A little later, Sarah and the rest of the heroes made their way to the prison facility they were shown to rescue their friends and the civilians and Pokemon captured by Team Rocket via the heroes' motorhome and carriage (both using an invisibility function similar to the camouflage ability of the RainWings to traverse through the wastelands and to the prison facility without being seen and while she used a high-tech iPad to track it from the coordinates she was given).
While they headed out to the prison, the resistance stayed behind to continue looking after Twinleaf Town while they were away and thus prepare for the final battle (as the commander and the twins planned to join them later), and true to her word, Blaze (SandWing) opted to remain with them to not only look after the dragon egg she was given but to also help the citizens recover and prosper as long as they can until they return. The commander and the twins
Carefully, they drove across the barren desert landscape until they finally came across the site of the prison facility, seeing the place in question in the distance as Sarah stopped the motorhome and carriage behind some sand dunes that provided enough cover for the vehicles.
"Okay, this is it," the princess called, prompting everyone to get out and sneak up on one of the dunes and using advanced binoculars (similar to the binoculars used in Power Rangers RPM and Adam's binoculars in Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie) to spy on the facility.
From their current position, they could see about fifty guards watching over the facility from the outside and guiding some prisoners they managed to find inside as some of them struggled in vain to break free from them and their binds.
"Guess they weren't kidding about tight security," Casey frowned as they watched.
"All those people, they must've been displaced refugees."
"And, by the looks of the first wave of the opposition, I'd make about fifty of those rocket hooligans in total," Nate and Calyrex noted.
"Fifty grunts = fifty dragons, not too bad, really. Should be a good testing ground before we break in," Reader smirked, ready to do some damage to Team Rocket as she turned to her royal charge. "You ready, Princess?"
"I was born ready," Sarah nodded, taking out the jewelry box and changing into a RainWing before shielding herself in the air via camouflage as she flew over until she was above the guards.
Being extremely careful so as to not alert any of them to her presence, she opened the box and carefully levitated fifty of the necklaces stored inside and slipped them onto the guards. The grunts were none the wiser as they noticed the necklaces and gasped before they tried to take them off as they glowed but they were too late as they turned into IceWings, NightWings, SandWings, SkyWings, and RainWings (ten of each species), making them blank slates and part of Team Rocket no more.
Sarah nodded as she turned to the others hiding within the dunes and called, "All clear! The first wave's down!"
The transformed dragons all blinked at each other in surprise and confusion before they noticed Sarah as she landed before them and transformed back into her human form just as Race drove everyone to the facility and they all got out with the larger dragons and Pokemon following them.
"Your Highness?"
"What happened to us?"
"What's going on?" three of the converted dragons questioned, confused as the princess turned to them.
"Long story short, we came here to rescue some friends of mine who were taken from me along with some other captives being held in this place. We've just learned that Team Rocket already had a trap set for us including 200 grunts waiting in the wings once we enter but we have a surprise for them as soon as we're in. Even so, I can't help but wonder if they'll already know we're on to them and their scheme."
"Say no more, Princess."
"Give us the word and we'll fight to the bitter end," two RainWings replied as they bowed before here.
"Well, Sarah, your necklaces worked like a charm. 50 lost grunts for Team Rocket, 50 dragons for us in turn," Cyborg smiled as he and Beast Boy shared a high-five.
"Nice work, Sarah. The enchantment on the necklaces is very effective, Team Rocket won't know what hit them now that we've got reinforcements on our side," Zayto commended.
"Thanks, Zayto, but I'll be happy once my friends are out of Team Rocket's grasp and we give them a good beating for what they're doing to this world and Dialga and Palkia. I don't need to remind you all since we know the plan so let's go. Tsukumaro, Queen Glory, Qibli, Race, you're coming with me. The rest of you, wait here and be ready to attack. Radio if Team Rocket appears and should they meet with you out here."
"Roger!" the others saluted as Sarah, Glory, Tsukumaro, Race, and Qibli entered the prison facility first and they stayed outside.
With Sarah and Race leading the group (while having Mittens and Casper in their Full Wood forms), they, Glory, Tsukumaro, and Qibli entered the complex with Glory camouflaging herself against the shadows to look like a NightWing and then covered her small party with her wings to hide them as they carefully and silently walked deeper in the facility, keeping their eyes and ears open for the prison cells and Ash and the Pokemon School Gang.
"According to the schematics the commander and our twins stole from Team Rocket, the prison cells should be just around this corner with Ash and the others inside one of them and the Pokemon being held in a room on the adjacent corridor down to the left," Sarah whispered, pointing out the hallway they found in front of them.
"I'll apparate inside that room you mentioned and take out any cameras that'll track my every moment while I bail them out," Race suggested.
"Go ahead, Sir Race, but be careful and alert us if Team Rocket has another trick up their sleeves and they try to pick you out while you do so," Tsukumaro warned with an agreeing nod.
The former Battle Frontier Champion nodded before he rushed off, apparating to where the captive Pokemon were kept and leaving the rest of his party to go down the front corridor where they entered the large prison complex which had one hundred more Team Rocket grunts including one of the three that spoke from the vision on the Obsidian Mirror, Horace. All of them were stationed and marching along the cells of their human prisoners, looking serious and ready to pounce should the prisoners or any rescuers that would attempt to rescue them from their cages.
Once again, being careful so as to not alert the guards to her presence and with Tsukumaro, Qibli, and Glory assisting her, Sarah brought out 100 more necklaces from the jewelry box and levitated them towards the guards before slinging them around their necks. The startled guards also struggled to remove their enchantments but they were too late as well, all of them changing to dragons (a total of 20 MudWings, HiveWings, LeafWings, SilkWings, and SeaWings each, respectively) as their gaggles changed to warbles before they stopped struggling and looked at themselves and each other in confusion, wondering what had happened until Glory revealed herself and her party before she spoke to them.
"At ease, you are all free and no longer aligned with Team Rocket. I know you all have questions you want us to answer but all will be revealed in due time. Free the prisoners here while we search for some friends belonging to the princess!"
"Yes, Your Highness!" the converted dragons saluted before they set to work and allow her party to begin searching for Ash and the others as Sarah took out her wand.
"Point Me! Find the cell holding my friends!" she said, casting a small blue orb of mist and light called a Four Point that floated on its own and flew down the main cells and another corridor with her, Tsukumaro, Qibli, and Glory following close behind until they reached a hallway that had a large cell holding...
"SARAH!"
"Ash, Mallow! Kiawe, Lana, Sophocles! Lillie!" gasped Sarah, finally seeing Ash and the others with Pikachu and the eggs containing the rest of their Pokemon and looking a little battered and bruised but in one piece.
"You found us!"
"I knew you would come!"
"I didn't doubt you for a minute!" Mallow, Kiawe, and Lillie smiled brightly before they frowned worriedly as they showed them what became of all their Pokemon with them.
"Something's happened to Pikachu and the others!"
"All of them had been turned to eggs!"
"And, Pikachu's turned into a Pichu for some reason," Ash, Sophocles, and Lana cried, deeply worried.
"...I know, we saw and heard everything from the Obsidian Mirror while you guys were having your spat with those guards watching over your cell," Sarah nodded, sharing their worries as she frowned.
"But, what's going to happen to-hey, what's that weird stick you're holding?"
"And, what were you doing while trying to rescue us?" Mallow and Sophocles asked, confused as they heard what was happening outside their cell and saw their friend's Palisman in her left hand.
"I'll explain on the way but first, we'll need to break you all out and reunite with everybody else outside. Bombarda!" Sarah replied as she fired a spell out of her wand and short-circuited the electric lock, causing the cell bars to lift up and allow them to walk out while hanging on to their eggs and Pichu just as Race appeared with his briefcase at hand.
"That's it, Island Girl. The Pokemon have been rescued, they're on their way out right now," he informed.
"Great, we'll rendezvous with the others outside. And, hopefully, with everybody out, we can also-" Sarah replied before she was cut off by her Wrist Com and she quickly answered to find Zayto looking tense and ready to fight on the other side of the call.
"Sarah! Commander Cynthia and your twins are here but Team Rocket's on to us and they're here right now, get outside, quickly!" Zayto reported quickly.
"Okay, you do what you can until we get there!" Sarah nodded as she quickly ended the call.
"Twins?"
"We have doubles in this world, too?" Lana and Lillie pondered in surprise.
"Again, I'll explain on the way but let's get the prisoners out and then you'll find out what's going on." Nodding in agreement, Ash, Mallow, Lillie, Lana, Kiawe, and Sophocles rushed back with their charge and friend, Tsukumaro, Qibli, and Glory to find the converted dragons and the remaining human survivors (100 in total) riding on their backs, all of them looking confused, worried, and slightly scared over what was happening as they muttered and asked each other questions.
"What's happening?!"
"Who's that there?"
"We're free!"
"Who are you...?
"You!"
"Hold on, are you...?"
"You're Sarah Tomoe, aren't you?" some of the freed prisoners gasped.
"Hold it! Everybody, please, calm down! It's alright!" Sarah shouted, getting the prisoners' attention.
"Now, listen! I know you're all scared after what you've been through and you obviously can't afford to trust me or my friends knowing what Team Rocket did to you all but rest assured, my family and I and my friends, we come in peace! My friends were captured by Team Rocket as well and brought here for them to use as bait to lure me and my family into a trap but we came prepared and we're going to take you all and the Pokemon we freed to the domed city of Twinleaf Town where you'll be safe! We know the way back so please follow us and don't dilly-dally if you want to live! Quickly!"
Deciding to put their trust in Sarah and her word despite their fears, knowing that it was her and her family that rescued them in the first place, the prisoners agreed albeit with some hesitation before they and the converted dragons followed Sarah, Glory, Tsukumaro, Race, Qibli, and her friends out of the facility to find the rest of the princess' family waiting for them with Zayto, Casey, Devon, and their teams all morphed and now ready to fight.
True to Zayto's fast-track report, Commander Cynthia and her, Race, and her friends' twins were able to join them as they brought several of the commander's officers with them with a platoon of large trucks to help safeguard and escort the freed prisoners inside as they prepared to return to Twinleaf Town.
Ash and the Pokemon School gang were indeed taken aback by their twins along with Cynthia's double but none of them could dwell on the matter as they were confronted by a platoon of 200 grunts led by the Alternate Team Rocket as the heroes expected. Alternate Jessie, Alternate James, Alternate Meowth, and Alternate Wobuffett were amused by what had happened under their syndicate's noses but they couldn't help but feel impressed by what their target did and how she and her family found out about their prison facility and the captives in it.
The freed prisoners gasped and muttered as they huddled in fear of their captors and their platoon but the Eight Queens, Stormclouds, and the converted dragons stayed by their side and spread their wings in defense so as to protect them from their wrath.
"So, Princess, we should've known you'd be clever enough to ambush our prison facility. You've managed to figure out where it is located, free the prisoners we've kept inside for the last two years, somehow turn our guards against us, and you've planned to shut it down by blowing it up when you're done," Alternate James sneered.
"Give it up, Team Rocket! You may have us outnumbered but that doesn't matter now, you've lost your prisoners and we're taking them all to Twinleaf Town! It's the beginning of the end for you so give up while you still can!" Sarah spat defiantly as she stepped forward to confront the Alternate Team Rocket.
"You underestimate us, Princess. With the help of our boss and higher-ups, our prison will be functional again and as we speak, our plan is now in full swing," Alternate Jessie sneered, smirking at the eggs Sarah's friends are holding and Pichu.
"...Our plan? Does this have something to do with what you've done to Dialga and Palkia?"
"Yes, and very soon, you'll all bow down to the might of Team Rocket and our plans for total world domination once Twinleaf Town falls and we finally pinpoint the elusive Alola and Paldea regions."
"Did you really think you could use something as complex as a stealth break-in to fool us?" Alternate Meowth snarled with a smirk. "Your friends belong to us now and this time, we're going to put some nice-looking leashes on to make sure you all can't escape. And, I suggest you hand over the dinosaurs you stole from us so there won't be any more trouble."
"It doesn't matter what you're planning to do for total world conquest! We're going to stop you and crush you all to ensure that this world doesn't fall to darkness under your tyranny again! If you do try to clamp the prisoners and my friends back in, you can bet our escape and rescue will be far different from before! And, you can forget about taking those dinosaurs back! They want nothing to do with you anymore and that's how it's going to stay!"
"Oh, but what about Dialga and Palkia? Surely, you wouldn't risk their lives just as your friends did with theirs when they tried to protect you and your own as well when you pulled off this futile rescue?" Alternate James smirked.
"I'm not gonna stand here and let you do as you please while you treat them like hand puppets and neither will my friends and my family! Our doubles can vouch for that as well!" Sarah spat while she and Race brought out their new Dino Cards. "Gigus, Maximus, Battle Dance!"
"Battle Time, Bronty, Armatus!" Race shouted as he and Sarah swiped the cards on the slots of their Dino Bracers and summoned the new dinosaurs that defected from Team Rocket and joined them as they roared proudly and defiantly at their former masters, shocking the Alternate Trio and their grunt platoon as they soon gasped in astonishment while taking a few steps back from them.
Compared to Terry, Chomp, and Quake, while the three summoned dinos equaled them in height, in Attack Mode, Bronty mainly stood 27.8 ft high and was 72 ft long while being covered in a gray pattern with his thick Spectral Armor covered much of his face, running down only the top of his neck, his tail, and his back that held what looked like large circular "arms" which held six spheres that are embedded within.
In his Attack Mode, Gigas was completely white and had large brown stripes running along his sides from his eyes to his tail as his Spectral Armor covered the top half of his body including around the eyes and he had three large pink crystal "arms" growing from either side of him.
Maximus, in his Attack Mode, held a vivid gold and gray pattern with his Spectral Armor covering the top of his horns and back, both having the same pink sharp crystals coating the back of his armor, the base of his tail, and the tip of his brow horns which gave off a deadly appearance.
And, finally, by comparison, Armatus was covered in a black and gray pattern and had gold plates along his back and tail spikes. His Spectral Armor nearly coated his entire body including part of his underbelly and the top of his tail that had huge crystals coming from his sides, giving him a look that made him more intimidating in the eyes of his foes.
"AH! Impossible!"
"Our dinosaurs!"
"NO! You meddling kids both stripped them of their Team Rocket pride!"
"You're underestimating them, boys! The dinosaurs you've forced to fight against humanity didn't ask nor want to be part of your crusade of world conquest and bloodshed and they've never known any form of loyalty and/or kindness until Izzy found them and Race and I took them in! They belong to us now and your prehistoric powerhouse play is over and done with!" Sarah spat as the four summoned dinosaurs roared in defiance at Team Rocket.
"You... What do you know?!" snarled an aggravated and flustered grunt, trying to deny her words.
"What I know is that it's all over for you! Your prison is history and once we deal with Dialga and Palkia, you're history!"
"Yeah!" Izzy (unicorn) blurted in agreement as she appeared in clothing akin to a hip-hop artist and brought out a mixtape and a radio cassette player and everyone else got into battle stances.
"Hey, Iz! Where'd you get that?" Zipp blinked in surprise at her unicorn friend only for Izzy (unicorn) to ignore her and insert the mixtape into the cassette player and press "PLAY" as a song played.

As the mixtape played the first of three songs from Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: The Movie, both sides (drones included on Team Rocket's side after they were summoned) immediately charged into battle as Gigas and Maximus attacked first upon Sarah's command while she said, "Gigas, Spectral Lancer! Maximus, use Spectral Punisher!"
The two dinosaurs roared in response as Maximus formed giant sheathes on his brow horns before he charged forward, ramming at and throwing ten grunts into the air. The spikes on Gigas' Spectral Armor then grew long "arms" before he charged at some drones and grabbed them before lifting them off the ground and smashing them as he threw them down, causing them to explode on impact. All the while, with the grunts, Qibli and Cyrus shot up and placed some necklaces around the grunts' necks which turned them into HiveWings.
Are you ready~?
"Welcome to our nightmare!" Sarah threatened the grunts surrounding her, her Sun Sword at the ready as she then blocked, parried, chopped, swept, pointed, broke, cut, and pointed at them while her new dinosaur companions struck at the ones attacking their former masters.

With Alternate Race and Alternate Sarah, they and their squadron dodged, punched, kicked, flipped, threw, and tripped up numerous grunts as they tried to land a hit on them while sometimes using blasters holstered on their belts modeled after Rescue Blasters from Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue and using them as batons at times for melee combat. As the grunts came at them in droves along with some drones, the twins looked at each other and nodded, knowing what they must do to even the odds in their favor.

"Ninja Ranger Power, now!" the twins all shouted, waving their arms in a wide circle before they brought them together with their left hands clasping their right hands up top and pointing their pointer fingers outward, a beam of light coming from between the two fingers for all of them as they changed into different ninja suits on them which could be a sign that they have ranger powers of their own.

Each of their ninja suits was inspired by the Ninjetti suits worn by Tommy, Kimberly, Kat (Katherine), Aisha, Rocky, Billy, and Adam in Season 3 of MMPR (mainly MMPR Season 3) as they sported different colors pertaining to an animal or Pokemon that represented each of them with the twins also having their powers derived from their own chosen and closest Partner Pokemon as was the case with their counterparts. The only difference is that aside from additional gloves and eyemasks that completely obscured their identities, they also had what looked like 33-inch long Kakuremarus/Aquitian Sabers from Kakuranger and Mighty Morphin Alien Rangers slung across their backs and in place of their blasters.
"Now, what?!" cried a grunt, looking very surprised as their main targets from the resistance then disappeared.
"HYAH!" the twins shouted as they reappeared from the ground after sneaking up on the grunts and drones from behind before they attacked them with their sabers at hand, knocking the grunts off their feet or into the air while destroying the drones, allowing Cyrus and Qibli to take up some more necklaces and slip them on their necks which transformed them into more LeafWings and SeaWings.

With Race, he and his new dinos were facing off against another platoon of grunts and drones as he called out to Armatus and Bronty, "Armatus, use your Spectral Stinger! Bronty, unleash your Spectral Destroyer!"
The two dinosaurs roared proudly as Armatus obtained sharp spine spikes that grew from the Spectral Armor coming from his sides and they shot out, piercing the drones with no trouble at all as they blew up. Then, Bronty unleashed his special attack in which two "arms" suddenly extended from both sides of his Spectral Armor and formed a near-circular arc over his back. He then built up energy that charged from within the six colored balls embedded in the armor's "arms" before it is transferred to the armored spike on his neck and he fired at the grunts, forcing them to duck to try and avoid them.
They say, "When there's a will, there's a way"~

So, reach out for that big fat star~

All the while, Alternate Team Rocket looked on in shock, disbelief, and anger at the sight of Sarah and Race battling in sync with their new dino companions, utilizing what they and their syndicate had initially created for evil for good and justice. They could hardly believe that two meddling kids, their main target, especially, could handle them better than they ever could.

The Jungle Guard, the baby Jungle Pokemon, Nyasi, and Solar were holding their own against some grunts and drones of their own as they pounded, blasted, blew away, sliced and diced, slapped, punched, kicked, clawed, and head-butted at their enemies while making sure to help Cyrus and Qibli along with Reader, the Night Lights, Twilight and Dawn's Deathgripper younglings, and Puff and Big Buff slip on more enchanted necklaces on some downed grunts and those tossed into the air which turned them into SkyWings, RainWings, LeafWings, SeaWings and SilkWings.

Even Sarah's human family was holding their own against the grunt and drone platoon coming at them with Nikki, James, Tsukumaro, and their Pokemon making good use of their kung fu training from the Seven Pai Zhuq Masters as they punched, blocked, jumped, and kicked at some grunts while summoning their Animal Spirits to take on the drones. The Pokemon with them also stood their ground as they wailed on the grunts and drones with Romeo and Juliet along with Michiko, Roserade, Sawsbuck, and Beartic safeguarding Diane and Johnathan and Flipper and Flicka along with Danish doing the same for Donna (former queen) and David (since neither of Sarah's grandparents could really fight). Even Delilah and Doug's Tomoe Squad and their partners were no slouches as they fiercely defended their beloved masters and friends to the best of their abilities and Fritter was proving herself to be a threat as she pounced at and bit some grunts hard to give her family's top Pokemon fighters an edge with taking the grunts down.

This time, Discord took the initiative to place the necklaces on the grunts that were downed and they were quickly turned into IceWings while snapping his fingers to create scarab-like bombs that flew toward the drones, latched onto the robots, and destroyed them as they blew up.

But, the battle isn't over yet as Hitch's hooves glowed green and he stomped on the ground to use his Earth Pony Plant Magic to use strong vines to tie up another ten grunts, allowing Maximus to smack them with his tail while Zipp and Pipp used their flying skills to circle the thirty grunts that chased after them and make them dizzy as they were too slow to keep up with them as the mixtape played another Power Rangers song.
They got a feathered face, they got a funny beak~

Sunny blasted twenty of the grunts surrounding her and Izzy with her Alicorn Magic just as Izzy brought out her Glitter Cannon and fired with it a loud "Surprise!", causing them to scream in pain from the irritating glitter in their eyes as they desperately tried to make it come off while rubbing their eyes. This enabled Discord to teleport and slip sixty necklaces around their necks to turn them into ten NightWings, IceWings, SkyWings, MudWings, LeafWings, and HiveWings each.

Despite being trapped in Team Rocket's prison for a whole day and the torture they went through, Ash and the Pokemon School Gang still managed to fight after they brought out their Poke-Fury Sabers as they knocked back some grunts trying to capture them again, issuing some long-awaited payback for humiliating and taunting them and their fellow prisoners as they did. This time, knowing about the syndicate's Capture Guns after being caught by the one used by Alternate Wobuffett, they were able to counter and dodge them before the grunts would make them let their guard down.
"Take this!"
"Come here, you!"
"This is for all of us!"
"You're gonna pay!" Ash, Mallow, Kiawe, and Lana spat at the grunts as they pummeled them while Lillie and Sophocles fired at and destroyed the drones trying to assist the grunts with the Beast-X Defender and the Beast-X Synergizer in Blaster Mode.
The three Power Ranger teams were also proving to be a real threat to Team Rocket as they fought back just as hard against the grunts and drones that tried to catch them off guard only to be downed and fall under their overwhelming might with the Jungle Fury team showing no mercy as they soon unleashed their animal spirits to take down the grunts and drones after them and the Beast Morphers team doing the same as they wailed at the grunts and drones via their Beast-X Sabers, Striker Sabers, and Devon, Ravi, and Zoey's Beast-X Mode.
"Take that!"
"And, this!" Nate and Steel yelled, striking down the grunts and drones that attacked them and their friends with their Striker Sabers.
Lord Zedd, he ain't gonna help you~

Devon, Ravi, and Zoey were relentless as they pummeled and attacked the grunts and drones, destroying the robotic menaces and knocking down the grunts with their signature Beast-X Mode attacks.
"Dodge this, Jackrabbit Spinstrike!"
"Get ready, Team Rocket! 'Cause here comes my Gorilla Slam, UGH!" shouted Zoey and Ravi as they knocked out the grunts and destroyed the drones with a perfectly-timed and executed Jackrabbit Spinstrike and Gorilla Slam.

"Let's show these creeps what we're made of, Cruise! Beast-X Cheetah Charge!" Devon called, using his Beast-X Cheetah Charge to charge at the remaining drones coming at them and blowing them up.

The Dino Fury team was also not playing around as they went toe-to-toe with their own grunts and drones coming at them and even Solon gave them a hand as she goaded, dodged, and tackled them as best she could and even used her tail so as to trip up the grunts trying to catch her (showing that even for a wounded dinosaur from 65 million years ago from the first war against the Sporix, she still has the fight in her for her age) while the mixtape from Izzy (unicorn) played one final song from Power Rangers.
"You and your kids are really starting to pester us, you overgrown annoying lizard with scales!" snarled a flustered and frustrated grunt that failed to catch the Solonosaurus.
"Wrong! I'm one overgrown annoying dinosaur!" snapped Solon back as she retaliated with a spinning kick after pushing herself off the motorhome she was nearby and tripped the grunt she was fighting off with a front leg sweep and right punch, allowing Izzy (Green DF Ranger) to dash forward and knock him down, preventing a repeat of her first fight with Slyther.
"Wow! Nice moves, Solon!" Izzy chuckled.
"Always came in handy whenever I'm needed to put up a good fight," chuckled Solon in return before they went back to fighting with the others who were holding their own against the grunts and drones despite the odds against them with the grunts trying to summon more drones to replace the ones that had been destroyed.
This prompted the Dino Fury Rangers to utilize their Battle Armor and the Dino Knight Armor to even the score so as to keep up with the growing and continuing opposition against them and all their friends.
(TICK-TOCK, TICK-TOCK) You're running out of time~

While the heroes and the twins were all fighting the grunts and drones while Alternate Team Rocket watched on as they hoped for an eventual victory even if that won't be the case for this battle, the Eight Queens, Commander Cynthia, Garchomp, her officers, the already-converted dragons, and Stormcloud as well as the dragons belonging to Sarah's human family led the freed prisoners to the trucks to begin escorting them out and back to Twinleaf Town.
"Let's go!" the commander urged as they made their way to the trucks and she and her officers quickly ushered the freed captives inside.
"The prisoners!" screamed Alternate Meowth once he saw what was going on.
"They're getting away, don't let any of them escape!" Alternate Wobuffett alerted to the grunts and drones who noticed the escapees and tried to rush at them to prevent them from getting away.

They had almost reached the prisoners until they were stopped by Sarah and Alternate Sarah's dragons, Phoe-Phoe, Flitter, and Fwooper as they cut them off. "Where do you think you're going?" sneered Palm, glaring at the grunts and drones.
"She's right! Your battle is with us!" Shadow declared as the dragons, Phoe-Phoe, Flitter, and Fwooper began to wail at the grunts and drones, preventing them from capturing the freed captives again despite the second wind their enemies got from the realization that they were losing their hostages behind their backs.
"I've had enough!" snarled Reader as she was nearly blasted at point-blank range by a drone that was close to her before she tapped into her powers and her eyes glowed, directing her energy through a sonic wave that shot around the area and hit the all of the operating drones.
"The drones!"
"What's happening?!"
"They're all shutting down!"
"Something's wrong, they're not responding!"
"No way! Somehow, those fools have cut their circuitry!"
"OH, NO!" some grunts scream in alarm, seeing the drones all shutting down before they exploded with much of them being blasted about (each of the grunts being too close or nearby the disabled drones and not knowing what to do after they were rendered useless and tried to fix them).
Seeing this, Discord saw his chance to bring about all of the enchanted necklaces and slip them on the necks of the defeated grunts with Gigas and Bronty along with their new Equestria friends finishing the job on their end by snapping any remaining drones still standing with his jaws and swatting at them with his tail and slamming his tail into the sand to send twenty more of them onto the ground, allowing Twilight and her friends to buck them despite being Patronus Charms, giving Race the opportunity to transform them into MudWings via the necklaces.
(Now, you see them) The plan is very clear~

(They think they're tough) But, you got a secret weapon~

There were, of course, some stragglers that survived the last-minute carnage (fifty grunts remaining) that Sarah noticed, and then, riding on Solar while he's in his Solar Rider Mode and still holding on to Mittens (while she's in her Full Wood form still), darted across the dunes and surrounded them by creating a dust cloud that blinded them. Then, while they failed to get their bearings, she summoned the last fifty necklaces she and everyone else on the heroes' side have on them and teleported them into place around their necks.
The grunts screamed and struggled to take them off as the others once did but it was too late; the enchantments were already in place and they were soon turned into a final group of ten SeaWings, RainWings, SkyWings, SandWings, and IceWings each. And, just like that, it was over; Team Rocket's current grunt and drone platoon they brought with them was toast and there was nothing left as the heroes one the battle.
Alternate Team Rocket snarled in defeat; they came to the conclusion that they had been outwitted, outsmarted, and outfought by not just the heroes from another world but also the main fleet from the resistance that continued to be a nuisance to them ever since they took over. They wanted to fight back but they knew that such a tactic would be futile and they currently don't stand a chance since their plan involving Dialga and Palkia was still happening.
"I don't believe it!" Alternate James snapped in anger.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha! You better believe it, James Grimm, you lost this fight! All of you did!" smirked Sarah as the heroes and the twins regrouped.
"For now, maybe. But, pretty soon, you'll all regret standing up to and humiliating Team Rocket like this!" huffed Alternate Jessie before ordering her team, "Retreat, for now!"
"You may have beaten us, Princess, but this is far from over! Dialga and Palkia are still dancing in the palms of our hands, you meddlers don't have a chance!" Alternate Meowth sneered as they left.
With the battle over and Alternate Team Rocket thwarted, for now, the heroes regrouped and Casey, Zayto, Devon, and their teams demorphed with Sarah and Solar reuniting with them with Mittens back into her Live Form along with Casper. Tired but triumphant, they took a moment to celebrate the success of their plan, now having an army of dragons to help the twins, the commander, her officers, and the resistance rebuild their world when the war against Alternate Team Rocket is over.
"Great job, you guys," Sarah praised Bronty, Armatus, Gigas, and Maximus as the four dinosaurs purred while they were gently petted by their new masters.
"It's alright. You won't have to worry about those morons anymore now that you're with us," soothed Race kindly as he gently rubbed Bronty before they returned to their card forms and were tucked away in his and Sarah's Dino Gadgets.
"They worked, the enchanted necklaces worked!" Zipp gasped in surprise, seeing about 250 converted dragons from Team Rocket now on the heroes' side.
"We now have 250 dragons on our side for this world!" Pipp agreed, astounded.
"Way to go, Team Friendship! WHOO!" Izzy (unicorn) cheered.
"Shut up, you horned nutcase!" Eternatus cringed only to get another innocent giggle from the happy-go-lucky unicorn.
"Oh, brother," groaned Silvally.
"You did it, Sis. But, something tells me Team Rocket ain't finished with what they told us regarding what they did to Dialga and Palkia," Asha said to her little sister-in-law.
"Let's get the hell out of here and figure out what's happened to the others' Pokemon, alright?" Sarah replied, getting a nod from Asha before she turned to Drogon and Zephyr and shouted while pointing to the prison facility, "Drogon, Zephyr, dracarys!"
The two Western Dragons, knowing what Sarah wanted, took aim at the prison complex and breathed fire onto it, causing the entire facility to catch on fire and explode as each part of it was set ablaze from the flames licking each area in it.
Not wasting any time, as soon as the freed captives were safely in the trucks, the heroes and twins made their way back to Twinleaf Town to rehabilitate the prisoners now that they were no longer in the hands of Team Rocket and to figure out the next phase of attack while trying to decipher what Team Rocket could be doing with Dialga and Palkia. Although, they did have to get to calm Ash and the Pokemon School Gang down as they couldn't get enough of the new motorhome and carriage they were traveling in and asking questions about them on the way back.
