I'm not dead! just a giant scatterbrain that can't focus on one fanfic at the time.

Freddy: like a cat chasing lights.

yeah- hey! I am not like that!

Freddy: sure~ anyway, have you seen Bonnie?

uhhh... gotta go! *zips away* enjoy this chapter!

Freddy: -_-

"... That's the strangest and saddest story I have ever heard." It took her a moment to intercept that the voice belonged to the same male who let her enter the house.

"Uh, say, do you know the human names of the others?" Another male voice.

"Um, yeah, but I don't know about their past." Again male, much lighter, though. Wait… that's the rabbit's voice! Julia snaps her eyes wide open, and the strangest scene meets her. The woman and several males, the rabbit included, sit on the floor, talking as if it's normal. Her fear is replaced with sheer confusion, and she can't do anything else than stare dumbfounded at this scene. "Hell, I don't even know about my own past." The rabbit adds, so far hasn't noticed her awakening.

The woman does and tells her calmly, "Don't be afraid," the rabbit turns to her with eyes full of regret. The woman gestures to it, "I was at fault of this lash out, and if I had known this spirit had a vessel; I wouldn't have pushed so far."

"Yeah, don't ever do that again." Bonnie tells the woman, who has been surprisingly chill about all of this. "Not only did it give me a terrible nightmare, but I don't want to hurt people." He then turns to this woman whose shoulder he broke, she needs to get to the hospital, but the woman; Mrs. Varma suggested he first should make her see him in a sympatric light. "I'm sorry for the damage I caused…" She does not answer other than staring dumbfounded at him. Well, this is awkward. "So um, yeah, I think…" he gets up and slowly leaves the room, "I'm going to leave now…"

She stares at this now very embarrassed acting rabbit leave the room, the sound of a door close and about four seconds later: "Please tell me I was hallucinating." For that was a tad too weird. One of the males wordlessly hands her a pair of painkillers and some water. Julia takes them with her still function arm, and from the pain she's feeling, well, it's very unlikely she's dreaming. "What the hell just happened?"

The woman smiles faintly. "It looks like someone had sealed that particular soul to an animatronic."

Julia blinks, needing a moment to understand what she was hinting at. "Wait… are you saying… that rabbit… that robot has my brother's soul?" The woman simply nods. Julia drops back onto the floor, her brain unable to comprehend everything that has just happened.

"Aniket, can you bring her to the hospital?" The oldest male nods, gets up, and helps the mindblown woman up on her feet and to their car. The woman didn't speak and barely moved on their way to the hospital. Maybe it's a good thing as it allowed him to tell the doctor a reasonable lie about how she broke her shoulder.

,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Julia wakes up in the hospital bed, and it took her more than a minute to understand she is at the hospital. Longer at the woman's words that her deceased brother; his soul is sealed inside an animatronic rabbit. The very same who caused her injury. "The world has gone mad." Or she has, still debating on that part.

At Freddy's, Mike has barely gotten the work uniform off before his cellphone starts ringing. That itself is unusual; not many people have his number. He checks, expecting to be some random number and someone trying to sell him something; instead, he sees it's Julia's number. She only calls if she happens to be in the area. Mike takes the call, "Hey, Mike here. What's up?"

"A lot actually." Julia replies with a strange, straight voice. That confuses Mike, but he has no idea why she suddenly sounds like a very deadpan Chica. "I uh, I broke my right shoulder."

What? "How did that happen?" Mike asks, now worried, Julia has been through a lot of hardship, but this is the first time she ended up with broken bones. Julia is quiet for a painfully long time, "Did someone attack you?"

"You could say that…" She finally replies. Weirdly enough, she sounds confused about that statement. "Apparently, it was Tim who attacked me," Mike almost dropped the phone at this, only just heard Julia's following words, "but all I saw was a purple rabbit."

That explains Bonnie's strange behavior, he said he slept badly due to nightmares, but apparently, those nightmares were a bit more real than anyone would like. This is bad. "Uh okay, so um… how did that happen?" Mike asks; for her, he probably sounds like he's just humoring her, but unlike most, Mike believes her. Now he's just worried about what triggered Bonnie to leave, seek out, and straight out attack his older sister.

"Mike, I know it sounds far-fetched. I barely believe it myself." A sigh and Julia, fortunately, explains partly the situation to what happened. "I wanted to see if it was possible to commune with the dead. A woman said she could— I didn't really believe her, thought to be scammed, but instead of some shelves acting crazy, a robot rabbit barges in…" She pauses, "I'm sorry Mike, I'm just rambling. Could you… could you visit me at some point? I don't want to be alone with my thoughts."

"Of course." Mike replies without a second thought. Julia is clearly confused and scared, not understanding what just happened. He knows that feeling far too well, especially when his friends were closer to animals back in that former location, thanks to the constant fear they felt.

"Thanks, Mike and, sorry about this."

"Don't worry about it." and he means it. Julia is just trying to understand what happened to her. He gets the hospital's location and when ending the call, Mike decides to speak with Bonnie about this. He does make sure it's out from the ears of the others, as this will understandably freak them out. "It wasn't just a nightmare you dealt with last night, was it?"

Bonnie freezes up, a quick check, and when sure no one is close, "Don't tell anyone this," He anxiously whispers to his friend. "Freddy especially, he's going to tear my head off if he ever finds out." Mike promises he won't say a word, and Bonnie reluctantly explains what truly happened last night. When finishing, he wants to make sure Mike understands. "I know I got some anger issues, but I never meant to attack innocent people." That woman somehow managed to provoke his very spirit, which is kinda scary, knowing how easy it is to lose control.

"Bonnie, I believe you." Mike assures his friend, yeah, he's still scared to what exactly that person did to make Bonnie react that aggressively, only it has something to do with the spirit realm. But that will be a mystery he has to solve later. "I know none of you want to hurt people."

Good to know, but this whole situation is still screwed up. Bonnie sighs and walks outside and out in the backyard, Bonnie speaks. "That woman said she was the one who called me to that house, but I don't get why." Briefly eyeing Mike, who has followed him outside. "Why me of all the spirits out there?" More importantly, "and why did it make me react the same way I did in the former location?"

That catches Mike's attention, "Wait, what do you mean by that last part?" He reacted the same way as in the former location? If that's the case, then Julia is lucky she survived.

"It's hard to explain," Bonnie admits. Those days in the former locations are hazy at best; only the emotions he felt still lingers. "It was like being pushed towards your greatest fear, want to get away but you just can't… and there's only for so long you can handle that…" He does not speak further, afraid to voice the images of trashing, screaming, doing whatever he could to get rid of… whatever it was. Just thinking about it makes this primal horror surface and it takes a lot for Bonnie to not start screaming. He closes his eyes, forcing a soft reboot in his systems, which removes these unwanted emotions. Opening his eyes again, Bonnie muses, "I thought I had overcome it, but it seems… I'm still just a kid scared of the monster in the dark." He hates feeling like this... hates being such a scardycat.

Mike is not sure what caused this kind of reaction, but whatever it was, he is pretty sure it was Vincent. He must've done something that made the animatronics feel compelled to seek out the night guard office, see something that would terrify them, and… well, a waiting game before the trapped spirits would snap and attack the nearest person. Which would be the night guard. But Mike can't blame his friends for their past aggressive behavior. "Not all people could've endured what you and the others have been through." He eyes his slightly trembling friend, "Such horrors will leave a mark. I mean," Mike drops his head, kinda glad he has come this far to be able to admit it. "I'm still affected by what Vincent did… It didn't help he tried to finish the job."

"Yeah," Bonnie muses, but the thought that their killer is dead does not really ease his mind. Bastard can still be out there.

A moment of silence before Mike decides to break it, "Bonnie, I would like you came with me to the hospital." The rabbit looks at him confused, so he figures Bonnie might as well know. "I know the woman you accidentally hurt and… well, you used to as well." A deep breath, and Mike reveals, "She's your oldest sister: Julia Lane." Bonnie eyes wide in shock. "I think she tried to summon your spirit for closure."

That woman… is his sister? Bonnie walks a few steps away from Mike, his mind trying to comprehend this truth. It is easier thanks to his brain being a computer, which just took facts and stored them like anything else. It's more the soul controlling this whole body that makes it hard. "Did you keep the contact with her?" He asks Mike slowly.

"Sort of," Mike admits, he and Julia were never close to begin with. She had already moved out back when he befriended Tim and only saw her in passing. "I would sometimes see her when she visited these parts, but other than quick catch up, and she teaching me how to play guitar. No, I barely spoke with her." It's has gotten better after discovering the truth of Freddy's animatronics. In the past, she tried to treat him as a substitute brother, but Mike's parents' way of dealing with grief made him cut contact with most of his friend's families.

He wonders if that was made Julia become quite the nomad, she never stayed in one place for long after Tim died. "She asked me to see her at the hospital and," Bonnie refuses to look at him, and Mike has no idea what his friend is thinking about all of this. One thing for sure; "I think it would do you both some good in talking this incident out."

"Yeah, probably..." Bonnie replies quietly. He is reluctant to go, it will be so much easier to pretend the attack never happened but to ignore his sister— his biological sister... That thought does not sit right with him. "All right, let me change and we can go."

Mike simply nods and goes over to the front door to wait for him. Tim arrives a while later, does look a bit out of place as his human shape is still dressed for warmer weather. They can't do much with the shorts, but at least he got something for the upper body. Mike throws Tim the extra jacket he has, the usual rabbit takes it on without a word, they both head to the hospital.

Seeing another man arriving alongside Mike did understandably come as a surprise for Julia. She has heard Mike has gotten himself some new friends but didn't expect to see any of them at a time like this. "Friend of yours?" She asks, trying to be friendly, but it's hard to hide her annoyance in having to deal with a stranger after what she has just been through. To her big surprise, Mike starts acting nervosly; "please don't freak out, but,"

Tim stops Mike, he wants to say this on his own. He turns to the woman, now looking properly at her, he can see some resembles. "I'm the purple rabbit who attacked you last night." Without knowing, he fists his hands from the tension he feels. "This... this is how I would look like if I ever got the chance to grow up."

Julia stares. Not only is this man saying that he is that purple rabbit, but… this is how he would… is this how Tim would look if he had survived? That scrawny and silly tall kid, turning into a somewhat muscular and

tough-looking man who apparently likes having his hair long. He meets her eyes, and although the eye color is wrong, she can see the defiant to the world look Tim always had. Looking closer, Julia can see that this adult face has several similar features Tim had. Tears well up in her eyes; she wants to speak but can't. All of her questions are spinning inside her head, unable to grasp just a single one. The man— Tim walks carefully over, in the same awkward manner that rabbit did, and without a word, he puts his hand on top of hers. This makes Julia cry more and laugh weakly; Tim used to do this when she got upset. This simple action is all she needed. "It's really you."

"Spirit at least." Tim replies, not sure what to do. He's not good at dealing with emotions, less so others. So all he can do is just stand there, holding his biological sister's hand and feeling mighty awkward. Fortunately, she does slowly get control over the waterwork and begins to ask, "Where do you live?"

"At Freddy Fazbear Pizza." He replies, adding just in case she's wondering. "The others are there as well, Sean, Jenna, Daniel, I mean." Nodding over to Mike, "Mike too."

Drying away her tears, and although still in a bit state of shock. "Tell me everything." She requests, wanting to know how this is possible and in some mysterious ways allowed her to speak with her youngest brother again.

Already knowing this will be a long story as he already has done with Rena. Mike finds a chair, and after have taken a seat, he explains everything from when he met his friends in their updated forms. He purposely avoided his nightmare-fueled time at the first Freddy's since it's something Mike much rather wants to forget. Tim adds in a few times but lets him mainly tell the story.

When finishing, visitation hours are over and right as the nurse has told them it's time to leave. Julia calls after them. "You have definitely given me something to think about." Mike, along with Tim gives her a weak smile before leaving.

Outside the hospital, Tim will admit. "Not exactly how I expected to connect with my past."

"Could've been worse." Mike says, earning him a 'are you kidding' stare from his friend and Tim asking hard: "Oh do tell me what could've made this worse, oh wise Mike." Ignoring the mocking tone, Mike points out, though not exactly thrilled by the fact his friends can be incredibly deadly. "Well... you could've killed her." And pretty sure Tim's face would've turned pale if his body had such a function. "Sorry, I shouldn't have said that…" Mike muses, well aware how much that fact weighs on the animatronics. He, Jeremy and Scott are all painfully aware of the animatronics strength and how easy they could kill someone if they wanted.

But it is true… if he hadn't snapped out from the spirit summoning ritual, then he would've killed those people… "Maybe we should have a safety in our system for that." Tim suggests, partly as a joke, but also kinda serious. It's not the first time one of them has snapped and Tim doubts their luck will last much longer. No one can be sure when one of them will get into that feral state and if one unlucky person is nearby… Tim can't bear the thought if they killed someone because of their unstable condition.

Mike eyes his friend a bit confused, unsure if that remark was meant as a joke or not. He decides to take it seriously, "Maybe, but wouldn't that be like controlling your emotions?" He asks as the animatronics only become dangerous if they get into too much emotional duress. Such safety measures would put a sort of damp on their emotions and Mike has seen how the animatronics react if some program forces them to do something they do not want.

"You're right. It might make us much worse." Tim laughs the topic off, though still very shaken up by what happened. They return to Freddy's and fortunately, Mike does not tattle on him about what happened last night. Tim is relieved for he's not sure how the others would react if they knew he almost killed his biological sister when she tried to summon his spirit.

I have made two more chapters, so you will get those in the next weeks. after that... well, I again need time to write more. I will admit I am struggling in coming up with good chapters, mostly because I dealt with some sort of creative depression during a quarantine in my country which cut me off from any of my usual stimuli.

it is over now, but I still feel like being stuck in a tarpit when it comes to my brain. but like always, suggestions are welcome and I will differently make a chapter from gamerman5603 suggestion of a valentine subplot. it sounds too fun to pass up.

I don't remember who suggested it, but whoever came up with the idea of Thomas pranking Bonnie through his voicebox... yeah, that's one of the chapters I made on this round. so look forward to that one.
