Intro Motion
Base form is the two years time-skip clothing.
Entrance 1: Luffy pulls himself backward while grabbing onto a ledge stretching his arms, then he "Gum-Gum Rocket" cross the sky fast before landing on the ground. After the opponent first talk, Luffy gets up and enter his fighting stance.
Entrance 2: Luffy walks onto the battlefield with one hand on his signature straw hat. After the opponent talk, Luffy pound his right fist into the palm of his left hand.

Luffy: I'm Luffy, duh.

Luffy: You didn't eat a Flame-Flame Fruit?
Starfire: The fire is mine from birth.

Vixen: Even mythical animals too!

Wonder Woman, 1st:
Wonder Woman: Batman sends a child after me?
Luffy: Hey, I'm not a child, I'm a pirate!
Wonder Woman: Pirates are the scum of the earth.
2nd:
Wonder Woman: Your world has its own Amazon.
Luffy: Yeah, I'm a good friend with Hancock.
Wonder Woman: Clearly, she is a weak warrior.
3rd:
Luffy: Bat guy said you're no friend anymore.
Wonder Woman: Because he refuses to accept our justice.
Luffy: He also said not hold back against you.
4th:
Luffy: Time to put you down, Diana.
Wonder Woman: You think you're some sort of hero?
Luffy: Maybe not, but I'm doing this to help my friend.
Supermove
Gear Fourth, Bounce and Snake: Luffy screams before he punches the opponent in the face making him/her stumble back and Luffy charges in striking with his Gum-Gum Bazooka sending the opponent flying in the air. Luffy turns into his Gear Fourth Bounce Man flying after the opponent smashing him down with his Gum-Gum King Kong attack, the impact causes the opponent to bounce off the ground as Luffy is now seen in his Snake Man form and launched the Gum-Gum King Cobra sending the opponent crashing on the ground with a huge dust cloud explosion.
Victory Pose
Luffy smiles and reach to his back pocket to take out two pieces of large meat eating them whole before preparing a Gum-Gum pistol to punch the screen.
Ending
Man, and I thought I've seen everything throughout my adventures in the New World, but this "new" world is even freakier than I could ever imagine. *Image shows Luffy eating some food while Batman is having a conversation with him though the pirate boy doesn't seem to understand of what he said* So, this Bat guy said that I could help him show the world that heroes are still around to help others, but I'm a pirate though he said that I can still be one while being a pirate. Never thought of it that way. *Image shows Luffy is sailing the sea on his new ship along with his new crew: Harley, Shadow, Rex, Pyra, Mythra, Blue Beetle, Jotaro and Kimi too. *Anyway, I decided to continue my adventures by exploring this new world with my crew to see what amazing things we'll see all over the world, and then become this world's King of the Pirates! *Image shows Luffy and the crew exploring an unknown island, and they stumble upon an ancient ruin with some gold inside, and having a sudden encounter with the Shark King as well *Oh man, the others back on the Sunny are going to freak when I tell them about this world and the awesome friends I made here too!

Oh yeah, Luffy has made his pirate debut in the DC universe of the Injustice showing he likes to have fun and know when to kick some ass of the bad people who threaten his new friends.
