A ginormous floating bomb hovered over the Boiling Sea just off the coast of the Boiling Isles. This was the bomb set up by The Core as a fail safe in case things don't go their way.
"I'm sorry, what?!" Lilith exclaimed. "A bomb?! And not just any bomb, a bomb to destroy the entire Boilsing Isles?!"
"Why the bomb?!" Gus exclaimed.
"The Core doesn't like losing." Marcy said. "It has a very severe loser's mentality. If they lose, everyone loses."
"Mr Blight, how powerful is that bomb?" Pacifica asked.
"It won't just destroy the entire Isles, it will destroy the entire Demon Realm." Alador explained. "I've seen everything in their mind."
"So wait, we're dealing with a sore loser?!" Eda exclaimed.
"By default the biggest one." Sasha replied. "I've been a sore loser before but I never gone that far!"
"So what do we do?" Willow asked.
"I say we take off and blow it up!" Yunan exclaimed while giving a sinister grin.
"It's not that simple." Alador said. "If we blow it up then we destroy the Isles. The Collector could stop it…."
The Collector jumped on their star was about to fly towards it. "On it."
"…But it is protected by a shield made from Titan's blood. Your power will be unaffected and if you fly too close, you will be turned into your tablet form."
"Awww!"
"Is there even a way to destroy it?" Luz asked.
"Except for it exploding?" Anne asked.
"Maybe I can hack into it, deactivate it." Dipper said as he stood up and then gripped on his stitched side, seething in pain.
"Dipper, you need to recover." Camila said. "You'll probably tear your stitches."
"Don't worry babe, whatever happens I'll deal with it." Pacifica assured her boyfriend as she put the reactor on her chest and activated it, causing her to be armoured up.
"We can't hack into it." Alador said. "It's powered by a very powerful anti hacking software. Also, what is hacking? And what is software?"
"Is there a way to beat it?" Raine asked.
"Or do we just sit here and die?!" Grime exclaimed.
"I don't want you to die!" Hooty cried. "I'll be alone!"
"Wait, Hooty can survive explosions?!" Willow exclaimed.
"You can't stop the explosion. The Core has seen to it." Alador said. "But, there is a way to stop the Isles from being destroyed. We can't stop the explosion, but we can suppress it. While in The Core's mind, I managed to take control of them for a short time. I developed a weakness into the bomb. That orange bulb, will suppress the explosion with a simultaneous blast from all three of the Calamity gems."
"Okay then!" Anne said. "If that's what we do…"
"Then we're going to give this ancient AI the whooping of a lifetime!" Sasha declared.
"Calamity Ladies…Let's go!" Marcy said.
Anne, Sasha and Marcy activated their Calamity powers and began flying towards the bomb. Everyone cheered, knowing that they had a bit of hope.
"Go girls!" Amity cheered.
"Kick that ancient evil's ass!" Eda cried.
"Make sure they're dead!" Yunan yelled.
"In no time, we're going to beat them." Luz said.
Dipper on the other hand, looked uneasy. "I don't know, this might seem a bit too easy."
Suddenly, around eight tentacles shot out of The Core, along with ginormous turrets, small turrets and energy beam. Dragonflies bursting out of the water and about a dozen robots coming from the water as well.
The girls stopped and were floating midair, as they looked upon the obstacles that they will have to face.
The bomb laughed. "You think I didn't notice the weakness. Shame I have problems reversing it. Congratulations Alador, I guess I chose wisely."
Alador narrowed his eyes at the being that had been in his mind. "So it would seem."
"We defeated you once Core, we will beat you again!" Anne declared.
"How can you?" The Core laughed. "I have a ginormous army and you are not at full power."
"Well, we're not alone." Sasha declared.
"Because unlike you, we have friends!" Marcy made a dramatic pose and floated for a few short seconds. Then, she pulled a disappointed look. "Because unlike you, we have friends!" She paused for a few moments before groaning and turning around to everyone on lane. "I said because unlike you, we have friends!"
Everyone looked at each other in confusion before Luz realised what Marcy meant. "Oh. Do you three need help?!"
"We'd very much appreciate it!" Anne cried out.
"Okay, hang on!" Luz said. "King!"
Luz held out her hand for King to take which he did. And with a magical glow, Titan Luz returned. "Titan Luz, is back, baby!"
Amity, Alador, Willow and Gus all got on their respective staffs so they could be air support. But when Amity noticed Luz in her Titan form, her cheeks turned red and her jaw dropped.
She was broken out of her state when Pacifica snapped her fingers right in front of her face. "Focus, Blight." Then, the human woman tapped the reactor on her chest and got armoured up.
Hunter then teleported behind Willow and sat on the staff. He wrapped his hands around her waist to make sure he didn't fall off. Raine jumped on Alador's staff and held his shoulders with one of their hands.
Eda turned into her harpy form and made a snarl towards her enemies. "Alright, time to tear some heads off."
The Collector summoned one of his stars and jumped on with Yunan following. "Just so you know Collector, I'm sorry for the violent threats I said to Eda and Lilith and in my thoughts."
"Apology accepted!" The Collector responded instantly.
Lilith turned into Harpy mode while Hooty just sharpened his teeth which alarmed others because Hooty had teeth.
And so, they took off to join the battle which they hoped would be the last one against The Core and their army.
While, Dipper, Grime and Camila stayed behind to watch the fort. "Sooo, anyone have something to do while we wait?" Dipper asked.
Grime pondered what to do. "Think about our place in the multiverse?"
The small group arrived and hovered with the Calamity trio. They all hovered heroically as they stared down at the army that they had to face off against.
Then, Pacifica began to float upwards and screamed. A few seconds later, she descended and began to hover. "Sorry, still getting used to this!"
The Core just stared at the group. "You think this amount of people will be enough to stop me and my army?!"
"Do not underestimate us Core." Lilith said. "We have done things that will make you fear us."
"Yeah, I killed your Carnivore." Amity reminded them.
"I died and came back." Hunter said to them.
"I can do illusions so powerful that they traumatise people." Gus said.
"I survived in this world for eight months!" Pacifica said.
"I once fought a cardboard cutout over a loaf of bread." Hooty said.
"I fought a lot of personal demons." Willow said.
"I fought an inner demon!" Eda said.
"I fought through Belos' possession and have the scars to prove it." Raine said.
"I defeated Ragnar the Wretched when other newts said it would be impossible." Yunan said.
"I held my crown together to save everyone all while a fungus threatened to kill me." The Collector said.
"I assimilated a portion of you into my mind!" Marcy said to them.
"I freed Marcy from you!" Sasha said to them.
"I killed you once before." Anne reminded them.
"And I defeated Belos." Luz said.
The Core just stared at them for a bit before laughing. "Are you trying to make me scared of you?! You think overcoming obstacles makes you strong?! What do you think yourselves as?! The Guardians of the Multiverse?!" The Core laughed. "What do you think you will accomplish?! You cannot stop the inevitable!"
The Guardians of the Multiverse narrowed their eyes at The Core not feeling intimidated by their threat. "Hey Core, do you mind if I use that team name?!"
The Core growled. "ATTACK!" They demanded.
And so, the Guardians and the bots began their attack. Anne used her sword, now powered by Calamity energy to release a wave of energy, disabling them.
Some robots flew towards Sasha to try and hurt her, but she only stabbed them with her sword, before decapitating the other one.
Marcy, despite being unarmed, grabbed a dragonfly and threw it towards a swarm of them, blowing up a great deal of them.
Eda was chewing on the wires of one of the bots while Lilith tore another one's head off.
Hooty ate one boy whole before spitting their screws out like a machine gun towards incoming forces. "Ha! Take that!"
Amity flew around the ocean, avoiding barrages of laser blasts and flies while tossing Abomination shards at numerous bots.
Alador flew up towards The Core and used his tentacles to grab one of the tentacles that tried to grab him and Raine. Then, with all his strength, he tore it off without any hesitance.
The Core screamed in pain and made a growl. "You'll pay for that!" They were ready to shoot their turret with a powerful blast.
But luckily, Pacifica got in front of the blast and summoned a shield that stopped the blast. Pacifica smugly stared at the turret and aimed her arm out.
"Wrist missile!"
But instead of the missile coming out of the wrist, it came out of the crotch area of the armour. The missile hit the turret, causing it some damage.
Pacifica was surprised by the weapon. "A crotch canon? Why is there a crotch canon?!"
Gus was surrounded by a bunch of robots aiming their weapons at him, until he drew a spell circle to make a dozen copies of himself. "Catch us if you can!" The Guses all began flying and scattered so that way the robots will be confused. They each tried shooting Gus but they either missed or hit one of the illusions.
Willow and Hunter were above watching the fight below. Hunter gave his girlfriend a grin. "Hey Gus looks like he could use a little kelp."
Willow's eyes turned green and she summoned some kelp from the Boiling Sea and trapped a few of the boys before crushing them.
"What did I tell you Core?" Willow asked. "I'm one of the most…" She then laughed and turned to her boyfriend. "Kelp. Plant pun. I just got it!"
One of the tentacles suddenly knocked the Palisman, causing Willow and Hunter to start falling to their watery graves.
Willow was grabbed by one of the tentacles and was being carried toward the Core. "Hunter!"
Hunter quickly teleport dashed onto Gus's Palisman and unsheathed his sword. Hunter then teleported on one robot, whose head he decapitated with one swing.
He teleported again and sliced a random dragonfly. Then, he teleported towards the tentacle and sliced it, freeing Willow.
She began to fall, but thankfully, her boyfriend appeared in the nick of time and caught her. He teleported her on to Clover before destroying a couple of bots with the swing of his sword.
On the star that was being flown by The Collector, they tossed a few stars at some dragonflies and turned a couple of the bots into puppets that crashed into the sea with a mighty splash.
Yunan on the other hand, was swinging her wrist claws like crazy trying to at least get a hit. But so far, she had no luck. "I got one…I got one…." She swung her claw, missing the target in the process. "Got one…Got one…" She swung her claws again, missing the target again. "Come on!" She swung her claw in anger, managing to hit a dragonfly. "Ha!"
A tentacle tried to grab The Collector, until they stopped it in their tracks and blew it up with a little whistle.
"No!" The Core cried out.
Luz made a bunch of Weh noises, shattering a ton of robots in the process. She drew a spell circle, releasing a wave of energy that shattered a dragonfly.
Some turrets began firing bullets towards her in an attempt to shoot her down. But Luz quickly deflected them back at the bomb, causing the mini turrets to explode and one bullet detaching a tentacle.
The Core was about to grab some people with the remaining tentacles that they had attached. Anne swung her sword and chopped off the tentacle, Sasha sliced the other while Marcy tore off the last one.
"You cannot beat me!" The Core cried as they watched their army being torn to shreds and pieces by the Guardians.
Pacifica at one point, used the energy from the chest of the armour to perform a powerful blast that destroyed a great deal of the bots.
But the power of the blast caused her to descend quite a bit while gripping to her chest. "Ow." She saw the reactor flickering. "Oh, that doesn't look good. Better save that for last resorts."
Collector blew one up with a snap of their finger, Yunan had an oil soaked mouth from biting the throat of one of the bots, Luz smashed one with Stringbean, Hunter sliced one lengthways, Willow drowned a few in the sea with her kelp, Gus blew up a dragonfly with his magic, Amity threw an Abomination ball, Alador broke a neck with his tentacles, Raine shattered them with their whistle, Eda clawed one, Lilith tore the wires from their neck, Hooty smashed through one of their chests, Anne used her robotic arm to their the heart of one of the bots, Sasha stabbed a robot in the face while Marcy just made an arrow from her Calamity energy that she shot towards a crowd of bots.
The Guardians looked to the Core, ready to take them down. "Alright girls, it's time to take them down." Luz said.
"Yeah!" Yunan exclaimed.
"I'm ready!" Sasha said before the energy around her began to flicker. "Uh…But after a break."
"What?!" Pacifica exclaimed.
"Girls, what's the matter?" Eda asked.
"We're losing our power." Marcy replied while flickering. "I don't think we have the energy to decrease the blast."
"What?!" Lilith exclaimed in shock.
"I'm sorry Lilith, but…I can't…" Anne was about to fall into the water, until she was quickly caught by Luz. Pacifica caught Sasha while The Collector caught Marcy whom were about to fall into the water.
"What's going on?!" Hunter asked.
"They exhausted their power." Luz replied.
"We're taking them to dry land." Sasha said. "Guardians, do everything you can to stop them."
While Luz, Pacifica, Collector, Yunan, Raine, Alador and Hunter returned to dry land to help with the Calamity girls, the rest stayed back to do everything they could to stop the Core. This included trying to drag it down into the water, trying to at least burst in and whatever Hooty was doing which was bashing it repeatedly.
On dry land, the group landed where Dipper, Camila and Grime approached them with worry. "What happened?" Grime asked as he held on to Sasha with concern.
"They got exhausted." Luz replied. "They must have used too much of their energy."
Suddenly, Luz returned back to human form and King reappeared looking worried. "So we're just doomed?"
"It's okay." Yunan assured them. "We probably have time before the Isles blow up."
The Core laughed sinisterly at the Guardians' pathetic attempts into stopping them. "You fools! You think shoving and pushing me is going to stop me? Besides you only have eight minutes remaining until your entire world blows up into smithereens."
Hunter narrowed his eyes at the newt. "You just had to say something?"
"We have to do something!" Camila said. "I can't have that thing destroy us!"
"But our only hopes are out of power." Luz said.
"Sorry guys." Anne sat up and groaned. "I think due to the gems being shards, their powers are much weaker and we fought Belos with all our might."
"What can we do?" The Collector asked with worry.
Alador then noted the reactor on Pacifica's chest. "There might be a way…Pacifica, the reactor."
Pacifica took the reactor off her chest, deactivating the armour she was wearing. "What is it?"
Alador began to analyse the reactor and looked at its power source. "Who designed this?"
"I did." Dipper replied as he sat up. "I made it out of parts my Grunkle Stan stole during Frogvasion and used some gem dust to power it."
"Hmmm, what if we use the dust from the other shards to give the reactor that stronger kick?" Alador suggested.
"Will it work?" Luz asked.
"I used the reactor at full power." Pacifica informed them. "Almost lost balance. Made me wanna pass out."
"That's how I feel after using them." Sasha said.
Dipper pulled a determined look. "Do it! It could work!"
"Where are the other shards though?" Raine asked.
Dipper reached into his pocket and pulled out two of the three shards and a piece of sand paper. "Hand it here, Mr Blight." Alador handed the device to Dipper.
The author pushed a few buttons on the reactor which caused a hatch to open to reveal a blue glow. These were the shard dusts from the blue shard.
Dipper gently rubbed the red shard against the sand paper, causing it to release stone dusts that collided with the blue dust, causing a bright flash. Then Dipper pulled the green shard from his pocket and rubbed it against the sand paper, causing dust to collie with the other dust.
This caused a surge of energy to emit from the reactor and causing a huge blast that almost blinded everyone.
"Okay, all three together." Dipper said. "That should be powerful enough."
"Great, let's use them!" The Collector exclaimed.
"No!" Anne said. "Dipper are you crazy?! This could kill Pacifica!"
"What?!" Hunter and Pacifica exclaimed in shock.
"It's true!" Marcy said.
"One person harnessing a gemstone will just tire them out. But one person using the power of all three will kill them." Anne said.
"I know." Dipper said. "One of us needs to make a sacrifice."
Everyone looked at each other, wondering who needs to make the sacrifice. Some were willing and some didn't want to do it but knew that saying no would be a bad idea and selfish.
"I'll do it." Raine said.
"Are you crazy?!" Grime exclaimed. "I'll do it!"
"Grime, you need to get home, I'll do it!" Yunan protested.
"What about Olivia?!" Hunter asked. "I'll do it!"
"Hunter, I just got you back, I'll do it!" Pacifica protested.
"Pacifica, everyone here thought you were dead, I'll do it!" Alador protested.
"Mr Blight, your daughter just got you back, I'll do it!" Camila said.
"No! Mami, don't do it!" Luz protested. "I'll do it!"
"Luz! You can't die, I'll do it!" King protested.
"None of you will do it!" Dipper protested while putting the reactor on his chest. "You've all gone through hell and back. You've suffered, you've been imprisoned, you've been tortured, you've been abused, but not any more."
Pacifica saw what her boyfriend was doing. "No!"
Hunter instantly figured out what he was doing as well. "Dipper!"
Dipper stood up while holding to his sides. "I'm sorry, but I have to do this!" Dipper pushed on the reactor, armouring himself up to take down The Core.
Everyone looked at Dipper in distress and worry, knowing that he was going to die. Yunan and Grime gave him a salute.
"As soldiers, we will remember you." Yunan said.
"How old are you?" Grime asked.
"Twenty one." Dipper replied.
"I shall fire twenty one arrows to remember you. As is toad tradition."
"What?!" Pacifica yelled. "You two are okay with this?!"
Hunter and Pacifica ran up to him in an effort to get him to change his mind. "Dipper, come on! We'll find another way!"
"Dipper, please tell me there's another way or at least find one!" Pacifica pleaded.
"I'm sorry Pacifica, there isn't time." Dipper said as he readied to take off.
Pacifica grabbed his shoulder and turned him around. "Don't you dare leave me after I just got you back!" Pacifica began to cry. "I have missed you for eight months. For eight months I have been away from home and from you. I don't want to lose you!"
"Neither do I." Tears began to fall from Hunter's eyes. "Ever since I was in the Human Realm, you have looked out for me. Dipper, you're a brother to me. You said to me in that shack that we're a family. Dipper…Please."
Dipper then wrapped Hunter in his arms. "And we'll always be a family."
Hunter cried harder knowing he was about to lose someone else close to him. He hugged Dipper back and then let go so Dipper and Pacifica could say goodbye.
Pacifica gave Dipper a tearful look and held him by his face. They leaned in to share what could be their last ever kiss. The kiss was passionate as they held on to each other trying to make sure it was enough so they could remember each other. They pulled out and Dipper walked to the edge of the cliff.
Anne walked up to the cliff and gave Dipper an unsure expression. "Dipper, just because I came back, doesn't mean you might."
Dipper smiled at Anne. "Believe me I will."
"How do you know?!" Anne exclaimed.
Dipper then pondered how he could tell her until an idea came into his head. He leaned into her ear and began whispering something in her ear.
Anne began listening to every one of Dipper's words. "Future apprentice? Hunter knows of her as well?" Anne reacted. "Wait…Evelyn? Who's Evelyn?" Dipper then leaned back.
He looked out at the countdown and it was on 3 minutes and 43 seconds. Before he took off, he looked back at the people who he has met. They all looked sad to see him go and some almost had tears falling from their eyes.
Luz was holding on to her mother while they sobbed while Pacifica and Hunter held on to each other. The Calamity trio even had tears and some were sobbing.
Dipper then turned back and took off towards The Core. Despite the fact that his stitches were still prominent, he was still determined to destroy The Core once and for all.
He took off straight towards The Core while Luz just stared at him. "Dipper! I forgive you!"
He flew past Willow, Gus and Amity who all looked on in confusion. "Dipper?"
"What the hell is he doing?" Eda asked.
Dipper stopped and hovered in front of the power source of the bomb. He narrowed his eyes at The Core, who just laughed.
"And what are you doing?" The Core asked. "If I recall, Yohan stabbed you. What will you do?"
Dipper in that moment, as he stared down at The Core and closed his eyes. When he closed his eyes, he saw visions of all the people he loved and was close to. Old and new.
Camila, Sprig, Hop Pop, Polly, Eda, Lilith, Hooty, Raine, Yunan, Grime, Flapjack, Marcy, Sasha, Anne, Gus, Willow, Soos, Wendy, Ford, Stan, Hunter, Mabel and Pacifica.
He opened his eyes as tears fell. "This." He took a deep breath and fired the powerful blast from his reactor, straight into The Core's source.
The blast was so powerful that it was having an effect on the Core itself. The bright red power source was now blinking on and off.
"What are you doing?!" The Core asked. "You'll destroy me which will destroy the world!" Dipper said nothing and just kept firing from the reactor.
Everyone else watched on with amazed and worried expressions. "What's he doing?!" Eda asked.
"I don't know. But it looks like it's working." Amity replied. "Come on. Let's go so we aren't affected!"
As they flew back to the coast, Dipper was still hitting The Core with the beam made from the power of the Calamity Gems. A power so insanely strong, it was causing Dipper's eyes to glow a bright white.
When the others returned to dry land they were confused as to why everyone was crying. "What's going on?" Gus asked.
"Why's everyone upset?" Lilith asked.
"Dipper…" The Collector sniffled. "…He's going to die."
"What?!" Everyone exclaimed.
Back with Dipper, whom was still emitting the powerful blast from his chest, he felt the power was weakening him. The Core had only a minute of life left and in that moment, they realised what was happening.
"What?! You're weakening me! How?!" The Core asked. "You'll just end up dead handling that power. Why would you do this?!"
"You said it yourself." Dipper retorted. "You called us the Guardians of the Multiverse. And I think that applies to me as well." He continued firing the powerful blast from his reactor. But it was causing fragments of his skin to glow blue, red and green; While his armour was disintegrating.
And after a few more seconds, The Core, with a might scream, blew up. Causing a powerful blast that only caused a powerful gust of wind that destroyed a few tree branches and caused some dust clouds to hit the group.
When the dust cleared, they saw the armour less Dipper falling into the Boiling Sea, looking lifeless. Everyone gave a horrified gasp at the sight.
The Collector quickly summoned a star that caught Dipper as he fell and pulled him back to dry land. Willow quickly summoned a flower bed for him to lay on while The Collector gently placed him to rest.
When they got a look at Dipper, they saw that he was grey, his eyes were wide open and he wasn't breathing anywhere.
The Collector stared at his face with a worried yet hopeful expression. "His eyes are open. He must be alive. Right?" They looked to everyone and saw that they all had tears falling from their eyes.
Pacifica especially was on her knees crying into his chest over losing him. Hunter held on to Willow, who had her own tears to shed.
Yunan and Grime were trying to hold their own tears in due to them being soldiers but they couldn't help it. Amity hung her head down as tears fell from her eyes while her Dad held her shoulder with comfort.
The Calamity trio held on to each other while tears fell. A tearful King held on to a tearful Eda's leg. Lilith and Hooty had their heads pressed against each other while crying.
Luz and Camila had their arms wrapped around each other while mourning through tears. And Gus was so distraught that he dropped to his knees and began crying. Raine tried to comfort them, but even they couldn't resist their tears.
The Collector looked at Dipper's lifeless body with a tearfully pleading look. "Dipper, please. Don't be dead. Come back. I've lost one friend, I don't want to lose another. Please. Wake up."
But no matter how hard The Collector begged, Dipper was indeed dead. Sacrificed his life to save everyone he loved and cared for. His armour gone and the reactor disintegrating as well.
Elsewhere, in a place beyond time, beyond the multiverse, beyond life, Dipper woke up in a strange white void. He sat up and looked around the empty space. "Hello?! Is anyone here?!" He then touched his throat as he realised something. "Why does my voice sound like that?"
All of a sudden, a mirror suddenly appeared and Dipper got a look at his reflection which caused him to scream in horror. Instead of being 21, he was back to his twelve year old self in the outfit and cap he wore while he stayed in Gravity Falls.
"What?! How?!" Dipper began rubbing his face. "My stubble!" He looked down at his legs and groaned. "My height!" He lifted his shirt to get a look at his abs which were no longer there. "My abs!" He looked to where he was stabbed and saw that the stitches weren't there. "Well, least the stitches are gone. Then that means." He began to touch his back and he felt that his scratch scar was completely gone. "How can this be?!"
Then, he finally noticed something in the distance. It looked to be a small building. He walked towards it and saw that it was called 'The Cafe Beyond Infinity.'
"The Cafe Beyond Infinity?" He then looked through the window to see if he could see anything.
He saw four beings sitting cafe together. It was the Guardian, The White Wolf, K and Manny eating brunch.
K was having an unhealthy brunch of a waffle tower with golden syrup and red raspberries on top. He ate some of the waffles and some of the raspberries while Manny watched on judgementally.
"That's your fifth tower." Manny complained. "How can you even stand it?"
"Noceda, in case you've forgotten, I have no metabolism, I have no liver functions, I have no intensities, but thankfully I still have taste." K said.
"Is he coming?" The White Wolf asked the Guardian.
The Guardian sighed. "You know he'll come. You can see in the future. Why do you even feel the need to ask questions when you know the answer?"
The wolf smiled. "I just do."
Then all of a sudden, a blast of fire shot up from the ground and Death appeared before the group doing a graceful pose.
"Yes, I'm here for brunch." Death said. "I deserve a break after all."
"What underworld did you come from?" K asked.
Deaths wiped some soot off of his jacket. "The Earthni Underworld. The Lucitor kid is in training to become the next ruler. Poor kid is under a lot of pressure. Except for his girlfriend. She really wants the job."
"What would you like, Death?" The Guardian asked. "I'm buying."
Death gave them a deadpan stare. "We are inter dimensional beings. Some of us physical representations of existential ideologies. The concept of currency is beyond us."
The Guardian smiled. "I know. I just wanted to say that."
Suddenly, they heard the door opened and turned to face who had just entered. "Dipper?" Manny reacted.
"Manny?" Dipper asked in confusion.
Death spat out some tea from his mouth. "WHAT?!"
Manny just smiled. "So, you know my name?" He got off his seat and shared a hug with the kid.
Dipper just chuckled. "I see you're a hugger just like Luz."
"IS NO ONE GOING TO SAY ANYTHING?!" Death screamed. "He is supposed to be dead! I wasn't even notified about him being passed on! You see what happens when I have a break?! I end up having to collect lost souls!"
"Hush Death." K requested. "Were we expecting him?"
The Guardians eyes went wide with fear as they realised something. "Oh no."
The wolf just smiled. "Hello Boss."
Dipper smiled at the wolf. "Dr Singer. Or White Wolf. What name would you prefer?"
"Either would be good." White Wolf said while summoning a chair.
"What happened?" Dipper asked as he sat down on the chair. "Am I dead?"
"Yes!" Death replied angrily. "You are dead!"
"If I'm dead, then shouldn't I be the physical appearance I was when I died?" Dipper asked. "Ya know, older, scarred, a bit of muscle around everywhere? How come I don't have that?"
"Oh, I felt like turning you back to the appearance you were when you first came to Gravity Falls." The Wolf replied. "Ya know, nostalgia."
The Guardian gave Dipper a fearful stare. "Dipper, you are the third mortal person that has died via powers that are beyond human comprehension. And soon you will be resurrected. But understand once resurrected, you will have to fight another battle."
Death then looked fearful as well. "What? Then I have to claim his soul to prevent this. Guardian, we had two mortals dying due to powerful forces beyond their comprehension already. This is the third."
"What's going on?" Dipper asked.
"Three mortals. Three mortals die of powers beyond their comprehension. They come back. And they shall be released. The brothers of four." The Guardian said.
"Okay, that's kind of cryptic." Dipper remarked. "But what does it mean?"
The Guardian exhaled. "Pay close attention Dipper, this is important that you listen to every word, syllable and letter that will come out of my unmoving mouth." Dipper leaned in, to listen to this ancient being.
Back in the mortal world, Pacifica was still crying over his lifeless body while Camila was busy comforting her.
"I'm sorry dear." Camila said. "I'm so sorry."
"I just got you back." Pacifica sobbed.
"What do we do with the body?" Sasha asked.
"Dipper always said he wanted to be buried in Gravity Falls." Hunter said. "Because that's where he lived. Where he always considered to be home."
"Twenty one arrows to be shot as a way to honour him." Grime said.
King exhaled sadly. "Okay Collector, I'll give you my blood so we can create a portal."
The Collector was busy sobbing at the sight of Dipper's corpse. They felt their tears falling as they stared at him with sadness.
"Collector, I'm sorry, there's nothing we can do." Anne said. "Shame he never died old."
The Collector stared at his corpse with tearful determination before screaming. "NO! I can't have anyone else die!" The Collector placed his hands on Dipper's chest and began emitting powerful bolts of electricity, causing Dipper to jolt. The Collector tried again, causing him to jolt.
While The Collector continued to use his hands to revive Dipper, everyone just watched on with looks on their faces that showed sadness.
"Come on Dipper!" The Collector pleaded. "Wake up! Wake up!" The Collector continued to jolt electricity into Dipper's body, causing him to twitch. "Wake up! Wake up! Wake up!" the Collector screamed with plea and sadness. "PLEASE!"
"Collector, there's nothing we can do." Luz said with regret. "I know death is new to you. But some people can't come back. And Dipper is unlucky to be one of them. I'm sorry Collector."
The Collector raised his hands high and placed their hands on his chest. "COME ON! WAKE UP!" He performed a jolt of electricity so powerful that it almost blinded everyone.
Then, Dipper opened his eyes and bolted upwards to inhale harder than he ever had before. "Where am I?! Guardian! What was it?!"
Everyone gasped in surprise and shock over the fact that the man that died right before them was suddenly alive again.
Not questioning anything, Pacifica tackled Dipper in a massive hug while tears fell from her eyes. "Dipper! I can't believe it! You're alive!" Then everyone else tackled Dipper in a hug, relieved and happy that he was alive.
"Don't do that again!" Hunter screamed in his face. "I almost lost you!"
The Collector stared at his hands in disbelief. "It does work."
"I don't believe it either." Marcy held her hand against her head. "How?! The amount of electricity it would take to jumpstart a heart like Dipper's would take more than 0.1355 Watts!"
"Collector's an inter dimensional being remember." Amity reminded her.
"What happened while you were there?" Anne asked. "The other side. You saw the Guardian didn't you?"
"I also saw the White Wolf, Death, K and Manny." Dipper replied.
"Dad?!" Luz exclaimed in shock.
Camila gasped. "Manny?!"
"But that's not the most worrying part." Dipper said. "The Guardian gave me a warning. Something about four brothers being released after three mortals die via power they can't understand before being resurrected. They were about to tell me, but I was resurrected before they had the chance." Everyone let go of Dipper and turned to stare at each other with worry.
"Four brothers?" Sasha asked.
"That sounds uncomfortably cryptic." Raine remarked.
Dipper's serious look then turned to a grin. "But that doesn't worry me right now. The Core's dead right?"
Pacifica smiled at her boyfriend. "We did it, babe. We won."
"Great!" Dipper exclaimed. "Hey, has anyone here ever had Chinese? There's this amazing Chinese restaurant in Oceanside that I highly recommend."
"I thought we could have celebrated at the Boonchuy's restaurant." Luz said.
"I was going to suggest we get shawarma." Marcy said. "But I think that's kind of predictable."
"Why? I don't recall anyone celebrating saving the world by eating shawarma." Pacifica said.
"But you know, I could go for Chinese." Sasha said. Everyone agreed on the idea with head nods and mumbles.
Alador looked concerned however. "Chinese is the name of a human ethnicity. Do you, eat your own kind?"
Dipper stood up and pulled the shards from his pocket. "Lilith, did you find the box?"
Lilith groaned with frustration. "The box! Oooooh, where did I put it?! Last I saw it was the Day of Unity!"
"We'll find it Lilith, I assure you." Raine said.
Camila approached Hooty. "Hey, Mr Hooty, are you by any chance into the Spice Girls? Because, I was quite a fan during my college days."
"I don't know who they are but I'm curious to know the name of their spices." Hooty began coughing wildly.
"Wait, Spice Girls?" Anne asked.
"Yeah, he played one of their songs as a distraction." Pacifica explained.
Then, Hooty spat out a lot of junk from his mouth. This included a boombox, a beach ball, a balloon, a Burger Queen receipt, a sword, a magic wand, a saw, a chicken, a traffic light, a CD and the box.
Lilith gasped and picked up the box. "So that's where I put it!"
Eda picked up the receipt and narrowed her eyes at it. "I had a receipt! Didn't buy it my ass!"
"Hooty, why didn't you tell us sooner that you had the box?" Luz asked.
"I eat so much that I kind of forget what I've ate and what I haven't ate." Hooty replied.
"So does that mean?" Yunan asked as she and Grime stared at the box.
"You can go home." Marcy replied sadly. "But you two know what this means don't you?"
Grime and Yunan looked at each other sadly. "It means that when the portal opens, it won't hold forever." Grime replied.
"Which in turn means that this is a one way trip." Yunan replied. "Grime and I can't see you guys again."
Everyone looked at each other sadly, now realising that the last link to Amphibia will now be gone and it will never be seen again.
"Well, I think we should take our time to say goodbye." Luz said. "You two could stay, but you guys should try and find new adventures at home."
Grime and Yunan gave them some smiles. "We will." He said. "We will." Now, it was time for the hardest part. Saying goodbye to the last people from Amphibia.
