That conversation with Luna had been a most unwanted situation.

I really didn't need to be 'jumped' by someone like her in regard to truths I am not so willing to part away at this point. It's not even a matter of lore at that point, but of self-preservation and 'expectations'. Truth be told, if we were to compare my current ability to my sister's unique bloodline, I stood out far above than anything she could ever achieve.

It wasn't a shot in the dark to say that the Gamer ability granted me a wider set of paths that I could entertain, most of those weren't even mutually exclusive with one another. I could be a mage, I could be a swordsman, I could be a vigilante, or I could be rogue.

Hell, knowing my luck, I could even end up becoming some sort of mercenary leader when it comes to handle the Big Boss situation. I may have stabilized my life situation in Tokyo, but that was a hurdle nonetheless. Oh, and let's not forget the Dark World shit. I was definitely going to need more than personal strength to do something about it. Even relying on the Taimanin meant putting myself at a risk depending on how 'smooth' operations could go.

Between potential 'Bad Endings' and magical bullshit, it would be a lie to say that I was looking forward to deal with that mess as deeply as it was needed. But for now I could enjoy a reasonably normal day at school. Murphy decided to spare me as I had a fun time drawing together with Lilim, Mika and Momoko, nothing that would suggest trouble as Luna took this very different day to rest away from Usagi for once.

I guess she took the chance also to enjoy a single day of freedom from the chore she had as the 'coach' to my sister and her friends. I couldn't blame her and thus I didn't poke at the topic considering it was as open as it was quite dry of interesting value.

However, I still remained fixed on the conversation we had as it reminded me I had to do something about what happened with Kuroto. I had to talk with Shiranui, tell her what happened in detail, and hope she could get more people involved to scare Nomad out of this general area of the capital.

So, as school was over, I told Luna what I had in mind to do.

"Is this individual really that reliable?" The cat asked as I explained the situation to her.

I slowly nodded at the question. "Despite her mature appearance, Shiranui-san is extremely strong and fast. In fact, I know for a fact she could beat the Scouts as they are right now."

That boast surprised Luna, but as we got to our destination, she looked as if she could actually sense what Shiranui was holding back. After all, knowing the cat, she could determine someone's inner potential from just a few clues.

Either that, or the cat was genuinely dreading the big wanting eyes owned by a certain little Yukikaze. When we reached the place, the little girl

"Kitty!"

Luna shuddered at the squeal coming from the kid, but at least Yukikaze was willing to be restrained with her petting as her mother warned her to be 'nice with the talking cat'. As Luna was soon 'captured' by the little girl, I could sit with Shiranui and discuss the reason that warranted this visit.

"Aww, and here I thought you were actually visiting out of courtesy, Shingo-kun~."

"I would like that, Shiranui-san but... this is a big situation," I argued, genuinely hoping one day to not have to visit people just because it was a must and not an opportunity to relax.

"It's in regard to yesterday's fight?" The woman asked, and I nodded. "You fought quite a Demon. But I have a feeling it is not just a mere powerful one."

"It's the son of Edwin Black."

Shiranui went quiet, then stiff and... then pensive. "Edwin Black's son... huh?"

I nodded. "That's how he introduced himself. He was a vampire, but seemed to have more powers compared to the usual one."

"There have been some... growing concerns that Nomad had started to set more focus in Tokyo. If that man's son is truly in Tokyo, then that concern is far more real than some back home believe. I shall report this to the Igawa Clan and see how to solve this."

I slowly nodded. "Glad to hear that."

That should have been it and-

"And Shingo-kun, before you think of leaving, I do have to tell you a few things. Specifically in regard to your assistance in protecting Fuuma Tokiko and Fuuma Kotaro."

I tensed up at this, bracing for the worst possible before speaking up in that regard. I mean, I had helped some potential 'traitors' avoid execution, so I knew some people in Gosha Village hate my guts at this point.

"That is?"

"Igawa Shuzen has asked to speak with you. I have yet to give him a time or a place for this meeting as I wished to first let him know if you were ready for this or not."

"...Refusal is not an option, don't lie," I mumbled and Shiranui sighed.

"It is not, but I wanted to give you something to make you think this was a choice. I am afraid it's only for the best you speak with him."

I felt my shoulders sag at the prospect of further endangering myself through the Taimanin business but... as Shiranui confirmed, it was best to go ahead.

"I am free for this Sunday."

She smiled. "I will report this and give you a time and a place for that meeting."

I nodded, and this time I could finally leave to go back home. I didn't train much for the day, having just too much to think about and consider. Plus, I needed a break after yesterday. I studied, I did some limited exercises at home and soon I was... soon preparing to go to sleep.

I was glad that Luna didn't snitch on me with Usagi, but I wasn't just going to ignore this detail from now on. Any chance of her spilling the beans could put my situation in jeopardy. And I couldn't afford that. It was such an intense thought that I ended up falling asleep in a bad mood. And yet, as I claimed some proper slumber, I couldn't help but feel my mind go numb like it happened a while ago.

But instead of flashes of feelings and emotions, I felt this one was far more vivid. And it all stemmed from a very unsurprising circumstance:

One of birth and one of combat.

-d-d-d-d-

At the beginning, there was pure darkness. Then... sprinkles of light. Nebulas and cosmos rallied as something anew was forged within the most ambitious conception possible. One of many actually, yet this one glowed a pure and pristine white- candid and lacking any darkness within.

Within that new bright being, a mind manifested and, with it, eyes that could see the wonderful place she was born to.

What is this place?

A sense of wonder rushed as words, meanings, purposes and important knowledge came into her soul, giving her a foundation for her intelligence, and a chance to be ready for the duty that she had.

A soft voice soon came to her, whispering lovingly and motherly.

This is your home, yet also not. This shall be the place where you shall remember your best memories, and also not. You are one of the many stars firmly shining in the galaxy, yet far more due to your brightness and power.

The voice then continued, but my ears were muffled. The new entity merely nodded, almost 'smiling' at what she was hearing.

That's my name? It's so beautiful. Are you- Are you my mother?

Yes. I am mother and father, I am parent of many faces and yet not. I am around you and yet within you all, my dear children.

This is confusing.

A powerful giggle came through at that response.

I suppose so, my child. I am afraid that some of this knowledge you need you will have to learn of on your own. I give you wisdom and an opportunity to grow truly, as the wonderful star you are.

You are... not going to be there. With me?

I am afaid not. My time here is... brief. I am sorry that you and your siblings will never know the truth.

After that, the little star closed her eyes, tired and yet upset. She wanted to know more. She wanted to know who birthed her and became her parent. But as she opened those again, it was far deep into the future. The little star was no more, an avatar to a planet came to be, together with her brothers and sisters, for the sake of guiding their respective people.

Yet now, as her gaze was greeted by such a familiar environment. The once peaceful landscape of space at the cusp of galaxies was now besieged by the very children that it had birthed. Yet not in rebellion, but for the sake of rescue. The star's mind bubbled with righteous rage as she steeled her sword and her resolve, the source of this beautiful place corrupted and fighting back.

An unwanted spawn sought to be born, to bring chaos and madness all around the dimension. The clash against the prided life that this place's original purpose was all about. With power burning through all those ferocious planets and stars, their strongest champion came forth and battled again. For hours, and days, weeks and then months before ultimately spanning for decades.

A brutal fight, a ruthless fight, one that killed many and burned away most of the brightness of others- such as the grown star. She was tired, but able to understand through the pain that she couldn't be there forever. Out of worry, but also yearning the same warmth that her parent mustered upon her through her birth, the waning star plotted for a family.

And her gaze, almost suddenly, was fixed upon a dying star with a wish.

I want to be happy, the little one said tiredly and the grown star smiled in hope as she granted her that wish.

It's really rough to pace the lore bits without being too intrusive. What I can say it will all amount to something as I want to expand on what is known about the Sailor Moon Lore. I don't need to explain what is going on and whose perspective Shingo is seeing in his dreams as many definitely know that.

What I can say is that some aspects about the lore will face some 'slight' alterations while bringing out similar results.
