The nine girls arrived in Wedinburgh, the former capital of Hyrule, which seemed to be a lawless and abandoned area, much due to rumours that were spread about the place, but which were soon disproved when it was revealed who was behind the place, former friends of Diana and Hellene, such as Frank who fled to the city and there led a group of thieves to resist the tyranny of Andrew Hanbridge, all well planned to start making a plan to try to recover the lost territory of the old kingdom.
After resting on the day of their arrival, the merchants continue to trade throughout the city, showing what they have to sell to the townspeople, who, despite having people in conditions that aren't very friendly, have been helped by others who are better off in a form of mutual aid.
While the nine of them were waking up to begin their important mission, which involves going to the dungeon, they began to explore the castle itself, since they had heard some legends of mysteries there and some hidden places that they had never explored in their childhood, since they were largely forbidden.
"So are we going to the dungeons today?" Akko asks.
"Not yet, Wedinburgh Castle itself hides secrets, we're going to explore more inside, you didn't stay long enough to hear my mums talking about the forbidden places, but our mums talked a lot, they even had sealed doors, there must be some things that can help us" said Diana.
"I remember mums saying that it's really dangerous in there and full of traps, that's why they didn't want us to go, for fear of being killed, but they also said that one day maybe when the heroine appears we could go with her, since there are some things that can help us on this journey" Hellene said.
"Woah, you really still have secrets around here and I thought I already knew everything about you two" said an impressedAtsuko.
"We still have some secrets, but come with us Akko, we'll go to the seal door, surely we can find a way to open it, they said there's the seal of the master sword there that would help open the passage" said Cavendish.
"Good luck to you, we'll stay here for the time being, tidying up and looking to make sure there's no danger nearby" said Sucy.
"I'll go with you" said Marianne.
And with the quartet of Wedinburgh royalty girls formed, they go to where this door is, accompanied by Frank who takes them there and notices that even some thieves used that place to store some of the things they took, it was even full of chests.
"This is the gang's warehouse, as there's this door with a seal on it, we have a bit of security, as anyone who gets close is afraid of being caught by the shock that this door gives, I've already tried to put my hand on it and I was electrocuted" said the blond.
"It does happen, the seal of the master sword can only be broken by the master herself" said the platinum blonde-haired girl.
"Then let's see it in practice" said Kagari.
With a single slash, the projectile is launched right into the eye of the seal, which begins to fade and open up in the orange-coloured barrier near the door, which has finally been opened. Frank waves his thumb to wish the girls in the trio good luck, and they wave back and go together as a group through the door, where they find themselves in a dark place.
"Woah, I wasn't expecting that now, we'll have to light lamps to see anything now" said the crimson-eyed one.
"Leave it to me, Lux!" Said the blue-eyed girl who uses a spell that makes everything light up, which was precisely what lit the lamps nearby and also the torches, even though the place still looked a bit dark, a downward staircase in the middle of narrow walls.
They went down the spiral staircase, which was already lit with torches and lamps, arriving at the end, where below they saw a corridor with some traps in it. Thanks to the light spell that the Queen of Wedinburgh had used, everything was lit in that place, which gave them a better view of their surroundings.
Pendulums with blades were swinging from side to side, making noise, which could have been a very fatal
trap for them if it hadn't been for the help of their agility, which made them pass through the corridor with ease to the other side where they climbed a small staircase and went into a room where there was a statue above
"Wow, now I realise why they didn't want us to go, the way we were as kids, we'd be a mincemeat" said McLaren.
"I think we could still do it after training, we were very agile at the time, but everything happened..." Said the brown-haired girl.
As they take a few steps, they accidentally step on a button and a huge ball lands behind them, which starts rolling, chasing the quartet as they run to get away from it. The warrior from Luna Nova is the one who pushes the group forwards, holding their hands as they go, feeling a little of the adrenaline of being in a place full of traps.
"Yay, finally some action!" Leclerc said.
"I can't believe you're still enjoying it, that thing could crush us" said Diana, running for fear of the stone crushing her.
"Oh I'm loving it, lots of action, it's been a while since we've done something like this" said the purple-eyed girl, all excited.
They jump off a cliff and then there's something on the other side. Tears fell on the letter, the four of them were very moved by its message, and then Diana took the opportunity to take off the dress she was wearing before, which was still a disguise for being just a person from Edo, but this time she really did look more like Queen Bernadette when she was still alive, the red, green and brown dress, with a floor-length skirt, a black cape, moon details on the brown part and also a chain running down the side of her hips, she could already feel the difference in the way she could move, which surprised even her wife to see how beautiful Diana looked.
"Wow, I feel a huge improvement now, this is wonderful, I feel complete now, let's get the other things, I'm sure Mum Laura left a present for Hellene" said Cavendish.
"Let's go!" The four of them said.
They walked back the way they had come, and soon another of the dress's abilities could be noticed: the one with the platinum blonde hair was able to simply float for a while to the other side of the hole, passing as smoothly as a feather, as if she were walking through the hole and had none, but with a very low consumption of magic.

"My tunic even helps keep me cooler, but my face feels the heat as it's an exposed part, let's get on with it girls, it looks like it's a challenge to jump platforms, it's not difficult, really?" says Atsuko, who simply takes the hook out of her bag and both sisters stop her.

"Yeah, I thought it would be that easy to get to the other side just by jumping, but it's the typical challenge, but we'll still make it" said Kagari.
"I told you it would be a stupid idea to use the hook" said Cavendish.
Even though the crimson-eyed woman's robe protected her from the fire, it's not something you can risk, especially when it's a jet of fire coming from underneath with everything, they kept jumping and towards the end the fire got heavier, including platforms with traps that fell on the spot, which made Akko use her hook.

"Let's get the boat" said the Queen of Wedinburgh, who was the only one who used the spell to float to the other side without falling on anyone.
And off they went, climbing the high platforms to get to the chest, practically the same thing as when they arrived at the other chest, which they open straight away and it's a very different tunic from the one Laura used to wear, it's more reserved, it even caused a stir, but it was soon welcomed, especially as it didn't look as pompous as Cavendish's dress, as well as a letter.

"Apparently there's a fight coming, well I'm ready for whatever comes" said the purple-eyed girl.
"I'm sure of it too" said the blue-eyed woman, taking out her rapier.
A kind of magic envelops the bodies of Akko, Marianne and Diana, who are taken to where the stands are located in the arena, causing a strange feeling, then the gates close, the three of them stand around watching as Hellene looks around, even preparing her gauntlets to start striking, noticing that she hasn't been caught, and taking a deep breath to start attacking.
Soon, she simply appears in armour, walking slowly and intimidatingly, with a sword and shield in hand, which turns out to be McLaren's moment to act.
"Well, I guess I'll have to be the one who shines" said the redhead, who even gave a little smile, running her thumb round the corners of her lip and flashing a grin.
And soon the first armour starts running towards the princess, who dodges it, taking advantage of the agility she's gained with her new clothes, and punches the armour straight through, which ends up causing the impact to throw her against the wall, completely shattering her into pieces, which was quite easy.
"Wow, that's it, armour like that breaks pretty easily, well then I think we have the passage open, it's strange that it hasn't happened yet, is there more ahead? Then let's go" said the girl, shrugging.
"Go on, Hellene, break those armour faces!" Marianne said.
"Smash them, make mincemeat!" Atsuko said.
"Technically, it's not possible to chop up or break the face of an armour that doesn't have a face, since Hellene is wearing gauntlets" said Cavendish.
"Fuck off, Diana, don't spoil the fun" said Kagari, sticking out her tongue at her wife.
And indeed more appear, this time four of them coming out of the walls, giving Hellene a smile on her face as she waits for the four armours to run at her with all their might. As soon as they all get close enough, she leaps with a somersault and they all collide with each other, which becomes a gap for the girl to punch one and the impact is enough to crush several of them and throw them into the wall, with only one left that tries to make a cut.
However, Mclaren's gauntlet holds off the attack and even catches the sword in hand, disarming the armour, which is finished off with a punch to the head that flies off the rest of the body and is thus easily dismantled, even with four of them in the attack.
"You can come as many as you like, I'm ready for anything" said the redhead.
And this time she multiplied it by four again, sixteen armours appeared, all of them going more strategic, a group of four rushed at the purple-eyed girl, who dodged and two appeared to surprise her, but the girl held the blade of one and punched the other, throwing the sword at an armour coming from behind.
(Oh I love doing this, now there are only a few left, there were sixteen and I've already killed five of them, now let's go, they're crazy, I broke the armour strategy and they have no idea how strong I am, this tunic really helped me get like this, who knew).
Hellene goes for it anyway, smashing through the armour, which has clumped together after the strategy broke down, she goes through like a bowling ball, running over the pins, with a strong enough punch she ends up clearing a path and separating a good part of the armour, only seven of which were left, the rest just lying there and the girls around her just cheering.
"Go on Hellene, break their faces, show them you're made of steel too" said the animated Kagari.
"Look at my right hand, it's a bit, but that's another story hahaha" said the good-humoured McLaren.
And she goes on to attack the others, who get close enough to attack, but she picks up a piece of armour and throws it at the group of six, who end up falling and trying to regroup, but are surprised by a hammer blow from the redhead, which hits the group hard and ends up scattering the two remaining pieces of armour, still whole from the crushing attack.
(Easy, easy, like throwing yourself out of a tree with a cucco in your hand).
The two remaining armours go up, but Hellene simply crouches down in front of them when they meet, causing them to hit each other with their swords. She punches one and then grabs the other by the chest, throws her up in the air and finishes with a well-placed punch that hits the ceiling and lands with the rest on the floor, thus ending the fight against the armours.
The three spectators go back to where the arena is and the gates open, leaving the girls free to walk to where the bazaar is, also standing on some platforms, which they climb until they reach the top, then, when they open them, they see a pair of gloves and also a letter left by the dead queens.
"It seems that this is the last treasure, I don't understand the gloves, they don't look like Akko's power gloves, so this is quite peculiar, but anyway, I want to see the letter" said the purple-eyed one.

"That's marvellous sis, now we have really good weapons for when we go into the dungeon tomorrow" said Cavendish.
"Let's go back and have a rest, think of a strategy to go to the dungeon, while Andrew's bastard doesn't arrive, we have to take advantage of the time, somehow manage to be faster than him and the worst happens" Akko said.
The four of them return from the castle's hidden dungeons, this time the royal girls have really improved their weapons, something that will make them easier to use in dungeons, making the trio very efficient at getting through dangers. Soon they return to their friends and are surprised to see the new things they've been using.
"Woah, look at that, it's the return of Queen Bernadette, all hail our queen" said Barbara.
"That's Diana, the queen was shorter than her, but really... Did you get your mum's clothes? I don't know how you got this one in particular, we had to get rid of them all to distribute to the townspeople so they wouldn't freeze to death, I'm sorry if we did anything without your permission Diana" Hannah said.
"It's okay, these people need it more than we do, if these clothes were enough to keep them warm I don't see the problem in donating them, anyway these clothes aren't just any clothes, my mum hid a huge potential for magic in them - said the platinum blonde-haired woman walking with her wife without realising that the two of them were about to sit on the throne where the queens sat.

"What? We sat on the throne? It was all so natural that we didn't even realise" said Kagari, rubbing the back of her neck.
"It looks like we're the queens here, my love, well anyway, I think I just want you to live as you are, we'll soon make a point of bringing peace to Hyrule and returning to this place for good, we'll go to Hyrule's dungeon, we'll take another step to bring peace to this place" said Queen Diana.
"Queen Diana, what do you intend to do when you return to Wedinburgh after this journey?" Barbara asks.
"We will rebuild stone upon stone of what was Wedinburgh one day, together, I too will be part of that reconstruction, together we will bring hope back, I ask that the thieves steal whatever is from Appleton to

Diana and Hellene have received further improvements, the former princesses have more protection and strength to deal with the difficulties that will come their way in an arduous and very tough fight against the leader of Appleton who is still on his journey to pursue any whereabouts of Akko, doing his best to find the girl before she ends up in the dungeons.
