The fairy godmother is in her room at Auradon Prep. The conversation with her sister is still on her mind. How could a new book be written? Who would write it? Again, those pages would cause problems like they did years ago.
His mind wandered between several possibilities. If it is being written, who is writing it? Where? Why? Could only her dreams give her answers? It couldn't be, that alone wouldn't help her unravel these mysteries.
"Mom?"
Jane called out to her, who had been there so long that she hadn't even seen the time pass.
" Huh?"
Hearing her daughter call her made her startle.
"Mom, it's going to be 10 p.m., aren't you going to leave school?"
"Of course, I don't think I've seen the time go by."

In the Beast's castle, the king pays attention to what he has just heard.
"Mal, what did you say?"
Ben stood up, trying to think of what she had said.
"I said that your request to Evangeline has been granted. I'm pregnant."
She revealed it without much of a smile. In fact, she doesn't even know why she told him that.
"My God! Are you really serious?" Mal nodded, trying to see how difficult it was to understand what she was saying." Wow, how did you find out? Are you sure?"
"Three days ago, before you left, I just didn't tell you because I wanted to confirm it first." She leaves the part about breaking into the Museum and the magic mirror between her and Rashid. "Are you happy?"
"Am I happy?" Ben finds himself crying so quickly and easily, but at the same time he's also laughing. "So, was that in Paris a joke?"
"No, definitely not. I really didn't expect that, but I have to accept it now, right?"
She looked down at her stomach.
"There's no need to be afraid, I'm with you." He put his hand on her belly. "It'll be all right, I promise."
"I hope so."
For the first time since she found out, she was "kind of happy" with the news. Seeing Ben happy made her feel good, even if everything inside her still felt confused.
"I want to know everything. Have you been to the doctor? And how is he? Does anyone know?"
He wiped away his tears and focused on her, signaling that they weren't going to sleep anymore.
"Hey, calm down." She laughed at his excitement. "Yes, I went to Clare because Evie sort of pushed me towards her, but I have to go and find a specialist. The boys and Rashid already know."
"Rashid? I thought he was on vacation."
"Long story, but in short, he helped me with something."
"Okay, when you want to tell me, you can. So, I'm going to be a father? Is it real?"
"Yes, King Benjamin."
"I love you too much, Mal."
That fear is still growing, but tonight it subsided when she felt him hug her and his hands rest on her belly. In the morning, the king was expected to be getting ready. Little did she think that she would see him standing there getting ready, but he was sitting on the bed.
"Ben? Ben, are you okay?"
She asks when she sees him sitting there, and even though he's on his back, it looks like the boy is shocked by something.
"Is this... is this him?"
He asks, holding the ultrasound in his hands.
"According to Clare, yes. Are you crying?"
She still felt sleepy and wasn't sure if she was seeing things right.
"Yeah, we're going to have a baby, that's wonderful, Mal. Do you understand that?"
"I have my reasons."
She summed it up with a nervous laugh.
"Mal, I know you're scared, but I'm here." He gave her a quick kiss. "You'll soon love this little blur, too."
"Yeah, I know I will."
The two enjoyed breakfast, and Ben told his parents the news. Unlike his wife, the king is excited and would shout the news to the whole kingdom if he could.

Three days later
Mal hasn't felt well for three long days. It's not just pregnancy sickness, and she knows it, her head constantly aches, she feels weak and since yesterday she's noticed a surge of magic coming out of her.
"Ben, how's Mal?"
Evie asked him before entering her room.
"The same, but since yesterday her eyes have been like, you know, how."
He didn't mean that Mal's eyes were unusually bright.
"Really?"
"Yeah, but she doesn't want a doctor, you know her. Evie, would you mind staying with her for a while? I have a meeting with some nobles from the court."
"Sure, go ahead."
"Thanks, you can call me for anything."
The blue-haired girl entered the room and saw Mal under several blankets, even though it was summer.
"Hi, I'm coming in."
She warns him before he is thrown out.
"Hi, did Ben hire you as a babysitter?"
"Mal." She scolds tiredly. "Why don't you get out from under those blankets."
"Because I'm cold."
She says it harshly, which irritates Evie. The Evil Queen's daughter pulled the blankets over her face, and when she did, her eyes glowed green.
"You're in a bad mood, good. Your eyes are terrifying like that."
"Thanks for remembering. Call Rashid for me. He must have some potion to make it go away or whatever."
"Okay." Evie is worried; for some reason, she feels that this isn't just the pregnancy, but her friend is too stubborn. "He said that's coming." She finished speaking but was stopped when she saw him already at the door. "Now." It's hard to get used to the way the cat man moves.
"Good morning, madam, where is the beast?"
Rashid says hello, bowing to the girl and playing with Mal.
"Hello, dear wizard, the beast is waiting for you in his room."
Evie jokes with the man, who insists that she is royalty.
"Funny, I'm laughing at you."
Mal protests.
"How are you, lovely creature?"
Rashid walks over to the queen, who sits on the bed.
"I'd be better off if that light went out."
She says this, pointing to her eyes.
"I see, and I've been a doctor since when?"
"When did it become so funny?"
He wanted to say, "Since I discovered that you generate pure magic,"
"Let me see. Have you tried any spells?"
He actually looks like a doctor examining her eyes.
"Yes, but none have had any effect."
The wizard knows why. "I'll try a simple spell." Rashid did something quick, and her eyes returned to normal. "Done, is that a symptom of pregnancy or what?"
"Good question, Rashid, if certain people weren't so stubborn, we'd have gone to the hospital to find out."
Evie says, making her eyes roll back. Mal was about to answer, but suddenly she felt a strong burning sensation around her and fainted immediately afterward.
"Mal?"
Evie and Rashid called out to their friend, seeing that she was already passed out.

The Fairy Godmother was already preparing to go to sleep and have another one of her peaceful nights after that terrible nightmare. Luckily, she fell asleep quickly.
Dream:
Between good and evil, there is a chasm. Everything was fine, princesses were happy, and villains were serving their death sentences. What's wrong? After all, this was the path that had been trodden for years. However, it seems that the bridge is being crossed, changing the course they've been on.
The handsome prince is just the same as the others who were born there, but his vision is also so different from the others; he's not at the royal balls or court gatherings; he likes to see what's there, beyond what's in the books on his bookshelf. Every morning, he looks at the piece of continent isolated from the world. His room in the palace gives him a perfect view, perhaps it was the fault of his mother, who taught him to see the goodness in everything, or his father, who always asked him to be fair. Whoever was to blame for the young man being like this, he was born from one of the most beautiful Fairy Tales, just like her...
Such a beautiful jewel was born in a place where beauty is debatable. Behind all this evil carcass, she is good, as pure as her fiery green eyes. Her eyes, so green that they were inherited from her mother, transmit the magic that she wouldn't ask to be born. Her mother isn't benevolent or merciful like the stories told to children at bedtime, and only apples grow from apple trees, right?
This is the story of when the two worlds crossed paths. They're not a perfect match, they're not even a couple they'd say would work out. However, they are each other's true loves, and that's just like in fairy tales.
The fairy godmother woke up scared again, not understanding anything.
