In the middle of a random forest outside of civilization there was a three-story house made out of oak with a porch and a few windows. In a room, there was two figures sleeping on the bed. A young couple sleeping peacefully as the morning came.

Rays of the sun shining into the room causing the female to groan as the sunlight hit her face, slightly blinding her vision, waking her up. Grumbling at being waken, she pulled the veil off the bed to the side to block the ray and then turned to her companion smiling softly at him.

She then move her left arm to reach to the dresser beside them and grabbed something, a phone. Checking on any updates she may have gotten overnight, and to her contempt there was none. Putting it aside, she turned back to the boy beneath her as she pressed her lips to his cheek. Earning a soft hum in response as he woke up, staring straight at her chest and then up at her.

"Good morning, love." She greeted softly as he let out a soft hum.

"Morning, what time is it?" He asked as she turned her head to look at the clock on the shelf and saw the time.

"It's about 6:30 right now, it's early but we can go ahead and get up if you want." She answered as the boy let out a groan and slept back into her chest causing her to moan.

"I rather not get up at all, my body is still sore from yesterday." He complained.

"Well, that's what happens when someone decides to go on back-to-back missions." She teased him with a small smirk earning another groan from the boy.

"Alright, I get it, you can say I told you so, whatever it is. Let me me rest." He whined not really caring about it and just wanting to go to sleep.

"Nope~" She said cheerfully while gently pinching his cheek. "… as punishment for not listening, you'll have to help me make breakfast first, once that's done then we'll cuddle." She said in a soft but firm tone as he looked up at her. brown eyes staring back into her cyan ones.

"Fine, you win. Let's go already." He

"Hmhm, Now you go ahead and waking our little bundles of joy while I head downstairs." She said as she kissed his cheek with an innocent smile. Standing up off the bed, she showed off her body to him. She was a young woman with a long pale cyan hair that reached her back, she had hourglass figure with delicate hips and slightly toned legs, her large natural bust and butt freely exposed. She picked up her bra and panties off the floor putting them on.

Turning around, she saw the boy eyes averted but his cheeks were slightly pink causing her to giggle at his shy face.

"Did you enjoy the show?" She teased as he rolled his eyes.

"Yeah… I did." He admitted after a few moments of silence.

"Good. You're the only one that gets to see me like this."

"Just go and make breakfast please, Azure!" Ryo yelled as said girl stuck her tongue out at him playfully before leaving the bedroom. The latter sighed at her antics but smile fondly while getting out of bed. As he sat up and turned to look in the mirror. Looking at himself in the mirror, showed his dark skin with scars running all along his arms and down his body where there some dark spots that never properly healed or that was jagged scar from his shoulder to his right side going across his torso, with his mismatched eyes, his left eye yellow and his right eye red. Putting on a black t-shirt and grey shorts with socks. Walking out of his shared room and down the hall, there were about four doors, two on each side. Knocking on the first door to his right, he knocked a few times and heard no response, he was about to knock again but stopped when he heard a voice.

"Yes." Someone said behind the door.

"It's me, it's time to get up." He answered but didn't get a response back. Ryo waited for a bit until he heard the voice speak again.

"…What's the… secret password…" They asked as he closed his eyes and a smile formed on his face.

"The secret password is….Katsu and Ramen." He answered and waited for another response. Instantly, he heard the sounds of something moving and the door was soon unlocked as it opened.

In front of him was another girl before him. She was petite, had long blonde hair that was currently ruffled as she just woke up, wearing a set of onesie of a bat with her hoodie undone and was holding something in her arms.

"Morning Milly." Ryo greeted as the said girl walked forward and wrapped her arms around his waist and hugged him.

"Nii-chan." Her words muffled as she had her head in his stomach before turning to look up at him. "Good morning." She greeted with a smile.

"How you feeling? Did you sleep well?" He asked as she nodded her head.

"Mhm." She smiled and then opened her mouth as she was about to ask something but stopped herself and looked away. Noticing her facial expression, Ryo leaned down on one knee and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, is there something wrong?" He asked with a concerned look on his face as she gently shook her head.

"N-no, nothing's wrong nii-chan. Nothing a-at all." She stuttered while holding her hands together. "It's just…. I…"

"What is it?" Ryo asked, curious on what she was going to ask.

Milly looked away again, this time tapping her index fingers together as she was slowly trying to speak her mind.

"C-ca…can we… um….. I know that you and nee-chan are o-off today and…" Milly then turned her head towards Ryo, her cheeks now flushed as if she was embarrass for what she was about to say next. "…. Can we all do s-something together…. Like… go to the zoo u-up in T-Tokyo?" She asked with her head down.

Ryo gently chuckled earning a confused look from Milly before turning his head to her and gave her a small smile.

"Sure, we can do that. It has been awhile since anything of us had a family outing so I don't see why not." He said. His answer made the younger girl gasp as her eyes lit up in happiness.

"R-really?" She asked in bewilderment as he nodded his head.

"Mhm. I'll look up the zoos and see when they open after that we'll head on to wherever we go." He said as she gave him a hug once more.

"Thank you! Thank you so much!" Milly exclaimed as Ryo returned the hug, before releasing her.

"Now, why don't you go on and head downstairs. Azure's making breakfast and I'm pretty sure she's gonna need a little sous chef by her side to help her make breakfast." He encouraged her as she nodded her head and quickly turned around, heading down the steps towards the kitchen. As she left, Ryo stood up and made his way towards the next occupant.

He knocked on the second door a few times to signal his presence.

"Hey, Ilulu, it's time to get up. If you don't, Azure's gonna eat all of your food most likely your favorites, which include pancakes, waffles, scrambled eggs, biscuits, blueberry muffins—" He was listing all of her favorite things and would've continued if it wasn't for the panicked voice on the other side.

"AAAAAHHHH! IM UP!"

Ryo smirked as his trick to wake up the girl behind the door worked as he heard the sounds of the bed ruffling to the sound of feet scrambling on the floor, and then the door finally opened at in front of him reveal another girl. A woman about the same height of Milly with salmon colored hair with her horns protruding from the sides of her head, pink eyes and she was wearing a black t-shirt that seemed to be large for her and stopped just above her thighs, with high knee socks.

She was panting like she had just ran a marathon, looking up at the person that had awaken her from her sleep.

"Did, did she eat them all!?" She asked as she was ready to run down to the table only to stop when a finger flicked her forehead. "Ow!" She yelped cutely as he chuckled.

"Relax, it's still too early in the morning. Azure is downstairs making breakfast right now and Milly is down there with her. I just came to wake you up." Ryo reassured her as she let out a pout.

"That's just mean, Ryo."

"Well, I wouldn't have to do that if you weren't such a heavy sleeper. Just be glad, I did this and not one of my other methods to wake you up." Ryo stated and Ilulu shuddered in fear as she remembered the one time that Azure and Mittelt had trouble waking her up and went to Ryo to wake her up, who decided to use a military tactic to wake her up. She did not like it.

"Yeah, I suppose that's better." She agreed as they both walked towards the steps. Making their way down, they came in view of the front door, along with the living room that leads to three different rooms (kitchen and dining room, basement, and family room) and a bathroom. In the living room, there were two sets of couches and a futon with a coffee table in between, and entertainment center with a tv in the middle. The aroma of food hit their noses as they heard sizzling come from the kitchen and clear smoke lightly filling the air before disappearing. Ilulu went ahead towards the kitchen while Ryo walked over to the couch and sat down, grabbing a notebook and quickly opened it.

Looking through the pages, they showed lists that complied of different things whether they were names of targets varying people or buildings, or they were designs for weapons that he had for guns, swords, secondary weapons, or upgrades he could add to modify his weapons or vehicles.

'Hm, it doesn't look like I have anything major coming up. The machine wrist guns need a bit of an upgrade and I'm running a bit low on grenades so I need to make more of them. It's a good thing I know how to make them otherwise I'm pretty sure I would have to get them from my old contact in England and I do not want to get into another argument with his wife.' He thought while making a few marks in his book and then closed it.

"That can all be done later." He said to himself as he was about to go ahead and turn the channel on. As he turned it on, he felt something tugging on his shirt, signaling him that one of the girls was getting his attention. Turning around he saw it was Ilulu.

"What's up?"

"Can we go ahead and play something on the switch thingy?" She asked as she pointed at the console next to the tv.

"Um, sure but you know you don't need my permission to use that right?" He answered in confusion, wondering why she would ask that.

"I know but this is still your house as you and Azure-chan were kind enough to let me live here, so I wanted to make sure that I had permission before I did anything." She explained with a straight face.

"Well, this is your house too Ilulu, don't forget that. So go ahead and have fun." He reminded her as she smiled at him and went toward to tv to play with the Switch. She asked him to help set her up as he went ahead and did that so she could play whatever was in the handheld console, which was Animal Crossing. The two sat in the living room doing their own things to kill time until Azure peeked her head out from the kitchen door frame and spoke.

"Hey you two, breakfast is almost ready. Finish up what you're doing then come to the table." Azure announced as Ryo hummed in acknowledgement while Ilulu responded with her voice signaling that they heard her.

Ryo was switching the channel until suddenly he felt a presence within the area, he looked towards the windows (blinds still closed) and saw a familiar light bleed through the blinds.

"What do they want now?" Ryo sighed in exasperation as he getting tired of dealing the same people that have been bugging them for awhile now. Ilulu felt it too as she stopped playing her game and looked at the window with a glare on her face. She was about to get up and get ready to attack but Ryo stood up first and gently ruffled her hair.

"Don't worry, I got it. Tell Azure that I'll be in the kitchen soon, just got some people that need to be taken care of." He reassured her as she nodded her at him. Ryo then walked over to the door grabbing something then quickly put it into his pocket, opening the door and then closely it behind him. Standing outside, he was met with a few faces that he did not want to see for awhile. In front of him were four girls that got on his nerves ever since he got here, well three of them actually. Both of them for different reasons, one being an annoying redhead, one being a sadistic hybrid and another being a certain SC President. The last one he really had no problem with.

As he approached them, he examined both of their facial expressions and saw that they were not pleased with his presence.

Good.

"You got 30 seconds to tell me what you're doing here before I fill you all with lead." He threatened, not in the mood for any early bs.

"What were you thinking!?" The redhead exclaimed as Ryo turned his head towards her. "Have you lost your mind!?"

"You're going have to be specific Rias, because I have no idea what you're talking about."

"She means with what you did. The fallen angels, the dead strays, even the exorcists." Sona listed as she in a cold tone.

"And why is that a problem? I'm just simply doing your job."

"Our job is to preserve the peace between factions not divide them any further. What you're doing is goes against everything we're trying to do."

"And who are you trying to convince? Me or you?" Ryo asked, confusing them.

"What do you mean?"

"You would assume that I'm part of your faction just because I helped you out? You really need to better judgement but then again what do I expect from two girls that had their lives handed to them on a silver platter." Ryo stated angering them with his words as Rias walked up to him.

"What are you implying, Ryo?"

"I'm not implying. I'm stating facts. Ever since, I'm come here you've done nothing but harass me to find out where I am or who I came from only to remain empty-handed. When that didn't work, you sent your underlings to scout for me and bring me over only to fail again when i told you that unless it was important then I wouldn't come." He stated and then pointed to Rias putting a finger on her chest not really caring that he was slightly touching her breasts. "Then, came the incident with Hyoudou and Mittelt where you knew that one was being hunted by the fallen and life was in danger but instead of doing anything you sat on your ass and waited for him to die which failed thanks to our intervention. You got angry that you thought he died or was captured that you sent hybrid over here to find us." He turned his gaze to Akeno who shuddered at his facial expression not in delight but in fear as she knew why he was targeting her. "And don't think I forgot what happened with you."

"And you don't really deal with the problems at school as you claim you do, the innocent get punished while the guilty live off scott free." He said towards Sona. "For someone whose supposed to uphold the rules and responsible for what happens, you suck at it." He finished with air quotes.

"Be as that may…" Sona said slowly as she was really trying her hardest not to let his words get to them as he was right. "…. you're still within in Kuoh and that's our territory. You have to play by our rules."

"Nope, If I remember correctly this is the Yokai's territory and in other words, Yasaka. I'm surprised she didn't go after you kind after that stunt with the extermination of Nekomata."

"That was her fault, she betrayed her master and I saved Koneko."

"No, you devils were only told whatever they wanted you to hear and decided to commit manslaughter without a second thought. The only reason you were given Koneko was because Kuroka needed someone to take care of her sister because of what she had done, and she would rather do that and have her alive hating her than dead." Ryo stated as Rias was growling at him, really hating the fact that he was getting under her skin. She was about to raise her hand and commit her POD when suddenly she felt something cold underneath her chin.

Sona, Tsubaki and Akeno stood in shock as Ryo pulled out a Five-seven and had it under the redhead's chin.

"Go ahead and try it, all of you will be dead in a matter of seconds and won't see it coming." He said as the air around them was filled with killing intent. He was about to pull the trigger when suddenly—

"Ryo! Breakfast is almost ready! Where are you!?" He heard Azure call him.

"ONE MINUTE!" He responded before removing the gun from Rias who now let out a sigh of relief. Ryo put the gun away and stared back at the devils. "We are our own people, we don't belong to any faction, you haven't been good to us and tried to have us arrested or killed over and over again, so why should we help you?"

Ryo then turned around and walked back.

"Come here again, and I promise the consequences will be dire." He said before walking back into the house and closed the door leaving the four outside.

Sona took a deep breath as she rubbed her brow in frustration.

"Let's go." She whispered as she transported them away.

If things were different than all of them would be on good terms but after what had happen in the past few months, there was no way they would be allies. Not after what the world has done to them.
