Haru had taken Pachirisu to the bridge where Tyler and his trio of "right-hand Pokémon" liked to stretch. While she's not exactly an exercise freak, she does find Tyler's brand of yoga to be beneficial for humans and Pokémon alike.

"Even though you're on vacation, exercise shouldn't be neglected," Tyler said as he set up. "You don't want your muscles to be all tense next time you train, little guy. If they are, you could fall down like Haru fell into this stream on her first day."

Haru chuckled, thinking back to how totally out of her element she was that day. "Yeah, I wasn't quite ready for the resort then. But I know you are, Pachirisu!"

Pachirisu happily sat at the front of the bridge, ready to flex. Right behind him was Pansear and Pansage, who loved meeting new Pokémon. Panpour, meanwhile, stayed all the way at the back of the bridge. As a Water-type, she was a bit wary of a feisty Electric-type like Stella's Pachirisu. Psyduck wasn't worried, but stayed with Haru who was in front of Panpour.

Lastly, Tyler stood right at the center. "We're gonna start with the Tree Pose," he said. "First off, everybody's gotta stand tall as straight as possible."

All seven of them moved to stand with their best posture, though Psyduck's stocky body meant she wasn't really standing any differently from usual.

"Awesome," said Tyler. "Now we're gonna reach both arms to the sky and put our hands together."

He, Haru, Psyduck, and the monkeys all had arms long enough to reach over their heads and so followed the instruction in the standard way. Pachirisu's short arms meant he had to put his hands together in front of his body.

"And lastly, we raise one leg, bend the knee, and angle it outward."

The humans and the "Pan" trio all did the standard pose, since they had knees. Pachirisu and Psyduck managed to improvise well, though. Psyduck stood with one foot raised while Pachirisu preciously hopped back and forth on his stubby legs.

Haru noticed this and naturally squealed a little. "Oh, you're so adorable, Pachirisu!" Unfortunately, she lost focus on her balance and fell into the stream once again. "Ahhh!"

Pachirisu chirped in alarm, Tyler reached a hand out to help Haru up, and Psyduck telekinetically dried her off.

Haru sighed. "Okay, maybe I still haven't gotten the hang of yoga."

"Well, we've got plenty more to do today," Tyler noted. "The more you exercise, the less that'll happen."

"Yeah…" Haru was quickly back to her cheery self. "Good point!"

After this workout Pachirisu took a nap and looked just like the "Sleeping Pachirisu Kuttari Cutie Plush". I own that plushie and it's one of my favorite possessions.
