The small intimate wedding ceremony took place in Hôtel de Crillon, in Paris, France.

Edward, as promised, had informed me of our roles and what was expected of me. What it meant to be getting married, and what was going to happen after we were married.

We were surrounded by close family and friends, as we said 'I Do'. Promising loyalty, honest, and to be faithful to one another for the rest of our lives.

Sealed with a knee-weakening kiss.

The ceremony that followed was completely different.

"Now, comes the part where Edward and Isabella tattoo something on one another as a sign of commitment." Edwin announced.

Jasper and Emmett moved to walk with us as we made our way to walk through the double doors on the right side of the room.

Demitri was waiting for us as we walked in, finishing setting up some tools on a small circular table.

Jasper immediately turned and handed me a pair of gloves before telling me what to do.

I turned to stare up at Edward who nodded giving me an encouraging smile.

"You need to put a tattoo on me. It's tradition." He tells me.

I frowned, remembering when he told me about this earlier. "Something specific or anything?" I asked.

He looked at everyone, before motioning for them to leave the room. He then explained the heavy meaning of us tattooing each other.

The symbolism of commitment, trust, faith, and love to do this.

"But you don't have tattoos." I told him, eyeing him with concern.

He smiled, "I do. You just haven't seen them yet. But you will when you're ready." He told me.

I gave him a raised brow, "What will happen if I am never ready?" I asked, raising a brow at him.

He smiled, ruefully, "I will wait forever if I have to. You're worth the wait." He vowed.

I thought about it for a second, chewing on my bottom lip, before looking up at him, with hesitancy. "What do I need to write or draw?" I finally asked.

He smiled, "Whatever you want, dolcezza." He replied as he began to shrug off his coat, before slowly pulling off the bow tie, unbuttoning the shirt and sliding it off.

I gaped at the taut and well defined muscles of his abdomen, drinking him in as he turned, to hand the shirt and coat.

"Please don't look at me like that in public, principessa. I don't think I can control myself if you do." He said as he turned back to find me staring at me, stupidly. "You ready to start, dolcezza?" He finally asks.

I blinked and took a deep breath before nodding.

"Okay, first thing that you're going to do is shave the area you want to tattoo. Go in the direction of the hair growth." He instructed as he sat down on the black vinyl chair.

I nodded, as I took the razor, staring at the part I wanted to do, examining the hair growth for a second before taking the shaving cream and squirting a dollop in his chest, and rubbing it over his left peck.

I was glad for a second that my father had made me take calligraphy during my senior year in highschool.

I grab the alcohol soaked cotton napkin, disinfect the area, before shaving him carefully.

Once the area was prepped, I took a look at Edward. Holding back a gasp as I saw the trust in his eyes.

"Don't be scared." He breathed as I looked at the skin.

Without waiting, I took the utensil, and began to slowly place the quote on his skin.

I tried to be as careful and precise as I drew on his skin.

An hour and a half later, I stepped back, and looked up at him before grabbing the mirror to show him.

"Always on my mind." He whispers, smiling up at me as I lather the balm on his chest, before placing a gauze on it to cover it up.

I smiled, "Cheesy I know, but I figured it'd be more corny if I wrote 'You're the Mac to my Cheese'." I replied, smirking.

He chuckled, "True. Do you want something specific?" He asked me.

I nodded before showing him what I wanted him to write and where I wanted it.

He swallowed hard before nodding, "Okay, let's prep you, dolcezza." He said.

I nodded as I reached back to pull down the zipper in the back of my dress, and allowed it to pool at my feet. Revealing the silky white cami dress that I was wearing under.

He gapped at me for a second, before clearing his throat, and reaching over to hand me his coat, to cover up. "Here, put that on." He mumbled.

His green eyes sparkled with tenderness as he slowly began to work.

Whispering encouraging words to be as he slowly worked.

Stopping for breaks when the overwhelming feeling of his hands on me became too much.

By the time he finished the tattoo, the tension between us was palpable. The spot where he tattooed was a bit sore but I felt okay.

He held up the mirror showing me the tattoo, which caused me to smile. "Forever in my heart." I whispered, smiling as I noticed that he added a pair of hearts above to the word.

The tattoo was done in his handwriting, and I couldn't help but feel something inside me stir.

"You like it?" He asked me, quietly.

I nodded, "I do. Does this mean that we are officially married? Forever?" I asked.

He smiled, and nodded as he finished putting the balm, and gauze over it. "It does." He replied.

I nodded, before standing up, and sliding my dress back on carefully.

I felt goosebumps erupt as I felt his warm fingers touch my back as he helped me zip up.

"Is it too early to go to our room?" I asked, amused.

He snorted, "Yes, the reception only just started, our family and friends are waiting for us." He replied, as he pressed his lips onto my shoulder.

I sighed and nodded, as I turned to look at him, "Does my hair look okay?" I asked, timidly.

He gave me a sweet smile before nodding as he pulled everything back on.

"Come on, dolcezza. Let's get through this, then we'll have all the time in the world to get better acquainted." He told me as he took my hand and brought it up to his lips before smiling widely and turning to push the door open.

The moment we stepped into the room, the song I Wanna Be Yours by Arctic Monkeys began to play.

A smile grazed my face as Alice gave me a thumbs, and Rose winked at me.

Edward led me towards the dance floor, pulling me close as we twirled on the dance floor to that song.

His forehead touched mine as we stared up at each other.

As the song progressed, we felt the world disappear around us.

Then he mouthed the words of the song to me, and I smiled. Hands slowly sliding from the nape of his neck to the back, cupping his head as I mouthed the words back.

The song ended, changing to Iris by the Goo Goo Dolls, yet we continued to dance, never breaking eye contact as we did.

Eventually someone tapped on Edward's shoulder amused, causing us to step back.

"You know you can get her pregnant by looking at her like that." Heidi commented, amused.

Felix snorted and shook his head at her, before turning to look at Edward, "Can I cut in?" He asked, politely.

Edward nodded, immediately stepping back, giving me a small wink, before turning to dance with Heidi.

As they circled away, the music changed to a slightly upbeat rhythm, and more people joined us.

"Your parents would have been so happy for you. They always wanted to see you this happy." Felix told me, as we danced.

I nodded, swallowing hard. "Thank you, Felix." I whispered.

He nodded, "I'm sorry I failed to protect you. I didn't realize Endrizzi was going to be looking for you." He added.

I smiled, "Nobody knew he was going to be a psycho. Don't beat yourself up over spilled milk. I'm safe now, and that's all that matters." I reassured him.

He smiled at me in response before nodding, "You're right, this is a happy occasion. The last single female of the Savinellis is now married. This should be an epic party." He said before seeing my face, "Don't worry, the heads agreed that they'd attend a reception at a later date." He added, amused.

"I suppose that is the least we can do since they allowed us to get married on such short notice." I mumbled, flatly.

He smiled. "It is." He replies as Edward arrives and takes me back to his arms, spinning me away from Felix and spins me away from him.

I smirked up at him, "What was that?" I asked, amused.

"You looked like you needed help." He snipped, as Jasper and Alice moved around us, with Jasper smiling widely at her.

The song suddenly changes something else, causing me to laugh as Emmett suddenly grabs the microphone and begins to sing it off key with Jasper, who rushed to his side as soon as the song began.

"Oh Dio." Edward groans as he makes his way to them, shaking his head as he strides purposefully towards them, muttering in fast Italian as he did.

Before they could react, Edward disconnected the microphone and had Jasper and Emmett sitting on their asses.

"Oh, come on, Eddy, they were just having a little fun." Aro called amused from his seat.

"Then let them sing at your wedding. Not here. I'm not about to get kicked out because of them." Edward told them.

I held back my laughter as I made my way over to him, pulling him by the arm to me.

He was still angry, but I placed both of my hands on either side of his face, "Let them have fun. I want us all to have a nice time. To be happy before the shit storm." I told him, as he looked at me. "Come on, humor me, please?" I asked, jutting my lip out.

"Absolutely not." He replied tightly.

"I promise to make it worth your while." I finally offered, and winked.

A small smile pulled on his face, as his shoulders sagged. "Fine, but I want you at my side for the rest of the time we're here." He finally says.

I smiled, as I pulled his face down to mine, pressing my lips to his. "You've got yourself a deal, Massimo." I replied smiling.

He sighed before pulling one of my hands away from his face, and bringing it to his lips.
