Back at Holt's office in the 99th Precinct he was furious when he heard about the news as he read the reports and Jake, Amy, Charles, Rosa and Frank stood there a bit in fear. Except for Rosa.

Raymond Holt: "Breaking and Entering, Property Damage and Arson? What the hell were you doing there in the first place!?"

Frank: "Yes, I'm sorry about that Captain but we have reason to believe that Commissioner Annon is involved with a plot to frame you and assassinate you."

Raymond Holt: "Well where is this evidence?"

Frank: "Well it… burned in the fire."

Raymond Holt: "Well listen. Commissioner Annon is one of the highest-ranking officers in Brooklyn, and if we all behave like gentlemen then he would agree not to press charges. Understand?"

Jake Peralta: "Yes sir, we totally understand."

As Frank and the others were about to leave Holt stopped to speak to Frank.

Raymond Holt: "Oh and Frank I read your records, and I don't want any more trouble like you had on the south side that's me and your mayor's policy."

Frank: "Yes, well when I see five weirdos dressed in togas stabbing a guy in the middle of the park in full view of hundreds of people I shoot the bastards, that's MY policy."

Raymond Holt: "That was the Shakespeare-in-the-park production of Julius Caesar! You killed Five Actors, good ones!"

Jake Peralta: "Dude! 5 actors? How are you still on the force?"

Frank shrugged.

Raymond Holt: "Your assistance in this case will NOT be necessary!"

Amy Santiago: "Listen sir, if I may. From all I've seen from him, he has been trying his very best-"

Raymond Holt: "No. I'm sorry but I'm afraid he has to wait for his flight home."

Frank would be a bit devastated and said this: "Oh, I see. Well… Good day."

Frank would leave the office and Jake stopped Frank as he gave holt an idea.

Jake Peralta: "Wait, Captain. How long do we have until the plane gets here?"

Raymond Holt looking at his watch knowing the plane's time to take off: "Oh the plane just launched. So, you have 4 hours and 49 minutes."

Jake Peralta: "Perfect we have four hours left until we prove your innocence and prove that Commissioner Annon works for him!"

Raymond Holt then got the idea and stood up and walked towards them: "Fine."

Raymond looks at his watch: "You have four hours to prove my innocence and capture The Crime Lord and if your time is up Frank Drebin will have to return home. Understood?"

Jake Peralta paused and said nervously: "...Yes."

Frank Narrated: Captain Raymond Holt gave me four hours to clear his good name before I returned home. So, we decided to go back to The Crime Lord's apartment for answers.

Frank's car crashed as he finished his narration and now, they moved to The Crime Lord's Apartment. They were looking for everything that was smashed and no clues were discovered yet.

3 Hours and 34 Minutes Remain

Frank: "Well? Anything yet?"

Jake Peralta: "Nothing I don't think anyone has ever found anything yet.

Scully appeared walking outside the apartment room waving hello to The Detectives.

Scully: "Hey guys!"

Jake Peralta: "Scully? What are you doing here? This is a crime scene!"

Scully: "Oh I thought this was a Donation on things they don't need so I found this picture. It looks nice."

Jake Peralta realizing the picture could lead to The Crime Lord: "Yes. That is nice, Scully."

Scully would smile when he heard the compliment on the picture.

Jake Peralta: "Hey can I borrow this? I promise I'll return it."

Scully: "Sure."

Scully hands Jake Peralta the picture

Jake Peralta: "Ok let's see who lived here."

The Picture revealed Commissioner Annon and his wife.

Jake Peralta: "Commissioner Annon? Why would The Crime Lord have The Commissioner's picture?"

Frank: "What if The Crime Lord IS Commissioner Annon? A Criminal in Disguise."

Jake Peralta: "You think it's like Keyser Soze from Usual Suspects? I mean… I didn't think of that." He said excitedly but tries to get back to the case.

Charles Boyle: "Ok this is great! We just need some more evidence like footage. But where do we find it?"

Amy Santiago: "How about the Surveillance Footage on Brooklyn Bridge? We can check on what happened to Gary and prove that he's The Crime Lord."

Jake Peralta: "Ok you should've told us that before we snuck in the commissioner's office."

Amy Santiago: "Yeah. I should've."

Jake Peralta: "Yep."

Awkward Pause

Jake Peralta: "..."

Amy Santiago: "..."

Frank: "..."

Rosa Diaz: "..."

Charles Boyle: "..."

Jake Peralta: "Let's just go."

Amy Santiago: "Yep."

The Detectives then leave the apartment heading to the car and as they drive Jake, and his Friends have a conversation with Frank.

Jake Peralta: "So uh. Frank, do you have a girlfriend or…?"

Frank: "I had a woman once. She left me before I moved on."

Amy Santiago: "Oh really? What happened?"

Frank: "She ran off with an Olympic Gymnast. I'd known her for years, we used to go to all the police functions together. Ah. How I loved her, but she had her music."

Frank tries to remember: "I think she had her music. She hung out with the Chicago Male Chorus and Symphony. I don't recall her playing an instrument or being able to carry a tune.

Yet, she was on the road 300 days out of the year. In fact, I bought her a harp for Christmas. She asked me what it was…"

The Detectives would be slightly confused after hearing his story.

Frank: "It's the same old story; Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy. Boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girl dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Ball on New Year's Day."

Charles Boyle: "Goodyear?"

Frank: "No, the worst."

The Detectives would be a less annoyed but felt bad about Frank losing his first love

Jake Peralta: "Ok I don't know why Charles would ask."

Frank: "Yea, but I met Jane, she is the new love of my life. I've finally found someone I can love, good clean love. Without Utensils."

Jake Peralta: "Ok. Without Utensils… cool…"

Frank: "Since I met her, I noticed things that I never knew were there before, birds singing, dew glistening on a newly formed leaf."

Amy Santiago and Charles would feel heartwarmed for his explanation.

Frank: "Stoplights."

They'd get confused again

Jake Peralta: "Alright, that explains all your driving."

Jake saw the destination: "Ok, we're here. Look, we just need the footage and we can show it to One Police Plaza and prove Holt's innocence and stop his assassination."

Now shows a man who worked in surveillance and he said to them: "The Footage has been erased."

Jake Peralta: "Oh. This double sucks! Title of your sex-tape."
