A/N: The fact that this is the last chapter for Episode Three and it's also the thirtieth chapter scratches something right in my brain for me. I am a fan. However, this episode in the game doesn't contain the angsty short chapters that the last two did but it did have a 'Coming Up Next…." thing so what is in this chapter might be repeated to a point in later chapters.

"Batman, the Children of Arkham, the Penguin….Doesn't Gotham already have enough deranged criminals terrorizing its streets?"
That smug bastard looks a little too comfortable in his new office.
"I believe that Gotham's citizens deserve to be safe. That they deserve to be protected."
He's spent more years guarding and protecting the members of this house than he's spent doing anything else. He'll be damned if he lets anything happen to it while his son is unjustly locked away.
"Even if that means I have to do it myself."
There was one time that the older man was considered to be a second father but he stands between us and our goal.
"With the Children of Arkham out in full force, we need him now more than ever. Where is Batman?"
He's coming, Gotham. He'll be there soon. He's trying.

A/N: I don't like this chapter as much as the other episode ends (chapters 10 and 18) but I had to improvise. Again, these snippets will end up being flushed out later on as this was a teaser for the upcoming episode rather than what they've done for the last two episodes.
