In the Rider multiverse, there was a world called the World of Negatives. In this world, monsters hunted down humans and are able to become Dark Riders. And right now, they were led by the native version of Otoya Kurenai, aka Kamen Rider Dark Kiva. Since the last time Decade and his crew had come here, they delivered a blow to the Negatives faction. And a rebellion rose up whom struck back against the Negatives, which didn't sit well with Otoya.
But that is now a thing of the past, as Otoya looked over a group of rebels his men had captured. He looked at them in disgust. "You humans thought you could defy us forever? How naïve and pathetic. You humans are weak. You are not warriors, you are beasts of burden, slaves, workers…cattle!" He then turned towards a few rebellion members whom appeared human, but weren't. One of them was a man with blue hair, which hung in front of his left eye…or if the scar tissue barely peeking out from behind it, was his left eye. Another was a massive muscular man with an anchor tattoo and a shaven head. "And you…how dare you turn on the cause? How dare you fraternize with the human filth? You are traitors, and deserve to die alongside these filthy beings."
The two just glared at him, not giving him an answer. After all no matter what they said they wouldn't sway the vampire King. The blue haired man let out an annoyed buzz-like sound while the big man spat at him. Otoya merely looked annoyed. "I am wasting words on these insects. They need to be crushed. Whom would I give the chance to execute you?" Otoya said as he turned to his swarm of various footsoldiers and Dark Riders.
"Allow me, Sire. I have been the one to capture them, I want to finish the job." A Dark Rider having taken on the form of Kamen Rider Bujin Gaim, asked.
"Yes, I think you earned that right by bringing me the majority of the rebellion on a silver platter. Go ahead, slay each and every one of them." Otoya said with a grim smile.
Bujin Gaim drew their Dark Daidaimaru. They readied the blood orange slice-based sword, initiated a finisher on the driver, making it glow with energy…and then turned around, let out a huge crescent wave energy-like slash that took out no small amount of foot soldiers, killed one or two Dark Riders while wounding Otoya. The Dark Rider leader held his chest in pain. "What the hell are you doing? You struck your King!"
"You are not my king!" Bujin Gaim said as the voice had changed from the growling male to that of a female voice, which sounded spiteful.
"That voice…the Rebellion Leader Natsumi Hikari! Of course, I thought you had run off and left your fellow insects to die. It was your plan…But, how can an insect like you defeat Bujin Gaim and steal his powers? A human should be no match for them!" Otoya growled.
"I am no match for the Rider, but I was for the person behind it." The Natsumi, native to the world of Negatives said. "And today we end your dictatorship." She said as she snapped her fingers. The cuffs on the rebellion members fell apart, and they pulled out weapons the Dark Riders were sure weren't on them before. Among the evildoers' ranks, some other rebellion members threw off their disguises. The turncoat monsters part of the rebellion now were able to assume their true forms.
In a mirror effect, the blue haired man turned into a Raydragoon, but this one had a milky white, cracked eye and wielded a pair of blades. This was not an ordinary Raydragoon. The muscular man sported Fangire markings and turned into a Whale Fangire. He was a lot bigger then most Fangire, about the size of an Evolved Shiika Inves. He may appeared slightly comical with his round body and stubby arms and legs. But his size and the roar he let out, made you think twice, before he charged in like the behemoth he is, followed by the fellow Rebellion members.
"Wipe them all out…" Otoya said as he summoned his Kivat, whom bit down on him. "Obliterate…" Fangire markings crawled upon his skin as his Kivat roosted in his belt buckle. "Maim…" he transformed into Dark Kiva. "Destroy!" he roared in anger as he and his army headed towards the Rebellion. The clash was on.
Natsumi with her Bujin Gaim powers started mowing down footsoldiers with her Dark Daidaimaru and her Musou Saber. Cut down by the dozen as she showed her swordsmanship skills. Then a native version of Kamen Rider Sylphi rushed in, thrusting her halberd weapon forward but Natsumi blocked the thrust with her blades. As Sylphi lashed at her she kept avoiding each blow or blocking them. After a few clashes, she managed to catch the halberd tip with her blades, which she held in a scissor motion and then broke the tip of the weapon with a slash. Sylphi looked surprised but she growled as she fumbled with her Sengoku Driver and shot in the air, ready for a Rider kick.
Natsumi held her Dark Daidaimaru in front of her, blocking the Rider kick with her blade, before slashing the blade on her own Sengoku Driver. The Dark Daimaru glowed and Sylphi's Rider kick was countered and she was thrown off. The Dark Rider's foot was burnt off and was now a charred smoking stump. Natsumi caught the spear tip of Sylphi's severed weapon as it came down after being cut off earlier and flung upwards. With her glowing Daidaimaru she sent it flying forward, impaling Sylphi and making her explode. Then she headed for Dark Kiva, ready to finish him next.
The rebellion fought the army. They were well trained and used smarter tactics to counter the superior strength. Several of the Dark Rider's ranks had fallen into traps, like landmines the rebellion had planted, a wreckingball that came in and knocked them around, all that and more. Though the turncoat monsters among the rebellion didn't need that to bridge the gaps.
The Whale Fangire roared and despite being big and lumbering, as the Negatives crawled on his body, he just dropped on his back and rolled around to crush them. Then stomping on them with his massive feet or smashing them around with his huge tail. He at one point grabbed a Shocker Rider…and Hongo he was not as the whale tore him clean in half with his bare hands. He threw the pieces aside before roaring, slapping his huge belly with his hands as a sort of ritualistic war dance and charged in.
The one-eyed Raydragoon was slicing through footsoldiers with his own blades. Stabbing, slicing, cutting and dicing. He didn't bat an eye if they were his fellow Raydragoons. They chose to be monsters, he chose to be more then a monster. At one point a Dark Rider resembling Scissors came in and tried to lash with his claws, but the Raydragoon took to the sky. He dove down with his blade weapons, with Scissors catching it in his large clab claw…or at least one of them, as the other blade was still free to stab Scissors in his belt buckle. He sparked as he struggled to maintain his Rider form. Then the Raydragoon delivered a cross slash to destroy the Dark Rider, whom exploded spectacularly.
The Whale Fangire and One-Eyed Raydragoon gave each other a fist bump, quite an odd size due to their size differences. But they showed they were a good team. Whale Fangire used his tail to give the Raydragoon a boost so he shot forward with his arm blades and wiped out many a footsoldier herd.
Furthermore, Raydragoon pulled out a few small black sphered and threw it into the Whale Fangire mouth. Then the Whale Fangire shot a water spout from the top of his head, the objects he swallowed having scattered, and exploding on the footsoldiers. The Raydragoon landed on the Whale Fangire head and patted it lovingly, while the Whale Fangire closed his eyes in delight.
Natsumi charged at Dark Kiva, her weapons out, but he just brought out his Zanvat sword in one hand, and his other hand behind his back. He counted the strikes of Natsumi. Natsumi was skilled, sure, but Dark Kiva was on another level. She initiated a finisher on her driver, as Dark Kiva Initiated one with the Zanvat sword. His blades clashed with the Dark Daidaimaru and the Musou Saber, and the dark vampire King Rider's weapons shattered Natsumi's. However, the gun part of the Musou Saber's hilt was intact and Natsumi was able to shoot the Zanvat sword out of Dark Kiva's hands, only because she took him by surprise. The Musou Saber was slashed, but the broken part of the blade was still sharp and she charged forward to stab Dark Kiva.
Whom just caught the remnants of the blade between two fingers. He flicked his wrist to disarm her, his hand glowed and he struck Natsumi, shattering her armor, sending her flying back. She landed hard on the ground, but she managed to get up. She saw her Sengoku driver was busted though. This was bad. Dark Kiva laughed. "You think I would give my minions Rider powers if I didn't know they weren't able to overcome my own? There is a reason I remain in charge. You put up a good fight…insect. But it is time for you and your rebellion to die." Dark Kiva said. "They have a few neat tricks which allow them to get the drop of some of my minions, but the power difference will eventually creep up."
Natsumi was forced to admit that, as she saw that while a few Dark Rider and monsters were taken off guard, there were plenty left whom didn't fall for the same trick twice and from their sides causalities fell. She saw a few Mirror Monsters and Fangire devouring some rebellion members. But she didn't give up. She had to end it, to make sure the world was at peace. She grabbed a remote and pressed a button. Chains like those on a Fangire Hunter weapon shot from different places from across the battlefield and wrapped around Dark Kiva. "What?" the evil overlord declared before he got a huge amount of electricity shot through him to paralyze him.
"Duff! Ray! Now!" Natsumi said. The Whale Fangire and Raydragoon rushed in. The Whale Fangire held down the stunned king with his girth as the Raydragoon wedged his blades between the Kivat and the belt, and with some difficulty pry him from the belt. The Kivat was flung towards Natsumi, whom pulled out a gun and fired a bullet at it, piercing the eye of the evil bat creature, which drops dead. Dark Kiva's rider form fell and he returned to his human looking form.
Otoya was outraged. He grew Fangire markings as a dark red aura engulfed him and knocked the Whale Fangire and the Raydragoon back. They Raydragoons wings were crumpled and he was covered in burns. The massive Whale Fangire had a crack on the forehead of his glass-like body, and leaked a liquid resembling molten glass. The two moaned in pain and raised their arms to reach out to each other, but they lost consciousness.
Otoya…no, the Fangire King whom had taken on the name and looks of the native version, assumed his true form, that of the Violin Bug Fangire, the Fangire King form the World of Negatives. He held a violin made out of the same stained glass-like material as him, and a violin bow that also doubled as a blade. "You think Dark Kiva was a crutch? I'm the Fangire King, I am powerful even without it. Now, you wished you had died, because I am going to draw out your pain and suffering before I eat your soul!" he put the bow on the violin, played a tune, and with a final note a crescent energy wave shot towards Natsumi. No one around would be able to reach her in time, either taken out or busy fighting. Natsumi closed her eyes and accepted her fate. She said sorry to the people whom died, whom she couldn't avenge.
However, there was a flash of white and purple that appeared in front of her, and with a slash dispersed the energy wave. Natsumi looked up to see something resembling Kamen Rider Kiva, but feminine, with white and purple, and holdier a rapier. "Who…who are you? Thanks for saving me but…who are you?"
"I'm an old friend." Natsumi was surprised to hear her own voice coming from the savior.
"You're me…the other me whom travels with Decade." Natsumi of the World of Negatives said.
"That's right. Sorry it took a while to return. Dai-Shocker kept us busy. But right now the remnants have reduced to a point we could spare someone to help out. And I decided it was going to be me. I apologize for the delay, but I promise I will fight for this world, and for any world that needs help." The Kivala Natsume said.
Natsumi couldn't blame her counterpart. She had responsibilities like she had responsibilities as the leader of the Rebellion. "Thank you, other me."
"Blasmphemy! Whom dares to defy the King of Fangires, the Lord of the Dark Riders, the ruler, the god of this world?" the Violin Bug Fangire growled.
"I am Kamen Rider Kivala! Protector of the Multiverse, defeater of the Destroyer of Worlds, and I am the end of you and everything in your power." Kamen Rider Kivala introduced herself.
"Lies, propaganda, folklore, there is no such thing as a defeater of destroyers, there is no being that is above me!" the Violin Bug Fangire growled. Clearly has gotten worse in terms of ego since the last time she met him. "I'll show you what real power is!" He gathered dark energy in his hand and shot it at the dead Kivat Bat, and in a swirl of energy it transforms into a clone of Dark Kiva, just without someone in the suit and on auto-pilot.
"Want to help me to even the odds?" Kivala-Natsumi asked the World of Negative (WoN) Natsumi.
"I don't have my Rider powers anymore, how can I help defeat them?" WoN Natsumi asked.
Kivala-Natsumi pulled out something that resembled a cross between a DecaDriver, and a Duel Disc from the Yugioh Franchise, where the platform segment for the cards was more blade like. "Before I gained the power of Kivala, I was commissioning something for myself. I didn't get to use it, but I can trust the powers to someone else. And I can trust myself, can I?"
WoN Natsumi took the device with a smile and put it on her arm. She drew a card from the deck on the arm, and pit it in the driver part of her transformation device. "Henshin!"
"Kamen Ride! Solstice!" A sun projection appeared behind WoN Natsumi. The sun's 'rays' were projections of her suit, arranged around the sun in a circle. The projections turned washing over WoN Natsumi one by one until they have merged into a suit for her. It looked like a feminine version of Decade's undersuit. The sun then attached to the chest and makes sun-themed armor.
The Dark Kiva charged at Solstice while the Violin Bug Fangire charges in at Kivala.
Solstice pulled out a card and put it in the Driver. "Attack Ride! Slash!" and the blade on the side of the driver moved into the front like a sword. Dark Kiva pulled out the Zanvat sword again and the blades started clashing. But this time she was able to keep up with the moves of Dark Kiva. "Attack Ride! Blast!" the Blade moved aside again as she fired away and Dark Kiva was hit by the projectiles and knocked back.
"Kamen Ride! Tackle!" Solstice put another card in and transforms into Kamen Rider Tackle. She turns into the ladybug-themed Rider from the Showa era, only with her driver on the wrist. In this form she sped up and surrounded herself with electricity. She charged into Dark Kiva, whom held up his Zanvat Sword in defense, but the electricity radiating off Solstice Tackle started to shock him. She then shot upwards gathered electricity in the blade part of her driver and slashed Dark Kiva vertically.
Dark Kiva stumbled back and held his chest in pain. He growled as he punched the ground, creating a shockwave, which Solstice avoided by using her speed as Tackle. She then took out another card. "Kamen Ride! Femme!" "Attack Ride! Wingslasher!" Solstice turned into Kamen Rider Femme, now holding the Wingvisor and Winglashes in her arm and flew towards Dark Kiva, feathers behind her as she slashed with the weapons of Femme and the blade on her Driver weapon. It left gashes on Dark Kiva's armor and tattered his cape.
She turned back to normal as she put another card in her Driver. "Final Attack Ride! S-S-Solstice!" a sun projection appeared behind her as she jumped up. Dark Kiva covered his face with his hands as he didn't like the sun. The sun's energy converged on her foot, and then she shot forward and downward, a blazing sun-powered Rider kick connecting with Dark Kiva's belt buckle, the now-undead Kivat powering the construct. The heat and light vaporized him as the construct exploded. Solstice landed gracefully.
Kivala and the Violin Bug Fangire shot at each other at great speeds, zooming over the battlefield and bouncing off each other multiple time before they landed. The Violin Bug Fangire played another tune on his violin and sent out crescent energy shapes. Kivala shot forwards, jumping up and twisting her body between the slashes to avoid being hit. She then struck with her thumb in a spot on his neck. She felt relieved when the Violin Bug Fangire Started laughing. Not so much when he stopped. "That doesn't work on me. My Fangire biology is different from humans." He then back swats her with his violin.
She was knocked back and rolled across the ground, but she got up. She readied her saber. "Sonic Stab!" Kivala deploys wings of light from her back and flies toward the enemy at high speeds before slashing them. Or that was the plan before the violin weapon of the Violin Bug Fangire blocked. It still slightly cracked as energy emanated from it. The bow of the Violin Bug Fangire glowed as he slashed her and sent her flying. He then shot out several energy bats at her, which exploded upon her.
"Heh, heh, heh! You defeated the Destroyer…or is it rather that he let you destroy him. He didn't want to fight his dear friend. You didn't earn that victory, you are a fake Queen. A fake Kiva. I am a real Fangire, a real King, I am real." The Violin Bug Fangire said.
Kivala growled as she got up, using her Kivala Saber as a crutch to help her get up. "You know nothing. Even if he threw the fight, I still ended the rampage, I still continued to travel the multiverse and fight, and I defeated many evils in my own right."
"But how many could measure up against a Fangire King?" the Violin Bug Fangire asked. Kivala didn't answer. Because deep down she knew that the Violin Bug Fangire is much stronger than any foe she herself had faced. Many foes were on the level of high ranked strong commanders, but none had the strength of a 'final boss' villain like the Fangire King. "Part of me thinks its admirable you try so hard, but I mostly think it's pathetic, to the point of it not being funny. Though I may laugh anyways."
"Kiva-La, undo the limiters." She told her Kivat-bat on her belt.
"Are you sure? If I do that, you no longer will be human. You'll become a Fangire." The little white bat asked.
"So are the Fangires in the rebellion…they were brave and kind. And Tsukasa isn't human either, no matter how much his appearance may suggest otherwise. And he manages to become a hero and a Rider. Becoming a Fangire won't change whom I am. I just need the power to defeat him, to save this world to save all worlds. I can't become the hero I work hard to be, if I keep holding back." Natsumi said.
The Bat nodded. "I understand. You are really brave, Natsumi. Don't let that jerk get under your skin." She flew off the belt and her small cutesy heart-shaped lips parted wider then they have before, baring her fangs. "Gabu!" she said as she bit down on her mistress' wrist.
It was both painful and pleasant…which made her wonder if it was a kink or a side effect. It felt like someone pumped hot molten glass in her veins. She felt heat up but she also felt cold at the same time. Her senses started to go haywire. Her hearing, her smell, it became much stronger. She also saw the world differently, every living being, she could sense, see, the life energy inside them, pulsing and looking appetizing. She felt the flow of energy in the environment, life energy, magic, cosmic, all sorts of it. She felt like the secrets of the universe were opened to her in those few moments. She let out a roar. Suddenly glass-like fangs appeared across the battlefield and started piercing the necks of the evil Footsoldiers and Riders. They dropped down, turning to glass and shattering, cutting that whole army in half with her feeding frenzy. She wiped her mouthplate, where her lips were supposed to be. Kiva-La inserted herself back into her belt.
"What was that?" the Fangire King wondered. And he sounded worried for the first time. He senses that Kivala was moderately powerful, but not as powerful as him. But now, her energy…a part of him didn't know if he could handle her, even if his ego would suppress that part shortly after.
"The birth of a new Queen…bow before me!" Kivala said in a dark, seductive tone. Demanding respect, but not sounding tyrannical. And everyone in the rebellion suddenly felt like bowing down before her…and a few wondering if she'd step on them.
Somewhere else in this world of Negatives, a forgotten castle stirred. It was grey and covered in rock, vegetations and dust. But suddenly it glowed and became a brilliant white with red and purple as the filth and growths vanished, restored to lustrous beauty. As more of the dirt vanished, limbs appeared on the palace. Scaly clawed limbs, with a tail and bat-like wings. Before being joined by a long neck with a dragon head, white and purple with red eyes. Palace Doran had reawakened as she roared to the heavens.
Inside the Palace, in three chambers something stirred to life, by lack of a better term. As the rest of the palace cleared of dust, vermin (whose life force were absorbed) and cobwebs, restored to its glorious beauty befitting of a luxury palace. The first chamber held a single painting, and the whole room was covered in green dried, ectoplasmic slime; As it washed away the painting came to life as its content escaped it. A woman in white ethereal robes floated off the ground, slightly transparent. Long white hair flowed from under her hood in bangs, her eyes hidden behind the shadows the hood cast. Her skin was pale and silvery, with a darker silver for her lips and freckles. She wielded a scythe and she was slightly transparent. "Palace Doran has awakened, and so have we…"
A room that was frozen all over, thawed as it became filled with water. The room was a huge aquarium and inside something stirred to life after having been frozen for eons. She appeared mermaid-like and she had the beauty of one, but she was also scary. She had a wide grin with shark-like teeth, grayish blue skin, the fish tail was that of a great white shark. She had gills on her neck, fin-like ears, long hair that flowed from her head to her lower back, dark green like seaweed. Her eyes were yellow but the pupil expanded until the black overtook her eyes. She had webbed hands with claws as she purred: "The Queen has returned."
Another room was covered with more cobwebs and dust…in fact most of that dust was sand. The sand blew away and the room became clean as a sarcophagus became visible, of solid gold. The top shot open as something crawled out. It was like a bunch of sentient bandages whom have shaped themselves into the form of a tall endowed woman. Black bandages flowed from her head in the shape of a Cleopatra hairstyle and her face was a golden mask with Egyptian eyes painted on. She also had golden braces, chest armor and anklets decorated with hieryglyphics and robes on her lower body. She stretched out like she took a really long nap. Behind her mask she blinked. "Oh?"
The Violin Bug Fangire refused to give in and charged up more energy blasts with her violin. However, instead of doing an incredible acrobatic feat like earlier, she flash-stepped the blasts. One second she was there, and then all of a sudden she was all up into Violin Bug Fangire's face. He held out his violin to block her blow again but now the instrument shattered. He gritted his teeth but he lashed with his bow, but she just leaned to the side, to dodge the swipes. With the last swipes she sunk into the ground, or rather into her own shadow. The Fangire King gulped and looked around to where she could be. From his own shadow a tall feminine shadowy figure with large black wings rose up and red Kivala visor-like eyes rose up. As the Fangire turned around, she swats the Fangire King aside and now was sent flying like he did to her earlier. Then the shadowy being bounched, a mouth with fangs visible in her shadowy form.
The Violin Bug Fangire grabbed one of his nearby minions and threw him to her, causing her to bite down on him and drain him as the King tried to escape. But Kivala split into a swarm of bats and swarmed him. They lifted him up while clawing and biting, smash him into buildings before dropping him to the ground from great height. The Fangire King crawled up, in disbelief. "How…"
"I told you I would be your greatest nightmare." Kivala said, returning to her normal Rider form. "You will no longer plague the people of this world. I will end you and your reign."
"No! I will not let you take away what I worked so hard for!" the Fangire King snapped his fingers and a dozen Sabbaths snapped into existence. "I will destroy you and all the other humans and traitors, even if it's the last thing you do."
The Sabbaths were ready to fire away to wipe out the rebellion, and didn't care about friendly fire. However, a stream of purple fire came out and started wiping out the Sabbaths, shattering them. The clumps of energy that was left of them then vanished in the maws of a white and purple dragon. Palace Doran flew around and blasted Sabbaths and gobbled up their souls. Three streaks jumped out of the castle.
The ghostly woman bared her scythe as she slashed away at the evil minions. They didn't get cleaved in half, but upon the scythe going through them, their souls were sucked out of their bodies into her.
The shark mermaid woman swam through the ground like water. As the fin traveled across the ground, she only sank shortly before she reached one of the dark minions, whom were pulled underground trashing and screaming as they were devoured. With the next one she leapt out, bit one down and dragged them down into the depths.
Cleo tilted her head as she looked around. Then several bandages shot out from her body and wrapped around evil minions, their energy being sucked out and being drained into her. After she was done with them she threw them aside, like the empty husks they are.
"Iele of the Ghost Race…" the ghostly woman said as she bowed to Kivala.
"Amphitrite of the Mermaid Race…" the shark mermaid woman did the same.
"Cleo of the Legendorga…" the mummy woman said.
"Are here to serve you once more, my Queen." The three said.
"Huh? Should I know you from somewhere? I feel like I should but I can't put my finger on it…" Kivala noted.
"You do, but right now not consciously." Iele explained. Her voice was soothing, soft and ethereal.
"Eh, should return soon enough. Just trust us, we're allies." Amphitrite added, scratching her chin.
"You can feel it in your heart we can be trusted. We want to help." Cleo bounced a bit, in an excitable way.
"I feel it…" Kivala noted. "Help the rebellion overcome the evil Fangire King's army."
"Aye-aye, ma'am!" the three saluted before they spread out and continued to fight.
Kivala turned back to the Fangire King. "And now we finish it." She said as she charged in. Her blade clashed with the Fangire King's violin bow/sword weapon and now he was barely keeping up with her, all attacks blocked or parried. After he gave another thrust, her faceplate gave away to show her mouth, fangs read, and she bit down on the weapon, and shattered it with the sheer strength of her biting force. The Violin Bug Fangire didn't give up and gathered energy in his hands, floated up in the sky. From the huge energy ball he gathered smaller bits shot off towards the ground below, prepared to nuke everything in sight.
Solstice projected a giant Wing Shield using the form of Femme, Iele spun her scythe above her, Amphitrite created a bubble of water, and Cleo stretched her bandages across the battlefield, shielding the rebellion members from the blast, but not giving the courtesy to the Fangire King's minions. Those were only a few of the blasts, btu the majority were blocked when Kivala projected energy bats that intercepted the blasts. And when they did, they didn't stop as they reached the Violin Bug Fangire. Four of the bats grabbed his limbs and started to tug, the Violin Bug Fangire screaming out in pain as he was nearly pulled apart like a wishbone.
"The Finisher!" she said as she put the pommel of her Kivala Saber in Kiva-La's mouth.
"Wake up!" Kiva-La shouted, the little bat biting the sword. A pair of shadowy wings spouted from Natsumi's back as she jumped upwards, took flight and threw her blade up. She engulfed her foot in purple energy, then kicked the sword at the Violin Bug Fangire, the projectile shooting towards him and piercing his chest.
"I…am supposed…to be…the GOD KING OF FANGIRE!" before he exploded, and the sound of shattering glass was heard. His soul flew out, but it ended up a snack of Castle Doran.
The Dark Riders were afraid, their leader has been defeated. Right now they were without a leader, and they wouldn't be able to stand up to the rebellion for much longer. They tried to run for it, but their escape was blocked by Kamen Rider Kivala, whom floated in front of them, wings outstretched. "None of you escape…" she said. They tried another direction but the three monster girls popped up. They tried to turn back but find Solstice. And back from where they came, Ray and Duff had woken up and the massive cetacean-themed Fangire and the dragonfly Mirror Monster looked at them menacingly. They decided to lay down their weapons and belts and raise their hands in surrender.
The war for the World of Negatives was won.

"I remember the 'before'." Natsumi said to somemone. That someone happened to be Amaterasu, a female Rider goddess of the light, and antithesis to the Great Leader and avatar of Darkness. And the person whom guided her and Tsukasa in the aftermath of their series of adventures.
"With the 'before', you mean…" Amaterasu said, knowing the answer but asking her to be sure.
"That before me and Decade even parted on our way through the multiverse…like he was created as the Great Leader and champion of the dark, how I came to be as a champion of the light. That we fought, and in the aftermath lost our powers and memories." She droned. "And we ended up in another world. A world I thought was my home. Why wasn't I told? Does Tsukasa know? If he remembers, why didn't he tell me?"
"He knew and he asked me the same questions." Amaterasu said. "You must know that as a being of light, I oppose malice actively. It is not a choice, it's my nature. I can't go against it. But you mortals can choose good and evil, even powerful ones like you and Decade. In the aftermath of the fight, both of you had lost it all. And I could restore your memories, but…you both had a choice. Tsukasa, created for evil knew nothing else, so I wanted to see if he existed somewhere without that baggage, his own choices instead of Dai-Shocker's. And you…while you were a champion for the light, that was your intended purpose. But you already gave so much…I wanted to give that same choice."
"My memories…" Natsumi noted.
"A few I'd have given you and Tsukasa. Not suggestions of what to choose, just…what you needed to fit in the new world. And some other people given memories of you two. Including a kind old man whom already lost his daughter, son and granddaughter." Amaterasu explained.
Natsumi was stone-faced, didn't want to show emotions. She may have suspected her grandfather to not be biological but just a kind old man whom took her in. She didn't have parents after all. But it never mattered. It still shook her that it was being laid out before her. "How would you know I would thrive in this world? And you thought it was the best idea?"
"There may be some gray area, I must admit." Amaterasu said. "But freedom of choice I feel is important. How could I ask you to give up more when you already gave it all? You deserved a chance to get away. If it didn't work out, I could still find you another home. But you grew in ways I didn't imagine. You found friends, you found purpose, you found…" Amaterasu stopped. She didn't want to spoil on how Tsukasa has the ring in his pocket but didn't know the right moment to ask yet. "A crew."
"Yet I still ended up a champion of the Multiverse." Natsumi noted.
"Yes, but it was your choice this time. You chose to be good. You chose to be a warrior, you chose to become Kivala again, to save someone dear to you, and the multiverse and you haven't given up that power. It's one thing to come into being with a purpose, but it is much better to get to decide it yourself." Amaterasu said.
Natsumi had been weary. But in the end, the fact that it was her own choice despite everything eased her up a bit. "Tsukasa?" she asked.
"Had regained his memories ever since Dai-Shocker reinstated him briefly as a Great Leader again. But he didn't want to burden you. Like me he thought that the choice would need to be up to you, and the truth for you to figure out. And maybe he thought that if you regained those memories, you'd leave him." Amaterasu said. "For all his confidence, like all humans, he has his insecurities."
"I would never leave him." Natsumi said. She would give a bollocking about him keeping quiet later but she would never turn her back on him. Tsukasa was an important part of her life. "But things have become more complicated.
"Only if you make them complicated. You saved a world, you gained the adoration of the masses, and you will continue to be a hero, and you continue to be among friends. Isn't that enough?" Amaterasu asked.
"You're right, it is." Natsumi said. Things change, nothing stops that. But that means more things also stay the same. "Thanks for answering my questions."
"You're welcome. Enjoy your life. Because there will be threats that make the Fangire King of that world look like a spec of dust. You will become stronger and will handle any threat, but none of it is easy. Not because it's destiny but because I know you won't stop fighting if it means protecting the good people of the Multiverse."
"Life's never easy." Natsumi said. She knew that now Castle Doran is in her possession again, and had incorporated the Hikari Studio into it. And right now she also had a crew of Arms Monsters plus a few of the World of Negatives' natives among her new crew. Well, it was not like she, Tsukasa and Yusuke could keep doing it on their own, the multiverse was vast. And Daiki is only occasionally aligned with them if he gets something out of it. But because it was different and new, didn't mean she didn't get to be excited.

Palace Doran floated in the space between dimensions, waiting for the next universe to travel to that needs their help. The Natsumi of the World of Negatives has decided to become part of her counterpart's crew, alongside Duff and Ray. But right now she was on her own, looking from on top of a balcony. "Enjoying the view." WoN Natsumi was joined by her counterpart. "It's beautiful isn't it? Normally we travel between dimensions so fast we don't get to see the in-between."
Both Natsumis looked at the void around them, which had beautiful displays of color and shifted around them. "Yes, it is." WoN Natsumi said. "I'm glad to see it."
"All of these are due to multiple universes out there. Count as high as you can and increase that a billionfold, still only a fraction of worlds out there." Kivala Natsumi said. "I'm glad you joined but…will you miss your world?"
"Nothing left there. My friends and family dead and impersonated by Dark Riders, whom are also dead. I need a new start." She said. Our Natsumi could relate to that.
"You were the head of the Rebellion for a long time…was unexpected that after the job was done you wouldn't stay." Kivala Natsumi said.
"I know how to plan a war, I know how to rebuild but I can't run my world, I can't be its Queen." WoN Natsumi replied.
"They both asked us to be queens. And worst is I'll have to check into that world once in a while. And I'm sure they'll badger us until one of us gives in." Kivala Natsumi said. "A queen, I mean, if they're going to ask that for every world we travel to…"
"I think you'd be more qualified then me." WoN Natsumi said. "Don't ask me why…I just know."
"As if that'd ever happen." Kivala Natsumi said with a chuckle. "Aside working beside me, any ambitions of your own, Natsumi."
"The name 'Natsumi' does no longer fit me. That girl is dead, killed in the war alongside her loved ones. There was only the Rebellion leader. Besides you deserve the name more. I needed your help to win in the end. Some leader I was."
"No, you did great. You had a great plan. It's just that no plan survives contact with the enemy. You still were essential in turning it all around, and there was a reason I chose you to fight beside me and it was not because you are a counterpart." Kivala Natsumi said.
"Then what does that make me to you?" WoN Natsumi asked.
"What you want to be. Now to me, it'll be like having a sister." Kivala Natsumi said. "But you don't have to do the same."
"Actually that sounds good. Don't have a family left. Would be nice to be part of one again. But I still need a new name…call me Tsume."
"All right Tsume, welcome to the family." Natsumi said as she hugged her counterpart and welcomed her in the family. Both felt a sense of relief.
There was a burst of purple light and an image appeared in front of them. It was Palace Doran, whom could project her consciousness in a certain form to better communicate with her mistress and tenants. IN her case it was the case of a humanoid purple and white anthro dragon waifu. Of course she was well endowed. She had armor on her upper body that was shaped like the castle she held on her back. "My Queen, there is an emergency in the World of Gaim, and they are asking for help."
"You don't have to call me Queen." Natsumi sighed. She had said it about a hundred times but it seems Doran and the Arms monsters didn't seem to register. "Anyhow, set course, Dori."
"At once, my Queen." Palace Doran said as her projection vanished.
"Well, it seems we'll be up for another adventure." Natsumi said. "Care to be part of this one?"
"Lead the way, sis." Tsume said as she put her Driver on her arm. They would go back inside. There, the Arms Monsters, Decade, Kuuga, DiEnd, Duff and Ray would wait alongside her, ready to jump in the new adventure.

Natsumi Hikari, Queen of the Rider Multiverse, Kamen Rider Kivala, fiancée of Decade aka the Destroyer King. She looked around her. A throne room that wasn't originally there inside Palace Doran, but the Palace wasn't as much a building as a piece of space time that can shape itself according to her wishes and needs. Marble with gold accents, decorations of angelic bat gargoyles, stained glass windows and tapestries displaying her adventures and achievements. Bat iconography was everywhere.
Aside her close friends, Grandfather and adopted sister, the Palace housed many more. A tribe of Kivat Bats and Kukulcans at her command, and a staff and crew, guards and all which consisted of various species and beings from across the multiverse, either having been offered a spot, offered their services, or having been saved by Natsumi and her friends and staying with her out of loyalty. Humans, sentient robots, mutants, magical beings, exotic beasts, every species you can think of.
As she thought back on the time when she made a comment with her then-newly adopted sister.
"A queen, I mean, if they're going to ask that for every world we travel to…"
"As if that'd ever happen."
She chuckled at what she said in hindsight. In the end it seems the universes she saved wanted her to be her queen. Ever since unlocking her full power she has become one of the most powerful Riders out there, maybe the most powerful but she would still debate that. The price of competence and adoration, people follow you. Even trying to install a ruling body in the worlds she saved so they didn't need her to lead resulted in said ruling body to elect her queen. In the end she found it unavoidable and took the job.
She was adored by the universes whom pledged to her. It was hard work. Despite her crew, she still needed to fight a lot of evil threats and like Amaterasu said they made the Fangire King look like nothing. But she still overcame those problems. She regained the full arsenal of Kivala during her travels across the multiverse, and her own Tatsu-la has also been returned to her. And if dealing with evil threats, it is a lot of hard work to manage many universes. Luckily being in the in-between of spacetime where you literally have all the time in the world tends to help to manage. And it was others giving her confidence and supporting her that allow her to grow into it.
While it was a difficult job, an involved job…It was her job, because she chose it. And she was happy she did.
"Why are you smiling?" Tsukasa had asked.
"Oh, just reminiscing about the past." She replied.
Inspired by the works of Ri2 whom had portrayed Natsumi HIkari/Kamen Rider Kivala as a multiversal queen. Count on that guy to update female Riders into more badass waifus.
With his permission using a similar concept for my version of Natsumi. And an original concept for the World of Negatives Natsumi.
The New Arms Monsters, are my own, based on other Demon Races taht were seen or mentioned in extra material from Kiva.
Amaterasu based on a deity of the same name from the Kamen Rider Spirits manga
And I don't know why I put focus on the WHale Fangire and Raydragoon but whatever.
