so basically karaboğa is a meme that turks on 4chan created as a response to white supremacists who called them non-white, basically they claimed they were black, that they were black bulls (aka ppl who f*ck the cucks' wives) who were superior to the white cucks, that they were stronger than whites, that they were better than whites etc it was so massive that all ips from the country got banned
however the meme kept on living on the internet (and ppl would mention it on other websites), due to this, it became known in other countries too, including other balkan countries (that's how the author of this crackfic found about it)
and of course bulgaria who's like the jokester & memelord will know about this meme, greece knows about it too and so do most balkan countries in hetalia
