Monday, May 31st; it was the end of the month and Summer Vacation was fast approaching following the end of Nikki, Tsukumaro, and James' birthday week and the discovery of the Depths of Alola.
On this particular day, Sarah was making her way to the Riptide Gym & Bar at Coral Harbor, joined by Race, Solar, Athena, Robbie, Bella, and Duke to see Devon, Ravi, Zoey, Nate, and Steel. Nate called them and their friends beforehand and asked if he and Grid Battleforce can do a routine maintenance check on the young couple's Beast Bots to make sure they were in top form so understanding the need to have them checked out and wanting to know how their predecessors were handling themselves with Evox, Kukui gave his blessings, allowing the pair, Athena, and Solar to go over to Coral Harbor with Bella, Robbie, and Duke tagging along for the trip.
Upon arriving at the Riptide Gym, the young couple and their small party found the Beast Morphers Rangers in question practicing swordplay atop small plum blossom planks laid out on several gym mats and landing pads while Steel, Incineroar, Cinderace, Lucario, and the Noctowl Brothers watched on and cheered for them from the ground.
"Come on, team! Give it all you got!" Steel encouraged as his friends and brother went at each other before Devon managed to best Ravi and knock him off and face off against Zoey and Nate as he egged them by breaking their deadlock and turning their attention to him. "Zoey, Nate, knock him down!"
The pair tried their best to one-up their leader but seconds in, both of them fell off their own plum blossom poles, causing Devon to win their training match as he was the last one standing.
"Devon wins!" the Silver Ranger Beast Bot declared before he noticed Sarah and Race along with Solar, Athena, Duke, Bella, and Robbie coming towards them. "Oh! Hey there, Sarah, Race, long time no see."
"Race, Sarah!"
"Hey, how's it going?" Ravi and Zoey smiled as they, Devon, and Nate saw the young couple coming over.
"Great, you guys are looking awesome. Are you guys practicing sword fighting right now?" Sarah replied as she and Race shared hugs and handshakes with their ranger friends and predecessors.
"Yep, and I won the last training match we're in," smirked Devon as he beckoned his friends to come at him again.
"Right, let's go again," Ravi challenged as he and Nate got back on the poles, wanting a rematch.
"You mind if you give Race some pointers and have him join you?" Sarah requested as she looked at her boyfriend. "If you want to be ready for anything You-Know-Who would throw at us, now's the time for you to start learning something new."
"Well, I suppose I'll give it a shot. I do have a lot of catching up to do regarding you and your prowess," the former Battle Frontier Champion replied, joining Nate, Devon, and Ravi as Zoey's big brother, Mike Reeves, came into the gym looking for his sister with a broken left arm on a sling and a big grin on his face while holding a small box in his right hand.
"Join the party," Ravi smiled, agreeing to the suggestion.
"Zoey," Mike called, getting Zoey's attention.
"Oh! Hey, big bro," she smiled at him as she tossed Race her bokken as he told him and her friends, "Go ahead without me, you can take my place, Race."
"Whoa! Uh, careful, Sis," Mike warned as she went to hug him, gesturing with his broken arm much to her surprise.
"Whoa, uh, how did you hurt your arm?"
"Come with me, this is something I think you should know," Mike nodded, wanting to talk with her in private before he noticed Sarah and gasped in awe. "Wow, are you the legendary Sun Princess of Alola? Princess Sarah Tomoe, am I right?"
"That's me," Sarah replied.
"Wow! It's nice to finally meet you, I'm Mike, Zoey's big brother. I've heard so much about you and your friends from everybody else. What brings you down to Coral Harbor again?"
"My boyfriend and I are bringing two of our friends to Grid Battleforce for routine maintenance but what happened to you?"
"Oh, this box here; what's inside it is something I have to tell Zoey. But, you're welcome to listen in on it as long as you don't tell anybody," Mike continued to grin, getting nods from Sarah and Zoey as he led them to an empty table and talked about what he found. "I was on an expedition, hiking was pretty dangerous given what you see here with my arm... But, it was worth it."
He set the box down and pushed it over to them, allowing Zoey and Sarah to see, to their shock and awe, that it contained the fossil of a dinosaur bone or claw that is nothing like any other dinosaur the little princess had ever known.
"I think this fossil, this rare and strange claw, must be part of a brand new dinosaur species."
"Seriously?"
"For real, Mike? Are you sure this is part of a new dinosaur species?" the awestruck girls asked in amazement as they continued to look over the claw.
"Yeah, this new Pterodactyl is believed to have a wingspan bigger than that of a condor and teeth akin to those of a T'Rex. I'm tempted to call it the Vulturesaurus."
Zoey was even more amazed as she could only question her brother, "Where did you find it?"
"At the top of Honald Peak, the mountain just outside of Coral Harbor."
But, the mention of the mountain brought a slightly scared look of utter disbelief to Zoey's face as she echoed, "Honald Peak? That is dangerous!"
"I'll say, you're lucky to come out of there in one piece let alone with only a broken arm. Any longer than the time you had while getting up there and you would've fallen at terminal velocity at the height you're in while getting it during your expedition," Sarah agreed, relieved but also a little flustered about what Mike risked himself to do, find, and get.
"Yeah, but this might get me a scholarship at my university of choice and I'm interviewing tomorrow," Mike noted, amazing Zoey and Sarah again.
"Wow, Mike, sounds like you're bound to get it given what you've just uncovered and what you have going right now."
"Well, not quite, Princess. I still need to run a test to see if there's any DNA in this thing so I can guarantee to my interviewers let alone confirm that the Vulturesaurus is in fact a new dinosaur species. Can anybody at Grid Battleforce help me out with that?"
"For sure, we'd be happy to help you with the DNA confirmations, Mike. We actually know someone at the lab who can deal with that," Sarah nodded as she quickly looked between Zoey and Nate, managing to keep the former's identity a secret since Mike and their mother who works as a television reporter, Muriel Reeves, think that she's working in the laundry department.
"Great, thank you, Princess," Mike smiled as he then handed the fossil to Zoey. "And, Zoey, guard it with your life. My whole future depends on this fossil."
"I promise, Mike. I'll text you tomorrow when the results are ready, we both will," Zoey vowed as Sarah nodded in agreement.
"Thank you, girls. I've got a ride back home, see ya," Mike nodded as he then left for home while the Beast Morphers rangers' close friends and allies, Ben and Betty Burke, along with Abomosnow and Froslass came into the gym.
"Pickles! Pickles?"
"Where are you?" they called frantically, looking for their father's Terrier dog, Pickles.
"Hey, guys. What's up, you two are looking in a right state," Race asked, looking at the siblings as they looked around the plum blossom platforms, pads, and landing pads for their family dog.
"And, who's this Pickles you're looking for?" Sarah asked as she and Zoey came over to the pair.
"Hey, Race, Sarah, we're dog-sitting for Dad and we lost that little rascal. Have any of you seen him go by?" Betty asked.
"Uh, no," Ravi answered.
"Island Girl and I only just got here so we've no idea where he is, sorry," replied Race, shaking his head until he looked around and saw Pickles starting to eat a sandwich somebody just ordered at one of the empty dinner tables. "Oh, boy. Looks like he's stealing somebody's food over there."
Flustered and frantic after seeing their mischievous dog making trouble again, Ben, Betty, and Abomosnow chased after Pickles as he made his escape and knocked over a waiter that Froslass managed to save until he was soon caught by Sarah who just chuckled at him.
"You've got quite an appetite, you little troublemaker," she told the terrier before she told Ben and Betty as they and their partners came to them. "Don't worry, you two, I got 'im. Here you are."
"Oh, thank you, Sarah," Betty thanked with relief as she and an equally-thankful Ben caressed and petted their family dog before they left to take him back home.
In the Cyber Dimension, however, Evox had fully charged himself with some of the Morph-X he had managed to steal and he was ready to move forward with his plans to destroy the Power Rangers and claim the Morphin Grid for himself. He still hasn't forgotten the sting of defeat he had felt throughout the numerous times he was thwarted by his mortal enemies, his greatest losses being a bunch of thorns on his side that he was desperate to get revenge on them as well as Sarah and her friends for.
"Yes, yes... I can feel the Morph-X surging through me. Finally, my full strength is restored and I'm ready to once again figure out how to make those pesky rangers from Grid Battleforce and Alola pay," he hissed in delight.
"Whoa! Yes, Siree, you're finally back to your old self!" Scrozzle praised.
Evox nodded but hissed thoughtfully as he recalled Sarah and her friends, "Yes, but that meddling little princess, Sarah Tomoe, has grown even more powerful than ever and so have her friends since they've managed to defeat Team Eclipse and Lothor. This could work in our favor, though, since with them finally out of the way, my plans can finally move forward despite that little royal menace and the rest of the Power Rangers Ultra Rescue being a threat to my plans with her being the greatest threat of all knowing what she's capable of."
Then, he turned his attention to Robo-Blaze and Robo-Roxy as he then proceeded to say, "Still, it's all no thanks to you, Roxy, you've done nothing but fail me countless times despite your loyalty. But, unlike her, Blaze, you've served me well and I couldn't ask any more than that. It would all serve you well to be more like him as we move forward with our operations and strike where the iron is hot. We'll finally destroy those blasted rangers and the princess if it's the last thing we ever do!"
"O-Oh, yes! Yes, of course, Master," Scrozzle replied, continuing to suck up to his superior while Robo-Roxy was left at an impasse and worried that her usefulness would be reaching its end compared to that of Robo-Blaze.
"I've gotta prove myself, somehow..." she vowed quietly, determined to not fail her master yet again.
At Grid Battleforce, as Race was getting a full breakdown of the rangers' and the organization's progress with Evox from Commander Shaw, Zoey turned up at Nate's lab along with Sarah where the gold ranger in question was finally getting to work on Solar and Athena's check-up to ensure that they're still running in perfect condition since they left days prior. Joining them was Jax as he was being wired into his computer for a routine maintenance check as well.
"Ready with your routine maintenance, you two?" Nate asked the Pyroar and Lion Beast Bots.
"We're ready, Nate."
"Start syncing us," the pair nodded as Nate connected a wire plug to Jax for his tune-up.
"Hey, that kinda tickles," Jax admitted, holding back the urge to laugh.
"This maintenance on you, Athena, and Solar shouldn't take too long," Nate reassured as he began to go over the three Beast Bots and their current conditions on their systems and start their maintenance checks.
"Yeah, thanks, Nate. We love a tune-up," the Jackrabbit Beast Bot thanked as he, Solar, and Athena powered down just as Zoey and Sarah prepared to carry out the process of scanning Mike's fossil for dinosaur DNA.
"Okay, Zoey, let's begin scanning the fossil for the DNA results Mike needs for his scholarship. See if Nate's ready once he's finished prepping Jax, Solar, and Athena for their routine maintenance," Sarah told the Yellow BM Ranger as she took out a brush from one of the shelves before she began to dust away any traces of dirt from the fossil so they can clean it before they scan it.
"You got it. Hey, Nate, you ready? We have to get the DNA samples of the new dinosaur fossil for Mike," Zoey implied to Nate, eager for the dinosaur DNA results they'd be getting to help Mike with his university scholarship.
"I'll be in a few minutes then I can help you clean it," Nate replied before directing her (as she decided that she and Sarah are gonna clean it themselves), "The solvent is in the orange bottle."
"Right," she nodded, going to one of the shelves and grabbing a bottle that looked to be orange from the liquid inside it, a liquid that Sarah noticed was a little off from an eerie feeling she had in her stomach.
"Zoey, are you sure that's the cleaning solvent Nate asked you to get?" the little princess asked, worried over Zoey's little misstep and no longer exploding as she did before in the aftermath of the Raijacks incident.
"It's okay, Sarah. Since it's orange, it's got to be the solvent and what's more..." Zoey reassured as she opened the bottle and poured the liquid into a tray for the solvent so they can clean the fossil only to see the tray melt after it was poured. "Uh, Sarah, I think the container melted..."
"Uh-oh... Uh, Zoey, I think you got us off on the wrong foot with that stuff," Sarah gulped fearfully, knowing for sure that what Zoey picked up was not the cleaning solvent before she picked up the bottle and read the label, paling as she told her, "Oh, no! Zoey, that's not the cleaning solvent you just picked up! It's acid; the bottle Nate told you about is orange and a cleaning product, not this!"
"NO!" Zoey panicked, seeing the acid about to reach the fossil and trying to grab it before it could melt in it.
This garnered Nate's attention as he saw what was happening and immediately pulled Zoey back before she could get hurt by the acid. But, just as the acid was about to touch the fossil and dissolve it forever, Sarah quickly used her angelic powers to swiftly levitate it over to her while the acid dissolved and burned away, leaving the table completely untouched safe for the lost traces of a destroyed container and pair of clamps that were lost. All three of them breathed a sigh of relief as they managed to save Mike's only chance of a university scholarship and confirmation of the Vulturesaurus being a new dinosaur species from being lost in a small puddle of acid.
"That was close, any longer and we would've lost every last trace of that fossil," Zoey breathed as she panted to steady her frantic heartbeat.
"I'm sorry, Zoey," Nate apologized, knowing he should've been clearer as to which bottle they should've had on hand.
Zoey nodded as she and her crush hugged each other before they smiled at Sarah and she then told her, "Thanks, Sarah. If it hadn't been for you, the fossil would've been gone and I'm not sure how I was gonna tell Mike about it."
"Yeah, your new powers are phenomenal. I know Prof. Kukui and Lusamine told us about your new angelic powers months ago but seeing them before us now, even I'm having a hard time wrapping my head around them. It's almost like they're second nature to you," Nate nodded as he and Zoey looked impressed by what the two of them just witnessed.
"I'm just glad we were able to get the fossil out of harm's way but we should get those DNA results down since Mike will be texting sometime later to see how we're getting on," Sarah reassured kindly before she gave a knowing yet teasing smile to Zoey. "Now, Zoey, would you mind getting the cleaning solvent? The actual orange bottle from the storage closet this time, hmm?"
Zoey had to chuckle as she threw a knowing smile back at her and gave her a cheeky punch on her left shoulder before she got the cleaning solvent, resulting in the trio finally starting to work on the DNA results just before Zoey's cellphone gave off a ringtone and she noticed she got a text from Mike, "It's Mike and we've just gotten started, what are we going to tell him since we haven't got the results yet?"
"Well, we've managed to save the fossil from being destroyed, and from what he told us, the Vulturesaurus had to have been a new dinosaur species. It must be one I've never even heard of so I'll give him that, and if he is right, this could be the archeological find of the ages," Sarah replied as she got a new container for the fossil to be cleaned in. "Hopefully, we'll have the results for him once he's back at Riptide Gym for answers. If the results we get are true, if it all goes off without a hitch, things will be looking up for us and Mike and the scholarship will be his."
"Yeah, once we have it cleaned and start scanning it, we should have them in a couple of hours," Nate agreed as he got back to his computer to finish up the minutes he had in doing Solar, Jax, and Athena's routine maintenance before he would join Zoey as Sarah had to go see how her boyfriend's been getting on.
"You guys, I'm gonna go to the Riptide Gym and check on Race and the others. Will you two be alright on your own with the fossil and the DNA results?"
"Oh, no problem, we can handle it. If you see Mike, tell him we're already working on it and the results will be in a few hours," Zoey nodded.
"And, regarding Evox, if you have any suggestions on how we should deal with him from you and your friends, anything will be great," Nate suggested.
"Okay, see ya later," Sarah nodded as she left to return to the Riptide Gym.
When she returned to Riptide Gym, she found Race going up against Devon and Ravi in a sword training fight before he was able to knock them down on the mats.
"And, Race wins with the best 2/3!" Steel cheered, declaring Race the winner of their latest training match.
"Sounds like you're a fast learning on sword fighting," Sarah remarked to Race, getting the group's attention as they and the core team's Pokemon saw her coming.
"Thanks, I am a fast learner admittingly. But, I had some pretty cool teachers to help me out along the way given the fact that they used their Beast-X Sabers like these Bokken swords even if they're meant for two hands and not one."
"You're gonna give our trainees a run for their money with how fast you're learning, Race," Devon smiled, patting Race on the back.
"Makes me wonder why we haven't found and picked you out for the ranger program," joked Ravi, getting a laugh out of the entire group.
Race chuckled as he then admitted, "Still, Island Girl and her old man were the ones that gave me the learning experience, really. Had to grind a lot of hours in learning how to use my Bio Lion Talon whenever they can but it was worth it when I finally got my head around how I'm supposed to use it even though the sword is the most difficult weapon for a person to learn, especially in martial arts."
"Ain't that the truth, man," Steel joked before he turned to Sarah. "So, Sarah, we heard your dinosaur island's being peachy. How's it been rounding them up? It must've been quite a workout for you having your own dino paradise and being a mini-cop to boot, too."
"It's gotten easier with the care book Lillie had given me on how to monitor their health and wellbeing. There have been a few animal smugglers trespassing here and there but taking care of them is no problem, I just only hope they think twice before coming back there to make a profit behind my back or under my nose."
"You know, I still can't believe you're juggling all of that as well as school on top of your duties with Hiccup and the others at Dragonstone AND being part of the Quest Team. How do you even do it?" Ravi asked in disbelief and awe.
"Planning ahead and multi-tasking depending on what my schedule requires, Ravi. But, most of all, I've had a little help; the Six Spirits have been keeping an eye on things at Dragonstone just as they had done for over the past millennia while I'm in Alola or on an assignment which saves me the trouble of being here, there, and everywhere all the time. Plus, it helps me develop new and creative ways involving how to deal with hunters, poachers, and so on. What makes it easier is the fact that I've personally employed Hiccup, Zenna, and their friends as first responders in the Barbaric Archipelago, and with more training and time, they'll be able to help me combat against the Dragon Hunters."
"So, the Barbaric Archipelago and Berk will have them and their dragons as their own set of rangers, I like it," Devon smiled in approval as Ravi, Nate, and the Pokemon with them agreed.
"Hey, Sarah, I know it's out of left field but do you have any ideas or any inventions running through your mind on how to deal with and defeat Evox? I know it's been a while since we've all heard what he's been doing apart from stealing more Morph-X for himself but while Nate's always coming up with new ideas for us and your Ultra Beast would throw him and his goons for a loop, it would do us good to have you give your two cents on what we should do to pull the plug on him," Ravi inquired, turning to the subject of Evox and his impending defeat.
"Well, I did have a few at the back of my mind but I finally have several that could benefit us in the long run should he pull out all the stops this time. Race and I looked into the ranger weapons of the previous dino ranger teams and since we both have the Elemental Stones, I think there is a way we can somehow add more of a hidden power of some kind and such to our current arsenal," Sarah suggested as Race nodded in agreement.
"Really? Lay it on us, what've you guys got?" Devon asked.
"I'll explain once Nate and Zoey are finished on their end."
"You got that right, I have a feeling they'll want in on this, too," Race agreed.
However, as she thought back to Nate and Zoey along with the fossil of the Vulturesaurus and the DNA results they're getting, the little princess had a sickening feeling that somehow, Evox, Scrozzle, Robo-Blaze, and Robo-Roxy would know about the fossil and the fact that it came from Honald Peak. If any of them wants one of the other fossils that are being excavated in Mike's expedition and/or the DNA from them, she knew this could spell trouble and she knew she had to do something to prevent them from using it to get more power out of them for themselves. The others didn't know it but she was going to make a major gamble to ensure that Evox and his goons would never get the power they needed from the remains of the Vulturesaurus.
Two hours later, once Zoey and Nate had completed the DNA scans on the Vulturesaurus fossil and put it safely away until tomorrow (which by that time, Jax, Solar, and Athena's routine maintenance would also be completed), the Beast Morphers Rangers are all gathered in Nate's lab to hear Sarah and Race out about the ideas they had regarding how to defeat Evox once he raised the stakes for his endgame.
"Now, given the news about what happened to Tommy Oliver, the greatest Power Ranger of his time and ours or any other, Race and I decided that we can construct what he called BioZords which are the Zords for the DinoThunder team that are, as he put it, 'fusion-powered replicates using actual Dinosaur DNA for the neuro functions'," Sarah began.
"BioZords?"
"Weren't Tommy and the other DinoThunder Rangers forced to sacrifice them in order to destroy Mesagog and Zeltrax's ZelZord?" inquired Ravi and Nate in confusion.
"Yeah, they did. But, ours will be nothing like theirs our team's Mini Zords in Adventure City, especially since between our two teams, we only have eight fully combat-orientated Zords," Race nodded, knowing where Nate and Ravi are getting at.
"That's where we come in with our own take on these Zords; with the right systems or the Morph-X we have, we can use our Elemental Stones and Move Cards for their attack and defense powers. Taming them shouldn't be a problem since their allegiance will only be between all of us and our friends back in Alola so there's no way in hell they'll be running amok as the original three BioZords belonging to Conner, Kira, and Ethan once did all those years ago when Mesagog and his goons started rearing their ugly heads."
"Okay, that does make it plausible. It's risky but we should be able to do it but what kind of BioZords do you two want to make?" Nate asked, seemingly on board with the idea.
"We start with the first three as was the case with the Pterazord, Tricerazord, and Tyrannozord; we're making them based on Paris and the girls with their Emerald Green move which will allow us to steal the energy of our opponents and allow them to heal themselves, a move that'll prove useful for us if we take too much damage in battle as long as our enemies don't disrupt the energy flow too much and break their concentration," Sarah replied, relaying the first step in Grid Battleforce's BioZord operation.
"Reasonable and plausible."
"A good defense is a good offense," Devon and Incineroar nodded, intrigued with what they and their team heard.
"What else have we got?" Ravi inquired, wanting to know more about the plan.
Sarah sighed as she took out two blueprints for a few more ideas she had for the new BioZords before she continued, "Well, I should warn you, the next two I have here have...let's say, a bit of a...checkered history. Any of you guys recognize these bad boys from the DinoThunder Rangers' Zord lineup, by any chance?"
Sarah unrolled the blueprints and while Nate and his friends were amazed, he was most surprised as he told Sarah, "The Carnozord and Chasmazord? I can't believe it; together, they're Mesagog's Blizzard Force Megazord or Replicantzord."
"Sarah, you're crazy! Mesagog once tried to use this incomplete evil Zord to destroy the DinoThunder team while using his Ugly Monster to power it and it's only through their trust in Trent, the White Ranger, as well as the Thundersaurus and Mezodon Megazords that they were able to beat it. Do you really want to go through with making them?" Ravi balked, realizing what this meant.
"Why shouldn't we, Ravi? I've learned in Ranger History Class, before they were destroyed, both of those Zords are the only ones capable of using the Blizzard Freeze Attack. And, what's more, we'll be using them for good instead of evil so we'll have them using Lightning and Wind moves by using my and Race's Elemental Stones or Morph-X to power them up while infusing them with their respective dinosaur spirits and DNA."
"That's not a bad idea; it also means giving us a new Megazord combination to use against Evox. He won't be able to suspect us using a part of our ranger legacy rather than our own weaponry, Zords, and powers alone!" Zoey beamed, seeing the possibilities before them. "That's perfect, Sarah, Race! If the Commander approves, we can begin making them. Any ideas on the new weaponry you want us and Grid Battleforce to make?"
"That's where weapons like the Shield of Triumph come in; we can make and use a new and more updated version of the Shield itself and thus connect it to the Mezodon and Triassic Megarover which are also the Styracosauruszord and Triassic Rover Conner and Ethan used to operate against the ZelZord and in battles prior sometime after the original Shield of Triumph was recovered and after Conner activated his Battlizer," Race put in.
"Those two we can make," Steel noted thoughtfully before he suddenly gasped.
"I get it, Tommy once said that only a Ranger in complete sync with the Universal Dino Energy can control its power. And, since you two were able to use the power of the Elemental Stones so easily, the new Shield of Triumph will be perfect for you!"
"Since Munch himself is a Strycosaurusm, it also meant he can harness Lightning as well," Devon pointed out in realization.
"And, when both he and the Triassic Rover are combined, they can form the Mezodon Megazord," Nate breathed in awe and amazement, seeing where Sarah and Race were going with their ideas. "This could be the breakthrough we need to stop Evox for good somehow; let's talk it over with the commander and see what she thinks of all this!"
"We should get General Burke and have him know as well," Zoey added, knowing that Ben and Betty's father would want to be in on the plan as everybody else nodded in agreement.
A little later, the seven rangers met up with General Burke and Commander Shaw to inform them of and pitch Race and Sarah's plans for their new Zords for Grid Battleforce and everyone's inevitable final struggles against Evox. Needless to say, the two of them were intrigued by what they had heard but they were understandably skeptical of what the little princess and her boyfriend were suggesting to them and their organization given the practicality of their suggestions.
"Let me see if the commander and I got this right; you two want Grid Battleforce to recreate the DinoThunder Rangers' Shield of Triumph along with six new BioZords to fight against Evox and his forces that can draw power from your Elemental Stones to help us in what will be our final battles against Evox? Is that even possible, even without using Morph-X?" General Burke inquired doubtfully as Sarah and Race nodded in confirmation.
"We've talked it over after they went through the details with us in the lab and we all agreed to the idea. King was able to use the magic of Sarah's Sun Sword to access a form we'd never heard of until last year after you and your crew and Megan made him after we and Solar rescued Sarah, General. It may sound impossible but with Sarah and everything she did, how can it be impossible for us to pull off?" Nate pointed out.
"You and your team including Megan once pulled off the impossible with him since you wanted to make more of King while you did a test run on him before Evox and his crew butted in with the virus they've attached to it," Zoey added, recalling the incident when Robo-Blaze and Robo-Roxy bugged King and forced the Beast Morphers team to rely on Megan's technical expertise to help them recover him.
General Burke blushed as he agreed and replied, "Well, uh... Y-Yes, of course, we did. We originally planned to create more Beast-X King Zords to defend the Morph-X Towers but, well..."
"But, Sarah and Race's proposal could benefit us in the long run regardless. It could lead to a new Megazord combination or two that we can use against Evox once he pulls off all the stops to get to the Morphin Grid. Tyler and the other Dino Charge Rangers had the advantage of using various Megazord combos to use against Sledge and his group so why can't we do the same with Evox should he have a new ace up his ugly sleeve?" Steel mentioned.
"Hmm... You and Zoey may be right, Steel. If Evox has a new plan of his in the works, especially since he has all the Morph-X he needs to recharge himself should he run out and be ready to strike at any given moment, we must pull off all the stops on our end as well to ensure he doesn't succeed and get to the Morphin Grid," Commander Shaw replied thoughtfully before she continued. "We could try to recreate and improve upon the Triassic Rover and the Shield of Triumph but would it be possible for us to complete the other remaining BioZords in time before he strikes when we least expect it?"
Everybody thought hard until Devon snapped his fingers and widened his eyes as he recalled, "What about Aurora? Her Omni-Fabrication could be useful to use or we can get help from Zenowing and the Dino Charge Rangers. Zenowing was the one who made his team's Zords within their special geodes."
"Of course, Devon, you're right! Zenowing did make nearly all of the Dino Charge team's Zords, he and Keeper also made the Fury Zords, and Shelby even made the Spino Zord using what he taught her. Maybe, Sarah and Race could go there and ask for their help in making the BioZords while we take care of the Shield of Triumph and the Triassic Rover here in Grid Battleforce," Nate smiled, seeing a light at the end of the tunnel they're in.
Commander Shaw smiled as she gave her approval and told the rangers, "Excellent, this will present us with new offensive and defensive opportunities against Evox and his next plan of attack. You all may proceed with my approval, we'll set up a trans-dimensional call and inform Kendall and the rest of the Dino Charge team about your plan immediately."
"As do I," General Burke approved.
The rangers, Sarah, and Race couldn't help but smile; they had done it, they were finally beginning the first step of their new plan against Evox.
"Thank you, Commander, General, we really appreciate it," Sarah thanked before she gained a serious frown on her face. "But, also, at your request, Commander, I want the fossil of the Vulturesaurus found by Zoey's brother to be safely secured before Evox and his crew either get it or the DNA results for whatever they have in mind."
"She's right; if they get the fossil or DNA results, they'll use it to gain more power and who knows what else they'll do with it?" Zoey agreed.
"Indeed. Go to it, Rangers, but be careful," Commander Shaw nodded, giving the team, Sarah, and Race her best wishes as they went off to secure the fossil and the DNA results.
But, as they did so, Sarah immediately hatched a plan in the back of her mind; even if they secure the fossil and the DNA results for Mike, she knew Evox and his crew wouldn't give up easily as they could go to another place where another fossil and the DNA samplings can be obtained. She could only hope they wouldn't search on the top of Honald Peak to do so.
However, there was an unexpected snag about to hit the heroes as Robo-Roxy had gotten a copy of the newspaper pertaining to Mike's discovery of the Vulturesaurus' remains while she conducted reconnaissance and went back to the Cyber Dimension to tell Scrozzle of her plan to maintain her usefulness to Evox and destroy the rangers, Race, and Sarah herself.
"Scrozzle, scan Honald Peak, stat!" she demanded, shoving the newspaper in the evil mechanic's face, startling and confusing him.
"I don't get it," he remarked.
"Zoey's brother discovered the EXACT DNA I need for an upgrade to my battle systems and it's somewhere on that mountain."
Scrozzle immediately got what she was telling him and he began scanning the mountain as he told her, "Oh, I see. Hmm, I'm picking up rocks and-Oh! A couple of Grid Battleforce Wrist Coms!"
Scrozzle was right; while he was scanning Honald Peak for the Vulturesaurus fossils for the upgrade Robo-Roxy desperately needed, he picked up the mechanical signatures of Sarah, Race, and the BM Rangers' Wrist Coms as they now know what their enemies are planning to do.
Robo-Roxy couldn't help but smirk, "Looks like I'm not the only one looking for that fossil, this is gonna be fun."
Meanwhile, setting their plan in motion, Devon, Zoey, Race, Ravi, Sarah, and Steel made their way to Honald Peak and after telling a white lie to the fossil director of Mike's expedition as to why the Vulturesaurus fossils had to be removed from the area (which was not wanting any bad weather to ruin them), they made their way along with their Pokemon to the top of the mountain via Sarah and Race's Apparition powers.
Given the gravity of the situation, Blitz and Curly had to be sent over upon Sarah's request and Solar and Athena's routine maintenance check had to be put on halt for the time being since the group felt that they need their help should Evox and his crew get what they needed which are the fossils or the DNA from them.
"There it is," Zoey noted, pointing everybody to the dig site where the Vulturesaurus fossils are being excavated.
"Whoa, I've never seen a dinosaur like that before!" balked Blitz in amazement as Sarah brought out a briefcase she remembered to bring along to store the fossil pieces inside.
"You better believe it, buddy. And, it's all thanks to Zoey's brother that we now know of a brand new dinosaur," Sarah noted as the heroes began to collect and store the bones inside the case with the Beast Morphers Rangers and their Pokemon keeping watch.
Using their tails after sneaking towards the bones, the three Alolan Pikachu carefully brushed them to remove the dirt they had on them before the little princess and Race used Wingardium Leviosa to lift them out of the ground and put them into their respective slots inside the briefcase which had been designed specifically for the Vulturesaurus bones while Robbie, Athena, and Solar supervised them.
Before long, Sarah had picked up the last bone which was of the Vulturesaurus' giant wing radius and she was just placing it inside the case and closing it tight when she felt another presence coming towards them and...
"LOOK OUT!" she cried, seeing a laser blast and using Protego to block the blast before it bounced off and shattered the shield, the impact causing Sarah, Race, and their party to fly back from the shockwave and catch the others' attention.
"Sarah!"
"Race!" Zoey and Steel gasped in shock as the rangers and their Pokemon checked on their friends before Robo-Roxy appeared with her blaster at hand and a DNA scanner, smirking at the bewildered princess and her party.
"Roxy?! What are you doing here?" Zoey demanded as the rangers helped the heroes with them onto their feet.
"Same as you all, thanks for guiding the way and storing what I'm looking for," she replied smugly as she went to the bones to scan what she came for.
"No!" Zoey cried as the evil robot scanned one of the bones for her upgrade.
"Just what I need for a power-up," she smirked before she was taken by surprise by a blur that knocked her back with a hard tackle and had her scanner taken as Duke appeared next to the heroes with her scanner at hand.
"Nya-ny-nya-ny-nya-nya!" the male Poipole taunted cheekily as he blew a raspberry at the flustered and angered robot.
"An Ultra Beast, I knew you had an ace up your sleeve when you finally showed up, Princess," Robo-Roxy snarled darkly before she morphed into her battle form (which had a flower mode from a previous upgrade she had and which failed her) to prevent the heroes from stopping her from achieving her last chance for Evox's praises.
"Don't you know not to mess with poisonous plants?" the robot sneered.
"Don't you know better than to mess with us? It's Morphin' Time!" Devon retorted as the two ranger teams brought out their Morphers and keys.
"Activate, Beast Power!"
"Link to Morphin Grid!"
Morphing into their ranger alter egos, Devon, Race, Steel, Nate, Zoey, Sarah, and Ravi got into battle stances along with their Pokemon, Solar, and Athena as they braced themselves to stop Robo-Roxy and keep her from using the Vulturesaurus DNA for her power upgrade.
"Solgaleo Ranger, Sarah!"
"Pyroar Ranger, Race!"
"Unleash the Beast!
"Ugh, Tronics!" Robo-Roxy grunted as she then chuckled, knowing that her enemies are only delaying the inevitable.
"Take 'em down!" Zoey boomed as they all charged at Robo-Roxy and the Tronics and wailed on them as best they could.
With his Bio Lion Talon at hand, Race managed to put his sword fighting training with Devon, Ravi, and Steel to the test which allowed him to slice and dice some of the Tronics coming at him while Sarah brought out her Beast-X Star Blaster and whacked and blasted any others targeting her.
With Bella and Robbie, they used Spark and Wood Hammer in tangent while Blitz and Curly used a Twin Thunderbolt attack to shock a few others and Curly used Brick Break to bash them.
The research Sarah did to prepare herself and her family for Tapu Koko's third rematch against them was starting to pay off through the training they did after as Blitz used a Focus Punch that he personally learned from Mienshao. The Pikachu Couple also demonstrated their knowing of a new move, Nasty Plot, so as to increase their Special Attack stats before using Rising Voltage to destroy more Tronics trying to ambush them.
Despite their routine maintenance check being halted, Solar and Athena were performing remarkably well and in top form as usual as they fired their fireballs at the Tronics, bashed them, clawed the robotic foot soldiers, and bit and ripped off several chunks of their metal bodies off of them.
As for Duke, he was the battle MVP of the seven rangers and the Pokemon and Beast Bots with them as he was much faster now in his new form as he traveled like a speeding purple comet while rivaling Tapu Koko in speed and slashing at the Tronics with tremendous power. Using his three stingers as a Naganadel, he was able to use combination attacks such as X-Scissor with his largest stinger to stop the Tronics dead in their tracks and blasting them with Dragon Pulse from his other two stingers. All the while, he did his best to keep the DNA scanner containing the Vulturesaurus DNA away from Robo-Roxy as she tried to take a few swipes at him.
Devon and his team, in the meantime, held their own with their Pokemon holding their ground as well with Bone Rush, Darkest Lariat, Twin Air Slash, and Pyro Ball as they took down the Tronics.
However, Robo-Roxy would eventually get the upper hand as she and Naganadel duked it out with each other as she tried to wrest the DNA scanner away from him and the two of them were in equal footing throughout their battle.
"You're going down, Flower Crown!" Duke taunted as he unleashed a power Dragon Pulse on the evil robot and threw her back before she laid flat on her back.
Wondering if he actually got her, the male Naganadel carefully approached her with great caution while keeping the scanner away from her as best he could. It seemed as though he had managed to best one of Evox's goons in her own game until...
"Surprise!" Robo-Roxy smirked as she pulled herself up and aimed her right hand at him before she blasted him back at close range and knocked the scanner out of his claws, allowing her to catch it with ease as she got up.
"Ha-ha-ha-ha! Don't you fools ever know not to fall for the oldest trick in the battleground playbook?"
"Duke!" cried Sarah as she and the others joined him and she helped him up.
"You sneak, I knew there was something off about you when you took that hit!" the male Poison Pin Pokemon raged as he grunted from the blast he took from Robo-Roxy.
Robo-Roxy just laughed as she told him, "It pays to be vigilant at all times since I've learned that from your little missus and now that I got what I came for, it's time for me to split. Later, losers!"
And, with that, she disappeared back to the Cyber Dimension with the Vulturesaurus DNA she got, leaving the heroes flustered and yet slightly relieved in that despite Robo-Roxy getting the fossil DNA, she didn't make off with the bones themselves.
"Oh, she took the fossil DNA!" Zoey fretted as Sarah went to the briefcase holding the bones and found them all intact and present with none of them missing.
"The important thing, though, is that all the bones for the Vulturesaurus are still here. It looks like Robo-Roxy was after the fossil DNA alone," Sarah reassured.
"But, there's a bonus for us; she blurted out earlier that she needed the fossil DNA for some sort of power-up she needed. But, why would she want an upgrade if she's already powerful enough to take us on?"
"Beats me," shrugged Steel in confusion.
"I have a theory from the updates you've given us on your ongoing battle with Evox and his goons," Race pondered thoughtfully.
"What do you mean?" asked Ravi.
"Since you guys kicked your big bad virus' ass so many times and his robotic slaves are at the center of his ire along with Scrozzle, one of them was bombing his operations more times than he can count and he's starting to take it out on them. Robo-Roxy's the one who's getting the brunt of it but since he's not with her, Robo-Blaze is in his good graces, for now."
"So, he's starting to see his failing robot as dispensable and useless through her failing to destroy us?" Devon questioned, understanding what Race was saying.
The Pyroar Ranger nodded, "I'm sure Robo-Roxy is already going to great lengths to prove her usefulness towards Evox and she sees the fossil DNA as her last chance to prove herself as a worthy servant to Cyber Snake before he destroys her after dismissing her service to him or be destroyed by us trying."
"I guess we now know why she followed us and what Evox plans to do with her should she fail to destroy us and retreat at the last minute or so. Let's get back to the lab and get the fossils secure, we may have a new lead to help us prepare for Robo-Blaze and Robo-Roxy's next assault," Nate nodded.
"Good idea, we should also check to see how Tyler and the othere are faring with building the new BioZords and the new Shield of Triumph and see if they're ready for use," Devon agreed.
"Yeah, the DNA results for Mike should be done as well. We should give them to him while we still can, come on," decided Zoey as everybody else nodded and, with the secured bones at hand, Sarah and Race apparated the entire group back to Grid Battleforce.
Back in the Cyber Dimension, as Robo-Roxy returned, Evox is ready to unleash his wrath on the Power Rangers and the Morphin Grid with his new plan finally coming to fruition as he cackled, "Now that my power is fully restored, it's time for us to get rid of that pesky princess and the Power Rangers, destroy humanity, and take over the Morphin Grid! Ha-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha!"
He then turned to his loyal mechanic as he asked Scrozzle, "Scrozzle, where is my mighty new Gigadrone? Is it fully functional for us to finally crush those meddlesome insects?"
"I'm still working on it, Master. But, I promise you it'll be the most destructive Gigadrone ever! And, with all the power it'll contain, I'm sure that not even the princess and her bodyguards and their Pokemon can stand up to them!" Scrozzle promised confidently.
"Excellent!"
"Meanwhile, I have something of great power that can help us destroy in about half the time it takes for one of your...little robots," Robo-Roxy mocked with a smirk.
"Talk's cheap, Roxy, not even words can break the princess and her power-ups no matter how many you use. She's much more powerful compared to before when she and her crew finally took out Team Eclipse. But, still, what'd ya got? Robo-Blaze frowned skeptically.
"This DNA I've managed to snag is next level and nothing she's ever seen the likes of before. Watch this," she replied, her smirk still on her face as she went to the Robot Maker. "Scrozzle, you know what to do."
"Hmph, teenagers, they never ever say 'please','' Scrozzle muttered with a huff as he went to the controls and Robo-Roxy stepped inside the Robot Maker.
"This had better be good."
"Don't count on it, Master," Evox and Robo-Blaze remarked as they prepared to see what Robo-Roxy had in mind with the fossil DNA.
"Well, who knows what this is going to be like?" the evil mechanic commented as the fusion took place and Robo-Roxy reappeared in a new robot battle form that resembles the likelihood of a dinosaur.
Scrozzle and Evox gasped at the sight of her but Blaze just stared indifferently at her as she declared, "How do you like me now? I feel stronger already!"
"Whatever that DNA was, it's powerful, alright! You've overloaded my system with that stuff!" Scrozzle exclaimed before he saw his Robot Maker short-circuit and explode. "NO, my beautiful machine! It's irreplaceable!"
Robo-Blaze was shocked by the realization as he scolded Robo-Roxy, "Are you kidding me?! Roxy, do you have any idea what you've just done? Without that machine, we can't be regenerated! Once the rangers and the princess destroy us, that's it, we're toast, and we'll have you to blame for that."
"Maybe that's a problem for you but with my new power, I'm not afraid of the rangers. And, very soon, even the power princess herself will fall down at my feet," Robo-Roxy smirked, feeling power-hungry with her new DNA at hand.
"Good! Good, Roxy, with your new power, the rangers and her princess and her guard will be no match for you! I see you've heeded my warning, now go with Blaze to the city and destroy them while I prepare for the obliteration of mankind," Evox praised, finally seeing Robo-Roxy's usefulness again with her new trump card and leaving with Scrozzle to begin the next phase of his endgame.
"Hey, I can destroy the rangers and the princess, too! Better than, well...whatever she is, now," Robo-Blaze challenged incredulously.
"We'll see," Robo-Roxy remarked smugly as she and Robo-Blaze left to do some damage to Coral Harbor and get the rangers' attention.
A little later, at the Riptide Gym, Zoey and Sarah finally got the DNA results on the Vulturesaurus fossil from Mike and along with the fossil back in its box, they brought the papers showing the results of their DNA scan with them, knowing that his scholarship is clinched.
"Mike!" Zoey called once they saw him arriving back.
"Hey, Zoey, Sarah. So, how did your work go? Did you two and your friends get the results?" Mike asked as he arrived at the empty table they were at and sat opposite of them.
"Totally, in fact, not only were you right but the results we got from the scan absolutely prove it," Sarah nodded eagerly as she and Zoey returned the fossil and presented him with the DNA results.
"The Vulturesaurus is a new species!" grinned Zoey in confirmation, bringing a smile to Mike's face.
"You're the best sister ever! And, Sarah, thanks for everything you and the others did," he thanked gleefully.
Sarah and Zoey smiled appreciatively before their Wrist Coms went off and they realized that Robo-Roxy is back and they and the others have a chance to finally take her down for good as Zoey told her brother, "Sorry, we gotta go but good luck with the scholarship meeting."
"We'll be rooting for you," nodded Sarah.
Mike continued to grin as he told the pair, "Thanks to you two, I have something much better than luck."
And, the two rangers left the Riptide Gym to meet up with their friends, Race, Solar, Athena, and their Pokemon so they can finally put down Robo-Roxy and, if possible, destroy Robo-Blaze or send him running back to his master.
Inside the city, with their blasters and sword at hand, Evox's servants waited for them as they prepared to face their enemies with the former's new power and the latter not wanting to be outmatched by his fellow robotic rival.
"They should be here any second," Robo-Roxy informed.
Soon, they noticed the heroes approaching them with their Pokemon, Solar, Athena, Sarah, and Race with the new additions in the form of Carno and Chasa, the newly-built Carnozord and Chasmazord in Super Charge Zord or a new Beast Bot Mode by the Dino Charge team following a crucial trans-dimensional call for their help in developing the new BioZords while Grid Battleforce creates the new Triassic Rover and Shield of Triumph.
"Right on cue and with some new toys to play with," Robo-Blaze smirked.
"Stop right there!" demanded Devon.
"Or, what?"
"We were hoping you poor unfortunate souls could help us play a little game called 'Who can Defeat the Most Rangers?'."
"My money is on neither of you. It's Morphin Time!"
Bringing out their Morphers and keys once more, Sarah, Devon, Race, and the others morphed back into their ranger selves as they prepared to finally even the odds between them and end either of Evox's servants or both.
"Solgaleo Ranger, Sarah!"
"Pyroar Ranger, Race!"
"Unleash the Beast!"
Not wanting to be defeated or outdone by their enemies, Robo-Roxy and Robo-Blaze transformed into their battle modes but to the rangers' shock, their worst fears were confirmed as they saw Robo-Roxy in her new form.
"Recognize me now, Princess? Your friend's brother's fossil is about to make you and your ranger posse history!" she grinned evilly.
"You didn't!" Sarah cried in shock.
"She combined herself with the Dino DNA she collected!" added an equally shocked Zoey.
"Exactly!" Robo-Roxy laughed as she charged at the rangers first.
"Ugh, nobody likes a showoff, Roxy," grumbled Robo-Blaze before he soon followed.
With the battle finally taking shape, while Devon and Robo-Blaze duked it out between them as they drew their sword and Beast-X Saber, Ravi, Zoey, Nate, Steel, Sarah, Race, Solar, Athena, Carno, and Chasa were left to battle Robo-Roxy in her newly-powered state.
The others fought as hard and fast as they could against the supercharged dino battle bot but they were being thrown about like ragdolls and they could barely scratch her from her increased durability that made her able to withstand the rangers' attacks.
Devon (after activating his Beast-X Mode) continued to go head to toe against Robo-Blaze as the two of them were evenly matched in their sword skills before the latter got in a good hit with an upward left-right slash.
Robo-Roxy then fired a series of energy blasts that forced the rangers, Solar, Athena, their Pokemon, Carno, and Chasa to dodge her latest assault.
"You four take her from behind, we'll cover you!" Nate informed as he and Steel took out their Striker Morphers and fired at Robo-Roxy so as to give Sarah, Race, Zoey, and Ravi time to surround them with the Pokemon, Carno, Chasa, and the two Beast Bots assisting them with their own attacks.
"I don't think so!" Robo-Roxy frowned knowingly as she fired four tentacles and binded the quartet.
"Sarah, Race!"
"No!" shouted Solar and Athena in alarm as Carno and Chasa roared for their creators.
"Just try and break my grip!"
"Ugh, if that's how you want it...! Now, guys!" Sarah roared, calling Blitz and Carno as the Alolan Pikachu used Iron Tail and the upgraded BioZord chomped down on the tentacles holding her and Race and broke them free.
"You meddling little mouse, I'll get you and that stupid dino for that!"
"Activate, Beast-X Mode!" Ravi and Zoey screamed, activating their Beast-X Mode and breaking free of the tentacles binding them.
"Let's go, Race!"
"You read my mind, Island Girl!"
"Royal Orion Warrior/Activate, Beast-X Mode!"
Activating their Beast-X Mode and Life Cosmic Infinity, Athena became the former Battle Frontier Champion's battle armor and Sarah regained her Tri-Battle Crystal Armor before they, Ravi, and Zoey went at her again but still couldn't make a dent on her with only Sarah being able to do any damage to her.
"Beast Air Slash!" Nate and Steel shouted as they and the Noctowl Brothers fired their Beast Blast and Air Slash attacks to distract and hit her hard so as to allow the team to regroup.
"You guys okay?"
"Yeah, we're okay," Zoey reassured her crush.
"Not for much longer," sneered Robo-Roxy with a hint of a smug smirk on her face as she lunges at them again.
Robo-Blaze and Devon were still continuing to be in equal ground as they fought each other with the former knocking the latter down with a well-placed snap kick to the chest as he mocked with a laugh, "Ha! You're losing your touch."
Returning to the others, as they continued to wail on Robo-Roxy, Zoey managed to land her Jackrabbit Spin Strike on her but it left nothing but a dent on their robotic foe as it pushed her back and that was it.
"What?! That barely left a scratch," she balked in disbelief.
Robo-Roxy just continued to sneer smugly at them as she smirked, "You fools have no idea how much power and what kind of powers this dino DNA has given me."
As if to prove her point, to make matters worse for our heroes, Robo-Roxy proceeded to absorb the buildings closest to her until she grew to become as tall as a Gigadrone which meant she was going to go big or go home to destroy them and prove her worth to Evox, once and for all.
"This is crazy!" Steel gawked.
"Big yikes!"
"Unreal, she just got more ugly than before!"
"I guess this is where Round 3 takes shape which means we got to take her down, fast!" Zoey, Race, and Sarah gulped as Robo-Roxy cackled.
"Come in, Commander! Are you seeing this?" Ravi reported, contacting his mother.
"Copy that, Ravi, we're sending in the Zords now; with Sarah's permission, you'll pilot King for this one and what's more, Carno and Chasa's battle systems are fully operational and they're ready to go big. Devon is still fighting Blaze so all six of you will need to take on Giant Roxy," Commander Shaw replied.
"Roger that, leaving now. Let's do it," Ravi nodded before turning to the others.
"Okay, you guys take her head-on. We'll bring up the rear with Carno and Chasa," Sarah replied as Race nodded in agreement.
"You're not kidding around!" remarked Devon as he and Robo-Blaze continued their sword fight.
"My skills are no joke!" Robo-Blaze retorted as he got another hard hit on the Red Ranger.
As the two of them continued to brawl, in the rangers' latest Megazord battle, Ravi, Zoey, Steel, and Nate prepared to meet Robo-Roxy head-on in the Beast-X King Ultrazord as King and the Wrecker, Jet, Chopper, and Wheeler Zords pulled into view.
"In position," Ravi announced as he got into King's cockpit and took the controls without Solar on hand. "Beast-X King Ultrazord, combine!"
Assembling the five Zords together, Ravi, Nate, Zoey, and Steel brought the Beast-X King Ultrazord back into battle as they would need all the firepower and durability they could get to deal with Robo-Roxy.
"Beast-X King Ultrazord, unleashed!" the four rangers declared.
"Lets rumble!" Robo-Roxy challenged as she made the first move and slashed at the Ultrazord, rocking the four rangers inside.
"Hold on, team!" Steel encouraged, holding out as best he could.
Robo-Roxy continued to wail on her enemies but she suddenly stopped as Carno and Chasa, fully grown and in their original Zord Modes, rammed her away from the Ultrazord and roared at her with Sarah and Race along with Solar, Athena, and their Pokemon in their respective cockpits.
"You're not the only one who wants to play with dinosaurs, Bones-for-Brains! How about taking these two on for size?" Sarah spat as she took control of Chasa.
"Then, let's end this, mono dino e mono dino!" Robo-Roxy frowned with fury as she jumped into the air and fired energy blasts at the new BioZords.
"Shields, Chasa!" the princess shouted to Chasa as the Chasmazord immediately came in front of Carno and deflected her shots with a shield. "Your turn, Race!"
"Got it! Alright, Carno, let's give that robotic bag of bones a taste of your Cyclone attack!" Race called to Carno, taking out a Wind Move Card and slashing it through the Dino Bracer connected to the cockpit.
With the power he got from the Wind Move Card, Carno roared proudly as he conjured up a stormcloud above him and a twister appeared and surrounded him, allowing him to jump into the air and collide with Robo-Roxy, sending her back down to the ground.
"Whoo! Now, that's what I call power!"
"Whoa! I knew they were powerful Tyler, his friends, Kendall, Keeper, and Zenowing completed them but I never thought they'd be that strong with the Move Cards in play, too!
"Good job, guys, you got her!" Zoey praised, knowing that this is the end for Robo-Roxy.
"Now's our chance to finish this metal monstrosity!" Ravi declared as he glared at Robo-Roxy just as she was getting up from Carno's Cyclone attack. "Say 'goodbye', Fake Roxy!"
"We'll make the first call now!"
"You better hope you're in the mood for some fireworks, robot breath, 'cause we're about to light you up and put you out!" Sarah and Race added, bringing out their Ultimate Move Cards as they slashed them through their Dino Bracers and activated their Finisher Moves.
"Ultimate Wind/Thunder Ultima!"
With Swift, Meg, Chomp, and Munch's Finisher Moves, as their real counterparts had done prior, Carno and Chasa charged forward and collided with Robo-Roxy, leaving her battered, bruised, and wide open for a final attack from the Beast Morphers team.
"She's open, guys!"
"Do it now!
"Beast-X King Ultra Strike!" Zoey, Ravi, Steel, and Nate finished as the Ultrazord slashed Robo-Roxy three times with the attacks being too much for her to bear.
"No, no! NOOOOOOOOOOO!" Robo-Roxy screamed, knowing that this was the end for her.
Hearing her screams as he knocked Devon back again, Robo-Blaze turned his attention to his former robot comrade and rival and cried in shock at seeing her defeated, "Roxy!"
With one final scream and an explosion following in her way, Robo-Roxy was finally obliterated and leaving Evox and his crew one robot down for the count.
"Virus, eliminated," the Beast Morphers Rangers declared as Carno and Chasa roared together in victory.
Robo-Blaze couldn't believe it as he was the only robot left standing and seeing his own words proven true left him with a feeling of dread within him, "No, I can't believe it. She's gone..."
Devon was surprised to hear this from Robo-Blaze as he also noticed Robo-Roxy's defeat but it all became clear as Scrozzle appeared and proceeded to lash out at his robotic rival about the predicament they're in now.
"BLAZE, YOU FOOL! You let them destroy Roxy?! You know I don't have the parts to repair the Robot Maker!"
"So, you can't build another Roxy!" Devon breathed in realization.
"Shut it, Scroz! Let's get out of here," Robo-Blaze snapped before the two of them teleported away.
Now left alone and in delight over the news about the potential end of Robo-Blaze with Robo-Roxy's destruction, Devon quickly reported to the others, "Great work, team! Wait 'til you hear what I just learned!"
Once everything had settled down, back at the Riptide Gym, Devon told everybody what Scrozzle said before he ended, "And, then, they freaked and teleported away."
The others were amazed as Ravi gave a hopeful smile and asked, "So, Robo-Roxy's really gone for good?"
"Scrozzle seemed pretty certain."
"That's a load off your minds," Sarah smiled happily for the Beast Morphers team as they took in the realization.
"The real Roxy will be very happy to hear about that," Ravi beamed, relieved and overjoyed as Zoey smiled in agreement before she began to feel guilty again about what nearly happened with Mike's fossil at the lab.
"Hey, you okay?" Nate asked once he noticed.
"Yeah, it's just that, earlier... I would've made the same mistake as Robo-Roxy did. If Sarah hadn't saved Mike's fossil and it was destroyed in that acid, I would've thought...I'm the girl who'd solve big problems, that I could just go get a new fossil on my own. But, the truth is... If I had gone to Honald Peak on my own and if you all hadn't come to help me, today would've ended, a whole lot differently..."
"Don't worry about it, Zoey. Listen, you may think you have to do stuff on your own when the going gets tough but you don't always have to do everything alone," Sarah reassured, gently grasping her friend's hands and giving her a soft smile.
The others smiled in agreement as Race then added, "Whatever happens, we always have your back. We always do better as a team and that's never gonna change."
"Thanks, guys," Zoey smiled, feeling better now before they turned their attention to Carno and Chasa as the BioZords in Beast Bot Mode joined the group. "But, on the bright side, can we talk about how amazing Carno and Chasa had been in their first-ever battle?"
"I'll say, they worked out perfectly! Kendall, Keeper, and the rest of the Dino Charge team really outdid themselves with the two of them and how they fared against Robo-Roxy!" Steel concurred excitedly as the pair happily chirped at them.
"You, Sarah and Race, are absolute geniuses. Whatever Evox has against us, he's gonna be in for a real shock," Devon smirked.
"Thanks, guys," Sarah smiled as she and Race chuckled before Mike returned with a surprise he wanted to show her and Zoey as he held a big envelope.
"Hey, Zoey, Sarah!" He called with a bright grin.
"Oh, hey Mike."
"Hi, Mike, how'd it go?" the girls replied, wanting to know how the interview came about for him.
"Big news: I got the scholarship."
The news got the gang cheering happily for him as Zoey carefully hugged her brother, feeling ecstatic for him and knowing he's gonna go places thanks to his successful interview, his expedition regarding his discovery of the Vulturesaurus, and her and Sarah's support.
"Nice! You deserve it. Look out, fossils!"
"Here comes Mike Reeves!" the two siblings bantered before Mike told Zoey seriously out of his family love for her and grinned, "I'm really lucky to have such an amazing sister such as you with awesome friends. But, if you try and pull something stupid as going up Honald Peak alone, you know I'm gonna tell Mom."
"Okay, I won't," Zoey chuckled as they shared another gentle family hug.
"There's my food, I'm starving," Devon blurted out, seeing his order for food being ready as he went to pick it up before Ben, Betty, and their Pokemon returned with Pickles inside a valise. "Thanks."
"Enjoy," the waitress who delivered his food smiled as he took his dish and put it on the table to eat.
"At ease, folks. Pickles is safe and snug," Betty began confidently.
"Our pup will be no problem now that we got him in his doggy crate," Ben agreed, confirming their assertions with a tap of Pickles' valise.
As the Burke Siblings bragged, nobody seemed to have noticed that Pickles, being the crafty dog that he is, was able to unlock his valise door and went over to Devon as he prepared to eat. The sight of Pickles caused him to freeze up before he went off and noticed something missing from his food tray.
"My hot dog! Pickles just stole my hot dog!" he claimed to Ben and Betty, completely flustered.
The two of them denied it at first but once they saw him back inside his valise, he had Devon's hot dog with him and he was already pouring some ketchup from the ketchup bottle he also took with him.
The two of them gasped in bewilderment before they saw him pointing the ketchup bottle at them before he sprayed ketchup on his owner's children as they cried, "NOOOOOOOO!"
"Okay, is it just me or did Pickles just go Scooby Doo on us?" Race as he and the entire group looked on in shock.
"Well, I guess somebody's been spoiling him with too many cartoons to watch," Sarah quipped, trying to stifle a giggle.
"Okay, we owe you a new hot dog, Devon," Betty stated to Devon who just laughed along with everybody else at how hilarious the whole thing was.
The reprieve was warranted and what they needed after the whole ordeal with Robo-Roxy because the next phase of Evox's endgame was about to begin and he and his remaining lackeys were far from finished.
