as u know, in the new hetalia chapters, russia sends people cutouts (that can explode) to make them want to befriend him even more. the countries he sends cutouts to are the ones that were mentioned in an irl tv show as countries that are unfriendly towards russia. and guess what, bulgaria was one of them. but he didn't get a comic strip where he gets the cutout. which leads us onto this chapter.
bulgaria's doorbell rings and he goes to open the door. he's met with a cutout of russia that has the inscription "let's work hard to be friends". bulgaria looks around and notices that nobody's present. (he has no idea that russia is hiding in the nearby bushes and observing him)
bulgaria starts petting the head of the cutout.
'oh russia, I want to be much more than friends with u'
and russia who's spying on him is thinking 'wait what?'
'...despite the current politics... I've always wanted to get together with u and I want it now'
russia gets flustered and furrows his eyebrows.
'ah, this is not like the real thing... but it will suffice.' bulgaria wraps his arms around the cutout and begins kissing it on the mouth.
russia feels super uncomfortable and cringes. he's not into bulgaria ffs he likes america (but he suppresses this feeling bc he sees it as a weakness). if this was in the anime or the manga he'd have a shadow over his face, as if he's ready to snap. and he is.
then bulgaria proceeds to say and do stuff that I won't write down bc this is a t-rated story dammit.
