Marinette was in her room, doing inventory of her items, the team had just completed a very tough dungeon, Alya thought she could use her skill, Dominate on a Golem, but what Alya failed to realise was that her skill would only work if the monster had a brain, but Golems don't.
"Marinette! could you come down for a sec?" asked Adrien.
Marinette huffed, when she first joined the Fangs of Heaven, she actually had a crush on Adrien, but despite her efforts and kindness, she realised that Adrien only cared about trying to become an S rank party, and Alya's jokes about her low level and being half-beastman, weren't helping much, Nino and Sabrina were the only folks that were nice to her.
If it weren't for the fact that she needed this job to help her parents out of debt with the city, she would have left.
Taking a deep breath, Marinette grabbed her things and went downstairs, where the gang was waiting for her.
"You called me Adrien?" she asked.
"Yes Marinette, this might sound a bit unfair, but, as you know, the Fangs of Heaven, are trying to become an S-Rank party, in doing so, we could be recognized and even become nobiles, but in order to do so, a few changes have to be made..." he said.
"Dude, what are you trying to say?" said Nino, Sabrina looking just as confused.
"Marinette, you have to leave the party..." he said.
The bluenette's jaw dropped, Adrien was kicking her out of the party?
"WHAT dude! why do you want her to leave? do you have any idea how useful she's been?" growled Nino.
"I know Nino, her EXP Giver skill helped us a lot, but we've gotten so strong that the skill isn't even needed anymore, and her only other skill is Weapon Master, and all that does is give her a bigger inventory and lets her use any weapon she wants, that's fine and all but she's Level 25!" Adrien said.
"She's only that low because she's given all the EXP to the three of you!" snarled Sabrina, "It's not her fault you guys were greedy!"
"Sabrina's right dude, we need her!" said Nino.
Marinette smiled, at least until Alya began to speak.
"Maybe if she a full Beastman, we could still use her, but she's only half, how is that going to be useful in a fight? sorry girl, but Adrien's right, you'll just get in the way, and this is for your sake too, the dungeons we're gonna tackle will be much tougher, and we need stronger members." Alya huffed.
That, broke her, Alya, Nino, Sabrina, and Marinette had been friends since childhood, and now she was throwing her away? did her friendship mean that little to her, Marinette hung her head, tears falling from her eyes.
"Now now Marinette, think of it this way, you're Half-Beastman with two unique skills, i'm sure you'll find work elsewhere." Adrien cooed.
"If Mari goes, than so do i!" growled Sabrina, which perked up Marinette, Sabrina was standing up for her?
"You Wouldn't..." said Adrien.
Sabrina stood next to Marinette and smiled, "I can, and i will, we have been friends since childhood, and you just wanna ditch her? if Chloe was here, she'd be ashamed of you!"
Adrien was stunned, he then turned to Nino, "You too?"
"He'd better not, if he knows what's good for him!" growled Alya, pulling out her whip, Alya is the only Mage who uses a whip instead of a staff.
Nino gulped, nothing good ever happens when Alya breaks out her whip, "Sorry Mari..."
"I see then...very well, i'll leave..." said Marinette.
"No Mari, WE'LL leave, find yourself another healer you jerks!" said Sabrina.
"Rina, could you head outside for a seccond..." Asked Marinette.
Sabrina nodded as she went outside, Marinette than turned to Adrien.
"I knew you'd understand, here's your severence pay, i wish only the best for you..." smiled Adrien.
Marinette took the money as a wicked smile crept along her face...
"One more thing before i go, there's one more thing i neglected to mention about my EXP Giver Skill, i can give EXP i got from monsters, but i can also take it back!" she said.
"Huh?" said Adrien.
Soon Marinette started to glow a neon blue color, the three adventures were scared.
"All my EXP, i want it back, ALL OF IT!" she said as a blinding blue enveloped the room.
When the light died, Marinette left the building with a smile on her face.
"Let's go Rina, we've got work to do..." she said as the duo left, leaving three stunned Ex-Friends...

MC: well, that was...somthing, anyway, as i said this was a Miraculous/Digimon Crossover AU, and the characters will make themselve known soon...
