Chapter 9
"What do you mean we can't attack now?"
I asked Olga in confusion. A month has passed since my operation and I had done plenty of projects at the time.
The GM army is now ready. Equipped with their staple weapons with added Unicorn armor platings against magic users, they are now ready for deployment.
The Whitebase ship is also up and running after some modifications. Due to the lack of crew personnel, I instead opted to convert most of the ship's main system to Psycho-Frames so I could control it by myself.
My credits are now running low but the cost is worth it after its first test flight.
Finding out that our world is twice bigger than earth was a big discovery.
Olga and Chloe sure do like the view in space.
Packing up all our belongings, Olga decided to live in space as of now to avoid sight.
I don't know what she meant by that.
But I'm confused by the rejection of my proposal of attack.
We are prepared for war.
" I appreciate your efforts these past months, Mika but you don't understandWho is our enemy?" Olga said as she sipped on her wine.
Currently, we are in the dining room of the ship for dinner.
My DG infected body or DG body no longer requires nourishment due to the cells adapting and using whatever chemicals in the air, from oxygen to carbon dioxide, it would all be used for energy.
This is just courtesy and Chloe insisted.
Chloe meanwhile has become clingy and assertive for these past months by my observations. Too many times I found myself being pulled away from my work by her for either rest or supplementing her needs. The latter is when she became more demanding in my performance.
Past sexual intercourse data with her consisted of her being dominant. But now, she always insists on me being the dominant partner which is a problem in itself.
My new body lacked sex drive.
In order to circumvent this, I had to use my DG cells to simulate chemical reactions produced in intercourse.
Oxytocin, Dopamine, Endorphins, Prolactin, Adrenaline and Norepinephrine.
I didn't like using the DG cells for this. It makes me feel vulnerable and weak.
I don't like it.
But Chloe's needs are greater than my dislike so I must bear it.
"What do you mean by that?" I asked again in confusion. Chloe also shared my confusion. She saw the army and the weapons prepared, they were ready.
Olga sighed and put down the glass of wine to the table. She then faced us, a grim look in her expression.
"Tell me, what do you know of the Goddess Celestine?" she asked.
I blinked at her question but I immediately answered. The words of my late father spilled out of my mouth.
"The Goddess Celestine is the current reincarnation of the Goddess Larentia. A high elf with powerful magic that pushed back the monsters to the badlands away from Eos. Under her rule, mankind prospered under her light. Currently, her religion is the most powerful entity in the continent."
Olga hummed after my answer, nodding at some points.
"Good, you know your history at least but there's something you humans didn't know about."
"And what's that?"
"Celestine isn't Larentia reborn but a vessel to her power."
My eyes widened in surprise. That complicates things and explains why Olga is in a stalemate against her.
"What? I thought Celestine was the Goddess reborn? Olga-sama." Chloe said, also surprised at the revelation.
Just like me, she grew believing that Celestine is the Goddess reborn in flesh.
Olga chuckled, a beautiful sound, at Chloe's question.
"Chloe, dear. Think about it. Do Gods die?"
Chloe looked at her master in confusion so I decided to cut to the chase.
"Gods do not die. They are all powerful beings that are impossible to be killed. The only exception is that Gods can only be killed by another God."
I then looked towards Olga.
"Larentia is the sole Goddess of our continent with no history of clashing against other Gods of other lands."
"She is still alive, isn't she?" I asked her.
"Yes." Olga's answer answered my fear.
I can take on an army on my own if needed, but confronting a Goddess is an impossible task even with my power.
My preparations will fall short against that.
"But Olga-sama! You had faced Celestine countless times in the past! Surely with Mika, we could take her on and win."
Chloe's words of encouragement are appreciated but it won't work.
"Yes, it will work. We can defeat Celestine as we are now but the moment Larentia intervenes, we are dead. Simple as that." Olga said with a sigh.
"It's why I never went all out against Celestine. Larentia wouldn't appreciate her vessel being killed or defeated by my forces so I had to settle in a stalemate."
"Is the Goddess Larentia that bad, Olga-sama?" Chloe asked, hoping for any hope in the situation.
"Hmph! That despicable Goddess had a bad hobby of creating heroes in my war against humanity. Too bad the lot of them died in their hubris or in their stupidity before facing me." Olga replied with disdain.
I remembered lots of stories of heroes in her era. Must be a tough time for her.
"What is the plan now? Your army is ready and yet will be useless against the Goddess Larentia's wrath once we attack."
"What is your course of action in this situation, Olga."
At this moment, Chloe would normally smack me for disrespecting her Queen.
But not today.
My voice is cold and apathetic. Hidden under my stoic stare are my silent anger and disappointment.
Angry for the revelation of a True Goddess destroying my plan and disappointment at Olga's lack of action.
Right now, her answer will be crucial to the continuation of this partnership of ours.
"Nothing. We do nothing." she sighed.
How disappointing.
Well, well, well. Look at your lot being so gloomy.
I immediately stood up and pulled out the Beam Magnum out of my storage and aimed at the origin of the voice.
Nothing short of a Magnum is required to the creature who gave me my powers. Chloe also pulled out the BS cannon.
We found nothing.
"Who are you and how did you find us?" Olga screamed both in anger and fear.
*Chuckle* I have to give it to you Olga, your decision of living in space has rendered the Gods blind to your actions.
Luckily, I'm not a God.
"What do you want?" I asked. I still fear this creature.
His power is unknown and his ability to find us here is frightening. His ability to hide from any radar or senses is also giving me a problem in locating him.
It's like he's everywhere and nowhere at the same time.
Oh dear Mika, I'm just here to stop you before you do what you intend to do. Can't have my entertainment cut short now do we?
Chloe gave me a look, she would ask a lot of questions after this but I ignored it for now.
"Why are you here?" I asked again.
I can't help but hear your little predicament. So why not give you a carrot?
I would like to make a deal with this lovely queen of yours.
That didn't sound right.
"What kind of deal?" Olga said. Her expression is deep in thought.
She's actually gonna do it.
"Olga-sama!"
"Not now, Chloe!" Olga snapped, silencing Chloe's warning.
Chloe flinched at her master's words and backed off. I grabbed her hand for comfort which she accepted silently.
Olga can take care of herself. This deal is hers to make.
Quite simple really! I'll send you to another world! A world where magic and technology had advanced, where gods are just forgotten myths.
In this world, you will find an answer to your Godly problem.
That's… not bad. A new world means new resources and ideas. Magic is also a plus. Magic in Eostia are well guarded and hoarded mostly by its users resulting in very many lost magics.
It's why Olga hoarded her collection of tomes like a cat sometimes.
Olga pondered the deal a bit before answering quickly.
"If we accept this deal, how do we know we would return back to Eostia?"
Suspicious are we? Mika can vouch that I always adhere to the contract.
So, do we have a deal?
"And what will you get in exchange for this offer?" Olga asked in suspicion.
But what else but entertainment! You don't know how boring it is to watch the same old tale again and again, do you?
"So you're just like the Gods, mortals are just entertainment for you." Olga scoffed.
Oh, dear. That's where you are wrong.
I loved mortals. Very, very much so.
If anyone threatens the extinction of my favorite toys, I would definitely destroy and remake the entire universe if I had to.
Do you understand?
"Crystal." Olga replied nervously, she didn't expect such an answer from a godly creature.
So do we have a deal?
"Yes!"
Splendid, try not to vomit.
Suddenly, the entire ship spun around like a wheel as colors mixed all together and my body felt like being pulled and stretched across the room.
I blacked out soon after which was impossible.
The next time I would wake up, I would find ourselves in a world filled with floating islands. Where magic and technology reign supreme.
The Kingdom of Holfort.

Authors notes
At first, I thought of going IS academy but I trashed it for couple of reasons.
1. Mika doesn't fit into the setting and will find it pointless. Remember, he was trained by the military and already capable of building whatever he wants as long as he has materials and credits to use.
2. IS academy had nothing to offer other than fan service. 3. Mika would fucking hate the IS. Because seriously, IS is impractical. It had energy
shields, great. But when it runs out, fuck. MS had no such problems. Also they made the IS for space exploration purposes but it just turned into status symbol for women.
Also someone suggested for me to go Hybrid Heart Magias Academy Ataraxia but I had zero knowledge of the anime.
So I did some research and sadly it came short.
The protagonist of the anime is the only one who could charge the girls with ero energy. It cannot apply to Mika. Throwing Mika into that setting would just add fodder to the story.
So my decision is final. (If you guess)
Also I buffed up Celestine. It fucking irks me how easily fucked Eostia was when Vult revolted.
Like what the fuck, didn't just Celestine and Olga went to war against one another for how many years.
A bunch of humans with monsters are just a downgrade compared to Olga.
So bam, Larentia is the enemy now.
