Forbes' Residence
Front Porch — Night
"I really hate this feeling. I'm seriously going to have a word with you, sweetheart." Kol grumbled as he slowly opened his eyes. The wild Original slowly sat up while black dots danced around in his vision. Kol closed his eyes, attempting to calm himself, and try not to gag when he feels so disorderly and disoriented. It took him a moment to finally get rid of the turmoil.
Kol opens his eyes and blinks a few times until his sight is clear. He almost instantly searched for his vampire who is sitting on the stairs with her arms wrapped around her knees. Harper is standing in front of her with concerned eyes. "Miss Caroline…" he is relieved that she is safe, but he wasn't sure about how she is feeling right at this moment.
The mischief Original pushed himself up to his feet, stridden toward her, and sat down next to her. "Darling…" he brushes his fingers against her cheek. Caroline barely held back her shivers as she closed her eyes with reassurance when she felt familiar icy-cold touch. "I'm okay… Just—really bit of a shock." Caroline replied to Harper and Kol. 'I haven't felt his touch nor hear him for ten minutes… I'm relieved he is here.' She mused, relief.
"I am glad that you are safe." The soldier vampire is satisfied that he managed to take her away from danger.
Caroline lifted her fingers at her pendant and clasped it. "…he knows. Dr. Martin somehow knew what I am." She declared, uncertainly. Kol frowned as he didn't like the fact that a powerful warlock almost immediately recognizes her as Sáõ.
"It is because he is an experienced and strong warlock, Miss Caroline." Harper answered, calmly. "I was astonished when he knew what you are—most of the old witches believe that Sáõ was just a myth. Young generations of witches and warlocks knew nothing of them. That warlock just happened to be one of those who knew about Sáõ existence."
The blonde-haired beauty bit her lip while Kol's muscles tensed. "S-should I be worry?"
"No." Harper shakes his head. His mind went back to that warlock who told him to protect Caroline with a grave face. The soldier vampire knew right away that warlock realized how important Sáõ truly is in the supernatural world.
Suddenly, Harper jerked his head over his shoulder. "I must leave now, Miss Caroline." He turned his eyes to Caroline. "I won't be too far." He assured her, then swiftly vamp-speed away.
"…I'm not used to seeing that kind of crazy speed." Caroline murmured, amazed and flabbergasted at how fast Harper is.
Kol hummed softly. "Soldier vampires are a bit superior to ordinary vampires." He offhandedly said.
"Wait… you are telling me that he's stronger than normal vampires?" she squeaks in shock. Kol taps her shoulder to confirm that yes, soldier vampires are stronger. Caroline gulped nervously. "Good thing that he's our ally." She whispered, relief.
"Definitely." The wild Original agreed.
Then a car drive arrived, parked in front of the house and Caroline lifted her head high with confusion. "Bonnie." The blonde-haired beauty pushed herself up and descend the stairs. Kol stays sitting on the stairs, with his forearms resting on his knees with curiosity.
Bonnie turned off the engine, climbed out of her car, and shut it. The petite witch sauntered around the automobile and straight toward Caroline. "Thank God you're safe." She instantly hugged Caroline.
"I'm fine." Caroline hugged back, and assured her best friend who is obviously worried about her. "Are you okay?" they break the hugs and examined each other to make sure they are physically okay.
The Bennett witch's olive-green orbs stopped at the pendant for a moment. "Care… something happened, and we need to talk." She said, serious.
The blonde-haired beauty raises her eyebrow at her puzzled but nodded her head. "Alright… let's talk inside." Bonnie walked with Caroline to the house.
Kol narrowed his eyes at the witch thoughtfully as he stood up and followed them inside the house. He wondered what it is so important for a witch that needs to talk with his vampire.

Forbes' Residence
Living-Room
"Your mom is not here?" Bonnie questioned as she sat on the sofa while scanning around. The blonde-haired beauty set two glasses of water on the coffee table and sit next to her. Kol is sitting on the stuffed chair, leaning back comfortably as his hands are entwined against his stomach.
Caroline shakes her head. "No. It's her night shift." She replied. "So… what's going on? How's everyone? Are they okay?"
"Everyone's fine." Bonnie reassured Caroline who is relieved to hear that. "But Dr, Martin is dead." Caroline's eyes widen in astonished shock while Kol frowned. "How disappointing. Such a shame a powerful warlock is dead."
The petite witch continues. "Katherine killed him. But… before he was completely dead, he returns my power." Bonnie held up her palm as fire appeared out of nowhere.
Kol hummed with impressment while Caroline smiles widely. "I'm so glad you got your magic back, Bon!" she said, joyfully.
The fire vanished when Bonnie curled her fingers into a fist. "He also wants me to kill Klaus." Kol and Caroline stared at her in surprise. "Even showed me how…. But that's not important."
"How the bloody hell is that not important?"
"What do you mean it's not important?!"
Bonnie's lips pressed together thoughtfully as she lowered her hand to her lap. "At the Grill… Dr. Martin did something to me before I was unconscious." Her eyebrow furrowed deeply when her eyes stared at the coffee table. "There were… flashes of pictures and words. One thing that stood out the most to me was…" she trailed off quietly.
"Bonnie?" Caroline leaned forward, peeking at her witch best friend worried and curious. Kol stares at the petite witch blankly.
The Bennett witch lifted her gaze to Caroline's eyes. "A picture that was drawn so realistic. There were names underneath two women. Imogen Bennett, who I suppose was my ancestor." Bonnie lowered her gaze to the pendant that is hanging around Caroline's neck. "And next to her, her name was Emmanuella, and she wore the same exact necklace you are wearing right now."
Caroline covered her pendant with astounded while Kol pushed himself up to a sitting position with stiff muscles. "…seriously?"
"Yeah… because Dr. Martin made sure that you and this Emmanuella—your ancestor, I believe, are connected. He wanted me to know that piece of information." Bonnie explained, as her shoulders slumped. "I wanna speak out loud but I can't. It prevents me from saying what you are."
"How fascinating." Kol muttered, intrigued while Caroline frowned with perplexity. "You can't say what I am?"
Bonnie nods her head. "I tried, but it won't let me. I can't even write it down. It's like…I was sort of paralyzed. Whatever it was, it made sure that what you are needs to stay hidden from the world. No one can know otherwise; you will be in danger." She explained, gravely.
The blonde-haired beauty bit her inner cheek as she processed the new information in her mind. "…what do you know?" she gently rubbed her thumb on her pendant.
"I knew that our ancestors were best friends." Bonnie said with a warm smile and Caroline's lips twitch. "I guess it's in our blood to become each other's best friends…" they both giggles softly but not for long. The solemn silence appeared between them. "I only got snippets of words and pictures. It's hard to explain in words. I need to find that journal—Dr. Martin had one in his place. I will be going to his apartment tomorrow with Damon and Jeremy."
Caroline nodded her head, understandingly then smiles slyly. "Have you become Jeremy's official girlfriend?" she wiggles her eyebrows at Bonnie.
Bonnie rolled her eyes playfully yet there are blushes appeared on her cheeks. "…we both decided to become official." Caroline squealed excitedly for her. "We're going to take slow and see how our relationship goes."
Kol made a face. "Still think you can do better." He murmured.
"I'm so proud of you, Bon! You deserve it." Caroline genuinely said, happy for her witch best friend. Bonnie smiles gratefully at her. Her blue-green orbs glanced over and noticed the time. "It's late, so you could spend the night here."
The petite witch nods her head. "Thanks." She accepted it as she knew there are some of her clothes in Caroline's dressers.
The wild Original is content to see how thrilled his vampire is when Bonnie easily accepted to spend more time with her. He knew how much Caroline misses her best friend.

Martin's Apartment
Next Day…
Bonnie watches Damon opens the door. The older Salvatore waves his hand across the threshold and smirks with satisfaction. "Yep. Everybody's dead." He steps over the threshold into the apartment. Bonnie and Jeremy followed inside, and the witch instantly found Luka's corpse in the living room.
The witch couldn't help but feel pity for the poor guy while Jeremy shuts the door behind them quietly. Bonnie cleared her throat. "We should pack up the grimoires. They spend years collecting them. I wanna make sure they're safe." She informed the vampire and the human while scanning around the grimoires everywhere. 'Plus, I need to find that journal.' She mused, with determination.
"You know, we could just get another match and cremate him." Damon said after he glanced at the corpse.
Bonnie frowned disapproval at him. "Don't be disrespectful. Not to him." As much as she did have a complicated relationship with two dead warlocks, they still deserve to be respected. Especially when Jonas gave her important information before he died.
"Fine. I'll bury him." Damon sighed, not wanting to deal with judgy witch. He went to grab a sheet to cover the dead body. While Jeremy is observing the books with amazement and wonder.
The petite witch sauntered around the room with the hope to find a certain book. "What exactly are we looking for?" Jeremy speaks up, curious.
"According to Luka's dad, one of these contains a spell that will let me harness the energy that's left behind when a witch dies violently." Bonnie went to one of the stacks of grimoires that was placed at the corner of the room. She bends down and carefully checked them. 'No journal here.' She mused while searching for it.
Damon wraps the sheet around Luka's corpse. "I didn't know you and father witch were so close." He snarked.
"We weren't." Bonnie denied it as she picked up one of the books while Jeremy grabbed the grimoires from the shelf and put them in the large duffle bag. "But when he gave me my powers back, he gave me a message." 'More than one, actually.' "If I can find the spot in town, where the old Salem witches were burned. I can harness their energy to use when I need it."
Bonnie stood up and walked around while searching for the journal. She knew it was important to find a spell but, that journal is more important. For her and her Caroline. She could feel it, in her soul and blood. While Damon paused with thoughtful eyes. "Great. We'll have to put that on our list of things to do today." He made sure the sheet is properly wrapped around the dead body. "Harness ancient dead-witch power."
"You know where the witches were burned?" Bonnie paused her search and turned around when she realizes how calm the older Salvatore is.
Damon glanced up at her with faux-innocent wide eyes. "Did I forget to mention that?"
Bonnie sighed exasperatedly and Damon smirked at her with a cheeky wink. While Jeremy grabbed another grimoire from the shelf, open it, and skim it over with confusion. "Are we gonna have to read through every one of these books till we find the right spell?" he asked as he realized how many books and spells there are.
The petite witch walked to the large bookshelf and stood in front of it. "Not exactly." She held up her palms while closing her eyes. She is muttering a spell for a moment while Damon and Jeremy watch her quietly.
Suddenly, all the grimoires fall onto the ground except one of them opens right in front of her. Bonnie bend down, grabbed it, and saw the page of the Latin spell. "It's this one." She declared with confidence and proud.
"Great." Damon chirped with a smug and impressed smirk on his face. "Grab the rest." He ordered Jeremy who already gathered more books into the bag. "Let's go." He easily heaved the body over his shoulder.
Bonnie closed the grimoire while scanning around for a certain journal. She steps closer to the desk, and opens the drawers, and ransacks through them. 'Where is it?' she lowered herself to the bottom large drawer, pulled it, and moved the papers and objects until a victory smile appeared on her face.
A small palm-size worn-out journal was found underneath the messy papers. She quickly grabbed it, and tuck it into her jean jacket's pocket. Bonnie couldn't wait to read it and share the knowledge with Caroline soon.

Lockwood's Residence
Meanwhile…
Kol released a loud exaggerated groan as he is so bloody bored! He doesn't understand why his vampire had to attend this stupid event. He glanced at Caroline who is animatedly chatting with Mrs. Lockwood as he is currently leaning against the wall with his hands shoved in his pockets. "What the bloody hell is a luncheon?" he grumbled, not caring about the stupid boring event.
He much rather hangs out in his girl's bedroom and communicates with Caroline. It's more fun than being here at the boring so-called party. His dark gaze scanned around in disinterest until he spotted a Sheriff Forbes approaching her daughter and Mrs. Lockwood.
"Excuse me…" Sheriff Forbes interrupted the conversation between the two not unkindly. Kol pushed himself from the wall and sauntered his way toward his vampire with neutral curiosity. Caroline glanced at her mother with a puzzled frown. "…I'm sorry, but I need to speak with Mayor Lockwood." Mrs. Lockwood eyed the Sheriff with concern yet there was an understanding glint in her eyes.
"Of course." Mrs. Lockwood turned her head to Caroline with a polite smile. "If you please excuse us." She gently places a maternal hand on Caroline's shoulder. "We'll talk more about the event later, okay?"
The blonde-haired beauty nodded her head. "Yeah." She glances between the women with suspicion but nodded her head and step away.
Kol raises his eyebrow at them then followed his vampire closely. When Caroline stood in front of the refresher table, she lifted her fingers to brush the stray of her hair behind her ear. The prince Original immediately noticed and smirks at her with amusement.
"I love it when you are using your vampiric to your advantage, darling." Kol muttered, happily as he loves to see his vampire being comfortable using any vampiric senses. He glances over at the women as he noted they are walking to the corner of the room across from her.
The wild Original decided to amble his way over to them since he is curious about what his vampire is eavesdropping on them. Oh, how he wishes he misses being in his vampire body.
Once he is close to them, he shamelessly overhears their conversation.
"—marshal hasn't been able to figure out what caused the fire at the scene, but he did find blood. No body, just blood." Sheriff Forbes informed the woman, grimly.
Mrs. Lockwood's lips pull downward as she glances around warily. "You think vampires were involved?" Kol glanced over at the blonde-haired beauty who looks surprised as she stared at the cup of water in her hands.
Sheriff Forbes frowns deeply. "I'm starting to assume the answer to that is always a yes." She stated as if it were a fact.
Kol could see that they didn't discuss more further in the topic, so he returns to his vampire who is worried. "Darling?" he pokes her forehead with concern.
The blonde-haired beauty barely held back on flinching at the icy-cold touch on her forehead. She inwardly grumbled as she lifted her cup to her lips. "I am just wondering how many people know the existence of vampires… I can understand my mom, somewhat." Caroline barely uses her audible voice however, since Kol is very close to her, he can hear her perfectly fine.
Caroline glanced over at her mother and Mayor Lockwood. "…I just didn't expect that the Mayor would know..." she narrowed her eyes at them thoughtfully. "…just how much deep does this town knows about the supernatural…" she muttered, contemplatively.
Kol hummed. "That's a good question, sweetheart." He truly does want to know just how much of this cursed tiny town is aware of the shadow world.
"Hey Care." The blonde-haired beauty and Kol turned to Matt who greeted her warmly. The Quarterback jock walked up to her with a tray of a few small plates.
Caroline beamed at her friend while Kol mumbled under his breath. "Hey, Matt." She watches her blonde friend placing the plates on the table. "That's right. I almost forgot that you are on catering shift."
"Anything to earn more money." Matt shrugs with a smile.
The blonde-haired beauty just returns to his friendly smile with hers while the transparent Original crossed his arms with a loud sigh of boredom. Once again, he doesn't understand what's the point of this boring dead-ass event when he and Caroline can do something more interesting and fun?

Woods
Later…
Bonnie and Jeremy are following Damon who is hiking through the woods. Jeremy adjusted the strap of a backpack on his shoulder. "Is this the spot Emily Bennett was killed, too?" he asked, curious.
"Founders thought it was poetic burning her where the other witches burned." Damon answered, calmly while snapping the twigs and fallen leaves under his boots.
The petite witch glanced at the older Salvatore with puzzled. "How do you know where the witches were burned?"
"'Cause I tried to save her." Damon replied which surprise Bonnie and Jeremy. "Emily was just my key to getting Katherine back before I knew what a nasty little bitch Katherine was." Damon explained, slightly regretted and ashamed as he realized that Emily Bennett tried to protect him and the Mystic Falls. And he threw it back at her face by trying to kill her descendant. Jeremy snorted with amusement while Bonnie hummed.
They arrived at the abandoned and run-down plantation. Bonnie was surprised to see such a large house as it was very beautiful despite that it was very creepy looking. Three of them paused at the sight of the place. "You sure it's the right place?" Jeremy asked the older Salvatore, puzzled.
Damon nod in response and they all stride toward the plantation.
Soon, they step onto the porch, Damon extends his hand to push the door inward and step inside. Bonnie and Jeremy followed in slowly. They all examined the place with interest and curiosity. The petite witch studied the house quietly while following the vampire and Jeremy further into the rooms.
Jeremy stepped on the wood that released a crack sound that startled him. Damon glanced at him with an amused smirk and walk forward. However, he halted out of a sudden. His smirk dropped as he realized he is unable to move. He glares at Bonnie who raises her eyebrow at him. "Whatever witchy prank you're playing, don't. It's not funny."
"I'm not doing anything." Bonnie defended herself.
Damon chuckled humorlessly. "I can't move." The witch just stares at him while Jeremy glanced at both of them, astonished. And before anyone knew, the older Salvatore's skin starts burning. "Oh… my ring's not working." He grimaced in pain. "Do something." He is pleading at Bonnie.
Bonnie closed her eyes and concentrated her magic mentally. It took a moment for Damon to finally move and hid in the shade. His burning marks healed back to smooth flawless skin. The witch opens her eyes and half-smile at him. "I don't think the witches like you being here."
"I guess this is the right place." Jeremy stated with mirth in his eyes.
Damon huffed and smirk at them. "I'm gonna go wait outside." He pointed at the door and walk forward. Bonnie and Jeremy watched him leaving the plantation through the exit doors.
Bonnie turned her head to Jeremy. "Can you hand me the grimoire?"
Jeremy took off his backpack, unzipped it, and took out a grimoire to hand to the petite witch. "Are you sure about this?" he asked, skeptical and worried.
"Are you worried about me?" Bonnie grabbed the book not unkindly.
The young Gilbert nodded his head. "Yeah, of course, I am." Bonnie smiles sweetly at him and then pecked his lips.
"I'm sure." Bonnie assured her boyfriend. Then opens the grimoire to the correct pages that she memorized earlier. She closed her eyes and concentrates on her magic. Not even a minute and the whispers are heard throughout the empty plantation. Jeremy eyed around cautious and turned his eyes to the witch. "What is that?"
The Bennett witch opens her eyes thoughtfully. "The spirits of the witches who died here. I can feel them." She answered Jeremy.
"All right… what are they saying?"
Bonnie frowned. "I can't tell." She slowly walked around, following the whispers until the volume started to get louder and louder.
Jeremy quickly picked up the backpack from the ground. "Where are you going?" he went hot on her tail but got blocked. "What the—? Bonnie!"
The petite witch paused on the few steps stairs that lead to the basement. She turned her head up and frowned when she noticed that Jeremy can't get through the door. Her eyebrow furrowed with puzzled and heard the whispers in her ears. "Bonnie?" Jeremy asked, hesitant and concerned.
"I'm sorry, Jeremy." Bonnie half-smile at him. "The spirits of the witches… they don't want anyone in the basement except me."
Jeremy frowned deeply. "I-I don't like this…" he doesn't want to leave Bonnie alone.
"I'll be fine." The Bennett witch glanced at the end of the stairs. "They won't hurt me." She said with confidence. She descended the stairs much to Jeremy's worried and frustrated that he can't be there for her.
Soon, Bonnie arrived at the basement and knew that it was a spot where most powers has gathered around. She could see all the candles everywhere which she could use to channel her magic. The petite witch lowered the grimoire to the ground, stood on her feet, and closed her eyes for a moment.
All the candles and fireplace lit up at the same time as Bonnie open her eyes and released her shuddering sigh.
A transparent ghost appeared in front of her. "You…" she whispered in shock.
"Hello, Bonnie." Emily Bennett greeted her descendant. "It seems that you have found Imogen's journal." She glanced at the pocket where the small journal was tucked in.
Bonnie carefully took out a small journal from her pocket. "Y-yeah… Dr. Martin gave me a message." She carefully rubbed the thick leather of a cover with her thumbs.
Emily clasped her hands together in front of her. "And you have questions." She stated, knowingly.
"A lot." The petite witch admitted. "I know that I'm supposed to harness all the witches' powers and I know Dr. Martin wants me to kill Klaus… but…" she trails off, hesitant as she lowered her gaze to Imogen's journal. "…this is more important. More than doppelgänger, more than the Sun and the Moon curse, more than the Originals." She shifted her attention back to her ancestor with astonishment awed. "…Caroline, my best friend… she's…" her teeth gritted tightly, still can't say the word.
"I understand." Emily acknowledged as the whispers are softly heard around them. "Even in death, we cannot speak of a word as well." Bonnie's raised her eyebrows in surprise. "The answers you wish to seek are in Imogen's journal." She tipped her head at the journal, calmly.
"Have you read it?" the Bennett witch questioned, curious.
Emily's lips slightly twitch to a small smile. "I have. It was informative and beautiful." She admitted, yet there was a hint of sadness in her tone. "It was ashamed that I do not have a special bond with her. She was not born around my time. However, at least I did get to peek at your special friend." She thought about that night when she saw three girls doing the séance. "She is a pure creature." The whispers head once again, agreed with Emily.
"Yeah…" Bonnie uttered softly, her fingers clutching onto the journal tightly. "…I just—" she paused, worried and torn. "—I know that I have to protect Caroline. I know it's my duty to always protect her and watch over her. I just…know it. But why?" she is genuinely curious.
The dead witch hummed softly. "I cannot be too sure, Bonnie. All we knew was that it was in Bennett's blood to protect her kind. The Bennett Coven and her kind shared a special bond, over thousand of years ago." Emily answered, solemnly. "You must not let her go. Stay by her side and protect her no matter what. Do you understand?" her eyes harden with seriousness.
Bonnie eyeing at her ancestor thoughtfully then nodded her head. "I understand." She promised. The things she briefly saw from the visions—thanks to Dr. Martin. Bonnie knew that she can't let anything happen to her sweet blonde best friend. She cleared her throat, and lowered her hands as one of her hands holds Imogen's journal. "And the harness of the witches' powers?" she noticed Emily's slightly concerned face. "What is it?"
The whispers got a bit louder as Bonnie glanced around with a puzzled frown. Emily sighed softly. "If you draw from a hundred dead witches' powers, your magic core may handle all those powers all at once. However, once you release it all, in order to kill the Original… you will die." Emily revealed the harsh truth, gravelly.
The Bennett witch gasps with astonishment shocked by this answer. She honestly doesn't know what to do with that information. If she didn't know what Caroline was, if she didn't have any information from Dr. Martin, if she remains to be blindly loyal to Elena… she wouldn't be hesitant to accept it and do it.
However, Bonnie can't die. Not when Caroline needs her. "I…I can't…" she lowered her gaze at the ashy wood floors with gritted teeth. She wants to help and kill the Original who is after Elena but…
Emily looks a bit relieved as the whispers semi-calms down. "It is good to see that you are taking this serious for her." It comforts all the Bennett witches that Bonnie refuses to leave Caroline alone in this world. After all, her kind needs a Bennett witch, always and forever.
"W-what can I do?" Bonnie questioned, lost and confused.
Then the whispers came once again through her ears which made her eyes widen in surprise. "Wait… I can do that?" she is completely baffled.
Emily slowly allows a small smile appeared. "Yes. You and her can do it together. As I said, Bennett Coven and her kind had been together ever since the beginning."
Bonnie released disbelief chuckled from her lips. "I…okay, okay. I get it." Her heart swells with hope and amazement. "Thank you." She thanked her ancestors with a grateful smile.
The Bennett witch closed her eyes and concentrates. All the old candles flare up higher at the same time and feeling all the rushes of powers flying toward her magic core. Making it grow, grow and grow. Bonnie locked her jaw and stubbornly held her chin up and shoulders back. Unknowingly that his display of strength is improved and proud of by her ancestors.

Lockwood's Residence
Meanwhile…
Kol is entertaining himself by coming up with a few dozen ways to be creative by killing a few certain on his Must Kill list with just a simple broken piece of wood from the chair. He wonders if his darling vampire would like to watch it since they were the ones who causes her grief and pain after all. The wild Original hummed thoughtfully to himself. The sound of applaud interrupted his bloody details daydreaming.
He is currently leaning on the wall next to Caroline who is also leaning as well. Mayor Lockwood is standing in front of the room full of audiences who are sitting on the chairs. There are few who decided to stand in the back of the room. Carol smiles politely at them as she is holding the envelope in her hands. "And here to accept the donation to the Miranda Sommers-Gilbert Scholarship fund is Elena Gilbert." She declared.
The people applaud as Elena smiles softly while Kol groans loudly. "Bored. So bloody fucking bored! Booooorrrriiiinnnnnggggg." He whined, tilting his head back against the wall as he shoves his hands in his front pockets.
Caroline subtly rolled her eyes when she heard a slightly whining tone from her ghost friend. "Shut up, Kol." She barely moves her mouth while watching Elena approach Mayor Lockwood and accepted the check from Mrs. Lockwood.
Kol pouted at his vampire and poke her cheek out of childish revenge. The blonde-haired beauty made a face as she controls her shivers. Oh, how she wants to poke him back thousands times in silly revenge.
As Elena stands in front of the crowd with a polite smile. She opens her mouth to start her speech which made Kol wants to bash his head against the wall because it's so bloody boring.
Caroline jerked her head to her side which caught Kol's attention right away. He follows where her gaze is and saw a man falling down the stairs to the ground, unconscious. Soon, everyone left the room and chaos happens when they saw a man on the ground.
The blonde-haired beauty quickly joined the others along with Kol who followed her. They both saw Stefan checking over the body and when he turned the head, there was a bite mark. Caroline's eyes widen in surprise when she saw the body's face. "John?" she muttered.
"Whose bloody hell is John?" Kol demanded, not liking that his vampire knew this suspicious man's name.
Mrs. Lockwood made her way through the crowds and gasps when she saw John. She turned around forced to calm herself. "Please, let the Sheriff do her job." She addressed the assembled crowd.
Sheriff Forbes moves through the crowd, crouches down next to Stefan, and investigates John's state immediately. Stefan moved away from the woman who skim over John with examined eyes.
Caroline and Kol watch Stefan leaving, and Sheriff Forbes stood to her feet. "Let's all back off." She waves her arms at the crowd, and gestures as if she wants them to back away. "He just needs some air. Everything's fine." She assures them, calmly.
Then she glances at her daughter who looks worried. "Please go home, Caroline." She said, not unkindly.
The blonde-haired beauty frowned at her mother but decided not to argue. She nodded her head which made her mother looks relieved.
Soon, everyone left the house and to their cars. Caroline climbed into her car while Kol is sitting in the passenger's seat. "Well… that was something." She comments as she turned on the engine with her key.
"Still boring." Kol deadpanned.
Caroline rolls her eyes playfully. "I get it, I get it. This event is very boring for you." She huffed with amusement. Who would've thought that Kol can be so childish? She made a face when she felt another wintery-touch from her ghost friend once again on her cheek. "Kol…" Caroline warns yet there's mirth in her blue-green eyes which made Kol cheekily grin at her.
An amused smile appeared on her face. "Well…since we have plenty of free time since the event is over—"Thank bloody Goddess for that."—"We can drive around and talk with each other? Just…light topic without any serious stuff, what do you think?"
"I would love that, darling." Kol taps her shoulder with a soft smile. Just sitting and talking is one of his favorite past times with his vampire.
The blonde-haired beauty beams. And before they both knew it; Caroline has been driving and animatedly talking to her ghost friend. Kol sometimes comments or repeated a few words to respond to her questions.
It's a nice peaceful for the vampire and the ghost Original.

Old Witch's Plantation
Later…
Bonnie and Jeremy trudge through the field outside the old witch's house. Jeremy glance at the Bennett witch a few times who has been quiet ever since she came back up from the basement. "I-is everything okay, Bonnie?"
The petite witch hummed in response while her olive-green eyes stared off at the woods. Jeremy stopped and stared at Bonnie with a serious face. "Bonnie."
Bonnie halted and turned her head to him with a raised puzzling eyebrow at him. "Did you do it? The power?" he asked, curious and concerned for her.
"Yeah." The tiny witch nodded her head with a weak smile.
Jeremy narrowed his eyes at her suspiciously. "Are you really okay?" he asked, just to be sure.
The Bennett witch pulled up a big smile on her face. "I'm fine, Jeremy. It's just a lot of power to absorb. That's all." She assures him.
"…just exactly how much power can you draw from a hundred dead witches?" the young Gilbert questioned.
Bonnie closes her eyes and concentrates. The leaves started flying around them, the sky turns black and the thunders are heard from the distance as the lightning flashed nearby. Jeremy's eyes widen amazed and awed by the magic.
After a brief moment of displaying the powerful magic, Jeremy gently touches the witch's arm. Bonnie slowly opens her eyes and stopped her magic as the weather returned to normal. Jeremy chuckled with amazement and surprise. "Wow."
Bonnie giggles with delight and excitement at the small great magic she uses to prove Jeremy. "The answer to your question is, a lot."
Jeremy smiles warmly at her. "So, now what?"
The petite witch's smile slowly fades to a serious face. "You go home." Jeremy protests but Bonnie shakes her head. "There's something I need to do." She uttered as she placed her palm on the small journal that is hidden inside of her jacket. "I'll call you." She promised, then turned around and stride forward with purpose.
Jeremy just stares at her with slight defeat and disappointment.

Forbes' Residence
Caroline's Bedroom
Night…
The doorbell rang that caught the vampire and the ghost's attention. The blonde-haired beauty frowned with confusion as she was laying on her bed on her side while Kol was laying on the other side. Caroline sat up and she tilted her head for a bit as Kol raise his eyebrow at her. "Huh, it's Bonnie."
Caroline quickly leaped off her bed, and strode to the door as Kol went hot on her tail. As they headed to the foyer of the first floor. The blonde-haired beauty extends her hand to the doorknob, twisted it open, and smiles at her witch friend. "Hey, Bon." She greeted, friendly.
Bonnie step inside the house with solemn yet small excitement in her eyes. "I got the journal." Caroline closed the door with a hummed questioning. "Imogen's journal." The witch corrected herself.
Kol and Caroline jerked their heads at the petite witch with astonishing surprise. "W-wait, really?"
"How the bloody hell did you get your hands on your ancestor's journal?" Kol murmured, interested. He didn't think that Bennett witch would get her ancestor's journal so easily.
Bonnie nodded her head as she took out the old journal from the inside pocket of her jacket. "Dr. Martin somehow obtains this journal a few years ago. And luckily, I got it back since it belonged to one of my ancestors." She explained, pleased and content.
"That's awesome!" Caroline is happy for her best friend who looked extremely pleased. "So, what now?"
The petite witch bit her inner cheek, trying to find words to talk to her vampire best friend. "…there's something you need to know." Caroline placed her hands on her hip with curiosity while Kol narrowed his eyes at her expression, not sure if he is going to like whatever she is about to say. "…first, let's go to your room because it's going to be a bit of a shock for you."
"I don't think I'm liking this." Kol muttered, warily. He followed his vampire and the tiny witch upstairs to the bedroom.
Once they are in Caroline's bedroom, the best friends sat on the edge of the bed while Kol leaned against the wall nearby with sharp eyes.
Bonnie gently placed her ancestor's journal on her lap. "First, I got the hundreds of dead witches' powers." Kol and Caroline perked up with interest. "…but it's very risky and dangerous because I was warned."
"Warn what?" Caroline furrowed her eyebrows with concern and alertness while Kol's dark eyes lit with understanding.
"If I use all the powers at once on Klaus… I'll be dead." She blunted, blankly.
The blonde-haired beauty gap at her incredulity while Kol clicked his tongue sharply. "Of bloody course. There's always a price when it comes to harnessing dead witches' powers." He grumbled, slightly irked.
"W-what?" Caroline squeaked in horror. "B-but that… but you can't die!" she refuses to let her best friend die.
Bonnie quickly moved her free hand to clasp over Caroline's hands. "Hey, hey… I won't die." She assures the vampire who is nearly freaking out. "If you help me, then my chances for survival are high." Kol straightens up his spine with cautious interest while Caroline calms down.
"W-what do you mean? How can I help?" the blonde-haired beauty questioned, puzzled.
The petite witch inhaled then exhaled for a moment. "To do a Bond-Channel Ceremony." Kol's eyes widen in stunned and flabbergasted by her answer.
Caroline blinked at her bemused. "A what now?" she doesn't know what that is.
"A Bond-Channel Ceremony?! Are you fucking mad?!" Kol snapped in disbelief. If the Bennett witch does the Bond-Channel Ceremony with his vampire, then the witch will have an extremely difficult time if anyone ever discovers what she has done.
After all, Bond-Channel Ceremony is practically forbidden for any witches and warlocks because it always results in demise.

She just couldn't believe it. How does she not realize it? What is she going to do? Normally, she knows what to do but this information and the evidence are in her hands… but it's different.
Tears slipped from her eyes as she put her hand on her mouth. Attempt to control her sob while staring at the evidence.
