of the Dragon Team.

A mysterious stranger stands in front of the Super Dragon Balls. All seven have been collected.

He speaks the words to summon the dragon, "Emoc htrof, enivid nogard dna tnarg ym show, Peas and Carrots!"

The seven Super Dragon Balls activate, and Super Shenron's core appears in front of the Stranger.

"Won kaeps yht hsiw. I llahs tnarg eeht yna eno hsiw."

The Stranger responds, "Ekam eht Nomed Mlaer enummi ot Dnarg Onez's rewop."

The Dragon's eyes glow red. "Yht hsiw si detnarg. Lleweraf!" Super Shenron emits a massive roar before disappearing in a flash of light. The Super Dragon Balls scatter once more.

"There, now that no fun jerk Zeno can never hurt my friends."

The Stranger reveals himself as the Collector.

"It was very hard to get all the Dragon Balls together. Especially without the Archivists finding out. Good thing that I knew the phrase needed to summon the Dragon. If I had to ask them, they would have figured out what I was doing." The Collector sighs. "I better get back to the Titans. They mentioned playing some sort of game. It sounded really fun."

(1000 Years Later)

Age 761

Location: West City, Earth (Universe 7)

Porunga can be seen from the courtyard of Capsule Corp, eyes glowing red. The Z-Fighters, the Namekians, and Vegeta can all be seen standing in the courtyard of Capsule Corp, in front of the dragon waiting for their wish to be granted.

Porunga's eyes stop glowing, "I cannot bring him back. The one called Goku is still alive." The Z-Fighter's faces turn into shock at the news.

"Kakarot…" Vegeta says in disbelief.

The shocked faces quickly turned to excitement over the new news of their friend. The group begins to cheer.

Bulma then says, "Alright then, let's do it. Dragon, for our last wish, bring Goku back to Earth!" Dende translates the wish into Namekian for Porunga. Porunga's eyes glow and he growls. The Z-Fighters all waited expectantly and with eagerness. Porunga's eyes then stop glowing.

"I cannot do this." the dragon states. The excited faces quickly disappear. "The one called Goku refuses to return and says he'll come back later."

Everyone is left stunned by the news.

"But why? Why doesn't Dad want to come back?" Gohan asks.

Piccolo reassures him, "Don't worry Gohan. Your dad said that he'll come back later. He'll keep his word."

Vegeta begins growing angrier, "Kakarot what are you up to? You're probably training on another planet somewhere perfecting your skills, while I'm here wasting my time with these bozos." He then flies off away from Capsule Corp. with everyone watching him fly away.

Bulma is first to ask, "So where do you think he's heading off to?"

Piccolo responds "Not sure. He has no way of leaving Earth so probably to some wasteland."

"Well, there actually is one. The spaceship we have here is in full working order but seems like he never noticed it."

"Well, whatever, let's get back to wishing the others back."

Meanwhile…

POV: Vegeta

Vegeta lands in an empty wasteland outside West City. "This'll do for now. But I need to find something else to increase my power." He then remembers what Kakarot mentioned on Namek. "Of course! His ship was able to go up to 100x normal gravity. It was most likely made by that Earthling woman who was also on Namek."

His thinking is interrupted by some sounds coming from nearby. They appear to be coming closer to him. The voices reveal themselves to come from 3 people. 2 men are seen chasing a woman with bats. The woman seems to be holding her own against the two only using a sort of shoe that Vegeta doesn't recognize.

"Tch. So annoying."

Vegeta, wanting to get rid of the annoyance, steps in between the woman when she passes by him and blocks the two men.

"Hey!" One of them asks. "What are you doing?"

"Seems Widow's Peak here wants to get his ass beat by us," the other states.

The first guy runs up to Vegeta and swings his bat. The bat simply stops as it collides with Vegeta's face. Vegeta is left unaffected, and he starts to growl in anger.

Both men are left shocked. The second guy tries to attack but is stopped when Vegeta smacks the bat from his hand. The bat flies far away from sight.

"What... what are you?" One of the men fearfully lets out before Vegeta knocks him unconscious.

The other man lets out a whimpering, "I'm s-sorry! We won't mess with you or her ever again!" He picks up his partner and flees the area.

POV: Camila

Camila could not believe what she saw. This mystery man managed to get the two guys who were chasing her to flee. Much less with the effort he expended which seemed to be minimal. He also was unaffected by a bat to the face.

The mystery man turns to her, and she finally gets a good look at him. Spiky black hair with a very noticeable widow's peak. His outfit looks like it could be used in something from Cosmic Frontier, with noticeable damage and holes to it. His face looks like he was born with an angry frown on it.

"Gracias whoever you are."

He doesn't respond.

"So, what is someone like you doing in a place like this? There's not much to do here and West City's right over there."

He grunts in annoyance.

Camila gets fed up with Mystery Man's behavior. "Mira pendejo, you can at least give some sort of acknowledgment instead of ignoring me."

This gets a reaction from the mystery man. His face shifts for a second before he returns to a frown.

"Waste of time." He speaks. "I'm never going to become a Super Saiyan like this. And Kakarot surely isn't wasting time. He's probably going to have that form mastered by the time he gets back."

Camila was confused by what he was talking about. "Super Saiyan? And who is this Kakarot you mentioned? Is he like a rival to you?" She then finally asks the big question, "Are you an alien?"

The man responds to her. "Yes human, I'm not from Earth. I'm a member of the Saiyans, a proud warrior race." He then gives a smug smile. "But I'm not just any regular Saiyan, I am Vegeta, the prince of the Saiyans."

Camila lets out an excited gasp. "That's awesome."

Vegeta continues, "Indeed. Kakarot is also a Saiyan, but he has lived here all his life. He didn't even know of his heritage until recently. All the Earthlings here call him Goku."

Camila recognizes that name. "I've heard of him. He's been at the last 3 World Tournaments that have happened."

"Kakarot was always deemed low class according to the Saiyans but he not only managed to surpass me, but also he achieved the form we talk about in legend."

"Super Saiyan."

"Yes, that's it. But now he's out in Space and refuses to let the Dragon Balls take him home. He's most likely out there training."

"Then why don't you go after him?" Camila suggests. "Go into Space and find him so that he could show you how to get this Super Saiyan as well."

Vegeta smirks at this. "Yeah, you're right. After all if he could achieve the form of legend then I the Prince of Saiyans should be able to as well."

"But the question is how will you get into Space?" Camila asks. "After all there ant many ways up there."

"I know somebody who can make that happen for me." Vegeta responds. "After all, they were the person who got Kakarot out there to Namek. In fact, they might have a ship that I could use now that I probably missed as I flew away from there." Vegeta then turns in the direction of West City.

"Well then Vegeta, I wish you good luck. And if you come back to Earth, I would like to see you again."

Vegeta doesn't say anything for a second before he goes, "Thanks. You were an interesting human to talk to Camila." Vegeta then flies off to West City.

The darkened sky clears up as Vegeta leaves.

"I would have never imagined this happening to me. Mami would never believe me if I told her."

POV: Vegeta

As Vegeta gets closer to Capsule Corp., he sees the sky begin to clear up. "Looks like that dragon is gone now. No matter, now to find my ship."

He then spots the familiar design of the ship Kakarot arrive on Namek in. He lands in front of the ship and enters. Finding the ship controls he activates the ship. The ship then lifts off and flies off into space.

"Now then Kakarot, I will find you and then I shall surpass you!"

Vegeta sits in the chair of the ship as it flies through space thinking of both his rival Kakarot and Camila the Earth woman who seemed enamored with him.
