Dipper Pine's journal, October 12th. So, I heard the news from Gravesfield. Preston Northwest, Pacifica's Dad, is dead. I honestly can't believe it, my girlfriend's dead and her dad is dead. I wish he were the one that died first. I know that sounds bleak but…That's how I feel. Anyway, here are some recent adventures we had. Hunter and Willow didn't return from returning tween Pacifica into her own time because they kind of went on a bit of a bogus journey. I had to steal a Time Machine from Blendin Blandin in order to rescue them. His voice went back to normal, I think. I mean it sounded like him, but it didn't feel right. During our time travel adventure, we went to ancient China and got captured by Mongolians where we accidentally befriended Genghis Khan by offering burgers as a trade for our freedom. So…I accidentally invented the burger 6 centuries too early. Then we went to the golden age of Hollywood where we befriended Humphrey Boggart during the filming of Marrakesh. We also went to Gravesfield during the witch hunting season and we beat up young Phillip. But we messed up history a bit too much so we just took a brief vacation in Pompeii, 77 AD. Then there was that one time where Stan and Wendy's new girlfriend ended up robbing a goblin bank and I had to be their getaway driver. But, something has been on my mind for a while, what the White Wolf told me about the future. About Luz dying and how to get back to the Demon Realm. How can I just stand idly by and allow Luz to die? Has she not been through enough? Her Dad getting killed, having her second home potentially be destroyed and her friend getting killed. Why must she get the horrible fate? And the chance to return to the Demon Realm, how can I get them back to Gravesfield without them finding out my true intentions? There has to be way.
Dipper sighed as he put down his pen. He placed his hands on his face before hitting his head against the desk. "What?! What?! What do I do?! What should I do?!" He sighed.
Then, he heard a notification bell from his phone and opened it up to reveal Wendy getting kissed by her new partners. Even though he was sad about how they left off, he was happy that Wendy has found happiness with other people.
He closed his phone before groaning. "That's not helping!" He looked to his fake hand and pushed the palm of it. The palm opened up to reveal the blue shard that popped up on a little lift.
He stared at the shard with a sad expression. "I wish you knew how to help." Then, for whatever reason, he felt the strange urge to touch the shard. But when he did, he was greeted to visions he wasn't so sure he wanted to see as his eyes flashed blue.
He was seeing someone building a bulletin board about visions they have seen, Sasha looking a tad bit horrified, someone getting on a plane where they were comforting a terrified Gus, reuniting with Marcy, seeing Sasha and Amity find the puzzle box under the floorboard, seeing someone put the finishing touches on a blue suit with a yellow shirt before looking in the mirror to reveal to Dipper that he was looking at these visions from the eyes of Anne Boonchuy, then he was seeing a possessed Hunter with Flapjack in his hand, him giving up the blue shard with Sasha giving up the red shard, him trying to revive Hunter while Willow cried over his lifeless body, walking through a mysterious land he assumed to be the Demon Realm, Luz wielding what appeared to be a staff, seeing himself with Sasha and what looked like Pacifica attacking Luz and seeing Luz disappear into balls of light.
As soon as the visions ended, Dipper fell off his chair and landed on his rear. He began to pant as he tried to comprehend what he had seen.
Then, he heard a knock at the door. "Dipper, it's Rocky! Is everything okay?"
Dipper picked up the shard and put it back in his fake hand. "Yeah! I'm fine! Just fell off my chair!" He jumped up to open the door to see Rocky on the porch.
"Hey Dipper."
"What brings you here?" Dipper asked.
"Listen, firstly, I just want you to know that now that me and Rev are dating Wendy, I just hope things aren't awkward between us." Rocky said.
"Nah, you're cool." Dipper said.
"Secondly, Rev feels challenged by your presence so do your best to not piss her off." Rocky suggested.
"Um….Okay." Dipper said, slightly worried.
"Also, Wendy wants to see you." Rocky explained. "She says she's too busy to do it on text. And by busy….You get the point."
Dipper sighed. "Yup, I get it."
Later, Dipper arrived at Wendy's house. Sure they were exes who got over their issues, but he was still feeling awkward about the whole situation.
"Okay Dipper, it's just Wendy." Dipper said to himself. "She is your very good friend. There is nothing weird or threatening going on." He knocked on the door.
Then, it opened where he was greeted by the barrel of a gun. Turns out it was Wendy's girlfriend, Rev, dressed in her underwear, revealing a dragon tattoo that started from her shoulder and went down to her back.
"What do you want, Pines?!" She asked angrily.
Then, in one swift motion, the barrel was sliced off, startling the gun wielding pirate. Dipper had managed to pull out his laser sword quicker than the pirate would have anticipated.
"Me and the kids went to Feudal Japan where I learnt a lot from Sanada Yukimura." Dipper said before putting his sword away.
Rev just groaned as she tossed away her destroyed weapon. "Alright, you win. Wendy's in her room. And if I hear anything that doesn't sound like two people talking, then I'm gonna burst in there and toss you out in the poison Ivy bush where…Where did you go?"
"You were getting too specific with your threat, okay bye." Dipper, who was now standing outside Wendy's bedroom and entering it. He quickly slammed the door shut before she could pummel him.
Wendy, whom was now dressed in her casual gear, turned to face her ex. "Hey dude. Was Rev giving you a hard time?"
"She was about to." Dipper replied before motioning to his weapon. "So, what is it?"
"Dipper, I just wanted to talk about things." Wendy said. "I have trusted you no matter how weird or out there the situation is, but how can you be so sure what the White Wolf was saying is true? The puzzle box underneath a shack behind the Noceda house and Luz dying?"
"I don't know if it's true as well." Dipper said. "But today when I touched the shard I saw something that made me realise that maybe it has to happen."
Wendy seemed alarmed. "What?"
"I touched the shard and I saw things." Dipper seemed horrified as he explained this. "I saw what the White Wolf said was going to happen and I saw Hunter die."
"What?!" Wendy exclaimed in anger. "Dude! Hunter! How?!"
"Drowning." Dipper replied. "I try and revive him but it doesn't go well."
"So, what are you going to do?" Wendy asked.
"I don't know." Dipper admitted as he pressed his back against the wall. "I've messed with time so bad that Blendin threatened to arrest me." He stared off looking sad while Wendy looked to be in denial.
"Dude, you're Dipper Pines, you can't just stand idly by and watch two people you care about die!" Wendy argued. "Like, what are you?!"
"I'm someone who has messed with time so bad that I could be in time prison for years with no parole!" Dipper argued. "I…Just can't risk it. God! I don't know if I'm being selfless with these outcomes. If I save Hunter then the universe is doomed but if I save the universe then Hunter dies. I'd be ruining Pacifica's promise."
"What about that letter from her?" Wendy asked. "The one future her possibly sent."
"It's not her, there was no lip mark on it." Dipper said as tears fell down his face. "I lost Pacifica. Now I'll be losing Hunter and Luz. Two people, I've grown to care for." Dipper began sobbing, causing Wendy to quickly react and hug him.
"Dude, dude. Sorry I snapped." Wendy said. "You're right. It does sound hard to make. But, you're going to make a decision and that is let the universe die or let it live. Where does it need to happen?"
"Gravesfield." Dipper said. "I mean, they're going to get home and lose someone the same night. I'm essentially taking Hunter to his grave and getting everyone home. How do I do it without sounding suspicious?"
"Uh duh, Luz and the others." Wendy said.
"But they'll figure out I'll have an ulterior motive." Dipper said. "By the way, why did you call me here?"
"I figured out your disguise." Wendy pulled out a pamphlet from her pocket that was advertising a haunted hayride in Gravesfield and handed it to Dipper.
"A haunted hayride?" Dipper reacted. "Thirty-first of October."
"Yeah." Wendy said. "Gravesfield has this huge Halloween festival. Honestly, they like the holiday as much as Gravity Falls. Saved your ass again, dude."
"Well, looks like I'll be telling the kids." Dipper said. "Do you know where they are?"
"Let's see, it's a boring Monday in Gravity Falls where nothing exciting is going on and they're teenagers in love, what do you think they're doing?"
At the Shack, Hunter and Willow were snuggling on bed together while reading some Cosmic Frontier together. "…Then, Lieutenant Bexley reached for O'Bailey's face analysing his new scars. She was saddened that her love was hurt badly but relieved that he was alive." Hunter snuggled up to his girlfriend and kissed her arm.
"Keep reading." Hunter said.
"You sure you don't want a go?" Willow asked her boyfriend.
"I love listening to you." Hunter said.
Willow smiled and continued to read while Dipper just watched on from outside. "In that moment, Bexley said a sentence that made O'Bailey appreciate his existence even more. She said 'You're here and you're alive.' For the first time since his conversion, O'Bailey shed tears." As Dipper watched on, he eyed at Hunter whom looked happy. Like the happiest someone they had ever been.
This sight caused Dipper's guilt to sink deeper. He knew Hunter had a terrible and awful life and he was happy that he was living his new and positive life. Now, he is feeling guilty that he was about to take it away from him.
He saw Flapjack and Clover tweeting and buzzing respectively, getting the attention of their respective owners.
"Dipper?" Hunter reacted.
Dipper walked into their bedrooms with an embarrassed expression. "Sorry, I was just listening to that part. I really loved that section."
"So do we." Willow said.
"It makes me feel grateful that O'Bailey has someone that loves him despite his scars." As he said that he was staring at Willow, his amazing girlfriend.
"I know you mean me." Willow said with a sly smile.
"Smooth?" Hunter asked as he sat up.
"Smooth." Willow replied before she and Hunter shared a kiss. As they kissed, Dipper's guilt became more and more evident knowing he'd be taking someone's boyfriend as well and ruining a perfectly healthy relationship.
"What did you wish to tell us, Dipper?" Willow asked.
Dipper shook his head. "Oh yes! Yes! Listen, I was going to wait for dinner to tell you but I booked some tickets to go to Connecticut to see Luz and the others."
Willow and Hunter sat up. "What?!" Willow and Hunter exclaimed.
"Did you find a way back?!" Willow asked.
Dipper sighed. "No, not yet. But, I did find something you could do when you see Luz again."
"What?" Hunter asked.
"They have this Halloween festival in Gravesfield and well, I thought it would be a great time to go to Gravesfield at that point." Dipper said. "I've already talked to the Boonchuys and Mr Waybright, Anne, Sasha, Gus and Grime are coming as well. So you know, it won't just be Luz and Amity you'll be seeing, but Gus."
"Well, we had plans for Halloween." Hunter said with a hint of sadness.
"But…We will get to see Luz, Amity and Gus again." The two smiled at each other before giving off huge excited smiles. "Oh my Titan! We actually get to see them again!"
"Ahhh!" Hunter screamed as him and his girlfriend hugged each other.
"The flight is booked for October 25th and don't tell anyone from Gravesfield about it, I intend it to be a surprise." Dipper said.
"I mean, it sucks they won't get to be excited as we are." Hunter remarked. "But I can't wait to see our friends again after so long."
"I could show them the pictures I took!" Willow exclaimed while opening her scrapbook to look at the photos.
"Please don't share the one where I was chased by bees!" Hunter pleaded.
"That will be personal." Willow assured him.
As they spoke and laughed about their adventures, Dipper watched on in sadness as he knew that this would be one of the last moments of happiness for them.
In the following weeks leading to the trip to Gravesfield, Dipper decided to let in on what was going to happen to Hunter to everyone.
When he told his Grunkles, Stan seemed saddened while Ford looked to be more understanding though tears were creeping up on the old timer; When he told his sister, Mabel had burst into tears and began hugging Dipper which he returned; When he told Soos and Melody, they vowed that they would name their first child after him to honour his memory.
And so, October 25th came, Hunter and Willow had packed their things. Such as spare clothes, Cosmic Frontier books and their Halloween costumes.
When they were leaving, they noticed that everyone appeared to be close to crying. Hunter and Willow did notice this but just shrugged it off as they thought they were leaving forever.
If only they knew the bleak future that were coming their way
Thirteen days earlier….
Anne was busy in her bedroom, on her laptop doing some studying. She was currently studying on the history of Herpetology while eating some cookies.
"Yup, this is the career for me." Anne said. "I could even see it happening. If I can see the future that is." In that moment, Anne's eyes began to flash blue. And in that moment, she began to have visions.

Thirteen days later…
Sasha's journal, October 25th, I can't wait for today! I'm going to Gravesfield with Anne, Grime, Gus, Hunter, Willow and Dipper! I'm going to see Marcy again! I can't believe it! I'm going to give her all the hugs I have been holding in until her eyes pop. God I've gotten soft. I'd go into some things we've done but we didn't do much. Except get lost in a ginormous library, Mrs Boonchuy botched karaoke night by singing one of her Thai love songs in that tone deaf voice and Grime tried doing stand up but ended up pissing off a bunch of people. Mainly sensitive herpetologists. What are the odds of a herpetologist being at a comedy club where a toad is doing standup? But, I haven't had a consistent sleep schedule. Ever since I had those visions of a possible future, where Luz dies, I couldn't sleep properly. Because I keep seeing her disappearing into light every time I close my eyes. It's just horrifying. I…Haven't told anyone else about them because…Well…I just don't want to. What were you expect some sad reason?! Screw yourself whoever's reading my diary! Anyway, talk to you next time.
After Sasha finishing writing her latest update, she got out of her chair to inspect the outfit she'd be wearing at the Halloween festival in her mirror. Her costume was a blue and red suit with a cape and a red skirt with 'hope' sewn on the chest.
"Looking…Super if you ask me." Sasha remarked to her reflection. But then, her stomach sank when she realised how this was similar to her vision. She was about to panic until Grime walked in.
"So….What do you think of my Halloween costume?" She turned to face her toad father to look at his Halloween costume which was just him in his toad armour.
Sasha seemed baffled. "What Halloween costume?!"
Grime coughed. "Me! I'm the costume!"
"Grime, you know you're going to get caught like that." Sasha pointed out.
"Uh….It's Halloween." Grime pointed out. "I can essentially blend in just like this and cheat my way for the costume win! Imagine how much candy I could win!"
"Grime, there's no costume contest." Sasha said. "I looked it up."
Grime groaned. "Ooooohhhhhh! But we'll still get candy, right?"
"Yeah."
"Cool." Grime sighed. "Sasha, should I tell people about what I've done?" He seemed saddened and scared. "We haven't known each other for long, but…Should I tell them to get it off my chest? Gus was understanding but what about the others? Would they want my head on a skewer?" Grime began to panic. "Will Willow, Amity and Hunter want to feast in my corpse?! Or will I be deported to France so the French can eat my legs?!"
"Grime, it's frog legs." Sasha said. "And not everyone from France eat frog legs. I'm pretty sure they'd find that offensive."
"But…What if they find out and hate me forever?" Grime asked.
Sasha placed her hand on Grime's shoulder. "It won't happen. They could be mad for a while, but I think they'll forgive you eventually."
Grime sighed. "We'll see. Now come on. Your father says that I should help you prepare your stuff."
"Okay." Sasha began to look through her suitcase.
"Clothes?"
"Check."
"Toothbrush?"
"Check."
"Toothpaste?"
"Check."
"Oh and could you try and fit this into it?" Grime handed Sasha his warhammer, causing her to give him a hard stare.
"That's not going in my suitcase." Sasha protested.
"Well you're bringing your swords!" Grime exclaimed.
Sasha shrugged her shoulders. "Fair enough. We can try. Dipper can smuggle them through anyway."
Later at the Boonchuy residence, Sasha, now out of her Halloween costume and in casual gear; and Grime, now disguised, had arrived at the Boonchuy residence to meet up with Anne.
"You sure Anne is ready?" Grime asked. "You know she's been shut in for a week?"
"I know." Sasha said. "I hope she's okay."
The door opened to reveal an annoyed Gus. "Anne is not okay."
"She's still up there?!" Sasha asked in annoyance.
"Apparently it was because of some nightmares." Gus said. "I knew A Nightmare on Maple Road would be too intense for her but she insisted we watched it."
"I'll go see her and…Wait, how old are you again?"
"Twelve." Gus replied.
Sasha whistled. "And you watched A Nightmare on Maple Road. That's a hardcore movie." She began to walk upstairs to Anne's bedroom, leaving Grime alone with Gus.
"Captain Avery?" Grime asked.
Gus gasped. "How did you know I'd dress up as him?! Are you psychic?!"
"Or I can see Captain Avery's costume thrown on the couch." Grime pointed out.
Gus smiled with a bashful grin. "Oh yeah, that too."
Upstairs, Sasha was close to Anne's bedroom door and was about to open it until she remembered to knock. "Anne? It's me, Sasha!"
"Huh? Oh yeah, come in." Anne said. "Sorry about the mess."
When she entered Anne's bedroom, she was seeing her bedroom as a ginormous mess. She saw her items scattered, her clothes thrown all over the place, bottles of some golden liquid and plates of leftovers scattered. And on the other side was a crazed Anne in her pyjamas and one sock, drawing on a bulletin board.
"Define, mess, Anne." Sasha retorted before she realised something. In that moment, Sasha realised something, she saw this vision as well. Of a crazy Anne.
Her friend turned to face her to reveal that she had bags in her eyes. "Hey Sasha!" She snatched a cup of coffee that was on her desk and drank it. Her fingers and shoulders twitched.
"Anne, what is this?" Sasha asked.
"Okay, so my eyes flashed blue and I had these visions that didn't feel like visions but of what is to come." Anne explained quickly yet Sasha followed what she was saying. "Like for example, this moment of you looking freaked out! Also, we reunite with Hunter and Willow, Gus gets scared on a plane, you find a box with Amity, Hunter gets possessed and possibly dies-"
"Wait!" Sasha interjected. "Hunter dies?"
"Yup! Yup! Yup! Yup! Yup!" Anne exclaimed.
Sasha looked like she was trying to comprehend what Anne was saying since most of it sounded similar. "Anne, you had visions?"
"Yup! Yup! Yup! Yup!"
Sasha's heart sank. "Anne, I had those visions."
Anne gasped. "What you mean what I saw?!"
"Well, most of them." Sasha looked at the board to look at the timeline. "Most of it anyway. Hunter being possessed, reuniting with Marcy, walking through the Demon Realm, fighting Luz and seeing Luz die in front of us."
"What?!" Anne grabbed Sasha by the shoulder. "That sounds so close!"
"No, but it isn't." Sasha said. "My vision had an archway glowing, golden balls flying up in the sky, me fighting a three eyed witch and Belos alive."
"What?" Anne reacted. "Belos? But he's dead."
"I hope so." Sasha said. "I hope these were hallucinations anyway."
Then Anne realised something she didn't ask. "How did you get them?"
"I touched my shard." Sasha said. "And it gave them to me."
Anne seemed confused. "Dipper has mine and there is no way I touched it."
"Unless he touched it." Sasha theorised.
"Which somehow gave me visions." Anne said before picking up the bottle of gold liquid and drinking it.
"Anne!" Sasha gagged.
"What?!" Anne exclaimed. "It's apple juice! I hope."
Sasha then took another look at the board. "Wait, I give up the shard? Me and Dipper give up the shards. But to who?"
Anne sighed. "I hope we don't find out." Anne yawned. "Hey, wasn't I supposed to be packing my things?" Sasha sighed.
About thirty minutes later, a knock was heard at the Boonchuy's door. Gus used his magic to open it up to reveal Hunter, Willow and Dipper standing there.
"Gus!" Willow cried happily.
Three Gus' ran up to his friends and began to jump up and down. Hunter tried to hug one of them but he vanished then Willow tried another but then he vanished. The real Gus eventually jumped up and hugged his two friends.
"Oh I've missed you so much!" Willow exclaimed happily.
"Me too." Gus said.
"I mean, I didn't know you for that long so….Ya know, like 34%."
Willow nudged her boyfriend in the rib. "Hunter."
Gus chuckled. "You're still a bit terrible at interactions."
Then Grime awkwardly walked towards them and offered a handshake. "I also didn't know you for long."
Willow summoned a vine that shoved Grime into the hug. "Get in here, you."
Grime was at first unsure but then exhaled. "You know what? This is nice."
Then, Sasha and a fully clothed Anne walked down the stairs with their respective suitcases in hand. "Hey guys!" Sasha exclaimed.
"Sasha!" Hunter and Willow freed themselves from the hug and shared the hug with the toad lieutenant.
"Aww! Hey love birds!" Sasha said with a smile on her face that vanished when she realised how similar this reunion was to her visions.
"Hey….Guys." The tired Anne yawned.
Hunter and Willow freed themselves from the hug before turning to Anne with concerned expressions. "Anne, you okay?" Hunter asked. "Your eye bags look worse than mine."
"Nah, I'm fine." Anne yawned before spreading her arms out. "Come on you two! Boonchuy needs her…" She then fell forward, causing Hunter and Willow to catch her.
As they held her, they realised that she was snoring. "Domino…" She mumbled. "…No pineapple pizza."
Hunter and Willow cringed while Sasha, Grime and Gus were giving some deadpanned stares. "Well, she's knocked out." Grime remarked.
"You have to know her to wake her." Sasha coughed. "Hunter likes pineapple on pizza."
Hunter smiled. "Oh actually I do!"
In that moment, Anne woke up from her slumber and forced Hunter to the wall. "TRAITOR!"
Later on the plane, Dipper was reading a book while sitting next to Hunter and Willow, whom were both holding each other's hands due to being on a plane, again.
"It's almost endless." Hunter said.
"I feel like I've been on for an eternity." Said the terrified Willow.
"And we're not the only ones." Hunter looked to Grime whom was holding Sasha's hand while panting.
"Sasha, when do we get off this bird?" Grime asked in terror.
"How long Dipper?" Willow asked. "I feel like we've been here for an eternity."
"We've only been in the air for ten minutes." Dipper said. "We still have Four Hours and 17 minutes to go." Willow tightened her grip on her boyfriend's hand with him doing the same.
Dipper looked over his seat to see Gus panicking while Anne held his hand in an attempt to calm him down.
"Anne, are we gonna crash?!" Gus asked with fear.
"Man…I'm gonna crash." Said the still tired Anne.
"Aaaahhhh!"
"I meant on this seat, dude." Anne smiled. "Like, calm down me dude."
"Okay, okay! It'll be over soon." The terrified Gus said as he looked out the window. "Ah! Everything looks so tiny!"
Anne grinned. "Ya know, I had a vision similar to this. Like, this very moment." She then fell asleep while her hand continued to hold Gus'.
As soon as she said that, Dipper's eyes widened. He recognised that moment of Anne 'trying' to calm down Gus from his vision. He realised in that moment that he wasn't having the vision, somehow, Anne was sharing her visions with him. Which means she knows that Hunter and Luz are going to die.
Marcy's journal, October 26th. It's nearly been a month since K died. Killed by something I don't know of. I wasn't there on account of me healing due to my brain surgery. The funeral was bleak. K had a lot of family there, including Masha. Heck, Mr X and Agent Powers were in attendance as well. His body was so mutilated that he never had an open coffin and got buried next to his parents. Which is kind of bittersweet if you think about it. But what wasn't sweet was when Vee tried to help Masha through their grief but they weren't having it. And in their distress, Masha broke up with Vee. Luz's depression got a lot worse ever since K's death. She hasn't tried to off herself but…No, she won't off herself if my vision of Luz's death was anything to go by. No, she won't die! She won't! That vision was just a nightmare! All it was.
It was a dreary afternoon, the rain was pouring and the wind was blowing. Luz was outside the cabin crying her eyes out over everything that had happened in these last four weeks, Marcy was writing in her journal, Vee had a picture of Masha in her arms while Amity was pacing trying to find some optimism.
"Come on guys, we can do this!" Amity exclaimed. "We can find a way to get home! Luz…Come on, get out of the rain, you're going to catch a cold."
Luz just shuffled. "Okay." But she didn't move and just continued to sob.
Amity frowned before turning to Vee. "Come on Vee! You can't just lay there all curled up."
"Masha." Vee sobbed. "Masha." She held her picture of them in her hand before crying."
"Marcy!" Amity said.
"Sorry Ams, got no clue." Marcy said.
Amity turned to her Palisman. "Ghost, do you at least have any ideas?" Her Palisman took one glance at her before continuing to lick her paw. "Thought not. Come on guys, we can't just sit here and sulk! We have to do something! We have been here for 8 months, my hair is getting longer and my hair dye is dying!" She pointed at her fading hair. "I mean, how will things get better?! My Dad is possessed, my home is in ruins, my siblings are trapped and my Mom…I couldn't care what happens to her. But all you're doing is sulking around! I mean, how are things going to get better?!"
Just then, a red cardinal, a chameleon and a giant bee flew into the shack and began nuzzling Amity. "Huh?" Marcy and Amity reacted.
"Wait a minute, Flapjack, Clover and Emmiline?" Amity reacted. "That means…"
Outside, Luz stopped crying and looked up to see seven people approaching the cabin. Her eyes widened and rubbed her eyes to know what she was seeing wasn't real. Turns out, it was, Dipper, Sasha, Anne, Grime, Hunter, Willow and Gus were all here.
"Guys?!" Luz for the first time in today smiled and began sprinting towards her friends. "Guys!"
Hunter was the first to hug Luz as Flapjack quickly flew towards him and turned to staff mode so he could teleport towards her to grapple her into a hug.
They laughed as they each shared their friendly affections. Marcy and Amity soon walked out of the shack to see the others. Tears fell from each of their eyes, happy to see their friends again after so long.
"Anne! Sasha!" Marcy screamed.
"Willow!" Amity and Marcy began running towards their friends.
"Mar-Mar!" Anne and Sasha simultaneously exclaimed happily before hugging their friend.
"OOOOOHHHH! I'm so happy to see you two after so long!" Marcy exclaimed.
"Me too!" Anne and Sasha cried.
"You have no idea how….Actually, it was still chaotic with Grime and Gus around." Anne said.
"But still, we're so happy to see you!" Sasha, Anne and Marcy happily hugged each other. But then their smiles vanished when they realised they saw this moment in their visions.
Luz, Willow, Amity, Gus and Hunter shared hugs with each other. "I'm so happy to see you again!" Luz exclaimed. "How have you guys been?"
"Well, ya know, we fought the Grim Reaper." Gus said.
"We thought gnomes that wanted to marry me." Willow said.
"And I accidentally dated a video game character." Hunter said.
Their explanations caused Luz and Amity to freeze with surprised expressions on their faces. "Uh….Okay?"
Grime just stood in place while awkwardly staring at everyone feeling a tad. "No hugs for me?" Then, Amity and Marcy tackled the toad in a hug. "These better not be sympathetic."
"Eww! Mucus!" Amity cringed as she tried wiping it off her pink shirt.
Then, Luz and Dipper were sharing some hugs with each other. "I missed you a lot, you know."
Dipper remembered seeing the vision of Luz with her wrist slit open and her future death. "Yeah."
Luz and Dipper began to stare at each other with sad smiles for different reasons. "I'm sorry about your girlfriend's Dad."
"Couldn't care less." Dipper replied. "How are you though?"
Luz shrugged her shoulders. "I'm okay right now. Little better now that I know you guys are here. Did you find a way home?"
Dipper shook his head. "No. Just wanted to see you guys for Halloween. Thought the kids would as well."
"And Hunter, how is he?" Luz and Dipper looked to Hunter both with saddened smiles.
Luz had one because of how happy she felt for Hunter, she was tired. While Dipper was staring at Hunter with a sad smile because he knew that these last few days could be his last moments of happiness alive and well.
"We got a lot to catch up on." Anne said. "Where do we start?"
"I think we should start with comforting Vee after her breakup with Masha." Sasha said. "Which I have to do."
Amity, Luz and Marcy froze. "Wait, how did you know Masha broke up with Vee?" Amity asked.
"Nobody told you." Luz pointed out. "Did you Marcy?"
"No." Marcy said.
Sasha realised she screwed up and had to quickly come up with a lie. "Um…Masha told me." She walked into the shack while Marcy stared at her friend in suspicion. She didn't want to jump to conclusions but she felt that somehow, Sasha knows something she doesn't. And she was about to find out.
Later that night, while everyone had gone to bed in either the Noceda residence or the Wu residence, Dipper had decided to sleep in his car even as the Wus and Nocedas protested.
But in actuality, it was so he was close to the Cabin in order to interfere by 6%. When he was sure everyone was asleep, he walked towards the cabin and activated his energy sword.
But when he walked inside, he was surprised to see an unexpected surprise. It was none other than Flapjack, whom was pecking the wooden floor.
The Palisman stopped at looked up in surprise. Dipper on the other hand was as equally as surprised to see Flapjack in front of him pecking the floor.
In that moment, he realised something as well. "You know don't you?" Flapjack nodded his head. The Palisman gave a questionable tweet. "Don't ask." He said before sliding his sword across the floor. "Here, we gotta get this box close to Halloween. I know we're gonna get back because I saw the visions. Flapjack, whatever you do, don't tell Hunter or anyone else. Just protect him, okay?" Flapjack bowed his head while Dipper walked back to his car.
Dipper felt his stomach sink, knowing that whatever will happen will be one of great success and great failure but more importantly, he knew he was going to lose someone close to everyone.
