"Now what are you going to do tough guy?!" growled 17-year-old Jordan as he held up 12-year-old Percy against her locker. "You think you're so badass you little bitch!" Percy was small for her age, but she never let her size deter her from protecting herself. She had long, light brown hair that was pulled back into a messy ponytail and greenish, blue eyes. She could typically be seen wearing jeans and a rock band t-shirt from the 80's.

"This!" Percy snapped as she kneed him as hard as she could in the privates. Jordan released her and crouched in pain. "Jackass!" she yelled as she shoved him as hard as she could.

"My parents will not be happy about this!" Jordan yelled. "You'll be gone for sure."

"Good! By the way, your parents raised a pussy," Percy laughed.

"Persephone Jones!" boomed a man's voice on the other end of the hallway. She looked up to find Principal Higgins headed her way. He was a tall, built man with a balding head and every time he got angry, his head and face turned a bright red.

"Uh, come on Mr. Higgins, it's Percy," she sighed once he was towering over her.

"I see you're harassing kids in the hallway again," he stated angrily.

"Technically, he started it," stated Percy as she glanced at Jordan who was still crouched over in pain. "But I know this will somehow be all my fault."

"She wrote "loser" on my locker," Jordan gasped.

"Oh please," Percy laughed. "Don't you think I would've been more creative than that?"

"So now you're vandalizing school property?" Mr. Higgins questioned angrily. "My office, now!" Percy sighed and headed for his office. Visiting the principal was nothing new to her. Her life started to go downhill two years ago when her mom passed away, and now Percy found herself in and out of foster homes. She would usually last a month or two, and then her social worker would get a devasting call from the family that they could no longer handle her. Jordan was the biological son of her newest foster family, and he was mean to her from the start, so of course Percy retaliated every chance she got. "There are some visitors in my office for you," Mr. Higgins said from behind her. "That's why I was coming to get you." Percy was intrigued and wondered if the police were finally coming to take her away. Mr. Higgins pushed open his door and entered. Percy peered inside to find her Social Worker, Ms. Hale, and two unfamiliar men. "Here she is, just found her vandalizing lockers and bullying one of the other students," Mr. Higgins huffed. One of the men chuckled and the other nudged him.

"Did you call them to take me away?" Percy questioned sarcastically. Ms. Hale was a kind and gentle older woman who dedicated her life to helping children, and Percy respected her.

"Take a seat Percy," Ms. Hale said. Percy could feel everyone staring at her as she sat on the other side of the room. "Remember how I told you that I'd keep searching for family members?" Percy eyed her suspiciously. "Well…..it turns out that you do have family. This is your father, Dean Winchester, and your Uncle Sam."

"I don't have a father," Percy snapped angrily.

"Dean is your father, he's on your birth certificate…it just took me a long time to find him and I didn't want to get your hopes up," Ms. Hale replied.

"You're wrong," Percy argued, "My Mom said my father died. These are probably human traffickers."

"Percy, he's your father," Ms. Hale reiterated. "Everything checks out." Percy eyed Sam and Dean.

"I'm outta here!" she gasped as she jumped up from the chair.

"Percy, sit down," Mr. Higgins ordered.

"No!" she shouted back. "I don't know what cruel game you're all in on, but this is bullshit!" She headed for the office door only to be intercepted by Mr. Higgins. "Uh, just let me leave," she groaned.

"Mr. Higgins, Ms. Hale, could you give us a few minutes with Percy?" Sam suggested.

"No way, don't leave me alone with these pedophiles!" Percy snapped.

"All right, that's enough," Dean interrupted as he stood up from his chair. He approached Percy. "Listen kid, we're not human traffickers and we're not pedophiles, so you can stop the theatrics and the name calling because frankly, I don't like it." Percy was at a loss for words and that rarely happened, but she was somewhat intimidated by Dean's presence. "Principal Higgins, Ms. Hale, we can take it from here."

"I'll be in the waiting area if you need me," Ms. Hale replied as they both left the office.

"So, if you are my father, tell me about my mom," Percy ordered as she glared up at Dean. He hesitated with his response because he didn't know Percy's Mom very well. She was a brief fling he had when he was 18 years old and working a job in Missouri.

"To be honest with you kid, I was just a kid myself, but your Mom was a beautiful and kind woman," he replied. "We dated for a couple of weeks. We had fun."

"Yeah, until you supposedly knocked her up and then abandoned both of us," she snapped. "Why are you even here?"

"Let's get something straight, I knew NOTHING about you, so I did not abandon anyone," Dean replied firmly. "I know this came as a shock to you and trust me, the feeling was mutual."

"We heard you've been having a hard time since your mom passed," Sam chimed in.

Percy folded her arms against her chest. "Yeah, so," she commented. "Foster parents suck, they're just in it for the money."

"Listen kid, we don't have much to offer you," Dean stated. "We spend a lot of time sleeping in our car and in old, cringy motel rooms. You won't have a home and Uncle Sam here would make sure you keep up on your schooling, but you would get to drive around in a cool car and with a couple of cool guys." Percy laughed.

"If you're a salesman, you're not very good," Percy giggled. "Sounds like a terrible lifestyle for a kid. But…..it has to be better than this."

"Then it's settled, we'll stop by your foster home to pick up your things," Sam replied.

"That's probably not a good idea, I just kicked their son in the nuts and they're not going to be happy," Percy stated.

"Did he deserve it?" Dean asked.

"Of course," Percy replied.

"Then you have nothing to worry about, we have your back," Dean stated. Before leaving, they finalized everything with Ms. Hale and then headed out to the parking lot.

"Wow, cool car!" Percy said excitedly.

"Told ya," Dean replied proudly. Percy climbed into the backseat, excited for her new adventure.
