Hey guys, Sorry it's been awhile but I have this is a new story kinda. The Rising Volt Tacklers are an inspiration for this group. I don't own Pokemon or Young Justice but enjoy.
Chapter 2: A New Home.
Joan Garrick was out in her Garden, She and their friends lived on Prism Island a Tropical Island off the coast of Pallet Town. She felt Jay kiss her on the Cheek. " Good morning Dear." She said.
"Good morning, Joan," Jay replied with a gentle smile. The tropical breeze carried a sense of serenity as they stood in their island haven. The bond between them was evident in the simple yet affectionate gesture of a morning kiss. Prism Island, with its lush surroundings and tranquil ambiance, became a canvas for the shared moments and memories they created together. In this tropical paradise, surrounded by friends and Pokemon companions, each day began with a touch of love and the promise of new adventures.
Meanwhile...
Thor was following Pikachu. " Where are you taking me?" Thor asked.
" Pika, Pikachu." Pikachu, with a cheerful spark in its eyes, led Thor through the tropical landscape of Prism Island. The sun cast a warm glow over the surroundings as they walked, and the rhythmic sound of waves provided a soothing backdrop.
Thor's question lingered in the air, and Pikachu turned to him, a hint of determination in its expression. With a playful chirp, Pikachu motioned towards the Garrick residence, suggesting that there might be something meaningful awaiting Thor there. The journey seemed to hold the promise of discovery and connection, guided by the Pikachu's unwavering friendship.
" Pikachu, Good morning." Joan said petting him. " Bet you're here for breakfast?" She said getting up after planting some flowers.
Pikachu responded with a delighted chirp, happily accepting Joan's affectionate gestures. It seemed the morning routine on Prism Island involved not only tending to the tropical garden but also sharing breakfast with their Pokemon companions.
" Oh, Good Morning Ma'am." Thor said, seeing Pikachu stopped in front of the old lady. Joan was quick to notice Thor's clothes were drenched in rain water. The boy had blond hair, blue eyes and white skin. He was
"Good morning, dear," Joan greeted Thor warmly, her eyes filled with concern as she noticed his wet clothes. The kindness in her gaze was unmistakable, and it reflected the genuine care she held for those around her.
"Looks like you've had quite an adventure in the rain," she remarked with a gentle smile. "How about we get you dried up and settled in? Breakfast is ready, and you're more than welcome to join us." Joan's hospitality extended beyond her words, offering Thor a sense of welcome and belonging in their island home.
" Thank you, I'm Thor Dresden." He said. " Pikachu seems to know you Mrs. Garrick."
Joan's eyes lit up at Thor's introduction. "Thor Dresden, a pleasure to meet you," she responded warmly. Glancing at Pikachu, she chuckled, "Well, Pikachu here is a good friend of ours. We've shared many moments together, haven't we?" Joan said as she led Thor inside to get him dried up and settled.
Jay was pouring himself a cup of Coffee. " Joan, did Pikachu stop by for Breakfast?" He asked his wife. Joan and Thor entered the cozy interior of the Garrick residence, where the aroma of coffee filled the air. Jay's question about Pikachu's breakfast visit brought a smile to Joan's face.
"Yes, dear, Pikachu stopped by, and it looks like he brought a new friend with him—Thor Dresden," Joan replied, gesturing towards Thor.
Jay turned towards Thor with a welcoming nod. "Welcome, Thor. We're delighted to have you join us for breakfast. Make yourself at home," he said, pouring another cup of coffee as the island's warm hospitality enveloped them all.
" Is it Decafe?" Thor asked.
Jay chuckled, appreciating Thor's consideration. "Indeed, we have decaf. Feel free to help yourself," he replied, motioning towards the coffee pot. The island's easygoing atmosphere extended to the simple pleasures of enjoying a cup of coffee, creating a sense of comfort for their unexpected guest. As Thor settled in, the morning on Prism Island continued with the promise of shared moments and connections.
" Okay then, I shouldn't be drinking proper Coffee until I'm in my teens." He said. Thor was wearing a bathrobe, since his drenched clothes were drying.
"Absolutely, Thor. Decaf is a good choice then," Jay remarked with a friendly nod, understanding Thor's perspective. The island's casual and welcoming vibe embraced Thor's presence, and the bathrobe, a temporary replacement for his drying clothes, seemed to fit right into the laid-back atmosphere of Prism Island.
As they gathered around the breakfast table, the morning unfolded with a blend of laughter, shared stories, and the beginning of a new chapter in Thor's unexpected journey on the tropical haven.
" So this is Prism Island and it's off the coast of Pallet Town?" Thor asked.
Jay and Joan exchanged knowing glances, their eyes reflecting a shared understanding of the unique nature of Prism Island. "Yes, Thor," Joan answered, "Prism Island is a special place. It's a tropical haven, and yes, it's not too far from Pallet Town. We've made it our home, along with our friends and Pokemon companions."
She continued, "The island has a way of weaving connections between people and Pokemon. It's more than just a location; it's a haven where friendships flourish, and adventures unfold." The island, with its vibrant beauty and welcoming atmosphere, became a backdrop to the stories that intertwined the lives of those who called it home.
" Mmm, thank you for breakfast, Mr. and Mrs. Garrick." Thor said. After eating his pancakes.
"You're very welcome, Thor," Joan replied with a warm smile. "If you ever need anything or want to explore more of Prism Island, feel free to ask. We're here to make you feel at home."
" Thank you again, Mr. and Mrs. Garrick." Thor said. " Guess I need to figure out what to do with my life, since I don't have any parents."
Joan and Jay exchanged empathetic glances, understanding the weight of Thor's words. Jay spoke with a reassuring tone, "Thor, you're not alone here. Prism Island has a way of bringing people together and helping them find their paths. Take your time to explore, make friends, and let the island guide you. You have a family here, and together, we'll figure out what lies ahead."
With those words, the island's embrace extended to Thor, offering not just a place to stay but a community that cared for him. The journey of discovery on Prism Island had only just begun.
