Episode 0: Sophie

Sophie looked unsure at her boyfriend as he lead her home, hand in hand, "So, your sister will be in on Monday?"

Louis rolled his blue eyes annoyed, "Maybe? Apparently it depends on getting some legal stuff straightened out."

The blonde nodded. She and Louis, along with his grandparents and brother have been cleaning out what had been the spare room all day. Recently, Louis's older sister, who had been living in New York, was moving back after the death of her grandfather. Louis barely mentioned the sister, honestly Sophie wasn't sure if Louis had even ever told her his sister's name.

As they reached Sophie's apartment, Louis pulled out a small box from his pocket, "Hey, I found this is my mom's stuff. I want you to have it."

Sophie blinked and took the box and smiled and leaned up to kiss him, "Thanks, Louis."

She opened and squealed as she saw a perfect replica of the Ladybug Miraculous, "Thank you!"

Louis smiled back as he kissed her one more time before leaving.

Sophie skipped up the stairs so excited as she entered the hotel room she lived in with her mother at her grandfather's hotel, "Mom! Look what-"

She paused as look around the room, "Mom?"

Not seeing her mother she pulled out her phone to check her messages and saw her mother was at the support group again.

Sophie sighed, her mother hadn't been the same since she lost her miraculous. She trudged off to her room, her mother had been her hero and she wished she could help her. Her mother had only recently gotten out of the hospital from when she was attacked and had her miraculous stolen. Since then she had been going to the former hero support group every other night.

Which was good since it seemed spending time with the other ex-heroes, like Kagami for example, was really helping Chloe.

As she entered her room, Sophie couldn't help but look at the poster she had of Cat Noir, Ladybug, Carapace, Rena Rogue, and Queen Bee. She couldn't help but wouldn't what it would be like to be a hero like them.

Sophie would love to be a hero and take back her mom's miraculous. She would love to protect and help people. To have a whirlwind romance she someone in a mask-

Woah, she needed to calm down, she had a boyfriend and honestly she needed to stay focused to help him this week with his sister drama.

Sophie looked down at the earrings he gave her, she should go try them on to see how good she looked in them. Who knows, maybe she could pull off the ladybug look.

….

Louis was rather surprised when he got a frantic text from Sophie that night about how much she loved the gift.
