Chapter Seventy-Two
Trapped!
Back in Mutopia, Tyroth sat in the conference room with the other Knights and the Hamato Clan.
After some food and rest, they had decided to come together to talk about what they should do next.
Master Splinter, Old George and Richard and Erica were part of the meeting as Tyroth wanted to ask his parents again about who and what they saw, and he wanted the older mutants to hear what was happening and what their advice was.
So far, all Richard and Erica could tell them was what had happened the night before and that they couldn't remember anything else that they hadn't mentioned before.
Tyroth felt frustrated, he hadn't heard anything else from Hugh about the previous night, not any new news from when he had been investigating the previous incidents and he was running out of options.
Just then the door opened and Tyroth looked to the side furious and about to tell the intruder off for entering without knocking, yet his eyes widened as he saw Jun the Tiger appear with Sonia, Freya, and Loki.
"Jun? What's going on?" he asked frowning in question.
"Kids?" Sephie cried then saw Sonia's yellow skin that was turning blue to black.
"Uncle T, Guys!" Sonia cried "It's Pandora!"
"Pandora?!" the Hamato Clan cried out at the same time and Splinter's eyes widened.
"She's that Vigilante!" Loki shouted out before anyone could stop him.
"What did you say?" Tyroth asked blinking as he didn't quite take in what his son had said.
"Did I just hear right?" Devina asked bringing her finger to one of her ears.
"No time for jokes kid!" Percy scolded which made Kate and some of the other Knights stare at him in amazement at his statement given how he, apart from Michelangelo was the self-proclaimed King of Pranks and Jokes.
"It's no joke!" Jun snapped at the grasshopper "The kids are telling the truth!"
"We swear on the Magical Water of the Well!" Freya cried desperately.
Tyroth was speechless and Monalisa went pale before turning to her mate and two adopted brothers who also went white with shock.
"That's impossible!" Donatello breathed.
"Shell no!" Michelangelo cried.
"My granddaughter! No!" Splinter exclaimed and Old George placed his hand on his friends in comfort and support.
Raphael just shook his head speechless, and he turned to Sonia and narrowed his eyes before signing to her.
"Are you serious?"
Sonia nodded.
"I'm not lying Uncle Raph!" she said "I swear I'm not! You know I can't lie easily given how my colour changes depending on my mood and emotions!"
"We're sorry to tell you all this!" Freya rallied next to Sonia "But Pandora confessed everything to us!" she handed Tyroth the note Pandora had written whilst Sonia told them everything that happened, from her suspicions to when she and the Geckolings had gone to look for clues in Pandora's room, and then the hybrid coming in and catching them, then their conversation afterwards then how she had used her pressure points on them before fleeing.
As they listened, the Knights and Hamato Clan were horrified.
"No way!" Jack cried.
"What?" Old George exclaimed looking at Splinter who was staring with his mouth open in shock.
"She's the Huntress!?" Kate cried.
Sarah thought for a moment as she started to remember when she, Jack and Sharky had seen the Huntress last night and Sarah tried to chase her.
"She had long wavy hair and I saw she wore claws!" she said, "And she had a tail! How could I have not seen that?"
"I saw too!" Sharky cried.
Richard and Erica also looked at each other as the penny dropped.
"I should have known there was something familiar about her!" Erica cried as she remembered the young girl in the tribal make-up that saved her and her husband "Oh my goodness!"
"It was Pandora who saved us!" Richard exclaimed.
Sephie looked at Monalisa and Raphael who looked at each other with horror and the gecko was ready to jump up and comfort her sister in spirit.
Tyroth meanwhile stared at the note then his eyes narrowed into slits, and he stood up furious.
"That girl has gone too far!" he snarled as his mana began to glow and his nostrils began to smoke.
Michelangelo looked terrified and he took a step back seeing how furious Tyroth looked.
"I think I just soiled my shell." He squeaked.
"He's mad alright!" Heather whispered as she bit her lip.
"I'll say he's mad!" Sharky gulped.
"I just don't believe it!" Tyroth snarled as he gripped his fists, memories of Pandora's impulsiveness came to him when she demanded to join him when she wasn't ready for the field, including the incident with Vulstrun, he was always telling her she had to stick to the rules, and that they were in place for a reason especially after Diablo's betrayal and from what he was hearing, she was following the footsteps of the Mutopian Traitor.
"Where is she?" he snarled, his blazing eyes turned to Sonia, Jun and the Geckolings and they froze with fear on the spot, despite his anger not directed at them, his look alone was enough to petrify anyone to the spot.
"We…We don't know where she went!" Sonia squeaked "She took the list we found under her pillow! She must have gone topside after knocking us out!"
Tyroth glowered.
"Then we need to get going and find her before she gets into serious trouble!" He growled "And believe me when I say, she's gonna get it big when I get my hands on her!" he held up his large paws and rubbed his forefinger and thumb claw together making a spark appear.
"NO!"
Everyone jumped out of their skins when they heard Monalisa's voice, and they looked to the lizard lady who had a serious look on her face.
"Mona?" Sephie asked in confusion.
"Tyroth!" Monalisa said as she looked into the furious Dragon's eyes "You will not use your full rage on my daughter!" she said taking out her closed fan and pointing it at him as she stood from the table "I understand why she is doing this!"
Tyroth was speechless, he blinked as he looked at Monalisa, and at the bladed fan pointed at his face, and his mana faded from his body, his furious look turned to question.
"Sis?" Donatello and Michelangelo asked in stereo.
"My Daughter?" Splinter questioned as he rose from his seat.
"Lizard Lady?" Jack asked, "What are you saying?"
"I am saying, I know why Pandora is doing this!" Monalisa said as she walked around the table and stood before everyone.
"I can see myself in her, what she is doing!" she glowered and the turtles saw her look and they knew it very well, the same look she had when they first met her, when she had first joined their family and her want for vengeance against the Purple Dragons who raped and killed her, but they also saw the same anger from when Diablo betrayed her.
Raphael stood up and started signing to his mate, but Monalisa held up her hand to stop him and her mate lowered his paws.
"I understand why my daughter is doing this!" the Lizard Lady addressed the Knights and all in attendance.
"As you all know." She said in a calm controlled voice "When I was not much older than her, I was taken by the Purple Dragons, raped, tortured, and killed! Yet I didn't die! I was reborn as this!" she gestured to herself "And I spent two years hunting the bastards who did this to me!"
Sephie swallowed hard as she listened as she remembered the conversation when they first met, and how she had learnt how Monalisa came to be what she was now.
Richard and Erica held each other's hands as they listened and the Knights and the Hamato Clan also listened, remembering the story.
"Then came that time in Skyrim." Monalisa looked at Raphael who nodded as he remembered.
"I took out the bandits that murdered innocent travellers as well as their cannibal boss!" she glanced at Tyroth as he too remembered that night and the other turtles and Devina agreed quietly as they listened.
"I also went out on my own to find Diablo after he betrayed us, as I couldn't just sit at home and let you clean up his mess especially since I along with Jake mutated him in the first place which led to him going rogue and fleeing Mutopia!"
Sephie opened her mouth to speak but Monalisa carried on, giving the gecko a warning look to stay quiet.
"He is on the loose because of me! And now, my daughter is following in my footsteps! We all know the saying 'Like Mother like Daughter' Or 'Like Father, like Son!'"
She glowered at everyone and took out one of her fans.
"Like me, she has been hurt badly, seen those she loved hurt, and she has gone to find the one responsible like I have done before, and I will admit this, if I were in her position, I would do the same! Just like I did when I tried to take out Kodama before that slag Hanako saved his cowardly ass!"
The Knights stared in shock and the Hamato Clan looked at each other, also shocked, but they agreed as they knew the Lizard Lady too well.
Monalisa turned to Sonia and the Geckolings.
"Thank you for informing us." She said in a calm voice then turned to her clan and the Knights.
"If Pandora is out there, then we must move quickly, and we will discuss the consequences later!" she added with a serious tone to Tyroth who glared but he nodded.
The Dragon took a breath and looked to the Knights.
"Right guys!" he said "Gather your weapons and meet at the entrance in five minutes! Hurry!" he barked.
Jack saluted and turned to the others.
"You heard the big guy!" he shouted, and they raced out of the room, yet Sephie remained behind with her mate, the Hamato Clan, Richard, Erica, Jun, Old George, Splinter and the children.
With the Knights out of the room, Tyroth looked at Monalisa.
"How can you be so calm about this Mona?" he asked.
Monalisa turned to the dragon.
"I don't know." She said "I don't even know what to think."
Raphael clapped his hands then started to sign to them.
'How could she do this? And I never saw it? How could she?'
"Well, she's your daughter Raph!" Michelangelo said, yet it wasn't a joking quip but full of fear and concern.
"Oh man! My Little Geisha!" he squeaked "She's out there and looking for our enemies! Who knows what's going to happen!"
"She's done the wrong thing!" Donatello said "Leaving the sanctuary and alone! But you must give her credit, she had done all this and never been caught! And she did save your parents Big T!" he reminded the Dragon.
Dragon glared at Donatello, but Richard and Erica agreed.
"He's right, she did!" Richard said.
"That might be!" Tyroth growled "But she has broken the rules! And putting herself in danger! She must pay the price!"
Sonia and the Geckolings looked worried.
"I do hope she's alright!" Freya said.
Tyroth looked at Jun.
"Get James and Dahlia." He said, "We might need a couple of field medics if anything goes wrong!"
"Right away boss!" Jun said, "And I'll join you as well, in case you need extra muscle."
"Thanks Stripes!"
"We're coming too!" Sonia said, "I'll make sure the twins are safe Uncle T!"
Tyroth wasn't so sure on letting Sonia and his twins join them, but given how Sonia had become experienced as a Knight and the Geckolings shared his magic and his strength as well as their ability to fly, he thought maybe having a bigger team would be an advantage to take on the Foot, The Yakuza and the 95th Street Gang.
"Alright!" he said then looked to Richard, Erica, Splinter and George.
"You guys stay here." He said, "We'll be back as soon as we can!"
"Be careful!" Erica pleaded and Richard nodded in agreement.
"Good luck." George said bowing.
"Please save my granddaughter." Splinter said and sighed heavily "We will be talking seriously she and I."
"You're not the only one master." Donatello said as he looked at his two brothers and adopted sister who looked worried but also determined to get Pandora back before she got into trouble.
If only they knew of the Hybrid's plight as up topside, back in the warehouse, Pandora was tied to a chair in the middle of the room whilst Hanako walked around her taunting her and twirling one of her short swords in her hand as she decided how to interrogate her.
Boss Kodama, Kamaru and Valentina also stood nearby watching.
When the hybrid realised that all guns were pointed at her, she knew she couldn't escape and she had surrendered, it was then a couple of Yakuza had grabbed her and after stripping her of her weapons tied her to a chair, binding her wrists behind her and tying her ankles and tail to the legs of the chair.
Hanako smirked as she looked at her prisoner.
"So, did you really think you could take us all on?" she asked as she grabbed the hybrid's chin, "Were you that naïve, little girl?" she growled in Pandora's face.
Kamaru and Valentina glared at Pandora.
"Never in my wildest dreams did I think that the one who killed our men was a mutant girl!" Kamaru muttered.
"Disgusting little freak!" Valentina drawled as she twiddled her long nails "Only a mother could love that thing!"
Pandora glared at Hanako, Boss Kodama and the two 95th Street Leaders, even though she was a prisoner, she wasn't going to show her she was frightened.
She had been a prisoner of the Foot once; she had never given in to them even through torture and she wasn't going to do it again.
"I thought I had a good chance!" she hissed deciding to be defiant to get on her enemies' nerves before they could touch her "I had been taught by the best!"
Hanako laughed and pushed Pandora's chin away before slapping her.
"The best hmm?" she asked "You thought you were taught by the best? You are nothing but a little fool! A stupid girl who thought she could take on the greatest! But you failed! And now you will suffer! As will your stupid family when they find out where you are!"
"What makes you think they know where I am?" Pandora asked, forcing herself to smirk "I don't have my shell-cell, nor any tracking devices on me! So you can't call and ransom me!"
Hanako glared.
"So that plan's out the window! And if you think I'm going to give up the location of where I came from or where we're hiding, well you can go fuck yourself!" she spat in Hanako's face making the woman recoil then slap the Hybrid across the face, yet Pandora smirked knowing she was annoying the woman whom Arashi enjoyed playing with sexually.
"And who taught you to hit hmm? Your grandmother?"
Boss Kodama strode up and pressed his gun into Pandora's cheek as her attitude was started to grate on his nerves.
"You got mouth girl!" he said, "But tell me, will you have the same gobby attitude once I put a bullet through your cheek?"
Pandora winced and turned her eyes to the Yakuza boss.
"Oh very clever!" she quipped "You'll shoot me and kill me? Then what? You won't get anything out of me!"
Boss Kodama growled and pressed his gun harder into the Hybrid's cheek.
"You're pretty smart!" he said, "and you got a point!" he pointed the gun away from Pandora and fired a warning shot close to her face and Pandora squealed in shock as well as pain as the gunshot went off near her ear.
"What was a warning!" Kodama snarled to which Pandora glared at him.
Hanako shook her head in frustration and grabbed Pandora by the chin making her look at her.
"You can give us lip all you want girl!" she said "But it won't save you! And if your freak family and friends even know where to find you, it'll be too late!"
She leaned closer to the Hybrid and Pandora could feel the woman's hot breath on her face.
"We have ways of making you talk! So if you want to make this easier on yourself! I suggest you co-operate!"
Pandora narrowed her eyes.
"Never!" she snarled, her anger was building up within her and just looking at the woman before her, the very one who had almost killed Raphael, the one who was part of the Foot who had caused her family so much hurt and pain, it was at boiling point, and given her position and her predicament, she had to find a way to get out of her bonds, take her and Boss Kodama as well as the rest of the Ninja, Yakuza and 95th Street Gang.
As she pulled on her wrists, one word was going through her mind, and she could hear Tyroth's voice in her head.
"Berserker…."
Sonia, the Geckolings and Jun the Tiger have informed Tyroth, and needless to say he's furious, yet Monalisa has spoken in her daughter defense even though she agrees that Pandora's actions are foolish.
They now have to get topside and find her!
Meanwhile the Hybrid is tied up and about to be interrogated, but it seems she might have an idea to free herself?
