Back at the garage...

Scratch heard the sound of Waldo coming from the back of the garage as he rolled up the ramp and went inside. He, Ace and a still miffed Revvit seemed to be working on some sort of scaffolding as Click-Clack, Ton-Ton and Dozer quietly watched nearby.

"A little tighter, Ace! Could use some extra torque." Waldo said to the wrenchtool, who was using her mouth to tighten a bolt at the base. Just then a washer nut came down from above, landing on the ground and rolling towards Click-Clack. "Revvit?"

The two looked up to Revvit, higher on the scaffolding as he screwed in a bolt with his tail to stop it from shaking. His face looked pissed. "What's YOUR problem?" Waldo asked from below.

"Ehh, he's still sore Ty wouldn't let him help carve up that tree." Ace told him.

"Now why in blazes would you want to do that?" Waldo asked this time.

"Because, I CAN!" Revvit snapped back, making Scratch wince from where he was as he watched.

Waldo noticed and called back up to the angry reptool. "You've lost it! The only normal ones here are me and Click-Clack!"

Right after he said that, Click-Clack came running from nearby. "Loose washer! Loose washer! S-SEEK COVER!" He missteps on the uneven floor and falls down, the washer nut from before rolling over and falling after him.

Waldo sighed. "Spoke to soon..."

The washer rolled right onto a dazed Click-Clack's nose, who yelped and jumped back from the harmless object. Just then, Ty came back into the room, carrying a chunk of ore in his mouth. "Lunchtime!" He dropped the chunk near Click-Clack, causing Click-Clack to yell and run off, the washer nut still following him.

Scratch's stomach gave a hungry wrrr from seeing the ore and went over as Ton-Ton and Dozer did the same, Ty grinning. "On the menu today is ore!"

"Great... such a diverse menu..." Scratch commented as he came over, taking a piece of ore and munching on it. While this ore stuff was pretty nice, he would be lying if he said he wasn't getting tired of eating the stuff every day.

Ty looked to Scratch. "I mean, it's what we need to keep going, right?"

Scratch huffed and took another piece, passing it to the reptools, Ace and Waldo thanking him. "In my world, we had MULTIPLE foods for that."

Ton-Ton looked to Scratch. "I mean, there ARE other types of ore, dude."

"Greeeeeat..." Scratch simply said, before leaning on the wall and staring outside, looking miffed.

Revvit noticed his attitude and relaxed a bit, crawling on the wall over to him. "You seem a little off, Scratch."

"And YOU haven't?" Scratch said coldly back, making Revvit look at him a little sadly.

Ty sighed, rolling over to him. "Rev, listen. I'm sorry about earlier, I really am. I just couldn't see-"

"Wait..." Scratch interrupted, looking around and realizing something. "Where's Skya?"

"Haven't seen her all day." Dozer replied.

This caused concern for Ty. "You mean... she's not back yet?"

Click-Clack ran across the floor yelling "AHH! I-It's gaining on me!" as the washer nut continued to chase him. The dinotrux glanced at him before resuming talking.

"Maybe Skya went ramp jumping?" Ton-Ton suggested.

"You just want to search all the ramps in the area, don't you?" Ty said expectantly.

"...maybe."

Scratch sighed. "Figures..."

Revvit saw his opportunity and jumped onto Ty, climbing up him to his metal snout. "I can look for Skya. I am familiar with her roaming patterns and will strategize my search accordingly."

"Thanks Rev, but we need to cover lots of ground, and fast." Ty said to him.

Revvit just looked at him unimpressed, and Scratch facepalm. "Not a good time, Ty..." He said to himself.

Ty went up next to the others. "Guys-"

Click-Clack went past yelling again and screaming for help, with the washer bolt somehow stuck on his tail. The dinotrux glanced at him again before Ty continued. "You mind scoping the woods for Skya?"

Click-Clack was now in the middle of the group, running around in circles and screaming "IT WON'T LET GOOOOOO!" as the washer bolt continued to stick to his tail.

"Happy to..." Dozer said, watching the scared reptool run around like a chicken with no head. "Cause watching this is starting to make me dizzy."

As Click-Clack kept screaming, Scratch got fed up and growled, making Click-Clack stop in his tracks when he saw Scratch staring at him. Before anyone could react, he made a sudden kick, and Click-Clack yelped at ducked down. Thankfully, Scratch was aiming for the washer bolt, and kicked it into a wall.

"THERE. OFF." Scratch barked at Click-Clack, before angrily rolling out of the garage.

The others watched him go in concern, Waldo commenting "...you best remind him to drink some oil tonight."

"Oh, don't worry. I'll make sure." Dozer promised gruffly, before following Scratch out, Ton-Ton behind him.

Back at the hole...

Skya desperately tried to get out, giving her hook a toss to try to cling onto the edge. It fell short though and clattered back down, so she retracted it, thinking.

"Okay... I'll give it the left hook!"

She put her plan into action and spun in place, before swooping her neck and letting her hook take off. It flung out of the hole and amazingly, managed to catch itself on a rock imbedded in the ground. Using the opportunity, Skya wasted no time in retracting the line and hauling herself up using the hook attached to the rock. It was a valiant effort that got her halfway up, but unfortunately, her weight was too heavy, and the rock started to give way from the ground, before snapping out, sending her tumbling back down onto her side, the rock falling down with her and hitting her other side.

Thankfully, she wasn't too hurt, but she did open her eyes once out of her daze and give an "Ouch." She managed to stand up, looking her the hole that lead to daylight.

"Uhg... this is the pits." She commented, desperately hoping the others would find her soon... and not end up in the same situation.

In the woods...

Scratch, Ton-Ton, and Dozer were on the move, desperately searching around and looking for Skya. They thought it would be kind of easy to spot a craneasaur like her, but they were having no luck, and kept calling to her desperately.

Ton-Ton couldn't help but jump some miniature rock ramps as he searched around, trying to get higher to see her. In one of his jumps though, he ended up flying straight into the V shaped branches of a tree, getting himself stuck. He looked back to Dozer. "Dude? Little help back here?"

Dozer looked up exasperated, sighing slightly. "Again?!"

Scratch, despite getting a slight headache from the yelling, couldn't help but snicker a bit at Ton-Ton's predicament. "Trees. They get you everytime... at least in Ton-Ton's case."

Begrudgingly, Dozer lowered his frill and rammed the tree, shaking Ton-Ton loose back onto the ground. Scratch went over to him. "You at least see anything up there?"

"Nope. Sorry dude."

Dozer then came up to them in annoyance, continuing to look around. "Maybe we should split up... you know, COVER MORE GROUND?"

Ton-Ton rolled up next to him. "Totally! You were slowing me down anyway." With a wrr and some dust Dozer had to shield himself from, Ton-Ton raced off.

Dozer growled and looked to Scratch. "If you wanna go make sure he doesn't get stuck again, be my guest."

"Yeah, I can do that. Watch you back, Dozer. Something's not right." Scratch replied, then drove after Ton-Ton, Dozer heading in another direction to keep up the search.

Scratch soon found Ton-Ton ramping off another small rock and calling out for Skya again, but before he could catch up to him, they both heard a faint voice. "Toooon-Toooon..."

They froze, looking to where the voice seemed to come from. "Huh?" Ton-Ton wondered, looking to the place where the voice called to him again, a strange noise and slight clattering of metal coming after as Ton-Ton rolled up.

"Dozer?" Ton-Ton called, before a sudden clattering of rocks caught his attention, and looked over in time to see them falling down. He started to get nervous, the voice calling his name again.

"Is that... Skya, are you messing with me?" Ton-Ton called out, Scratch watching from nearby and wondering how he got to THAT conclusion.

Suddenly a small rock came from out of nowhere and hit Ton-Ton's face. "Hey!" Ton-Ton said, before rolling in the direction of where the rock seemed to come from. Scratch followed, not liking this at all.

Heading slightly out of the forest, Ton-Ton froze and went wide-eyed at the huge rock jutting out of the ground he had found, Scratch coming up next to him. "Woah... hoh... look at that ramp, Scratch... It's like a dream!"

Scratch looked at the rock, admitting it WAS pretty big... which made him rather nervous, given the LAST time he had used a rock as a ramp. Ton-Ton continued to talk. "It's calling to me... and yes! I... will... ANSWER IT!"

Scratch looked straight to his crazy friend. "Ton-Ton, come on. We're meant to be looking for Skya."

Ton-Ton looked back. "Aww, come on dude! It's just a little ramp jumping! Heck, you can join me!"

Scratch looked terrified at that concept. "W-What? Uh... I'll pass..."

"Come on, Scratch! It'll be great!" Ton-Ton grabbed Scratch's leg with his mouth and tossed him into his flatbed, making Scratch yelp as he was flung in. As he rubbed his head in a slight daze, Ton-Ton revved his engine and sped towards the ramp.

Scratch went wide-eyed. "Ton-Ton, wait! NO!"

But Ton-Ton didn't listen, and cheered as he sped off the ramp and flew through the air, Scratch giving a yell as he held on for dear life. For just a brief moment, he actually enjoyed himself with Ton-Ton, feeling himself flying through the air... it felt like a dream... a dream he vaguely remembered last night...

However, that fun was shattered harder then a ming vase when the two looked down, and saw Ton-Ton's flight path was headed straight for a giant hole in the ground. "Hey, that's a hoOOOOOOOOOLE!" Ton-Ton yelled as he went flying straight inside. Scratch, in a desperate move to not join him, jumped from the flatbed to safety on the ground, crashing down and sliding on the rough ground to a stop.

But that crash was nowhere near as loud as Ton-Ton's when he hit the bottom, catching the attention of Dozer nearby. He skidded to a stop and looked to where the noise came from. "Ton-Ton?"

Silence only answered him, and Dozer called again. "Ton-Ton, is that-"

His call was interrupted by D-Structs, who jumped out from a nearby tree and roared at the dozeratops before looking to him. "SURPRISE!"

Dozer became pissed and pawed the ground with his metal claws, getting ready to charge the wrathful t-trux as he lowered his frill. "No... I have a surprised for YOU!"

"Bring it on!"

With that, Dozer went charging forward to face D-Structs.

Back at the pit...

Skya looked down at an upside Ton-Ton, who had suddenly dropped in and allowed her to explain to him what was going on.

"Heh, don't worry! D-Structs can't beat Dozer!" Ton-Ton assured her. "You know why? Cause Dozer is one tough trux! No WAY Dozer's falling in here!"

And of course, right after he said that, Dozer came yelling down the hole and crashed into the ground next to them.

"...oh REALLY?" Skya commented.

Ton-Ton flipped back over and looked to Dozer sadly. "Dude, I'm so disappointed in you."

Dozer looked to the opening of the hole in rage. "Rematch! I want a rematch!"

"Yeah, get in line." Skya shot back, also furious.

Dozer looked to her. "So what do we do NOW? Rust?"

"I don't rust. I plan." Skya said determinedly.

"Yes indeed! I am TOTALLY behind a plan!" Ton-Ton said excitedly.

"Great!" Said Dozer. "So what's our plan?"

...no one said anything... awkward.

"...not encouraging." Dozer commented.

At the top of the hole, D-Structs looked to Scratch, who was groaning in pain on the ground. He tried to stumble up as he looked at what he almost fell into. "Holey moley... oh god, I just made a pun."

D-Structs watch and grinned. As much as he was tempted to end Scratch's life here and now, he had to admit, he would be the PERFECT bait for his final target. He picked up the weak Scraptor in his mouth and plopped him next to the sinkhole, then went off to hide and prepare.

The three dinotrux inside saw him, Skya calling to him. "Scratch! You okay?"

"I... I don't know..." Scratch rubbed his head. "You?"

"We're stuck! What do you think?!" Dozer called back.

Scratch sighed, thinking. "...you think if we filled this up with water, you would be able to swim out?"

"And HOW do you propose to fill this up?"

"...wait for it to rain?"

Skya's sigh may as well have echo'd around the hole. "Even if this filled up with water, buddy, we can't SWIM. We're made of freaking METAL."

"Oh..." Scratch stared blankly down before his head went limp onto the ground, as he groaned in pain. The others looked at him concerned, both hoping Ty got here soon... and that he didn't.

Some time later at the garage...

"Grr... where IS everybody?!" Ty growled as he paced around. It had been hours since Dozer, Ton-Ton and Scratch went out looking to Skya, and none of them had returned, making him anxious.

Revvit, watching nearby, piped up. "For the record, I would've been back by now."

Ty went over to him. "Something MUST be wrong. Come on!"

Revvit jumped onto Ty's head, and the t-trux rolled out of the garage in search of the other dinotrux. Click-Clack came out from cover when they were gone and sat down on the rocky window. "Ahh, an empty shop. I can finally relax..." He smiled and took in the quiet atmosphere...

"BOO!" Ace jumped him from behind, making him yell and fall off the window with all his drill bits popping out in fright. "Heh."

Ace grinned as Click-Clack fell to the floor, his drill bits falling on his head as she and Waldo looked down to make sure he was alright. "Sorry, couldn't help myself!" Ace said, making Waldo look at her unimpressed. No wonder Click-Clack was nervous all the time...

Back in the forest...

Ty was on the move, desperately searching out his missing friends. He looked up, and noticed three all too familiar robo-birds circling the skies. "Scrapadactyls... That's not a good sign."

"I suggest you hurry!" Revvit told him, and Ty drove faster, praying nothing bad happened.

As Ty drove, he suddenly spotted Scratch in the distance, lying down and holding himself in pain. "SCRATCH!"

He started to rush forward, when Revvit looked down. "TY, STOP!"

"WHAT?!"

"I SAID STOP! NOW!"

Ty reluctantly stopped in his tracks, looking up at Revvit angry and confused. However, one look to where Revvit was looking, and he was suddenly glad he did. "Woah... sinkhole."

Not smelling anything suspicious yet, he started to move around the sinkhole to reach Scratch, when Revvit stopped him again. "Wait, go around the other side."

Ty stopped again. "What's wrong with this side?"

"It is unstable. You will fall in." Revvit explained.

Ty nodded. "Other side's good." He went around the opposite side of the sinkhole, and was about to reach Scratch when he happened to look down the hole and saw the others.

He turned to the hole and looked down. "Hey! Someone thrown a party and not tell me?"

Skya desperately called back. "Ty, get out of here! It's-"

But the warning came too late, and Revvit turned in see Ty had walked right into a trap. "D-Structs!"

D-Structs came charging at Ty, who quickly lowered his head to the ground. "Revvit, move!"

Revvit couldn't jump in time, and was thrown off when D-Structs smashed his head into Ty to push him into the hole. He slid and desperately clawed for the edge, but he fell and landed on a slope that went into the sinkhole's depths, and tried to climb back out.

Ty fought D-Structs's push and turned to him, his treads almost moving on top of Revvit, but he pushed back and smashed his ball into D-Structs's head. Ty then turned to his reptool buddy, trying to grab him with his mouth. "Rev! Hold on!"

But that was a bad idea, as Revvit saw. "Behind you!"

Ty turned but not quick enough. D-Structs's heavy ball smashed into Ty and sent him flying down into the hole, landing next to the other dinotrux. D-Structs smirked. "All too easy~"

Ty groaned as he looked up to the menacing t-trux. "Uhg, cheap shot, D-Structs!"

Revvit found himself sliding down the hole as well, unable to get a grip on the slope. Before he could fall all the way to certain death though, he was grabbed and hauled to safety by Scratch, who had manage to shoot a hand at him from his place on the ground, before putting HIM on the ground as D-Structs laughed at the stuck dinotrux.

"Thanks for the save, Scratch." Revvit thanked Scratch, who nodded and wobbled up, trying to shake off the daze, before stumbling back down. He obviously banged something when he hit the ground.

As Revvit worriedly looked him over, a (ch chh) came from behind him, and he found himself face to face with Scrap-It. "I've never scraped a reptool before~ OR a scraptor~"

Revvit scowled and looked back determindly. "And you are NOT going to start now!"

Scrap-It stared him down, twitching.

"Make your move..." Revvit changed drills and wrr'd it menacingly at the scraptool.

After a staredown between the two, with twiching from Scrap-It and wrring from Revvit, Scrap-It leaped at him. Revvit jumped away and aimed his tail at Scrap-It as he jumped again, giving him a blast of steam in his face. Scrap-It yelped and rubbed his glass eyes before D-Structs spoke up.

"Leave the reptool. What can he do? He's useless..."

Revvit looked shocked then angry at that statement. "Then you don't mind if I look over my friend for a moment?" He gestured to Scratch, still writhing in agony on the ground.

"Go ahead. I doubt he can do much, given his broken state." D-Structs smirked.

Revvit glared at him then went over to Scratch, unscrewing a panel on Scratch then checking inside, the scraptor wincing as he was examined. D-Structs sat back and watched, knowing the team was in the palm of his hand now. After all, what could these two POSSIBLY do?

...uhh... don't do drugs.

...yeah, not much to say this time. Just that I'm doing fine, and have a great rest of your day.

P.S. Thanks for the warm welcome back yo.

P.P.S. ...oh yeah, and I possibly have a fatty liver, so... there's THAT.
