WARNING
THERE IS A SMALL RATED M SCENE THE END OF COURTNEYS POV.
"Stephanie!" A deep voice called out.
Courtney and Stephanie looked over to see who the voice was coming from.
When she saw who it was she wanted to crawl into a hole.
"Duncan!" She exclaimed hugging him. He hugged her back and smiled at her "you ready to go?" He asked not noticing Courtney was there.
Wait was that Duncan's daughter? Courtney thought immediately. They didn't look like each other in any way? Would he of adopted perhaps?
"Yeah I was just saying bye to Courtney, she's my therapist." Stephanie gestures to Courtney.
Duncan looked over and finally noticed her and was briefly surprised before it turned into his famous smirk.
"Well if it isn't princess. What a coincidence." He smiled looking her up and down.
Courtney gave him a slight scowl and folded her arms "my name is Courtney."
Duncan just rolled his eyes.
"Wait you guys know each other? Since when?" Stephanie asked confused.
"She's my neighbor." He informed her amused.
Courtney just flashed a sarcastic smile towards him then turned to Stephanie "okay so I'll see you again on Wednesday correct?"
"Definitely! I'll see you then. Bye!" She said before walking off with Duncan. Duncan sent her one final smirk before leaving.
Courtney mentally sighed relaxing. She didn't know what about him made her so riled up. She headed back to her office and sat at her desk. She took out paperwork from her cabinet and continued thinking while doing work.
He did smell really good today, and those blue eyes, and lots not forget his bod-
Wait, stop what the hell am I thinking?!
Her phone vibrated on her desk snapping her out her thoughts. She checked to see who it was and when she saw it she felt her whole mood go down.
Abraham's contract picture flashed on the screen. It was a picture of herself and him smiling at their wedding. She frowned feeling anger rise throughout her body.
She declined the call trying to calm down.
She couldn't catch a break, could she?
Courtney needed a distraction right now.
She didn't have any more clients coming in so she could go home right now if she wanted. But she didn't feel like going home at the moment. But she did feel tired and mentally drained.
She could use a stress reliever right now. She walked to her office door and locked it so no one would walk in on her.
She also turned off the lights. Taking off her heels and her pants she sat on the couch. She took off her jacket and left on her shirt.
Laying down her right hand drifted down south as she tried to think of something that turned her on.
Her husband definitely wasn't turning her on right now. And neither was thinking about porn or something.
She gently trailed her finger against her panty-covered center and held back a sigh.
Moving her panties to the side she began rubbing herself causing her to bite her lip.
She found her mind drifting to a certain green-haired man who happened to be her neighbor.
She imagined him pushing her against the wall and kissing her neck. She let out quiet Moab biting her lip a little harder.
He unbuttoned her shirt and unclipped her bra leaving her exposed from the waist up. He craned his head to her breast and pressed kisses all over them and licked and sucked her nipples.
Courtney let out a soft moan as she continued rubbing herself in a counterclockwise motion.
He took off his shirt showing his athletic body before laying her down on the floor. Duncan took off her pants and panties. He soon rested his face between her thighs. He let a long lick down her slit making her let out a whimper. In her imagination, he smirked flicked his tongue on her clit.
She was going to cum as she imagined that tongue piercing of his heightened her pleasure.
She gasped as she also imagined him fingering her and it pushed her off the edge. Quickly putting her left hand over her mouth as her muffled quiet moans come out.
When her orgasmed subsided she sat up clearly satisfied. She hasn't had an orgasm like that since she first got married.
As she began getting dress it dawned on her. She masturbated to Duncan.
Oh my god.
————————————————————————
Duncan got in the car checking his phone waiting for Stephanie to get in the car.
He put his phone away when he heard her seat belt click and started the car.
"So how was therapy Champ," Duncan asked on the road.
"Eh it was okay, but on to something way more important, do you like her ?" Stephanie asked wiggling her blonde eyebrows.
Duncan just chuckled "okay just cause your taking sex Ed doesn't mean you know everything about guys and girls."
She just rolled her eyes "do you?" She asked again.
"You're not gonna let this go are you?" He sighed turning to face her after stopping at a red light.
"Nope. I saw the way you gave her attention! So don't lie." She replied squinting her eyes at him.
This time he rolled his eyes "yeah I guess I do."
Stephanie just squealed "I totally could play matchmaker! You'd be so cute together."
"Sorry but you're forgetting she's not available and is very much married." He deadpanned scoffing before driving when the light turned green.
"Well, she's not happily married. So I'd say go for it."
Duncan just snorted at the thought "how would you know that."
"In therapy, she said I can ask her anything and she'd be honest. So I didn't hold back..." she replied smugly.
Duncan just shook his head at the teenage girl on his side. but his mind was on an overload. He knew she wasn't happy but he thought she was in denial about it. But it seemed now that she was aware now.
He wondered what happened to make her admit she was unhappy or was she just lying to him before?
Duncan pulled into the driveway putting the car in park. Stephanie got out of the car heading towards the house and knocked on the door.
Duncan soon stood by her waiting for the door to open as well.
"So it's official I'm gonna help you finally get a girlfriend, that you actually like." She said with authority.
Duncan just chuckled at the teen " I'm sorry but for all you know I like her more than just her sex appeal?" He said questioningly folding his arms.
"Because you weren't rude and you were smiling when we were leaving."
Duncan just frowned. Was he really that readable?
The door opened to reveal the blonde hair guy with a trimmed mustache and beard with green eyes. "Sorry for taking a while I had to wash my hands cause I was making dinner." The man said opening the door far enough for them to walk through.
They walked in sitting on the couches.
"So tell me about therapy sweetie." The blonde male said.
"Well, it was okay. I like my counselor cause she's nice and she's honest. But Dad I have to tell you I'll be playing matchmaker! Duncan likes my counselor!"
Duncan just groaned as Stephanie's dad gave him an amused look. "I do not like her! She's just hot-" he tried.
"The hot next-door neighbor you have a crush on!" Stephanie shot out.
"Yeah, that's freaking married." He shot back.
"Ha! You admitted it!" She yelled victoriously.
Duncan just sighed.
"Okay, you two I have quesadillas and tacos who wants some? And Stephanie try to get your homework done before you go to bed. it's 5:30 pm." Her dad said standing up and heading to the kitchen with the two following.
"Where's mom?" Stephanie asked grabbing a plate.
"She's upstairs she should be out of the shower if you want to tell her about your day." He said fixing her a plate and handing her the hot quesadillas.
"Great imma gonna tell her about Courtney and about Duncan's crush!" Stephanie smirked before running upstairs to her mom with quesadillas on her plate.
Duncan just rolled his blue eyes "you know the next time you have kids. Have a boy."
Duncan grabbed a plate and handed it to the teen's dad.
"Oh come on you were just like that in high school. Remember when you'd tease me about liking Rebecca." He said also making his plate.
"Yeah but that's different Toby. I did you a favor. If it wasn't for me you would've chickened out and you wouldn't be married to her. Plus a bouncing baby Stephanie now would you? " Duncan smirked taking his plate.
Duncan remembered Toby was a charming guy in high school but he always had trouble with girls. Sure he was attractive but he was always scared to approach this one girl. And that was Rebbeca silversone. He's crushed on her since sophomore year(10th grade) and they finally dated their junior year(11th grade) after many pushes from his best friend, Duncan telling him to ask her out already.
Toby just chuckled "enough about my life. Is she right? You really like her, a married woman?" He asked surprised. Duncan never really did the dating thing. Duncan is a man whore. From middle school he always had girls swoon over him. So he never really liked C anybody cause everyone liked him. He always got bored of them fast and threw them away faster than a girl did with a tampon they just finished using.
There was always something that made him not interested. They either annoyed him, made him not interested or they just bored him.
"You haven't liked anyone since... what 5th grade? It's about time." Toby smirked grabbing himself a taco.
Duncan rolled his eyes as he thought about his 5th-grade crush. Bianca Harris. He crushed on her for a while until he found out she kissed Harold in a dare. Harold was a geeky redhead kid who looked like a off brand version of Napoleon dynamite. He was a weird, not to mention Gross kid who picked his nose. When he found out she kissed him, he didn't like her anymore.
"Yeah, whatever. I just like how she doesn't swoon over me and act like a pick me. Then she doesn't act like a freaking girl who acts like they're playing hard to get, cause they're just so transparent compared to the real thing. She genuinely playing hard to get and I love a good chase. Plus she's fucking hot. So I will be picking Steph up from therapy a lot more." Duncan added the last part with a smirk.
Toby just rolled his eyes "just don't get Stephanie too involved I don't want this to affect her therapy "
"It won't." He said throwing his paper plate in the trash.
"Besides no one told her to get involved. She acts just like you. Headstrong and nosey. " Duncan said before adding "those were really good quesadillas and tacos by the way."
—————————————————————
Duncan was on his way home when he got a text.
Geoff: Hey we're going to the Daniels outback, you wanna go?
He thought for a moment. What the hell I've been working practically all day today plus I had to get Steph from her session so why not. Plus if Bridgette is gonna be there princess will be.
He was already dressed and showered for it so what the hell.
Duncan: when?
Geoff: in like 20 minutes man
Duncan rolled his eyes. There was no point in going home. He might as well just drive there.
—————————————
After an hour Geoff, Trent, Alejandro, and many other people Duncan was friends with or knew were at the place.
However, he couldn't help but notice that Courtney wasn't there.
After 30 more minutes, Geoff was drunk and Bridgette was tipsy.
He laughed as Bridgette and Geoff were singing karaoke on the stage.
"It's only been like an hour and you're drunk already!" A voice exclaimed behind him.
He turned to see who the voice was to see Heather Folding her arms with a disapproving look and eyes squinted in disdain. Next to her
There was Courtney. She had a mini skirt and a long-sleeved cardigan and heels.
"Hey! I was not that drunk! I only had 2 drinks!" Geoff said before laughing. Heather walked towards Alejandro "Please add four more." She snorted.
He mentally kicked himself for getting excited that she came.
But just as he was going to head towards princess he got sidetracked.
"Duncan!" Gwen called out from next to Trent.
Duncan walked over to them slightly reluctantly cause he wanted to bother princess.
"So I don't know if you know but we're going to be throwing Geoff and Bridgette an anniversary dinner in about a month or so," Trent said his green eyes piercing with excitement.
"But their anniversary is in 2 weeks?" Duncan questioned.
"Well, they're leaving for 2 weeks remember? For their trip. So we have to do when they come back and we were thinking about surprising them. You in?" Gwen asked her arms folded.
Duncan just shrugged "what the hell I'm game."
Trent began talking but he found himself zoning out and looking towards a certain brunette's direction.
She was talking to Bridgette. He saw her throw her head back as she began laughing at something Bridgette said. She eventually rolled her eyes and replied, this time making both of them laugh.
"Uh, Duncan? Did you hear me?" A male voice called out breaking him from his previous thoughts.
"Huh- sorry what." He said scratching the back of his neck looking uninterested in the current conversation.
"I said I'll keep you updated on the details," Trent said wrapping an arm around Gwen's shoulders.
"Bet. Sounds good..." he said looking for Courtney but not seeing her anywhere. He walked away before they could drag him in any other conversation.
He decided to head to the bathroom to catch a break from everyone and to relive his bladder.
On the way to the bathroom he saw two people sitting in the VIP lounge but he wasn't paying attention he just went to the bathroom
After he did what he needed to do and headed out of the bathroom. This time he look towards the VIP lounge and saw Courtney and a guy talking.
The guy looked like he was hitting on her and Courtney looked annoyed.
Duncan began walking towards them now within earshot.
"You know even though you're married it doesn't mean we can't get to know each other." The guy with brown hair wearing a Hawaiian shirt said.
Courtney looked annoyed and revolted.
"No thank you. You can leave now like I already asked." Courtney snapped.
The guy shifted in the chair uncomfortably "why are you acting like that? You should be grateful I'm even considering you an option." The guy said rolling his eyes.
"Maybe because I don't want to talk to an arrogant random guy who's desperate for sex and looks like he's a porn addict that lives in his mom's basement with a 3rd-grade education. So no, I'm not flattered at all. And I hope you feel offended." Courtney spat before standing up to walk away.
The guy gaped at what she said as she walked away to a different VIP section that was a little quieter and more secluded.
Duncan followed behind "he deserved that by the way. I'm impressed." He chuckled.
She sat in the seat and rolled his eyes "how would you have handled a situation like that?" Courtney asked.
He just shrugged "same as you I guess." He shrugged.
It was a silence for a moment.
"Is Stephanie your daughter?" Courtney bluntly asked.
Duncan looked shocked "no way. That's my best friend's daughter. He asked me to pick her up just this once cause he was running late." He explained.
He noticed her relax slightly "well that's kind of you... surprisingly." She chuckled. Before he could reply her phone began to ring. He got a glimpse of the name before Courtney declined the call immediately. It was Abraham.
"Just know that I'll be picking up Stephanie a lot more," Duncan smirked. He noticed Courtney wasn't acting like how she usually did. He didn't know too well but it seemed like she was feeling down or moody.
"Great I have to see you more than I have to." She sighed.
"Hush princess I know you want to, no need to put the facade on." He smirked at her.
Courtney scrunched up her face and frowned " ew! As if." She scoffed.
Duncan laughed "you know you look great tonight and earlier."
Courtney smiled. For some reason, he felt like that compliment made her day.
"Thank you. And um I guess you don't look bad either." She said looking at his outfit.
Duncan smirked at him wearing a white shirt with black skinny jeans.
"No way. Princess herself complimented me?" He teased.
"Shut up! And the name is Courtney, not princess!" She snipped at him.
He smirked and didn't say anything which seem to rile her up.
"I'm so-" she started.
"Courtney are you ready to go?" Heather said grabbing her keys.
Courtney grabbed her phone off the table along with the purse in the love seat. She stood up and walked towards Heather.
"Yeah, let me put my phone in my bag." She said unzipping her bag.
As she was reaching in her bag a woman bumped into her and made her drop her purse.
Most of the things in her bag spilled out like her keys, lipglosses along with chapsticks. Mini mirrors an ID and other things.
"I'm so sorry! I can help you!" The woman drunkenly said stumbling down not even realizing she kicked Courtney's keys under the sofa.
Courtney rolled her eyes also not seeing her keys get kicked under the sofa either.
Duncan got down and helped Courtney grab her things along with the drunk woman. Heather just was on her phone and sent them occasional glances.
When it was all picked up beside her keys the lady walked off and Courtney glared " thanks for helping Heather."
"Um, I was helping. I was making sure nobody ran into you guys!" Heather snapped.
Duncan rolled his eyes. Typical.
"Who cares let's go," Courtney said.
Duncan watched as the girls walked off. But he didn't miss seeing Courtney looking back at him.
—————————————————————
Heather soon dropped off Courtney and she went to her apartment to unlock her door. But she couldn't find her keys.
She dug through her purse looking for her keys.
That's when it clicked. They've must've fallen out of her bag earlier when the drunk lady bumped into her.
She wanted to punch a wall. It was 1 am soon to be 2 am. Her house and car keys were in there. Plus she couldn't go to the lobby to get a new key cause it's way past 11 pm. They're closed now.
What the hell was she going to do? Geoff and Bridgette got a ride from Duncan cause they were drunk. Heather and Alejandro had this thing they had planned when they got back home. Which was something sexual, and she didn't want to interrupt.
There was literally nothing she could do but leave to a hotel. She would have to call an Uber.
She sighed preparing to call when she heard footsteps behind her.
She turned to see Duncan walking towards her. He looked at her surprised.
"Waiting for me princess?" He said stopping by her. She just scoffed "no." Duncan just chuckled and went to his door to unlock it.
"How come you're just standing there and not in your apartment?" Duncan asked opening his door.
Courtney just blushed in embarrassment.
"I thought I got my keys but I didn't. And I have no way to go there and don't have anyone to call to go get my keys. So I have to go and get a hotel." Courtney said trying to be nonchalant.
"I would offer to take you princess but the place actually closed 15 minutes ago. So you wouldn't be able to go back till tomorrow babe." He informed her.
Courtney groaned not even realizing that he called her princess or babe.
Duncan then saw a big opportunity "You can sleep in my apartment. I have a spare bedroom, you can sleep in it I just need to change the sheets." Duncan suggested.
It wasn't like anything was going to happen right? She was married but he just liked the idea of her sleeping in his apartment. He could fantasize, right? He wasn't going to try anything.
Courtney however was thinking what the hell am I going to do now.
It would be easier to just go get her things but the thing is it's Duncan. She wasn't dumb and accepted the fact that she was sexually attracted to him. Especially since what happened earlier.
"So what do you say, princess?" He smirked gesturing to his door.
Courtney just sighed "fine."
