Hello there, back for more I see. Well not see but, anyway. I was having doubts that I should continue this until the morning of the first day I saw that two people have decided to follow my story so I would like to thank:

dconner1023 and Legofox

For saving my story. I don't know if you guys saved because this either intrested you or made you amused at how one person can be so weird as to come up with a chapter and post at 2 in the morning. Either way I thank you, I really wanted to do this story but never did because I was afraid that I wouldn't put as much effort as I thought I would into this. When I got the notification on my phone that two people saved my story really gave me the push I needed to decide that I was going to do this and give it my all.

And with now that out of the way I am just going to say this,

I am sorry if this story doesn't move fast or if posts are delayed.

I am using my phone to make this story because my laptop stopped working a while back. I am open to criticism about my ideas and questionable mental health, as well as story details and will try to change but I can not change if what you're asking is for me is to get better resources. Life is a journey and I try not to rush it. If I get another computer or laptop it will happen on its own but for right now this is what I have to work with. Now on with the chapter

(kinda a werid way to say you're a high-school student with no job or money)

Chapter 2: The New Symbol

Korra found herself locked in a empty cell made of metal.

"Great going Korra, run away from the police, not like that was suspicious" Korra said to herself as she stared at a wall and remembered how she tried to escape the police, causing some damage before being caught. I wonder what's going to happen. Korra thought.

Just then the wall in front of her opened from the sides and she saw a woman in a metal suit with grey hair and a scar inf the form of a two scratch marks on her right cheek walk in.

"Let's see" the woman said "multiple counts of destruction of private and city property, not to mention evading arrest." she continued as she walked behind and to Korra's right side.

Bam the woman slamed a file into the table.

"You're in a whole mess of trouble young lady"

Korra tried to defend herself "But there were some thugs threatening a helpless shop keeper and I-"

"Can it" the woman interrupted "You should have called the police instead"

"But it's my duty to help people" Korra tried to reason "You see I'm the Avatar"

"Oh I'm well aware of who you are, and your Avatar title might impress some people, but not me" the woman said making her voice deepen

"Okay fine then I want to talk to who eversin charge"

"You're talking to her I am cheif Beifong" the woman declared

"Wait Beifong, you're Lin Beifong. Toph's daughter" Korra said

"What of it" Lin replied

"Why are you treating me like a criminal? Avatar Aang and your mother were friends. They saved the world together." Korra stated

"That's ancient history and that has squat to do with the mess your in. You can't just waltz in here and perform acts of vigilantisism like you own the place."

Suddenly one of the walls opened to form a window to reveal another officer.

"Cheif counselman Tenzin is here" the officer stated

"Haaa, Let him in" Lin sighed and said

The wall behind Lin began to open and walking in was a familiar face to Korra.

"Tenzin, sorry."

"*Inhale, exhale* Lin you look as radiant as ever" Tenzin said

"Cut the garbage Tenzin why is the Avatar in Repiblic City, you were supposed to be relocated to the South Pole for her airbending classes."

"My relocation has been delayed. As for the Avatar, she will be sent back to the South Pole where she will stay."

"But-" Korra tried to defend but was cut off

"And if you would be so kind as to drop the charges that are held against her. I will take full responsibility for todays regrettable events and cover all the damage"

Lin looked to Korra and back at Tenzin

"Fine" she said "Get her out of my city"

"Always a pleasure Lin, Korra lets go"

Just as Korra was about to leave someone entered the room. It was a man he had white hair and was wearing a metalbender uniform l.

"Ah it seems I've made it just in time." The man said

What are you doing here captain?" Lin asked

"I'm here to ask the suspect some a question." he answered

"Well it's alright, the charges are dropped she's free to go."

"While she may be excused from the charges she was brought in for, the question I have is related to the case I'm working on."

"Lin who is this and what is he talking about?" Tenzin asked

"Thats right you've never formally met" Lin stated "Tenzin this is captain George, he is running the Spiderman case." Lin answered

Spiderman Korra thought and remembered the guy in a full red and blue suit is he a criminal? Did I get help from a bad guy? She questioned herself in her mind as she remembered how he came in and caught the bad guys after they surrounded her.

"Why would you want to question her about Spiderman?" questioned Tenzin

"Eye witnesses say that during her fight this girl was aided by Spiderman" Tenzin then looked at Korra then back at the police captain. "So naturally I have to come and ask her a simple question." he finished

"Do you know or have any information on the identity of the vigilante Spiderman"

Peter was bored.

You'd think being smart would make school eaiser. Bit for Peter being smart just made sitting through classes a Republic City High tiring. Then when school was over he would have to go on patrol as Spiderman, though that was better than classes it was exhausting. But it had to be done. The people that he faced out in the field were more dangerous than any bender he has ever faced. Every time he would go home he was tired beyond belief and it would affect how he functions during the day.

Two more months he thought Two more months and I'll be going to college. I wonder if that would make my life better or worse? he pondered

Riiiiìiiiiiiiiiing*

That was the school bell. He was now finally allowed to go to his locker for the last time and leave the school.

Peter found his locker and opened it up. He dropped off some school notebooks and textbooks before placing his Spiderman suit in his pack.

After he was done, he was about to make his way out of the school until he heard a voice behind him.

"PARKER!" he heard someone yell from the end of the hall.

He turned around and saw a tall guy making his way towards him. He was buff and had a red shirt on with blue pants and brown shoes. This was Peter's bully since childhood. His name was Eugene, but everyone called him Flash.

Peter began to back up, not wanting something to go down right then and there.

"Where are you going, nerd?!" Flash said

"Well, seeing as how school's done for the weekend, I was planning to go home and rest like a normal person. And you know, not see you for the rest of that time." Peter said back.

"Sorry, Parker, nerds don't rest. Nerds exist to do the homework of those that are better than them. I mean what's the point of all those smarts if you don't use them right? And besides, you and I could have a little fun beforeyou go." Flash said with an evil smile as he kept getting closer and closer.

"Well you see I actually don't want extra work and seeing as how you're better than me I'm gonna run away now to let you do your homework." Peter said before turning around and dashing down the hall.

"HEY GET BACK HERE" Flash said as he chased after him.

Peter ran at a pace that would seem believable to those looking. He knew he could run faster but chose to stay at this pace to keep up his cover as a weak, skinny kid.

Peter made his way out of the entrance of the school and looked for the nearest empty alley but couldn't find any. Peter continued to run as he turned back to see Flash was still truing to get to him and even though there were people who were in the way, the look on his face told Peter he was not going to stop.

Korra and Tenzin were walking about to exit out of the police and Korra was lost in thought.

Spiderman... a criminal to the eyes of the law saved me. His abilities are a question. Maybe a new type of bending? No that wouldn't explain the fact that he actually lifted an entire Satomobile. Well besides that he has these abilities, what's his motive? I mean why would a criminal save me?

As Korra and Tenzin left the police station to go pick up Naga, Korra's loyal pet polarbear dog something came crashing into her causing her to fall over.

No, not something, someone.

"Ow" Peter said to himself as he picked himself up off the floor.

He looked over to see what he crashed into when he noticed that a dark skinned girl wearing a blue top, some type of fur wrapped around her side, with a pony tail on the top and hair down the side of her head was on the ground. This person seemed familiar to Peter and he wondered if that was a good thing

"KORRA!" shouted a bald man with an arrow on his head and a black beard on his chin, he was wearing all orange and yellow. Peter immediately recognized the man to be the airbending master and a council man of Repiblic City Tenzin.

Tenzin then bent over to help the girl get back up. "Korra are you alright?" He asked her.

"Yeah I'm fine Tenzin" she replied as she got back on her feet.

When Peter saw her he finally recognized her as the girl he saved from the morning. The girl now known as Korra looked over at Peter and her expression became stern.

"Hey, what's your problem!" she yelled at him.

"Sorry" Peter said as he looked around for his back pack "I wasn't looking where I was going". He looked around an found his pack beside him.

"What's so important that you have to not look where you're running.!" Korra said toning it down but still with a stern voice and expression. She watched as Peter picked up his back pack, put it on and turned to face Korra and Tenzin.

"Well you see-"

"PARKER" they heard a voice yell. Peter and the two turned to see a tall buff teen running through a crowd of people to get to their position.

"YOUR NOT GETTING AWAY NERD" the boy yelled.

Korra and Tenzin turned to Peter only to realize he was gone. They looked around but couldn't spot him.

The tall boy came running over and stopped near them looking in different directions with an angry look on his face.

"YOU MAY HAVE GOTTEN AWAY NOW NERD, BUT I WILL FIND YOU AT SCHOOL IN TWO DAYS . YOU BETTER BE READY CAUSE YOU'RE GONNA GET THE BEATING OF A LIFE TIME." the boy yelled. Korra watched as the boy stormed off into a crowd and was gone.

"Whew, glad that's over with." Korra and Tenzin heard from behind.

They both turned to see a statue of a Lion Turtle and emerging from the back was the boy from before.

"Sorry for that" Peter apologized "but you know how childhood bullies can be. I didn't mean to run into you. I was just trying to get away from that."

"I can see why." Tenzin said. "Well, no harm was done and the misunderstanding has been explained, therefore there's no reason for anymore of this." He then looked at Korra who turned to the boy.

"Sorry, for yelling, I was just mad it happened." Korra said

Peter smiled

"Well all is good, I guess I should let you get back to your business, you're probably busy if the counselman is with you..." they watched as Peter's expression changed from a smile to a face of worry.

"Shoot!" Peter said in worry. "I forgot to get my assignment from J.J, aw man he's going to fire me for being late!"

They watched as Peter ran off and crossed the street.

Who's J.J Korra thought

Peter was walking through a room filled with people stamping, talking, and thinking. He then walked into an office where he saw two men in black suits.

One was a tall and plump bal dark skinned gentleman who had a caring look in his eyes.

The other was a man around Peter's height. He had glasses and black hair combed to the side.

Behind both of them was a man a as tall as Peter he had black hair that turned white on the sides.

"What took you so long?" The man in the back asked.

"Sorry Mr.Jameson the elevator was occupied so I had to take the stairs."

"So I took you three hours to get to the forty sixth floor. Nice try bud you're fired." Jameson said

"Wait a minute Jonah don't forget why you needed him." the dark man said

"Right Robbie, kid you're unfired. I need you up and early tomorrow in front of city hall to take pictures."

"Can I ask what's going on?" Peter questioned.

"Well you see" said the man with glasses "It was just recently announced that there was going to be a public speaking to explain the events of a rumored multibender."

"Thank you Hoffman saved me some time." Jameson said. "If these rumors do in fact turn out to be true, it's obvious that this person is the Avatar, then I need you to get shots of this person for the Bugle."

"I'll do that." Peter said as he turned to leave but then is stopped when J.J asked

"Hey kid got any pictures of Spiderman"

"Yeah I have one" Peter said pulling out a photo and handing it to Jameson.

It showed Spiderman swinging from a roof towards the viewers direction. with his arm extended ready to shoot a line

"Great, I'll give you 500 for it." J.J said

"550" Peter replied.

"That's outrageous, done"

It was a cold morning infront of city hall. There were reporters, photographers, and citizens standing there waiting for someone to speak into the microphone.

Man it is freezing Peter thought.

Suddenly the doors to city hall opend and out emerged counselman Tenzin as well as Cheif Beifong. Behind them was a dark skinned girl dressed in blue that Peter knew all to well.

No way Peter thought.

"Hello everybody" the girl said into the microphone "My name is Korra, and I am your new Avatar"

The crowd erupted with commotion. People were taking pictures and asking questions.

Well this is just got interesting Peter thought as he took pictures.

Holy Moley, this chapter took forever. Just so people this chapter was started written the same day that I posted the first. I started this chapter at 11:30 and because of things that go on in every day life such as cleaning and helping my parents around the house, it took me until 1:28 am to finish this chapter. Jeez Lueez.

Anyway you are reading this on Sunday which is in like a day from now. I will be working on the next chapter right now but that doesn't mean a double upload. I am simply trying to make as many chapters as I can now so I can relax more later.

This shows just how much dedication I am putting into this just for you guys. I plan to release a chapter every Sunday so try to be patient. Now if I eventually make enough chapters I might make it an upload every Sunday and Thursdays, but don't get your hopes up just yet. Thanks to me being a High-Schooler on an online course gives me the no life advantage I need to keep making chapters so that's neat.

Oh I just remembered as I was making this chapter two new people saved this story and even listed it as a favorite.

You two have furthered my desire to continue this story. If you don't have a shout-out, DO NOT PANIC I will try to get you in the chapter I am currently writing. This is one of the obstacles of making future chapters but it's pretty easy to overcome.

This was a question was just asked today by shadowdispencer

"will Peter be paired with anyone from the korra-verse?"

The answer is yes and it should be pretty obvious who it is, but for those of you who don't or have the wrong answer I can't wait for you to find out.

Sorry if that sounded mean I am probably not right in the upstairs but I didn't mean to be rude. I just don't really completely know what the difference is between talking aggressive and gentle, I just say whatever.
