Episode 2: After Shock
Airport...
A group of fans were walking around, ready to head home after the Texans game. The Texan fans felt-off. Yes they were tired but the never expect to be this tired after a game. It was then the news came on, and they were all left in horror-and then they passed out.
Canton Ohio, Ish's house...
Eisen (on TV): -He's going! he's going! HE'S GONE!
Ish cheered at that. Everyone was watching the game, Torgo chuckled as Shock had nodded off next to him.
Ish: YES, that score gave me some major big time points for my fantasy team.
Matt: *Chuckles* Think my entire fantasy lineup is taking the year off.
Sandra came in with some cake and sat next to her husband.
Sandra: Told you so, you should had taken my advice. MY team is doing great this year.
Matt: *bit romantic* Show offy a bit are you.
Sandra: *but romantic; feeds him cake and chuckles* Your so cute when your a sore loser.
Ish cringed a bit when his mom kissed his dad's cheek.
Torgo: -chuckles- Ah true love. *nudges Ish* That'll be you one day.
Ish: If you say so-
Matt: Someday you'll understand.
Torgo smiled warmly in agreement as he placed his hand on Shock's head, Ash coming back in.
Ish: Everything okay?
Ash: Yeah, my dad told me he made it to work.
Torgo: Leave to the idiots to mess with holiday break time.
Sandra: *eyes raised* Torgo-
Torgo: I'm honest and it's not cursing-
Shock woke up shaking in fear, startling and worrying everyone.
Ash: Shock-
Shock: Something happened-
It was at that moment the TV changed.
Rich Eisen (TV): Breaking news, players and fans have been passing out and have been rushed to local hospital. The reason could be from the horrifying scene back in Houston.
Michel Irvin (TV): Yeah Rich, the scene looks like it was from a nightmare. Take a look but brace yourselfs.
The scene turned to the hallways of the Texan's stadium; the lights were broken, spots of some mysterious liquid were dotted in some places, smoke coming from some of those places as well.
Shock: *shock* Oh shards...
Ish: *shock* What the hey-
Rich Eisen (TV): Very little information is available for both situations but we will keep you posted.
Michel Irvin (TV): We sure hope they're okay.
Torgo: *turns on comm* RZ, are you seeing this?
RZ appeared nodding.
RZ: I have. Ish, Torgo, if you could also bring Ashley Reynolds and Shock with you, report to the Hall fo Knowledge at once.
They nodded running out.
Ash: This is bad.
Shock: Really bad.
Meanwhile...
Wild-card sighed in content as the machine attached to him finished draining some of the energy from the Texan megacore.
Dropkick: Feeling better?
Wild-card: Superb. My theory has been proven completely valid, energy from the Megacores can indeed be transferred.
Dropkick: My programming also confirms that a full rejuvenation would occur, though it may be temporary.
Wild-Card: *gets up* This will NOT be temporary soon, PREPARE THE ATTACK! I MUST HAVE MORE MEGACORES!
Back at Ish's house...
Michel Irvin (TV): *worry* -More news out of Houston. Several local hospitals are reporting the same symptoms from both players and fans from Detroit. No word from the doctor, and sadly, we had not received any word on their Rusher who had gone missing after the game.
Rich Esien (TV): *worry* That's just terrible. First their players get sick on the road, their stadium gets attacked and their Rusher is missing, and now their hometown has gotten sick too?
Michel Irvin (TV): *worry* Yes. We will share more updates as we get them.
Troy: This is horrible. To think on a holiday too.
The three boys had come early once they gotten the text from Ish and Ash saying something had come up at their brothers work with all this happening.
Marty: It must be chaotic at the Hall of Fame, Torgo and Shoc work area is alongside with the Rusherz and Guardian. At least they said they would bring some ice cream back.
Sandra nodded as she came back in.
Sandra: Thank you boys for waiting for them, and thank you Tua for the food.
Tua: *smiles* I will tell my mom you said thank you, it's called Samoan Sensations. It's a pie made out of fruit cocktail.
Sandra smiled as the boys turned back to the TV...hoping all was well for the Texans.
At the HOK...
Ash: *awe* Wow, this place is amazing.
Shock: *sheepishly* Yeah kinda didn't have a good view when I snuck you in.
The four walked around the main area as Ash finally got a look of the mysterious HOK. It wasn't until they got closer when-
Torgo and Shock: *fear* TORO!
Toro looked up from his spot on the stairs, Alto had finished wrapping some gauze around him and he was breathing through a oxygen mask. The four ran over immediately.
Ish: *concern* What happened?!
RZ: I beleive I can help explain that.
All four looked up seeing RZ, Ash was speechless.
Ish: Ash, meet RZ 6.0. It's OT real form.
Ash: THAT'S OT?! Umm-nice to meet you, properly.
RZ: *Warm smile* We have met in my true form, unofficially, when Shock snuck you in and you two followed Ish and Torgo to Detroit.
Shock blushed as he chuckled nervously.
Shock: Heh heh, you saw us.
Ish: Yeah, you two will learn that this dude doesn't miss anything or any detail. *serious* But I do believe we have pressing matters.
Torgo: Such as, *little bit panicked* WHAT HAPPENED TO TORO!?
RZ: It is, as you heard we have a dire situation on our hands...*to Toro* Our friend here was attacked and as you can see, he did not get out unscaved.
Toro (through the mask): Blitzbot-*took a breathe*-did this-*took a breathe*-Body slammed me-*took a breathe*-in the wall-*took a breathe*-nearly shattered my whole rib cage -coughs-
Alto: Toro easy. *looks at the group* And by the looks on your faces, you know that scene was from said attack, and his community is suffering as a result.
All four eyes widen in horror.
Ish: WILD-CARD ATTACKED A RUSHER?!
Toro shoke his head as his breathing was beginning to go into a rhythm.
Toro (through the mask): Wasn't even there, no sign of him anywhere.
RZ: And even so, Wild-Card has successfully stolen the Texan's Megacore during all this.
Ash and Shock: *horror* NO!
Ish: That explains why anyone involved with the Texans are getting those symptoms.
They sighed as Torgo went over to the two Rusherz.
Torgo: You going to be okay?
Toro smirked as he removed the mask.
Toro: *little pain* It's gonna take a lot more than smashing me through my own stadium walls to stop me.
Alto: But he's gonna be out for a few weeks.
Ish: That's good to hear, still bad you got hurt though...*to RZ* RZ, there is a reason Shock snuck Ash here-
RZ: *Smiles* I am aware of the reason. *To Ash* Ashley Reynolds, from all recent events you have soon impressive fortitude and ingenuity. And it is by this development you find yourself here today...*his smile warmed* It is time for you to at last join Ish in defending the NFL and the world, as a Guardian.-
Shock looked like he was going to explode from joy as he was shaking hearing all this, the others giving a chuckle.
Ash: Think you broke him RZ.
Alto: Shock looks as though he just won the Super Bowl-
Shock basically deafened all present as he screamed, a wave of something hitting the wall as he lept to Ash hugging her in joy.
Shock: *joy* FINALLY! AT LAST!
Ash laughed as she fell to the ground hugging him back.
Toro: *little pain;bit sarcastic* Thank you, Shock, for nearly deafening me to add to my injuries.
Shock: *Blushes a bit* Sorry, got excited there-
Ish: *Looks around* Um, THAT'S not the only thing you did.
Shock and Ash looked around...seeing some of the Rusherz shaking with some static around them eyes shrunken a bit.
Shock: Umm-I swear I didn't mean that.
Torgo: I know...this is, new. Maybe it's because of you two's link? *realization* Oh shards wonder how this will work with other Guardian.
Both Ish and Ash got confused at that.
Ish: OTHERS? I mean that's cool and all but, I thought me and Ash were the only ones.
RZ: You two are, but there will be others. They will be activated when they have proven themselves worthy.
Alto: Legends did foretold more Guardians, the amounts however, varies.
Toro: *little pain* Yeah, we had little information on what happened and what was told after the core was made.
RZ: Indeed. Ash, with all recent events you have demonstrated that you are ready to join our league. Do you accept?
Shock looked at Ash with excitement, Ash blushing a bit in embarrassment but felt complimented.
Ash: I-Wow. This is, unexpected even being told before.
RZ: You are wise in making careful consideration, being a Guardian is all encompassing, it is a tremendous commitment and, at times, extremely dangerous.
Ish and Torgo: *A look* NOT helping RZ.
The group chuckled at that, Shock getting up.
Shock: HEY, don't forget she's not alone in this. Ish, Torgo and me will be with her! *To Ash* Ash, this is what you been working towards!
Ish: Yeah, come on Ash. I need you.
Torgo: And the world needs you too.
Ash smiled, she already had her answer.
Ash: I'm in.
They smiled as Alto whistled to someone.
Alto: You can come out! I know you have been waiting!
Freedom walked out from behind the tall pillar where RZ was, tearfully smile as he walked over and handed Ash a NFLR.
Freedom: Here you go Ash, kept this with me when the time came.
Ash smile grew as she put it on.
Ash: So Cool!
RZ: Ash, you are now a guardian training. The NFLR will enable you to transform.
Ish: For a limited time of course.
RZ: *Nods in agreement* Once you earn your shield coin, your powers will be permanent-Shock?
All turned to see that Alto had quickly grabbed POOR BEAST as Shock screamed in joy again but in the lions mane muffled. Static went through him as his fur and mane stuck up. Once he had stop he looked at the now frizzled lion Rusher.
Shock: *blushes* Sorry.
The now two Guardians held in their laughter at Beast's static look, giving Shock and Alto a 'Really?' look.
Torgo: I think we also need to check on Shock's powers. I don't think it's the Link cause Ash hasn't sent any energy yet.
Toro: *little Pain* Yeah, something is going on-
The sound of a alert was heard as a screen popped up.
Ash: What's happening?
RZ: You can see on the screen here.
On it was a Blitzbot with a long sharp tail.
Ish: A Scorpion Blitzbot!?
Ash: AND IN DOWNTOWN DALLAS!?
Torgo: Yeesh, Texas just can't get a break today.
RZ: The Cowboys Megacore must be hidden in that vicinity.
Toro: *little Pain* You are correct. Lasso told me his team was updating the vault and moved it to a more secure location. Though by the looks of it Wild-card caught wind.
RZ: That would explain why this area is being attacked. Guardians, Legends, take the passage to Dallas and intercept that Bot before Wild-card gets another Megacore.
Alto: AND BE CAREFUL. We have no idea if those Blitzbots are still on kill mode. If they are, MAKE SURE LASSO AND CHIEF ARE SAFE.
All four nodded as they went to the portal.
Shock: Isn't their a trophy named after one of the Cowboys?
Torgo held out his hand as he led Shock in the portal.

Torgo: Yes. The Landry Award is given to a the top high school football player in North Texas annually. The Cowboys were founded way back in 1960s just before the merge. Part of the NFC east, the Cowboys are so far the only team to have twenty consecutive winning season, tied with the Pittsburgh Steelers with eight Super Bowl appearances.
Shock: Huh, how bout them boys? No wonder there's a rivalry between the two teams.
Ish: Well, here we are.
Downtown Dallas...
The sounds of panic screams were heard as the four ran through the streets, seeing the Scorpion Blitzbots webbing vehicles as it began to crawl up the large building.
?: HEY!
The team turned to see Lasso running up to them.
Lasso: Y'all seeing this!?
Ish: Yeah, and it's heading straight up the tower! *To Ash* You ready?
Ash: *determined* Ready.
Torgo: Alright, let's do this!
Ish raised his hand to the air.
Ish: ENTER THE RUSH ZONE!
With that he was in his armor, Ash nodding as she copied him.
Ash: ENTER THE RUSH ZONE!
-Nothing.
Ash: *confused* What happened.
Torgo: -groans annoyed- Of course the NFLR is acting up of all times. Shock, you help Ash out with this!
Ish: Right, we're distract the Blitzbot!
With that Torgo turned into a ball of light and entered the NFLR, Ish running to the tower with Lasso.
Ash: Torgo said it's acting up?
Shock: Must of happened before-*idea* Ash, I have a plan!

Ish was climbing the tower as the Scorpion Blitzbot sent webbing to him, Ish sending Torgo at it attacking the Blitzbot.
Ish: Whoa...you think these things would have a flying option on them.
Torgo's voice: De ja vu huh Ish.
It was there Ish's on hand got trapped by the webbing.
Ish and Torgo: DANG IT!
Ish snarled as he sent Torgo on the Blitzbot. He latched on, but the Blitzbot sent him flying in the air as Ish broke free and grabbed the side of the building. Torgo screamed before a lasso wrapped around his wrist bring him onto the tower's roof and into Lasso's arms.
Torgo: *Heart racing;relief* Too close, thanks Lasso.
Lasso tipped his hat and Torgo stood on the roof.
Lasso: *Smiles* Consider this repayment for saving my life back in New Orleans. *glares at the Blitzbot* BACK OFF Y'ALL!
Lasso whipped the Blitzbot back a few times. It was then blasted by Ish who had reached the roof. The Blitzbot thwacked Lasso away and sent webbing to Ish who was pushed off the building when-
GAIN WAAAAAAYYYYY!
Ish was back on the roof fast as Ash landed in front of him as Shock was sent flying from her now glowing NFLR to the air screaming.
Ish: What was-
Ash: NO CLUE. I am so so sorry about that. I wasn't sure if Shock's plan would work-
Torgo: NFLR's glowing so whatever you both did it worked.
Lasso: *being helped by Torgo; Nodding in agreement* So no frettin'. We need you now.
Ash: *Nods* ENTER THE RUSH ZONE!
With that Ash was now in armor ready for battle.
Ash: Okay, this is COOL!
The Scorpion Blitzbot fired at them and they dodge.
Ash: Not cool-Shock hope part two of your plan works.
All three looked both confused and worried.
Three: PART TWO?
Back in Canton...
Troy: HEY GUYS, there's an update!
All three boys and Ish's parents looked at the screen in worry.
Dales: There is no word on what is causing what is consider a odd sickness to strike both players and fans of Texans. We have confirmed that there was an attack at their stadium and the situation is being looked at. With halftime here in-*looks at the big screen; awe and surprise* Whoa-that isn't real is it?
All three boys mouths dropped at the site of seeing TWO GUARDIANS and a Legend Rusher on the screen doing battle.
Troy: HEY CHECK IT OUT!
Tua: *froze from eating his popcorn; awe* That's the Guardian-
Marty: I think it Guardians. Plural with an 's'. Though it'd be cool to spell it with a 'z'-but that would be 'Guardianz'. *realization;excitement* Wait, DOES THAT MEAN WE WILL BE ABLE TO SEE THAT SECOND LEGEND RUSHER!
The three boys got excited at the concept. THE SECOND LEGEND RUSHER WAS MAKING HIS DEBUT.
Downtown Dallas...
Both Guardians and Rusherz stood their ground as the Blitzbot was still.
Ash: We got it on the defensive. We just need to keep him in one place and we'll gotten it.
Ish: *Torgo going into NFLR* Alright! On three minus one-
Ash: Two!
Both knocked the Blitzbot back as the was off the roof, Torgo landing before it got close...and then a battle cry was heard.
Lasso: What's that-
It was the a LARGE BALL OF STATIC collided with the Blitzbot sending it down to the ground. The impact cause a reaction as the glass of the tower cracked in various places as did the ground, sending cars flying. The group was wide eyed at the aftershock.
Ash: *stunned*-What the-
Ish: *stunned* Was this Shock's part two?
Ash: *stunned* Yeah but- I don't think it wasn't suppose to do all that!
Torgo: *stunned* I don't think he knew either.

Everyone in the stadium was left speechless and in awe.
Rich Eisen: *amazed* WHOA! WHAT A WAY TO END HALF TIME! THAT WAS INSANE!
Michel Irvin: *amazed* I know! TWO GUARDIANS AND TWO LEGENDS, WHO KNEW!

Shock was laying on his back in shock, eyes shrunk a bit as realization of what he just done sinked in.
Shock: *horror* The Blitzbots gone-but there is still damage.
Shock slowly sat up looking at the damage, panic forming as he shoke.
Shock: *panic* Oh no-
Shock!
Shock turned to see the two Guardians, Torgo and Lasso running to him.
Ash: *Concern* Are you okay!?
Lasso: *concern* WHAT IN SAM HILL HAPPENED!?
Shock was shaking as he teared up.
Shock: *panic; tears* I-I don't know! When I done this before it wasn't catastrophic! IT DIDN'T CAUSE THIS! WHAT'S GOING ON WITH ME!?
Ash and Torgo went down trying to calm the Rusher down.
Ish: *to NFLR* RZ, we got a problem here...a big one.
Later, HOK...
Shock: -I am so sorry about all this, I really am.
Ash: Shock it's okay.
Lasso: Not to mention it was an accident trying to stop an enemy.
Shock had some wires attached to his skin as Lasso looked over the screen with Alto and Toro, the Texan not needing the oxygen mask as much.
Ash: If anything I can't beleive I choked with my NFLR-
Shock: Now don't go blaming yourself too.
Ish: And you two came through to us right when we needed you. You'll get better, believe me. When I started being the Guardian was tough, especially the first time.
Ash smiled at that, as Torgo sighed reminiscing.
Torgo: Ah yes, that brings back memories. Us making the Rusherz go bonkers, you piloting the SUB, me taking the leap of faith when problems arose-
Toro: *smirkly* You nearly making Liberty have a mental breakdown when you took on a blizzard with a bus full of people.
Ash and Ish snorted as they held in their laughs at that, Shock chuckling as Torgo made a smirk.
Torgo: I got the team and tailgaters to Detroit safely.
Alto: Not the po-
It was then the sound of pinging was heard as they turned to the screen...Lasso was in awe.
Lasso: *awe* Incredible-Shock, no clue how but your static has tripled in power.
Shock: What?
All looked at the screen showing the immense energy of static around Shock's body.
Ish: Whoa...that's a lot of static power.
Toro: How in the world did it get this massive?
Ash was quiet as she thought-then it clicked.
Ash: When he was in his coma *all turned to her*, all that energy built up in him. With no where else to go it just stayed where it must of grown, and adapted over time.
RZ: I beleive that to be true as well Ash. With you being in that state, the energy has updated so much it built up to this level.
Shock: Then why is my static discharging to these extremes when I fight?
RZ: Extreme emotions, one of which involves with what happened in downtown Dallas. When under stressful situation, it is understandable that your powers would be difficult to control when you are not focused.
Shock sighed as he detached the wires and flopped on his back.
Shock: In other words RZ, I'm a walking electric ball. *covers his face* Well fan-freaken-tastic. Not only was I comatose and use as a freaken battery, but now - am literally a walking ball of static that can cause property damage.
Everyone looked in concerned. That was a wound still healing even after two years. It was then a phone ringing was heard, Ash picking up her phone.
Ash: Hi Dad.
Charles (other line): Hi honey just got done with work, how are things going?
Ash: Good...I got a lot to tell you-*idea*-do you mind, of you, me, and Shock go on a drive.
That got them confused.
Meanwhile..
Wild-Card: DROPKICK!
Dropkick turned to see Wild-Card blast the door down holding the Texan Megacore. He had just received the remains of the Scorpion Bot.
Dropkick: I see you are refreshed, happy sir?
Wild-Card: *shock* Happy? HAPPY?! DID YOU NOT SEE WHAT JUST HAPPENED?! YOUR SCORPION BOT FAILED!
Dropkick: Sir, how was I to prepare?
Wild-card went to the screen showing the scene of Downtown Dallas recently.
Wild-Card: HOW TO PREPARE?! HOW DO WE PREPARE FOR THIS!?
Dropkick looked at the screen.
Dropkick: A second Guardian...and there's the second Rush-*shock as he saw what destroyed the Blitzbot* WHAT THE-
Wild-Card: EXPLAIN TO ME THAT DROPKICK!?
Dropkick had to rewind that scene over and over again.
Dropkick: This is-there are no words for this sir. That was never in the plan, HE WAS NEVER MENTIONED IN THE PLAN.
Wild-card groaned.
Wild-card: Then we shall make a new plan, GET ME ANOTHER MEGACORE TONIGHT! I'll find out who these things are and take care of the Guardians.
Dropkick: But master, what about your condition. You shouldn't venture out so often without having more power.
Wild-card: *hands him the Megacore* I have all the power I need right here, so return this to the holding cell. I'm preparing for the attack and I AM GETTING ANSWER.
Night, car...
Ash: -And that's basically what's happening.
Charles: *winces* Yikes..
Charles had picked up Ash and Shock from the Hall of Fame, Ash finishing explaining to her father what was going on as Shock looked out the window sadly.
Charles: That is alot to take in. I mean all of this is still hard to take in.
Ash: Yeah. But alot of good things happen too.
Charles: Of course. I mean, you and Ish already made some pretty tight friends here.
Ash *Shock snorting as she chuckles* Don't say 'tight' dad.
Charles: *smiles* You know what I mean.
It was quiet in the car, Charles looking in the back seat.
Charles: You know-you seem more happier alongside Ash, Ish and Torgogo.
Shock: *looks up* I-I have?
Ash: *nods* Along when your with the others.
Shock: *downcast* I just-I missed so much time with them, and now I basically a walking electric disaster thanks to Sudden Death and-I-I kept you two apart for so long.
Charles stopped the car as Ash went to the Back.
Ash: Shock, you saved me from a even worse situation. Yeah me and my dad were apart for so long, but I'm going to make sure that doesn't happen again. That me and my dad don't get separated again-That your not separated from the other Rusherz again.
Charles: We spent almost a year apart, YOU spent centuries away form the people you love. You protected my daughter from a tyrant and even though I worry about her, I know I can trust you to protect her again if this situation happens again..though I pray it does not happen again. But even so, your not alone in this. We'll figure this all out Shock, I promise.
Ash: *hugs Shock* I promise too.
Shock eyes filled with tears as he hugged her back.
Shock: Ash, Charles-thank you.
Meanwhile in Dallas...
Eisen (voice): 30-20-10-TOUCHDOWN COWBOYS by DeMarcus Ware!
The security guard groaned in frustration, hearing chuckles as Chief walked over with his team's Megacore.
Chief: Easy. We still got time so don't lose faith.
Chief turned to the sky.
Chief: I'm mostly worried about a friend of mine-
The sound of a short scream was heard as the two ran to the side of the van, seeing the other security Guard wrapped in webbing.
Chief: HEY! STOP RIGHT THER-
It was then he and the other Security guard were tired up in the webbing. For some reason Chief's webbing was tightening around his body as the Megacore rolled to a attached Dropkick to the Scorpion Bot.
Dropkick: This plan will succeed..*noticing Chief* Oh?
Chief was struggling, his eyes widening. Screaming was not an option cause his mouth was covered.
Dropkick: Huh, wonder why the webbing is tight-
Ish voice: YOU REALLY THINK YOU CAN BEAT THE GUARDIANS WITH SECOND HANDED PARTS!
Dropkick turned to see Ish, Guardian armor on as Torgo ran over to help Chief, ripping his mouth free and he struggled to breath.
Chief: T-Thank-y-you.
Torgo: *struggles with the webbing* No problem but you still in a tight situation-*hand to helmet* RZ, get Ash and Shock over here ASAP. Pray the little pow-wow talk is done.
With Ash and Shock...
Charles started the car up again as they drove back home.
Charles: You talked about Shock's new ability, but I have the feeling there is another thing you wish to talk about.
Ash blushed, a bit worried.
Ash: Oh yeah, how I know. It's KINDA hard to explain.
Charles: Try honey. You can tell me anything that is on your mind.
Ash: Okay, here we go. DAD-
BANG!
Shock: *fear* MANIAC ON THE ROOF!
Charles looked in fear as he swirled the car away trying to get Wildcard off of the car roof who was laughing maniacally as he jumped and flew off the car.
Wildcard: Come on out and face me Guardian!
The car halted to a stop as Shock slammed the door opened glaring at Wildcard.
Shock: *anger* WHAT THE HECK IS WRONG WITH YOU!?
Charles: *watching from the car* Ash-Guardian? I would ask to be filled in but-
Wildcard landed as he walked towards Shock, who went on both offensive and defensive. He knew exactly what Wildcard was looking for-
Shock: *protected* Leave them alone you maniac-
-answers on him and Torgo.
Wild-card: WHO ARE YOU?
It was quiet except for the NFLR beeping, Ash quietly looking at her father.
Ash: I'll be back, but keep quiet.
Though worried for his daughter, he nodded.
Wildcard: Let me ask you again, WHO ARE YOU?
Shock took a breath, staring at the metal foe with no fear.
Shock: I am Shock, Legend Rusher of Cordalion.
This actually made him step back at that.
Wildcard: Legend Rusher? I assumed your kind was just a fairy tale.
Shock: Humph, so you heard stories of us. Then do you know what happened to me?
Wild-card starred as Shock walked over to him slowly, allowing his static ability to show around him.
Shock: I was used by Sudden Death as a battery for a SHIP. I was left in a coma, my body was wasting away, tell me Wildcard-
He stopped smiling as he knew who was ready to join.
Shock: Did you really think you could face a Legend AND a Guardian?
One swift kick behind the head sent Wild-card down as Ash went beside Shock. Wildcard slowly got up, eyes narrowed.
Wildcard: Heh, well-we meet again. Will be honest, had I known you were a Guardian last time, I would had finished you-then and there.
Ash: *glares* Really...last time I check if I was a Guardian the first time we met-you would be smooshed against the pavement by Torgogo and Shock alongside me and Ish, meaning you would not be here.
Wildcard had to give her a chuckle.
Wildcard: Ohh, cocky aren't you. I like tha-
Shock: Least she got more punches than you.
Charles: *worry* BE CAREFUL!
Wildcard turned to Charles ready to fire, but Shock tackled him stunning him in place.
Shock: *anger* I'm sorry, BUT HE ISN'T YOUR TARGET!
Wildcard was angry as he tossed Shock into Charles, making them hit the car with Shock shield him from the impact.
Ash: *worry* DAD! SHOCK!
Ash immediately went over as Wildcard sent a manaseray of blast to them, the three going under cover with the car.
Ash: Are you okay?
Charles: Yeah..So uh, that 'thing' you were about to tell me, has it anything to do with you becoming a Guardian?
Ash: Yeah. Sorry Dad, today has just been one thing after another.
Shock groaned as he hit the car with his fist.
Shock: *guilt* You guys I'm so sorry for dragging you all into this.
Ash: I should apologizes too..I thought I was ready for anything that was thrown at me when we met but-
Charles brought the two to look at him. Papa mode had activated.
Charles: Ash, Shock, things happen and there are times we can't control them. *To Ash* You have always been able to take what life hands to you and make the best of it. *To Shock* You are not afraid of what may come, whatever this extreme static power is I know you can control it. *He looks at Wild-card and nodded in seriousness* You two, do what you have to do.
Ash: *bit surprise* Your sure?
Charles nodded with a smile.
Wildcard: *annoyed* Hello? Are we done with the family time-
Shock: What you got family issues?
Now THAT hit a nerve the the three noticed.
Wildcard: That was a warning, I like to play with my prey.
Ash: So you admit your crazy.
Wildcard: *nerve hit again* I AM NOT CRAZY! I'm unpredictable, there's a difference.
Shock: *eye raised* Yeah-Ash think we might need to re-scramble this dude's brain.
Ash: *Smirks* Right, well then Wildcard-PREDICT THIS. ENTER THE RUSH ZONE.
With that the armor was on her once again, agitating Wild-card.
Wildcard: You are a foolish child-
Charles: And right now your boring us. Don't you have somewhere else to be? Or are you that pathetic to attack and be beaten by my girl who is much stronger than you even without a Legend Rusher.
Ash and Shock were surprise and impressed at the comeback and chuckled.
Shock: *smirks* Dang Charles.
Wildcard had enough of all this at this point.
Wildcard: You bore me as well, I'll be back when there is a real true battle to be had-*before he leaves* However...I look forward to seeing what you-LEGENDS- can do with the Guardians.
With that he flew off leavening the three sighing in relief. It was there that the NFLR showed RZ.
RZ: Ash, Shock, glad to have reached you. Ish and Torgo need you in Dallas, Lasso is heading your way-
The portal opened as Lasso came running out, looking at the battle scene.
Lasso: Yikes, what happened here-
Ash: Long story. *To Charles* Dad, we got to go, we'll be back as soon as possible.
Charles gave them both a smile as he hugged his daughter.
Charles: I know, just...be careful okay.
Ash nodded. Charles went down to Shock, hugging him to his surprise.
Charles: You be careful too Shock.
Shock was stunned a bit, but he hugged him back nodding.
Shock: I will.
The hug broke as the trio looked at the portal, Ash turning to her father.
Ash: Dad, no one else is going to keep us apart again.
With the the trio ran through the portal, Ash telling Lasso a game plan she was thinking.
Dallas...
Dropkick: *annoyed*-GET OFF ME!
Torgo: *spite* LIKE I AM! LET THEM GO!
Torgo was blind siding Dropkick by cover his eyes as Ish got up from the ground he was on.
Dropkick: Do you two really think your enough!?
It was there DeMarcus Ware tackled the Blitzbot to the stadium wall making Torgo let go as Dropkick was left in a daze.
Ish: *goes over* Nice tackle, thanks alot man.
DeMarcus Ware: No problem, just helping you defend the home turf-also bit of revenge from the Texans. *Glares at Dropkick* That's for Toro.
Dropkick snarled at that.
Dropkick: Then defend yourself from this Cowboy!
With that he was about send a spike claw down, Ish bringing up the shield.
ISH! TORGO!
It was there that Ash, powered by Shock, tackled the claws to bits.
DeMarcus Ware: Nice timing.
Ish: You made it!
Ash nodded as Shock came out of the NFLR, surprising the Cowboy player.
DeMarcus Ware: Whoa...
Torgo ran over smiling.
Torgo: SHOCK! You okay?
Shock: *winks* Yep.
Ash and Shock: And we're better than ever.
Dropkick: *struggles on the Blitzbot* You will regret that.
Torgo: DeMarcus, help Chief ASAP. Those webs tighten around Rusherz and he doesn't have much time left.
He nodded heading over to the trapped Rusher, the security relieved to see the player helping the Rusher.
Ish: Alright, *to Dropkick* you see there's two of each now!
Dropkick: Humph, One or two won't be enough to stop this. The Texans Megacore energy makes this weapon indestructible.
Ish: *Eye raise* REALLY?
Torgo: Indestructible...did you NOT SEE Ash and Shock destroy the front legs of that thing?
Dropkick was about to lunge when the Blitzbot was held in place by a lasso, a certain Rusher VERY ANGERLY LOOKING AT HIM.
Lasso: *anger* Okay bud...YOU HAVE JUST CROSSED THE LINE! NO ONE, NO ONE, HARMS THE PEOPLE I LOVE!
Needless to say, the Cowboy had heard what Torgo had told DeMarcus. Dropkick was about to fire but he was kept in place by the kicks by Torgo and Shock. Ash smirked.
Ish: You-*Smirks* Now that's clever, how about we kick it up a notch!
Ish threw her a shield coin as she caught it. She slammed it in the NFLR as Torgo and Shock were thrown off.
Lasso and Shock: ASH NOW!
Ash jumped in front of the Blitzbot did a turn and-
Ash: HERE'S A TASTE OF THE RUSH ZONE, SUPER KICK.
With that she sent a cyclone to the Blitzbot as Lasso let go, the Blitzbot being destroyed and Dropkick left dazed, sending the two Megacores flying. Torgo and Shock each caught one, high fiving eachother with smiles.
Ash: Good catch guys!
Ish: *Goes next to her; to Dropkick* So, you were saying?
Dropkick jumped in the air flying.
Dropkick: Gloating, such a ugly human trait-
Lasso: That ain't gloating. Besides, I have seen uglier traits.
Dropkick: If you beleive so-this will NOT go UNPUNISHED.
He flew off.

DeMarcus Ware pulled at the web as Chief face was almost a blue color, when the webbing broke apart form the security. With a final tug he freed the Rusher as the web broke apart. Chief gasped taking in the air he was being robbed of as the security and player checked on him.
DeMarcus Ware: You alright?
Chief panted as he took in air.
Chief: Y-Yeah, thank you-
HEY!
The heroes ran over to the group, sighing in relief seeing those captured freed.
Ish: Everyone okay?
DeMarcus Ware: Yeah, thanks to all of you.
Lasso went down to Chief checking him over.
Lasso: Chief are you okay?!
Chief: Y-Yeah, DeMarcus broke most of them so I had time-
Chief was startled as Lasso brought him into a hug, relief over him.
Shock: *To Ash* Fast thinkin there.
Ish: Yeah, that was close.
Torgo: To close.
Ash: I know-CLEARLY, you need a partner. Not just a partner, your gonna need someone to help you if we get more Guardians.
Ish turned to her surprise.
Ish: Are you saying-
Ash: Well, every team needs a second in command right?
Ish grinned behind his armor as Lasso and Chief walked over, the two Legend Rusher handing the Megacores over.
Lasso: Thank you, all of you. I'll get this back to its rightful owner, know Toro will be happy to hear the good news. *To Chief* As for you, let's get you check over with a professional. I know you are okay but I just want to make sure.
Chief nodded as he, Lasso and DeMarcus Ware walked back in the stadium. With that the two Guardians powered down sighing in relief.
Shock: Thank goodness we got here in time-but question. How did you know?
Ish looked confused at the question.
Ash: He means, how did you know to have a Shield coin handy?
Ish and Torgo smiled at that.
Torgo: Always be prepare for anything my friends.
Ish: Right, a good Guardian is always RFA.
Now Ash and Shock were confused.
Shock: RFA?
Ash: What does that mean.
Torgo made a portal home as they smiles.
Ish and Torgo: Ready for anything.
Meanwhile...
Wild-card: *bit annoyed* Alright, let me get this straight. Not ONLY did you not get the Megacore as I demanded, you used the only one we had and lost it!
Dropkick: The plot was feasible, it was working. But-
Wild-card: *bit annoyed* Don't tell me, the second Guardian appeared with that Legend Rusher and disrupted that plan.
Dropkick was surprise by his response.
Dropkick: Y-Yes. Sir, not to sound rude but you sound-calm? And what is this 'Legend Rusher'?
Wild-card paced around the room.
Wild-card: Legend-I only heard that they had perished defending the Rusherz, and yet I see TWO of them fighting and even COMBINING with the Guardians. I will admit even though this is frustrating-it is also, interesting.
Dropkick: So-things won't go as planned with this.
It was then two Blitzbots stood next to Dropkick.
Wild-card: No, but we shall deal with this unexpected development. It takes a certain level of human ingenuity, something you pitiful robot brain will never have. With this, your going to needs some program updating with this.
With that Dropkick was lifted by the two Blitzbot.
Wild-card: Escort Dropkick to the reprogramming chamber.
Dropkick: Sir! Not to sound defensive but-Can we even BEAT THESE LEGENDS?!
Wild-card sighed as Dropkick was taken away.
Wild-card: The real question is...ARE THERE MORE?

Esien (TV): Good news from Houston! All Texans patients, players and fans, have fully recovered and are heading home. We had gotten an update from the Cowboys that the Texan Rusher is currently recovering from a battle that took place in the Texan Stadium-
Torgo: Alrighty I got; *looks through the bag* Vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, mint-
Sandra: Did you really buy all that ice cream?
Torgo: Well, I had no idea what you guys wanted so-
Shock chuckled as Torgo looked through the large bag full of the frozen treat as the boys looked on. Needless to say Torgo kept his promise. Shock turned to the other room, quietly heading over to listen.
Ash: -Yeah. It's still not the easiest thing to talk about. Honestly, when I met Shock I wasn't sure you would believe me when i told you about all this in the first place.
Charles placed a hand on his daughters shoulder with a smile.
Charles: Ash...it's okay. I know it has been hard since we lost your mom. I have been traveling and been stressed, you have been dealing with the effects of the accident. But know this. There is Nothing, NOTHING, we can't handle when we work together.
Ash and her father hugged, Shock smiling as he walked back to the others sitting next to Torgo.
Shock: Where the ice-creams?
Ish: *walks in with the Samoan Sensation* Mom is storing them in the freezer. Kinda a good idea, last thing we want is a sugar rush.
Everyone grabbed a piece as Charles and Ash joined then, grabbing there own.
Marty: *Sprays some whip cream* Delicious, it doesn't even need ice-cream.
Torgo blushed rubbing his head.
Torgo: Yeah, agree with that. Got enthusiastic there.
Tory: Yeah. Dude you see what happened? That new Legend Rusher was electric!
Ish: Yeah we did. It was a little late than expected so we had to improvise.
Shock: MAYBE a little to much.
Torgo brought Shock in as everyone chuckled, Matt and Sandra walking in.
Lt. Matt: This certainly has been one unusual Thanksgiving. *brings Sandra in a hug* But, another good one just the same.
Marty: THIRD GAMES STARTING!
They both smiled as they joined the others. Torgo and Shock were both smiling in silence as both knew one thing for certain.
No matter what comes, no matter what foe they faced. They were together, they were all together.
