Even though she already has good knowledge in language, she wanted to attend all the subjects as she is hermione.
She was the last one to enter the class and was welcomed in by her new professor madam mcgonagall.
She was placed in the only empty table at back unfortunately, besides her two girls were sitting.
One looking at the board dreamily wearing all fancy white looked kind of fancy dress and the other was all black, small shorts that just reached her thighs, showing her hips.
What a dress to college hermione thought.
"Hi" said the dreamy girl "I'm luna... Luna lovegood".
"Hi... I'm Hermione Granger".
"This is pansy parkinson" she said pointing at the girl in black "say hello pansy, don't be rude".
Pansy showed her middle finger to hermione without even a glance at her.
Hermione narrowed her eyes and luna smiled nervously "Sorry... Don't take her seriously, she is always like that".
"Is she is your friend..." Hermione asked back, listening to McGonagall too.
"Yes she is my friend... Girlfriend actually" she said and smiled at pansy.
Hermione looked confused and caught the meaning "Oh...Oh, so you two...".
"Yes... in a relationship"
Hermione then spent her next three classes with luna and also got introduced to some other girls like pansy parkinson, susan bones, lavender brown, parvathi patil, padma patil, marietta edgecomb. Levender was kind of so mean to Hermione wearing all pink, expensive looking dress and polishing her face every ten minutes. Apparently, she is the dream girl of the first year as all the boys were drooling at her the entire time, her sidekicks Parvathi and padma were twin sisters. There were guys too in the class, but she already known some like Neville and seamus... seamus was gay but single.
The lunch time arrived she met with harry and they joined with ron, neville, Seamus, dean, malfoy, luna and pansy. They all sat and started to eat.
"Hello, malfoy" ron said with a vengeance in his eyes to the silver haired guy.
"Hi, weasley" he responded back with the same expression.
Suddenly a red hair girl appeared out of nowhere and started to shaking Ron's head in circle, hanging on his shoulders.
Doesn't she have any decency, behaving like this in public and ron was grinning like an idiot, is she his girlfriend... maybe, i don't care, why should i care Hermione thought.
Harry looked at Hermione and saw her glare at ginny, with a fixed expression.
He elbowed her and she came out of her trance "Are you alright?" he asked concerned.
She shook her head "yeah... im fine, why?".
"Nothing, i thought you were glaring at her" he said and pointed to the beautiful red head girl, who was whispering something to Ron's ear, leaning on his shoulders.
"Of course not... why would I glare at a stranger, when I met them just now".
Hey, Guys... is everything alright?" ron asked smiling.
"Yep... no problem" hermione said and glared at the red head girl.
"This is Ginny, my little sister".
"Sister?" hermione asked kind of relieved and ginny asked angrily at the same time.
"Ron, I'm not little anymore" she smacked his head and went over to draco to give him a kiss.
Hermione sighed and looked back at harry who for some unknown reasons glared at Draco.
Now, hermione elbowed him "Why are you glaring at draco".
"I'm not glaring, I'm just seeing".
"Oh, is it... well we have been friends for 16 years now, i never saw you see someone like that".
"Oh, shut up mione".
"Hey guys... I'm Ron's sister, ginny weasley. I never saw you two before" ginny said looking at them.
"We are new here, joined just today" harry said.
"Wait... You are rons younger sister? How come you in college".
"Oh, i got scholarship when I'm in school passed a year ahead, since me and ron are same year... ron is quite jealous, I'm so brilliant then him".
"Oi, shut it" ron said and his ears went red in embarrassment.
They all spent the remaining time eating and talking about each other's class.
Hermione surprisingly saw ginny sitting in her class next period, they sat together, with luna, pansy and astoria greengrass, started to form a bond of girls friendship.
In the next class harry, ron and dean were sitting together for their maths class handled by professor Snape.
"I don't want any disturbance today... or else you will have to spend your entire evening in detention". Snape said and turned around to continue the class.
"So what's with malfoy?" Harry asked.
"What's with malfoy?" Ron replied.
"I mean, you were glaring at each other the entire time... but when ginny came to sit with you... Everything is normal and is he dating your sister".
"Well, yes... he is dating my sister and i don't like him".
"Why"
"Because his dad and my dad fight the entire time".
"I don't understand".
"We are neighbors harry and our dad's fight the entire time, so we fight".
"You...two...fight, because your dad's fight" harry said slowly, processing.
"Yeah, that's right".
"But then how ginny and him?".
Ron sighed "I don't know, the git only gives respect to her in our house and she for some unknown reasons started dating him, just before joining college... me neither my brothers didn't liked that".
"You have brothers?".
"Yeah... five".
"Five?" Harry asked and gasped.
"What five?" Someone said and they both looked up and saw snape standing there arms behind his back, glaring at them.
"Nothing sir, just some doubts in the subject".
"If you have some doubts potter, then you should have asked me, not out brainiac weasley, he is not the professor here" .
Ron's ears went red and harry looked down.
"Now potter and weasley are going to solve the sums for us... Let's welcome them, come on come forward don't be shy" he said and walked away, avoiding the pleading looks of ron and harry.
Harry and ron was walking back to their respective houses after the embarrassing class with Snape. They spent time going to some of the sweet shops after college. It was late night and they were crossing a bridge animatedly conversing, mocking snape comparing him with a crow.
"I can't believe you have five brothers?" Harry said excited.
Ron flushed embarrassed "Yeah... think my parents couldn't keep their hands off each other".
"I mean... You are so lucky, with six siblings and all..." he said sadly.
Ron noticed this and frowned "why don't you have any siblings?".
"Well, i have dudley my cousin and hermione... but they are not my real family, you see... my parents they... they died when I was five".
Ron's eyes become wide "Im sorry... Sorry harry, its my fault. I shouldn't have asked" he said quickly.
"It's alright ron... you don't know that" harry sighed.
"You envy me, but I envy you, you know. You are so lucky, a single child... Having siblings are like hell, you have to always fight for things with them. My parents don't even have time for me" he said and smirked sadly.
"Having dudley and Hermione around was nice, but they are not my real siblings, Hermione is best friend... but siblings share special bond you know... It's not like I'm not content with what I have, uncle vernon take care of me like his own son and aunt petunia is great... but, i don't know" he sighed.
"Hey... It's alright atleast we have each other" ron said smiling.
Harry felt happy all of a sudden "Yes... You are right".
They laughed and joked about their college mates on their way. They reached near Harry's home first, but stopped at Hermione's, stood outside.
"This is Hermione's house" harry said pointing at the very big expensive looking house where two bmw cars stood outside shining.
"And that one is mine" harry continued pointing at another house, where a sedan, audi and a BMW was outside.
Ron's ears suddenly went red "This are your house... so you two are rich".
"No... our parents are rich" harry joked, but frowned when he saw Ron's reaction.
"What happened mate, are you alright?".
"Yeah... It's just, i liked being friend with you two".
"So?".
"Umm... I'm not Rich. I heard rich guys prefer rich people, so just a fair warning".
Harry suddenly hugged ron "Mate...I never felt this much happy around anyone, even hermione... I'm not a douche bag to throw away this amazing bond we have, just because I'm rich... no I want to be your friend... That is you want to".
"I suggest you to stop watching so much sloppy romantic movies" ron said and chuckled.
"What you two doing tomorrow, you know weekend and all".
"Ah... we didn't planned yet, maybe see around the town".
"Ok if you want i can help with that, come to the weasley super market, just at the end of our college road... Tomorrow at...10 in morning, i will be working there".
"Ok" harry said beaming and started to walk inside Hermione's house.
"I thought that was your house" He asked narrowing his eyes.
"Yeah, it is... we talk to each other every evening... bye ron" harry said and they parted ways.
Harry walked into the Granger residence, there sat mr and mrs granger "Hi harry" they both said in unison and he responded back "Hello Granger's" he smiled and the cuddled couple in the couch and started walking upstairs.
Harry is the only guy they allowed to be with Hermione even in night times, her father is so protective of her.
"Hey mione" he said and sat beside Hermione in her bed, who was already sorrounded by tons of book.
She just nodded her head in acknowledgement.
He took the book away from her hand "Hey" she yelled.
"Seriously Hermione... You just been there for a day".
Hermione pouted her lips and sighed "okay... How was your day?"
"Oh... last class was so embarrassing and for your information i enjoyed the evening because i was with ron"
"Ron had with you".
"Yeah, we did and we talked about lot..."
Harry started explaining, that ron has six siblings, he works in supermarket, his insecurity about being poor and how they become so close in just a day".
"Ron works in supermarket... Where it is?" She asked curiously.
"Why?" Harry quirked an eyebrow.
"Wh...Why? Because you are not the only one who want friends you know" she said but her face went beet red.
"Whatever... he said we should visit him there tomorrow at 10 and he will help us explore the town".
They talked about the plans to go there and about the college, their new college friends, said bye and harry went to his house, reminding Hermione to be ready at morning to visit ron.
