Now time for the main attraction

Annabeth POV:

I woke up to the sun warming my face, I let out a happy hum as I turned to see Percy. I moved my arm to touch him but was greeted by empty bed sheets instead.

Where'd he go? I scanned the room, he was gone, so was his phone, sun glasses and key card.

'Did he leave?'

No he wouldn't do that, would he?

'Of course he would, all of his friends made it very clear that he was a player, I was just too dumb to see it'

I let out a frustrated sigh as I got up to get dressed. You know what, it's his loss not mine, just forget about him.

Yeah, I mean it's not like I knew him that well anyways, it's no biggie.

'No biggie my ass'

Never mind that, I hopped in the shower and let the warm water soothe my skin.

Today I'll just relax, maybe check out the spa, sunbathe by the pool or read some books with a warm cup of hot cocoa

But first, breakfast.

I got dressed putting on some light jean shorts and a flowy white top with floral designs, underneath I had on my white bikini, just in case. I brushed my hair till it looked lees like a birds nest and more like waves. I looked at his shirt sitting on my floor, I gently folded it, why I don't know.

'If he wants it back then he'll have to come and get it'

I grabbed my purse off the nightstand and shoved my phone, sunglasses, room card and puzzle book inside my bag before sliding on a pair of white sandal and heading out.

I started heading towards the buffet

'Has Percy eaten yet?'

I smiled, I'd tell her about Percy later, knowing her she'd come over and beat his ass herself, I chuckled at the thought

"Ouch! Hey watch where your going!" I yelled as someone crashed into me

"Sorry, I wasn't looking at where I was going" I heard someone say shyly

I rolled my eyes, what was it with guys not looking where they're going

"Yeah well-" I stopped awestruck, I had turned my head to see who had knocked into me to see a six foot guy with sandy blonde hair clear blue eyes and shiny white teeth

"Uhh- I uh" I stammered

"Sorry again, I'm Luke"' He said bashfully, sticking out his hand

I took it shaking it lightly "Annabeth"

"That's a pretty name" he said flirtatiously

"That's a pretty face" I said without thinking

My face turned beet red when I realised what I said

"I m so sorry I have no clue why I-"

"Don't worry about it" he said laughing "honesty is the best policy am I right" he said with a wink

"Y-yeah"

"Well see you around" he said as he left

"Yeah, see you"

"I hope we get to meet again on better circumstances"

With that he turned away and left

When he was no longer in sight i crumbled to the floor

'I am an idiot' I sighed

I felt my phone ding in my pocket

'Shit!" I thought as I got up and started running to the arcade

Percy POV:

I sighed and fell backwards onto my bed, staring at the ceiling, doing absolutely nothing cause I'm a fucking idiot

On my way to breakfast I got a text from Jason saying that I was a fucking idiot (It wasn't that surprising at first cause he calls me that a lot) then he told me I shouldn't hang out with them today and that I should probably apologize to Annabeth for being an ass

So I put two and two together and here I am

And laying in my bed like an idiot cause im too much of a pussy cat to text her and tell her that the only reason I wasn't there in the morning was cause I thought she'd be pissed at me, and now she's pissed at me, oh how the fates hate me

'Then just text her you dumb ass'

I ran my hands through my hair
