Edo's dungeon is full of challenges with many challenging creatures and monsters that are really putting the girls through their paces, Akko has already found the fourth word and has also received a new tunic that guarantees her even greater protection from whatever she hits, making her even more resistant to the blows that come her way, with a clever fight she ended up defeating her dark version and thus managing to progress further on this journey. The trio soon finish their rest and take the opportunity to recover from their injuries.
Already rested, they walk to where there are four doors in the dungeon hall and enter the door to the right of the staircase leading to Dark Akko. As they enter the door, they see that there is a huge corridor, in which some Zazaks and also medusa traps and other thorn traps that appear and disappear from the ground appear, as well as the Hynox walking from one side to the other throwing bombs, which was already a more labyrinthine challenge, even more so as the draconic creatures followed the trio.
"Woah, we've barely rested and there's already this kind of creature here" said Amanda.
"Together we can manage" said Atsuko.
Constanze stands still and moves from time to time to dodge the fireballs, while the other two warriors head towards the Zazaks who have already been throwing flames at the girls, but Kagari simply opens the way using her Katana to cancel out the flames, and then O'Neill hits the dragon on the head with a well-placed axe, followed by a cut from her friend, who finishes the job by practically decapitating the creature, and that's when they get to where Hynox's group is.
"Now I think it's interesting, we're working together on this one, you really know your stuff" said the crimson-eyed woman.
"Oh girl, now it's flowing nicely, I'm going to throw you at those dragons, then I'll finish the job of throwing the bombs, let's do it" said the gerudo and her friend nodded in agreement.
The one with the salmon-coloured hair immediately grabs the girl by the arms and throws her towards the group of two Zazaks who are soon hit with cuts, many of them very fatal and slicing, which soon ends up with the Hynox throwing bombs that are thrown back by the dark-skinned girl who goes on to attack the creatures, which the brown-haired girl then turns around and helps to kill the rest of the creatures with great precision, This opens the way down the corridor, where they come to the end of the corridor, passing through a door, and as they enter, they come to a stop in a room where there are simply some Zazaks and also Stalfos Knights, these more different than before, since they were wearing samurai armour, coming in a different attack pattern.
"Oh now they've changed their clothes, I don't doubt that it's the same as before, the same boring attack pattern" said the warrior from Luna Nova.
Amanda and the short, dark-haired girl are taking care of the three Zazaks, while Akko takes care of the pair of Stalfos Knights who are already showing a different pattern of movement that hadn't been used before. Instead of jumping towards her to deliver a blow, the monsters are running and sliding, taking the katana out of its sheath to make a cut, but they always miss because Atsuko dodges them all with a certain ease, as well as being agile in her movements.
(Ah so that's it, if I was slower they'd be a problem, but now it's just easy to dodge, even more so two of them, let's see what they're capable of, they'll certainly be easily defeated after all this).
And then it's easily shown that Kagari defeated them quickly using the boomerang and then threw a bomb, without needing to use her Katana, managing to immobilise the two creatures that only destroyed each other and then went to help her friends with the last Zazak that was missing by hitting it right on the back, seeing O'Neill finish the job with a decapitation using the axe and that opened the door to another corridor.
They continue down the corridor through the door in the left-hand wall and come across a corridor that is missing a platform on the other side, which could lead to a fall, but they soon use the hook and stop on the other side, the crimson-eyed one using the hook to catch her friends and bring them to safety.
"Wow, this hook thing is great, it really saves you from a lot of things" said the gerudo.
"Ah, this is the best item I've obtained from the seven words without a doubt, it always helps me, I could even use the platform, but I prefer the speed and efficiency of the hook, it's cool and always helps to get me from one place to another" said the brown-haired woman.
Going through the door, they come across what looks like a floor that's simply a bit waterlogged and smaller versions of the Stalfos Knights appear on it, these are skeletons in samurai armour who are coming at the trio, 11 of them, and the door is locking behind the girls as it always does.
"Oh, we're going to have to fight, let's see how many more we can take down" said the Luna Nova warrior excitedly, putting her hand in her scabbard.
And there begins a fight between the 11 skeletons and the girls, they're very fast, but no faster than the girl from Luna Nova, they even draw level with the gerudo from the Dublin ranch, while Constanze stays further away, firing arrows at the monsters and even throwing small bombs.
Akko was having fun with the stalfos that were surrounding her, they were trying everything they could to make cuts, but she was even able to stand over the blades and then kick the monsters' skulls backwards, practically having fun, which was soon making quick cuts. this time she didn't end up winning the game and was left behind.
"It looks like Constanze won, she killed more of the monsters, she's got nothing on Akko" said Amanda.
"I really didn't want to, let you guys play a bit, it was fun kicking some heads and everything, now come on, it looks like a trunk came for us, a key, yay" said Atsuko celebrating and scratching the back of her head.
They take the key and then go into that room with four doors, going to the side that was missing, a door pointing south, they enter it and see that it is a staircase, going down they walk into a corridor where there are some Zazaks and medusa traps, which is very easy for them to pass through, without any problems, dodging the draconic creatures and just ignoring them is easy for them.
"We don't even need to fight, only when they get too close and they're dragons that don't even spit fire and follow us, so it's easy" said Kagari.
"Those I like, but I admit that a good fight would be interesting" said O'Neill.
They entered the room ahead and it was supposed to be another room full of paths to get in the way of the stalfos knights, but there was soon a door to open with a key, which the girls shrugged off, the one with the crimson eyes handed it to Constanze and went about distracting the skeletal monsters for her and her friend while the shorter one led the way through the dungeon door.
When they opened the way, they soon left the creatures behind and went inside, where there was another staircase, down which came a room, in which there were already some Bari going from one side to the other, which the three of them only passed straight through, and then they went further down the staircase, stopping in a corridor, which already showed that there were challenges ahead
"Well come on, we must be at the end for the monsters to be like that" said the brown-haired girl.
In the corridor they had to face Taros mounted on tektites with swords in hand heading towards the girls and also red Zazaks, all to get to the other side which was a room, with some Bari in the way just to get in the way and medusa traps firing fireballs, which was already requiring a great deal of concentration on the part of the three.
They went straight forwards, trying to ignore as many creatures as possible. Those that came close and attacked were attacked back, with quick slashes from the Luna Nova warrior who even hit a Bari that was in electrical protection and that also affected the girl.
"Okay, so I still end up getting hit by the shocks from this thing, I didn't realise that was possible, but it's good to realise that I can get really hurt by all this, well it's living and learning" said the toasted Akko.
"Akko, come here soon, I'm more surrounded" said the gerudo.
Recovering from the shock,Atsuko goes over to her friend and lands a good blow on the zazak that had surrounded her friend. They continue on their way, avoiding as many traps as they can, heading for another of the doors, finally freeing themselves, a staircase, descending even lower, arriving at the bottom of the deep dungeon.
"Wow, we're really not going to stop climbing down this thing, this monster seems to want to hide rather than show its face at last" said the one with the salmon-coloured hair.
When they reached the room on the lower floor, they saw that there was a fork in the road, as well as jellyfish traps and some Bari floating around, which they ignored. They followed the path through the only door that didn't need a key and were locked in a trap room again.
At this point, four Stalfos Knights in samurai armour fall on the girls, almost hitting each of them with a slash as they jump to dodge.
Kagari quickly starts to fight the first of them and then takes it apart with the help of her friend Constanze, who throws a firecracker at the creature and then helps her friend with another one that came very close while she was still lying on the floor.
"Agh I hate these things, they always turn up just to get in our way" said Amanda.
"That's their intention, a real nuisance, but we'll defeat them soon, I think we have to go through the key door, we've fallen into a hole here" said the one with the crimson eyes.
Her friend went to help defeat another of the Stalfos by immobilising them with slashes and then throwing another bomb, which defeated the rest and a chest appeared, but it was only 100 Rupees, which they still took and followed the keyed door back, where there was another corridor, this time very long and incredibly there had been no monsters until then, just the medusa traps and cannonballs being fired.
"Of course there had to be these things to get in our way, always these little things with their little fire-breathing faces, I'm getting sick of having my skin toasted by them" said O'Neill.
When they get to the other side of the corridor, they practically run from the traps, with two of them still having some flames on their clothes and then being patted so that the fire goes out. Entering the door is another staircase, going down to the lower floor, they arrive at a room that locks the girls in, who stay in a room where several zazaks fall and shoot fireballs at the girls who dodge them, as well as the jellyfish traps.
"Oh, the fire before isn't enough, now this" said the gerudo.
"Well come on, I want to defeat these little monsters once and for all" said the brown-haired girl.
The fight began with nine of them facing off with their swords, the draconic creatures following the trio, but soon something happened and Constanze ran out of ammunition, although she recovered some arrows, others only broke and she was left with just a small sword to defend herself against the attacks coming at her.
The pair of friends immediately went to protect the shorter girl and with that it was a less complicated battle, even though there were several medusa traps throwing fire, it was possible to defeat the zazaks with some technique and with that the way was clear again opening the door.
Moving on to the next room was definitely the place, the door already indicated everything, the room where the boss is, which they already stop for a while, leaning on the wall and sitting on the floor tiredly
"That's it, we've just reached the end, now you can rest, my cue has come" said the smiling warrior from Luna Nova, looking towards the door.
"Isn't Akko going to get some rest?" asks the salmon-coloured haired woman as her friend arrives drinking a potion that invigorates health as well as magic.
"I'm going to take advantage of the fact that I'm warmed up with the moves and defeat this boss, already full of himself, let's see if I have a better chance when I'm warmed up" said Akko confidently.
"Good luck thenAkko, but be careful, we'll wait and cheer for you, make sure you don't die" said Amanda.
"I guarantee I won't die in this one, I'll call you later and we'll get out of this dungeon together completely unharmed" said Atsuko, clenching her fists and cracking her neck.
Kagari opens the door to the boss's room, which leads to a place that stops right at a downward staircase that she immediately throws herself off and uses the hook to cushion her fall, which was quite considerable. Stepping on the ground, she sees the whole arena light up, revealing it to be a very spacious place, and then a creature wakes up, a greenish monster resembling a dragon that soon emits a roar, of considerable size.

The monster takes steps that even cause some tremors, its size was 15 metres high, which was intimidating enough, until then it was just staring right in the face and emitting the noises to the girl who was surprised by the monster's size, even though she had faced some similar monsters before.
(It looks like I'm really going to have to face something that size, just imagine what it's going to be like to take any blow, I can see from here that this thing's skin is like impenetrable armour, and that's because it didn't even attack me or anything, really the Edo dungeon wanted to show the challenge and it showed a lot, now come on Akko, let's defeat this thing).
Soon the monster was spitting fireballs, and they were much bigger than the ones the Zazaks had thrown, to the point where she had to use her grappling hook to dodge them with the damage they were doing, setting a good part of the arena alight with them. The monster was also releasing what looked like laser beams coming out of its eyes, and with that the crimson-eyed one dodged them too, and that caused enormous damage to the environment.
The brown-haired girl ran towards the monster, trying to dodge the fireballs and the laser beams, but it was difficult, even using her shield a few times, but the impact was strong, so she immediately tried a slashing projectile which, when it hit, only ended up hitting it like a wall.
(That's to be expected, this thing is going to be tougher than anything, its skin must be made of something super tough, I have to be careful not to end up getting hit, this monster really doesn't seem to play around much).
The warrior from Luna Nova uses the hook closer, and manages to be pushed further up, only then she sees the creature's tail spinning as it rises and it was right in the direction she was going, which was hit full on, being thrown away, which then came a fireball along with which she uses the shield, hits her back on the wall and then feels the impact of the flames hitting her, it was very strong the damage.
(Ahhhhh, this way I'll end up breaking my ribs, this thing really hits hard, even the tail, well as far as I can see it's fireballs, the beam of red light from its eye and also the tail attack, there must be more to it, but I don't want to test it to see).
She soon comes out of the shield and has to protect herself again because another fireball comes at her, which puts the shield in front of her, giving it a little more impact. What Akko soon sees as she comes out is the monster itself running towards her with its head pointed at her, as if it was going to headbutt her, but the girl uses the hook to escape and goes for it too.
This ends up with an encounter, where Atsuko manages to run the blade of her katana over the creature's head, which sparks, but this even helps to trap the girl on top of the monster, who starts to scream and try to get her off somehow.
(Now I want to see if this thing is going to attack me that much, I can get on top of it too, come on Akko it's just one and you can get rid of this thing, I need to find this monster's weak point anyway, I'm already trapped and soon I think they're going to let me go).
Godzilla continued to scream, practically shouting all over the place and shaking his head, while Kagari tried to look for a weak spot and soon saw that there was a place that glowed near his back, that's where she needed to hit him, and then she released the sword from the creature's head and began to slide down.
She was almost caught in a fireball, but she used the hook attached to the ceiling to swing herself up, only to be hit by the creature's laser. Luckily, her new tunic protected her from the worst of it, but it was still enough to be a bolt of lightning that caused a good burn on the girl's back, which was left bleeding, and she got up as her clothes regenerated, using her staff to make herself intangible so that she wouldn't be hit.
(Ugh, that was almost it, at least now I know the limit of what I can take, my back is already detonated with this one, I have to think here of a way not to be defeated and killed, this monster is not weak at all, I could end up losing my movements on this one).
Hurt, she gets up and uses her grappling hook to evade the creature's attacks, taking away the effect of being intangible. Luckily, her clothes leave her largely immune to fire, but there are still some very mild burns.
Godzilla is still trying to hit the crimson-eyed girl with fireballs and laser beams, but she's alternating between being tangible and intangible, which is very deceiving and soon she's starting to use this to her advantage to catch the creature from behind.
(Great, now we just have to climb this thing, and let's go).
Akko was being very persistent, enduring the monster's rocking and shaking body, but even so she didn't give up, she held on with all her might and soon her strength paid off, coming to rest on one of Godzilla's ridges.
A blow to the glowing weak spot caused a shrill scream to ring out throughout the arena and the impact of
the blow was strong enough to throw Atsuko backwards with everything, she was thrown and saw that the creature was struggling in pain, getting up from the ground a little bruised she picked up her sword and turned round to look at where the monster was
(Come on, it was a weak point, but it looks like it won't be enough to kill him, now he's throwing fireballs all the time, I'll take the opportunity to hide behind one of the pillars and stay there until he gets close, it'll be the perfect moment).
After the monster's attack of madness, it started trying to find Kagari's hiding place, in the middle of several of the pillars, it was the moment that she was getting close to being attacked, the monster was trying to smell her as it got closer, which made the crimson-eyed girl a little nervous about the situation, her heart was even beating a little fast, she was just thinking about what would happen in that situation if the monster found her more closely.
Godzilla came in close to the pillar, the perfect moment for the brown-haired woman, she used the hook to hook herself on top, the monster ended up spinning round to hit it with its tail, it ended up being too slow and this revealed the next weak point, right on its forehead it was glowing and in this it even hit a lazer beam right in front of it, hitting the Luna Nova warrior in the stomach, even so she continued and hit the spot with everything.
(I may have been hurt a lot in that one, but now I'm completely whole after everything, you can hit me and hurt me, but I'm not getting out of this without blasting you).
The impact of the blow threw her backwards with everything, and she fell a little bruised, hitting some pillar rubble, which was already badly injured to the point of using some fairies to heal itself, in a whole pot it ended up being practically whole and renewed, taking a deep breath it was already possible to see the next weak point, right in front, in the abdomen of the creature that was making the desperation attack.
(I almost died on that one, this thing really likes to hurt, I wonder if I can win this one with the projectile attack, it doesn't hurt to try, now it's all or nothing, I have to defeat this thing and get out of the dungeon in one piece, there were spiders, there was my shadow and now this huge monster, come on largatixa, you won't stand up to me).
Akko gets up from the rubble and uses the hook to get closer. She launches a projectile attack with the Katana's blade, which ends up making Godzilla a little more angry, as well as blinking in a very strange way, and the girl continues to carry out more of these attacks, and the creature soon starts launching fireballs, which pushes her backwards with a whole impact.
Atsuko went to try the projectile attack again, but noticed that she ended up being hurt a little by the attacks because she was grazed by some of the rubble in the arena that came towards her from the impact of the flames.
(Damn it, I've been rendered useless by this attack again, I was able to pull it off, I've managed at least seven of them, now I'm going to have to heal myself again, but I can't, I have to take a chance, come on Akko, it's time to get cracking).
Kagari grabs the hook, dodges a flare and throws herself upwards, is grazed by a laser that ends up catching her arm and she uses the hook to give herself a boost and even spins in the air to give herself more momentum, which goes with all speed towards the creature's abdomen that even tries to hit fireballs, but the girl continues on her course, even though she is wounded more and more she gets closer.
It was simply enough force to penetrate Godzilla's skin at its weakest point without causing any explosions. It was all the way through like a bullet, and the crimson-eyed girl, drenched in blood and guts, managed to stop on the other side behind the monster, which simply fell to the ground on its side after one last scream and began to crumble into dust.
(Disgusting, I didn't want to be full of guts, now I'm all dirty and still bruised, those fireballs and lasers have really fucked me up, well at least he's dead).
The creature's end has come and with it all the red dust that has become Godzilla gathers into a familiar diamond shape where it appears inside an emerald, Mako, who is soon staring at the girl when she sees that she has finally managed to fulfil her mission in that dungeon.
"It looks like you did it, you defeated me with my own technique, you took the opportunity to use the Katana properly and you even defeated Godzilla, congratulations Akko, you really are the chosen one who will bring peace to Hyrule, you've come very far, I'm proud that you're my descendant and that you're the great heroine that I wanted to become, Now I'm going to Triskellion Island with the other nine, I hope that this help will be
what defeats Ganon once and for all, I trust that you'll be able to do it, goodbye Akko and don't give up on being the spectacular warrior you've become" Said Mako who then disappeared like all nine witches do.
Overcome with emotion, Akko even stares in wonder at her ancestor as she leaves, then, as she is very badly injured, she picks up her heart and feels practically refreshed, brand new. She then calls her friends to come back, they go down to where the place to get off and go to the teleportation is, and they return to the entrance of the dungeon, where the girls are practically waiting for her.
"We've finally arrived, this dungeon was a lot of work, I even missed the sunlight" said Amanda.
"Don't exaggerate, we probably didn't stay that long" said Atsuko.
"Akko!" Diana shouts to her wife.
Soon there were hugs and congratulations and celebrations from the girls for reaching the end of yet another dungeon, four of the nine, who were also relieved to see that all three were alive and as usual unharmed due to the magic of the dungeon being able to leave the girls in this more refreshed state.
"Wow, I love the new tunic, it's much more in keeping with your style, my love, you've even come back more elegant than before, you really look like an Edo warrior like that" said Cavendish.
"Was the dungeon difficult?" Hellene asks.
"I don't know, there's only monsters that want to kill you, the monsters are strong, I don't know how Akko still smiles after all this, she has to be absurd to get through dangers like these laughing, we had to face what was the equivalent of three bosses, imagine how hard it was, in fact just Akko, she practically carried us through the whole dungeon" said O'Neill.
"I had to face a giant spider, a shadow of mine and a huge dragon or larcenous monster that spat fire and released red rays from its eyes. I had to spend a lot of the pots on fairies, but in the end when it comes to weak points it's kind of weak, but it still hurt me a lot, anyway girls, it looks like we can rest now" said Kagari.
"Have you ever come close to death in a love situation? Or are you really stronger?" asks her worried wife.
"Look at the final monster that left me almost like this, but I was still able to take the pot with fairies to recover my life, the power I gained with Mako's katana made me very agile and strong, not to mention that I got even more with the tunic I won, plus we discovered the fourth word, it gives me a platform so I can climb on top, it's not the most useful thing, but it must be useful in a place where you can't grab it with the hook" Said the crimson-eyed one.
"Woah the Croix will be delighted to hear this news, we're succeeding, now comes our worry, how are we going to leave Edo and still be disguised enough to get to Wedinburgh?" McLaren asks.
"We'll ask the Empress, it'll do to do something like this, she can help us, we don't have to worry so much about it, now the next stop will be Wedinburgh, I just want to see up close if you really are as strong and agile as O'Neill has been saying, I'm very curious, I know that every day you will get closer to defeating Andrew, I trust that you can stay at that level" Said the blue-eyed one.
"Oh that's what I want to know too, the next dungeon is going to be very interesting, I can't wait to see how we progress with what's to come in this dungeon, what kind of words we can discover further down the line, I still don't think there can be a more useful item than the hook" said the warrior from Luna Nova.
And so the girls boarded the carriages back to the capital after the dungeon was over, chatting to each other on the way about all the things that had happened there, the events that were truly shocking, and also amazed at how Akko was getting better and better with every part of the journey through the dungeon.
The fourth dungeon of nine has come to an end, with each step the girls are getting closer and closer to unlocking the seal of the nine witches and the power that will come to defeat Andrew Hnabridge once and for all, in a dungeon that was full of things and many events testing the limits of the girls' intelligence and strength, especiallyAkko who is showing that she is getting closer every day to reaching the level that Andrew is at and even defeating the lord once and for all.
