Chapter 19: Dance of Shadow
"Alright Lincoln, do a roundhouse kick without no energy."
"Hee-yah! Ow!"
In the forest, Lincoln who wearing an orange tank top and black jersey pants, and black shoes. He holding his leg while jumping up and down while Gar looks at him. The teen wears the same thing but with a green tank top.
Both of them are in the woods, and Gar likely trains Lincoln in his normal self instead of Linkage. The JLA member wanted the boy to train in his normal style.
"Come on Gar, I please transform?" Lincoln asked taking a breather,
"Lincoln, every day you keep using your powers. You need to know how to learn to fight and defend." Gar said
"But I've faced many powerful enemies, why do I have to learn to fight without my powers?" Lincoln asked.
"Because you'll be in a scenario where either your powers won't work or get taken away by some villain. A time where you have to rely on physical training rather than rely on your powers." Gar said as he brings out his staff and threw one at Lincoln. "Now, dodge!"
Lincoln quickly dodges Gar's attack, as both exchange attacks and defense. Lincoln can learn from Gar past time he crosses, both of them really like comics, video games, and some cartoons if more mature. But Gar's training is a little hard, but not hard that Lynn forces him to play sports with her.
"Just clear Lincoln, girls like boys with a big heart and with the muscled," Gar said making Lincoln lose his focus, hitting his legs makes him fall down. "Remember focus."
"Hahaha," Lincoln said in deadpan. "It's time for me to go home."
"Can't fly, jog there," Gar said doing stretching.
"But-" Lincoln said looking at Gar who just smile at him. "Fine."
Lincoln had to jog all the way home after Gar told him to. He thought that he wouldn't do the exercise again but apparently, it's needed for his training.
"At Last, I've...made it home," Lincoln said as he catch his breath as he enters. His mom notices him coming home sweaty.
"Lincoln, have you been running?" Rita asked him with eyebrow raise.
"Yeah...doing a jog," Lincoln responds which surprises her.
"Well, I was gonna confront you about exercising but apparently you're doing well on that," Rita said with a thumbs up. "Now why don't you go rest up in your room until dinner's ready."
"Thanks, Mom," Lincoln replied as he heads upstairs to walk down to his room. Suddenly Lola popped up.
"Hey Lincoln, I need your-"
"Can it wait a while, Lola? I'm too tired from jogging." Lincoln responds going passed his sister and heading down to his room.
Lola was surprised at him, getting a little irritated. "Linky...if you don't gonna help me, I'm gonna tell-"
"Like what, tell me that if you eat the cookies when dad makes the last dinner," Lincoln said shocked Lola as he glared at her. "Next time, whip your mouth off chocolate."
Lincoln finally got into his room while Lola gets a suspicious look, she goes to Lori and Leni's room. "Time for sister meeting."
Lincoln is in his room, as he stretches his back, he is about to take off his tank top but suddenly sees Lucy who covered her eyes. "LUCY, WHAT YOU DOING IN MY ROOM?!"
Lucy pretends to be annoyed by what happened, and she speaks. "I'm sorry Lincoln, but kinda need a big favor from you."
"Can it wait? I'm too tired from exercising," Lincoln told her.
"You exercise? Since when?" Lucy questions, surprised.
"Since now, so whatever it is, can it wait for at least an hour or later so I can get my energy back up?" he asked her.
"Just look please," Lucy said pulling out her tablet.
Lincoln look at the tablet, sees a video on a black screen and showing a man coming out of the shadow. He has pale skin, pure yellow eyes, and black hair. Wearing a full shadow cloak that has a business suit with black shoes. Black sands form around him that are creepy trees until forming creepy claws. The man only smiles that has sharp teeth.
"Hello viewer, I'm Shade, Shade Vienna the Third. I'd come to bring my darkness into reality. See what it takes to get me a true goth minion. Come to me to see who I am, and bring out your darkness, your fear, your nightmare." the man said with a creepy smile.
'Shade Shadow Show, Friday 8:00 pm at Royal Woods Theater.'
"It's this Friday, mom and dad won't let me go due because the older sisters won't be able. Can you bring me and Haiku to the show?" Lucy asked
"Well, sure." Lincoln replied, "Looks scary but I'll take you and Haiku there."
"Thanks, Lincoln," Lucy said as she walks towards the door to exit his room, letting Lincoln rest.
'Finally, some peace and quiet.' Lincoln thought as he rest on his bed.
Gar seems to be watching Royal Woods while eating some pizza in a building. "Good thing I take Lincoln's place for a while, kid needs some fun in his time."
*BOOM*
Gar sees the bank suddenly getting attacked. "Hero work always comes."
Gar begins to jump from roof to roof there as lands on the nearby of the explosive. "Alright, time for you to-Whoa!"
Coming out of the shadow happened to be a lady with pure white skin, yellow eyes, and black long hair. Wearing a black dress that shows open window big busts and thicc curves, and black heels. (Those who think; is a version of Enchantress)
"Alright, I didn't know there was a cosplay convention," Gar said as the lady turns to him.
"You dare to challenge Fright?" she demands.
"Yeah, I dare. Now put the money down so no one gets hurt." He told her.
"I was hoping for Linkage, but you worthy Green Star." Fright said as she twirl her hand around.
Web Soldier sees blackness sand comes to her, goes to her arm to cover it all up, and forms a sword. "Won't see every day."
Fright begins to swing her sword at Gar who dodges her as he begins to fight her. She jumped away from her and created a black sand whip, she begin to whip at Gar who keep dodging her.
"Would you stop it!" Gar shouts charge at her, he uses his energy to shoot out to his hands.
"I won't stop until I-" Fright said as seeing Gar charging at her. "Come on and kill me if you get the chance."
"What? I won't kill-Oh man!" Gar shout got tripped.
*BONG*
Gar just landed on Fright's big bosoms, can feel how bouncy and smooth of getting between her busts.
"You dare!?" Fright shouts in red face, as Gar thinks quickly, as he shot some blast at some debris as pulls back. Fright glares at him but unknowingly gets hit with the brick on her head.
"Ah!" she cries out, falling down as she is knocked out.
"You're under arrest, yeah!" Gar states as he ties all over Fright. Bounding her.
Gar knee down to see Fright closer, check the sand as felt real. "Maybe Sarah can help out."
At night time, everyone slept well except a group of sisters in Lori and Leni's room who had a sister meeting.
"And then he just storms off like that, telling on me," Lola said crossing her arms.
"Well mom said he's been jogging," Luna said shocked by the sisters.
"Jogging? Are you sure he's not faking it?" Lori questions.
"Actually, he really did jog." Lucy confirms "I saw him looking like he's all sweaty, and if you haven't noticed at dinner he was wincing when standing up."
"Now that you've mentioned it, his arm does look like it has some vein lines." Luan states.
"Sister units, there is one and only logical explanation about this," Lisa said. "I can think up two reasons."
"What are they?" Lana asked.
"Our brother unit is doing exercise for either that he's being challenged to a schoolyard fight, or that he's doing it to impress a girl." Lisa states, "Though they're the only hypothesis I can conclude without proof, but it's most likely."
"Ooh impress a girl, I bet it's Ronnie Anne!" Leni said as she, Lori, and Lola gee.
"Naw must show some backbone of standing up for himself," Lynn replied as she, Luna, and Luan agree.
"Or maybe you guys?" Lucy asked others to look at her. "He just doing it for himself, finally realized to train to get healthy."
That just make the girls laugh a little as Lana spoke. "Lucy, Lincoln is not the type of guy to train himself just to be healthy."
"Yeah, the little bro reads comics and eats at Flippy's all the time." Luna states. "It's obvious that he's doing it to fight off some bullies."
"Or scoring a girlfriend like Ronnie Anne," Lori interjects.
"Of course it's a fight, not doing something like impressing a girl," Lynn told her.
"Linky's too nice to start fights, he's doing it for a girl," Leni said.
"He's doing it for a fight!" Luna, Luan, and Lynn shout.
"He's doing it for love!" Lori, Leni, and Lola shout back.
"Fight!"
"Love!"
Meanwhile, Lucy, Lana, and Lisa stood there not in between, as Lucy asks them "Which side you two choose?"
"Neither, just going to observe if my hypothesis is right," Lisa said.
"Decide to see how this plays out," Lana replied while eating popcorn.
Lincoln seems to walk in the halls with Clyde who talking about tomorrow night.
"So you taking Lucy and Haiku to the show?" Clyde asked
"Yeah, I wanted to tell you that won't be mad at me," Lincoln said
"It's cool, actually I and Haiku are just friends now," Clyde said Lincoln look at him. "I still help her with words of poems and reading, how's that training going?"
"Swell." Lincoln said as he winces when he opens his locker, "I thought it'd be easier with powers, but it's a lot harder without them."
"Well, you have to train your body to become a hero. There are no shortcuts in physical fitness they say." Clyde said as look at his watch. "Gotta go, my Spanish class starts, Penelope and I are partners." he walked off as make Lincoln smiled.
'Well least he got a girl that will fit for him.' Lincoln thought as he closes his walker door, and jumped to see Haiku next to him. "Oh, hi Haiku."
"Hi, Lucy said you taking me and her to the show," Haiku said
"Yeah since she really wanna go there, I agree since I got no plans," Lincoln respond scratching his head.
"Well if you wanna join us, I need something from you...you need to dress goth," Haiku replied making Lincoln look at himself. "If you come in those clothes, it might ruin our reputation."
"Sure, I wanna dress like you guys anyway." Lincoln's response makes Haiku's eyes wide.
"You cool of dress goth?" Haiku asked tit her head.
"Well yeah, if I just have to wear black then I guess I can pass," Lincoln told her.
"Interesting," Haiku said, as she knows that every kid in school isn't as accepting of goths. But Lincoln seems that he doesn't really mind, "I'll meet you and Lucy at your place tomorrow."
"That's great." Lincoln told her as the bell rings "Well, class is coming up, I'll see you later then." he said as he walks out.
"Yeah, see ya," Haiku replied while she goes to her class.
In Atoms lab, we see Gar and Sarah checking out Fright's sand. Sarah wearing a blue sweater and a blue short skirt with black shoes, wear a lab coat.
"Hmm, it seems her powers are like sandman but these sands full of paradoxical," Sarah said
"Para-what now?" Gar asked with a confused look.
Sarah sighs. "Means full of negative emotions?"
"You mean her sand is full of negative and sadness, who is she?" Gar asked as Sarah begin to type on the computer.
"Her name is Nina Vienna, having worthy family named until certain bankrupt makes the family lose everything. Now some members traveling around the world to find something in their lives." Sarah answered
"Like who?" Gar asked as she stands up.
"From the original one who got hit by the wave first, and given it to those who trusted him. I'm sure Lincoln can stop with your help. In the meantime..."
Gar can see her taking off her labcoat, as she grabbed her purse turn to him with a smile.
"Belle and I going to work out in our place, having nice big food delivery. you can help us fix our drinks and get an award." Sarah said winking at Gar. "If you wanted to."
Gar smirks as he leans toward Sarah with a reply "What kind of workout clothes are you wearing?"
"I hear you like girls with exposed legs," Sarah told him making him smile in anticipation.
Gar whistle. "Then lead the way!"
It's afternoon, Haiku made to the Loud House, she's knock on the door. In a few minutes, it was open to seeing Lucy as both smiled.
"Ready for some watching?" Haiku asked
"Yup, even Lincoln join the darkness with us," Lucy said looking at the stairs.
"You bet Lucy."
Lincoln came down the stairs while wearing his goth attire; black smooth hair and his eyes got black eyeliner. Wearing a black shirt with white and black striped pattern sleeves, black ripped jeans and black boots with white soles. "What do you girls think?"
Haiku blushed as she hid it, responding "You really did go all out."
"Well, I figured that not wearing a black shirt wouldn't be enough so I have to look for the part." Lincoln said "Plus the hair dye wasn't easy. Lucy said it'll wear off, right Lucy?"
"It should," Lucy replied.
"Well let's go to the show then," Haiku respond as she, Lucy, and Lincoln goes out to see the show.
Gasping, Lola had spotted Lincoln in black and she noticed Haiku blushing, 'No way, it really is for a girl...with Haiku of all people?' she thought in shock, "Wait until the girls hear about this."
"Shhhh...*Sigh*...Okara Nanla."
In a dark place, we see Shade forming around a big black sand portal; coming out happens to be Fright who dusts off her dress.
"Thank you for freeing me dear brother, should free me sooner." Fright said little irritated.
"No time for that Nina, it's almost time for the big show." Shade said as his sands follow him. "This night will be people that will follow us because they worship us, and then our family name will be restored."
"I can see you wanted more, and then wanted to rebuild this town in your image." Fright replied only Shade only smile as his sands formed royal woods into a dark-looking place like a creepy version of Transylvania. "As soon I finish my little show, my sand will corrupt these little goths and they will attack many people until everyone in the whole town will fall into...pure darkness."
"Good and all, but what about Linkage and that Green Star?" Fright question
"I take care of the child while you get the wolf," Shade said making the girl smile.
Gar has made it to Sarah and Belle's place. He knocks on the door, as it opens, showing Belle.
"Oh my, you must be Gar," Belle said in awe, looking at his physique.
"I hear you two were having a workout, and Sarah said that I can join y'all for it," Gar replied with a smile.
"Sure, come right in," Belle said as she invites Gar in, leading him to the couch.
"So what supposed to do to help you two?" Gar said as he sit down.
Belle down next to Gar, as she puts her feet on his legs. "Well I need some excitement, Sarah said you good in tickled. Can you please take off my boots and give me a laugh."
Gar smiled, untying Belle's boots and taking them off. "Of course, you one have some cute feet."
Gar begin to tickle her feets making Belle giggle, he begins to tickle the soles. "Enjoy it?"
"Yehehehea!" Belle laughed
He tickled her soles as he tickle under her toes. They wiggle out of the reaction.
"Enjoying your time with him?" Sarah spoke as she came down, wearing a blue gymnast leotard that is thigh high, and pink slippers.
"Yehehehes!" Belle laughs.
"Care to join too?" Gar asked as he sees Sarah raise her leg and place her slipper on his knee.
"You bet on it," Sarah answered
Gar slips off her slipper, as he begins to tickle her feet. Sarah begins to tickle as she goes to another side of the couch. Sara places her other foot on Gar's knee, Gar takes off the other slippers and now has four feet to tickle.
"Hehehehe." Sarah laughs as Gar tickles her scrunch-up feet. She then feels his other hand reaching out to squeeze her behind "Ooh!"
"Ah!" Belle moans feeling his other hand squeezing her behind.
Gar then reach to grab both girls and place them over his shoulders with their butts next to his face. He squeezes their junks in the trunk making them moan.
"Come on, let's do a workout, you two will be my lifts." He told them while walking down to another room.
Lincoln, Haiku, and Lucy almost made it to the theater. They see lots of goths that really make Lincoln feel uneasy about all the piercing faces, tattoos, and deadly clothes.
"Well looks like we are here and it's almost time," Lincoln said three of them waiting in line.
"Attention people!"
Everyone turns to see a worker with a microphone speaking. "We wanna say Shade wanna bring out VIP tag to meet him in person. Only two VIP tags can bring two people with them. Please check your ticket number if you have the same matches I called out."
Everyone started to pick up their tickets, hoping their ticket number was called.
"Alright, the first ticket number is 9088." the worker announced.
"Sigh, I've been waiting for this." spoke the black-haired teenage girl of 14, with pale skin, black eyes black eyelashes with eyeshadow, and freckles. She wears a pale sky blue t-shirt with white striped sleeves, a purple jacket tied to her waist, a black knee-length skirt, and black boots.
"And for the second ticket number is...9477." the worker announced.
Lincoln looks at his ticket which it's his number, "Hey, we got in!"
"Yes,/sweet," Lucy and Haiku said in union.
"Who those got the tickets, come out to see me." the worker said
Once they came out of the line, both girls, Lincoln, Haiku, and Lucy see each other.
"You again?!" Both Lincon and the girl question each other.
Gar smiled as he sits on the couch, drinking a load of water. He sees Sarah and Belle coming in while wearing their comfortable clothes.
"The girls are right, you are a different person when comes to mating," Sarah said wearing a blue short shirt that shows her midriff, blue short shorts, and barefooted.
"Licking, banging, tickled...you a beast," Belle replied wearing a yellow long shirt with black jeans, barefooted.
"Thanks, these powers make my instinct go wild," Gar said as Sarah turns on the TV. Gar grabs both of their feet and tickles them lightly, making them giggle.
"Hehehehe, that's-wait look!" Sarah said sees Shade's commercial, as Gar stops. "It's the same sand that Fright used!"
Gar looks at the commercial, and saw Shade using the sand morphing around, "That doesn't look good, and it's at the epic theater downtown!"
He stands up as he goes to open his suitcase, showing his suit, "Gonna come back later, right now I have to ask that guy a few questions."
"Be careful." Sarah and Belle told him as he gets suited up.
Lincoln, Haiku, and Lucy walked with the girl who happens to be Maggie from before Luan's funny business. They are in the theater back walking to see the star of the shadow.
"Again sorry for almost messing up your party," Lincoln said rubbing his head.
"Well you're sister and you did a good mime thing," Maggie replied
Unaware to them, a certain-looking camera has been following them, its flying-looking device.
"I can't believe it." Spoke the camera voice by Lisa.
Lisa worked on the computer flying camera, while the sisters looked at the back.
"Lincoln dating Haiku, I thought he likes Ronnie Anne," Leni said
"Yeah who knew into that girl, guess she like her-" Lynn replied
"NO! He's supposed to like Ronnie Anne! My relationship with Boo Boo Bear needs to stay by them!" Lori shout
"You let Lincoln and Ronnie Anne keep you and Bobby together...are you seriously Lori?" Luna asked with a glare
"Well, when you put it like that..." Lori rubs the back of her head.
"You do know that if you and Bobby were to tie the knot, or if Lincoln and Ronnie Anne tied the knot before you if they grow up, neither of you get married to the other?" Lisa states a matter of fact.
"What?" Lori question
"If you and Bobby get married, both Lincoln and Ronnie Anne be in-laws," Luna said
"Plus if you force on Linky and Ronnie Anne, they will get angry at you and Bobby," Leni respond
Lori looks down, a little guilty about it as she asks "Is that true?"
"Well, you did force Lincoln to go on a date with Ronnie Anne after the whole incident with him being teased by some of the boys at school for Ronnie Anne liking him and making her mad at him," Lana states while eating a sandwich. "Sure, Lincoln did a mistake, but you know you didn't have to force them on a date like that."
"Wow Lana, didn't know you were that wise," Lola said impressed.
"Want a bite of this sandwich I found at Charle's dog house?" Lana asks her as Lola looks grossed out.
"Nevermind," Lola said.
"I was just doing what I thought would be good for them, I didn't mean to force them to be a couple so I and Bobby are." Lori states.
"Well, you should've just settled for them being friends." Luan comments.
"It's not like that Luan," Luna said with a sad look. "Now thanks to Lori's idea, Lincoln is really pissed off."
Everyone turns to her. "What did Lori do?"
"Luna please don't-" Lori replied
"Sees this," Luna said as pull out her phone, the sisters look at it and were shocked.
A picture of Lincoln and Ronnie kissing each other in the restaurant as having hearts and faces kisses and says. "Lincronnie Forever."
"Oh man, Ronnie Anne be so angry right about now!" Lynn said with wide eyes.
"Why would you do something that reckless, Lori?!" Lola demands.
"Simple, she's a teenager, of course, she's reckless," Lisa said in deadpan.
"Hey!" Lori, Luna, Luan, and Lynn said in unison while Leni is confused.
"Can't you just hack into getting everyone's numbers from Lori's phone to erase that message?" Luna asked.
"I could if I were a hacker," Lisa said to everyone as an awkward silence followed.
"Okay, let's be serious about this...if Ronnie Anne sees this...she won't hurt Linky that much huh?" Leni asked
Just that, the sisters' image of Lincoln gets beaten down by a raging Ronnie Anne.
"We need to get to Lincoln now or he dies!" Luna shouts in terror.
Lincoln begins to open his eyes and realized he's on top of the theater in a black sand orb. He looks down and sees the audience, of course, Lucy, Haiku, and Maggie who lock in their seats by hand. "What happened?"
"You reason with the girls that want my gift."
Lincoln looks turn the right and see other than Shade who little upset, Lincoln then remembers and he's a glare. "Yeah, you tried to give them your 'gift', but for real...you tried to control us!"
Once they meet Shade who girls admired him showing his 'gift' from the darkness. But Lincoln remembers Gar talking on the phone about a lady who can control dark sand, and she was gifted by the owner. So Lincoln defends the girls and says run cause he's a Metax, once Lincoln turns to Shade the man knocks out Lincoln.
Flashback...
Lincoln is in a room with Lucy, Haiku, and Maggie meeting the star of his very own show...Shade.
"We been wanted to see you oh Sand of Darkness," Maggie said as the girls nodded.
"Good that you've all are here." Shade said as he held up his hand, showing his black sand in front of them. The girls are amazed.
"Wow/edgy/wicked." Lucy, Haiku, and Maggie said in awe.
Lincoln is impressed by the trick, but his eyes flashed a second when he saw Shade's hands glow. This made him realize something and remembered what Gar said about Fright. 'They have the same sand powers.' he thought, "Um, Shade."
"Yes, my boy?" Shade asked him.
"You wouldn't happen to be a Metax, right?" Lincoln asked him, as Shade frowns.
"Tsh, kids your age are too smart for your own good." Shade said as a dark aura surrounds him.
Suddenly his sand starts to form more black shadows around him. Lincoln is shocked about this charge and tackled Shade with full strength making both falls down. The girls are shocked by Lincoln's action as he turns to the girls in full fright.
"Run girls, he's a Metax...he's trying to hurt you all, RUN!" Lincoln shout in panic
The girls' surprise Lincoln is able to risk his own life to save them until all three fall asleep due to another sand, coming out of the corner is Fright.
"I can't leave you alone for a minute." Fright said in deadpan.
"Dang-Argh!" Lincoln said got hit in the head.
Flashback ends...
"If you hadn't stopped me, I would've given you and those girls complete release from your miserable lives." Shade said as he twirls his sand around.
"By controlling people? That's just wrong and you know it!" Lincoln told him.
"Right, wrong, I don't see the point." Shade told him, "I and my sister were part of the wealthiest families in this state. We went bankrupt and as soon as I traveled to this town looking to buy some loans from Tetherby, until the Metax wave happened. I was affected by the blast, and I turned to dust, literally, my whole body got incinerated but I was still conscious. I was lucky that I was alive at the time, and now I was reborn into something else, with this sand I've gotten that connects my emotions, I became Shade, the Sandman of Nightmares."
"So you gain all this, so you gonna get your family wealth back?!" Lincoln question
"No, I wanted my family name more just cash...more of royalty. I'm gonna turn this town into my living nightmare reality and people will like it once I get to control each and every one of them." Shade said as back away. "Enjoy the show, once I finish...you be my serving boy or die of seeing your sister being in control of my powers."
Shade walked away in the shadow, Lincoln thought it was a little too open to transform. He checks his pocket, his phone is gone means Shade and Fright took it.
"Oh man, what I gonna do-" Lincoln said realizing Gar has the same earpiece as he and Atoms are wearing, and he presses it. "Hope you gonna help Gar."
Gar while flies, get in contact with Lincoln. "Link, what's up?"
"You gotta help me, Gar. This guy, Shade, he's-"
"A Metax that controls Sand that is able to control emotions?" Gar asked dodging a bridge.
"How'd you-"
"Saw the commercial, and I'm just a few blocks to the theater." He said as he looks ahead at the theater.
"He's got me trapped and I can't transform while out in the open!"
"That's the reason if don't have your powers. Don't worry, I'm gonna get you-WHOA!" Gar shouts as he dodges a black sand bullet. "I'll call you back."
"I knew you gonna come here."
Fright appears on the rooftop, Gar landed on the place as well...he sees her getting a glare of remembering a day ago.
"Still mad at me for my head into your big bosoms?" Gar asked nervous smile.
"What do you think your wolf?" Fright question makes big black blade. "I'm gonna enjoy killing you."
Ronnie Anne skating down to the theater, gonna get a certain boy a punch in the face. Until she sees Gar going up against Fright.
"Why Green Star fighting her...unless." Ronnie Anne said sees the theater's back door.
Ronnie Anne came open at the back, and the audience seems to get black dust all over them. She looks at the stag of Shade who forms his sands to take control. Until she looks up and sees Lincoln in a sphere. 'Lincoln?'
"Soon this whole town shall be my kingdom, and soon this state, and then the world!" Shade declares while spreading his dust all around the audience.
"This guy's a Metax and Lincoln's gonna need help. How he'll get out the spear, but he can't transform." Ronnie Anne said as she gets an idea once she saw a fire extinguisher. "Time for a little distraction."
Gar still seem to be fighting Fright, both of them getting tired. Gar looks at her legs and shows how smooth and pure white.
'Dem legs.' Gar thought tail swinging.
"What are you-" Fright said suddenly she's dot web down on the ground. "Hey!"
Gar even shoots out the webs on the sands, he walked to Fright who glares at him.
"What you gonna do, grope me? You sick-AHAHAHAHA!" Fright laughed seeing Gar take off her heels, and begin using his tail to tickle her feet. "Whahahat yohohou dohohoing?"
"Tiring you out." He replied while tickling her soles and wiggling toes, "You must've had a good pedicure."
"Dahahahahahang yohohohohohohou!" Fright cries out as Gar continues until he stops. He stands up as Fright sighs.
"Learn your place," Gar told her as he flips Fright over and sits on her back.
"Hey! What are you-" Fright felt the wolf teen picking up one of her feet and begins to lick it "Hahahahahahahahaha!"
Gar focused as he created a light green energy figure of himself, and began to fly to the place.
Shade begins to smile seeing lots of goths getting blank eyes. "Yes...almost ready...you all be in my-"
*Swoosh*
Shade gets sprayed by the white stuff, as he coughs out of it. "What the?!"
"Hey Goth Jerk, you really are a pain to control people!"
He turn around to see Ronnie Anne, holding a fire extinguisher, he made a dark arrow. "You pay for ruining my moment."
Shade shoots the arrow at Ronnie Anne, but she was gone in a quick moment. The man is confused until he sees Linkage in the air while carrying Ronnie Anne's bridal style.
"Thanks, Lame-O." Ronnie Anne told him.
"Yeah, just gotta find you somewhere safe." Linkage respond as he flew over outside the theater and place her on the rooftop, "I'll be back!" he said as he went charging towards Shade.
'Well you better,' she thought, still remembering the picture.
Linkage is now faced to face against Shade, who glares at him as Linkage glares back. "Linkage, just as bad as the other boy." he said as turn to see the boy gone from the spear, "Where is he!?"
"Took him out safe," Linkage responds, cracking his knuckles as his hands glow, "It's time to make you see the light, Shade."
Shade gets angry and forms a black blade. "Bring it you little brat!"
Both collide with each other and while the goths wake up, they see Linkage and Shade fighting on stage. Even Lucy, Maggie, and Haiku are waking.
"Is this the show?" A goth asked
Burst into the place is a clone Gar who flies inside. "Attention everyone, go out right now because Shade is a Metax."
The audience was shocked as they murmured while clone Gar mentions "He plans to have you all mind controlled with his powers, run or else you'll be in control!"
"Shut up!" Shade shouts as he shoots his sand-like bullets, which clone Gar dodges as it hits the stage. This was enough for the audience to run out of the theater. "You've all ruined my plans!"
"And you're going down." Linkage said as he shoots his blast at Shade's sand sword, burning it.
Shade breaks apart but losing control of his sand makes part of the roof break. It's falling toward the three girls Linkage knows as he is shocked by it, so the boy flies toward them while they scream.
"AHHHHH!" Lucy/Maggie/Haiku scream
*BOOM*
Three of them close their ready to think to be crushed, but nothing until three of them open their eyes. Shocked to see Linkage who has his hoodie on, while holding...a black energy scythe.
"You girls alright?" Linkage asked
"Wow/amazing/thank you." Lucy/Maggie/Haiku replied
"Fool, no one control the shadow but me!" Shade shout
Linkage flies up and puts the scythe on his shoulder. "You gonna learn that why Kage in my name."
Shade looks angry as he forms black wings from his back, as his hands form claws made from his sand. "I'm going to enjoy plucking your eyes, teeth, and nose hairs out of you, boy!"
"Gross." Linkage said as he charge Shade with his scythe.
Clone Gar goes them. "Alright girls time for you three to leave now."
"But my brother!" Lucy shout worried about Lincoln's safety.
"Your brother fine, Linkage already got to him." Clone Gar said as he brings them outside.
Linkage got scratched on the chest as he winced but annoyed it, Shade hits Linkage to the stage.
"You so a fool! You be the ruler of this town but instead, you go playing superhero." Shade said
Linkage stands up. "A least I loved my job and I feel a breeze..."
"Breeze?" Shade question
Linkage blows his ice breath at Shade who froze in the statue. "Your sand now so don't freeze to death, the cops gonna get you, meantime I need to get going."
Meanwhile, the police went to take the frozen Shade into their specialized Squad Car, as every goth was interviewed and cared for by the paramedics and the police. Gar sees Fright going in the police truck while she looks at him with a sharp glare with a red face.
"Enjoy your time in prison," Gar called out with a smile.
"I get you, you heard me...I make sure to battle you and feel what I feel." Fright said as goes in the truck and the policemen closes.
'Got my own arch enemy now.' Gar thought spotting three familiar dark trios.
Lucy looks around for her brother as well as Haiku and Maggie looking for Lincoln.
"Has anyone seen Lincoln?" Lucy asked with a worried look.
"It's no use, if it weren't for the hair dye he'd stick out," Maggie said.
"Don't give up hope, he's around here somewhere." Haiku states.
"I'm over here."
They see Lincoln near the bus place with Ronnie Anne and three girls run to them. Lucy hugged her brother as Haiku does, and the boy smiled as he hugged them. Maggie crosses her arms and smiles, glade the kid was saved.
"Once we get home, I'm wanted hair back white," Lucy said. "It's easier to spot and loved the white hair."
"Yeah, I honestly like you of your old style," Haiku said
"Good everyone okay, so Lame-O kind I asked you a question." Ronnie Anne asked
"Sure-OUCH!" Lincoln's shout got hit in the arm. "What was that for?!"
"This!" Ronnie Anne picks out her phone, showing Lincoln the image and making the boy's eyes widen.
"What!? I had nothing to do with that!" Lincoln told her.
"Everyone we know has this image!" Ronnie Anne states, "How do you explain that!"
"Oh no, she did do it," Lucy said looking at the picture.
"You know something about this?" Ronnie Anne and Lincoln ask her.
"Well, it's basically Lori's fault." Lucy states, "The sisters and I all question why were you exercising, one side thinks it's for a girl and the other is to fight but I just think you're doing this to get healthy."

Ronnie Anne and Haiku turn to Lincoln having a question look. "You...exercise?"
Lincoln hits his head. "Why...Why... She does this to me?!"
Suddenly Vanzilla came to appear as the sisters came out of the van.
Lincoln turns their glare. "Why are you all here!"
"Lincoln came to...oh no we're too late," Lynn said as see Ronnie Anne.
"Where's that girl who started this?" Lincoln question
Lori came out of the driver. "Lincoln, look I'm-"
"NO, thanks to your act everyone gonna make fun of me and Ronnie Anne for the rest of the school year!" Lincoln shout in angrily. "All because keep your relationship with Bobby in check!"
"Lincoln please, I-I didn't think straight, you know Bobby means to me, broke me up because m-" Lori said feeling uneasy.
"HE'S BREAKING YOU UP JUST BECAUSE I MADE A MISTAKE, again sorry Ronnie Anne," Lincoln replied as Ronnie Anne nodded her head. "But still, you can't control what I am as a couple. It's my life and you can't control it and so does all of you...I...I..." he got a red face but got a little tear up. "I just needed to be alone right now!"
They see Lincoln runs off at top speed makes them surprised by how fast he goes...guess he does exercise. Unaware of them, Gar standing on the rooftop, watching the scene.
'Oh, man.' Gar thought to begin to follow the boy.
Lincoln as soon as he ran fast enough, ends up at the park where it's empty. He transforms into Linkage where he just flew up to sit on top of the bars of a swing set.
"You okay?" spoke Gar who followed him. "I got contacted by JLA, they need me for an important mission but I want to check up on you first."
"I'm fine, Gar." Linkage said as Gar sits next to him.
"No you're not after that outburst." he comments "Guess having 10 sisters can make you lose hair."
"YOU THINK?!" Linkage question gripped his hair. "Each time I do something, my sisters will jump on my case!"
"Sometimes that's reason be outside, be alone training all the time," Gar said looking at the sunset. "You lucky you got sibling, I'm got no relatives."
Linkage look at him. "Really?"
"Yeah." Gar admits "I'm the only child before my parents died. I don't have any siblings, all I have are my friends."
"Gee, I'm sorry about that." Lincoln apologized.
"Don't be, the point is that you're lucky to have a family right now, Lincoln. Not everyone's as lucky as you. Some are just brooding loners, like Daredevil or Batman." Gar comments.
"Thanks, well since you like a brother to me... your part of my family," Lincoln said
"Really?" Gar asked raising his eyes.
"Duh, like big brother figure other than Bobby plus you and Leni seem to draw to each other sometimes. Heck, even Sarah and Scan are like father and sister figures." Lincoln said
Garfield smiled. "Well, you made more friends than you realized."
Both of them just stay look at the sunset, getting relaxed moments after angry times for the young heroes.
John seems to be in his lab, seeing everything, as 6 different shadow figures appear. "Now for the final act, all of you are ready?"
"Yes, I really to outrun that brat!" spoke speed villain, High Burner
"I wanted to hurt that hero with my robots!" spoke the control machine villain, Robo-Geek.
"Can we do it now, I looking forward to crushing the runt." spoke the big metal elephant villain, Trunk.
"Not yet, we're still onto one more chest piece." John states.
"Yeah, who that Shade guy?" spoke the man with the blocky shoulders, Boom Box.
"Or those assassin mercenary twins." spoke the woman with the plants, Grass Viper.
"Just tell us the plan?" spoke the watery villain, Triton.
"Robo-Butler, you found the page?" John asks as the Robo-Butler came with the page of some demotic writing.
"I don't like the looks of this." Trunk states.
"What's that page for?" Triton asked.
"It's something to summon up that will make Linkage's personal living hell," John said as half of his face is covered in shadow, while his eyes glow white.
