The duel between Faust, the Final Commander of The Hanoi and the Lieutenant, the current third strongest duelist of the Hanoi and one of the three last members of the Knights of Hanoi, against Stormrider, the Ritual duelist, the hacker of his friendship group, the one that currently is holding Flame with him, has only begun.
The place they were dueling in was in Link VRAINS in a city during a Speed Duel with only Theodore, Kiku and unknowingly except for Faust, Varis and Specter as they had their hands crossed.
They were there because someone that shall not be named for any slander cough Theodore cough gave someone a card, which resulted in Faust wanting to duel the guy so he can get the Cyberse card, which Stormrider showed up as he saved that guy from dueling a Knight Of Hanoi.
Now, the time is now, a duel that could possibly spell the defeat of the Hanoi or the fall of a friend, whatever will it be. They will find out right here and now.

Speed Duel!
"This is the domain that you joined in, so it is fair to say that the starting turn is for me to take!" he yelled as he swiped his hand to reveal his hand as Stormrider looked at his starting four cards and nodded.
"I will begin this duel by activating my Spell card, Snake Rain!" as then a card materialized in front of them as a card appeared on his hand and 4 cards from his duel disk, "This card's price is that I have to send 1 card from my hand." he did so as he then took all 4 of those cards.
"So I can send from my deck, 4 Reptile monsters from my deck straight to my graveyard," Faust yelled as he showed Worm Erokin, Dimikles, Gulse and Milidith as he sent those cards from his deck to his graveyard as they were shocked by the amount of cards he just threw away in his opening move.
"Why did he send all of those cards to his graveyard?" wondered Stormrider as Flame crossed his arms.
"I don't know, Stormrider, but maybe he is trying to summon out a powerful monster that gains attack points in his graveyard like Vennominaga The Deity Of Poisonous Snakes, or maybe they have graveyard effects that could drastically change the course of this duel." said Flame as Stormrider nodded as those did sound like the best possible answer of that question.
"What the Fire Ignis said was true, but I won't tell you more as the effect of Card of Compensation activates from my graveyard! When this card is sent from my hand to the graveyard, I can draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top two cards from his deck. Like he didn't lose any momentum in the slightest.
He swiped his hand to show his hand as he picked a card from there, "I now summon my Worm Xex!" as then on his side of the field what honest to god might be the most grotesque monster they have ever seen in their entire life. It was a small monster that had a vine like structure with 4 claws around it, with what looked like yellow eyes and a mouth inside of the structure of its body as well as it being covered in green slime.

"Ew."
"I second that." said Flame as he agreed to Stormrider's opinion.
Faust on the other hand smirked, "If you think that is bad, you should see his effect! When he is summoned on the field, I get to send 1 Worm monster from my deck straight to my graveyard!" a card appeared from his duel disk as he took it, but then sent it to the graveyard.
However, for some strange reason the card returned back, "Worm Yagan's effect from the graveyard activates! If the monster I have on the field is Worm Xex, I can special summon it on the field in face down defense mode!" he yelled as then a card was then set vertically.
They hated the fact that this deck reminded them of the Krawler and Tindangle archetypes from Genome and Akira respectively.
Faust then looked at his opponent, "I should tell you that unlike my subordinates, I don't focus on Link Summoning or use them in any way." That took them by surprise, as it might be the only one from the genuinely strong duelists that didn't use Link Monsters, "I do however, use a different summoning method."
Now that made them look at him in surprise and in worry. The only ones left are XYZ, Synchro, Fusion and maybe even Pendulum, but those are just speculations. They do have to be careful around this guy.
Faust looked at the rest of his cards and looked at the sole Trap card in his hand. This card is the perfect card for him to summon his Ace monster, but he knows that this is too soon and that Stormrider's favourite monster destroys Spell and Traps on summon.
"I end my turn with that." said Faust as he looked at his opponent with narrowed eyes, ready for anything he will pull out.

Turn 2. Stormrider - 4000 lp - 4 cards
"Stormrider, in this duel, I don't think we can afford to be defensive if he is at the defense. If we do, then the amount of advantages it will create for him will be too high." said Flame as Stormrider nodded to that.
"I agree with you, Flame, so let's go!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck as he looked at his deck and nodded with a big ol' grin on his face, "Alright! This will be a great start! First, come out, Disciple of Nephthys!"
As then on his side of the field appeared a small young looking girl with tan skin, with yellow sandals, black gauntlets around her legs, a small red dress with a belt around her hips, a necklace with a feather on it, with white bracelets with a phoenix hat that covered her head and long black hair that slowly went brown downwards.
(Disciple of Nephthys: Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 0. Defense: 2000.)
"Her effect activates! For the price of one card in my hand," one card in his hand suddenly burst into flames, but then a card popped out of his duel disk as he took it, "So I can add a Nephthys monster from my deck to my hand!" He showed the card was Conductor of Nephthys.
"So, you are going to Ritual Summon right now?" asked Faust as Stormrider smirked.
"That's right! So go! Rebirth of Nephthys!" a card materialized on his field as he began to explain the card, "Now, I can sacrifice a monster on my side of the field or hand for a tribute of a Nephthys Ritual monster!" as then a purple circle appeared with the head of Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys on them, "So I sacrifice my Disciple so I can conduct a Ritual Summon!" he yelled as then his Disciple of Nephthys disappeared into data as 2 of the 12 heads lit up.
Stormrider began to chant, "For a Ritual of the Sacred monster, a conductor is needed for the summon of the legendary monster! I Ritual Summon! Appear, Level 2, Conductor of Nephthys!" as then on his side of the field appeared a familiar looking Ritual monster. It was like Disciple, but this time all grown up, with the address longer, the cloth being more defined, the gauntlet being jet black, her eyes were visible with it being a shining blue colour with a golden Phoenix hat on her.

"Huh, never noticed that card resembled Disicple until now." said Theodore as Kiku nodded with him.
"The effect of Conductor Of Nephthys activates! When she is Ritual Summoned on the field, we can special summon 1 Ritual monster from our hand or deck!" from Stormrider's deck a card popped out to which he took it immediately and then slammed it, "So, come on out, Devotee of Nephthys!"
As then on his side of the field appeared a woman with tan skin, with dark blue sandals and gauntlets around her legs with a blue dress with cloth all around her hips as it was smooth as silk, as the hair was black and went down to her hips, as her hat was that of a blue Phoenix.
(Devotee Of Nephthys: Ritual - Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 1200. Defense: 1200.)
A card then popped out of his deck, "When it was Ritual Summoned, thanks to Conductor treating that as a Ritual Summon, I get to special summon 1 Nephthys monster from my deck, but it is destroyed during the End Phase! So come out! Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys!" he slammed the card as then a massive pillar of flames arrived a new monster.
It was a Phoenixof which the flames were that of a raging tornado that can not be stopped in any capacity, as the orb in the middle was that of a sapphire, as the skin was that of gold as every part of it looked rich, as the wings were massive enough to carry all of them and the claws were sharp as swords.

"Ah, so you have managed to summon out the core of your deck in that short amount of time? How impressive." said Faust as he narrowed his eyes at the monster and he was glad that he didn't set his Trap card when he did.
"That's right, and let me tell you that is just the start of this burning session! But first, I activate Sacred Winds!" as then a new card appeared that had an image of a flock of birds flying near a beautiful looking rainbow on a hot sunny day. "This card allows me to draw a card for every Wind Attribute monster I have on the field!" Faust, Theodore, Kiku and Varis and Specter were taken aback by the amount of cards he can draw, "Since I control 2, I get to draw 2 cards!" he yelled.
"I see, so at best, he would get to draw 6 different cards, but if he Extra Linked, he would get to draw 7 cards, but at worst, he can still draw a card. How powerful." said Varis as he took a note on adding a certain Continuous Trap on him for special reasons.
Stormrider then took a card from his hand, "I will first set a card face down." a card was set vertically behind his 2 Ritual monsters and his Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys before it disappeared. He then pushed his arm forward, "Now, Battle! Conductor of Nephthys attacks your Worm Xex with Sol Linea!"
Conductor of Nephthys pointed her finger at the Worm Xex as Faust braced himself for the attack. From the finger was shot a concentrated beam of burning red fire that was like that of the Sun as it pierced through the Worm monster like nothing ever happened.

"Now, it is time for my Devotee to attack your set monster! Sun Burst!" from the top of the building Faust looked up and shielded his eyes at what might as well be another Sun as it was massive and blinding like one, as Devotee made it explode which the man had to cover.
Stormrider and Flame don't have to worry as Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys shielded him with his massive wings from the explosion as then the set monster revealed itself to be a monster with… 1800 defense points.

Stormrider stepped backwards as the monster was fine. The monster was another grotesque monster as it was in the shape of a Y as it was covered in green sludge and the base was that of actual flesh with yellow eyes. It was very hard not to puke when looking at this thing.

"My monster may not be destroyed and I do not take battle damage, but the effect of Worm Yagan activates! When flipped face up, your Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys is returned to your hand!" green sludge was shot from that monster as it went straight towards the Phoenix which the monster roared in pain as it returned to Stormrider's hand.
"Oh Byte!" cursed Flame.
"He just managed to slap Seigen's Ace back to the hand with no problem!" yelled Kiku in worry.
Stormrider gritted his teeth as he then smirked, "I end my turn and with that my Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys is still destroyed!" yelled Stormrider as one of his cards burst into flames.
Turn 3. Faust - 3800 lp - 3 cards
"You may have destroyed my Worm Xex, but I will tell you that this duel has only just begun! I draw!" he yelled as Faust drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it. He saw it and smirked, as Flame and Stormrider braced themselves as they knew they were in a world of hurt.
"He is planning something, Stormrider." said Flame in worry as Stormrider nodded.
"Yeah, I can feel it too Flame, something bad." said Stormrider as Faust looked at them with a menacing glare.
This duel… has only just begun.
INTRO!

We see six different Ignis flying around the Cyberse, all with their accompanying archetypes, with Flame escaping the Cyberse in the hands of Theodore Hamilton as a second later, his appearance changed that of Soulburner as he began walking slowly with a determined look on his face. As then a Duel Monsters card appeared on the screen which was flipped over to reveal the words, "Bring The Heat, Soulburner!"
Grey words can't make anything happen
We then see Theodore facing backwards to a boy with silver hair and blue eyes, but was 2 years older than him as they both raised their heads, as they turned to Soulburner and Varis as they turned around as Salamangreat Heatleo and Borreload Dragon striked each other at the same time.
I know, yeah I know
Soulburner covered his face from the dust of the explosion as Varis was floating above him as he went flying on his duel board.
Wishing to fly freely across the sky
Soulburner then began to chase him with a duel board of his own with a determined face.
I dreamed it all my life
Once he got close, he somehow managed to dodge an attack from Specter's Sunavalon monsters as the Lieutenants of the Hanoi were along with him.
Step by step I go, though it's a doubtful world! Don't care how much I fall! Instinct is my guide, I never give up!
As soon as they appeared, Frostgirl, Stormrider and the Gore appeared with him to assist him in this match as Soulburner grinned ear to ear as they each faced one of the Knights of Hanoi, with Gore fighting Genome with his Gouki Suprex and Riscorpio as Genome had X-Kralwer Neurogos, Frostgirl having out her Nekroz Of Trishula on the field while Baira had her Dark Mummy Surgical Forceps, Stormrider with his Cerulean Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys against Faust's Worm Zero as Soulburner passed Specter as his scarf hit the screen as a new transition was made.
To faraway future, I burst out running
We then see Soulburner flying on a duel board as then Stormrider and Frostgirl were near them, both with grins on their faces as Frostgirl winked Soulburner whose face flushed red for some time as then Flame appeared as he began flying with fire on his feet.
Go beyond even the unseen fears
Gore was then seen on a ring with his Gouki The Undertake Ogre with the kids looking excited with stars in their faces as he left out a dramatic roar for the audience.
The vision I had, so I can be myself
Akira was then seen with a determined face as he held a picture of his younger sister when she was younger as he then gritted his teeth. He looked down as tears went down his face as he remembered their past.

Ghost Gal then appeared with a saddened face as she saw Akira, as then the man raised walked towards the data bank of SOL Tech.

He then turned around as he saw Soulburner coming near them.

Soulburner then summoned out Salamangreat Miragestellio and Pyro Phoenix as Akira summoned out Tindangle Acute Cerberus as the two monsters clashed.

While the battle was commencing, Frostgirl watched the duel with a concerned face, but Stormrider's face wasn't shown as well as tears went down his face.
I call this a miracle.
We then see Kiku and Theodore with their arms opened towards Seigen as Flame was carrying the same motion as he had tears in his eyes as he then smiled as he fell to their embrace. Then a new screen was made as Theodore, Flame, Kiku and Seigen were smiling at the screen with Varis looking at them with his back turned against them with a wicked smile on his face.
BRING THE HEAT, SOULBURNER! - THE KNIGHTS OF HANOI!

The duel looked like it was starting off as Stormrider and Flame were tense about the current situation of Faust's mysterious hand and what kind of combos he had in store.

Speed Duel!
Faust took the new card as he yelled, "I activate Pot Of Greed!" Oh that. The legendary pot appeared on the field as did the card materialized in front of the Knight Of Hanoi. "With this, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck!" two cards appeared from his duel disk as he then took them as the legendary pot exploded right in front of him.
"I will then play Card of Adversity! If I control no monsters on my side of the field while you control a special summoned monster, I get to draw 2 cards from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top 2 cards from his deck.
"I will begin by playing my Worm Invasion!" he yelled as a card materialized in front of him. The image had Worm King and Queen in the landscape as they were battling against Flamvell Uruquizas, Mist Valley Executor, X-Saber Urbellum and General Edward of The Ice Barrier all at the same time. Kiku was taken aback at the familiar looking monster.
"This card has a multitude of effects at my disposal, but the one you should be worrying for is the first one! Once per turn, I can add 1 Worm monster if I summon 1 Worm monster, so that is what I am going to do!" Faust swiped his hand to reveal his hand and picked a card, "So appear, Worm Solid!"
As then, another grotesque being which at this point makes Akira's Tindangles look like angels in comparison, as the monster was like blue goo and jelly with yellow eyes all over the body as the teeth were like of monsters as it was trapped in a clear Pyramid.
(Worm Solid: Level 4 - Light Reptile - Attack: 1000. Defense: 1600.)
"What is up with your deck and being hideous creature after another?" asked Stormrider as he was genuinely concerned for the guy at how many hideous beasts this man has, as no man should ever have this amount of beasts.
"Trust me when I say this… this is only the start of my hideous monsters." Stormrider took a step backwards as a card popped out of his duel disk as Faust took it, "Worm Invasion allows me to add 1 Worm monster from my deck, so now I will add Worm Queen!" he did so as he showed it and if Flame had the ability to barf, he would.
"Now, Worm Solid has the ability to gain 100 attack and defense points for every Worm monster in my graveyard! Solid Gain!" he yelled as his Worm Solid began to glow red for a bit as the mouths began to shift more and more.
Worm Solid: 1000 attack points - 1500 attack points/ 1600 defense points- 2100 defense points
"This is only the start! I activate Double Summon!" This card materialized in front of him as he began to explain the card effect, "With this, I can normal summon once more! So say goodbye to my Worm Yagan," his Worm Yagan disappeared as then, Faust began to chant.
"Come to the field and planet, as you lay waste to all of your enemies as the enemies form for Justice! I Tribute Summon! Worm King!" As then a golden monster appeared on the field as the monster towered everything that anyone summoned to date as the sheer size dwarfed both Steelswarm Hercules and Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys as the skin was golden, it had 4 beefy arms, two horns on the head, four horns on the back, and it was like a centaur as there was a lower body that resembled that of a dinosaur, with four legs and a massive dinosaur-like tail.
Due to Yagan being summoned by its effect, it is banished instead.
(Worm King: Level 8 - Light Reptile - Attack: 2700. Defense: 1100.)
"This beast can summoned if I tribute 1 Worm monster on my side of the field, so don't think I cheated." Faust said as he thought about using the effect of King, but then he realized that would be a bad idea, so he opted for a different plan of approach, but not before…
"I activate Awakening of Nephthys!" Stormrider's Set card was now revealed, "With this all of my Nephthys monsters gain 300 attack points!" he yelled as both of his monsters began to glow red.
Devotee Of Nephthys: 1200 - 1500 attack points
Conductor: 2000 - 2300 attack points
"Do not think that this will stop me! You are far from correct!" yelled Faust as he threw his hand out towards his opponent. "I activate Banner of Courage! Whenever my monsters attack you, they gain 200 attack points only during the Battle Phase!" a banner appeared on the field.
"Battle! Worm Solid attacks your Devotee of Nephthys with Solid Approach!" (ATK: 1500 - 1700.) he yelled as the monster inside of a Pyramid was picked up by King and was thrown at insane speeds, which completely wrecked Devotee.
Faust: 3800 lp
Stormrider: 3600 - 3400 lp
"Then, thanks to my Worm Solid, one of your Spell and Traps is now destroyed! So goodbye to your Awakening Of Nephthys!" Faust yelled as Solid, once it was done spinning around, turned around and flew towards Faust, destroying Stormrider's Trap card in the process.
"Gotcha." smirked Stormrider.
"What?"
"He said gotcha! You see the card you destroyed has the same properties as one of the monsters," started of Flame as Faust quickly realized what that meant, "So when it is destroyed faceup, we can Special Summon 1 Nephthys monster from our hand, deck or graveyard."
A card popped out of Stormrider's deck as he then took it and slammed it on his duel disk, "Come out! Matriarch Of Nephthys!" On his side of the field appeared a woman that was much more mature than his other monsters. She wore golden leggings, a beige coloured robe that wrapped her entire body with some golden accessories, a nice tan, dark eyes and dark hair that went down on towards her stomach as the end of her hair was slowly turning white. She was in defense mode.
(Matriarch Of Nephthys: Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 600. Defense: 600.)
"Sadly, she gets destroyed during the End Phase." said Stormrider as Faust looked at him.
"And you think that is going to stop me?! Go! King! Attack that Conductor with Grand Slam!" Faust yelled as his Worm King (ATK: 2700 - 2900.) charged towards Conductor of Nephthys by the neck and slammed her into the Data Storm, making all of them nearly fly off with Faust staying there perfectly.

Stormrider: 3400 - 2500 lp
Faust smirked as he saw Matriarch exploding as it burst into flames, "I end my turn with that." as he effectively left Stormrider with nothing to work with as he had no more cards on his side of the field.
Turn 4. Stormrider - 2500 lp - 2 cards
Stormrider looked at the field and saw how outmatched he is at the current moment as in his hand eh barely had anything for him to stand a chance against a Commander of the Hanoi, but then again, there was something that he knew he couldn't give up on and he smirked at the challenge.
"Buddy, this duel has only just begun! I draw!" Stormrider drew the top card of his deck as he looked at it. He nodded as this card will help him immensely during this duel and turn, but right now…
…two pillars of flames appeared on his field.

"During the Standby Phase, if it was destroyed by a card effect, both Matriarch Of Nephthys and Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys can be special summoned on my side of the field during my Standby Phase!" Faust gripped his hand as he knew that this would've happened, but with the current field he has, he can handle it.
"So arise at your revival, the legendary Phoenix who rises from the ashes and its loyal servant and believer!" from the pillars of flame appeared two monsters. One was a massive Phoenix with the power that could rival Gods as the flames around her were hot as the Sun and the wings being that of actual gold alongside with a tan skin woman with a slender figure, wearing a white dress, green gauntlets, hair styled in an Egyptian way.
(Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys: Level 7 - Fire Winged-Beast - Attack: 2400. Defense: 1600.)
(Matriarch Of Nephthys: Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 600. Defense: 600.)
"That is not all since there are two more effects that play out during the Standby Phase!" yelled Flame as a card popped out of Stormrider's deck to which he took it, "When Defender Of Nephthys is destroyed by card effect, we get to destroy one card from our deck!"
"What?! But when did you destroy that ca-" Faust's eyes widened when he realized what was the card Disciple destroyed, "Clever." he said as Stormrider grinned.
"Thanks, but now I destroy this card!" he yelled as the newly added card was now burnt to a crisp.
"You know, you are lucky that these are holograms, otherwise you would just be burning your cards for no reason." said Faust as Stormrider was quiet during the entire time as he knew that he was correct about that fact.
"...yeah, but tell me, will your cards stop this?! When Sacred Phoenix Of Nephthys is summoned thanks to its effect, say goodbye to all of your Spells and Traps!" yelled Stormrider as Faust looked at him like he was expecting that as then from the mouth of his monster began to glow fire so hot that would make the Sun jealous as it was getting denser and denser every second as it was getting bigger and bigger as then it was shot, "Sacred Shooting!"
The card went straight towards Faust's Spell cards as Worm King shielded his master from any harm, but there were some burns around his clothes.
"Is that all?" asked Faust as like he wasn't just burned a few seconds ago.
"Why do I get the feeling he just shot himself in the foot?" asked Theodore as Kiku felt it too.
"Nope! As now I summon my Chronicler of Nephthys in attack mode!" as then on his field was then filled by a tan skinned woman with a slender figure, as she wore green sandals, green gauntlets around her legs and arms, her hair was black was tied at the back, she wore orange and white cloth around her, as the bottom was a white dress, as she had a headband of the face of a Phoenix.
(Chronicler of Nephthys: Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 300. Defense: 1200.)
"And she has the effect like no other! You see one Nephthys monster is now targeted in our graveyard, as then for the price of one card in our hand," Stormrider's card in hand was now burnt to a crisp, "We can add that card back!" explained Flame as Stormrider took the card that popped out of his graveyard and showed it as Rebirth Of Nephthys.
"I add Rebirth Of Nephthys which I will activate!" he yelled at the top of his lungs as the familiar looking purple circle with the head of Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys appeared on them, "I can now sacrifice monsters that equal up to the Level 8! So I tribute my Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys for an even more powerful monster!" he yelled as his monster was turned into data as 8 of the 12 heads were lit up.
Stormrider then began to chant, "Sacred Phoenix, let the flames engulf your body! As the feathers of your kind will burn into a new Phoenix! I Ritual Summon! Descend, Level 8, Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys!" as then on his field appeared a brand new monster that looked like a God of all Phoenixes as the monster's skin was that of the most metal blue paint ever conceived as the wings were more spread out, the claws were sharper, it actually had arms unlike its previous form and it had blue flames. Once it was summoned, it roared so loudly that Worm King had to take a step backwards.

Everyone looked at the newly summoned monster with different reactions. Stormrider looked at it like a dad after he heard his son won a fight in school, Flame thought liked the beauty of the flames around it, Theodore and Kiku did look at it in awe, but something the way that Faust was looking at it, didn't sit right.
"I now activate his effect! I can destroy as many Nephthys monsters as I want from my hand or field, as then I can destroy the same amount of cards on your side of the field!" he yelled as Cerulean Sacred Phoenix spread its wings as then around it, was so hot that it practically cooked the two monsters beside it as then they exploded with blue flames appearing around them shortly before.
"Now I will cook up your monsters like it is Thanksgiving! Sacred Reincarnation Blast!" Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys then began to fly upwards in alarming speeds that was so fast that it nearly created a sonic boom from just flying, but then from the mouth, blue flames that was condensed began to heat up each and every second it was on the field as then it was shot as the flames went towards Faust's field, which blew up his monsters and might or might not have boiled them.
Faust then smirked as he said "You fool." as then dust settled around him.

Stormrider almost started celebrating as then he saw what was in the dust as he looked at Faust's field. His eyes widened, "What the hell?!" he yelled out.
Faust was covered in what looked like a barrier in blue and yellow jelly, "Shocked? Well, I won't blame you. Since when you destroyed my Worm Invasion, it practically spelled out your defeat as during the turn you destroyed my Spell card, you can't conduct your Battle Phase this turn."
Stormrider took a step backwards, "Damn it."
"Oh Byte!" cursed Flame as he wasn't expecting that.
"You will fall, like the Cyberse and technology soon enough." Faust said as he glared at the Ignis, as he knew the danger of that thing and the threat that it is for humanity.
Stormrider looked at his hand and saw that he didn't have any single cards that he can use as it was empty, "I end my turn." he gritted his teeth when he said that.

Turn 5. Faust - 3800 lp - 2 cards
Faust smirked as he managed to survive for one turn against that beast of a Ritual monster, but he knew the dangers of him not drawing the perfect card he needed to finish the job, so he closed his eyes as then a card appeared on his duel disk.
"My turn, I draw!" he yelled as he drew the card from his deck as he then looked at it with his eyes open and he smirked big time as he felt like no matter what, next turn felt like the perfect time to summon out his strongest monster.
But first, "I activate my Worm Invasion from my graveyard! By banishing it from my graveyard, I can special summon 1 Worm monster from my hand to my field!" Faust said as then he began to chant, "So come out! To the field and planet! The monster that will lay waste as former enemies are turned into Allies for Justice! I Special Summon! Worm Queen!" he yelled out as then a new monster that shocked them to their very core.
The monster… was like that of a Skeleton Demon. As the upper body was a slender type body as it had 4 arms with sharp claws that would kill anyone with a single scratch, the head had yellow eyes and 4 horns, as on the back there were 6 bones on the back like he was ready to fight a wind and star mage with a fairy around him at all times, as the bottom part of her body was like that of a massive bee due to the stinger at the bottom as it had a green gem on the forehead, yellow eyes, spikes on the top of the body and 3 legs at the bottom.
The size though? The size rivaled that of Worm King.

"OH MY GOODNESS!" yelled Kiku as she saw that monstrosity as she covered her mouth.
Theodore knew that this… this is Faust no longer holding back.
Varis and Specter looked at Faust summoning out his 2nd strongest monster and they knew the moment that it is summoned, then…. Stormrider better say goodbye to the Ignis and his friends.
Stormrider was shocked to see this beast of nature as he tried to make sure that he won't show weakness to his enemy, "W-Well, you should know that your monster still has less attack than my Cerulean Sacred Phoenix!" he yelled as Faust smirked.
"That is correct… if I didn't have a card that allows my monster to gain attack points," Faust held up a card.
"Oh no."
"Oh crap."
"Oh shit."
"Oh Byte!"
"That's right! First, I will set a card on my field before battle," as then a card was set on Faust's field vertically as it then disappeared quickly, "And now… BATTLE! Worm Queen attacks and destroys your Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys with Endless Fang!" yelled Faust as then from the back of his Queen came out bones at alarming speed.
"I can still counter attack! Go, Sacred Blast!" yelled Stormrider as then the Ritual Phoenix shot a powerful ball of fire directly towards his opponent to and try to stop the attack, but Faust was too quick.
"Like hell you will! I activate Ego Boost!" the card materialized on the field as Faust began to explain the card in great detail, "During battle, I can target 1 monster on the field as they gain 1000 attack points and I think we all know which monster I will choose! As they like to say in Britain, Long Live The Queen!" Faust yelled as his monster glew red.
Worm Queen: 2700 - 3700 attack points
As then one of the bones charged at the blue ball of fire as it then striked it, making it disappear instantly, as then the Phoenix tried running away, but the last 5 bones charged at the bone, making sure to claim the bird, as the first 2 bones striked its feet, making it nearly impossible for it to fly away, as then the other two pierced through the wings, now making it impossible for it to run away, and finally…
Stormrider watched in horror as he saw his Ritual monster being pierced with no mercy around its stomach and making an explosion as a result. He was quiet as the dust settled.

Stormrider: 2500 - 1800 lp
"Stormrider… are you okay?" asked Flame as Stormrider quickly shook his head.
"What? Oh yeah, I am, don't worry, Flame." he said as Flame narrowed his eyes at what he said, but he didn't want to dwell on it for too long.
"Let's see how well you can handle without your strongest monster. I end my turn." Faust said as his Queen began to go back to his normal body.

Turn 6. Stormrider - 1800 lp - 0 cards
Stormrider took a breath, "Alright, I may be upset of seeing my monster being destroyed, but hey… I still have ways to go!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck and nodded since it was a decent card to use for later if he needed any help.
But right now, he had too many advantages to count! First a card popped out of his duel disk, "During the Standby Phase, after it was destroyed, I can add a Nephthys monster from my deck straight to my hand thanks to the effect of Diva!" he yelled as he took a card from his deck, making the hand count now 2 right now.
"Now? Now is the time to show everything that I have in my deck!" The ground began to shake as they could feel it even while surfing on the Data Storm as then 3 pillars of flames bursted from the ground up to show 3 different bodies.
"During the Standby Phase, after they are destroyed either by battle or card effect, I get to summon them! SO COME OUT! Matriarch Of Nephthys, Fire King High Avatar Garunix and last, but not least, Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys!" The pillars of flames shown first the beautiful coloured blue Phoenix in all of its glory as its skin was as deep as its flames were hotter than before including the Matriarch of Nephthys around the monster she has been worshipping.
But the new one was a Phoenix that held as much power as the other one as the wings around the bottom was blue, with a massive dragon like tail, with fire-like hair with green eyes, armour around it which was black and yellow as the wings were red, green, yellow, black and purple.

"The first two monsters summoned by this effect have no effects to go off by, but Fire King High Avatar Garunix does have one!" began Flame as he pushed his arm forward, "When this monster is summoned every other monster is destroyed!"
Faust's eyes widened from that revelation, "What?!" he yelled in complete shock.
"That's right! And since he was the first guy to be summoned, my other two monsters are safe!" yelled Stormrider as he punched the sky, "GO! Amaterasu!" The mouth of the powerful bird began to heat up so much that Stormrider began sweating, but Flame thought of it as like it was a cool dip in the bath.
The monster shot the beam of fire at Worm Queen that managed to create a massive explosion as Faust had to cover himself from it.
"Oh yeah! That is how we do it!" yelled Stormrider as he then noticed one thing once he saw the field as he took a single step.

Faust was standing alone as he didn't have anything on his field, but a lone Trap card was activated. "Soul Fusion is a Trap that allows me to pay 1000 life points." began Faust as he glew blue for a short while.

Stormrider: 1800 lp
"So I can use monsters from my graveyard as Fusion Material!" yelled Faust as they all gasped when they heard that card effect as Theodore and Kiku all stood up in shock.
"Fusion!?" both of them yelled.
"You play Fusion?!" yelled Stormrider as Flame can only watch in shock.
Faust smirked, "That is right! And this one is special because with this, I can use as many Worm monsters from my graveyard as I want to!" Their eyes widened as then all 8 of his Worm monsters appeared from his graveyard that were around him.
Worm Xex, Worm Solid, Worm King, Worm Queen, Worm Erokin, Worm Dimikles, Worm Gulse and Worm Milidith all appeared as then they all began to turn into red, green, blue, yellow, brown, pink, orange and black as they all began to swirl around each other as they were ready to destroy the Ignis and its current partner.
They all watched in fear as Faust began to chant, "Water, Fire, Wind and Earth, all forces meet their despair as all of their efforts are turned into 0! I Fusion Summon! Appear! Worm Zero!" as then on Faust's field, over the entirety of Link VRAINS, was then covered by this monstrosity as it was like the Moon came crashing down on them as the monster looked like the Moon, but still like a living being, which was terrifying to even think about. As the texture was that of the Moon as the size made several monsters like the current Phoenixes and even Varis' Borreload Dragon look like toys in comparison.

"Great Googly Moogly! That thing is massive!" yelled Stormrider as he looked at Faust's beast of nature.
"It is like a living planet!" yelled Flame as Faust laughed.
"If you think that is scary, wait until you see this! Worm Zero gains 500 attack points for every monster I used to summon it, the number I used was 8, so it gains…" Faust began as if it weren't possible already, the monster got even stronger.
Worm Zero: ? - 4000 attack points
"Not to mention, it has effects that operate based on how many Worm monsters I used to summon it, and I can activate all 3 of them." said Faust as that meant that they had to brace themselves for 3 effects from this thing and that… that terrifies them to no end.
"Those effects… those effects could drastically change the course of the entire game." said Flame as Stormrider nodded.
"Yeah, and I don't want to risk it since I have a monster that could die from it and make me lose the game." Stormrider narrowed his eyes.
"Not to mention, it could potentially have battle and card effect immunity." said Flame as Stormrider gritted his teeth.
"Which means I can't activate my Cerulean Sacred Phoenix to destroy that monster." said Stormrider.
"I think… it is best that you summon out your Link-3." Flame said as Stormrider looked at the Fire Ignis and nodded.
"Yeah, it is probably for the best. I will cyclone my circuit!" From the hands of Stormrider came out a wild cyclone of wind which went into the air and created a whole circuit out of it, "The Summoning Conditions are at least 2 monsters including a Ritual monster, so I set my Fire King High Avatar Garunix, Matriarch of Nephthys and Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys in the Link Arrows!" he yelled as all three of those monsters went and filled all of the bottom Link Arrows.
"From the ashes comes out a majestic Phoenix, holding the power of that of a Supernova as the enemies bask in its beauty! I Link Summon! Link-3, Nephthys, the Sacred Flame!" as then on his side of the field appeared the Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys, but this time, it was more beautiful, as the skin was red as flames, parts of the wings and tail were golden, there were blue orbs everywhere, its mouth was open and the flame just looked majestic.

Both Theodore and Kiku stared at the majestic beast of nature as the beauty just couldn't be compared to anything, and the power. Sure it may not be as strong as other monsters, but this monster was special.
Varis and Specter updated their profile on Stormrider by adding this card in his deck so they can prepare themselves against them.
"Allow me to explain what this monster does. Based on the amount of Ritual monsters, it can stack effects, but since only 1 monster was used for its Link Summon, it can not be destroyed by card effects." said Flame as Faust narrowed his eyes at him.
"Do you honestly think that just that monster will protect you from the upcoming doom?" asked Faust.
"Nope, but it is the best shot I have at the current moment." Stormrider then took a card from his hand, "I end my turn with a card face down." he said as a card was set vertically behind his Link monster, but quickly disappeared.

Turn 7. Faust - 2800 lp - 0 cards
"My turn! I draw!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck as he then looked at it and Faust slightly frowned as he saw the card that he drew and saw it was just a Level 5 monster that can not be summoned.
"Aww, what is the manner?! Bricked?! Drew a card you didn't need!" yelled Stormrider as Faust stayed quiet about this as he pushed his finger upwards.
"That won't matter, trust me, it won't as I activate my Worm Zero's effect, which allows me to draw a card from my deck if I used 6 or more monsters for the Fusion Summon," a card appeared on Faust's duel disk as he then drew it and frowned again as this time it was a Level 6 monster.
Stormrider smirked, "You should really work on your poker face dude, I can almost tell what you are thinking." he said as Faust smirked at him.
"Oh, I am not worried about that, as even if I get a bad hand, I am still worried how you will take this! Battle!" Faust pushed his arm forward as both Stormrider and Flame braced themselves, "Worm Zero attacks your Nephthys, The Sacred Flame! Sky-Rending Flash!" Several orbs appeared all around Worm Zero which concerned them, but after a few seconds… they all popped like balloons.
All of the orbs then went into a single source to kill, something that could stop them as they can kill and vaporize their enemy as it went towards the Link-3 monster in blinding speeds as Nephthys tried to counter attacking with its heat, but the Light's heat was too much for anyone to handle.
"Don't forget that my monster can't be destroyed by battle!" yelled Stormrider as Faust yelled back.
"Well you still take damage!" roared Faust as the beams of light nearly burned the ancient monster to an almost crisp body as the hits were so powerful that it created a sonic boom all across Link VRAINS and made the Sacred monster slam into the buildings, but it still remained tall.
Faust: 2800.
Stormrider: 1800 - 200 lp
"You are finished." said Faust as Stormrider grinned.
"Maybe, but I am still alive and kicking!" he yelled out.
"Not for long! I activate my Skill!" the brown lining on his suit begin to glow, "Double Bite! This Skill allows one of my Reptile Monsters to attack once more during the same Battle Phase!" he roared as all of them widened their eyes as Varis and Specter smirked at their comrade's near success.
"If this connects…"
"Seigen is done!" both of them yelled.
"GO! Wor-"
"Not so sorry to interrupt you, but I activate my set card, Mystic Wok! This card tributes one of my monsters, like my Nephthys, The Sacred Flame, and I gain life points equal to either its attack or defense points!" yelled Stormrider as then a massive wok appeared on the field as then his Link-3 monster was sucked in.
The stew began to add some other ingredients and began to mix some stuff like sheeps created by a small dwarf that was in love with a windy boy, as then it was finished as then a bowl appeared as then the soup ladle grabbed some of the stew and placed it in a bowl as it flew to Stormrider as he began eating it and gave some to Flame.
"Damn that was good." said Stormrider as Flame agreed with him on that.
Faust: 2800 lp
Stormrider: 200 - 2600 lp
"That still isn't enough! My Worm Zero has enough to destroy you and your Ignis all at the same time! Battle! Sky-Rending Flash!" he yelled as then massive amounts of yellow orbs appeared on the field as then, they all exploded to reveal insane amounts of beams that all went to Stormrider.
"SEIGEN!" yelled both Theodore and Kiku.
However, the Nephthys duelist ain't down for the count just yet, "Yeah, not happening! I activate my Believer from my hand to halve the damage I would take!" yelled Stormrider as then his card burst into flames as he currently has no cards left.
"You still will lose your life points!" yelled Faust as Stormrider braced himself for the barrage of attacks as he guarded himself, but that wasn't enough as one of the beams of light striked him on his stomach and then the other on his duel board making him fly to a building.

Stormrider: 2600 - 600 lp

He tried his hardest to try and find a safe surface to land on, but the closest to him was a couple of centimeters away, but even if he reaches out for them, he couldn't make it in time, as then he waited for his do-

He looked up to see Flame holding on and using all of his strength to hold onto the end of the building with all of his might. That… shocked The Knights of Hanoi. Too much infact as Varis began to think…
…was his father research up to par? Was it realistic?
He couldn't stop to believe about the possibilities, but Specter nudged him as he saw how Stormrider was able to get to his duel board. He simply used the building's walls as a platform to jump from as then he got his duel board, still somewhat shocked at what happened.
"Flame… you saved me." said Stormrider in shock.
"How could I not? You are someone I want to protect." Flame said simply as Stormrider smiled at him as he looked at the building and back to the Fire Ignis.
"Yeah, but still thanks. If it weren't for you, I would be dead or turned into data." he said as Flame nodded at him. "Also… kind of shocked that you were able to lift me and you for quite some time."
"Well, I might be scrawny and not as strong as the Earth Ignis, but us Ignis are far stronger than we look like, and trust me, do not underestimate Water Ignis' strength. Ever." Flame said as he still remembered how the Water Ignis effortlessly picked up Dark Ignis' Code Talkers because some of them were destroying some trees in their little play fights/ training. Earth Ignis was blushing like crazy once he saw that.
"Noted." said Stormrider.
Flame then looked at him, "Also, you need to lose some weight."
"Oh screw you." he said with a small smile on his face as Faust looked at him and the Ignis casually having a conversation as he thought to himself was this all worth it. The destruction of humanity for this one being?
He shook his head as he knew that he couldn't trust the Ignis, even after that. His instincts always told him otherwise and this was no different.
"I end my turn, and I hope you can survive it, Stormrider as it will be your last!" Faust yelled as he was ready to finish him off in one quick turn.
Turn 8. Stormrider - 600 lp - 0 cards
Stormrider took a deep breath as he couldn't believe what he had to face at the current situation with a Fusion monster with 4000 attack points, with 2 effects he doesn't even know about and including his current situation: no monsters, no Spells or traps and no cards on his side of the field.
Stormrider gritted his teeth as he knew at what kind of disadvantage he was in and he hated this more than anything as he wanted to wipe that smirk of Faust's face.
"Stormrider, are you okay?" Flame asked Stormrider as he looked at the Fire Ignis as he nodded, but slowly, "Look I know the current situation is hard to grasp, but even at someone's lowest, they can grab a miracle and win the entire thing."
Stormrider knew that. The amount of stuff he saw his friends pull off with such quickness and skill that it kinda made him jealous. "I know that, Flame."
"If you do, so why do you look so sad? I know you can do it, especially with your Skill, Storm Access." said Flame as Stormrider grinned, but then slowly lowered his smile.
"Yeah, that Skill." he said as Flame looked at him.
"Is something wrong?" asked Flame.
"No, no, it is just… after what I have seen K- Frostgirl do during her duel, kinda scared me from doing it you know?" he said as Flame nodded with him.
"Ah I get it, don't worry, but I thought your name was Stormrider, not Stormquitter." Stormrider looked at Flame in shock when he did so.
"What did you just say?" asked Stormrider as he dangerously glared at Flame, but the Fire Ignis didn't quit.
"What I am saying is that you are a coward. A chicken to be exact." Before Stormrider could even talk back to him, Flame placed his arms around his back and began flapping and mimicking a chicken. "Bok, bok." Stormrider's eyes twitched as Faust thought he was high as he looked at the current situation, "Bok, bo-"
"FINE!" yelled Stormrider as he threw out his hand, "I activate my Skill, Storm Access!" he yelled as then Faust widened his eyes at that as Varis and Specter began to look at the upcoming storm that is approaching them.

Stormrider then began to explain the effect, "If I have a 1000 or less life points, this Skill allows me to add a random Cyberse Link monster from the Data Storm that is suitable for my deck!" he then looked at the Fire Ignis, "Start it up, Flame!" he yelled as the Fire Ignis nodded.
"Roger!" Flame placed two of his hands together like he was creating a beam of light at his opponent as from the palm was then a small amount of data, but then it then continued to spin around them, slowly, and slowly, until in one second, it all expanded in an instant as it was almost a raging tornado of Doom, a towering tornado if you would.
Faust quickly flew away from the Data Storm as he saw his Worm Zero be unaffected by the Storm as it was a great showcase of how powerful his Fusion monster is, as then Stormrider wanted to prove that he ain't no bitch, so he stayed there as he felt like he was about to be thrown off by the heavy amounts of wind around him.
The winds were like that of a swift white hawk, as like he was in a shower of blades, not to mention it was like a hushed dance as like it was a celestial ark of wind, but he could not give up as like one man said, "My power is never giving up!" as he placed his hand into the Data Storm and-
"FUCK! THIS HURTS A LOT!" yelled Stormrider to the heavens, but that won't stop him as he gritted his teeth and continued to hold his hand into Data Storm.
Flame shouted at his partner, "Do it! You can make it out! Seize the wind, Stormrider!" Stormrider opened his eyes at what he said as he yelled in response, "STORM ACCESS!" as then… a new different type of Phoenix floated around him.
Stormrider pulled out as he saw the new Cyberse monster and grinned. "Great, a new monster to play with." he said as he looked at it which then it was sent to his Extra Deck. The Data Storm disappeared immediately.
"It is my turn now! I draw!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck. He looked at it and nodded, but then he began to explain, "During the Standby Phase, after my Believer of Nephthys is destroyed, I can draw 1 card from my deck!" he yelled as he drew the top card of his deck.
He looked at his deck as Faust took a step backwards from the amount of advantage he is getting in just one turn before even playing a card.
"That is not all! I banish from my graveyard my Sacred Winds! Which allows me to add back 1 Wind monster from my graveyard back to my hand!" he yelled as he took the card that was popped out of his graveyard slot.
"Now, I summon my Matriarch of Nephthys to my field!" he yelled as then for the third time this duel, Matriarch appeared on the field.
(Matriarch Of Nephthys: Level 2 - Wind Spellcaster - Attack: 600. Defense: 600.)
"Matriarch's effect activates! We target 1 monster in our graveyard that is Level 4 or lower and is a Nephthys monster, as one of our cards is now destroyed," Hand Of Nephthys was burnt to a crisp, "So we can summon back to our field, our Defender Of Nephthys!" Flame explained.
A card popped out of Stormrider's graveyard slot to which he took it and slammed it on his duel disk. As then a tan skin woman appeared with long hair that was wrapped in a pony tail with green eyes, as her armour was green with her cape being orange, as he wielded a massive sword that was burning passion.

"Finally! I activate Monster Reborn! This card allows me to revive a monster from either of our graveyards and the card I choose to summon is… Chronicler of Nephthys!" he yelled out as a card popped out of his duel disk as he slammed the card on his field.

Faust saw the amount of monsters that Stormrider has on his field and now, he knew the reason. He got the information from Varis on how the card operates and he saw first hand during Baira's duel with Frostgirl, and it was shocking to see it happen in front of him, but he won't waver.
Not once!
"Stormrider, you may summon your Link monster, but trust me, no matter what it is, you will fall and fail under the Knights Of Hanoi's rule!" he yelled as Varis and Specter continued to watch the duel.
…"Are you sure about that?" asked Stormrider as Faust's eyes slowly widen.

"I cyclone my circuit!" a small tornado appeared in Stormrider's hand as then he shot the powerful gust of wind as then a circuit appeared. "The Summoning Conditions are at least 2 monsters, so I set my Defender, Chronicler and Matriarch of Nephthys in the Link Arrows!" he roared as all three of his monsters flew towards the Link Arrows.
He began to chant, "Come out, the legendary Phoenix who arises from its death, to create flames that your reincarnation will burn throughout eternity! I Link Summon! Link-3, Ho-Oh, Reincarnation Of Nephthys!" as then from the circuit appeared a massive nuclear explosion as then a new Phoenix joined Stormrider's crew.
The monster had orange eyes, with 4 sets of orange hair at the top, with an orange beak, with a green stripe on its neck, as the wings were red, but the feathers were a combination of green and white, as the claws were blue, the feathers at the bottom was orange, while the body was red, but on the bottom was white.

"There it is, Master Varis." said Specter as he narrowed his eyes.
"Right, a new… Cyberse monster." said Varis as he looked at his own Cyberse monster and compared it to his as the card was his Topologic Bomber Dragon.
The rest stared at the new monster with complete shock, but also in awe, as even Faust was amazed the design of this majestic beast. However, Faust shook his head.
"That monster may be impressive, but I am afraid that it won't scratch my Worm Zero, so your chances are zero!" he yelled as Stormrider smirked.
"Nah, I won't be so sure of that, buddy! Since there is one effect that ensures my victory and that is: Total Destruction!" he yelled as Faust, and everyone else, was caught off guard by that.
"What?" that is all that Faust could say at the current moment.
"You see, Faust, when Ho-Oh is Link Summoned, all monsters on the field are destroyed!" yelled Flame as Ho-Oh began to glow in flames that gave the surface of the sun a run of its money at how hot something can be.
"But your monsters will be destroyed as well!" yelled Faust as Stormrider laughed.
"That is what I am aiming for! Go! Ho-Oh! Purge the field! Overheat!" he yelled as then the monster blew up as it felt like the Sun exploded and a Supernova was created right there in Link VRAINS as Worm Zero was turned into dust as Ho-Oh's remains were on Stormrider's duel board.
"Why… why would you do that?!" yelled Faust as then he saw the ashes of his new Link-3 glow with an almost pure light.
"Because… like a Phoenix, upon its destruction, comes out a new one, as when it is destroyed by card effects, I can special summon 1 Nephthys monster from my graveyard, ignoring the summoning conditions!" he yelled as he took a card from his graveyard and slammed it, as then a small explosion appeared, nearly knocking everyone off their feet as then a familiar looking monster appeared on the field.
It was Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys and it was staring down Faust.

Faust watched the Ritual monster coming back to life once more as he knew no matter how much he tries to fight back against him, he will fail. He took a deep breath as Stormrider looked at him.
"So… any last words before you turn into data?" asked Stormrider as Faust smirked.
"Just a few. Soulburner, Frostgirl, Gore, Ignis and you… I hope in a week's time you are ready… for Armageddon." he said as that shook them to their very core.
"Wha… What do you mean by that?" asked Flame as Faust kept his face stoic.
"You will see in due time." he said as everyone figured that this is the most he will talk about the project that the Knights will unleash on the world.
Stormrider frowned as he then threw his hand out, "Battle! Cerulean Sacred Phoenix of Nephthys attack and finish off Faust with Sacred Reincarnation Blast!" from the mouth of Cerulean Sacred Phoenix came out a massive ball of blue flames as it then shot directly towards Faust.
As the final Commander and Lieutenant flew into the Data Storm, but not before he thought to himself, "Specter… Ryoken… win this for us." he thought as he closed his eyes…
…as then he turned into data.

The duel was finished. The hologram of his lone Ritual monster disappeared as the duel was finally finished as Stormrider and Flame don't have to worry about the Commanders of Hanoi.
They even got a new Cyberse Link monster that they can use to their advantage, but… they can tell that this was the easy part, as they felt that Varis and Specter will prove to be a much tougher enemy to face than them combined.
They sighed as they logged off.
Meanwhile, Specter and Varis were standing there, mourning the defeat of their last and final Commander of the Hanoi. This was it. This was the end. There were the last ones standing.
4 against 2, and somehow, they were both smiling and confident that they will win this war. As Armageddon will soon start, as now they have valuable information about their decks while they don't have a single drop of information about them.
They smirked to each other, "Thank you Genome, Baira and Faust. Your efforts have given us more strength and hope than you can imagine as… we will win against them and eliminate the Fire Ignis." Varis said as both he and his right hand man disappeared.

What none of them knew about this whole ordeal was that Emma was recording the entire duel and not just this duel, but every other duel that had as all of them gave valuable information about the whole Tower Of Hanoi thing.
There was finally a time limit on when they can get into it, and it was a week.
Just a week, eh? Perfect amount of time to rebuild her deck and she could use it since there were new Altergeist cards coming in by SOL Tech and her beloved Aki gave her first access to those cards as a gift.

But she also had enough time to watch something and that is finish some anime, especially two anime by the name of Black Clover and Naruto: Shippuden. Sure she didn't think that Naruto was anything that special, but she really liked the character of Sasuke.
