Welcome to the first chapter of my new story called Codex of a Different Westeros. Do not expect a confirm wordcount for each chapter but I will say this each chapter will be above 1,000 words in terms of wordcount. If you do not like my fanfiction, I'm creating just drop it and find another story. This story will be an Alternative History/AU of a Song of Ice and Fire. In this chapter we will be talking about Westeros dates, ethnic groups, regions, and religions. Along with talking about The Seven Kingdoms royal and nobility titles, nobility rank, and the ruling Houses. Also, we will be talking about the Human lifespan. If I made any mistakes in terms of Grammar or spelling, please let me know from either in your review of the story or pm me and talk about it. First Men: 12,000 years ago, Before Conquest and dominated in the Winterlands, Iron Islands, and upper Riverlands.
Andals: 6,000 years ago, Before Conquest and is only dominated in the Vale, lower Riverlands, and Stormlands rest was by marriage.
Rhoynor: 3,000 years ago, Before Conquest and is only dominated in the Dorne.
Valyrians: 1,500 years ago, Before Conquest and is only dominated in the Crownlands

There are four religions in Westeros and they are The Faith of the Seven, the Mother Rhoyne, The Old Gods and Goddess, and the Valyrian Gods and Goddesses
the Faith of the Seven:
This faith is primary practice in the Reach, lower riverlands, vale, and the Westerlands. With some minority practicing this faith in Crownlands, Dorne, Iron Islands, Stormlands, and Winterlands.
the Mother Rhoyne:
This faith is only practice in Dorne.
The Old Gods and Goddesses:
This faith is primary practice in the upper Riverlands, the Iron Islands(they believe in the Drown God which is part of the Old Gods and Goddess), the Stormlands(they believe in the Sea God and the Goddess of the Wind is part of the Old Gods and Goddesses), and Winterlands(they practice the whole religion of the Old Gods and Goddesses). Wtih some minority practicing this faith in the Crownlands, Dorne, Reach, Vale, and the Winterlands.
The Valyrian Gods and Goddesses:
This faith is primary practice in the Crowlands.
-The Seven Kingdoms royal titles:
(1)Emperor/Empress:
The title Emperor/Empress is held when a ruler of the Seven Kingdoms ascended and ruled the Iron Throne.
(2)King/Queen:
The title King/Queen is held when a ruler of the Seven Kingdoms ascended and ruled a one of the Kingdoms. The Kings/Queens of the Seven Kingdoms also kept their titles when they were independent Kings/Queens.
(3)Grand Prince/Grand Princess:
The title Grand Prince/Grand Princess is held when a person is made heir of the Emperor/Empress is made.
(4)Arch Prince/Arch Princess:
The title Crown Prince/Crown Princess is held when there is a person who is a sibling of the heir of the Emperor/Empress.
(5)Crown Prince/Crown Princess:
The title Royal Prince/Royal Princess is held when there is a person who isn't a sibling of the heir but does belong and hold the name of the House of an Emperor/Empress.(6)High Prince/High Princess:
The title High Prince/High Princess is held when a person is made heir of a King/Queen is made, or a person who belongs to House Nymeros Martell becomes the leader of of the House and the leader of Dorne.
(7)Royal Prince/Royal Princess:
The title Royal Prince/Royal Princess is held when a person is a siblin of the heir or the sibling of the High Prince/High Princess.
(8)Prince/Princess:
The title Prince/Princess is held when a person when there is a person who isn't a sibling of the heir but does belong and hold the name of the House of an King/Queen or a High Prince/High Princess.
-The Seven Kingdoms nobility titles:
A person from Crownlands is called by the noble title Archon/Archousa or by their rank.
A person from Dorne is called by the noble title Pharoah or by their rank.
A person from Iron Islands is called by the noble title Jarl or by their rank.
A person either from Reach, Rverlands, Stormlands, Vale, and Westerlands is called by the noble title Earl or by their rank.
A person from Winterlands is called by the noble title Thane or by their rank.
-The Seven Kingdoms nobility ranks:
(1)Emperor/Empress:
The rank Emperor/Empress is held by House Targaryen as when Aegon came and Conquer Westeros he allowed the former Kings of the Seven Kingdoms to kept their rank of King/Queen but created the rank Emperor/Empress as a way to show that he is higher than them.
(2)King/Queen:
The rank King/Queen is held by the rulering Houses of Dorne, Stormlands, Vale, Westerlands, and Winterlands as they were allowed to kept their rank of King/Queen.
(3)Grand Duke/Grand Duchess:
The rank Grand Duke/Grand Duchess was created for the cadet branches of House Targaryen when they have lands in Westeros.
(4)Archduke/Archduchess:
The rank Archduke/Archduchess was created when new rulers of the Iron Islands, Reach, and Riverlands was made as they didn't hold the rank King/Queen.
(5)Duke/Duchess:
The rank Duke/Duchess was created for Houses that were Kings/Queens in the past before Aegon Conquest and were made vassals by the current Kings/Queens and is still a vassal of a Archduke/Archduchess.
(6)Marquis/Marchioness:
The rank Marquis/Marchoiness was created for Houses that are on the borders of the regions of the Seven Kingdoms.
(7)Count/Countess:
The rank Count/Countess was created for Houses that are vassals of a Duke/Duchess or were very powerful Houses that were never Kings.
(8)Viscount/Viscountess:
The rank Viscount/Viscountess was created for Houses that are vassals of a Count/Countess.
(9)Baron/Baroness:
The rank Baron/Baroness was created for Houses that are vassals of a Viscount/Viscountess but don't have vassals themselves.

-Human lifespans:
Before the Andals Arrive and started wars and massacrers against the First Men and the Children of the Forest along with tearing down the Weirwood Trees it was common for Human's and Children of the Forest to married and have children as those that are born that don't have magic in their blood can lived up to 250 years old while those that do have magic in their blood can lived 300 years old. Yet when the Andals and with the withdraw of the Children of the Forest the Human lifespan was drop from 250-300 years old to 100-150 years old(as there were still people that have magic that makes them live longer than normal Humans. Yet when the Doom of Valyria happened and the great reduced of magic in the world the Human lifespan was drop to 100 years old and most don't live to 100 while those that do live to 100 years old rarely live past 100 years old.

Reach accent: A person speaking English with an French accent.
Riverlands accent: A person speaking English with an German accent.
Stormlands accent: A person speaking English with an Italian accent.
Vale accent: A person speaking English with an Romanian accent.
Westerlands accent: A person speaking English with an Chinese accent.
Winterlands accent: A person speaking English with an Scottish Gaelic and Russian accent.
