there's gonna be a world meeting the next day. romania and bulgaria are sharing a room. it's dark, the lights have been turned off and they should be sleeping. except bulgaria doesn't shut up despite romania's attempts to get him to do so. it's midnight already and they have to get up early tomorrow.
