bulgaria and the other balkan countries are sitting next to each other at a world meeting and listening to france's presentation regarding snails when bulgaria suddenly bursts laughing. nations of the whole world turn to look at the one laughing. france suddenly feels very uncomfortable, as if he has messed up or said something stupid.
many countries are like "wtf", some are even angry. romania looks at bulgaria confused but not surprised, serbia squeezes his lips with embarrassment while darting glances at random nations, greece cringes slightly and turkey just facepalms, sighing.
germany is like "bulgaria what's going on?!"
bulgaria has covered his mouth with his hand and attempts to stop himself from laughing. his face has turned red, nobody knows if it's because of feeling embarrassed or because of forcing himself to stop laughing. the more he laughs, the more embarrassed he feels. the more embarrassed he feels, the more he wants to laugh.
'I... just...' he giggles 'remembered a funny joke' he manages to answer, tears in his eyes. 'sorry'
he then quickly leaves the meeting room and returns once he has calmed down.
*later, after the meeting is over*
bulgaria and his friends are chilling outside
romania: 'ok bulgaria what was that joke that made you laugh just by thinking of it'
bulgaria: 'uuuuh... I forgot it'
