"Come on, Nolan," Max Hammond said to his best friend, "let's go to the helicopter and take a ride to Sorna."
Max Hammond and his best friend Nolan Parker were walking alongside the busy Nublar Road in the late morning. "Thank God it didn't rain last night or else we would be soaked by the time we get to the helicopter," Nolan said as a truck whizzed by them.
"yea man i can't wait to see what it's like to transport dinosaurs from sorna to nublar," Nolan said as he jumped from rock to rock that was on the side of the road.
A van then pulled up beside them, and the driver rolled down his window and said, "Hey boys, look at what me and Mike caught today." "What did you guys catch today, Vick?" Max said as Vick and Mike got out of the van and went around back and opened up the doors.
Max peered in to see 8 cages with 2 Compsognathus in each one expect one cage that only had one in it. "Compys?" Nolan said Max looked back to Vick and said,"Did you guys bring them in because there shouldn't be compys on this island."
"Well, over the course of a few days, we've beening catching this guy's, so we thought that they were coming in from ships, so we did a steakout near the dooks and finally 20 minutes after a ship pulled in that one hopped off and ran inland and we caught him" Mike said as he pointed at the lone compy.
"well were off now to go find your grandfather and show him, cya boys!" Vick said as the two men got back in the van and drove off.
They walked down the road a bit more before they came across a truck (one that you might see in shows where its filled with hay and multiple people ride in) stopping up ahead of them to let workers on.
They hopped in as well and sat next to man, which Max recognized as Charles jones.
Charles jones was a white skinny man. He had dirty blond hair with a freackled dirty face. He was wearing blue overalls with a white shirt that was stained with a greece and oil and old wore out sneakers.
"Hello Charles where ya going today?" Nolan said as the man turned them and smiled "I'm going to Sorna to help with the vehicle to load some assets up, what does even mean?" Charles says.
Max and Nolan knew why he asked that. The department don't really know about dinosaurs so they are always being taken places in cars with windows covered. Kinda sad really.
"oh I bet you'll be told this time don't worry" Max said to the tired vehicle manager. "Thanks guys, today will be a long day for me."
After they talked for a while they got to the helicopter pad where they were confronted by two Wardens. "Good thing you just got here because we have a Dino breakout happening," one of the wardens said to a surprised Max "No worries it just a few Dilophosaurus no big deal" the other one said.
"Well this will be an interesting day!" Nolan said as Max and Charles chuckled.
