"Sir Ben, this is Princess Hisui. I called you to inform you that preparations are complete. All eight teams that passed the preliminary round in the Grand Magic Games have been called too. They are ready for the last event in this year's Grand Magic Games." The princess said through the phone.

"Alright, thanks. I'll head to Crocus tonight." Ben told her.

"Understood." The princess nodded before closing the call.

Ben grinned because the time had come. The last event of this year's Grand Magic Games is his battle with all eight teams that passed the preliminary round. They delayed the event after Natsu caused a ruckus in the stadium.

Well, they actually forgot because they needed to take care of people that had their clothes melted by Natsu at that time. Even Ben forgot about it too because he was too pissed off at Natsu for shaming their guild during the award ceremony.

So he and the royal family decided to continue the event after a brief rest. They also needed to prepare a better location because they initially planned to just do it in the town, just like the final round. But the town is under construction now, so they can't destroy it again.

That's why they made a venue specifically for this event which is located just outside the capital. It's a rocky area near the mountains which is far away from the capital. They used that location to avoid damage to the city because battles between high-level mages are destructive.

But there was a big change in this event's format. Ben won't just fight the eight teams as originally planned. He will fight the eight teams plus any mage who wants to participate in this event by signing up before the day of the event.

The royal family was surprised by Ben's suggestion, but they also knew that it would attract more people to watch the event, which also meant they would make more money. So they agreed and announced it to every guild in Fiore. Independent mages can also join as the only ones banned are dark mages.

When the event day came, many people fill the capital. Thousands of people came to watch the power of the strongest mage on their continent. Many mages also want to see it themselves, so they signed up to join the event.

There are a total of 1,364 mages including the 48 mages from the eight teams. They all want to see and feel Ben's might themselves because many of them only know about him from rumors and news. This is a chance to see how they are compared to the one called the strongest.

Ben is very excited because he will fight so many people. There are many strong people among those who'll fight him. So he can hope for some good battles and see unique battle skills from his opponents.

Also, this was a good opportunity to prepare them for the upcoming war. They will face enemies they've never seen before with power that they've never heard of before. The war against the Alvarez Empire will be very difficult, so they need to be ready.

Everyone who participated in this event is gathering at it's location. They were separated into two sides, but there was only Ben on one side while there are 1,364 mages on the other side. The eight teams are standing in front of the big group along with five Wizard Saints.

That's right, some Wizard Saints joined this event, including Jura who is on the Lamia Scale team. The other four are ranked 7th, 8th, 9th and the newest ranked 10th who joined after God Serena's death. The 10th ranked wizard is a man in his 30's that used Speed Magic.

Ben grinned while looking at them and said, "Let's get this party started."

A gun is fired to signal the start of the event and without delay, the mages rush towards Ben. They have discussed a simple strategy before the event started. Their first move is to flank and surround Ben from all sides.

Ben only watched and didn't do anything for now. Then he suddenly moved his left hand at an insane speed to catch a bullet fired from the left. The attacker was Bisca who also joined this event.

Almost all Fairy Tail mages joined this event because they want to fight Ben. With these many people, their chance to defeat him will be very high. Even with the help of so many people, defeating Ben will be one of the greatest achievements they can obtain in their lifetime.

They also knew Ben wouldn't like it if they didn't join this event. Getting beaten up by Ben in this event is far better than being beaten up later because they didn't participate at all. This is also a chance for them to see other mages' skills, so they can't miss it.

Although no one used their best spells, they still used strong spells, so they were stunned that Ben destroyed these spells with virtually no effort. Small bullets can destroy the spells they made using a lot of magic power.

The time for mages to launch all-out attacks hasn't come yet, but some mages already rushed to attack Ben. Hot heads like Natsu can't wait for too long, so they want to attack Ben as soon as possible.

Ben ran towards the attackers without preparing any spell. He just readied his fists to face these impatient fools. After all, even without magic, Ben is powerful enough to defeat even Gildarts in a real battle. His fighting skills and physical strength are just that high.

Ben jumps into the crowd and started punching the attackers. He mainly evaded their attacks before hitting them with his punches. With his extremely strong senses and reflexes, Ben can feel all incoming attacks and dodge them before countering.
