The Sun was flying high in the sky over the beautiful city of Los Angeles as everyone was enjoying the day including the currently popular superstars the Chipmunks and the Chipettes.

Normally they would be at a concert or on tour or at a studio recording a new song but not today, for today they get to relax and just have fun by themselves or with each other.

Simon,Theodore,Jennette and Eleanor all sat on the couch watching Spongebob while Alvin and Brittany were in the bathroom together an no they weren't doing anything sexual they were. just using the bathroom. Brittany was in the shower singing while Alvin was using the toilet,Alvin looked towards the direction of the shower with annoyance due to Brittany's singing.

"Hey Brittany,i get your voice is great and all but can you not sing while I'm using the bathroom?"

"And what exactly makes you think i wanna hear you use the bathroom Alvin?"Brittany retorted in a sing songy tone.

Alvin rolled his eyes after that he finished using the bathroom and looked over to the spot where the toilet paper is supposed to be but didn't see any which infuriated him. "Seriously Brittany you used up all the Toilet paper?"

"I have no idea what you're talking about."Brittany said causing Alvin to growl "Don't play Dumb,There was a roll of toilet paper that dave just put in a minute ago you were the only one in here so therefore you used up all the toilet paper."

Alvin couldn't see it but Brittany had an extremely annoyed expression on her face as she grew tired of Alvin.

"Look Alvin if you're done using the bathroom i would like to go back to my nice peaceful shower before you came in here accusing me of shit i didn't do."Brittany said firmly Alvin was not ready to let this go as he needed to wipe his ass as that's what dave taught him to do he's not a wild animals anymore he along with his brothers and the Chipettes were potty trained.

Alvin looked around desperately for something to wipe his ass with until his eyes landed on a pink shirt hanging on rack next to the shower. Alvin had realized that that was the shirt Brittany was going to wear today then a mischievous grin formed on his face as he got an idea for a little payback and a solution for his other problem.

Alvin quickly got up off the toilet and walked towards Brittany's clothes.

Several Minutes later

Alvin came scampering up on the couch and sat next to his brothers glancing at him Simon noticed alvin had a mischievous grin on his face simon let out a annoyed sigh knowing Alvin did something bad. "What did you do?" Simon asked not even looking at him Alvin just looked at him innocently "why whatever do you mean?" Before Simon could respond a shriek came from the bathroom upstairs "Alvin!!"

Brittany stomped in with a upset expression she was wearing a towel and her fur was a little wet because she just got out off the shower she holding a pink shirt with a massive brown spot on it "Did you seriously use my shirt to wipe your ass?!!"she barked angrily.

Everyone looked at Alvin who simply shrugged "the toilet paper was gone i had to use something."

"You are disgusting alvin,Disgusting!"Brittany roared before stomping away after she left Alvin started snickering as everyone just looked at him, Jeanette just stared at him "Alvin you know better than to mess with Brittany like that she holds grudges... long ones." Alvin just scoffed in an uninterested way "What's your beef with Brittany anyway Alvin she's a nice girl?"Simon asked completely appalled with Alvin's attitude towards Brittany.

Alvin scoffed at Simon's claim that Brittany was a nice girl after remembering the first time they crossed paths with her.

"She wasn't when we first met her she was competitive and her ego was the size of the biggest planet in the solar system which is..uh...simon What's the biggest planet in our solar system?" Alvin asked in confusion Simon sighed in annoyance it still bothered him that Alvin still pays zero attention in science class.

"Jupiter Alvin."Simon said plainly "Yeah she has an ego the size of Jupiter,plus she has a really bad temper,that girl really needs to go to anger management class."

"Firstly Alvin the reason she was competitive was because of Ian Hawke,Secondly her Jupiter sized ego has lessened more and more she really is a much nicer person."Eleanor said in defense of her eldest sister.

"Yeah she's sang happy birthday to each of us,and gave us nice gifts for Christmas."Theodore said proudly at the memories.

Alvin huffed "she never did that shit for me."

"Maybe she would if you didn't piss her off all the time."Simon said snidely making Alvin glare at him "i piss her off?!"

"Yeah according to her you are the most immature,annoying piece of shit she's ever had the displeasure of meeting."Eleanor said in a matter of fact tone. This made Alvin completely upset because he felt Brittany had no right to call him those things.

"Talk about calling the kettle black."Alvin hissed then he hopped off the couch then stomped off and left through the backdoor leading out to the backyard as everyone watched him.

Meanwhile

While in her room Brittany was still extremely upset about what Alvin did to her shirt in fact she threw the shirt in the garbage which enraged her so much she started cursing Alvin's name over and over.

After Brittany put on a different shirt which was also pink with a butterfly on it she sat on her bed pouting as she was doing that she began thinking of ways to get back at Alvin for ruining her favorite shirt. It was then she decided to ruin the very thing he loves the most "Fuck with my stuff I'll fuck with yours."she hissed as she jumped down from her bed and walked out her room and towards the boys room when she entered she paused as she began wonder exactly what does he love the most in here?

She looked around thinking until her eyes landed on a small teddy bear with a red shirt sitting on the corner of Alvin's bed Brittany began to recall the origin of the bear dave gave him that for his birthday and he loved it very much in fact he treated it like a living thing. Brittany had a small smile on her face "Perfect."she said then she raced up the latter of the chipmunks triple bunk bed and went up to the Teddy bear Brittany nearly forgotten how big it was.

It towered over her but Brittany didn't care at all she came here to do one thing and that was ruin something Alvin loved. Brittany climbed up the latter of the bed when she reached Alvin's she immediately went straight for the bear,Brittany looked up and down at the stuffed animal and started thinking of ways she could do this.

At first Brittany thought cutting the bear in to pieces but dave doesn't let the use scissors with his supervision,throwing it out the window wasn't enough neither was putting it in the toilet.

But then the solution came to her Alvin ruined her shirt with his ass so Brittany decided to do the same with the teddy bear. Brittany looked at the teddy bear for a few seconds the feeling of slight guilt began to run through her,she felt bad she was about to ruin a perfectly good teddy bear who was simply collateral damage during a war between her and Alvin.

"I really hate to do this to a adorable thing like you but Alvin messed with me so I'm gonna mess with him and you caught my eye,word on the street is your Alvin's bestest friend and that's great news for me because i was looking for something Alvin cares about deeply and like i said you caught my eye,Now don't worry I'm not going cut you with scissors or anything horrifying like that i got something else in mind, Alvin ruined my favorite shirt by wiping his ass with it so I'm going to ruin something of his by wiping my ass on it,totally gross and unladylike i know but right now i don't care."

Brittany paused for moment after realizing what she was doing "Look at me talking to a damn stuffed animal like it's a living thing." Brittany said with a light humorous chuckle then she clapped her hands together preparing to go through with her plan "Alright let's do this."Brittany said as she walked towards the bear.

Seconds Later

Theodore was still watching cartoons with Jeanette Simon and Eleanor,Theodore felt bad for what Alvin did to Brittany he felt it was unsanitary and uncalled for so he got up from the couch to go apologize to Brittany for Alvin's behavior. Theodore approached the girls bedroom door but before he could knock he heard a voice coming from his room Theo approached the door with caution but saw it was open slightly the crack was big enough for him to walk in.

Theodore entered the room and looked up towards Alvin's bed and immediately saw Brittany,she had her ass on Alvin's teddy bear from his perspective it looked like Brittany was going to give the Teddy Bear a lapdance.

"Fuck with my stuff I'll fuck with yours alvin."she mumbled "Brittany?"Theodore squeaked Brittany froze after hearing that she looked down at theodore who she didn't know was there "Theo?"she squeaked embarrassed "What are you doing with Alvin's Teddy Bear?"Theodore asked innocently confused. Brittany's eyes darted all over the place as she tried to figure out a explanation.

Total silence filled the room as Brittany finally just walked away from the teddy bear climbed down the ladder and walked towards Theodore with a firm expression on her face "What i was doing Theo was getting back at Alvin." "You were getting back at Alvin by giving his teddy bear a lapdance?"Theodore asked in confusion.

Brittany just stared at Theodore "No Theodore,i was trying to make the Teddy bears fur much more browner than it is." It took a second for Theodore to process that then when he was finished Theodore looked at Brittany in shock.

"Brittany!"Theodore exclaimed in disgust "Shhh!"Brittany hissed covering Theodore's mouth looking towards the direction of the living room where the others are. "Alvin sleeps with that bear Brittany."Theodore reminded Brittany "Yeah i know Theo that's why I'm doing it he ruined my favorite shirt,i loved that shirt so I'm ruining something he loves."Brittany responded in a hushed evil tone.

Theodore stared at Brittany in disbelief that she was willing to go to great lengths to defeat Alvin in this little war they have going on,it completely unnerved him "Brittany please don't do that you're just going to drag yourself deeper into this rivalry."Theodore argued causing Brittany to roll her eyes.

"I don't care Theo."Brittany said plainly this made Theodore look at Brittany with a highly concerned expression "Well i do Brittany,i care about you no i love you Brittany you're like the sister i never had and I'm tired of see you and Alvin fight and argue all the time i want it all to stop."

Brittany stared at Theodore with a little smile "i swear Theo you are such a sweetheart." Theodore smiled a little at her it was the first time Brittany called him that directly although she's called him much kinder things before.

"Theodore kindly took Brittany's hand in his own and looked at her with pleading eyes "Please Brittany don't do this,Just try to ignore Alvin when he sees that you're not going to give him the satisfaction of seeing you angry he'll leave you alone."Theodore said but his suggestion only made Brittany more frustrated.

Brittany squeezed his hand with a little aggressive force making Theodore wince in pain a little he had forgotten how strong Brittany is when she's angry. "I tried to ignore him,i tried and i tried and i tried but he makes it really difficult ok he broke my phone,he threw all my makeup stuff in the garbage and worst of all he used my favorite shirt as toilet paper I've had enough,Now go back to the living room Theo."Brittany released Theodore's hands and turned around and started heading back to the room when Theodore did the complete unthinkable he firmly grabbed Brittany's tail making her freeze in her tracks and look at Theodore with narrow eyes.

"Let go of my tail."Brittany said in a warning tone "no not until you calm down and stop this insanity."Theodore said in a firm tone.

"Let...go...of..my..Tail...Theodore."Brittany said with clenched teeth and her temper rising higher and higher which unnerved Theodore very much not only that but Brittany called him by his full name which she had done rarely given how close they are.

"I'm not going to let go of your tail Brittany until you stop this nonsense."Theodore insisted finally having enough Brittany raised her hand to slap Theodore which caused him to close his eyes tightly in fear. Brittany stood there with her hand raised for all time staring directly at Theodore who still had his eyes closed still waiting for the stinging pain from the slap.

Brittany couldn't bring herself to lay a hand on Theodore because her battle is with Alvin not with one of his brothers letting her hand down she successfully snatched her tail out of Theodore's grip then looked with her blue eyes still burning with frustration "Leave Theo,Don't get in my way,final warning."

Then Brittany turned back towards the boys bedroom with the intention to do what she came to do however Theodore was determined to prevent Brittany from going through with her plan. Then without even thinking Theodore ran up behind Brittany and shoved her to the ground Brittany looked up at Theodore with shock and anger that Theo pushed her.

Even Theodore was shocked at what he did as he looked at Brittany wide eyed "I'm so so sorry Brittany."Theodore said in panic as Brittany quickly stood up and charged at Theodore who immediately ran away. "I'm sorry please don't hurt me!"Theodore cried running as fast as his chubby legs could carry him.

Unfortunately Brittany was faster as she easily caught up to him grabbing him by his green shirt and aggressively slamming him against the lower cabinet door in the kitchen. Brittany glared at Theodore with fire in her eyes making Theodore nearly piss himself.

"You've officially lost your mind Theo,I tried to be nice i tried to be polite but now i see i have to be more forceful." Brittany said in a growling voice making Theodore gulp in terror.

"Ok Theo i want you to listen to my voice and listen really good be this is the Final Warning: stay the fuck out of my way,you're going to shut your mouth,march your ass right back to the living room and watch your cartoons and let me do what i set out to do, i don't want to hear your objections your pleads, nothing because it's all going to fall on deaf ears,I'm i clear?"

Theodore struggled to speak given Brittany scared him so bad "am i clear what's the matter cat got your tongue?"Brittany asked with authority Theodore shook his head yes "Perfect Theo you're a doll."Brittany said satisfied then she pulled him away from the cabinet wrapping an arm around his shoulder and leading him towards the living room.

Out of the corner of Brittany's eye she noticed Theodore still had the frightened expression on his face Brittany realized that she may have frightened him too much so she decided to calm him down a little "So sorry i had to get rough on you like that,enjoy your cartoons Theo love you tons."Brittany then gave Theodore a great big kiss on his cheek then turned around and walked back towards the boys room.

Theodore wanted to follow her and try to prevent her from doing this but then he realized Brittany was probably going to hurt him again so he decided to just keep walking towards the living room and didn't look back.

Brittany climbed the latter of the boys bed and reached Alvin's bed she saw the teddy bear still in the position she left it in, "Alright no more distractions let's do this." Brittany began to walk towards the bear...

1 Hour later

Brittany came out of the boys room with the biggest smile on her face as she headed towards the living room to find Theodore there by himself watching tv. Brittany sat down next to him with the smile still fresh on her face which Theodore noticed as he turned to her with an unnerved expression on his face.

"Did you do it?"Theodore asked "Yep."Brittany simply said with a laugh causing Theodore to hang his head in complete distress the Alvin came walking past them all the while giving Brittany a dirty look but Brittany just ignored him and kept looking at the tv when Alvin left out of sight an eerily silence filled the atmosphere.

But that eerily silence was soon replaced when the sound of a familiar scream echoed throughout the House a scream that made Brittany smile.

Half an Hour later

Alvin and Brittany stood at the kitchen table with their arms crossed and their faces into scowls and unable to look at one another, while Dave stood over them with a disappointed look on his face as he looked towards Brittany. "Brittany you are a self respecting and mature woman how could you do something so..childish?"Dave asked "Because childish is the only language Alvin seems to understand, besides he wiped his ass on one of my favorite shirts."Brittany said glaring at Alvin who scoffed and frowned "She used up all the toilet paper what was I supposed to do, and besides you never looked good in that shirt anyway."Alvin snapped making Brittany cast him a shocked and enraged look.

"Guys come on now, you're supposed to be family and while it's common for family to fight amongst themselves but this is way too much."Dave said firmly "Blame him, he's the most immature person I've ever met he's constantly finding new ways to annoy me."Brittany said with the roll of her eyes "Please she's the most self centered person I've ever met, always going on about how beautiful she looks it bugs the hell out of me."Alvin argued glaring at Brittany.

"Excuse me for having confidence in myself,god you're such an asshole."Brittany said pouting "Yeah well you're a..."Alvin's retort was cut short by Dave's voice "Guys stop enough!"Dave exclaimed making Alvin and Brittany look away from each other.

"Alright this is going to stop here and now do you understand no more fighting or arguing if you two fight again you will be grounded for a very long time is that clear?"Dave asked firmly looking between the two of them "Yes Dave."Alvin and Brittany said in unison in frustrated tones.

Dave reached down and pulled up Alvin's teddy bear whose fur looked clean again and had a lemony scent to it he sat it down next to Alvin "I managed to clean off your Teddy bear good as new." Dave said then he looked towards Brittany "I'll get started on replacing that shirt right now, no more fighting."Dave said firmly as he walked away leaving Alvin and Brittany alone.

Alvin turned to Brittany angered that she wiped her ass on his teddy bear "This is not over Brit, you're going to pay for violating my teddy bear with your ass, I hope you enjoyed your brand new phone Brittany because at some point during this week it's going to go missing."Alvin threatened Brittany narrowed her eyes at him and grabbed him by his shirt pulling him close to her and her furious eyes met his.

Brittany spoke in a very serious low tone that intimidated Alvin a little "Now you listen to me Alvin,if you ever and I mean ever lay one finger on any one of my belongings again I promise you I will go after your precious teddy bear again."

Alvin frowned "Try it and I'll..." Brittany immediately interrupted him "let me be more clear Alvin: if you so much as glanced at my stuff again, your Teddy bear is going to call me his Girlfriend,do we have an understanding?"

Alvin nodded satisfying Brittany who let him go then she took one more look at the teddy bear and winked at it before scampering away leaving Alvin alone and fuming.
